Any news on the NC Gambling bill yet?

Are there any new issues coming up that may prolong the bill getting passed? How has the budget been impacting this bill? What are some things that have been tweaked since we last spoke about this bill? Making sports betting legal would only HELP with this, so are politicians looking at it like this?
