The tide is turning in America prepare to be encouraged for the light a fire with your host scholar and cultural commentator Dr. Michael Brown your voice for more savvy and spiritual clarity. Call 866-34-TRUTH to get on the line of fire and now there's your host Dr. Michael Brown really blessed stirred. Have your faith and vision lifted with God all things are possible when we see massive national answers to prayer. It encourages us to take hold in the little things and the daily things, especially things we pray for years and years and years not seen a breakthrough be encouraged. God remains faithful even when you see nothing. He is at work in us to make us more like his son he is at work in many other ways of which we know very little. Michael Brown, welcome to today's broadcast got some special guests that will be joining us. First, my dear friend and colleague Pat Mahoney who has been on the front lines of the pro-life movement for well over four years I've been to support the frontline leaders of help you voice for the frontline leaders, but Pat is one of those who's been on the front lines sacrificially so for decades. Pat, what a day to welcome you back to the line of fire.

On the other side of Roe V Wade come on, you know, our Dr. Brown Ukraine backed up.

You're very ugly by appropriate way girl had been fully sunk in yet and I apologize smart board for the past week in front of record up like a revival preacher of the rent at the little gray but we are rejoicing, celebrating, but also very somber and serious real live bait that Roe V Wade being overturned only has put out a new starting point out work is still about your head, but but nevertheless what an incredible day Friday was an there is an expression that a picture is worth a thousand words and the front page of the New York Times captured it when they had the very next day a picture of several pro-life leaders are part of the court. I was one of them and I look at that picture and you can just see the joy, the emotion, the depth of feeling in all of us as the picture with that very second, we heard Roe was overturned while while social Pat you would call me the night before because you got some cryptic inside information that the decision was going to be released last Friday and saw I was thinking about in the morning.

Okay 10 in the morning, I was looking for the analysis. I guess that I saw at first it at 10/11. But having been on the front lines for some years and you know most of the key pro-life leaders you work with many of them for decades. How many times especially after 92 with the Casey case. How many times did you feel like it's never going to happen is never going to change well Dr. Brown you known me for 35 years ago on the perioperative person but I Paul when he wrote that beautiful bird grow not weary in well doing the new we would grow weary in well. I immediately understood that you be under a given that, you know, don't give up Velcro, weary, and I have to see you no account in the media and seeing pro-life laws overturned and so many think happened and 50 several Supreme Court.

This patient and Dr. Braun. You have to realize why the case is so extraordinary. Think about this for a moment the last abortion care that went to the Supreme Court out a couple of years ago was assured abortion clinic are have the same standard as other medical facility. In other words To have hospital privileges have to have always that you can get patients in and out of etc. etc. and we lost that something so simple and basic and just something that everyone should agree on. We lost so I think that after that decision. There was really a sense of weariness that came over God's people but but you know what I would look at what is God's point of view. Think about this for moment all the listeners when Pres. Biden became president.

We now have the most pro-abortion administration and government in American history. So much so that they will not even introduce law that will protect children who are born alive at the late-term abortion.

Think about their think about God so emotional, but it's been an amazing 7070 to more than 72 hours. We see will return God.

The bulk hospital an impossible situation with the most pro-abortion government in history. There is no situation, brother, sister, that you are facing that God is not moving and acting and arranging circumstances for his glory and for arguing just with you a man to every word that you just spoke again Pat. We've talked about this, we understand the changing hearts and minds is always the biggest thing we understand that this just pushes things back to the states. We understand that the will be a backlash and a lot of misinformation, put out, we understand that the issues of the abortion pill and and how that can be used across state lines potentially so she said where the new starting point. Why do you think in the sight of God and the side of the nation overturning of Roe was so significant. Great question Dr. Brown start with a larger view that moving the key thing for me that came out of the yard God. Decision on 24 abortion by the highest court in our land by our highest judiciary voice has said abortion is not a constitutional and fundamental right.

I cannot over emphasize how important that is legislatively practically what we were actually there was a spiritual declaration that was made on Friday this country as a nation by our highest court initially is now taking the position that abortion is not a fundamental constitutional right in not a foundational right so spiritually I believe a heavy burden has been lifted off of America and then of course practically in 2021, America passed the most, the largest number of state pro-life laws in our history over hundred and 10 and every one of them were shot down in the federal court now that it fell on a practical and we are already seeing abortion clinics close in many states were seen many state abortion free giving us the opportunity to move forward to support women in a post Roe culture and to implement legislative policies that will protect children and their mother.

The boat on a spiritual and I can't stress I'm I'm trying to please all get together and would less than one week reboot of the division but could one honestly say that we could experience a nationwide revival where the spirit where the judicial position of our country was officially saying it was constitutional to kill innocent children that has now been removed so Dr. Brown what no one is talking about the New York Times of the Washington post national cable shows but shows like yours are great. What kind of spiritual impact will have on America. What kind of spiritual forces will be removed to allow the Holy Spirit to ignite an awakening across our country and you feel that the will be weighed mentality in the constitutional right to abortion myth and everything. Abortion brings this that affect the larger cultural side of abortion was just to trigger a larger culture of death and denigration of life.

What no doubt about it and so simply say stated, if we can allow an innocent child for the full nine months of pregnancy to be legally allowed to be killed.

Then, no freedom, no liberty, no right we enjoy in America is secure and this opens up a Pandora's box of what we've seen in our country over the last 50 years. Yet there is a direct linkage to the erosion of religious liberty, although with the coach and indicate that the whole show mercy that restored but it in so many areas of a moral decline of violence in the world. We were seen.

Violence within our street.

What does marriage entail. What does family include what are things that just think Dr. Brown 50 years ago, 49, technically, but almost 50 years ago.

What American believed on moral issues. Both Christian and non-Christian or Democrat and Republican, and many of those were the same, and over the last 50 years we have seen this extraordinary divide within our culture. So much so that we literally have almost to America almost 2 different views and opinions that that people have on cultural issue will be weighed open that Pandora's box and how could we say you could have this happen or that happened.

If we allowed innocent children to be killed right now we have to accept and I would tell every pastor and every Christian leader to get on their knees and feet. God and say okay Lord. Where do we move now here what is happening now from your in terms of crying out for move of your Holy Spirit absolutely hate Pat will take a quick break and then I just want to keep a couple more minutes. I know you running running running. I knew it was unrealistic to think we get you on Friday so so glad to have you on today to rejoice with you and to honor you and the many others who sacrifice for so many years of life of the unborn for the mothers for the fathers for culture of life will be right back. We're just getting started right here on the line of fire does. A related question is common.

I may take some calls today as well as 66343. Stay right here is the line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown on the line of fire by calling 866-34-TRUTH here again is Dr. Michael Brown, my friend Pat Mahoney of and release him to get on with the busyness of everything that's that's happening these days.

So Pat to two less things I want to cover with you one I remember years back when you were here teaching our students afire school of Ministry you were talking to Nancy and me about incremental changes over the course of a generation or two and obviously will we pray we want to see God shake the nation do amazing things and turn people's hearts. It just switches no overnight, but really it's more like there's this massive tug-of-war for the soul of the nation, and it goes low. This way it does allow that way and and all we can do is is do what we can to shine the light make a difference in our generation. Do you see this as a sign of larger incremental change, or is that the younger culture did set against a pro-life position. What you see on the larger nationals level of sentiment and an viewpoint will be the really profound issues but but certainly that's how God works with God incrementally touching a heart change in what God of an individual you work the same with the nation and we ourselves in our personal journey.

The moments where we move forward and have to struggle to what the do I believe. Let's look at past history for some positive, some negative, we had segregation as a stomach problem in our merit. America, especially within our public will Brown be Board of Education changed all that and we saw an incredible ship on an issue that we we struggle with.

We always believe that marriage was between a man and a woman, and in the Supreme Court case, we saw a change in that we have speed a significant almost incredibly rapid sense of what marriage is. Right now, what is right now so I believe yes this is will change the hearts of people were seeing anger right now we are seeing frustration on the part of people who are pro-choice and I thought for the last seven weeks. I virtually since the leaked opinion came out of bed, virtually at the Supreme Court nonstop week, but I think once but dust settled, people will say okay, how can we now move forward to help women and it does take a generation. Dr. Brown, this entire 3540 and under and particularly those who are 21 and under only grown-up with quote unquote legalized abortion back now has changed and I think history has shown that this will be a significant turning point. However there there's an*here will the church step into this moment God is giving up this moment to address and talk and I I am both for and deeply burden that will America and the American church fees on this. This time what we like to call it a hinge moment in American history and will have to weigh that out. But for every pastor church leader member of the clergy and Christian leader we need to step into this favor, and into this moment and we need to step into what God doing in this hour, and it it I ate a season of transition, and I wish I could say that it's a transition that will move America forward in a positive way.

But those final chapters are are yet to be written really… Me to my second point.

In terms of conducive God willing here in the line of fire, and in a writing and other things that we do. We will keep facilitating we do next will be due next, highlighting the spirit of those opposing because that the darkness is becoming darker in this regard, and people see that as well. The attacks on churches in pregnancy crisis centers. The hatred, the anger behind that often a lot of pain so let us reach across the aisle with the gospel and Pat, we rejoice with you. We honor you the utmost respect for your tireless persevering efforts and now let's let's consolidate spiritual ground moral ground and let's do it we can to boot brilliant. Build a culture of life, hate thanks Pat for making time for us to see Dr. Brown, I just wanted greater you were the first person I called in May 2021 yes you are the first person I called when I had that information want to publicly say to all of your listeners. Thank you for your support for your prayer for your commitment and you have personally been an inspiration and mentor to me over the last 12 months of seeing Mr. Stark moment come forward. The bank you so much thanks thanks Pat. That means the world to me was he could know God bless my love to the family brother goblet future jobless, while praise God. Let's please pray with us. Pray for for Pat and let us pray for the continued forward movement of the pole life because, by the way, I just wanted to apologize, Robert from Mountain home Texas when you called this the end of last week. I some Friday you were mentioning how the early days of the pro-life movement that you will as many pro-lifers were using contraception terms of a pill, etc. that were actually acting as abortifacients so that we were undercutting our own position, noticing it is a difference between contraception and abortion. Yet in many many cases there is obviously and certain types of contraception have absolutely nothing to do with abortion whatsoever and from my understanding in the. The earliest days of birth control pill that very, very, very rarely can act as an abortifacient in in the cases there is a pregnancy but the pill more recently, the think Hannah certain cases. So when I spoke too broadly.

There in a few folks point that I would need to comment as well so thanks for pointing that out, and I apologize for speaking to broadly making that point I will go Agrippa caller to and then we are going to focus on revival and take some calls on that as well.

In the second half of the broadcast. So let's go to Paul in Cleveland, Ohio going to the light a fire if you turn the speaker down you are on the air. Welcome Paul hello Dr. Brownback, Mark all I want you people that you say this is not really a big deal but 20. Think about it. The war industry ducting wage are not babies has been being dismantled and asked them pretty sure that on Planned Parenthood off the rack priority close so in my opinion that is evident because there's that for years that you know the killing was only 35% of our business.

Well, why are you closing one day after psych Paul, of course, plan remains in operation across the nation. But for sure. Clinics will be closing over those with fiscal abortion mills in different states in America. And yes, it will be a hit on the income.

Listen love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. I have known preachers of the gospel will become corrupted by the love of money Christian business people who have been corrupted by the love of money, how much more people who do not know the Lord and do not live by biblical ethics and have already a wrong thing they are doing be at a drug dealer being an abortion provider sell your pills I am I am saying both of those things is sins destructive sins in God's sight. So, of course, greed comes into play. Of course making money. The unplanned movie tell the story of Abby Johnson she was right. There is an eyewitness, others working Planned Parenthood said oh yeah, there was it was the more abortions the better. This is a major part of the income but it looked as as Pat Mahoney said. Think back to a Burger fell right. The Supreme Court's decision to redefine marriage which is an outrageous decision in terms of the legal decision states voted surreal to change the definition of marriage states actually have the right to do that under the way America set up right, the court is completely outrageous.

There is there is no basis legal basis justifiable legal basis for the decision, then the White House is lit up in rainbow colors in celebration.

Now this is the law of the land so they public opinion shifts in different was it just happens, it just happens so right to we got some calls on the subject of revival and really bring on some guests. Talk about revival in a moment, but at check check this out of this was just smart at this posted on YouTube from Lex Dr. Brown speaking on politics and the culture has changed my point of view drastically. I was into the shoe thing and very one-sided. My beliefs and opinions on every open to listen to what others say and see how they are hurting. There is a better balance that between grace and truth. Thank you Greg let Lex I'm so glad that I saw this, we believe it up for those who are watching for moment so glad I spotted this.

You're very welcome.

That's why we do what we do, that such a large part of what we do we do Jean responded to in the profits are not the same, but the overlapping areas. The prophetic narrative will be established.

In spite of Brown exalting himself above it.

No, actually. Actually I submitted to the word and held the profits accountable to the word Lex respondent appreciate Dr. Brown being said presently prove much less trustworthy when it's all said and done. Enjoy, Kent, Dean drama somebody wrong on this one, but we said is true with the profits with timelines and guaranteeing trump a consecutive year said was false needs to be called out for the honor of God for the good of the bottomless truth and assures him sitting here some trouble not be reinstated as president before 2024 you happen is not gonna happen. We want to get a wing 2024, 30 facility to do the prophetic words which did not come to pass that reality to move forward focusing on revival.

We come back to the line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown on the line of fire by calling 866-34-TRUTH here again is Dr. Michael Brown have will be sending out a special email announcement about our next trip to Israel. One of the greatest times he could possibly go to Israel.

The month of May. That's our plan second half of May, 20, 23, also got some great announcements about new resources and special videos and articles should get my emails go to ask Dr. Brown.org SK DR Brown.org take 30 seconds or less dishonor for the emails and you will be blessed immediately.

The very first day of the content you receive. I'm holding my hands a book that I have the joy of writing the forward to. It is called re-claiming revival by Billy Humphrey and Corey Russell calling a generation to contend for historical awakening.

Both of these brothers have been leaders in the prayer movement for many years have been involved in movements with 24 seven prayer and along with that encouraging and cultivating deeper individual intimacy with the Lord and of we were together in different settings, but this is the first time that were bringing Corey and Billy on the air together with us at once a gentleman welcome to want to fire fight were having a slight problem. There and will get our folks of truth to resolve that this is trouble more time. I got sure was happy about your priority will broadcast me to reconnect with Billy. Glad to have you glad to be here hate tell us about your own journey for a moment.

First, what does revival mean to you and how did you become so passionate about it. Yeah, I I would say, and in 1997 Malta Northport Northwest Arkansas II would run out drug addict most likely felt February 8, 1997, my friend had gone through it and where you know it was really weird but his mom was crying for him and he came to the Lord and he came preaching to me and on February 1897. He shared the gospel with me, but I'm about to get out of the van. The power of God, get me in the van and I literally had a wild encounter with the Holy Spirit. You know it was a real intent encounter. It ended with me shouting the name of Jesus getting completely separate and and then calling it a college parking lot and just screaming at the top of my lungs. I give you my life on your and and and in that moment I experienced instantaneous deliverance and salvation. And over the next week. I had a drug ring of friends that had similar encounters like that and I end up leaving my little brother Lord was still in high school and the next six months we would see how of the high school come to Jesus either backslidden coming back or are newly saved and we began to have around five meetings a week (morning at the local church and the God in the spring of 97 just invited a small town in northwest Arkansas and so I think I got for it and my salvation including what can happen in a region when the dog bite and I can pretty much set me on a course that take any of the last five years since you got saved in a revival way. One of the seasons of unusual divine visitation and then that became the norm in the pattern in which you seen that happen. You think will how can I live with anything less. Especially when the Bible was for so many promises a Billy how was how is it that revival has become such a passion in your own life.

Yet for me it was in 1995 reading and charisma magazine about what was going on in Toronto and Brownsville and then in the beginning of 96 going visiting the Brownsville revival: and I'd never seen the power of God release and that way anywhere and it wasn't it wasn't manufactured it wasn't contrived it was on worship. It was on the preaching. It was on their personal ministry time that the scene you know when you when you were there. Brownsville thousand 2000 people waiting in line to get in church, you have 10 to 12 hours in advance and so then you going to the meeting and there is the haunting presence of God. That's just filled the room and I was a 26-year-old, 25, 26-year-old guy hungry for God, but had never experienced them like this. And in that these I just got Mark so deeply. I read every book I could get my hands on every biography of a revival and got so so deeply Mark that this became the constant prayer of my heart asking on carotid. In release revival friends reclaiming revival, calling a generation to contend for historical awakening by Corey Russell and Billy Humphrey of Québec according the moment the delete in the book you you have a little story of meeting me meeting at your first encounter and a lot of people like, what's with the slain in the spirit of self so we preach, or emphasize or make a big deal but I pray for many thousands of people have been slain in the spirit and wife Nancy is a ribbon slain in the spirit.

Sometimes the power of God's poured out in these unique ways people have encountered what will happen to you in this regard.

When you met me yeah and I don't know directly strict and that it don't think so. We were we were there and you know at the end of the service of the Brownsville you know there's a thousand or 2000 people that want some sort of ministry from prayer ministry and you know when when the altar call looking for salvation. Hundreds would come forward sometime thousands, but then there's several thousand in the meeting for them. There's more that want to get minister to prayer and at that time there were so many different people laying hands on people but I remember my friend Myra Ryan. We were we saw you, you are actually going in the lobby area and we were moving toward the back of his nice registered you know me where you were in the lobby as you were coming down the hallway in the lobby. I literally saw people's bodies lying and and I thought my cost. What is happening. I could hear you stand fire fire and your you know people are getting thrown than seven feedback I'm watching with my eyes and by the time we get up to her working to get now pray for by you. It is an enveloping presence of God that your body is not.

It is become really were aware that I'm my body is strong enough to what's happening right here and all I can.

All I can say is that when you reached her hand out at me. I I felt like felt like my I took off and I came to sometime later I was 10 or 15 feet from where you directly.

Pray for me. But the point was in oh talk about the power. The point was, God was anointing so many people it would be a grandmother. It could be in a grandfather in the AltaVista pray for the impartation of the power the Holy Spirit and when you get up from an encounter like that you know you're shaken but you feel renewed. You feel freshly convicted convinced but you know you also feel freshly empowered to seek the Lord and to share the gospel and folk that was Mike. There was. I laughed when we talk about it later. We just laugh about it because it was it would haunting in the moment it was. It was your seven. Scary.

The real presence of God is overwhelming and there is that this holy fear and yet you said as a result, your heart was renewed in and changed Corey. You also a longtime student of revival. There's a lot of books that have been written on revival what you and Billy seek to accomplish in writing reclaiming real and bubbly.

For those that don't like long books is not a long book.

It's powerful is chock-full but it's an easy read what you hoping to accomplish with reclaiming revival I ever make it right at the bar, you know, I've been traveling you know over the last 20 years and I hear the word so many times and and I felt like when we turn everything into revival and not the Bible and and and I like the word has gotten water down medicated and really brought down and I'm grateful I am honest, I'm grateful for every single breakthrough God every every time I see someone say the older deliver every breakthrough. I rejoice but but I think it's really I think it's critical for the next generation of believers raised the bar of what it looks like in those divine season when father ultimately manifests the role of the spine body out the Holy Spirit and really that truly can cut through all of the stop in at and I believe that's what happened in the Bible so we could want to write more about the Bible and history tells us about what the Bible really and you feel as you been part of some of these 24 seven prayer and worship movements.

The cumulative effect to her prayers like incense going before the throne of God and it builds and builds and then you can reach critical mass and something seems to suddenly happen but sexy been building for years or decades, yet absolutely I think about break in Revelation 5 were all old, which means there's an accumulation group assignment yet. I spent eight years and can't get out prayer and being entered. I think what were saying right now it is the awakening of global prayer and worship that's going to culminate with a global out and that's going to bring the whole earth into a new season and it even more than what we've seen in history. I think history gives a reference point, but I think the data relating it to in the art prayer and worship is setting for something called your something that we know everything before these are great as ever been. The harvest is ripe for than it's ever been more souls to be reached more attack by evil so the midst of the darkness, light shines our friends will be right back. On the other side of the break with Billy Humphrey, Corey Russell. There couple questions from callers. How do we prepare to become a leader revival. How do we pray for revival. We address those. But let me say this one thing and and the book reclaiming revival above all will spark something in your own heart is the key. There's an old evangelist many years ago.

Gypsy Smith was asked how do you pray for revival.

I set up a drew a circle on the ground. I stand inside the circle and I see God revive everything in the circle so that's always a good thing. Lord sent me a place Lord bring me to repentance of errors of coldness and difference in my life spiritual blind spots, lethargy set me ablaze with fresh look for Jesus fresh love for the word of God first look for the Holy Spirit freshly for design moral burn brightly in the house across from it your son pray for ourselves as a big prayer because of the coal of our life can ignite.

You can ignite the other coals around us. We know it. Holy fire is burning right back in the line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown on the line of fire by calling 866-34-TRUTH here again is Dr. Michael Brown stand with the ministries of core Russell and Billy Humphrey will I wrote the forward to their book, reclaiming revival and reviewing the contents again today.

Of course, read through the book in writing the forward but reviewing the contents. It really it doesn't just give you vision it doesn't just present a picture of what revival is and what causes revival in history. What can happen at the end of the age with great outpouring but it's it's also how to how to cultivate the hunger the desired humility necessary to to allow you to be in the front lines of revival of Billy one up one of our callers is asked the question how we prepare to become a leader in revival always you could teach on this at length, but a couple minutes.

How would you respond to that. You're definitely Michael Billick yet offered you how to prepare to be a leader in revival.

I like that you gave before the break.

First it got to begin in your own heart you know and I think that in our in our Western context. The church were used to teaching, preaching, doing things on social media that attract numbers and the more public a ministry get the less personal and individual has to be and in what I think is that they've gotta get personally real with God first in whatever's going on in their own heart that has any kind of compromise or any kind of been a gray area. That's gotta be the area where they start being a leader and it isn't really about.

You know, having this big year or this big influence or a lot of people.

It's about having a heart is pure that's true that's authentic and so the place to start. Like you said in that anecdote is with our spell and it looks like prayer and fasting. It looks like you know, our law long hours of loving devotion in the word and in meditation before the Lord. That's what it looks like to begin with that look like sharing your faith when you're out in the marketplace and just being authentic about your Christianity.

And when you when you give yourself to the Lord and back kind of way desires that his heart will begin to be the desires of your heart and it will begin to eat you up and so it'll be your waking thought. How is gotten a break in how it's going to change things, not only my life not only my family but also in my church, and in this region and when that thing begins the bubble up in you, it has a possessing power over the hardware you just you make revival your your your regular air or water you the prayer for revival is something you carry with you at all times and I think that something that Corey and I share you know when we met each other for the first time very get the city in 2003, it was just so evident to find the same marking in both of our hearts that we were carrying this desire and longing for a breaking of God that I would you say to answer that question at gotta start with the individual heart being completely on fire for the Lord himself and then he can look at in a leading others got caught yet.

Absolutely. Thank you and and protected. Add to that, Corey.

You have usually have a chapter about hunger.

How does one cultivate hunger for revival hunger for God how you cultivate that in deep and that in your life you I think it I remember reading a book by John G. Like years ago where you would say the prayer God make me a hungry man alive, and I think it starts without regard to your body. Something in and what he is giving up is the awareness of how much we need and and and that's no divine spiritual hunger. I think there's definitely the things that you know that a company spiritual hunger. The prayer the fasting the time the intentionality of waiting on the Lord but I think it just it starts with whether you have a little bit or none.

I think it starts with God.

I want to want you I want them hunger for you, God, would you give me something that I cannot give myself give me the awareness of how much I need you and I think it starts by just being obedient, hunger, and that are in developing it and just beginning to prioritize it in your life and it just grows and grows and grows. Yeah multiple said, I appreciate the practical answers from both of you on this highly spiritual subject and enter further answer the question about how we pray for revival, would you tell a local church pastor.

Maybe Scott hundred 50 people in this congregation. The idea of doing 24 seven prayer is a little ambitious and I was a God because I calling every church you 24 seven prayer in the same way but if they want to have corporate prayer meeting once a week, or early morning prayer starts somewhere to pray rightly for revival. What would you encourage a local pastor to do. Corey yeah I would get rid of the whole burden of a 24 seven you know call I would just like pick one meeting a week. You can find about your people can get a Wednesday night, or find a time and I would come through the door of worship and looking at God. I love how do you. The Lord's prayer taught us to look at God first. Our father in heaven.

And I think getting people's heart and loving worship and adoration and in war loving God and then out of that place.

The pastor himself leading the prayer meeting. I think that's absolutely critical of the pastor can't delegate prayer meetings to another to another leader.

The pastor has to leave the parking and I think at some point in that meeting.

It needs to shift from just worshiping Jesus and worshiping God and to bringing God's promises in the Scripture back to God asked him to do what he said he wants to. And then beginning to lead that out and all the leaders beginning wallow in that route, and engaging the people I find being faithful with that for a year or two and letting the Lord develop from that point is the best one thing that you can do to cultivate the spirit your church. Excellent, excellent. Thank you for that and that also means playing when you will feel anything. It also means persevering the turnouts. What you expected because if you want to see revival in this for the long haul and in in the book is well towards the end of the book really talk about the importance of hunger humility, but holiness. Holiness is required, with only a couple minutes left on this, but why is holiness an essential part of revival and I remember hearing a revival preacher years ago say if there's one thing about the Holy Spirit first name holy and the only thing is a God is not he is not going to continue to pour out his blessing and his anointing on impure sacrifices and enter vessel and so he calls us to a place of being purified with him that he can operate in us and through us and I think that we've had a challenge in the church where we seen anointing without there being purity in the vessel and I believe that the Lord is really requiring holiness in the shower.

There's been a ton of compromises over the years we walked through many challenging things and none of us is perfect. Some I'm up, Grace man, I believe in great and we've got it we've got utilize the grace of God, help us to deny ungodliness and step into this place of purity were now we are clay in his hand that he can use this in whatever means he desires. And so I think when we have in our lives. We have impurities in our lives compromises to get in the way of us and God and he really just want that out-of-the-way so he can be closer and I think for me that's one of the best definitions of revival is when God draws near and think about what's in the heart of God to draw near to his people. He wants every other thing that in the way to get out of the way so he can come in. He can manifest in our midst, and a very close and dynamic way of that's why it's required. Holiness is required that we can be close within the host so so will send friends as you listening, you understand why I so wholeheartedly endorse this book.
