Still will afterglow nice flush. Thanks, I understand totally I totally get it. I felt this way after I met Darrell strawberry Darrell and I hug it out of the Super Bowl, but years ago Josh was my guy's a kid growing up I got with Kevin Smith to go see what we do.

I absolutely can feel your euphoria. I can 100% empathize with the adrenaline that must've been flowing through your body when you met Kevin Smith. I get I am not throwing shade at all.

I can feel it. It's a cool thing. I believe he said that it's a cool thing to be passionate about certain things, certain things that might otherwise you don't need to be passionate about, but it's good to be like.

There is a pushback on fandom at times I think you could take it too far. You could take fandom do for you. I don't want for anyone. I don't want you to assign your identity to the success or failure of your favorite team that I think is too far, but I think it's a good thing to immerse yourself in it and to allow yourself to be a fan and to truly like the outcome should matter because it makes it more fun. Will there be heartbreak. Yeah, there will be heartbreak man. If you allow yourself if you allow yourself to get kind of you know, wash yourself with it is nothing better. There is nothing better as a fan as a sportsman or whatever is a movie has a Kevin Smith. It is a comic book fan yeah. Imagine yourself Dennis as the silver surfer man, no, I'm serving a bad guy trying also save plan. I have no idea if the silver surfers good or bad is the silver surfer and he is but he helps a bad person in order to see if I exits the Catch-22 like you know I've been ordered to save people. I must stop this bad person learn something new every day.

Today there is a lots let's go all my gosh before we get news of the day which is a lot of the same stuff from the news of the day yesterday, the NFL handed down their ruling on the Miami Dolphins, Brian Florez, I just got the email today like minutes ago. I'm still sort of digesting what they said but there were two things that play with the I guess the NFL versus the Miami Dolphins. There were Brian Florez allegation that Stephen Ross offered him hundred thousand dollars per loss to lose games right they were to tank for what ever will a better deposition.

So there were those allegations.

Remember when Brian Florez was fired he brought those allegations to the world. The AFL basically said buying Stephen Ross wasn't to be taken seriously, I'll pay $100,000 to losing it is getting their ruling there were, however, tampering allegations made against the Dolphins that date all the way back to when Tom Brady was with the patriots be Brady's last season with New England which was 120 with a 19 season, the 99 before that season started.

They could, they traced contact between the Dolphins and Brady about ultimately leaving New England after that year and coming to Miami is under contract with the patriots and then throughout the two years with Tampa. There was more contact. As a result, the Dolphins lose next year's first round pick, and the following year's third round pick in so but they were there. It looks to me like I've read through this.

It looks to me like there's no penalty at all for whatever Brian Florez is alleging no penalty for that there were findings. Stephen Ross was suspended from owning until the middle of October. I have no idea what that means you can't be the team facilities so okay say in your boat, then your yacht what like I don't understand how you suspend somebody from owning. Okay fine and they suspended not suspended, they find like a managing partner of Ross, 500,000 because he was and he was involved in the Tampa okay so that's where we are with that essentially Dolphins was a first-round pick. That's a big deal yeah but it has nothing to do with Brian Florez which a lot of people thought that to be a problem but it turns out, in the eyes of the NFL, not art studio in my man Coach Pete through the capital financial advisory group were talking retirement coach.

I'm a simple guy but I like colors.

Tell me how I can colorcode money and get ready for retirement. I like colors to pictures. I like graphs I don't like just buzzwords what we try to do is we try to break down all those words on your statement. All those numbers into three colors red, green, yellow people amazingly come in and most of the money is in the red cat again.

I want that I read means high horsepower potential is high loss potential. You have to do.

It's a give-and-take you can want to do that or that yellow means liquid money you get any time suck anything green. If you safe growth but also dig a lifetime income as we get closer to retirement.

We need some green accounts with greens only call it Baghdad result was important appraisal support for you to next and people out of the thousand dollar value: ticket put together for you very own total plans as agreed. So it's a traffic light. I hope it's green for you 800-661-7383 or text Adam to 21000B through out to yesterday's and today's big storm all I could think of is it has to suck to be a woman be a sportsman. I mean, I could've easily removed and be a sports fan and replace it with in the workplace or sports show so it's deal with it in the sports context. We don't need to list off the episodes of sexual harassment or assault or violence towards women that go unpunished.

Just throughout the day to day life. The National Football League has done a poor job over the last several years of essentially policing itself.

Although all of this company seems seems to be baked into society right whether it's Bobby Knights if rape is inevitable just lay back and enjoy your two genes Friday to.

I'm sorry. Did my erect penis brushed against her hand like that was the thing that happened although without the apology. I guess you could just expect that you as a woman are just here for man to use for our pleasure and power trips. I met the justifiable way to approach basically every day. If you wanted to do. I can't tell you you're wrong because we're proven that that is the case almost on a daily basis. It's pretty clear the DeShawn Watson deserve more than a six-game suspension and he may yet get. He might even get hit for the whole season based on what the National Football League is interested in doing which would include the playoffs if the Browns get for now though, it's just six games. Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski can theoretically start plan. I've tried to.

Just beware my feet are suffering with information we have available to us. So this process is not my process. So it's as agreed upon by the PA and the NFL.

All I can do is respect to what is what is Stefanski's reaction. Overall back to what we said were first acquired hasn't changed. Feel incredible fish for anyone who's been impacted by this decision is something that I don't take lightly spoken to women in organizations working women in the community that's something I'll continue doing our fans, whether man or woman.

Our fans are important also to make sure they understand that there ever going to be dismissed in any way.

I mean I can't dispute anything that Kevin Stefanski said right mean he's a relatively new coach and now he's done a pretty good job with the Browns but all that stuff sounds good, so let's move on from that. Still staying with the issue even though Watson was found to have lied in his testimony to the league.

Sue L. Robinson permit the independent arbiter here. Former District Court Judge said so she didn't believe that DeShawn Watson told the truth to the league even though Robinson noted his lack of remorse in the situation.

Remember, he has steadfastly said he has done nothing wrong. So what's to apologize for.

If you've done nothing wrong. Even though the owner, Jimmy has a visit all my so remorseful and Judge Robinson pointed that out in her 16 page ruling.

And even though Robinson found that Watson's and this is her terminology, nonviolence, sexual assault, threaten the safety and well-being of of the four women whose cases were brought before by the league.

She still ruled that the NFL's precedent was that six games was appropriate and no fine was attached. I am baffled by having read through this. I am baffled at the contradictions that are contained within this is a fantastic story and I don't mean in a good way is just utterly amazing to read through this ruling, but to me this is essentially an indictment and it's an indictment on Watson's behavior but it's also an indictment on how the NFL has been. I think wickedly inconsistent and lenient toward sexual offenses and violence towards women. So what is the NFL do now. She basically said the NFL.

The beginning of a statement in the beginning of the ruling, the NFL is not forward thinking they're there for their front facing but not forward thinking meeting that they don't plan out very well. They are reactionary and they are moved almost entirely by public opinion, especially in matters like this. So what is the NFL doing today. Let's six-game stand orders Roger Caddell file the appeal and Doc Watson. Sorry about that for Doc Watson for the full year, and more because he is capable of doing so.

Mike Florio from Pro football talk.com who's an attorney ways in the questions in the next three days will the NFL exercise its prerogative to appeal to Commissioner. There's no deference.

There is no standard that gives her decision. Any special weight you can just go in with the evidence. As she determined it to be the faxed you found. That's why her written rulings can be so important in the Commissioner can say well you said six. I think 16 or whatever number he chooses.

And again it was the league that was pushing for 17 minimum and the league is run by Roger Caddell unless it was a ploy to get her to go all the way up to six right you ask for a lot and you you are happy with what ever middleground you get less was a ploy. If you really want 17 has an easy way to get 17 I tell my people to appeal to me and then my appeal decision is 17 games that could happen.

My read on this is is just at the risk of repeating myself. Historically, the NFL is that an embarrassing job dealing with sexual assault and domestic.

They make up for it in with the stupid stuff like marijuana offenses. They make up for with that but in in violence towards women, things that have something to do with women. The disrespect of women, including by Dan Snyder right they do a horrible job it so it's almost like boys will be boys is written in their offices, like play like a champion today is in the Notre Dame locker room it's like a model. June 19, 2006, but it all started May 6, 1997 the announcement that the Hartford whalers were coming to North Carolina transition of heartbreak. Figuring it out on the fly became the 25th anniversary of the moon, presented by the Carolina listen now my Tony Busby, the attorney for I think all 24 of the women filed civil suits against DeShawn Watson on the NFL and their past exact same thing I said 50 months ago. I can say now begin to fill has no interest does not care about the rights of women they care about the bottom line they care about making money.

They're trying to manage. This is a PR crisis but as far as trying to do anything to assuage these particular women or or women's rights or deal with women's rights in general. That's not part of their mission statement and I'd made that very clear throughout this process. Find the lie find a lot more from Tony Busby about what might come next women that I represent.

They were not sitting back waiting for the NFL to do anything groundbreaking course, nothing like that happened. I will see what is going forward and I think several of the people that I represent will be willing to speak out about the NFL and how you treated the particular and how this processes forward so we intend to do that. I think on Thursday, but until then we'll just wait and see what I do know what the NFL's and that it will get to that in the second, Mike Corsi, the sporting news in a very interesting column ripping Sue Robinson's ruling and he's not wrong. The ruling is once you read the ruling, the ruling is bizarre and how she gets to six games. But my read of this is exactly what it was yesterday. It's really an old montage to the NFL's history in these matters because ruling on the sexual assaults and calling them nonviolent to me is stunning because the CDC defines any sexual assault as a violent act so for a judge former judge.

I guess she's retired judge for something like that to say this is a nonviolent sexual act so you know sexual misconduct. I don't get that. I just don't think you can have both in the same sentence.

Now there are different degrees of violent acts to be sure, but still that is so inconsistent for me intentionally or not, I think we get back to I think I get back to this point intentionally or not, this ruling puts the onus squarely on the Commissioner's office. If Roger Caddell is about that life is the is truly interested in holding DeShawn Watson to account if he believes that the the image of the NFL needs.

DeShawn Watson to serve a year-long suspension with a hefty fine. That comes with it because let's remember that the Brown structured this contract completely to save Watson money.

They knew that he might be suspended for a long time. Ultimately, they realize that it was going to be relatively mild but they knew going in that this could be 10 this could be 12 games so not you not to have him make in terms of salary $45 million a year because that's you know have 17 or deal 45,000,000÷17 every game.

Check is gone so ultimately the six-game suspension is to cost about 350 grand.

I'm not saying that's not a lot of money. It's a lot of money to me a lot of money to you and everybody out there, but if you have a $230 million guaranteed contract.

I mean I'm not saying you won't miss 350 grand. But it's a lot easier to get by the lot you know what 1/2%. Whatever that number is right.

Anyway, so if Roger Caddell is about it.

Then the opportunity is right there for him.

He can appeal he can hear the appeal and rule as he sees fit and it's in the collective bargaining agreement which might make it more difficult for it to be challenged in a federal court because he has this right collectively bargained at what I am not necessarily rooting one way or the other. I think since the NFL is all about PR and I think Tony Busby is 100% correct in that it is a peep. They are going through a PR spin the moon for the NFL and I that this will contradict what I said yes and I said the NFL should not should not appeal that you just let it go because the guy get through the new cycle of let the new cycle you know and and then move on because we know that everybody will forget this, but if you determine that you need to do something.

Let's see the fight, earn it, man earn earn the win we will find out if the National Football League is about because it's put up or shut up time for them.

We have some other NFL news is a lot of you get to navigate and that's upsetting to me because there's a lot of cool stuff to talk about his Jacob pogrom day. I'm excited for the return of Jacob pogrom is been more than a year, our coworker, Mike is excited very excited and its baseballs trade deadline is today will talk Ellie Johnson in about 10 minutes about that, but we have other NFL newspapers quarterback situation. Still a long way from sorting itself out. But that's fine. The chances are, because how can it not be Baker Mayfield will get the start when they host the Cleveland Browns his old team on the first Sunday of the season and for some reason I don't know maybe maybe it's a good question. I don't know.

I don't know why why Baker Mayfield will be the got asked, but he was asked about his thoughts on DeShawn Watson that Ross is not my business. I don't play the quarterback out the most clichéd thing to say but that's just the truth when it comes down to I'm game planning if their defense and fumbling and I'll try to help this team went. That's my mindset going into it so I gotta keep getting better folks about week when I know port on each stage installing continue to get better and will handle that when it comes but for now it's it's about in the Panthers better in our offense continually letters will yeah just not even sure why we are asking DeShawn what Baker Mayfield, never teammates like Baker never showed up. They were at the same time on the roster together but Baker never showed up in Cleveland while DeShawn Watson was there so I don't even get other stuff. Kyler Murray will now have extra time to do that. No longer required film study at home oh you got called because they waver a little bit so just play video get so study homestudy goblets is not in the contract, but scouts honor Trevor Lawrence and Travis at the end will not play Thursday in the Hall of Fame game. What's not sure why were watching them bedding. Not sure why watch it's football Adam extra that I am going to watch know why is it good to hear things like this is exactly right. That's why Lewis Hamilton assigned to unit to be part of the new Denver Broncos ownership group. Thoughts go very absolutely cool.

I'm not sure why one of the Walmart heirs like that the owners I'm not sure why they need an ownership group, but it's always cool to have some star power attached like Stephen Ross doesn't need investors with the Miami Dolphins, but the Williams sisters are part of ownership group. Okay others I bit they word for a time I did not know that you go you learn something new.

You learn something new every day. But just now that you did I learn something new today. Chris Boswell, kicker for the Pittsburgh Steelers yeah four year contract, $5 million per 12 1/2 million dollars guaranteed. I'm very curious when I see stories like this, like, why is anybody like paying a lot of money for kicker Mina Boswell's good is very good and I am not even trying to knock Boswell but unless your Justin Tucker.

I just don't understand. I like him a lot this year and maybe it's maybe they extended out to lower the capital to kick it probably did 12 and have million dollars guaranteed four years is probably a farce is probably a two-year deal right it's four years on top of the. The filing of his current deals always under contract for the next five yes I'll say again I think last two years are probably dummy, so just to extend minimize the But.

But our guys sign this right has been.

Still, as I read this yesterday good is your Steelers may have world focusing on Mitch Stravinsky versus Kenny Pickett lookout for Mason Rudolph know Mason wrote of I'm not when Canada said while anybody's watching Kenny and Mitch ACC legible Mason Rudolph, nobody outside the veteran. Okay, you can call God his rookie contract still swing his helmet. These wings help. No miles gear is amazing because Mason was a legend.

Not only was ever proven to have said something disrespectful. I've no idea I would be surprised if he did, but is yeah so I Mason Rudolph man. I enjoy the Mason Rudolph air Dennis yeah we had a 2 L yellow big Ben was her know that was the duck Hodges and was us. It was a split it with the dockside is yeah so if you think that you can't get out. This is the atom gold shell June 19, 2006, but it all started May 6, 1997 with the announcement that the Hartford whalers were coming to North Carolina transition of heartbreak.
