That is Rodney Robbie come through loud and clear. Like his crack myself up if nobody else and he always cracks me up. Yeah, that's one thing we do love about Robbie's so this is I do this all the time so hopefully too much in the show. Robbie and Rodney are close. Sometimes I get mixed up so hopefully I will do that this morning Apple Sam. We are here today. Andy and Robbie Rodney say I do it but anyway were here today to fill in for Rod Robbie, to be doing it all shows will just get used to but we are here to implacable Robbie. He's enjoying some vacation some time off much needed. We miss him and so while were here, we might as well roast Robbie, maybe not. Rose maybe just grill grill left, probably to be like here you like to cook on the grill. Sauté sauté there you go, so will they bring up some interesting stories about him. He's he's been a blessing to both myself in and Rodney and the really the whole masculine journey team but again he asked us to fill in and were excited about being here were not. We are not to be is in a distant as professionals.

Robbie is pleased he's got it down is been doing it for years, but we tried to pick up and learn a little bit from them have and owe you to be a good show. I don't know what to do with my hands but it will be good Ricky Bobby. That must be Robbie. Robbie Bobby is awesome so that what we wanted to do before we really get started is we want to do did want to take some time to kind of, you know, like say roast Robbie but did I just talk about our experience with how we were introduced to Robbie before I get into the introduction to how we how we matter now will tell some stories about him some funny stories and all that Rodney Stark we have put over here about just recently we just had boot camp at a place that I had never been any been a long time since you had been there and was kind of a reunion for the masculine journey boot camp at Park Springs. He simply show up early for the boot camp to get everything prepared so we show up early when nobody else is there and we got down to the first night and never vaguest chance to sit around and crack up on each other and Robbie.

It was as funny. He is Artie started cracking up on Mark because a lot of the little tiny beer and so Robbie starts picking on and taken on picking on others, and the next thing you know is dinner shows up its enough food probably fit to feed all 10 people that were sitting at the table and exactly the look on his face when he got a cow sitting right across from them. It was so darn funny is he is a huge plate of chili reunions and not just a huge play get to huge plates of Chile's he's looking like you know that's what I going to do and so yeah so I think what happened was with. He was just going for the low-carb option he was going for two sides of Chile regain its and the waitress didn't hear that. So he got a double portion not like him a lot. You know he was trying to go for the larger double portion and ended up with more food I like Rodney said that that we could affect the whole camp. I think with it. So he took some back whizzing so that was really funny and I know this is classic Robbie. We the day of boot camp.

Prep on Wednesday.

You know most people rolling vanity and something like that. I get a text at 630 in the morning couple of us with a picture of the fish.

That's it and it said the Texans its own, so it's a classic Robbie so raise up early with God in the morning and then the fees with God and the Pharisees really haven't exactly like one of the disciples yes definitely so Robbie, what you think our Woody want to share about Unocal and how you first met Robbie and in your experience officer is over this exact show the first show that I found that had Robbie on it was the mask are Christian, cardiac, and I listen to the show and then found kingdom pursuits and eventually work my way through defining masculine journey and then just again he just said here not too awful long ago because were talking about, you know we always reflect on boot camps. Does this boot camp was unique for national journey that all the people there are people ever listen to the podcast and you hearing us from the airways versus live radio shows and since different, so when we started talking about all that we's we said, well, how is it that people come across you and do this and he said William the thing I was like wanted to be about what my content is on my shows but no, they're all attracted to my laugh as Casa everybody says the same thing about glassware. I was it was just so much fun listening to the show.

I mean I just had fun and well after couple years you know I show my first boot camp and it was at the Carolina Bible camp and it was at the cabin, which I did know was the first I never had to have it in the cabin by pulling and there's a few cars are Mike, my guess is the right polenta check-in. The first person to come out and greet me was Robbie, which was awesome because that voice and that laugh came right on out that door and from that moment on I just felt comfortable.

I was like, this is great is good, but here comes out. Hey how are you what your name and we meet and do all that for the first time. Yeah, your your first time yeah how did you come to come here and he just it was a good old friend from the get-go, absolutely. Same thing here little bit different but same, at least when omitting for the boot camp. My first contact with with Robbie was like 2008 when he first started the Christian car guy so I was listening to trade every day. Going back and forth between Greensboro and Kernersville area and let listen to them. So I think he still was at the dealership at the time and he had started here and I heard about it many talk about you know his is dealership staff so I was goodbye Dodge Dakota from Simone Allen have it checked out such a contempt electricity and through the radio show.

It was awesome and did meeting then off, but later on I can.

My first boot camp and like Rodney said the first thing I'd see is Robbie.

He's like the greeting party there for the boot camp awesome to the meeting for that first time and then just join masculine journey. The team around 2016 2017 and then we you know just kind of progress there will Robbie's just been an incredible influence in my life. A lot of spoken into my life a lot of things. It's just been great. I know all you people hear this on the radio show on a regular basis. We just have a personal relationship with him and understand you know him share his life with me and the rest of the team you know when I started listening to in 2008. I never thought that would be something that would happen but that's just kind of how God works things and it's been exciting to be part of day will be back right after this short message and then will look at the cars today and will be talking about the whole heartedness today. What the heck is all that about what we talked about today is whole heartedness or enter adventure exactly.

I think a lot of times we struggle to live a wholehearted life without adventure we get busy and doing paying the mortgage and taking care responsibilities and we really don't really experience adventure God's interview of him know you heard Robbie talk about it a lot adventure should be a part of our lives. It's it it's a core desire of both men and women. They have to have adventure or you become bored and need you lose your heart really yeah and then where do you turn with your heart when it's not fulfilled and if you're not turning to Christ with your heart and letting him fill you with things that he gave for you to enjoy and which is unique for all of us went different things we enjoy some of us get out in the wilderness. Some of the snow.

Get online and do look up our history and things that nature does different things that drive different people so you gotta go with your core desires of what God gave you to have adventure with him with absolutely elitist. We want to get your feedback on that. So I'll be primarily talking about my adventures. I've not to get into it too deep right now but just not done a lot some travel recently got out with God in the national parks and it's been like you know he's my tour guide. It's been incredible and additionally share some of that with you really want to talk about what you what your family adventures are yeah and for the listeners know: with your adventure that you had either with God or just took some time that you knew was great in your heart that really help open your life up and was always fun might seem to come as a child in some time. I'm typically against and that the challenge for man hosted that the masculine journey a few times but it's like two hours is so I'll see what I can do but pray about it. So the things I've been doing recently is just praying for dreams. It says in the last days that young men will see visions, and all men will dream dreams and you know I'm that God never really spoken to me that way. That much bit early. Had I had one let you know I was kind of just teaching kind of thing that I received. But you know it was I think a like a night or two after he asked me to do this I got a dream and guess what the theme of that dream was was involved in hosting a radio show no known it was cars within in the dream. Nice song to share that dream just to something you know if you've got you. Feel free to call in and talk till about a dream you had as well, but I'm just going to share a little bit about it and there's a spiritual significance to it. Try not to get hung up imaginal theological correct or whatever but I really believe God imprinted and him and I asked God the interpretation and egghead it within a just a few minutes after I woke up, but essentially what happened was I was what I was this dream I started out it was in this like new Mustang. I guess for some, sports card and get the detail, but it was really nice
