I was pumped I was pumped that I was going to get a chance to take part in this corporate prayer. I have to tell you I did up with a really bad attitude. As I sat there because it was holy week, which is a good thing. You would think that I have in the Tuesday night prayer meeting that I was really looking forward to.

They were having a passion play and so honestly if you veer is enough. I had this think I am sure I was like, really. I read all about this corporate care and I wanted to hear this today in is wonderful of the passion play is your Robbie was sit there with the stink eye, because it was not meeting my expectation prayer I want to be with God.

I have somebody that had a makeshift moment. It's I call it wipers by Armstrong immediate. You might remember that them. Some people would ask for power windows and in the day when I we only had manual windows, we would say we have our windows by Armstrong on this picture we have wipers by Armstrong because this gentleman is interestingly taken a rope and tied it on one end of the top billing to wipe another and on the bottom and looped it through the car so that by simply grabbing hold of the rope there. He could make his which you are because apparently the motor had failed. And so there you have a makeshift moment and you know you might've found yourself in that place.

At some point in time where you were going on the road and in a long trip or something. All of a sudden the wipers fail well when you look at this exact I can't help but think, you know, maybe an extra 10 photos of thin rope might just come in handy because Amini obviously was get the job done and it's it's better than driving down the road and not being able to see it. We told her what the story and that the dog they call back the dog and so they look it up and restart the nation with the light that shone in my bed.

I thought we would get to help the women and fellow doctor called and without walking up to the house that no really protect against that and then date back lot, which was lightly back to the convent on the kind the dog went very far from me.

I will always remember how God came through in a big time. What an amazing thing because it's good to see you are praying that God would shut their mouths, but you are really good spirit that you did.

But nonetheless, creativity and action, but I'm thinking that the PVC pipe unless it's loaded with iron or something in the middle just does not have the kind of strength that was in the original bumper that Jaguar had therefore so we did a lot of that we have more than and we want to hear your story. 866-34-TRUTH 87884 866-34-TRUTH when did you cry for help, or did you try to do it on your own going on your own and have a makeshift moment in our next picture here on our makeshift moments is what I call the smoke and mirror repair and I don't know how many of you have ever priced the side mirrors on certain cars that I mean they can be three or $400 to replace inside nurse and so this person in the picture that we have here is actually taking a vanity mirror that the kind you handhold in and they've another pushed it down through that it is really cool how the handle comes through the actual housing that was originally there for the mirror and so to some extent. I suppose it's adjustable if they they've got things downloaded and tied down so rather than spend 253 and dollars on a left-hand mirror that would be adjustable. They have a wonderful vanity mirror, and I'm sure that it it it filled the bill and maybe even help them pass state inspection. Who knows, but again we call this when they smoke and mirror repair and you can see that it Christian car guy.com and there's another one that where they used to green mirror very similar.

Apparently this time they just taped the vanity mirror on the original housing. It does look quite as nice, but I'm sure it was pretty much affected effective and II mentioned that they reflected on this repair long time before they looked into it. We'd love to hear it 866-348-7884 especially love to hear from Bob in the desert is that I was just getting ready to hear about that because my question anytime somebody calls and from the desert as I wonder if God won't let their shoes were out, you know, like Moses and Pete when they were in the desert anyway. We have these pictures of these phenomenal makeshift moments where people got extremely created when they needed something and in the next picture up.

We have a picture of a super green Subaru and it's in Colorado and this person apparently needed a rear bumper and rather than you know the six, $700. Whatever it might have been to get that bumper they took up time log which looks very Colorado in by the way, and they have across the back of their Subaru and it is attached with chains that has the complete Colorado look no doubt barking all and I said this is a logical log at show how you want to say that logical choice bumper for Colorado. The question that yet you always think about with these kind of repairs is when we worked in the automobile business we realize the engineering that goes in the certain things in the crumple zones and there's all sorts of accident tests so you think you came up with something pretty slick and it may be even stronger than what was originally there, but it may mean that that you're messing up some engineering that was there because that part was supposed to break so that other things didn't come into play. So, although it looks very creative and I have to give them a fever effort. You never want to mess with the original engineering because there there's a lot of stuff in there that you just may not be aware of so Rob and Bob got a call back. We were and with inmate mentoring actually had not actually touched her daughter had her daughter in years and I were involved in ministry. I take her from North Carolina to Connecticut. Eric daughter and Craig and everything our paperwork ahead of that and that we cannot hear the leg or women from the staff. I know I is a long journey and that we made at their treatment at ready to eat her daughter and I and our paperwork ahead of the lady that was with me in order lady. She was able to get her daughter in lady at red with women involved in three standing Wednesday but the government see her daughter back in my paperwork didn't express your lady friend wraps that can get to state her and I just had to get it right. Cannot go ahead and find a place to rest at the Internet not ignorant make a long story short guide to the man every print and in the table next to the warden said no problem you guys, not here tomorrow and get you care regarding problem. It was just truly got the case where the restaurant we knew nothing about the warden came on we often think like now what going on in our care about the little situation can be and provides current pay our Lord and Savior begin to cry because you had driven nearly 800 miles to Massachusetts I've made the trip and it's a long way and this expectation and then II love the part of the story that you had a piece. Once again, you come up with a wonderful wonderful way that when we call in our help comes from the Lord and help and and interestingly, though, as I reflect on the story. The first two days.

I mean the first day that they were there that time alone with her parents know their mom that she had hug for you know that you had a chance to. I'm sure that was a special time for their inmate. Which brings up a wonderful thing that I is really really on my heart always you know in the Bible it says clearly, Jesus said, you know, when was I in prison and you didn't visit me here when I was in prison and you did visit me. You know that that section also often you see people that have prison ministries to the lost, but the people in their own church or friends and family and other get mad at him because he made mistakes and ended up in prison but everybody in prison needs of a visit, everybody that made mistake innovate.

That's what graces and so you know that's it is such a wonderful story to me that you went up there and and visit those people consists that's just a huge part of being in the body of Christ is is going and visiting those people because were Jesus with skin on for inmates everywhere.

If you know somebody that's in prison. Man, what an opportunity to minister in a very unique way.

It overwhelms me with all the request coming in across the country and trying to meet the needs which we always struggled to meet the needs since I've been involved in the ministry so quickly got put on my heart to ask for help and it was hard to do because I just I just knew I could handle it myself but I couldn't handle it myself so the first person he put on my heart was my old best friend of Vic Hill who went to be with the Lord here about a year ago right now, but he was such a help and what I mean. He was amazing and then shortly thereafter, God sent me, Keith Ward, who also they would make calls that they would set up the repairs for the ladies they would in a verify the needs they would do all this work. It really, really, really helped me well when Vic went to be of the Lord literally my help. Got cut in half and so far nobody has called him nobody is email me nobody send in that would want to take place.

If you have some time and if you vetted any car business expense be helpful, but even if you haven't, you know, if you could make some calls for us. If you could pray for us of God put on your heart because we have stories that would just tear your heart out about families.

Mothers that are trying to get their kids. The doctor etc. they don't have ways to get the car so we got car repair places that may well help them but we gotta make the connection between the need to get somewhere in their community. I mentioned that that here's a license board that actually is fair and square. We got a number of these to choose from and my all-time favorite.

By the way, I do want to say is somebody taken a red bull can and used it to cover a hole in their muffler exhaust pipe and so I cook I deem this one high energy for the exhausted repair man that's the red bull cannot lift very creative. Very creative makeshift but what about asking for help.

I was told about this when we got Tyree back will go with her Tyree year on the Christian card I show good morning hello your call and early but tell us your makeshift moment when I like most starting college. I was out of money didn't have much food and I went to the store was looking at Putin and I started crying… I wanted my shoes polished and I couldn't afford the shoe polish on the minute I walked home, the phone rang and it was a friend who lived in Spokane about 30 miles away like great, I'm on my way. And so I am in the 70s. I hitchhiked 30 miles to town walked in the door. The minute will pick me up in a red truck lectured me all the way to her house in the area and what are you doing young woman hitchhiking and raped. I got my lecture I got a minute I walked in the door. She said give me your shoes why I want to true story.

She sent me a wonderful meal. I got down to the highway 30 miles back to Cheney, Washington and it was the same man in a red truck to pick me up all be an angel to be an angel had never told anyone about my peers for getting my shoes polished over 30 years later and one network God reached down to a college didn't my shoes filled my tummy and sent me on my way with the lecture from an angel, all another story.

This just blesses me beyond belief. I am so grateful that you called that because that's that's right on the money. And like you say, after all these years. It's so vibrant how God cares for us and we in and how much he means to us and had a wonderful every affect of our lives and we can trust them. Thank you for picking up the call. The effect is worth more than $1 million is if you asked that see what I saw at the Brooklyn Tabernacle last week ago Tuesday was the pastor told that story and then said you remember Jesus the people that Jesus didn't help in the Bible were those who never asked for the Pharisees and the Sadducees, and a lot of those folks and thought how I got my life made I don't need me help, but if you ever found yourself in that place where you needed the help we had to have it and what the pastor did that night in spite of my bed and it was he said with your eyes closed and in everybody's heads bowed. Have you asked for that kind of help. Now if you're driving today don't do that, but the rest of us really have. We asked the Lord for that kind of help and if you have not, please, please, consider that the that the same God that all these people called in about an talked about today, he's there for you my life. If you look at all these makeshift repairs. Another one with the red book over the exhaust pipe. That's what my life look like trying to do a makeshift repair but you see this God, the God of the Bible wants to come in and and truly cover you with his blood. Now with the Redbud to the Redbook and he wants to cover you with the flood so that he can have a relationship with you so that we can spend eternity together, you and I and him and the father in heaven. That's the idea, but it requires asking for help and is simple but it's really hard it it means that you've got to get to that place we are saying help help me. And when you do that not only will he meet that need to begin the put people in your life like the warden that happened to be at the other table will get asked for help.

A lot of times he sends folks with skin on the polish your shoes or to be the warden said that the table next year or think about it in your own life and the other thing I can't emphasize strong enough if you're one like me that God's help out so many times what power you have by sharing your story, you see acts as you can it be my witness will lives. Listen what these people did today on the shelf. They were witnesses to what God did in their life with her was put up a fence to protect them.

For God's put in a warden at the table next to him or shining their shoes. They all were a witness of what God did in their life. And if you heard those stories today. I promise you. Your urgent desire that God is alive and he's out there working with his people today when people hear that story. That's where the power that's what they want to know about.
