What’s going to happen with development around PNC?

He’s the guy who brings everyone together for all of the plan making. So when are we starting and when do we think we’ll see progress? Will the whole arena be wiped out and rebuilt or will additions be put in to renovate it? What’s the legalities of all the developments and plans? Once everyone is on the same board, how long will it take before things start happening? What might we have answers to in as little as 4 months??
