His Desire

Welcome to worship and the word with pastor. We recently started a series called living in his presence where Pastor Robert has been discussing how we can tune into and live in God's presence. Every specifically through worship. While today's message is about God's greatest desire so let's join Pastor to continue our series called living in his presence. So if you can turn the one Scripture this week. Genesis chapter 1 and will actually get a verse in chapter 2.

Does God have a desire and if he does, what is his desire. I am a a bottom-line person. There are two types of people in the world in my opinion bottom-line people and beat around the bush people and it's funny and if you don't know it.

If your bottom-line person or not you are you are a beat around the bush person we know who we are in the reader a bottom-line person or if your marriage you're married the bottom one person one another. So the reason I say that is I like to think this way once God's bottom-line.

What's the bottom line of the Bible. He spoke to what he wanted to get the put the plan for the animal or whatever to come from to take this a little bit further. I said when God was creating and making let me explain that because many people never understood that God created three things and made some things to hate the things he created theologically when you create something you form something out of nothing. When you make something you form something out of something else that this might disappoint you little bit you actually don't create anything you like things now we have some creative tendencies and abilities that were made by creative God.

But when we really can't create something why God created things. Ezekiel 3628 and you shall dwell in the land I gave your father's you shall be my people and I will be your God. Ezekiel 3723 they shall not defile themselves anymore with your idols know what their detestable things, nor with any of their transgression, but I will deliver them from all their dwelling places in which they have sent. I will place them and they shall be my people and I will be there God 3727 my tabernacle also shall be with him. Indeed, I will be there God and they will be my people. Hosea 2223. Speaking specifically to Gentiles and I will say to those who were not my people. You are my people, and they shall say you are my God Zachariah 88. Speaking specifically to Jews. I will bring them back and they said well the limits of Jerusalem and they shall be my people and I will be there God Zachariah 13 nine they will call my name and I will answer. If that had happened in a conversation like this would have taken place. God would've had to go to Adam and say son I am so sorry to tell you this, but your bride has sickened and she's going to die. And we know that didn't take place with Adam, but it took place, which is because you see when we talk about his desire what do you get someone who has everything what what could God the father give God the son except the right in this conversation had to have taken place. God the father had to go to his son put his hand on his shoulder and say son, I'm so sorry to tell you this, but your bride seemed she's going and you can see Jesus just put his head down heart save that one and then I think the father said something like this.
