Jay Sekulow joins us in studio to talk about campaign 2020 in the Presidential election.

And of course the hearings have started confirmation of Judge Amy Cody.

US Supreme Court opening statements today will analyze those and more Jay Sekulow live live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow when politicians try to get judicial nominees to give their views on cases or to give their views on policies to try to get them to pre-commit to certain outcomes in future card cases we are politicizing the courts and that is wrong.

That is a violation of our oath to the Constitution. Phone lines are open for your questions right now: 1-800-684-3110 anytime anyone tries to attribute to you a policy position and hold you to that.

You're not a policymaker you're a judge and now your host Jordan secular Jay Sekulow live what you see, watched the hearings. There is a break right now that the 22 members of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Most it appears you have elected to attend sub will be doing it virtual sub might be doing a virtual today because it's really just opening statements today that doesn't is not important. Judge Barrett already released her opening statement where she again reaffirmed that she shares the judicial philosophy of Justice Scalia. We can go through that opening statement, but really what were certain to see is kind of how the Democrats are the Senate Judiciary Committee there. The by Doherty are staying as far away as they can.

As of now from Judge Barrett's faith because that didn't go so well last time. That's why she's into a point.

She's brilliant, well-qualified, extremely well-qualified. ABA said that to but she became a kind a household conservative name because of the attacks on religion so doubts about the affordable care act case. It's after the election, not even about cases involving potentially the election so it's about playing politics to them what they hope is the America people watching that to me. This is usually about the quietest day the hearings began. It's good that we got them started going, it's good to see sitter Mike Lee there in person ads and that of course you start to see some of the attacks come, but what those really come in the next 22 days where she is questioned by members of the Senate Judiciary Committee by those senators as well. I want to play this. This is state sitter grabbed the George's on Friday.

Remember, all live on the broadcast.

This is his part of his opening statement as chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee today. Take a listen were confirming the judge and election year after the voting has occurred, what will happen is it my Democratic colleagues will say this is never been done in their right. In this regard. Nobody's I thanks ever been confirmed. Election year past July. The bottom line is Justice Ginsburg.

When asked about this several years ago said that her present service for years not three. There's nothing unconstitutional about this process.

This is a vacancy. This occurred at the tragic loss of a great woman and will not fill that vacancy with another great woman. Bottom line here is that the Senate is doing its duty constitutionally. Let me just explain to people very quickly wanted to go through the stats again we come back we'll get more into the some of the attacks, the very been lobbed by some of you know not everyone spoke to get out on that the committee so you got the opening set remarks about is about eight sinners so far, not even so, less than 1/3 about about 1/3 of the committee are little bit more but that in Presidential election years when the present.

There was a Supreme Court vacancy at the present and the Senate. The same party same party.

17/19 confirmed when they were different parties only to obtain that's just history presents job they all dominate. It's when you got a sit it. It's your party that you get them confirmed. Don't believe the lies from the Democrats will be right back on Jay Sekulow line challenges facing Americans or substantial time in our value, our freedoms, our constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress. In the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms event remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member.

Thank you. Not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stay in the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition like it will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the what Obama care means to the pro-life in many ways your membership is empowering the right question.

Your free copy of mission in life today online/Jay Sekulow live as you take your phone calls 164, 31 to the Senate Judiciary Committee hearings have started this is the process to ultimately confirm Judge Barrett to the US Supreme Court. How great of a day that will be now.

We got to go through the Senate Judiciary Committee that will be the opening statements today and will finally at the towards the end of the day. I hear from Judge Barrett herself. At first it's all 22 senators I get to speak it's to the makeup of the Senate Judiciary Committee fan. We have 12 Republicans because they are the majority party singer Graham is the chair and 10 Democrats so that when it comes down to the vote. It's it's a majority vote of the Senate Judiciary Committee that then moves it to Mitch McConnell's hand to handle then bring it to the floor of the Senate timing.

We're looking at today. Opening statements Tuesday and Wednesday questioning of Judge Barrett by the senators and then on Thursday it will be witnesses. People who know her and support her domination, sometimes of the people disagree with her vehemently odd on her judicial philosophy and then also people who oppose her domination. That's kind of that. The quietest day of these hearings and then it will likely be held over week in the Senate Judiciary Committee will likely vote her out of committee.

All around the 22nd right there that's right, Jordan Fetterman Graham is very direct and we laid out the timeline this morning. He said that on Thursday after those outside witnesses go that you just mentioned he will move immediately into market.

Now that's just sort of a technicality during the move from a hearing posture to a market posture. Democrats are writing about. He could vote then that they will ask for it to be held over chairman Graham has Artie said he will acknowledge that request. He will he will grant it a motorboat of the judge out on the 22nd, which puts her on the floor of the full Senate during the week of the 26.

We don't know yet what day that week. Alida McConnell will put her up for a vote, but I'm confident it will be that week. A couple of notes I did want to make your right you're not 22 members on the committee seven of them still have to question you mentioned that Sen. Lee I was there in person having recovered. We have seen several senators go virtually though in concluding a member of the Democrat side. Sen. Lahey said they have not had any problem doing that adjourn just one thing of interest. I would think the reason that you would want to participate virtually would be some precaution of being in the Senate building wealth. Sen. Harris is going to give her opening statement here in a minute adjourn. I want people to listen to this that the committee hearing room is in room 216 heart Sen. Harris's office building office. It is 112 part.

It's on the same side of the same building one floor down yet.

She's going give her statement virtually.

That doesn't make a lot of sense to me know the thing is, I think she doesn't want a lot of attention.

She wants to keep the attention on wide Harris ticket she is on this committee shall make a political statement virtually get a lot of attention because she is a VP nominee for the Democrat party were the two major parties in America I think shall come at this at the ACA. The politics of it. Bad trout bad Republicans that much about Judge Barrett may be that you know she threatens these rights, that rights of the affordable care act, but but then it will be interesting for enemy Michigan. It continued to do to appear virtually even though she does not have any.

It is not been diagnosed with covert or anything like that is recovering from that is been campaigning across the country.

She can campaign issue can be virtual when it's comes down to the question and answer time to farm and I would say yet we don't know Jordan, but I mean there's not really a rationale to be virtually today again from one floor beneath the hearing room and then not be virtual tomorrow if you think back to the Cavanaugh hearing stored in your inner remember this very well. Probably many of our listeners will as well. She had a very visible role.

She wanted to be up front and center look as a member of the committee.

She's perfectly entitled to do that, but it is good to be interesting to see what she decides to do on that front.

The other thing that I think is can be interesting.

Jordan is one of the Democrats in a do with that ABA rating of well-qualified that you mention because I'm just here to tell you while it's not the gold standard for me.

I actually think it's fairly hard for someone who's not a hard left radical activist to get that well-qualified rating.

That's just how impressive Judge Barrett was to the ABA just to be a Couple Ct., Senator Schumer and Sen. Lahey have both called the ABA rating the gold standard and Joe Biden. When using the Senate Jordan.

He said he didn't give anybody else is writing more credence in the ABA.

They say that Judge Barrett is well-qualified and NABA is not a conservative organization when it comes down to it out looking at judges sometimes I get it totally wrong because they are so politicized on this one.

It was just impossible for them to come down and say that she wasn't supremely well-qualified and even the minority vote was was well-qualified so it was Sue.

He was like supremely well-qualified and well-qualified with the vote comes out that way the actual determination by the APA is dead. It is the word is wording raises supremely well-qualified substantial majority deemed her well-qualified that's outcomes out highest rating. If you get because what is substantial majority does it. That's actually the holding of the ABA minority said well-qualified so I again I think what you have to look at here is the politics.

This is not can be. I Cavanaugh you can see this if you see the hearing room.

It's not the same kind of politics, but a former DNC Presidential candidate contender who is also on the committee, Sen. Amy Koba char she does want to make it all about politics, which is really the worst of the worst when it comes down to confirming a Supreme Court justice when you're literally saying this is all about politics. I've been saying that for years about the liberal justices because you know exactly how to vote on every issue. About 99% of the time I've been on every every case I could bet on on how the liberal nominees will vote and I think I'd be right 95 showtime.

Maybe there's a place I can do betting on that.

I don't know Vegas is going to Supreme Court decision making yet, but to be interesting because if you voted on how the liberals get to come down it all be doing pretty well, especially on the landmark cases because because they do play politics and Amy Koba char center Koba char cheap cheap. She made it clear this is all about politics to the Democrats. Take a listen. We cannot divorce this nominee and her views from the election wherein we didn't choose to do this now to plop a Supreme Court nomination hearing in the middle of an election. They did you know that is actually not true that a Supreme Court justice passed away, and every President at any time of the presidency has always nominated replacement regardless of what time it was in their presidency or if there was an election coming up is only just. Justice Ginsburg said presence don't serve three years they served a full four years so this idea that all well even if present trouble to lose the election in November that he somehow doesn't have a role to play in our country. He is still present for months and get to finish out his four terms with the full authority of present United States, especially so if his party remains in power during those four months and there's a couple special election things like that but but again this idea. It comes with Justice Ginsburg to Republicans did not decide this people to know Justice Ginsburg was good passed away very quickly. It was kind of unexpected because she was participating when we were to the oral argument via phone audit behalf of you are a client present trump in a role outside of the ACLJ my devastating over there. The studio next to him and he was standing up at the podium. It was done by conference call with Justice Ginsburg was doing it and that she was vocal. Should questions tough questions direct question so people do. She was dealing with different illnesses and she's been very strong been a fighter, and so she happens to pass away at this time they had. It was not the Republicans who chose this moment. It just happened. Of course not, Jordan, and then look at the D Constitution puts out a process by which that vacancy will be filled and located in the United States Senate Jordan. They have the obligation to provide advice and consent in every situation you describe. They did that during that does not mean they confirm the nominee every time. That's not a real role with the United States Senate has to come to one outcome or the other by refusing or declining to consider or to approve or to confirm the nominee. They are also filling the role of advice and consent. You need the presidency and you need the Senate to confirm the nominee.

I'm just a one other thing to Sen. Coburn's RII do agree with her in a narrow sense, we cannot divorce this from politics and in in the sense that the American people voted during they voted in 2018.

They voted in 2018 to send United States Senate to Washington DC that would confirm President trumps nominees that election had consequences as well and were seeing the fruit of those today. All right, folks.

Continue restricting your phone calls 164, 31, two, that's what hundred 684311076 advice to from Joe Biden one recently when he says the American people possessed of the American people. The solid A/V deserve to know your position of court packing of the deserve that and he says no I don't deserve to know. I asked you by this. What else the American people that deserve to know seriously and then a flashback to Joe Biden bashing the idea of court packing because yet he was sitting to share committee chair real nice guy about Clarence Thomas. I treated him about race in America these issues in America. Go back and look vostro Biden that hearing talk about racism on display is Justice Thomas called the high tech lynching was done by Joe Biden. He was the was the literature in chief of that hearing.

If you will will come back take your phone calls and remember her special day because Rick Cornell special advisor for acting director – intelligence is good to be joining us right here. This studio right here in the studio talking politics 22 days out November 3 election day will be right back on Jay Sekulow line only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition will show you how you personally. Publication includes all major ACLJ fighting for the rights of pro-life activists ramifications.

40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the Obama care means many ways your membership is empowering the right question for mission in life today online/challenges facing Americans is freedom or constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress to get in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. Here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms event remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member.

Thank you. Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ Jay Sekulow like that the city to share committee still adjourned with a comeback if we need to go to a live we will remember this day is opening statements he of 22 members get to make opening statements that takes a log log part of the day with breaks and then will finally get to hear.

I think that'll be great, but will be later the day from Judge Barrett.

She's Artie put out the remarks were opening statements. You can read those values. Like to see them deliver that I think is different with actually delivered, and sometimes they choose. They have a log prepared opening remarks they choose specific parts of it actually deliver orally before the committee looks different. I bit of those.

Here is a forward sweating it out. Your urine is viewing rooms above, this is a huge room in heart where you can absolutely be socially distant.

In fact, the Democrat side. The only only people who are not there and are participating virtually our Patrick Lady Sarah Lahey Vermont and Sen. Kemal Harris of California those they put out her offices next door to this hearing room.

I don't know she's on the campaign trail or not.

I take advantage of being able to do a virtual appearance, but I also think she doesn't really want take to be seen in this light anymore just be seen as a VP celebrity so I don't expect expect her to be there for questioning will see I think that'll be have a tactic that honestly the body. It's gotta be very politically decided because the Biden campaigns.

If you have that's a good move. Now the Republican side, Mike Lee's back is recovered from COBIT. He's back, he's there in person.

We don't yet know about Mike Crapo.

Yet they had II think that's what were not sure if he is attending there's aquatica?

By sheet. I think he's going to be there. Summer are just because this is the opening date something the day of questioning. Ted Cruz is virtual and I'm assuming that that is just getting back to Washington DC. He'll be there for I would bet is to be there for the questions of the vote catching grandson. He talked to him earlier this week he had a a sweat self quarantine because of exposure to a COBIT not not not confirm case drawing but just a self courting.

He'll be back by the time the vote happens okay I will start getting your reactions also get reactions to from Harry Hutchinson, Senior policy legal analyst at the Bexar flawed justice to the statements from Sen. Blumenthal today he's taken the two nastiest shots I think. So far Judge Barrett so far said very much about ignoring her and talking about Trump and the affordable care act in a Leo up election stuff, take a listen, Sen. Blumenthal, the one who you know, lied about his experience in serving in Vietnam by 45 Presidents from failure to act will likely lead to 55,000 additional – 55,000 additional Americans lost over just the next three months.

Senate Republicans are refusing to address American healthcare arc over 19 or economic relief because they care more about putting an extremist ideological judge on the bench and not just on the Supreme Court. So first he calls an extremist ideological judge she's Artie made a decision about that. Then he goes a step further by 46 sadly it's not just the affordable care act. That's at stake it's a woman's right to decide when and how to have a family control over her own body and activist judge on the bench doing what Congress could not do.

Okay hear your thoughts on Sen. Blumenthal me. What a joke. Calling a originalist textual list in the mold of Scalia and activist judge.

I'm doing what Congress could not do that is exactly the opposite. And why it's so hard to predict how a conservative or originalist or text Jewish textual is judicial philosophy could be applied to each case because you come to different conclusions with the same philosophy absolutely did not activist activists like unforgiven, the late Justice Ginsburg. She made the law fit her but she worry where she wanted to go her decision. That same goes for the rest of the liberals on the court twice said I if there was a place to bet on how just as we were going to vote.

I would only bet on liberals and I think that but when 90% of my bets on the basis of that. The big case the day where they want to legislate from the bench. It is not Judge Barrett will be an activist judge that is ridiculous to claim that absolutely so originalist and textual justices interpret the law before them. That is why they have the capacity at least two at least occasionally disappoint conservative voters. Why because they are not rendering policy decisions that is good job of a judge and so if you look at Sen. Blumenthal, who has a distinguished strange relationship with the truth. He is making up his own facts with respect to the coronavirus, and secondly, with respect to the decisions that Amy Koning Barrett will reach none of us really know why because she is a textual list. She is a conservative.

She is an originalist in the mold of Antonin Scalia replay this because Joe Biden is been repeatedly asked about this court packing ideas coming up in the hearing, it scope a number of times in the hearing fact the wrong waiver to get Democrat saying this nominee is court packing note there's a vacancy there's not justices that law Congress adopted updated the court.

It was back in 1818 69 we got the nine justices. There's a vacancy says waitresses right now.

You're not court packing. If you just filling a vacancy, and in getting the court back to nine court packing means adding more justices that died so do not believe Democrat lies on that but take a listen because Joe Biden is starting to really double down and get nasty talking to a local reporter in Nevada. It's on camera. It's a video I expect her to be seeing it in ads across the country take a listen.

By 11 know you are not going to play his game. Talk about. I've already said something to be the discussion instead of what he's doing now he's about he's about to make pick up election first time it's ever been done first time in history, it's ever been done. You know there's two problems that one is at the first time is redundant to the fact he said voters. He's asked don't voters deserve to know is a really respectful question that's all guy was saying.

People keep asking him about his report he says no, they don't deserve to.

They don't as well so they deserve to delete that is spring court packing what about you know issues like tracking green new deal and T for what he can do about Hunter Biden and your son and his connection to sex trafficking there to people deserves noting that Joe nothing and… In her sassy address that directly by 41 when politicians refuse to give answers to the pretty basic question of whether not they want to try to change the number of justices in the court, which is what court packing actually is when they want to try to change the outcome of what courts do in the affected future by trying to change the size and competition composition of the court.

That is a bad idea that politicize is the judiciary and reduces public trust and I agree with him 100% very quickly. I about 30 seconds hear this idea again that Biden refuses to to even tell the American people were what his thoughts are. He could even say I'm not sure I you know I'd have to report but he just flat out says people don't deserve to absolutely submit down some political opportunists who believe in nothing but power.

They now wish to pack the court Joe Biden in 1983, said it was a bonehead idea.

It is still a bonehead idea that we come back and remember Rick Grenell specialized ACLJ former truck cabinet member and rejoin us right in the seat next to me in the studio talking campaign 2020. Canseco's hearing over 22 that 22 days away from electing an ex-President ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member thinking. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today seeing okay live from Washington DC and secular folks, just the next segment series is recruited out for acting director of national intelligence for US investor Jerry recent member of present trumps cabinet. Remember he declassified all those unmasking request really get into the election politics campaign 2020.

He's been out of the trail is been out all over the country and he really wants to give you all as special budgets. The ACLJ his thoughts on what he's seeing what is picking up on the issues so he's going to be joining us in the studio today on Jay Sekulow live.

So if you're watching the broadcast Hill beat Austin right next to me he's about to be be in the studio who cooperated during the next break but if you are again listening at a radio is most were audiences may want to check out the video later today to post up at our our Facebook pages and tweeted out as well so that you can see what it was like to have Rick out not just by Skype or joining us by phone, but as a ACLJ special advisor at at our offices doing a number of different projects while he was here but able to do on the show today as well, which is great to have him but I do want to get to the final, but usually so much to analyze on the Supreme Court so much out were not really get to it to the calls today audit yet but Maryellen and Jeff you call back at it tomorrow.

It will be sugar. The first two calls of the day because I got I got to spend time with the with having Rick here. We got a lot to talk about so Jeff, let's make sure and Maryellen get get a book just repaying it on make sure. Maybe we can even call them and you and have a have them on is the first I guess that we take on the broadcast tomorrow, but I do replay this from Joe Biden because he's Artie told the American people's replay that they don't deserve to know his thoughts on court packing. I asked what else don't we deserve to know Joe would seriously it's it's that idea of just look at the swap and how they look down on the average American voter you and Sackett. How's Joe explaining this to one away.

He calls packing the court in a typical Joe Biden word had a nasty boneheaded take. It was this what he was judiciary with the chair like Lindsey Graham is today by eight, Pres. Roosevelt clearly had the right to send to the United States Senate United States Congress a proposal to pack the court was totally within his right to know that he violated no law. He was legalistic lay absolutely correct, but it was a bonehead idea. It was a terrible terrible mistake to make and it put in question there for an entire decade the independence of the most significant body, including the Congress, in my view, the most significant body in this country.

The Supreme Court of United States of America. Boneheaded idea stand. Your thoughts just because of the rich and rejoin us really getting more politics. Of course, tomorrow's broadcast Wednesdays broadcast Thursdays broadcast.

That's what it really gets heated then that's when the questions come today or opening statements were seeing some nasty statements. Of course, about Judge Baird Concord activist Judge Blumenthal saying she's extremist ideological judge, but really this is more about Tromp in the affordable care act and Republicans versus Democrats but get to Mars will be get into the heat of it ever can have that full analysis all our each day, Tuesday, Wednesday, while it's going on Thursday to kind of sub up all the questioning that occurred but that your thoughts are just the way that this hearing has opened so far and will first of all, why would you vote for someone in Joe Biden if he won't tell you what you stand for. I'm not sure what the motivation would be if you can't get information from him. But you're right, Jordan.

The next two days are the ones you can hear the most from Judge Baird on Outlook.

I watch the Seventh Circuit hearings on that maybe many of our listeners didn't he's going to show herself very well tomorrow. She's got a good grasp on all of these issues a great grasp but I would say over the course of the next two days.

If there are going to be a tax. That's when they're gonna come. I could probably even predict who they're gonna come from Jordan, but I think I think much like you had no idea just wait to see how it rolls out II would encourage the American people watch it.

I think that you like with AC, I retreated our specialized record.

Allison believes deeply within him that I said hello does within me to ask people retreated sub I Twitter twitter.com/Jordan secular hope you'll read tweeted his record. I'll be joining us in the studio, the second half hour of Jay Sekulow life challenges facing Americans for substantial time, with or without freedom or constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms event remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member.

Thank you thoughts well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ God where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition will show you how you are personally publication includes all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the Obama care means to serve the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for mission life today online ACLJ/Jay Sekulow like this Jordan secular said early the broadcast is great to have special advisor, financial security for policy for acting director of national intelligence in US investor Germany also spent 11 years in left 11 years. The State Department are specialized ACLJ Ricker now live and in person line is the studio with us. Amazing usually been on the road been very bit very busy even stepping down after stepping that is acting director of national intelligence very busy. Of course, as we get very close to the election to talk politics. The next segment we got Rick for a couple sabers were here in the studio but but I do want to talk to about this because Rick came out you are on the first couple days a week and then this came out while you're traveling and what your thoughts get these notes from Britain and the notes came out read the tweet from Pres. Trump saying declassify everything you know, unredacted, everything we get this all the time with Foy is sometimes it should be written, sometimes a cut but he said declassify but in these notes and reading from John Brennan's own notes of CIA director and we know this is after July 20, 2016's right the heart of the election last election presence election were getting additional insight into Russian action from that's that's that's all redacted with a ghostly, citing alleged approval by Hillary Clinton, a proposal by on July 28 by her foreign policy advisor to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal.

These are John Brennan's own words by stirring up a scandal into the Russian and tying the campaign to the Russian security service to distract from the issue with her server, the people listed that are briefed here are POTUS. That's Obama, JC Comey, Dennis McDonald, the White House staff. Yet, while Chief of Staff and Susan Rice national security advisor.

This again we saw Jim Toby testified he said he never heard about this.

We have a letter also Rick, you don't, it was to Peter struck from the CIA, which is sometimes unusually can use in court. They say it's true gonna do their own do their own investigation.

Peter struck got that September 7. He still on TV calling Pres. Trump, a Russian agent and he was told by the CIA in this letter, we can put up a screen we have it and we can but in this letter. He's told you got you guys need to investigate when Hillary Clinton is up to this whole thing may just be a way to distract from the fact that she had a private server with classified info.

Let me also add that there are a couple of other pieces of information of people who have raised early red flags saying from the beginning the Russians know that Hillary is doing this opposition research. They know about the steel dossier and that they are feeding in propaganda now one of the things that the Democrats have done to this whole thing is they've removed the phrase Russian propaganda don't use it anymore.

Their calling and election interference.

The fact of the matter is they fell for Russian propaganda, but they knew it was Russian propaganda. So it was more than just falling for it. They had this whole strategy of pretending the Russian propaganda was true. This is exactly what they did Russian propaganda was used by them because they liked the the dirt that was being thrown. Basically it was we know it's fake news. We know it's a problem but you know what it's going after Donald Trump are political opponent. So let's just fan the flames a little bit. Now think about this Jordan. Your government is weapon Nicene intelligence agencies to go after their political opponents. That's really scary.

And it has to be completely open and transparent to the public as to what happened. What I'd like to know because I think that you can dig a lot deeper.

If you have the names that are redacted right and and then go after these staffers who have been covering up for Hillary and to see where those staffers working in the State Department because a lot of the Hillary Clinton staffers were buried into the State Department. I couldn't list a whole bunch of names of people who were appointed there, who worked very closely on European issues, let's say right okay because if Hillary Clinton and the DLJ are working together to push Russian propaganda into the mainstream and utilizing our embassies. Let's say London right and how the steel dossier was developed and were utilizing the State Department and the agency and others.

We need to open that up and figure that out there feeding it out to it appears that this is even like pre-steel. They're already knowing that what you're what's coming with steel is bogus and it's probably something Hillary Clinton is pushing what she was paying for and the DNC is paying for. So to kind of formalize this in some kind of report they can searching because but the fact Rick dictate they just ignored. Investing it doesn't look like there's any if I think of Jim Comey could've said we looked into it. It was there was Intel there but there was enough it's something but he took like what I call, it's the way to take the fifth without taking the fifth hundred under oath when you say can't remember that if at his typical thing but like you've always said to us, keep me say that there's a whole lot of people Jim Comey new heat of the images find out is out copious notetaker so I I have seen the career intelligence officials who have been saying from the beginning.

Early warnings saying comments that this was all Russian propaganda those comments from career intelligence officials and I think our listeners need to understand that there were people in the beginning who said this is baloney those voices in your government did work career intelligence officials saw this and said this is Russian propaganda and baloney.

But those voices were silenced and their statements classified and pushed away by the political appointees under Obama and this is where I think what we have to be honest with is that it was the Obama administration that manipulated career bureaucrats silenced them for their own political gain. I think that the what people call the deep state or the bureaucrats should realize they are getting thrown under the bus, liquid, Jim, James commented he is now claiming that he knew nothing about this and that those underneath him were the ones who were guilty of not raising her voice or doing the right thing. So Comey is going to get away with this because career bureaucrats are going to be blamed. I have to say our career bureaucrats. The career officials in Washington DC. The intelligence community officials should absolutely come clean and start telling us what they know because they're about to be blamed by James Comey. We got a couple is left the seminary into politics and we have Rick here on the stat with us and were between 22 days out more like three weeks out from election day at Rick where he reports of not getting through Durham anymore so the one guilty plea to one count of the guy who I mean attorney probably will never practice law again either.

It's pled guilty to a felony who basically outed someone who is a US asset knew it was a US asset took that information out the email sent along and so ever. All this talk about.

Oh well, it wasn't a real manipulation of Pfizer that you got rid of a US asset and and and so Encarta page to me, as is the legal side of this outside ACLJ but on the present legal team will even work to spend our whole life outside the ACLJ for years and unfortunately too much of the presence time. All of our times your time to and it doesn't look like before election day really gets it out. I didn't get to all of it by election day, but it doesn't look like by election. We were going to see justice done to, or even the beginning of justice being done and that's I note to our audience extremely frustrating, but I think you can help them. Maybe understand how difficult even with the present tweets out declassified all it's like we didn't get everything that day yeah how difficult the bureaucracy is yeah and such a good point. I mean I was thankful that the President is frustrated enough with this process and he's in touch with this power to do it under law.

You can declassify anything wants whatever he wants to and and he's he's listening to our the people you are saying we need justice Ahrens of the President when he says a directive go declassify this, the cabinet members should immediately push through and just demand that this information get off the desks, bureaucrats and and I know it creates problems where people say there's no due process or theirs. We had a lot of due process. It's time to declassify and put this out and I think we have to start holding cabinet members to account.

If you can't do this and you shouldn't be there. If you can't do it. You shouldn't be there.

If you feel like you know this is to resign. And in this sense if they refuse, they can be fired for cause. That's all you can remove your credit tougher without cause much easier with cause of your refuse an order. The present United States. They can be classified as President whatever they want whenever they want to and they will do it. You can find this is why I think we have to have outside you can have people who live by that we can work in breathing, washing, Swazi swamp wheat we all a lot of experience with the swamp but we never been swamp that way. In the in crowd we write back on Jay Sekulow live with ritornello special advisor support work ACLJ ACLJ.org only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ Jay Sekulow like we are 20 days out 22 days out from a pivotal election is currently at a rate Rick Rendell is in the studio with a special advisor to the ACLJ for acting director – intelligence investor, but you also, since leaving those roles with the government joining us is a special visor.

You've been on the campaign trail to Rick you traveling, probably more than most people because it covered all around the country campaigning at seeing that the battleground states. Some people it was this broadcast not probably brought in every state, every city some people there with the battlegrounds are either blue and red so they don't see the kind of intensity is there. You have yeah just first your initial kind of reaction where were you think this is 22 days out with the fact that the debate where Mrs. got on the second time around with the debate and we don't really know how politics is going to look these final few weeks with the President, yet it though he's been doing some of its be doing so already and so I sense that the that the hospital stay. We don't know if there's gonna be another debate and all we don't know if there's good we just there's a lot of what-ifs and of course on election day that but what you can from like the people on the ground battlegrounds so that that this is the exact question of the present asked me this past idem he's like I need to know the intensity. What are you hearing and and I love the fact that the President is totally focused on the people not on the media span right, not on what the you know, GOP chairman and are saying he literally wants to know that you know are people making signs are they standing out and what are they saying the regular people so II love it and I have to say have been throughout Nevada, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Those are the three that I've been really concentrating on others as well. But those three have been concentrating on, and I feel like the intensity in Nevada, and Pennsylvania is way more than it was in 2016. Even more so even more so will out more public or more public there more public about it.

I every single time I travel in Nevada, Ohio and Pennsylvania. I hear people say I didn't vote for comp in 2016 I am voting for him now.

I have met one person who said I reluctantly voted for him in 2016 and this time I'm not voting, and I pressed hard on why they didn't really have an answer but I will tell you that 99% of the time I'm talking to people who did not vote for Trump in 2016, but are convinced now through his policies and to the media manipulation people are really upset that this guy the outsider is constantly criticized and pushed.

I think the media have gone all over the cliff and they are now helping us with everything that's crazy. Look at Nancy Pelosi now trying to use the 25th, a minute Ron Johnson said it best. This is a cool though there is a God who going on New York Post this past weekend on the front page of Nancy Pelosi and it said cuckoo seal UPC OUP and this is where were headed is that they haven't accepted the 2016 election results. They got except the 2020 that we know as part of the legal team we been looking at the different scenarios they start laying out so they were arty laid out going back to impeachment of the presence reelected and if the Senate switched which I don't think that those two would happen, but if they did they had any margin at all just impeached not the reason.

Just will do impeachment it can do that 25th amendment.

Maybe we can set up a committee.

This committee through the present to an inner also of course they they look to even if it's Joe Biden, but how can we give him to think this is what assists tissue separation of powers issue but but but to it just for our audience. The state you're in, which I think the present one by .2 .3%, though some of us some very small margins, but they were historic. Twin is a Republican, Pennsylvania, Ohio, to the ends and some Michigan places like that Nevada to go back to and then we but what you think. What would your message be to people out there so if they're in a red state what they need to be doing and if not a red state like it.I know that they can they can get active they can donate they can they can share think and talk to get social media go volunteered when we get closer. If it's estate is more open, Latin, going door-to-door you can actually go there and and help you, but what is the people in the in the in the in the battlegrounds were being inundated with it every day you you been with them what you think the best thing they can do so I've got three points to make one if you're in a red County.

This is how we win. This is a base election. You have to drag everybody that is a Trump supporter, or somebody who is leaning towards Trump or if they voted would vote for Trump. Don't spend your time trying to convince the middle anymore. We got 22 days left you is about getting every single person who supports Trump to vote.

We want Pennsylvania because we took the red counties and made him blood red.

We made him incredibly high voter turnout. That's the first point. The second point is is if you live in Michigan it's incredibly important to go vote for John James you have to get out and make that Senate seat flip that could be the reason why we hold the Senate why we get Trump's nominations through and how Pres. Trump and after is reelected is not impeached again. We have to hold the Senate, John, James, is a key there to flipping that let's get people out to vote the other thing I would say the letter. The third point is if you live in Colorado.

Please get out and vote for Cory Gardner if we can hold that seat they may not be able to flip the Senate tradition and only if the gremlins are there to become after the impeachment that we come in all these different anyway even if it does isn't successful by the votes that they need. They will have the votes to actually do it. They will be able to impede the presidency yet again that he was the present an excellent job, Rick of being able to kind of you. He would work with us. We needed to on that and then most of the time. I will tell you that happen very late in the evening and during the day.

He did the American people's work until very late in the evening and when it was time for to deal with Muller. It was time to deal with impeachment and leading up to that it was it was again, if anything ever came up. It was late at night, but eventually overcame up for the American people. That's where his first priority always has been but but you mentioned, like John, James, is this it if you said it because he's running in Michigan is very close tight race within the margin of error titrate candidate and not to tell people will tell people to go from this.

But you know you're looking for information what we think is for you say because I literally this morning said another donation to John James Pickett same reason. It's their archways, the people down the ballot can also help you as an push-up turnout but also we don't just rely present Trump we need to keep one of the unit we need to keep said you at it so and so incredibly important than the Michigan flip would be huge Colorado holding guard Gary Gardner that included the writing on Scott and the on on judge. You know he can write out and he said it a tough reelection battle where he could've tried to not say anything or cut a waffle through it came right out and said no. I supported this in Cory Gardner is a thoughtful politician who really looks at the data he's not knee-jerk. He he is somebody that I would even argue the thoughtfulness of of Cory and his ability to kind of push through and some of these difficult issues. By being thoughtful doesn't always get rewarded by voters because they they want somebody to be loud and look at black and white issues completely notetaking. One quick side B. Nature is not Cory. I think we should reward is great. Every casino will still be with her so a lot is really up his next 22 days a correctly severe with this.

Folks go ACLJ.
