This is the big night in Nashville to see round to my Jay Sekulow phone lines are open right now one 800 zero only a flag-waving God praise and travel radio shows the Logan Sekulow reprogram takeover Jay Sekulow live will we usually are here for debate coverage today were here for debate preview. It's right because tonight in Nashville, Tennessee. It is the one and only second break like the way you said that I was I would myself as a final debate, but it was also the second debate and we are just to be the third debate.

Second one was canceled and rightly so.

Well, multiple real things and how you feel like it was six months ago. It was only about like a week ago two weeks ago, whether with present drug drug coronavirus or that later on changing the rules wanted to do the virtual tell-all and they did the dueling town halls and then Steve Scully. He's being suspended i.e. C-SPAN because of his lies about being hacked when he was not hacked when he was reaching out to Anthony scar mooching on Twitter so a lot of controversy around something that didn't happen. But tonight we have the final debate it would've been the third debate. It's in Nashville Tennessee at Belmont University. Everybody had Nashville man. Nashville is the place to be at tonight for this debate, and it should hopefully a little bit more. It's a different style right. This is not theirs is the same kind of the sale and was supposed to the town hall is traditional.

While it is Chris. Top NBC news is hosting this debate or moderating this debate. This is the controversy surrounding it with the mics will be automatically muted of the non-speaker during the first two minute uninterrupted response that caused some controversy will see how liberal they get with that mute button tonight if they decide, well, you know these things are really on topic swords commute. I a speaker at our will. It'll be interesting. I guess that it's at Belmont University.

It is a 90 minute debate like the original one.

There are some crossover on topics from the first debate which the President's campaign was not necessarily please. Where they wanted it to focus on foreign-policy like it had been billed from the start.

Instead, they're going to revisit the race in America topic that Chris Wallace brought up leadership which is very similar to his topic of their records because that's that's essentially the same way, to say the same thing and then the other topic that was the economy and climate change that. There also to be getting into very similar lineup of topics that a been announced by the moderator. Yeah I am looking for.

You will hear what you're to say I want to know your point of you what you want out of this debate doesn't matter regarding voting have most people already, but that's a big question is what so many votes already cast does this do anyone any favors. Good or bad just because so many people have already voted. I voted yet will I believe you voted had not voted yet. I hope to early voting is happening right now but I want to know from you guys what you think. What is your thoughts what you want to you even watching this debate doesn't matter anymore. You did last time it turned off so much to the chaos of the coverage. Just curious.

I will get your point of view in your feedback. Give me a call 1-800-684-3110 that's 1-800-684-3110 also where the bald beagle sure could we just put out a new video.

The reprogram challenges facing Americans as freedoms for constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever with the American center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms and rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you. Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable voice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood. What Obama care means many ways your membership is empowering the right question mission life today online/Jay Sekulow reprogram takeover will Haynes is talking about the debate preview also get a little bit into was going on with Amy Tony Barrett's continual confirmation some positive movements today to talk about that and a lot of people Colorado take your calls. Don't worry if it's busy, keep calling the lead line will open up 1-800-684-3110 but again, it is obviously debate night in Nashville.

There's a lot of people talking.

Whether the Hunter Biden situation is going to be a big a conversation I will will they go through all of these will he say what is it with her was little bit Job. I did clarify some of his court packing thoughts right now. Something that came out because of the cut of the few things that really were all anticipating should there be that conversation.

Should there be a final answer about the court packing and should the Hunter Biden situation when it was kind of a contentious thing. Last time, remember, it was not necessarily necessarily come off as eloquently as a wellness much no attack on a guy right with a substance abuse issue which I agreed that I didn't think that was necessarily the best move. However, there've been out. There's been a lot in the last few weeks that is come out about that situation. Some of it down so that unknown has to plant yeah and I think that VP Biden in the first debate felt like he could go more on offense because he was going after issues that relate the handling of the coronavirus and things like that. Things that he thinks are winning issues for him in his campaign. And when the President tried to bring up some of those issues because they were in the news as much at that point that it came across like it was a desperate attempt to bring something in the conversation that many people watching probably didn't even really know what he was talking about unless you are really locked into this type of digital politics. Hard-core car show that really follow the politics that really watch what's going on. They understood where that was coming from but the general person that just sits down to watch debate because they haven't really thought about the election. Until that time may have not made as much sense where it was coming from what all that is change. I was just to say all that is changed because of the laptop that has gone into the news.

It's it shot up to the top of many news broadcasts not as many on the left, but it it raises questions about some of the maybe the deals and things that Hunter Biden was doing overseas and if he was using access to his father as a way to seal so this feels and also the court packing. He was able to dodge it. VP Biden was able to dodge in the first debate, but I feel like it's really going to come to a head tonight and he will have to answer and there was a clip of an interview that will air on Sunday on 60 Minutes that he he says that his plan if he gets elected is to put together a national commission of bipartisan scholars, Democrats, Republicans, liberal conservatives and I will ask them over hundred and 80 days to come back with recommendations as to how to reform the court system because it's getting out of whack. So it seems like EE is going to try to thread the needle here, not fully say I want the court to be packed he's gonna let someone else make that decision for him. He's going to have a bipartisan commission which I feel it whenever Democrats put together bipartisan commissions. It's so hand selected. It's like all the conservatives that have endorsed Biden for Pres. It's never a true bipartisan commission where it's it is the most conservative legal thinkers in America, and conservative and liberal liberal thinkers to come together in an hash this out, but it does sound like the end goal.

There would be to make reforms to the Supreme Court, which would how do you reform you think A) I think a lot of people have issues with that.

I think they will both sides of issues with that when you have a 200 year almost precedent right to start messing with that for your own political game. Your political parties game not down for that.

Now listen, I want to address something if you're watching on Facebook and or of technical problems. We actually did cut the fee to relaunch it.

That was us. We did that there is thumbs or pledge that we sound okay but thousands usually watch on ACLJ.org right now not to movie on Facebook delivering your comment about ACLJ.org right now you can watch it. It's a YouTube stream. It's running flawlessly. So if you are having any issues. Hop on over there. You can watch the show obviously prefer.

I love you want to hear collaborator comments, but I just wanted to make sure people know that if you were hundred if you really are just listening. I think it's fine if you are watching. You want a smoother experience you want to see will and I without buffering issues make hop on over to ACLJ.org broadcasting live there right now.

Let's go have jumped to some phone calls because it is slammed. People want to talk about this, we'll talk about the debate to move over and talk about any Cody Barrett's confirmation of a little bit later but so many people are calling about the debate that we need to hop right in Go in order I think is a lot about a lot of things to say to go to gym in Louisiana online for Jim. Welcome to Jay Sekulow live and the reprogram take over your on the right to talk about what I know about your thoughts on it that two minutes interrupted one or no Trump walked. I know we can talk about the corruption by laptop but am wondering if he goes off topic. If the moderator interrupter married and come up with Mike because it won't play on the topic that you want to talk about yet is a lot to be just to see that how long is the debate since a 90 minute debate.

So just again I said this last time I feel like that is not long enough factor. How many topics there are so in then you do for those interested per topic two minutes each backing point then you're really only had about an hour of debate, and so did Jim's point. That is the big question if they decide as the moderators of the debate commission are the producers of it whoever's there in does have the power to meet the microphone if if there is a attempt by the moderator to then shut down the debate angle that the President or even Joe Biden I I highly doubt that they are going to do that but if they don't want the President going into, say, the news about Hunter Biden's laptop and some of the questions that have been raised from that. Will they, one will the moderator try to jump in and say that's off-topic that's off-topic Noto stay with the questions we asked even that would seem inappropriate and biased because during this debate. I feel like they have the opportunity to kind of take in their own direction. In this moment, we are finally seeing you poles lies a lot guys don't trust the polls a little blast on the polls are way off and I think honestly, most of our lifetime. The polls have been kind of off well I think there's like remembering the object around the end Obama there was at least a glimmer right that Romney was good to take, and did not happen in the big kind of Ellie ever took the lead was a pretty big landslide right so he had to compose a great assault, but there is that moment when you look at it right now.

Polls have tightened so theoretically, if so maybe will have voted already, polls tightened this really could determine who becomes the next President of the United States. I don't know if that's going to happen right now because of how people who have voted how many how many Instagram poster. You see, now, people say I voted. I voted by Baylor MacGyver confirmed my vote counted, you're saying that a lot but you're also to see a really interesting thing happened. I believe mutely, following which are right you. We all remember the hanging Chad scenario if you guys were back here if you are around that everyone remembers is under 20 years old 20 years ago. Now the situation where Bush versus Gore and what counted as a vote. Could we see another problem with that with availability.

Grill a lot of people are having to like I have family in California and I saw one of the California laws is having to make sure your signature matches right and it matches the signature that's on your driver's license, which a lot of us W. I signed that in 15 years. Let's also common cultural joke between everyone. I might look my drivers license signature looks nothing like what I signed everything else. Yes, using a digital pad. It's always wonky that's guilty.

It's very interesting. I would even tell you right now without looking at my drivers license signature what it looks like I don't think it's how I signed my name. Now I've done it legit since I was 25, so who knows what that looks like one night when last time I had a real update.

I see a lot of those things happened a lot of questioning if you happen if it's close now may not, because then you have a whole different debate average but it's gonna be fun. Look at the debate it's election season like none other. We have one week until under a week and 1/2 until election day soon well days and doesn't feel that way. I'll be honest with you I I've been around for some elections.

Now this does not really that close right Just so many things a bit thrown off so many things are different.

Our phone lines OR slammed fixing the wells little longer. Right next time it would take to try to get through these calls and move on. Talk if you can about any Cody Barrett. That situation also wanted to tell you again about ball bingo where the shirt right now. Check it out to watch my bald Eagle is our YouTube channel specifically for American history a bit at kids all age kids all Beagle.com support the work that is the object support the video production about only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when used with the American Center for Law and Justice right, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition will show you how you are personally publication includes look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for mission in life today online/challenges facing Americans is no freedom for constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side.

Yeah, let's go to Carol calling an online six from Texas Carol welcome to Jay Sekulow live in the reprogram take over your on the air pico got great hunting down to bring that foreign policy not to find a blank to talk about it, at least absolutely Carol I think that's a lot of people want to hear it was supposed to be will really, the whole debate right. This was always billed as non-foreign policy they were going to get into the issues and when Kristen Welker announced the topics we got fighting COBIT 19 American families race in America. Climate change national security.

Okay so that's one leadership, but national security is only a very small right segment of foreign policy. When you look at yes it is. Distortions make you safer in ways so the tie-in but I don't know that directly when you talk about the peace agreements between Israel and Bahrain, UAE.

That's the story. The story is the Abraham accords its is Bahrain it's UAE.

These are big moments that are reshaping the Middle East in a way that no one thought could happen it's never been done under any presidency love them or hate them, you can't sit you can't take that away from them. They have had an impeccable record right now in terms of dealing with the Middle East crisis, which is been going on since the beginning of time and you look at that, whether that's if your support of Israel. Obviously you have moved to Jerusalem, but even beyond that, the fact that you can now freely travel and begin the start travel between these nations.

It if you've never been there. You never experienced it. It's hard to really wrap your head around how big of a deal that is to think this should hopefully give him a little opportunity to talk about that. If not, again, it will be best. That is why I think 90 minutes is just a joke it it should be at least three hours in my opinion with ABF 315 minute breaks something like that give them a break and give him time to get themselves together get a drink of water. Do something like that 90 minutes and when you talk about the length of a kids movie is is I think it is insane. I really did it in the in this year where you can get so much content so many places you're talking about debate one of only two Presidential debates, that is, a length of ghetto Hannity plus was 1/2 hour. You know like that's where they show it. Think of this show, +1/2 hour you really think that's how we should be deciding whose can be President.

I know that's not to say that popular thinker. It was really talking about it, but personally I think it's it's really best opportunity to get real substance and when there is so much repeat in the content. It really brings to question why did the commission on Presidential debates decide that this was the right thing to do and it is conservatives.

A lot of times it feels like the deck is stacked against you like the, the elites in media and in in commissions like this, like they don't want that the positive things that conservatives have done to be brought to light and and were not alone in thinking that Bob Dole back on October 9. He tweeted so sooner.

Bob Dole ran for President very held up as a statesman and but also not here, not like a far right conservative party individual who is high-priority very outspokenly not supportive of the present right in.

So Bob Dole tweeted this about the congressional commission on Presidential debates. This was after the first debate since the commission on Presidential debates is supposedly bipartisan with an equal number of Republicans and Democrats I know all of the Republicans, and most are friends of mine. I am concerned that none of them support at real Donald Trump a bias to me. Debate commission is unfair when Bob Dole, who is an elder statesman of this country and has has no real reason to even get involved at this point decides that this is the money meant to point out how this works. I think it should speak volumes and then when you see that the foreign policy debate is not going to be about foreign policy. It's going to be a repeat.

I think it's really it's an unfortunate time in this country that when he was the Republican get it, I'm sure he went. I was that he was going against Bill Clinton at the time President Clinton and I will went to that Republican national convention I believe was my first one that in the mid-90s I whenever that was for the exact year with 96 of the like that and I was a small kid and I innately we fill the room at that moment that likely this wasn't going to go for the conservatives but I do think probably he's limp that he's dealt with.

It is also is an elder statesman at this point and you interesting. That's an interesting conversation piece or two minutes, but maybe we can grab one quick call. Let's go quickly to Rebecca California Rebecca here on the air all things go click on that. I really Presidential and where you can walk out of what I understand, I don't think necessarily maybe you have and also you in my household. There were some frustration there. People got really upset with her first debate and and I don't disagree rightfully so. I know when it comes to whether this will take on the tone of the Mike pence, let Harris debate.

I highly doubt it. I just, I hope you're right somewhat. Rebecca, that's just not really the style of either of even Joe Biden is more aggressive in that Joe Biden was the one who started started these and kept saying things like, will you shut up man that he wasn't even like he was making it did involved in it for both candidates to into this kind of verbal brawl on television, but it wasn't like it was just the President as the mainstream media would like you to believe. See Chris about to do a better job than Chris Wallace did so we'll see what happens.

Hopefully hope she can may know her from her parents and transformers for revenge of the fallen right.

One of the transformers favorite of the transformer said I was reading about our bio pop up. Hey for a lot of you, you second in our Jay Sekulow live, you should watch us on Facebook facebook.com Jay Sekulow e LJ.org support ACLJ.check out Boll Beagle Beagle.com or YouTube.com/Boll Beagle Jacob Logan Sekulow reprogram my channel to the new country every day on YouTube will be right back Jay Sekulow takeover ACLJ on the frontlines protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ Jay Sekulow Jay Sekulow this is Logan Sekulow loaded secular reprogram takeover will be just about 1/2 an you you ready to go and I just I got something cooking out Boll Beagle.

Okay, we'll talk about that we get the Facebook under Savior watch on Facebook thank you appreciate a lot of people do watch on Facebook. If you are getting a choppy feed over it ACLJ.org is broadcasting smooth as silk. You can find that there ACLJ.org we have a couple more calls and will try to get to those about the debate and then will I do want to talk about a McCarty bear.

That's right, I know really what you it's about as you say we we just played in the break. If you're watching online, the ad for Boll Beagle and and what you've been talking about it throughout the show. You're wearing the ball Beagle shirt wanted Alicia and Delia pain on Facebook asked why your shirt doesn't have the actual Boll Beagle the. The icon of the channel is asking me why did you go with just the text and not the icon the dog so the wing when we do the show use you read it you know. But it could be pubic.

I want to know about that dog while the dog is only well yeah I like the ball Beagle dog to have Beagle half bald Eagle. But no, that's just so we were doing the show here, you would see the full okay again until obstruction of justice.

It's just Boll Beagle right here and you know I like it and also my wife made this with the like.

A die cut or she has so also is less work to be like. Can you also cut out this entire higher creature and I like take up just the part if not all the there. There is an answer to the question. Let's go back to coverage that will decide it is going to New York on 95 and based on your welcome role call. Thanks hope that we remind him that in 20 oh I mean content between 1994 on long time and the only going up jungle but I agree, a lot of people are talking about that I see a lot of that on social media like older clips from the President where he did specifically denounce and look I think that was an issue. People felt a little uncomfortable or maybe the answer, but he does have the record many times and in denouncing these groups could've been handled better. Maybe that's part of the problem though isn't it.

It's like he's always exacerbated like what is asking me this, because even like the Washington Post and fact checking organizations point out that the good people on both sides comment is wrong because immediately after that, he says I'm not talking about the groups I denounce white supremacist neo-Nazi like the entire clip is being taken out of context and then people like Chris Wallace.

They they perpetuate this false narrative that he's celebrating the groups that he is denouncing very clearly and has for years looks like it regardless of that I think also what you would look at is the way that questions that was framed.

I think same way the Joe Biden there was some question with the court packing questions on these questions are not. If you don't debate what oh what are ways you don't you don't answer those questions you don't answer the questions that are essentially setups that hit you with something you don't concede that that part of the argument yet because the narrative the premise they set up is false to begin on the premises.

You're a racist right then.

Okay, let's move from here.

You can't do that so I part of that is debate prep and ways are not again as a Presidential candidate as anyone who's done debate that was supposed to get your concede that point because it flipped under really quick so I can kinda see that a copyright because come out with some different, something about the actual substance that's really what I'm looking for substance from both candidates and I hope it happens I guess.

Call 1-800-684-3110 well promised to talk about this. We will talk less talk about Amy Cody Barrett and the confirmation process is ongoing challenges facing America is freedom or constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines checking your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public and exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you. Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life-changing, member today ACLJ only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable voice.

Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later, when Obama care me in many ways your membership is empowering the right question mission life today online/national to disable we are going talk about other topics well this morning Amy Cody Barrett potential future most likely justice of the Supreme Court was voted out of committee. That's right so the big surprise anymore. Went live unanimous support for all those that were in attendance 12 to method 12 votes yes zero votes no, there were a bunch of empty chairs. There were 10 to be precise because the committee is made up of 22. There were 12 Republicans on the committee and there are 10 Democrats and this was some talk that had when when the present first announced her. Her nomination. The Democrats were trying to figure out their strategy where they can to try to find some procedural tricks to try to stall this or maybe even defeat this nominee or were they going to just not participate in. They took a little bit of a hybrid road. They didn't participate by meeting with the judge before the hearings, as is customary that ended up with some really bizarre question asked in public. Then they participated in the hearing process where they were asking questions. Almost all of them were there somewhere there remotely, but they took part in that process now today this morning they voted. Whether or not to send her nomination to the full Senate and that's what the judiciary committee does. They explode to the rear step to write in this I will come in.

Theoretically they could even say we don't recommend sending this but the Senate Majority Leader could still take up the nomination, but what we saw was all 10 Democrats boycott this part of the confirmation process and didn't even show up so it resulted in a unanimous recommendation by the committee and a pony Barrett to the Senate for a full confirmation vote that looks like it will be Monday. There are some procedural things that happen in the Senate right and then she will be confirmed and then at some point next week.

They're saying there will be some official swearing in ceremony, and she will be the next justice on the Supreme Court after her now finger crossed here affluent with with just About the fact that this is over it just a matter of weeks is mind blowing. You forget this is sort of the norm.

Now is the norm, is not the people involved in her shop but the process is usually pretty smooth right you ask real questions, hard-hitting questions answered facing qualified as Lindsey Graham is always that you put the voted for Kagan voted for my art to develop these people who are qualified whether he agreed with them politically or not that matter. These qualified candidate maybe is how it should've been done previously but you look here and when it's changed so much change last couple years. I think that the way that Judge Barrett conducted herself in the hearing. She was very poised. She was respectful to the questions even when many times they were not as respectfully being asked of her. She also showed her command of the law and the facts to a level that I have never seen your brother Jordan said it was similar to the way that Chief Justice Roberts heat.

He was like that in the hearing with no notes and was just able have a command of the facts and recall very specific details about deciding certain cases a job for you is incredible to watch it.

I think only nine people to be outside the law. This is the person you want in this role, I list some bytes you pick out some good bytes. I would hear from what happened this morning.

Our people would like to hear that your watch on Facebook get to see some of it but I think it important here, maybe from Lindsey Graham, maybe from from John Radcliffe, and you play a couple of things he likes best stuff that's from this morning yeah will let's let's hear from Sen. Graham. This was this morning and this is bite 13 talking about Judge Barrett and then reporting her out of committee to the Senate today I want to celebrate home to celebrate the fact that Judge Amy Barrett will be reported on this committee unanimously that to all the young women out there like Amy Barrett.

This is a big day for you to the country as a whole. We are going to have an associate justice on the court that he should be proud of.

This is a good day that again was from Sen. Graham and you things are moving things are proceeding. You know III like what though was.

You know people didn't show up today was kind of quiet day right if if it were not to the season that we are in. It was a day without really a ton of fanfare and no distilleries for Bart Riley talk about it, is very excited people were hours away from the debate.

People are excited they want to hear that they want to see without this is really some stuff that could really affect your life insurance future. That's absolutely right, and the other things well. There are some other information came out last night because there was a joint press conference held by the FBI director Christopher Ray and the director of national intelligence, John Ratcliff about a some election interference and they announced that there has been some voter data taken by the Russians and by the Iranians and it was being used by the Iranians, they were using it to do some voter intimidation kind of some of the stuff you saw in 2016 where it went.

It seemed like he was just trying to sow chaos and there were some emails that were sent to they traced back to the Iranians that were posing to be members of proud boys because the Iranians I guess watch the news is probably in the in hand they're talking about. What's the hot button issue in so they they held a press conference last night and this is some sound from Christopher Ray them to play bite number 11 because as again is going as FBI directory as writer for Chris right once played by the not going to tolerate foreign interference in our elections or any criminal activity that threatens the sanctity of your vote or undermines public confidence in the outcome of the election when we see indications of foreign interference or federal election crimes were going to aggressively investigate and work with our partners to quick take appropriate action. So you know I feel like that's the appropriate thing for Christopher Ray to do for the director of national intelligence to do to say this is what the left has been clamoring for for four years about that. Be careful that the Russians be careful of election interfere. Now it's happening now that they're saying what we've caught some things.

This isn't going to undermine the integrity of the election, but we will let the people know we caught this where working to put a halt to anything like this but you know I always get the newsletter from our buddy Brian Stelter is yours as well and his newsletter last night. This was the headline it said the presser that wasn't top story across major news organizations Wednesday night should have been former Pres. Obama's stinging rebuke of Pres. Trump but almost immediately after Obama delivered a speech something peculiar happened so that we are John and Ray assembled an abrupt print press conference to talk about this all of a sudden for the mainstream media that have been pushing this narrative of Russia. Russia. Russia election interference. What is Trump administration to do about it. They don't even care even care if the Russians are like Gallagher working on it.

There was some stuff and were work were helping to make sure taking care of you. Chris right out there like Barack Obama there was any news that his own vice President that he's out there endorsing of a really promoted by the way, what a week out job there, like millions of votes later, but whatever. You know that we are to each his own.

Barack Obama at CNN after all this after all we've been dragged through for the past four years about the Russians are influencing our election, the complaint will wipe. Why people talk about Obama anymore yeah like it's going to the conversation is disingenuous. This is just they're just feeding the inbox with what people want to hear a book you may want this to be Barack Obama and Joe Biden, and look understand why personally because I feel politically I can at least understand the situation with Barack Obama made a talented guy, a gifted speaker now yeah Joe Biden out there. I don't necessarily get you know whatever map we have Barack Obama yesterday.

He had his a stinging rebuke of the President as if that's a shocker to anyone ever in the back that's newsworthy you have a real news press conference by Christopher Ray and the FBI director and did they not want them to address yes like that's what I situation like the Kobe situation last time where you know there was the press conference the other emails that flip-flop ended. Maybe they're trying to avoid that kind of disaster. Or maybe they're just like you said just trying make sure that I wish write a newsletter we should popular again. Hey, I love a good newsletter but only imprint that will sensing the nail late you know that information once you get find out who the President is in a couple weeks it out.

Maybe it will be like, or what it would take months to get back to the American revolution Civil War, all the wars it takes time for us all right you don't get sucked so I a printing press which I feel we know a guy while I was 100 684 31. Only when a society can agree most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. All of the but Chris Pratt came out this week and baby Chris Pratt and then like you will put some red Ted Nugent, the normal kid rock normal conservative celebrities Chris Pratt yeah there was a also to marvels that you know Chris Pratt is easiest our Lord.

Regarding the galaxy. Yet he hasn't supported any candida probably not even a political guy really that he didn't do the Marvel cinematic universe.

They had like a Zumba Biden fundraiser right and he was absent dissipate and people went after have a very outspoken evening of the also delivered outspoken Christian guy of deep faith is very involved in his church refer to stories before and what was finally cool is you did see a lot of the more liberal costars.

Whether that was at work with Robert Downey Junior or Mark Ruffalo coming to his defense actually coming to the defense of Christianity in his faith rent which was kind of a cool moment had to say what I love Robert dungeon is a maybe love of the board if you like this man is a real Christian and supported him and said it will get political and half the country because I feel the country would feel no that their views are not necessarily being heard by those from the Marvel cinematic universe and really the people within Marvel that there's a lot of lot of a mixed there's a lot Democrats want conservative run Marvel so you know I think that was an interesting interesting move one that gave me a little bit of feelings about people can actually be like civil with each other. They are horrible to him that he was the worst Chris of the three Krista Hemsworth Evanston that he was the worst because he potentially is a conservative and is a Christian and thankful you saw some of Hollywood saying you know what this guy is our friend, the other may not do it for some is not there, Fred.

That's fine, whatever, who cares they know they've they've seen and you.

I thought that was pretty cool. Also maybe having my son was a starlit Halloween couple years ago and I think that Chris Pratt has been kind of a breath of fresh air within Hollywood to some degree because when he, even if he's not like each is not political and that's what he promises back you see that he's very outspoken about his faith and I and that makes me happy.

One that he can be a role model within Hollywood not just to his costars, but to people that are watching the films, but on top of that it is the fact that one. It shows he's genuine about it, that his costars recognize that and say well well well, don't go after him for this. This is not okay it it does kind of in a world where you think of Hollywood being the liberal cesspool that it did.

There's nothing for about her conservative that they will come to his defense is very refreshing and it makes me happy. Maybe I'll go watch the avengers this weekend or something just to say thank you for sticking up for your house to watch a game that offset the final of the most recent avengers there snapped there and it is the of West side story that both know this snapping in both the West side story and this is what you get on reprogram on the right avengers were lots okay, what's another family more infinity war first infinity was first to watch them in order. He did a video get that fed my kids love it. Let's take some run out of time. I know this thing went off the rails. But you know what that's why bring Logan Willett somewhat said the show when we take over the gates of great joy because it was like that moment at school where we were sitting there waiting for class to begin. And all of a sudden, a tip sub would come in chapter ready for movie day. That's always what it feels like just like a breath of fresh air. Let's go to Sharon you put on hold for a while thank you listener that can't this year, the year goes back on topic. When anything you block them from back in the court theater well to block a future move. There would have to be that they would have to be a constitutional amendment or something of that work we do.

A statutory limitation. But that could also be more easily feels the there actually have been a group of senators that have introduced a constitutional amendment which would bar the court packing you would. It would keep the number of justices at nine. I really don't see that happening in this political climate.

It's very difficult to amend the Constitution because it's not just Congress. It's not just the President goes to the states having to ratify this.

It would be a very difficult process. I feel like in this climate to get that to happen, but I do think if the Republicans maintain the Senate were not going to see that pass. I do think also if they did get to that point.

If the Democrats won the Senate, they will definitely try that if it's a Biden CNA Senate. But I could see some people that maybe have a midterm election that are Democrats. Maybe defecting at the end because it is such a drastic move yeah there could be some moderate state Democrats that are nervous about doing something this weird issue because a lot of people don't even know about the Supreme Court. That's just the truth. A lot of your voters could name the justices a lot of good to have you both record and say what report does the sad reality in America but you know it's true.

That's a ball beagle, and how to explain all these things.

Trust me, they'll be a Supreme Court episode, I'm sure, they will have to update cool thing about that again. Check out plays ball beagle video knew one of the electoral college come in next week. Perfect time to explain it to your kids that explained it to yourself.

This a lot of questions about that.
