The Old Trailblazer Broadcast

Good morning and mine now is not always morning.

This is a old trailblazer sometime is an early morning we come out here bringing these messages and for a long time.

It was early in the morning, but now we own stationed all over the conference sometime this at night and sometimes in the afternoon, so I'm happy to be with you folks. This is the old trailblazer past our friend always pass to hear radio mission, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Algiers formally located in New Orleans, Louisiana were pastor Laura Shelton was a pastor and the founder for many many years. He was a pastor there and now we moved out of New Orleans ever since Katrina. The Lord go went before us and we bought property and build a new building new new chapel and a new bookstore and now we going all day by day getting out the gospel in one of the facets of our gospel ministry is the old trailblazer, just the old trailblazer many years ago back in their 50s and early 60s faster.

Shelton had this little blog is called the old trailblazer. He always aspired to be a trailblazer you want to go. He said he told me several times into the jungles of South America and beat out a path and preach the gospel to those people in. Call himself an old trailblazer knee had all the sound effects of old Dan walking the tape in the coffin. He had the sound effects of the boat when he went down to the Bayou. He had the sound effects when he went by the school house and talk to the student. All of those think it made a made a very interesting we don't have all of we just have old Dan and folks write me and send me a check for hundred dollars a ghetto dance, like a feed so you folks. I praise the Lord forever one of you who listen.

You may think the old trailblazer is no cook but I'm just bringing you guys miss you and I have folk, save you. We go over to Mobile preach on Sunday night. Sometime in going down at Coast Highway. I counted 17 billboards advertising. One of those casinos over there on the coast 17 ovum and everyone has an enticing message. They have pretty girls there with all with scantily dressed all of those things are Satan's to my friend. Oh, and then to go there net casino and lose all your paycheck and come home, boat and have a fight with you why because those those are Satan's that Satan's territory. My friend with the Bible says resist that and not my prayer is I have folk listen all over the country, even in American Africa and Asia on shortwave Debbie Debbie CR there and not Nashville, Tennessee and and I have folks who write me and tell me pastor you been an inspiration to us, you give us God's message but I tell those folks look to the Lord, don't don't search out to evil ways of the world all lesson Satan, and we bring you the studies.

Perhaps maybe you will see something we looking now and the evidence we started in our last broadcast given you some evidences of that individual who's been born again, who's been filled with the Holy Spirit.

But listen, listen, that individual is taken. That was the Lord, then that individual who is saved been born again filled with the Holy Spirit fine Thanksgiving something to thank the Lord for in everything that he does not feel my folks here my local folks in my congregation. He is what a deceitful heart. He has all those thing and over time the Lord brings them all down the way of grace and saves that individual someone is said the Lord of slip upon your blindside and save you and you open your mouth wide and say mind my mind my is that salvation I've had with folks call me say brothers it brother pastor. Trust in the Lord look into the Lord, day in and day out, clinging to the Lord my close friend up there in Tennessee for the cost of need of cleaning the Lord just clinging to them. You know I got that expression in my front yard here many years ago I had a big country pretty good sized country and I love flowers and will one year offset out of a wisteria menu. Folks may not know what that is but it's a beautiful flower is climbs in his got beautiful purple flowers. All of the old antebellum homes down here is gone, because they worry on important part of the South back in during the days and then I planted a tree there that bind and you start growing immediately and you begin to climb that tree.

The tree was about 6 to 70 feet tall and that vine went all the way to the top and every spring about about what we call Easter time.

That time of the year. That tree would bloom the most beautiful blossoms look like a cluster of grapes on their purple and overtime that tree grew and that vine clung to it and it cut itself into the into the bark of that tree and again gave me this expression clean that vine was clinging to the Lord and in several years ago. Lightning struck that tree and killed it. Kill the tree and killed a wisteria vine. But up until that time it was clinging to that tree and that's what God's child.

He clings to the Lord clings to in the morning at night in the evening in the daytime on the job in the office, always clinging, always clinging so me and Brother Carson we have that say in between us, how you doing, but I'm clinging just to clinging old. They were talking about their experience, their vision, their dreams. They were talking about Christ. They were not told about the church programs. I think I mentioned to you in a study or two back I saw were one of our local churches had called off two Sundays in a row called off the Sunday morning service.

One of them. One day they had a magic dog.

They called it done all sorts of tricks and invited the public come phrases no charge will be no services that day.

Then the next Sunday. They had a joke teller old my friend a joke teller. What tragedy. My friend, wherever you find a born-again believer filled with the spirit there always giving their testimony in boldness and I tell my folks here in our prayer services on Sunday night, Saturday afternoon, speak up. You know the Lord. Give him praise. Praise the Lord.
