He may have the freedom to do whatever you want in the part of fun they're having to make up ground because they relied on the courts to do all their work and so that's why they're in a panic is because for half a century, the court has imposed their crazy policy ideas that have no basis in the Constitution on the American people. Now they have to go back to the process that is electing people who think like they do try to get them elected and then try to get the policy path. I'm happy with that process because I can tell you it'll take them a long time to get to where they need to be to pass their wacky ideas. So that's why they're upset. I think it will. But I don't know that it necessarily benefit the Democrat. I think what this is going to do is this is what you have it on the old days when you had at harvest time you had a festival celebrated because you solve the work of your hands, and I think what we've seen. I think we all expected about what was it like to offer them for the legal team at first Liberty more important for code teacher and coach in the country. Part of this whole thing, but what we know now is that today, coaches, teachers across the country to their career for the right to bring in their country politely go through the score outdate and that principle is critical to protecting and preserving the principles of freedom this country been founded on that we hold so dear in our hearts that the Coach Kennedy has one after almost 7 years of litigation, is one the opportunity to go back to be a football coach at Bremerton high school and I would be up a book out when I deem done that whistle blows 50 yard line. Take me in private prayer and the person I'm fully protected right to do so. That's what the Supreme Court is just that Jeremy is this a landmark case. In other words, this can impact other coaches across the country, coaches, teachers, school officials at all times opinion called out.

The school district for going out of their way to silence and center and discriminate against Coach Kennedy for daring to raise his body on campus like that and you cannot use the steps because of the way that the sensor and drive away religion. Just because it out of the pop up on a public school campus. Instead, the free exercise clause prevents people of faith from being fired from their jobs because they can be seen engage in religious activity that principle alone is not to protect Coach Kennedy to protect our coaches and teachers and janitors and principles. It will protect public employees across this country and anyone else who's been questioned for daring to bring the religion into the public square is going to the last decade. I'm sure I want to get away on something that the dissenting justices wrote and I thought this was a fascinating taken the words they use. They said the ruling to the disservice to school students in the nation's long-standing commitment to the separation of church and state. That might be a commitment but it is not in the Constitution those phrases that praised separation of church and state, not in the Constitution right and what is what the court is held for three years is that you can't drive religion out of public square a one a good record for years, but then it religion from popping up in the public square and 11 test and today the court would put the final nail in the coffin of what school you want called the walkabout at midnight to give great head in the middle of the night over and over going to drive religion in the public square. Gone now instead placed the courses look look to the history and tradition of our country and if you could do it at the founding fathers of it. During that time it was done as of the country welcome the square as well.

Today you and I live in a country that is more religious freedom than what we have known in our entire lifetime and we should all be just absolutely joyful about that coach.

I want to ask you where you go from here so it's been a long long time.

What's next for you while I I always knew that we've been asking to just go back to Bremerton and let me be a coach and be able to think God in bars.

Anything else goes that's only next step that we gotta do is work out how to I get back, and when do I get back on that field and from there I'm just going to know wherever God says I'm going to go I gotta trust him. So I'm mauling.

How is this plan for your family. Over the seven years, probably the toughest thing and I hope nobody ever helped us to one of their spouses.

You know very well that my wife was the HR director for the school district and my kids also all attended high school. While this is all going on and it's just been in Enos every year fight and it hasn't left it's been just about an everyday thing.

It's always around and it's just so nice to be able to know that we've been blessed and we've gotten stronger because we all stuck together and bought this bike together. Jeremy not only as an attorney but as a as a fellow believer of this this really had to hit home. I mean you guys cover a lot of very important cases, but this one it had to be special and weird way you view the client of mine and lifetime representative become something of a good friend over the last seven years as well and I know was weighing on him for seven years. Almost now you mean his name to come out and protect religious freedom to be a decision to be used against people of faith and to drive them out of public square just so thankful that my friend, my client is to go forward with his head held high, that you pick the right fight to preserve our freedoms not just in the Marine Corps in his time of service overseas to protect our freedoms in foreign and domestic in the Marine Corps, but he stepped up to the plate and in and fought for almost 7 years preserve her freedom in the legal system as well. At any moment you could turn away from that calling you to step away from the fight and know differently about him but dismantled more bravery in the last six years then than most people showing a lifetime and I think you noted that a gratitude for my very thankful American public to give you the last word. What is the encouragement you have for those young people those young high school students.

Maybe football players are there grappling with. You know their own faith then and maybe some of them are under attack for their faith of what you what your encouragement to those young people die what I've always told all my players you fight the good fight and you stand up for what you believe in, and at the end of the day you will Kelly put yourself in the mirror and say hey I did what I was supposed to do now. They don't have to worry about, you know that people looking down upon them, or them having to run away and hide.

They can proudly display their faith and the great thing about the First Amendment applies to everybody of any type of faith and also people that don't have any faith the everybody should be celebrating that the First Amendment is alive and well and that everybody needs to be paying attention digitally leave for no things that can come in intact, of the Constitution I'm I'm all about defending. It's just great to know that we want. Well said in a coach or something to get back on the field.
