How is your mental health. I'm listening with Lou Cohen's struggle with anxiety a lot couple ways were tools I guess you would say to maintain my health is making my silverware to the things that I know I'm prone to information is key for things like that. Knowing what your John with and how they operate. Being aware of the way your mind works in certain situations has been the most important thing for me more and I'm listening.org talk saves lives, whatever my gift of hope within a block at Berkeley with even a Smith couple back the curtain on everything beyond the world of sport interviewing influential guest outspoken celebrity thought leaders across the political, financial and self you know me, I'll give you my biased opinion episode dropped every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I think with the placement presentation located 13th and out of the studio available on the art of the act or whatever you listen to your pocket. Brad present time is always a bed been great that you are doing fantastic. So what's the job with this Phillies team. I've been impressed. We know they get the long ball. You know what Nolan will are capable of, but all throughout the year. It just wasn't clicking how dangerous is this demon how I don't know but I want to say fearful to the brace be because they see everything, but how much of the dangerous part of the brazen what I think the point of dangerous globular think all the point very differently than they did for most of the regular theater or at least know until Rob Thompson took over. Now you can argue that they been a lot better obviously droptop to go. That's certainly true, but they've never been as healthy as they are right now. They've never played yoga small game as well they're doing right now and you're quite frankly, Albright hasn't been in there and and they haven't no I think the bullpen is been in disarray for a lot this year so it seems like everything is clicking on all cylinders right now and if you look at the Phillies roster and you can tell me hate the fumes altogether play great defense right now would spend all your bill. The sudden it's a very scary team capable really of beating anyone top to bottom. They have a great squad. They just haven't played whole and collectively like they are now your carrier. Do you think maybe they could be a five-game series. But tonight, determined to win the series because of the Lante ties it up at one a PC gotta think eventually will see a game five in the series but the bill is going to all, I don't see how this gets to game five. Because you know the Philadelphia Phillies will find a way to win one on their home turf.

Yeah, I would agree. I think certain epithelia go up to well there should be no reason to speculate I could come back about that just doesn't happen especially when the Phillies real great starting pitcher. If the Braves win tonight. We'll buckle up one for a five-game series for sure and I don't think certainly you're the Braves will probably have an advantage in that by most people would favor the Braves, but I think at the end of the day you look at the two teams in an the way the Phillies are hitting right now they the Phillies always have the players they have and will get off at the brace B.that with the starting rotation in a way it's pitching right now with Wheeler and Nolan and Ranger's word is obviously tough to hear it pitching every bit as good as those great stars in Atlanta so that means you can come down the bullpen and ultimately yes you would give an edge to the Atlanta Braves or when it comes to the bullpen, Kelly Janssens been told ball really well. The guys before him are great. You're the Phillies are still mixing and matching still trying to figure out that Kaplan is the answer in the ninth-inning or not. I think he can be. I think he showed a lot of poison. Kind of like whatever what battle that'll last night I got right back on the mountain and got the next guy out.

So I think he's fine. But honestly, I think Britney Dominguez is how you want closing but if you can grow to winning, then probably you wanted before effluent so long story short the Phillies the bullpen is quite as good as the Braves. That's just the fact but in throwing the ball well right now. I think if the Braves win tonight. They probably still are the favorite yes Bradley cheer with us different ways to win in baseball and I understand it could be a mixture of all the three things I'm about to say but I'm just curious what's the most important thing to have.

To win a championship because we seen a team like the Royals when being contact timely headers this year. It seems like a home runs. It is really what's winning and we seen other years routine just have dominant starting rotations. Yeah, yeah, I think your way out of.

It depends on the nature of your you have to figure out what the nature of your team is and have to maximize that, though sometimes it will be domino bullpen. Sometimes it will be just dominant starting pitching.

Other times you just got beat up on team… I think in the game today.

You obviously have to have a great bullpen because as the series progressed as you get the five games and in seven games you start to see the other teams bullpen a lot and if they're not great out there. There you start to get exposed. That is the one Troubling thing about your for the Phillies in game one used all their high leverage guys to go out there and to stop the brave into the brave party feel one time that Dr. make things a lot more difficult.

But you know there's not honestly gotta play great defense. Of course you got up finally getting those things are true regardless. But everything's identity kind of lets them know you know it's funny because we see all your baby. The guardians are playing small ball and if they go on and you have a great post season next year.

Everyone can want your revert back to small ball benefiting the masses when surveys next to the failure to get the job.

In truth, it's just a matter of a team playing to their identity and playing and maximizing digest barges series get to be dodges quickly and is maybe longer than the people are thinking dodges quickly.

I think the progress that held the job get back. That was fun, but here the day you not being the daughter that I do think the doctors get you Doris but are great but I think the doctors will have his number like you have a lot a lot more difficult outing and I just think that honestly the daughters line up just doesn't stop firing top to bottom. They're just too good and the bullpen is probably a lot better than people realize. Even if Craig Kimball is a closing there still really talk. They match up really well and that ultimately they got incredible starting pitcher to lure you know that's why they are who they are and I'd I think the experience of the confidence they have in the postseason speaks for itself by the dispatch of the partners frequently. Bradley cheer with us and Zach don't show devastating loss yesterday for the Mariners up 7 to 3 and yet the Alvarez a walkoff home run. I feel like they are cooked by.

I'm just curious since you have a day off. Now, when you've a devastating loss like that you just want to get back on the field as quick as possible.

Or maybe this day off you go out for a nice dinner on the road with the guys can actually help that team just clear the mind from game one.

Well, it might be. Ultimately, I guarantee you Robbie Ragan probably got service. I want to get back out there is that they can right the ship. Nobody likes to have, you know, if you're picking out a bullpen or you don't do well or whatever the case, you want to get back out there will hopefully want to get back out there as soon as you possibly can and do a hell of a lot better so I honestly probably be better for Seattle to play tonight, you'd probably be better for them to get right back out there. You know it's funny. If you're on Alvarez doesn't hit that home run you know the only thing were talking about today is out yelled offenses just exploded in the postseason and they beat up anyone. The girls out there, including the great just a girl and but instead were not talking about that.

It doesn't mean it's not still true.

It's just that obviously the magnitude that home run last night. You don't trust everything. The authors were going to be taught. They are absolutely the power in the in the AL and I don't even think the Yankees are close to the Astros series B, assuming they meet up inevitably in the LCS answers and how many games I think the first think it is good.

Got home field advantage radically take it in five or maybe six. When you look at the Yankees. I just want to get your thoughts and all the Chapman situation. So I guess he got the sense that he wasn't to be on the roster and you don't show up for the mandatory workout. There's no way they can bring them back to the rest of the postseason.

Right now I don't think you do. I really don't put it this way. If the bullpen grows like all you know terribly that barely survive that you consider it. Of course, but if the bullpen throws the ball well I think you just say thanks but no thanks I monopoly command-and-control issues in a high leverage situation this year and even prior to this year. I've always been a little bit troubling you rather have them you'd rather have them wanting to be out there but if anybody is going to say you know they don't really character you know it they can't guarantee them a spot that want to be there know this. Craig Kimball didn't get a spot either. I guarantee you he's not doing the same thing all the chapters are out there in LA with the daughters I was just so extremely disappointed with a lot of Chapman who if he ever had a Hall of Fame case has told the cop and on that that will not happen now and I quite frankly I don't see how any other team would want him on their squad either. At this point going forward.

So I think the egg is actually the right thing by living off the roster and it is just really really disappointed. It's such a lack of respect for your teammates, even taste that you were to be left off the roster. It's like have respect for the other guys in the locker room, absolutely amidst the ultimate selfish yet I kept waiting for something to break like you know you got in trouble with some kind of authority or something happen with his family. Just something that would make me think he was just so selfish, but at the end of the day it's it's really troubling to see that and you have your 20 week apology. Whatever like it just doesn't matter anymore.

You're right about the other guys in the club out. It is shocking to me that somebody could be so selfish this time of year and yeah or no, I don't know what that what else to say you leave the rest of the guys are bullpen great thing.

Everything else though unfortunately he got what's coming to him that I can't even get back on judge.

Back at the Yankees next year to go somewhere else that could be argued, I think you know he up to the salary quite a bit this year, but that the other day, two things are inevitably true. The Yankees understand upfront office understand how important he is for that team for the fan base to come and watch. Can't go there's nobody that can replace them, and I think Aaron just wants to be a Yankee you want to be a legend in that city.

The way Garrett year was so you combine those two things I think ultimately he goes back last lasting for you Bradley choose when the World Series this year.

Boy, I think it's going to be the Dodgers and the Astros.

I feel pretty confident thing that I think it's going to go to seven games. You know, I think. I think the Dodgers went up this year. I think they have all that you have home-field advantage and I think that will ultimately click into the things I think that the the Dodgers when it seven games in LA is a cheating scandal matter anymore or like is everyone moved on from that and we just realized this.

Yes I'm in the World Series again but they show they could still be a damn as a damn good team still why I think that's part of it right because when you're the Houston Astros and you continue to go out there you're good as you are your and you're out you know it, it starts to dawn on people that okay yesterday… Year but actually there just super great. You know, but count it off at the players and and that maybe help them on that year, but there get a be there every year. I think it did make people move past the lock worker they working on the same team or something like that and not be different but they just keep reloading and they keep playing graded the front office and in that organization have done an incredible job reloading to be great like the next five years is or as far as we can see you have an incredible team and incredible staff so I don't see the Astros going anywhere.

I think as far as a cheating scandal goes well for Robert forever, but I just they've absorbed it and they moved on. By playing great baseball continually and that kind of silence as everybody. Bradley is always present the time. Thanks much. I that you bet everyone is your mental health. I'm listening with Billy eyelash spent a lot of time thinking about happiness and how it's just like it fluctuates and everyone thinks if you're wanting to be that forever and you else.
