The transfer will be completed on December 15, so in this bill they have these things the government has to start paying out the money and the hundred 18 billion by the 15th and by law they have to do this so what they did is they couldn't get the approval to raise the debt ceiling in a higher but they went and approved a $1.2 trillion bill to force everybody to vote to raise the debt ceiling or the government can't pay the bill for how they put us in a catch 22 to force everybody later to have to vote to raise the debt ceiling, or maybe just Social Security checks will go out.
