Well, I mean Hamm's been around this league a long time. He's a smart cookie as well. Is it possible he's just thrown these rose petals of the feet of a guy was in the room and the idea is he's not to be there anyway. We think that currently with them and it certainly you know I wrote something your mother to ago saying that the Lakers needed to reverse the narrative on Russell Westbrook because everyone was so cocksure that the Lakers were hell-bent on creating Russ at any cost. This summer completely driving value down and they have certainly gone the other way and made everyone think they're going to keep and so on. A posturing are they listening and filter leverage or are the kind of bracing for the realities of a no and uninterested marketplace where there isn't going to be a trait that makes them throughout the Westbrook were the Lakers can recoup some value without completely hamstringing cells of the future, so are they sort of preparing the fan base, preparing himself for the idea of doing this for one more year and hoping that new leadership in a new voice might yield a different result. In order for it to work here but we've never seen Russ yield is not a player yields or just an act means we could be in for another awkward based your your your answer just gave their bill on the athletic. The one year extension micromanaging his staff. Being in the coaches meeting program is blowing up on the coaching staff really early in the season for integrating their job in the Lakers get out of their own way, and more importantly to get out Darvin Hamm's way and let him do the job required him to do. If they can they realize that they are that they are that the way they handled coaches reflect poorly on the organization causes bad blood between the coaching staff and the front office if they learn that then there's a chance that the work you know I just don't know you haven't seen that from from this Lakers front office really an ability to sort of learn from their mistakes, but the good coaching higher at the link on the right thing so far. As you look at the rest of the league and it's hard to see how the Lakers get back to the top with the current assemblage bill appreciate the time greatly appreciated.
