The only two abortion clinic theatrically filed a lawsuit saying that these two pro-life laws were unconstitutional under the state constitution.

The other good sign from the Kentucky Supreme Court is at its scheduled oral arguments in this case for November 15, one week after Kentucky voters, including myself, go to the polls to vote on amendment to to amend the Constitution to say that quote all products to protect human life. Nothing in this Constitution shall be construed to secure, protect a right to abortion or require the funding of abortion.

So I think the Kentucky Supreme Court.

It will be more than happy to move this case. If the Kentucky voters amend the Constitution to allow the legislature to make laws regarding abortion and abortion regulations and answer type interplay they see is actually the issue advocacy with voting taking place and how case of outlet liked what you have said.
