Secular ACLJB federal court now want to hear from you secular. That's 1-800-684-3110 or less a month out from the midterm elections will talk politics today as well give us a call. 164 30. Would we just briefly mentioned this on Friday and I would spread a little bit more time fishing farce ACLJ supporters out there. You deserve to know where your resources are going to have a be used in this is a great victory against Planned Parenthood in federal court. The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals out of South Dakota. We are ACLJ attorneys, including me.

We were deputized by this the governor there. The Atty. Gen.'s office to represent the state. This battle goes back to 2011. Three. Talk about taking on this billion-dollar year abortion interest like Planned Parenthood still joke. You don't just these arches to your battles with that alone could see log people. Now you gotta be dedicated to the fight, South Dakota been dedicated to the fight, but they ultimately got to a point in 2020 were state officials and the pregnancy help sitters filed a joint motion to dissolve the injunction against what is a third-party requirement into a space the informed consent so you have to before getting an abortion visit, a pregnancy health center before you can sit toward abortion which I get informed consent is a normal part of medical practice of laws and states. That's why you know if your doctor's office to go through all the things it could go wrong, even if it's a sliding scale of more likely to less likely are you gotta get all the information they provide you these packets of info this what could happen and so this situation again going back to 2011 2020 we get brought in in 2021 and by government know directly add we have followed all of our briefing but we didn't know that this case would turn on Dobbs at the US Supreme Court will be very different case. If Roe versus Wade was overturned. In fact, no case at all and this is that first time I've seen in federal court since Dobbs, where, because of the overturning of Roe versus Wade. We are winning cases without having to go to oral argument, so oral argument was that the injunction was lifted against this law now goes into effect in South Dakota and I will have to make oral targets was beat Planned Parenthood.

This is why taking abortion from the highest level of scrutiny under federal court. Any cutting of the abortion distortion as we call it back to a state issue. Our legislative issue. Evidence of the federal laws by moving forward were able to get victories in federal court that usually this case without the overturning of Dobbs who got all the way. The syrupy Yorkies. It was arty a decade plus a long legal battle to get informed consent now and focus it will move on but obviously see how it really the other part of the CC is that there's going to be a lot less abortions in South Dakota.

So with all that could buy that, the court said no need to come and argue this. You want and that is a great victory in my scene. Obviously you not think our supporters and we do thank our supporters because we are in a battle against Planned Parenthood constantly and they are very very very well-funded and this was a case that Mike you said went on over a decade and we were brought and I am appointed as special assistant Atty. Gen.'s and were able to do the briefing and filings and then the Eighth Circuit got it right that sagging of Dobbs has come down and therefore this third-party counseling requirement South Dakota can definitely do so is a great land to careful because of this we talk about life one 800 684 31 Ted would you're talking to folks in your community that were less than about that for the midterm elections are people talking abortion to you voting for or get sword because of their stance on abortion can certainly receive the left pushing that is the choice even though he met all these others economy war in Europe.

The threat of nuclear Armageddon. So I would hear from you is that severe actually hearing in your community. Do you think affect the outcome of the midterm elections for positively or negatively. For conservative candidates out there, give us a call one 800 684 31 two that's one 864 3110] secular secular affront to consider for Democrat fear to keep try to re-center their going all it to re-center your vote in the midterm elections were less than about doubtful surveys could also fly, and if it's if there's anything negative about somebody dirt about people and this is what it all starts coming out and so you have to prepare yourself for that because you might hear things and budget time at the Herschel Walker kind of situation either. Some of the people you might not have again even on the radar about negative stories of these this is said that this is what it all starts coming to it. But where the Democrats want you to focus not on the economy toward Europe not be uncertain of the crime in the United States, with the border than what you focus it on abortion so they're going all in big stuff polling that shows that you have the countries divided on the issue and hoping that that's the little margin where maybe it keeps use suburban mobs that kind of vote keeps them away from Republican candidates are conservative candidates who are overly pro-life and who will you not afraid to talk about the issue.

The question I have for you is are you, actually, is that what people are talking about your community or they talking about the economy, inflation, crime, border, so I would hear that from you you Gibbs call 100 684 31, two were also cc because of what happened in Pennsylvania and that a pro-life activist who was not charged with the state crimes was not even a civil case was dropped because the person bringing the civil cases shove them after they were screaming obscenities at the at the end is said minor son, the FBI came in 20 agents and our start here for more pro-life activists. I think it what you really see this type of time again where maybe they weren't speaking out about it or was getting the attention should deserve, and now people going back for a couple years ago or so yeah I have this video has the FBI displayed the break for folks who are watching the broadcast get the FBI did the same thing to us under the by demonstration. It's ridiculous how the by administration definitely has weapon eyes. The DOJ and FBI against pro-life speech and pro-life activists. We saw that exactly like he said with the parent Pennsylvania father of seven who got arrested by 20 to 35 FBI agents with their guns drawn on, we saw that now just happened again in Tennessee with a father on the landing being arrested again by FBI agents in a guns drawn at four again in advance that happened over a year and half ago on and charged with violating the face act which is freedom of Access to clinic entrances so it seems pretty suspect that the FBI and the DOJ are getting involved in events that happened over a year and half ago, many of which you know that the local authorities did not perceive did not find any crime happening. There on and yet the FBI's coming in and going targeting on anyone who dares to delay protest at a an abortion clinic asserting the phone calls now because I get. This is all import the legal side of it, you will ACLJ as we talked about big victory would be Planned Parenthood deputized by the state of South Dakota. After this case to be going on for over a decade. We covered ACLJ which we don't have to go to oral argument got the victory that law goes into effect in South Dakota.

Finally, after more than a decade and was searched.

He will research the place I asked you the politics of it and a lot of the politics of it is what's on the ballot you got all these ballot measures and you can't just say hey everybody, this is broadcast. Vote yes so everybody vote no because the different balance of a positive what people vote yes I would negative you want people to vote no and they are written in a way to most of the time there's a already. You know, and everybody knows the politics that most people going to just photo on new ballot issues if they voted all so to pass a new ballot initiative to actually be more difficult than just getting people to to vote against it because a lot of times people art that sometimes you walk. If you haven't heard about any of this could be local things are to be at your city level could be a year district level to be statewide.

And you haven't got a lot of education on these there is a bit more. There's a lot more politics at play on the right to phones out at Steve's call Michigan on by two about addition of their hasty welcome secularly on their big Michael. Note your boy. No property in the state of Michigan. While what you do, that would be accurate. I think the other side has done so much, putting out information about wanting to figure which would allow so many negative things to happen all the way up in the 37 week of pregnancy.

The wording of prop three is so confusing and just wondering you know how much of that really on purpose.

You know my daughter work will target the resource Center and thankfully think it give us a lot of information, but that's not what's being portrayed in the media and what's being said on numerous commercials from the other side.

Just wondering you know your take on that end and it did so consuming that it did very very prop. Three.

Initiate which of you know vote for the place pro-life side, but the way it's written.

This is more like reproductive health. It these pregnancy a lot. Early on in a pot in a positive sense throughout your pregnancy but it's so extreme that it actually takes where he goes on the binder would have a right to abortion under that the Michigan State Constitution. But what what what were seeing is exactly that sees it is that they hope.

I think our folks are supporters. They will build read it and know this is proportionate. That's at the majority of voters even midterm election of the midterm elections, you still get a lot of people who are not following everything the show pot may be the day before election day, maybe a week before they start paying attention at ballot issues are pretty low on their list of priorities with a tray for cantilever to vote for it if they'll even read it.

Whether the booth is another question specially with ago audit on not asset ballot initiatives. You literally didn't. The wording is confusing and I think that is intentional. A lot of times just like you said, you can't now. Now, if a yes vote really is yes or no vote really is now, and so I think you know, it's very important for all of our listeners as you go into to vote in November that you do your due diligence and you do the research. Just like in our caller said you need to do the research on this and find out exactly what does ballot initiatives mean and which is the correct weight about and of course you can always call it with us were tracking all of that ratio data ACLJ action and it someplace were doing were doing more and were partnered with with groups to on education some odd polling your people tied by the Kentucky a lot in that issue. There were we had not gotten retyped afraid maybe last week for a team in which we talked about the issue. That is, it could go to court, but also to be decided by the voters before goes to court and there's a polling on well I'll tell you ACLJ action is going to make sure we polling on that so we have an idea of where should resources be spent. What are people thinking are the is this top of the bond issue would if even if there pro-life delay don't wear how they should vote for either the secondary kind of a step. They let me go to Joe in Texas on my three hey Joe, yes, thank you for taking my call. Jordan I live in Texas and we have a portal election coming up and habit is running against Brad O'Rourke and the Boca of his Bado are basically about abortion even has a couple that I would consider probably about childbearing age talking about taking your right to vote your rights away from you and the only other rather these really running that's of any significance as a woman that lost her child in your theology, shooting, and how it is not able to prevent that sort of thing. But the overwhelming number of drafts that are giving us here are about abortion. This departure is a follow-up that's quite a gamble. I would think in a state like Texas it is is a very diverse state is very different. Geographically, everywhere you go, put it to go all in on that is your main issue to be I would I would say that's that's that. When you're ignoring the economy when you're during the border crisis that set up that could be offputting to a lot of voters but but is it resonating or do you think it is more more offputting as I feel like love these Democrats you like beta like Stacy Abrams have been falling in the polls since they started going all in on this.

All I can just tell you my circle of influence you know work with affecting the bulk of our site bank probably across the country and the economy isn't a crime, you know, I think. I don't think the abortion issue is resonating with those of us that are of faith and believe in Scripture and that sort of thing and you and I were hoping and praying that you know that people realize that you know the right to kill a baby is not the thing that people should be focusing on. You know so you know he he had a strong showing when he ran against Ted Cruz that the economy is that word is now right structurally to it. She ran against Gov. tips is very close to push East it's an election that Irish is a believe she lost that election that she started to really see desperate and a lot of her statements it and I think I did go all in on an issue is that it's not important Roe versus Wade was overturned in support both sides. I get that support us. ACLJ of course waiting cases because of the decision without having to go back or argument, but how do you door the economy you door the issues that really are front and center for those officials whether it's a gubernatorial race or city racer house race got it again. I think by ignoring the issues that are front to the kind of it is very risky. If this was a time when there was inflation.

It probably was right, that would be a different calculation of different statements about civil continue to cost 1-800-684-3110 will be right back. We asked you in light of our ACLJ's victory against Planned Parenthood in South Dakota.

Great victory for Gov. know the Atty. Gen. There is the state after eight, 10 year plus legal battle. We will screw that victory on informed consent and it is at eight a loss for play. I think anytime you can be Planned Parenthood that directly is a huge victory and a lie that we talk about your the abortion politics of what's happening in your state and others lot of ballot initiatives and there's some confusion on ballot initiatives and I think Kansas was a good outlier to show it was the first one had a boat and there just wasn't it in my. On our side. There was not enough education done to so that voters do, even what they were voting on and in that that is really important when you talk about these initiatives because you can't just it's not national hitches say blatantly you will go vote. This, I can't do that on a show like ours that if you take it state-by-state if if people have question about even how they should vote or is that a positive or negative response kind of initiative so I will go back to phone calls first Randy in Ohio on my what he read. Thanks for taking my call. You know, I live in Ohio, the Bible Belt and not grade adoption decision triggered abortion all the light but not all the people I talked to none of them are concerned about nationalized abortion.

It's more about the economy, crime, and not trying to push it to you anywhere you are. That is, is probably why in Ohio. CGI was you would've probably said that politically about Ohio number three were you live in Ohio you may feel more like in the Bible Belt that other regions of the state's big state blotted big cities that are different and unique, but it is certainly become much more solidly red state over over these past a few election cycles, and even more so than the Florida I would say and because of that you have your statewide candidate to Brian on the Democrat side tries to run. This is modern-day Zoellick. I think 100% voting record with by that and I'm short abortion, a pretty extreme and he's trying to pave the way for those issues. More more and tried to sound like he's more of kind of a middle-of-the-road candidate but his record just doesn't reflect that. And I typing typing and I think that those races where it JD Vance Ryan where it looked like they could be very tightly might still be polling tight. I think when it comes down to it if you're 28 days from now when people get into the voting booth are they if there voting on the economy and security is pretty tough to pull that lever for Democrat or the pumps in the street. A lesser hyper- partisan persuaders all automatically go to devote a lot of voters and midterms are our hyper partners that is that I don't know if it's the majority certainly makes up a base of voters. If you could buy both the partisans of the Republican side and Democrat side it's a midterm election.

They will get as much attention and it also the bigger where you live. Give a big statewide race. Do you have a big initiative on the ballot or is it more of the house.

Race is and not as big on the statewide level. So if you got either six a consular getting no attention to the news turn I will be as high. So we will we will see you will be very interesting that a few days after the election after November 8 to start figuring out where this played in people voting. It didn't matter here but not here was because what else was on the ballot or how to have economies doing their regular doll that let you go back to those Teresa in Michigan online to hate Teresa my call.

He'll bring up the point that in my life and never will. Where they had class or school so hard and yelled going back to your original question, people are not talking about that people are talking about Megan be able to keep my home that winter can I spell out my campaign to get to work. I can only find that the amount of food because I can't afford the groceries. It it sad that world they live in right now. What Teresa if that's how people voting did this whole calculation will have been wrong but I think I get cc unfortunately no from the other side is the secondary part of the message here is that it's economic related because babies are expensive and that's having abortion distortion. We see all the time so they will try to tie it into maybe an economic discussion on but in the negative way that you know you don't have a baby because she can't even afford.

So how can you forward now putting but they want to talk about why people can't afford fade.

That's why they are focusing on the abortion issue I wanted to the limited time to just a seal.

Jake first supporters out there voters out there. They should know about our work in you. There's always breaking news lots talk about but we just 514 UPR's with United Nations France Tonga Romania Molly up around the Botswana Bahamas, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Liechtenstein, Serbia, Barbados, UAE, and I think most interesting this time Israel tell people about because I would imagine most was UPR filed on Israel are pretty nasty yet so this is the 49th session of the working group on the Universal periodic review, and they meet three times a year and it's basically Ouija reports evaluating human rights records of the member states that were evaluating you 14 at a time and three times a year and then by the end of the five-year cycle.

We've actually done all hundred 93 member states. So the interesting thing is that Israel is usually the target at the UN of you know, just a lot of shaming and slamming and condemning and so we are able to you in our report actually do a commendation for Israel on their human rights records and especially in a with the issue of of war crimes and show how freely date they go above and beyond and take measures that no other country would take you again for our listeners out there. These are these reports audio somebody's Western countries of these are small countries gets into the egg and were able to focus it. So if if if Lakewood comes to Israel you can focusing then on their judiciary, another court system on the rights that they offer to people of different backgrounds and faiths and and and that it is the technically a paper and let use of the liberals might not like it but it's the most progressive country in the Middle East, by far, absolutely. And and I think we should we show that in our report on you know how they are attacked and there surrounded by Arab nations and their constantly tacking and really what they're doing is self-defense. And again you don't see that were able to actually put the facts in the report, which is hard for the UN to turn a blind eye to you to show that you know Israel and its human rights records really should be commended, and in most of these reports out of the 14 we we deal with on religious issues, and sometimes that gets into human trafficking and abortion and this and this report.

I think Malley was one that we actually got into Christian persecution. It's the 24th worst nation for Christian persecutions, but it's great. You can find all those reports on our website and you can see exactly how each country's human rights that stacks up getting NACLJ.org and you also learn about again victory in South Dakota, beating Planned Parenthood in federal court victory for life again because your supported ACLJay Sekulow to support the work they still JVC LJ.org you can learn about what were doing all these different issues. Life afford policy, national security, human rights and of course of the political side in the issue side of everything you were talking that they would abortion politics you deny that that's a big part of our politics right now like Pompeii. It was her senior counsel global affairs.

Join us in the second half hour we talked about gifts of the international issues to which our people's lives like a nuclear Armageddon.

Those kind of statements ACLJ.org will be right back decades. ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member thinking. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ keeping you informed and now is Jordan secular vesicular to your phone calls to 100 684 31 to the question because we I would get more as we did the first half hour that ACLJ victory in South Dakota representing status at the correctly deputized in the states, so be it. That's because it will be for governor known for bringing ACLJ attorneys in to defend the state law, informed consent, there would comes to abortion. We want that case beating Planned Parenthood in the eighth circuit Court of Appeals case is over because of Dobbs. Importantly to because the overturning of Roe versus Wade to start to see also the effect of what that means for laws that are in the books.

It may have been bid in South Dakota's case was a law held up since 2011's over over a decade and that's because of the precedent that that Roe had set and the scrutiny level and abortion. Distortion of these laws always 80 laws. It did your touch abortion were treated different way than any other law. Now that's not the case, and it's a good example of how you see victories coming out of the Dobbs decision. The median is one focusing on that, of course, the left doesn't want to focus on that were fighting those battles at the ACLJ and so great victory at a South Dakota but we talked about abortion politics. I don't think I give the sun every election cycle that abortion politics is had a leads the way in Presidential races. Usually you know you know what the Republican is viewed over the Democrat's they cut his stay at state.

There opinion to move on. What you see there's a lot of Democrats doubling down on this issue and what were going to go very soon. In less than a month, is whether or not that doubling down was a good political strategy idea be very different if you have such a turbulent economy with inflation. With rising crime everywhere with the drug crisis were seeing with the border crisis were seated with the international crises. These whether it's China or North Korea. And of course Russia and Ukraine that yet it be a different political type.

That's a lot of things to take out right. That's a lot to say. Well if it was at this this this this this this this and this week you'd like to different things that may be abortion politics would be taken more seriously, but they would all it allows politicians as you get your ads in now for this final stretch.

So whether it's Beto Rourke in Texas like we heard from want to cause BC all the running ads on always ready ads out Stacy Abrams had a doubly good crippling data that as well and already she's putting out which is just interesting to note this is that polling to help his voter suppression so that if you even put out polls a month before election and that's that voter suppression because she is like the way the posers are leading right. I don't think she would've bided this if if it showed a tide or the children leading it was to still be like standing up for Republican voter suppression sailing on the skin of your suppress Republican votes so girls would say that I later argue should be against this at your is just crazy stuff that's what we have to be ready for data were under 30 days is it you know if your back a candidate be ready to hear probably anything nasty about of that they confide is about now. And anybody that it may not be like the Herschel Walker situation where people are more prepared for it will obviously add to the support was was Artie solidified.

It appears I will see if there's that small group of voters that it devoted midterms, but is it really you are really that hyper- partisan how that's going to persuade them just like the abortion issue so were take your calls at 164, 31 to we come back for the break was enjoyed by former Secretary of State are senior counsel, global affairs by Pompeo to talk about what's going on around the world as well internationally as he that's very important as well. So we started our UPR's without you with. There is a lot of uncertainty being generated by what's happening all over the world, not just in Ukraine but also what's happening in China affected North Korea said no to bilateral discussions with the bided administration to take your phone calls on that 100 684 31 to let me encourage you to support the work youaclj@aclj.org that's ACLJ.org support the work and learn it out.

If you're fighting or broadcast what you watch our rubble, YouTube or Facebook and you're new to the organization who argued over. This is what I do learn about us@aclj.org it's a lot more than just to show you right back on second 31 two that's what hundred 684-3110 abortion politics your state, I really want to hear from folks what you got ballot issues. Whether you got statewide candidates who are running as we heard from some folks there statewide candidates in places like Texas you think about that. Yes, demographically changing, always such a huge state there's people moving and associated covert by people relocated places like Texas and that we saw Texas into the Sea of Florida is especially our businesses from the West Coast. All of the West Coast and Midwest, and even Northeast who just ideal enough work were moving and so I best you to come to give us a call about what you're see in your state, and in your communities when it comes to abortion politics. It's not every election cycle where it's this front. Consider that I don't to our supporters they they are concerned greatly about this and and so I get I will take your calls at 164 30 with two we are joined now by our senior counsel for global affairs, a former secretary of state by Pompeo and Ed at Sec. Pompeo saw the announcement as I was in the car and sorted all the way the office on when you are on Fox and Fred's new book is available to preorder right now it's called. Never give an inch fighting for the America I love untold stories about your time.

This SCA directed Secretary of State tell people little bit about of course we encourage them to preorder the book that you never give preorder it on Mike Pompeo.com tells the story about my perspective of the only senior – a sturdy person who made it all for your droplet ministration adult. The story about how we literally every day, put the American people first and so II talk about the things that I did. The way that I interact with Pres. dropout. We executed and implemented that America first foreign policy in a way that I think we can all be pretty clearly about.

I was really good for the American people compared to what Pres. Biden for the day. I don't the book away, but I do. I think one of those topics was especially unique to your time.

Secretary of State just from it for the world was the interaction with North Korea and we just saw the Bible ministration make an approach to North Korea to try after they've been shooting off more and more rockets causing alarm to our allies. They tried to make that approach is much as they they tried to block what you all did of the truck ministration. They try to make that similar approach of a bilateral death is off the table. No strings attached meeting and that North Korea said no, which it was interesting to me is that they were there they feel like they're in a position of strength to the blowoff United States of America.

Very remarkable to watch the North Korean project the opportunity to engage with American leadership date clearly don't have the same concerns that they had when we were in office with was that we would take serious action to make things more difficult for them. They must be the postrace bakery week, you do admit that at the story often told right tonight after McKim that refuses to talk to them. The Saudis were to take his phone call.

I can't help but doesn't appear there are serious efforts to be talking to Vladimir Putin about the cost were going to impose on him. This is a pattern and practice, and it is really a if you're if you're living somewhere in Idaho or Texas or Florida is that this is a really perilous moment in American history and we have a President that doesn't appear to be able engage with those folks that are trying to do America harm to go to the people who are picking up the phone and they are answering the calls United States. The bided administration. Whether it's a rod but I want to focus its attention on Venezuela as well, which is done they work very closely with Iran in their cell is lot of Iranian agents based out of Venezuela. Your bad actors and you tweeted out that quote energy dependence doesn't just be lower cost for Americans and also resent having to beg for it is Whalen dictators of the Iranian regime for moral more oil course OPEC announce their big cut 2 million barrels a day, but did Venezuela's respondent and unfortunately that's who is picking up the phone say oh yeah great you want us to take the sanctions off and let and let Chevron go back in and they welcome that there of course go through it like a conversation between administration and girl who has caused more are for the greatest catastrophe, not war bait in the world history right now 20% of the Venezuela population living in displaced door had left the country already and they bought that right there is that they look if you talk to us will lift bench in exchange for almost nothing with United States of America. It it is it is cataclysmic Lee bad idea to think that you're going to run the country on sunshine and windmills and you're gonna leave these fossil fuels in America.

The self-help that Americans need for our national security and for portable energy that you can believe that the ground you can put crazy rule that ESG stuff all on top of the American energy industry that can create so much prosperity so much security assembly job.

United States wealth that the odometer know you bump it back retirement. North Korea just say no to this kind of like snow conditions, because they say say listen everybody else is getting something in return for taking your phone call and sitting down with you. So what are we. Why would we just go sit down with you if your document willing to lift sanctions on us to do this or that because if the if, for goodness sakes, of the Venezuela dictators getting that maybe we should get something in return for even take your call.

I told her the best example that the radiant we have now offered billions if not tens of billions of dollars in conversation and frankly they think they can get more. We offer the marketing to get back in this deal and the Arabians continue to say that to say no to our yeah it is.

It is a feckless a feckless response from United States of America when uranium people trying to do the right thing for the South United States did not give them a clear pathway to a nuclear weapon is precisely kind of thing that the Arabians and out of Venezuela Chinese and the Russians all of whom Jordan you know are part of the call of the President of the axis of evil, but these are folks that are working together at curated shipping. Shipping drones to Russia today that they are of a kind and our response has been of a kind to two week too short and too slow. This is a point I just want to keep slavery to socially understand because if so she was talking to friends and family were 29 days.

The midterm elections you're all over the country for for good conservative candidates and and everybody's out there talking up the issues when they talk about gas prices talk about inflation.

I we see this use of the strategic oil reserve for all benefits. 86 use for partisan politics.

It's not there is any rewarding election cycle. It's not there to bring down prices for forgiveness strategic needs during a time of war, but I think it's domestically, but understand like what why is that reserve important, why we should really be tapping that because of inflation controller Ackley that purpose is to have energy stored underground in the United States of America. In the case that we have a conflict and we needed and can't get energy from someplace else barrels a day at a limit to how many it's supposed to be classified, but big reserves of expected what it's not supposed to be used to do it by vote by trying to keep the price to get done when you decided to adopt a green new deal lock stock and barrel, and that's what they've done and that that it is now as well as by think it's been in 40 years level are closer than 40 years. It hasn't done anything to affect the price that includes it 90 bucks a barrel plus today. It is a failure of American policy, and most importantly puts us at risk if we actually need that product to what the strategic petroleum reserve was originally intended to do a question today as secretary content was good to add tickets to New York and the border issue because this the New York Mayor Eric Adams has actually declared it was over the crowd there.

But over the the immigration in just the fact that the 17,000 people was for city the size of New York.

You would think would not be a state of emergency was interesting to see because he tweeted back a few years ago. New York is always get a statement to Donald Trump and Ann were we are the place to come for immigrants as well. The ultimate that which you know so he plays at up and now you see liberals. What's the kind of feel what it's like to be a little bit of peace and a taste for New York 17,000 people could be pretty easily, disappeared to the city that size. Yet the declared state of emergency is overdue. Is it politics or you think they really did are finally getting a taste of what it's like to have these kind of mass influx of people that you might not be prepared for remarkable how they pointed upon the people of California and Arizona impacting the amount that it can and now that there's just a little bit of cost to them. They are screaming blotting murder and abandoning that other stop in declaring a state of emergency border. The perfect question about my book called never given it. This is the place that we understood that you had to protect American property. I hope that Mayor Adams in New York City is finally thing that no Trump administration have this right that remain in Mexico make sense that we are prepared to fight for the America that we love in a way that actually preserved and protected the great things about our Republic.

I it's incomprehensible to me. The 17,000 people could really because they collect as much trouble as Mayor Adams is described declared emergency.

After so many other places been through so much for so long because of the failed bond policies is truly truly outrageous.com you see your counselor's affairs.

Preorders books never given its fighting for the America I love functions in favor of RTV see the inside were able to do in one second. The broadcast pity. All these issues with the former Secretary of State and Forcier Dir. and is at the stupid To give you insight into that and others times it is not I want to remember the five administration asked at the same meeting with North Korea and the North Korean said no never go to Venezuela to open up billing errors which will support a dictatorship which is one of the worst human rights abusers in the in the world and also allied with countries like Iran] to say you play this. This is is the biggest city that states one of the baby's eligible people stiffly that by concentrating the selling of change have a graphic you village wise for sure. So you know this is a get legitimate 17,000 people. This is not like a small border town being inundated with 17,000 people and they don't have the resources and facts 17,000 people more than people committed out of New York even very public over the through the multiple international airports and this and that we have either concerts attract more people to come into town we really think about places their readmission along the but you know they're getting a taste of what it's like to have some this immigration uncertainty.because they're not border states, and that they're freaking out there called the declared states of emergency.over the crime in the subways not over the fact that they lost like 10 or 15% of the population may be more who decide not to come back to the city that affected tour start back yet because of the crime notes because of 17,000 illegal immigrants. It it in a city that size would you play, let's play by five this is Mayor Adams is angry. I am angry to we have not asked for this. There was never any agreement to take on the job of supporting thousands of asylum-seekers. This responsibility was simply handed to us without warning as buses began showing up is no playbook for this no precedent for some it's a lot somebody lies. The first is that the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island were most people who have immigrant families that that your family started out in New York. You likely the elites went through and allowed state and lots state or lease your first peers of time until they finally Spread out across the country, but this idea that I refers to what is like 70,000 people to the idea that New York is not a place for immigrants even though they are like it's a sanctuary city because of Democrat policies and extremely liberal on top of that will simply says, be guessing you have a tweet right they did.

Also from a couple years ago now, we have agreed to get the chat where he simply said, just like a couple years ago. He said something to the effect of of yeah will always be welcome. How did IT make no mistake, New York City will always stand up to real Donald Trump and caught his cynical plots to divide our country to anyone of the world, fleeing hatred, depression, the ultimate city of immigrants. What you remember you're always welcome here, but not plant… If you are not at which you get what is ever plant right to Savior seeking asylum where you're seeking this kind of thing so it's it's pretty wild Statue of Liberty and that tweet which is fine but it's it easy. I simply have a counter the actual narrative. The topic here, which is now that they've been faced with it having to figure out how to deal with the fact that a deal is what a lot of these other states are to do with its taxes under the border states how to deal with the chaos and now instead of just theoretical thought of. We love to welcome everyone.

Now we are to have to do it you put your money where your mouth is and what it is that's what becomes hypocritical they allowed people to go well, at least if they were the people who lease would accept immigrants and their society is exactly the liberal and and just be cool with it, but now you have to now act like you know I think it's diversion to the military but the route that the issues are really playing in the citywide setback against crime. It's a cry from the this group that even if they are part of it it be a very small percent. It's rampant, but I would tell people your podcast to because our pockets.

We get to hit things that we don't always make it to on this broadcast like crazy, the VA at more those times we were already last week concerned about elevating him too much edge. It just kind of what's going on. The in strata politics as well as countercultural politics and his resentment and secular brothers started podcast doing three days a week because on Monday Tuesdays and Thursdays. I just make a little confusing. Monday Tuesdays and Thursdays we come to will break come up with whatever's going on the world, not just news blossom is that with culture that we touched on the interview that Connie West had with Dr. Carlson and also the fallout from that which we predicted a little bit as much as we are. We are fans of his art and everything I can to sense what happened, when he became a strong evangelical character figure if you would present or he ran for President is these elevated because of her stature and he is looking again. Only anyone can take back is his creative genius but you start making statements you start going too far to seem to happen it is necessary if she can play a little preview of our podcast today were to focus on what we've talked with us all today on the secular's who was standing up because he got elevated by conservatives, we have AOC you know if he would've just said he was going after the Zydus like you said and did say Jews but said Zionist. I don't think AOC between the out anti-cognate right.

He makes a statement of the log of all social media platforms of deemed the anti-somatic can really be threatening and he made the statements and right, who is a first-person pop-up other than the least like you said some of the Jewish activists is simply AOC in a course, all of them are laughing at her going really literally props up is maybe the notion of Israeli the most high-profile anti-Semites in the country, or your family.

He'll huddle by Presley. These are her yet. These are her top calling this a squat she's I would say the leader of the squad and she felt like she needed to say something and he did. It doesn't even match her. Yes he put his will look at retirement as well podcast but yes you put is absolutely no room in this country around for anti-Semitism support to see how harmful, dangerous kind is words are not only to our Jewish brothers, sisters, and siblings, but also to our collective society at large must direct reject this. Wherever we see it so pretty straightforward. Real words would love to have heard of when her own friends and colleagues have come after it said some of the all about the Benjamin within the nastiest stuff as well, that and a lot more on the pocket asking the misstep to know the reason she's getting this opportunity is you elevate somebody should be elevated in politics you agriculturally let the bigots who really want to win, elevate them is like a political hero and be quickly ordered or your treatment you know it it suddenly and you don't have the full context and they are not to because you do see civil he said who it was, had very strong politely was exciting for us on the right. Because we don't have any people write you having an ugly celebrity.

I got John Rich can rock about it in the not a huge group you are willing to catalyze secret, yet the result that's about people are coming out and willingly saying a lot of these kind of think so too has been split with a life issue, the strong as he did you see that very much at all is easy to jump on that bandwagon.

But like you said, a lot of people have Artie been burned before. I appreciate him at his art, but I think that he deftly went too far and on social media it in some of his rhetoric that it had come out. There is a really want to get to somatic rhetoric or at that time a lot more on secular brothers against all three days a week will have an issue out this afternoon, secular brothers.County files plot.
