They didn't think a guy who ran the office in New Orleans that Matt rule wants to re-create with Joe Brady that they could get Patty in here and have it be a tanking friendly contract and it is taking friendly just look at the deals Carolina's made all the transactions have this income other than Teddy Bridgewater or Tuesday other than Russell Okun.
