This first thing disruption of the family that's what's wrong right now with the inner cities. They are no families.

Only rated a kindergarten level XLV could only read at a second grade level and are only 12 students out of 628 could read at grade level. That's like 1.9%.

They have illiterate children in the school. If you have illiterate children. There is no future for those children that there is no future for the children. There's no future for the inner city of Baltimore and if we see this happening across from Philadelphia all across LA, you name these big duties.
