This is the Adam Gold show will be will not here right now it's like that about all threads up to 61 there on serve in the fourth of the doll obviously needs to win this to stay alive. I need to let Fritz to win the breakeven on my Place your bets yesterday. The question will also be will this finished before the today's pleasure, but segment out of right now.

Talk about the only topic at the pool this afternoon and that is the survival of the ACC in the college football root what you wearing what you were summer. What is this is you came on the show wearing Italian soccer league series that were getting here. Yeah it's it's the Fiorentino top kit from Syria, which you can watch on Paramount plus stop delighted views do you have Italian soccer teams is like a real figure out where this ironically is an actual choice and I was so my decision to support Fiorentino happened for two reasons businesses during the pandemic soccer over in Europe is one of the first ports to come back when you're done watching marble racing on twitch.

You actually got me out of some real live sporting events, and Italian soccer was one of those leagues that came right after the Bundesliga is also okay cool. The two reasons that I decided to saddle up with Fiorentino was number one. I love Florence like it is a beautiful place. It's been a week camp there. We went around to the rest of Tuscany. We went to see NNP's performance is our home base and had a great time there. Number two.

Based on my amount of research Fiorentino seemed the most like the Charlotte bobcats consistently like 913 they were never going to contend for any kind of championship and they were always losing their best players to other teams. In fact, the best player for Fiorentino since I have been a fan in the last years has left for you, then just twice first battery cookie Aza.

Obviously I'm just constantly having to watch this talent leave for better clubs and so it was it was a fandom experience as a bobcats fan. I felt like I could bring some some good knowledge of what heartbreak looks like that's been to Patterson. Thanks for the working I mean, if I live here on like I am pro-soccer improve growth of soccer is an American sport and as Americans like you embrace those words just feel like the whole like I'm choosing this team because whatever I got out of like so I've always talked about one of the things I love about hurricanes and being a fan of the hurricanes that I'm bringing a true sportsman attitude to it as I do not care about the other teams. I do not care about the other teams do not care about the coaches know there's lines or their narratives. All of the things that I have to do for college football college basketball and golf in terms of fully knowing everything that's going on. I want none of that responsibility going right of the ruling fully aware of the rules. I just wanted to. Boo yes I will back down with that thing that was that's been my introduction here is also okay I'm going to choose one team because there's 20 teams in Syria cannot actually go learn about all these other guys so I had them approach where I don't really care about following all the action and the rest of the league but yes it is fun on weekend mornings to get up and see how Fiorentino's gonna break my heart this whether the canes will and is easy to buy because you grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina.

I guess if you're claiming that Florence is your vacation home then you can be good to have that owned by an American who is constantly battling with the like. The traditionalists over there in Syria. They think that an American owns the team.

So it's it's been fun to again just get that small glimmer into the league of Alaska.

She Patterson does is summering in Florence and while was there. He keeps abreast of the cover through on the news.

I thought David good a lot about ACC specific specific stuff. One question I did not ask him that we could put on the ACC shoulders or not but I movable brothers that the decision does what is happening right now covers realignment play out differently if the power five it agreed to go to believe it was a 12 G proposal that was on the table. What would a 12 team college football playoff have been locked in have prevented or altered in some way these moves we just all in your mind know. I think that it might have delayed them but I don't think that it would have solved all the issues and I remember that was one of the popular sentiment several well-informed national writers came out right off the jump and said that the ACC in the pack 12 screwed this up by agreeing along with the Big Ten to vote against the final vote was 83 which Notre Dame voted for, along with seven other conferences and then the three nose were the ACC, the Big Ten in the pack 12 Big Ten's motivations from my viewpoint is that when you agreed to the expansion in that window, it meant. ESPN owned ESPN was going to have all the games of the 12 team playoff in the Big Ten as we know is very much in bed controlled and being advised by Fox Fox did not want the college football playoff to expand before 2026 because then it would mean ESPN which I just landed the SEC for all of its media rights was now going to also have the college football playoff event. ESPN was essentially go to control college football so Fox wanted to make sure that this thing was to be able to go open to market that they were to be able to have a say here and the only way that was going to happen was as long as the college football playoff contract ran out all the way until 2026 and so they were able to obviously convince the Big Ten within the Big Ten also is able to I want to say the Big Ten convince the ACC in the pack.

12 but that was a popular narrative right after the decision was ACC impact 12 pack 12 obviously got stabbed in the back by losing USC and UCLA the ACC which now finds itself on a little bit of the rocky footing. I guess you could say in terms of the overall college landscape that you could have maybe prevented this.

If you just let it expand. I don't agree with that notion.

I think that the moves by the by ACC and by the pack 12 to vote against the college football playoff was that just sensing that there was a little bit about a runaway train and in college football in general that they wanted to slow things down. Now do II never put anything into the scheduling aspect of the alliance, I never put anything into the idea that there was going to be some alliance invitational.

I only viewed it as a voting block that they put together just to prevent the SEC from basically controlling college football and ESPN from controlling college football for the next 12 years to Patterson joining us from CBSSports. What is the next move is. You see that happen we we are reported yesterday the big 12 is eyeing 4 to 6 pack 12 teams is that the movie you think is like a minute or was that just the power played without that while the pack 12 was power positioning by saying that their opening their immediate negotiations immediately. Is there a chance that all five leagues survived will like what what the next move then what you think is the shakeout it will be up to three years now. Whatever like this without whatever this is considered this rhyme I'm putting Oklahoma and Texas in the same round of realignment as usual. USC like what's the next move in this round and then where are we with the dust settles in this round in your bod. I do not believe anything is imminent unless Notre Dame wants to make a decision. My understanding is that the Big Ten will not make another move until it hears back from Notre Dame and Notre Dame is never ever been in a rush to work on anyone schedule, but Notre Dame schedule. I think that for those pack 12 schools. The reason they are going into these media rights negotiations so they can know what's behind both doors, so that Arizona Arizona State Colorado Utah heck, even in a Washington and Oregon, which I think Washington and Oregon would much rather be in the Big Ten. The Big Ten is not can invite Washington and Oregon and expand further unless they know that they are going to go for like an even bigger move here.

They're just gonna sit back and Notre Dame wants to go, then maybe that initiates another waiver we see Washington Oregon Stanford Notre Dame all join the league and then all of a sudden the Big Ten finally gets to be the Big Ten.

10 a.k.a. the big 20 big 12 is being aggressive. The big 12 is going to try to do everything it can to go out there remember, where did their new Commissioner come from rock nation baby I'm telling you he's coming for him. He's going to go out there and he's gonna try to make a splash she's going to try to be like the Mr. entertainment shaken up college sports you want to be the visionary and for him to take a league that which by the way big 12 schools were talking to the pack 12 about joining the pack 12 a year ago and the pack elves said no and none of y'all provide enough value. So the big 12, I think, is looking at the Phoenix market from a television perspective Arizona Arizona State. I think it's looking at Utah, which not only would bring Salt Lake City but gives BYU is going to be a member. 12.

Nice travel partner there in the big 12 and now the holy war becomes a conference robbery course Colorado is your old lover and I'm just getting back together with somebody who you've already had a previous relationship with those for if you'd asked me to predict. Of all the things that are being rumored those four seem like they are not imminent, but they are moves that I could see happening as you said, when the dust settles.

But as we sit here discussing this today though schools are also still trying to talk to the pack 12 to at least see what staying together would look like financially while the big 12 is going to be trying to make their pitch as well to Patterson CBSSports and ask him another.

When the dust settles question to try to guess again I'm not so this earlier in knocking anybody who's talking about what are the rumors you don't like right now Virginia for you would see fit to do. That is a state federal looking where they are prodigiously being included where you received for the school declaring like a lot of the beer that's easier under the B of the Big Ten weather towards or not now again reporters are reported on our talking to 80s are members of the burrito rugby to the ACC and the SEC and asking who are the programs that still have value and their naming North Carolina and Virginia – I'm not saying that there there creating the record stuff up but just you know that it it isn't about her of next week. Or we could see you would see the Big Ten of the SEC to be one of those to write like I don't think were quite ideas portion of the proceedings, yet everyone sitting around and on zoom or you know whatever their proprietary zoom function is that they're using, but they are sitting around in there saying all right.

There are no bad ideas, and if they are big meetings with lots of ideas, and so when it gets linked to a reporter that something was considered. Guess what, it was considered 99 other ideas and so that's why I have a lot of patients to any of these reports because the more research I've done the serious moves, the one that ones that result in action are kept very very with a small circle until they are done that you it's almost like a mobster getting hit versus getting caught by the police] if I hit, I would think of it like that you have that that that the police are like love either you would like found out right you don't like the rumor. All about it and probably drew it could happen. You would've heard about it in a river. First is a very good point. So you may need like from 6 to 8 weeks to put together the US seed UCLA deal.

The total number of people involved like handfuls you know at each of those two universities, and even within the Big Ten and then you finally got to the final two weeks with a broad and full calls with all the membership of like university presidents.

One last call with athletic directors like three days before the deal went down. There's just no way that is it possible that something that is reported from one of these. No bad ideas sessions does happen yeah but to your point. It's like it's it's not imminent. If were hearing it now because it just means that it's something that's being talked about during one of these, anything goes. Let's map out all of our options when it comes time to really put things together. It's it's normally held pretty tight until right before things go down to Patterson from CBS College sports will talk some more covers realignment of your Wimbledon squirrel day because I care about it.

That's next to the out of go to Golden studio in my macro speed to router with a capital financial advisory group. We are talking retirement coach. Let's say you have more than $1 million balance in my 401(k) regulations for sure, but how can that actually come back and bite me because this is a thing that we did we get the Mirage received the Rogers of the desert before you see what's what. Her head was not there when your financial garage is thinking that that total balance in your 401(k) or IRA is yours. We have two people that want to get a hold of the two uncles buckled North Carolina and Uncle Sam both of her to do some damage to the balance depending on what kind of other income you have lose 40% your belly. So if you're looking at a million-dollar IRA. Maybe as we were 6000 you. So how do we get around is what you don't get around it could end up in jail. If you try to do what you can do tax planning to minimize the effect of taxation into the future. The tax train is coming out and we need to make sure to minimize the effect of the derailment of a financial accountant for the next 10 people will do it at no cost or obligation. Put together your very own tax and retirement plan 800-661-7383 or text Adam to 21000 per coach me through American aquarium covering Jody receive reply to somebody basically say that the album of all country covers business there for recovers on the present is good of the original that a great reply will tell you about it at your brothers Giorgio's from CBSSports. The cover three podcast ship there's been talk about.

Will there be a insert number here 28 3648 team super college football. The basically new division that would break out from another one. Is there any chance of like the ACC would say you feel secure the note was really because her grade rights makes it super prohibited at least for the next couple years. Is there any chance you wait it out and see what happens with the potential of the leader there creating a new super league and not trying to just wait out the storm.

That way, and then lit the see how it shakes out with the catchable super league before you make any moves I got to the ACC is dried at the obviously it's not tried to lose themes but is that the next more likely thing to happen again for us to get new news about just the way the top tier of college football is going to operate. Maybe breaking away.

Maybe paving the way for payers big-play players being paid. However, you qualify qualify of that living that stuff all shake out and not let this be seen as a college root, a conference rely the thing with this be seen as a college football. Finally settling in to where it should be as a semi-prototype league of that are different from everything else that is his college sports will let me start by bringing some clarification because it super league in sort of the breakaway in a lot of ways that this been framed suggest an entirely new formation and that is possible, but one thing is significant to me. There is an NCAA transformation committee, one of the things that the NCAA transformation committee is in charge of his trying to find ways to allow the schools that are operating at a different level. Financially, a different level in terms of resources to allow them to not be prohibited by some of the rules that are being voted on by schools that have much less resources. The schools they do not want to play in some of those same worlds.

So I see it more as creating a new subdivision much in the way that one a split away from one AA and later we came to call them the FBS versus the FCS. The easiest way to explain to a sports fan. This that FBS has 85 scholarships and FCS as `63 or 65 scholarships and when you think about the true value of a full ride scholarship. That's money right how much money are you willing to put into the players being on your football team in your football program, their housing, the board there meals everything else FBS schools are putting more money into their football program and FCS schools. I see this is creating a new subdivision above FBS where like you mentioned maybe maybe players are paid. Maybe you are allowed to hire as many coaches as you want. Maybe you're allowed to have as many recruiting days as you want all of those things of which there are caps under the current NCAA rules caps that are supposedly supposed to allow everyone within the same umbrella to compete in the same sport which is not a reality whatsoever. So let's take those and let's allow those who really want to go all out in terms of their spending in terms of the resources in terms of making college football. The number one priority for University let them go do it right now. Let's come back to the NCAA transformation committee, one of the cochairs of the NCAA transformation committee, SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey. Now, unless this is totally like the call is coming from inside the house inside man.

He's gonna blow up the NCAA after being the cochair on the transformation committee. I think that Greg Sankey is the SEC Commissioner is not going to form a super league that's gonna break way away from everything else in and ruin all the the NCAA tournament and everything else about give the connection between these divisions, but I do think that as the SEC Commissioner and very much the leader of one of the conferences it's going to be a part of college football is displayed at the highest level for the next coming decades. He does get to help shape the rules in a way that is going to allow the SEC and those SEC schools to spend as much as they want to put together the same kind of compelling television product that's gonna bring in millions of dollars for those schools that are playing at a different level and so I think that it is important to remember that this is not necessarily the end of the NCAA, but it is certainly the end of college football at the highest level, all being played on the same caliber across the board and you this is again not just the division from 6365 scholarships to 85 scholarships, but this is going to be more along the lines of okay you know Akron you can't and are not going to spend as much as Ohio State. Let's stop having you exist in the same world as currently as FBS programs date they exist in the same world and you bring to bring back to the ACC. How many ACC schools want to play in this new world where where just taken the restrictor plate off and let you drive just as fast as you want and that's why becomes a philosophical question for the week itself.

Do we all go to some of us go and you know how does that end up breaking down, but I think that none of that is imminent, but that is sort of where the big picture stuff is headed in my opinion I guess you know you like that exhibit everybody. Yet those were my exact following questions. You mentioned the disparity between Akron Ohio State what happens when it's not quite the disparity, but you go to and wait for skits badly for the scenarios all safe football and quips it words like are you guys, we will do the same thing that and then you said right to what was good but asked question is, is there a world where the ACC can stay together as a conference. It is in basically every way and still have you, whether it's two or four teams playing at the super level and the other 11 thieves or whatever the actual methods playing at the highest level.

That is the super level I give you. Is there a particular world that could happen. I don't see it happening for football because so much of football like it would mess up your TV money yet just like any choice to not play at the highest level is costing yourself money. The ACC is already at of fighting an uphill financial battle when it comes to play in the same world as the SEC in the Big Ten. Your you're either going to make a decision to jump up into that world and hopeful like best case scenario here so the ACC is going to join this new subdivision and it will be called the college football playoff subdivision of the NCAA will have entirely new rules that will have wet the ability for a lot of these programs to take these millions and millions of dollars and turn it into note student worker salaries. I don't know like will figure out exactly how to like spin this later but you essentially are turning into the semipro league as you mentioned earlier, the ACC might choose to also be a part of this college football playoff subdivision because by being a part of the college football playoff subdivision means you get to cash checks from the college football playoff in this new college football playoff in the college football playoff subdivision might be able to generate enough revenue that you can make up what though what might be $50 million gap 10 years down the line, but it might be able to give you more money than you're making right now and we would definitely give you more money than what you would make if you are playing a lesser brain to football because a lesser brain to football is not going to draws many viewers and you need to be at the highest level of football.

In order to generate the most in TV revenue when the good points about the disparity is getting bigger but the ACC has that you can the payouts don't guarantee success right like the SEC could choose to say yet that's right good to hold everything together and you know it's going to go into this new world and the ACC could maybe even lose members and still plow forward and back. No will play in your new super division and you will have our our hate game against insert school here that went to the SEC or insert school here that went to the Big Ten but we as a conference still as like as a prestige play still want to be a part of college athletics in all sports at the highest level in our universities are financially secure, like UCLA's athletic department was in debt. They needed money. It was a very much like a Maryland sent like play where they had an opportunity to get a cash grab fix a financial situation and also better themselves for the future financially.

There are some universities throughout the ACC that might feel fine and I might not be hurting for cash and the only thing that there really stressed about is really something more that like Clemson is stressed about, which is keeping up with Ohio State there's ACC member. The don't care about keeping up with Ohio State are playing a different game they care about different things and their priorities are different, so I dance your question, I don't see a fractured ACC where some member schools are playing football at one level. Others are playing football at another level, and I don't see that because then you're messing up the entire conference is TV money to Patterson CBS board to be taking the kids to the beach this summer. Yet we did. We did about maybe like four or five nights down at Pino Shores for like everybody says like having kids on the beach is the worst. But if you like I wanted kids, just like a guy guess what at the beach and I had a good time. So life was it did, did it turn you off the beach entirely. Having kids at the beach a handful like I can't nap for like two hours drink for four hours like swim what I'm hot for like 20 minutes I realized this would alter my schedule, but like will I still like the beach after I think I get there. Yes, I will tell you what the aquarium crushes the hideout that like the beach itself is physically, physically exhausted running through the sand like like new physical challenges that I was not that I was ready for, but that you're deftly surprised me, but you know the aquarium putt putt going to go to the Morehead waterfront and what's the activity you look at boats and get ice cream and the amazing activities so that for me.

My experience was just sort of the general beach area activities were very rewarding.

The experience on the sand and in the water, physically exhausted, not quite the answer is looking for but it's not as well and then expected that it was a real take it to Patterson appreciated.

Hope you don't go out wearing that shirt and the talk you through some good WF for everybody over there off the bridge towards North Carolina's giveaway speech is terrible. Nobody's go to the beach anymore. I don't quit quit ruining the beach or repair. It's okay get through a couple tough years and will be up to sit next your kids and supercold Dragon talk about life yet, just because I don't have kids with me. I can enjoy the beach. That's right, but I know I'm still hopeful that you what I have kids trying to drag me down that I would still be able to join the beach with them were 90 minutes in the show are actually little bit more a little less than I did.

That little fewer than 90 minutes were taking it as a allotment of time that a number of minutes rose 90 minutes left the 90 minutes left of the show. This is yet another you cared about be grammatically correct and accurate lesson here is what I care about a lot.

This is have to try, regardless though I do that will not. I do that unless your ordering food that is if it is one of the longest restaurants still standing in Raleigh. I can remember. Yeah, I mean it is been there as long as I can remember. I think it technically is been there not as long as I've been a lot of things like maybe 1980 and came around me, but I remember I don't remember it not being part.

There's a trend going on with movie theater.

Specifically, the rise of Ruth the mitten. The new Despicable Me movie. Basically the prequel I guess you could say okay so there are group. It's a tick-tock trend were young teenagers who were young kids. I guess when this movie came out where they dress up in suits and dress up like minions okay get rowdy during the movie and start throwing Fernandez discriminating that you know this outside of that we ever going to the Rocky horror picture show. I'm not actually so and I think it's gotten tamer now but like this is what the whole cold of the rock your picture show is people and they still show it at the Rialto. I think once a month on Friday nights at midnight is people would go and there was like participatory respiratory stuff like when there's a wedding throwing rice with toast pure fructose there's a one point where I'll get it all the details.

I don't know if you are supposed to totally strip naked or you just write in your underwear.

There is a sort of streaky moment in the theaters I kind of respect vineyards becoming an interactive movie thing now, I'd be super annoyed if our@live by. You whatever it is $20 now for you to be here and I got hit back the head with a banana by many that I would be a little annoyed but overall I can respect that I like you, I so what I like what we cannot be like just a promotion like you have a go along with her.

I got I wish that theaters would maybe designate like a this is a movie like where you want to do this thing.

These are the yes yes yes designate that like if you don't want to be part of this. Yes, do not buy the Alamo does that like movies that that a musical sing-along like don't really know because this is the grief sing-along were all good things so they can make a movie that that's what happened to be forced to endure minion activities. If they don't want to, I guess, but I kind of like a minion for you now try to do the like what the what it's called one step beyond our backs were now like with winds blowing in the movie and they like the wind energy yeah yeah yeah I don't so I could see this become like part of movie like a minion. Looks like his brother, the screen like in the beer that got run around like I would be baked in the part of the movie. I all for this.

I love this. I'm not. I don't know the minions laugh when I see them so I got found them to be comical so I'm okay with them, but I like this is attributable and I like you to I equated a bid to win, I will install like infinity war ventures Spider-Man the days that they came out you knew you're going to get like a like a crowd that was really into it I was really in a cheer along in those kinds of things words if you went a like a week or two after the opening date, you had that that team audience so again I like of a theater designate like eight this is the fund. This is a fun time slot like the quote along the cassette Alamo draft house" alarms. Those are fun to know if you saw this haze, I know you're very plugged into don't know about all this. Will you be today.

I called me to get by okay on this before trying to make good line you are.

Let's there's a social district that is coming to Raleigh yeah down which I like this so this came about last year. I believe it was were vendors earlier this year, the North Carolina Gen. assembly passed a lie to their credit recently, the Gen. assembly has seen fit to relax some of the antiquated. The color blue laws basically like you know culture laws that like for example, some people treat Sunday as a sacred religious day, but some people who don't describe that religion just see Sunday is another day maybe the only day that they have all for work for longtime on Sundays you could buy the most that brought you could get a beer for 1130 soccer game will be up before noon. You couldn't buy beer at the source. We relax a little bit more recently they've allowed Townsend North Carolina but figured to pass a law to allow locally cities to decide whether they want to have a social district.

I believe for those who don't know it said basically an open alcohol has to be like in the permitting, there's some there's a regulation is a designated area. You can go for my one shot to the next with an open alcohol container similar to what you see in parts of New Orleans and some other cities that there is a good way if you buy beer for example, at one bar, you can carry it to the next place and Raleigh actually I don't know if they had a distorted service as part of the law that was passed like you to bring alcohol into that area like you got a purchase made for the benefit the vendors in that area. You got to buy the alcohol from there. I love this it will have a big day for strong town November about seven years ago now one of the guy who owns some stores downtown didn't want to see more partying and reveling on Fayetteville Street took out political ads against candidates that were sort of proto-relaxing the social district, and he tried to label Raleigh was drunk out of bed. A lot of people ran with it all is like a joke of like yes Raleigh is always been known for partying way too hard to go so crazy out there and Raleigh knows it. Picture Barney Fife like there just go go go for drug counselor. The ironic none name and were sticking that out.

The social district instruct our things about change here from what I have or have what were not this is actually just breaking news from Ian Rabb.

The NFL good.Duke are you and you would see the ACC correct. This is NFL news college go with the news papers are acquiring former number one overall pick Baker Mayfield from the Browns for a 2024 conditional fifth-round pick sources tell him and Tom to Lucero deal is pending a physical all parties split the financials to make it happen. According to Mike Ruffalo a little bit more the financials rounds will pay Baker Mayfield 10 1/2 million dollars this season, which means they trimmed over $8 million in cash and salary-cap space for them.

Papers will pay Mayfield approximately $5 million. Mayfield agreed to trim approximately three and half million dollars off of his base salary.

So again, panthers are trading for Baker Mayfield 820 24 conditional fifth-round pick. I don't know those conditions are the smooth news is broke a couple minutes ago but a conditional fifth-round pick in 2024 papers get Baker Mayfield Browns are going to pay 10 1/2 million dollars of Mayfield salary. Panthers are to pay about 5 million. He's in a agree to a pay cut for Baker Mayfield's that is legitimate breaking news, Panthers have a new quarterback all right little bit of gold was that this does not gallantly calibrating. This is not County is totally that this bears out.

I think what we are hearing along the lines of the one with the bigger Mayfield scenario right basically everybody knows that Cleveland's got the Sean wanted is recorded back in the future. The bigger Mayfield's days were numbered. That makes him not a heartrate commodity right like not a lot of value together they'd be you to get rid of this really comes with crazy baggage salary but like more seller than you want to pay you guys might be a backup quarterback or might be bottom half of the of the league starter quarterback right. But the question was seen less about what can they get for them and it seemed more about how much can they get someone else to pay his salary so I forget the number that Yorty said it sounded like a combo of Mayfield figure pay cuts. We could agree to get somewhere we might be able to play yet Panthers agreed to take some of the salary Cleveland agreed to keep some of the salary I'm sure will read more about how that affects capital that all other stuff in your what what it means. The interesting question will be, is it a full on three-way competition that the feathers got a set of the sand audibles are starter at that the rookie activity was named out together got back Larousse that corral was Sid CEO. He was not seen as a possible first round pick who might come in child for starting positions.

They seemed comfortable going with Sam going to be the starter. As we heard he had some of the best practices we have received at the worked out – but it seemed like a pretty clear number one number two. This makes it a little more uncertain. Mariah will you get the God that that you been claiming looks good and definitely knows the system versus the guy who has won games and led teams.

The play of the NFL. Even if as you leave the playoffs. It looked like you might also be holding the back little bit actually just reach out to Travis Hancock W FNC Charlotte. He agree to join us in the next segment so we can push back place her back. Perfect will place our bets another time that we will talk the latest Panthers news of your nerd trade has gone through Baker Mayfield is now a Carolina Panthers pending a physical was further pending a physical in there but yeah Panthers pick up bigger Mayfield for fifth-round pick, nice to see doesn't feel like they gave a bluff world and then some salary agreements will talk to Travis Hancock W FNC next available Job June 19, 2006, but it all started May 6, 1997 with the announcement that the Hartford whalers were coming to North Carolina transition of heartbreak.

Figuring it out on the fly became 25th anniversary of the Senate by the Carolina listen I can't wait for Panthers game to start. I am not much of a talk about this in July can remember. They play the Browns in week one, you you say remember that as if I knew that at some point around jet pricing that information, but no boy with information stored in my head. I may do it all sports as I am a when the games are here I am in Wimbledon right now because we are like three notches left the final and there's people that actually know playing that's Taylor for its enough on the dollars. I am a sports on the field kind of guy I am not a talking sports in the off-season, guy like I was to sports radio and they're like little joy to talk to doomsday the bike totally cool number thing but better trade for new quarterback going to dip macho into the NFL world in mid July, but even more importantly I've got somebody smarter than I am talking about. It is Travis Hancock, host of the Mac attack 92.7 FM in Charlotte. Travis W. Evans.

He was caught. I said that is what seven I was in the givens he is the a.m. what was what guilty of number.a.m. but we recently moved over to night.

It was still now here at R.Boulevard that's good about it was I was reading it distributes what about those equator, that's of the number of used students of different digits there 92.7 FM 6 to 610 of the traditional a.m. Travis what's going on. My question for you. First is and I'm stealing this straight from Jeremy Markovich's great follow on Twitter. Can we get Baker Mayfield to shoot the progressive commercials from the would-be training facility in Rock Hill. Can we make that happen. Would Baker Mayfield is a better idea. I wish I would've thought of it goes about federal normally with the are not attended to gain therapy and Vera… That the great need for you right now in the city of Charlotte before we get into Baker the quarterback. We had a high-speed chase here this afternoon throughout the city of Charlotte all throughout South Charlotte. It lasted for two hours.

It the mantle for cars around trying to bump this guy off the road like Dina pickup truck started chasing the guy involved in the shape.

This guy crashed the news broke. I don't know that was what it all happened that one trying to hide all the wood that together they worked without Baker's up after all my God, what did I wake up my nap today. First of all, this is Charlotte is always been climbing the wrongs of big-city Nissa getting a big step when you have big time high-speed chases and everybody talk about this totally seriously. This is not like that is a big city move right there so huge tip of the One point hurt you. You guys like stop now you don't like 40 but now you going over all the long, that we finally got a quarterback back week one sent Donald Baker Mayfield. Yeah, I get the Cleveland Brown lever. The crew was the drama what we play again here quite a game. All you can call quarterback meet your mediocrity.

Every day we try to figure out the next name on the lead and I landed on Baker Mayfield being here about 10 times and now it's true what is the great doll certainly more accomplished in his career so far.

They plan the only difficult fifth-round pick for it so it's not like your you're not locked in for a huge investment actually pretty good outside quarterback date basically offered to wind the weapon could be really good if you're all healthy. The defect could be really good, especially in the secondary felt as crazy as it now that you have it that far off from a playoff roster right now outside of quarterback I give you a lot of answers my question. Who is the start going back week one Travis back row… The no doubt no doubt Baker Mayfield the article back for this season. I will be surprised if it's not like there's an integrated get ugly and I wanted feedback around these in the third round pick at Ole Miss. But now this is not get a break Baker Mayfield in here and all that around him and not happy that there's too much that there's too much that goes into Baker Mayfield. I think for him to come in and… Since he was sent Donald and he seems like he's somewhere between a lower tier started, not willing to say he is terrible. He hasn't been great and he might be a very good backup quarterback. But what would that leave the Panthers and sent Donald… You don't like steak now on you know what that operator tried that Donald is the quarterback was that like 33, 34, 35, the backup quarterback ranked out I let you come then under cooperative coordinator fatback actually likes it up at WR parentheses abnormal… Be in the back of even having said that, if they have to turn at some point to a backup quarterback to me that he could be back around. I have no idea really where work right, but the Baker gargle corral quarterback tool that Spartanburg is now going to be electrifying.

While probably not a lot of people, but off, but ultimately we play the quarterback hypotheticals the whole time with the way the pages of play. The past couple years but financially in the and where they would be financially and where they would be performance on the field any spot better now than they were when they first decided they were to be without him like if they had stuck with a digicam due north they had stuck with Teddy Bridgewater, the whole job is anything to suggest that there is a better position now that they would bid and it is there, though, since I have run up against the heartbreaks of a chore for me but it not going to try quarterback try to wait now that you know if you want to get better yet to find your franchise guy walked her Baker that guy like me. But if you really like the 92.7 on the M-16 and we purchased come in on short notice to talk about the breaking back in a few Mayfield news watch out on the streets. Other men don't let somebody random jump in your car and stealing all that would be cool story. Thanks, Charlotte having car chases and quarterback trades. Interesting stuff going there. This is the atom gold shell June 19, 2006, but it all started May 6, 1997 the announcement that the Hartford coming to North Carolina transition of heartbreak.
