How will the newly drafted QBs do in the NFL?

How difficult will it be for the 4 QBs who were just drafted to fit in with the NFL? Can you hurt a QBs development by benching him in the beginning? How does he see the new QBs doing this upcoming NFL season, especially if they start? Does he believe Bryce Young was a good pick for the Carolina Panthers? How did Mike work to mesh with a new team, coming out of college?
