Some HUGE developments are finally in the works!

Mary-Ann Baldwin, Mayor of Raleigh, on the Carolina Hurricanes extended their contract and new renovations that have been approved around PNC Arena.

Mary-Ann is a huge Caniac, so what jumps out to her about the upcoming renovations that she’s looking most forward to? Could she imagine THEN, what is about to happen now?
