They seek to silence the Message by silencing the messengers. They look for any cause to discredit us. This is why we must "speak the truth in love"! Knowing this Gospel is unto life or death, what manner of Christians should we be?

Greetings friends new listeners welcome to our program. I'm Sharon not thanking you for joining us today because we know Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. I think you will truly be blessed, maybe even tickled by our message today the song the faith. I know I had fun ministry in the congregation was right there with me including the children, we found out that not only does state speak, but it also sings so be blessed by the song the faith. I came to worship the Lord and I have never ever seen the Lord on you a heart that is filled with worship and thanksgiving. Amen. And working to start off the day by reading the words waste all written by Moses. Now we all know that David was the sweet psalmist of Israel and we all love to read his sounds but not many people realize that long before David there was another songwriter and we all know Moses as the lawgiver. We know Moses is the one with the raw calls fire down from heaven interns water in the blood incentives from sunlight all kinds of stuff to God's enemies that parted the Red Sea, but he wrote a song he wrote more than one and working read that today that's what were going to start in the book of Exodus Exodus 15 and get a read all of his song together and I'd like you to pay attention while reading kind of just click it over in your mind. You don't have to do an actual count because then you will get distracted and you won't be paying attention to what you're reading. But notice all of the past tense verbs in this song. Notice all the time. Josie TH on the end of a word like or FT on the end of the word like it is no we don't think I did is that anymore, but this is King James English and they said just, and it was past tense. And of course we are all know that EDO number means back to the notice that as we go along. Exodus 15 then saying Moses and the children of Israel.

This song unto the Lord, and spake, saying here's the song I will sing unto the Lord, for he had triumphed gloriously the horse and his rider thrown into the sea. The Lord is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation.

He is my God and I would prepare him an habitation. My father's God and I will exalt him. The Lord is a man of war, the Lord is his name now so far were seen a lot of present tense because at the thing about God is the one you never will be. He he exist in the great now let's see now what he's rejoicing about hers for Pharaoh's chariots and his host. He cast into the sea's chosen captains also are drowned in the Red Sea. The depth had covered them.

They sank into the bottom as a stone by right-hand the Lord is become glorious in power I might handle Lord – in pieces the enemy and in the greatness of my Excellency now overthrowing them that rose up against the Dow sent this fourth thy wrath, which consumed MSW and with the blast of thine nostrils. The waters were gathered together, the flood stood upright as an heap and the depths were congealed in the heart of the sea.

They said this would be Pharaoh and his guys, I will pursue. I will overtake.

I will divide the spoil my lust shall be satisfied upon them.

I will draw my sword.

My hands shall destroy them. Now did is blow with the wind and the sea covered them and they sank his lead in the mighty waters under the old Lord among the gods is like me glorious in holiness: praise is doing wonders abstract just outside right-hand the earth swallow them up. Now, in thy mercy hath led forth the people with past reading. Thou hast guided them and I scrimp into thy holy habitation. The people shall hear and be afraid to talk about all the other nations when they hear this report.

Sorrows shall take hold of the inhabitants of Palatino.

Another words, on the other side when they get into the land of Canaan, you're going to hear about this report and if you going to Joshua you find that it after 40 years, 40 years later when Josh was sent in the two eyes to going and then they went to Rahab's house to see when she say she said we have heard what your guy did the Red Sea in a hard enough with enough years later, they were still afraid of what happened here then the dupes of Edom shall be amazed in the mighty men of know at all. God's enemies trembling shall take hold upon them and all the inhabitants of Canaan shall melt away. Fear and dread, shall fall upon them by the greatness of thine arm, they shall be as still as a stone until the people Passover old Lord tell the people Passover, which thou hast purchased thou shalt bring them in and plant them in the mountain about inheritance in the place the Lord which thou hast made for the two dwelling in the sanctuary, old Lord, which thy hands have established the Lord shall reign forever and ever. And now he's talking now the future blessings but he goes back and finishes the song with verse 19 for the horse up arrow went in with his chariots and that we will want to catch this even working well if the horse went in. I'm assuming that what Barrett was sitting on the hearts for the horse up arrow went in with his chariots and with his horsemen into the sea and the Lord brought again the waters of the sea upon them, but the children of Israel went on dry land in the midst of the sea stop there. So now we have the song of Moses and and you know we have with probably assume that written in Hebrew. It probably hadn't rhyme and meter we write our songs we like to do that we either let if they don't exactly rhyme, they at least have a meter that is that matches the bar before. Amen.

And that's how we write song and and you will remember that as we get is they got later on into the wilderness and God begin to give him his all have Moses teach the people how to remember the law they made him songs he said especially with the children, especially with the kids. I mean, it's not easy to teach the kids the 10 Commandments, little ones like thou shall not, you have no other God is hard to get into that, but if you pointed us all they'll catch on to it. That's why we teach young that are ABC, ABC DEF G that's why we keep the because the song to get into them and I'm sure everybody in this place I will make you sing it right now, but I bet you would. Someone put you on the spot fixing the alphabet song.

I bet every person here can sing it even if no matter how old you are, because he thought into your little heart in your mind when you work it and so Moses understood this and getting it into a song, so I'm sure that in the Hebrew probably had a catchy, had a catchy tune in catchy words and it probably arrived in the English translation tried to make it all rhyme because they could do that they had to translate what was said and if you try to make it all rhyme your love and add stuff and take away, but is a few places that I like it I like where he says I will sing unto the Lord for he has triumphed gloriously the horse and his rider happy thrown into the sea and I was thinking the day you know you and I could think of anything. The only thing that popped in my head and was the tune to the Star-Spangled Banner. You know, oh say can you see on early well singing I will sing unto the Lord glory, ghostly rider into the sea following you can get all the way down to earth by singing the Star-Spangled Banner that that's when you get to the part worth it and I think there that the word I find that all first two tried to get home. I'm not going to preach. I don't think we all see that.

But I just want to go home and try you might have to tweak a few things.

Something he will. You might have to think he'll get the right meter. Right. So in the bedroom, shut the door, make sure nobody here that and seeing one through five.

Start okay so what happens here they had.

Finally, after God had sent 10 play in the tent 1B in the coup de grace when he allowed all the firstborn, the parish, because Pharaoh Harding is hard not letting the people go away and not touch the thing nearest and dearest to Pharaoh's heart. Only then did he let the people go because he is his firstborn son was dead and so now go and not letting go get out of here.

They were so glad to get rid of them. They were given on their silver, their bold they were given him all kinds of stuff take your cattle, take everything out of our site, you have brought nothing but misery to what but after they were going a few days then these lazy Egyptians were used to having slaves do all their now we don't havewhat were we thinking let them go like that again we need them back here because we know we need them to get out there in the in the body. Dig up somebody make some bricks for us and get Masonic we need that.

So they came after that and you know that the children of Israel had not far today were to come into the place of the Red Sea, when all of a sudden the distance behind them a solid stuff taken up and they realize they begin to hear the sound of thunder it sound like you know they realize very quickly.

They were hearing the hold horses and the rumbling on the chariot wheels as Pharaoh and his men decided you're not getting away were going to get you and bring you back and they knew these people were totally defenseless. These people had no weapons known at all.

And not only that they were so used to being slaves that they didn't know how to stand up for themselves how many know if you push around a person long enough. Sometimes people say why people stay in abusive situations. Why does a woman stay in the house were husband back around all the time.

Why did she just leave from the thinking, what are you going to smack yourself the same hear what this because after a while you come under that dominating you come under and you don't know how to stand up yourself. You need someone to come from the outside and intervening come in and take you and your kids to a safe place and get the authorities that they need to be gotten, because once you get them under that spirit of domination. You don't stand up for yourself they were going to get to get them back. They can have thinking twice about getting him back. Amen. And so they went after him. Not here.

They are there facts or to the Red Sea and here's Pharaoh bearing down on them.

But God told Pharaoh. I told Moses that your miracle Ron stretch it out over the water and when he did the waters roll back like to wall of congealed Jell-O. Amen they were. They were just wrong that I can't imagine what that must've looked like an it was all all night long it took them to cross dry ground money gram. Amen.

But it was and it was dry ground because Bree calls the waters. The split drive the ground they needed to quote on dry ground. They needed to bring their cattle and their donkeys in their sheep and their cow.

They need to bring their little ones and they didn't need to be trumpeted feet of mud eight-man and they went over on dry ground. And so when they got over on the other side, they realize while we're here. We got the victory in seven. Can you believe that you see the water and oh my goodness and just had a good time and rejoicing all the sudden once again they heard the thunder of horses hooves and chariot wheels and a little and realize that Pharaoh and his men in chariots thought what they can go over with and go over we don't know how this happened but it going you were born after them. I don't know what you think that they would be in such shock that they would just stand there afraid even put their toe toe down there and mess with that God. These Israelites are but the devil dumb sometimes.

Amen. I'm not dumb, he's crafty. Don't ever be ignorant of his devices but sometimes he just shows how dumb he is.

Amen. Because when he spent on plan after a child of God. The people of God.

He gets this fury in his spirit.

He has revenge in his heart and he just charges and were not men and not taking the time to think. Don't touch the apple of God's peculiar treasure one time when I was going through a very severe trial. When I was being physically abused in the I'm talking about real going to details, but I was being physically abused and I came to the line one night and the man that was preaching that night was one of our own people.

That was ministering, but no one knew no one do this when you're going to stuff like that you hide it. You're hiding your changes.

Somehow I think it's your fault you were better did something would happen. Why does let me say this, let somebody in this place is under that is not certain I won't park here, but this just let it be said that no one knew this person certainly did not know and he prayed over me. It was a short word from the Lord. But he said no that he whoever touches you, touches the apple of my eye I not tell you that one little prophetic word made me realize is you and the devil say if I was up for you and your his childlike let all this happened you well for one thing was partly my fault because I wasn't speaking up about anybody because I was in that spirit that had me in Dominique, so Tom and he went after them. But when he got halfway over when they got in the middle there. Amen. God just flicked his eyelash is all it takes one blank and those waters came rushing in and when that wall of waters came rushing it in. It around then the Bible says we just read like a stone. They think like Glenn.

Amen. You know the phone to the bottom right away. Amen they say immediately they went down and you know it. It's been very recently that they had found in the Red Sea they had found pieces of chariots that date back to this time in the last few years they had found in the Red Sea. Amen. Is case if there there and now they see, and now it's time to shout and sing and dance all over again. And Moses get the party started he starts singing this song that we we just read, and I noticed all the past 10 verses birds in this place. You know all the times I think that's SEVEN-time and then you had had a sulky diesel in the world, at least eight times and also a lot of past tense verbs that had the past tense in a meter like it is said is and then you got things like cast in throne.

These are all past tense. Amen. What you say what why do I care about that what you tell me to pay attention at work because I want to make that saying the victory song after the victory.

Third, the mighty victory. They sang the victory song.

Amen.

They ought to sing a victory song. When God gives you the victory you have a song of thanksgiving when I really need to get the got room you didn't, amen. They Moses and the people and we stop in verse 19 verse 20 and Mary and now she would be Moses sister 10 years older than him, and Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron as well as Moses took a timbrel in her hand sister Miller that timbrel here. Come on up here with your timber come on Marion Dolores a.k.a. Marion and all the women I got a couple women that want to join Marion, Lamont to get up here. They come on get ready to carry Debbie all right, so here comes Mariam and the women okay I don't know who did this stuff belongs to but I borrowed it. Okay, I'll put it back when I'm done. Amen.

What verse 20 says, and Mary and the prophet is the sister of Aaron to ruin her hand and all the women went there with her camera and went got hacked this out now on I will and everybody all three.

Amen. I trust you're being blessed by this delightful message. The song, the faith in Old Testament times, God instructed Moses and later David to put his word to music. This made it easier for the people to remember. Even today, we teach our kids, their ABCs and song. The song of Moses was sung by the people. After their glorious Red Sea crossing Mariam and the women sang and danced the horse and the rider are cast into the sea. You know it's easy to sing when you just want a huge victory like that, but unfortunately the Israelites fell into chronic murmuring. Each time they faced a hardship, such as having no water when one incident it resulted in God sending fiery serpents that bit them, and some died. This left an indelible mark on their memory and the next time they needed water. They began to sing before they receive their answer. While the men were digging. The women were singing and the water burst forth. There is a great lesson here for all of us. Don't wait to the battles over sing now shout now dance.

Now God will send angels to chase the enemy like the chaff before the wind like he did when Joshua fought in the choir went out to face the enemy. They sing the victory song. While the Angels won the battle.
