Secular the ACLJ fighting is overreach and for the life giving you informed. Now you actual broadcast stage as you record the tees talk to Jim Jordan icons adored about the FBI, the politicization the targeting of American conservatives. The idea that they want to bother defining a certain crimes to make it look as if there's this massive domestic violent right wing extremism going on all over the country. What in fact they're all tied to what event it was January 6 and the people spread out around the country who they are going after the prosecuting but the way it looks on paper is that you're always different violent extremists are all over the place and behind every door going so were talk to Congress to George about that anti-Semitism. All the rise of course you probably know on college campuses but were taking specific action in New York. Specifically, the city University of New York. Jeff Balla, Bob from ACL. JT will also overseas ACLJ Jerusalem a good reminder that the towers like to remind you that we have offices around the world and he oversees her office in the heart of Jerusalem are right there, but also works on the anti-Semitism in the United States. So Jeff will be joining us as well. Loaded here with me and I want to talk about a podcast little bit that this week we got into some deeper issues of people thought maybe the first couple weeks in South this is funny as ever. It says it does it does.

We talked about some news from court cases we talked about was going on. The Georgia election is a plot that was just on this week's episodes were taught to do it today and we have a new one coming out today rig up to cover all the tapping as well as it is a little fundamentalism there was a good time, so make sure you are tuning the right spirit slot upon its secular brothers.com you can also find it on a podcast on the spot if I YouTube and on the rebel rumbling. One of our biggest sources and it's really been great and exciting show. We actually had just last week alone had 100,000 downloads abuse. Thank you. Which is a week or thrill. That's a huge number for a podcast just launching. So thank you all for today.

Please tell your friends we hope you have come back jointly to three days a week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. It's funnier to different edge. After this, and were very tense on this broadcast answer so everything's different edge, but whatever since it set its foot if it is it ends up always like a little bit more lighthearted. Yeah, even if it's issues that are tough.

None of the same time clocks a week we could be a little bit more extensor cash, yes I said that's a good way planning for cattle. We took when he looked the first 20 minutes of our more recent shows is pretty heavy but I grew it yet were able to get through it.

Talk with realtor in Hampshire and one of things I said you said witches were just being honest on it, which I think is what a lot of people have responded.

They really like the honesty that were not a shilling for just one side of the other. We are saying here's the real implications were Donna politics we're talking about what it's really like inside you had the experience specifically even in Georgia politics so were talk about specifically how that all could play out really interesting you. That's where could write a political teeth initially was a dog couple races in Georgia, which is changed demographically since I worked there, but also is still on the same players.

Kip was around you that those kind of people around. I was coming at the office at the lower statewide elected offices and so we know this is even more of a pack show that will get back to their cars and Jordan Albom Junior's sitter James Langford of Oklahoma will also be joining us on the VA hospitals would target the life issue later in the broadcast try to turn those VA hospitals basely into abortion clinics in the right administration is excited about this to not like hiding this.

They are telling everybody about this. The problem is this existing federal law. The that prohibits that through talk to signaling for about that. I Jeff Sir tees from our teams can update us on the Kentucky state court case on life as well so got of course that targeting conservatives got the issue involving anti-Semitism. We also have life issues to cover today on the broadcast a load I wanted as well as the other podcasts really encourage people sign up through Apple podcasts body. I read a lot of of viewers which were very visual. It is what it is like to look at this, but we would love you to also subscribe as well on Apple podcasts and spot of pleasure. The audio feed that really helps get this in the rankings and it's really a bigger national value gets without or within and expanding on our bubble that really helps if you go and subscribe their write a review if you're on Apple podcasts. That really helps to five-star review 11 rifles good. ACLJ.org is always to stamp it will be right back on second secular justice over fighting all of us Internation Washington DC Congressman Jim Jordan, the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, who is been uncovering through whistleblowers covering the cars for Jordan so much of this politicization of the FBI and in a new letter to the FBI director at Carson Jordan talks about how even when it comes to the January 6 arrest they politicized how the reporting those arrest to make it look like what cognizant of the right to you to make it look like there's all this domestic violent extremism DBE going on all across the country instead of misleading people that these are almost arrested me from a single event right to make payment behind every door to satisfy the narrative of the Joe Biden where he called happy country back to The country extremism and understand the pattern here. We had over 14 AF pages come to opposite whistleblowers. They come to it. I think because they know they can trust us and they know how bad it is in there. There will become to leave in the minority.

Just because it's so ridiculous what's going on there. It started first with whistleblowers coming forward last year and in relation to this, the whole school board issue and then more recently had this whistleblower to come to us and said look there cooking the block in a way that makes it look like there is domestic violent extremism and everywhere and there so focused on this is the troubling aspect of the two, maybe the most troubling was the sole focus on this trip: age at top of child trafficking cases to to focus on this. This political narrative at the Justice Department, Jim. This is when I read that part of your letter. I'm I was outraged on this idea Maria for everybody. In addition to whistleblower disclose that the FBI is sacrificing its other important federal law enforcement duties to pursue January 6 investigations which have a huge team.

It's not like they can't do that. Whistleblower recalled being told that the sexual abuse material investigations were no longer an FBI priority.

I mean think about. I think about that for a moment were sex trafficking is such a huge problem across the country at the border throughout the United States, online pornography, aimed at children were children are utilized in those videos is viewed from irony to case of the Georgia Supreme Court a few years back where I was defending the state of Georgia's law on what they called printer situation was basically these people that were grooming young kids and and ultimately meeting with them.

They pulling that big First Amendment lawyer from Texas supposedly been on then sustained. George asked me to do what I did a pro bono and we won the case.

But the point is now the FBI saying you were so busy with these other cases we can we can't continue to make child sexual abuse and trafficking a priority.

Jim that is really dangerous yeah will help you with what what appear to happen in Philadelphia with the Kunkel family that pastor where there were when they're focusing on those kind of issues all to satisfy this political narrative, I sent this way, the first with the blower they came to the few week ago on this issue of DDE take domestic violence. In case it said that they were to the number they were the repressuring agent to categorize all located as domestic violent extremism and now we find out there cooking the books that used in the numbers cooking the books all again to to fit this this political narrative, and as you point out, as we as this whistleblower told us at the expense of protecting kids that that's wrong and it's wife we get the majority working to do everything we can to expose this and try to hold people accountable who are responsible.

I see all this is that now is the politics he did, but as you is you keep talking at diverting the resources away from the real bad actors.

The reason why the FBI exists take on the worst of the worst weather. Those are criminal actors inside the US that are US-based. Whether Ford terrorists whether they are foreign cartels and you with the with the fictional crisis with all the drug Christ receipt hitting all of our communities. It does not matter where you are the country because of what happened.

The board of those drugs are everywhere and when they start say well we got a prioritize the rest of the January 6 or the pro-life prop protest are outside of an abortion clinic instead of going after the really bad guys and that's why they exist and can we get them back on track.

Well, you know, I think even worse in one thing whistleblower told us is that they're using the most extreme tactics when they go after these people for political reasons. Going to go after the January think the tactic that that that this pastor in and in Philadelphia area has mentioned that the bus in the door, and guns drawn for out for a homeschool dad who was praying at an abortion clinic so I think that is a big concern as as well.

I hope we can hear the good news is there is a lot to be dated. I've never seen it.

Jordan where we've had now like a tent over 14 come to us bunch of whistleblowers went to Sen. Grassley there, did to Congressman Colburn, the oversight committee how to come in to Sen. Jonathan and they're doing it because it's it's so egregious, so political now that that did they just I think feel compelled we would this is not the FBI they signed up for and some of them will now come public. As you know that Dan Montiel had whistleblower on a shown agent on the show this past weekend who talked about this whole area and how political thing that got the course and I witness that is due up firsthand when we were in the middle of impeachment proceedings for the enterprise in the United States. It seems to me that the leadership of the FBI is entrenched in a we talk about the deep state you want to dig too deep to find out who's controlling this and in the course the question of the day is the director ready to even mention in homeschool dad who's in front abortion clinic somebody assaults his son and he pushes the guy away.

They please come equipment and assault charge on either side. They don't write either party up the guy filed a civil lawsuit lawsuit gets dismissed. Then what happens six days after the lawsuits dismissed Congressman the Department of Justice through the FBI since 20 agents to his house and you what the FBI comes on cycles before saying so I wasn't a SWAT team, which is 20 agents with weapons drawn. Witness tells you the abuse. But where is Chris Ray on the over 100 incidents of violence by groups like Jane's revenge on pro-life crisis pregnancy centers and pro-life groups all all law in all that violent after the leaked that the leak of the draft opinion and needed why we we brought that up and hearing when we Chris Ray.

When FBI agents went had the wrong person in Alaska that she was at the January 6 event and cute.

She was not there he would not part of the right was not in there and in the capital.

Whatever they wish. They can hold her for four hours. Interrogator four hours. They had the wrong person. Chris Ray didn't even know about it when he was in committee when asking the question so that's the part that think it's so frustrating to so many Americans are the darn director of the FBI, you can't. You can answer some questions about incidents like what happened in Alaska in this this is terrible thing to happen and in the Philadelphia area this past week. George is always a great to have you on at least give you want to continue to uncover all this information that you keep in those letters out, we keep cover of the broadcast is great to have yard tooth.

I get out.

I'm glad that those at that whistleblowers are there, got at institution, we know that it's one that we we need in our country to be functioning. Carson George is always, we appreciate having the audit Carson George, the ranking member of the district committee, which I assume to be chairman very soon and I think again that could help corrects it will. A lot of these problems that because when you have the leadership of the committees of Congress the power of the purse who then are pressured to say you need to reprioritize exactly right and Jim George been a good friend of ours and he would be a excellent chairman of the Judiciary Committee, squinting Terry's phone call to Jerry call from a nylon line with your doctors and air 1-800-684-3110 at 2064 3110 Jerry all pain and representative Jordan. So thank you for the work at Dillon cavalry, and ultimately where the Inspector General went up 14 guys coming forward and whistleblower went Inspector General could be Inspector General to be mixing to convert those investigations as you note, Jerry. As you know, you listen is broadcast to take two years so that the what what you got is if there is a change in their will be in November. In the House of Representatives and Jim George is the chairman of the Judiciary Committee you know what you do. Start having real hearings in a bring the is paying these guys up to bring them before your committee and then the ACLJ simultaneously issues freedom of information act request about how this came out and they'll fight it and then we go to court and you know what is a dealer says it's finding a nugget in the end, you know, in the dirt find it. This needle in a haystack. But we know in every single case we've had. We found that nugget every single time there's something there you go. It's breathtaking.

So that's how you that's outward and approach it and working on teams working on that now the ACLJ a folks really take a break we come back will take your call at 1-800-684-3110.

That's 800-684-3110 Center Hawk Holly is demanding some things as well. Answers over that FBI raid that homeschool dad want to hear from you on that one.

Your reaction to the FBI rating up father's house versus should we go to to lead the investigation what's happened is we don't have this feeling were Jewish students on campus feel like they're being targeted or like the school is endorsing this kind of tardy.

So, who do they go to while you notice Sally Abdallah, the former employee of anti-Israel and an unindicted conspirator in a Islamic terror case.

The of course Karen talking about the Council on American Islamic relations Abdallah from care whose value diversity had at your school. You say Abdallah will you investigate you work for care. We would miss it. Make sure these Jewish truths are treated nicely so you would think this is Jeff Bell abolishing the councils with us. You even think this is an episode from Larry David right to curb your enthusiasm.

Nobody would believe this so to set the state and by the way, we are representing five faculty of cuties to universities to think that it is rarely investigate the other pal city of Citigroup snow because we don't let Israelis come on campus to give speeches.

Of course not. Jeff we got this though we are actually file the title VI litigation were laughing.

It's not funny.

It's that serious. But what part is Institute is really unbelievable. Pick a person affiliated with care to do the investigation. You can't make this stuff up. You're right. I'm glad you started this segment with laughter because you left for your crime discussing same with is beyond belief. It is easily whatever example you want to take somebody who literally was a member of the KKK to investigate complaints of racism. It's insanity. This is care is an organization that the United States government has linked to being the part of common masses propaganda wing in America okay and city University of New York. You would think to be a little more sophisticated in this. It's detaching this part of the problem.

J. And Jordan is intentional actually trying to to tell Jews you're no longer welcome in any of our campuses, because you could not create a more hostile situation for Jews on campus into literally putting in operative former operative bodily from the Minnesota we know what happened to the 70s. Minnesota is from the Minnesota care and make them in charge of investigating anti-Semitism on campus so I'm holding my hand. I'm holding my hand right now. A copy of the complaint that we filed with the assistant secretary for civil rights. US Department of Education nation and Jeff on the is important for our listeners to know interviewers to know what exactly were alleging in this and we trace incidents back all the way to 2014. That's right, you know there been a number of cases brought a number of complaints brought since we work closely with the White House to change this so that you could, Jews could be included in the civil rights protections under title VI so that federal funds are on the line for institutions that promote anti-Semitism or tolerate anti-Semitism against students and faculty and so we were with that and now we bring cases bring complaints and one of them was when the interest held update which is against the whole system. The whole city University of New York system which is many many campuses and many colleges because what we're alleging it. Internet complaint and is online and also look at it.

It's almost unbelievable years and years of anti-Semitism across multiple campuses is a pervasive systemwide situation that must be addressed at the top level and as we see the top level is making decisions that seem calculated to promote anti-Semitism rather than fight anti-Semitism project that got you.

I wish I could say these are isolated events.

We represented Prof. for you. There's a report now out of Berkeley and I'm all starting to see this and I got it and I must've gotten seven copies of the sent me last night and it Berkeley at the law school nine different law student groups have begun the academic year by amending their bylaws to ensure that Pro Israel supporters of Zionism are not allowed to speak on campus, the dean of the law school who is a progressive, no question about Dean Chemerinsky but he is also a scientist said I would not be allowed to speak on my own law school campus because of the way that the students are reacting in there getting away with this, as if it's okay now it's getting a lot of attention.

So maybe it shuts it down and California uniquely has an statute called Andra, that is their state civil rights statute. I have litigated that in California courts and it's very broad protection and does not allow targeted racial, religious discrimination, among other things, so there are avenues here, but it's amazing that at Berkeley free thought open-mindedness you know of the marketplace of ideas here at June that Pro Zionism you're out that way you don't have to be a card-carrying anything because it is a very famous Martin Luther King quote where somebody started talking about Zionism. He said you know staff that when you're talking a design is mute on anti-Semitism. Let's be clear about this – there have been over the centuries. Over the millennia all kinds of words that are used to means you that aren't you.

You know they used would be in in in in the to use bankers and global listings all kinds of words now in this generation.

It's Zionist but Zionist means Jew.

That's all it really means and signatures on campus being told.

Your opinions are locally or frankly you're not welcome here. And so they're hiding their identities and articles maybe do when general election of one of Pres. Biden's advisors is most prominent Jewish advisor Jewish affairs. He actually told observant Jews like me are working out in public so this maybe we should stop wearing signs of our faith in public stop signs out leader Jewish know the answer. This country but every place the progressives dominate in every cultural place campuses. That's what's happening is it's not like the typical group should think that would be banning these speakers like this of the Palestinians to the group. This is obscure through the names the women of Berkeley Law is a pretty broad Asian Pacific American lobsters that Middle Eastern and North African lobsters that would maybe it's a lot closer to what you think of a group that would benefit the law students of African descent in the clear caucus.

So again, they talk about all this inclusion and bring everybody in it don't discriminate against anyone but at the most liberal city in the United States lived most liberal campus college campus and is known for historically and it celebrated a lot of ways for allowing this unbelievable amount of freedom of speech. There is less your speech happens to be in support even as a progressive progressive like the date of loss will says progressive Zionist it's band so all speech is okay. You will grantmaking on campus with people do right but but.don't say anything about Israel. So I'm holding again in my hand a copy of the civil rights complaint we have filed Jeff. What's the next move on this but people want to know what we expect your meds to get that the department education we can commence an investigation. Well, there is hopefully mounting pressure in the city University of New York for there to them to look.

I continued to clean house atop deity desperately needs understand what's going on here because they ignore one of our one of the professors we represented the is rated a finding of anti-Semitism than that they were look at it and that is minute and official find by the government of anti-Semitism against him so he's asked for there to be some redress. They are simply refusing to communicate and they won't talk to him and just make it worse by doing things like this, so we are hoping that by this complaint will actually across this University of Millie, the millions of federal dollars in the membership. Listen folks will just talk about we take action. That's what were doing and we got really never look at the situation on California's well support the work of theaclj@aclj.org and again let everyone know how to get caucus victim will be on Monday Monday secular brothers.com SEKULOW we had actually 100,000 unique viewers this week on the podcast is never really excited about that secular brothers.com for decades ACLJ has been on the frontlines protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. That really helps to five-star review with 11 rifles good ACLJ.org is always to step it will be right back on second vibrate for the ACLJ Champion life sitter James Langford of Oklahoma. It's their life.

It's great to have you let me just go right to use it.

A letter, because we have the VA Sec. Dennis McDonagh basely bragging about how they perform their first abortion and get into a lot of details. I felt like a citizen early in the park as I feel like it was going to get across is like there there opened that was like a VA abortion clinic you have and provide those details you put in your letter you clearly laid out the federal law prohibits them from providing abortion services subsequently for what is going on at the VA by drawing upon everywhere you can to expand abortion in America. He is absolutely obsessed with increasing the number of abortions in America and his new way of doing that is turning VA hospitals into abortion clinics in 1992 Congress passed a law dealing specifically with reproductive health for women better veterans but in that 19 into law specifically prohibited abortions Dennis McDonagh and the President are just ignoring the law and saying we want to provide abortions to veterans and so we are going to do that and we can do it on demand in any trimester late-term early term doesn't matter during a due abortions is much as I can holding section 106 of the code in my hand and it says this is the secretary of veterans affair may provide to women. The following healthcare services that list them then under general reproductive health care. It says to specifically not including under this section, abortions, so the law could be any clear it says that's not under VA health care for women abortion services. That is correct and that is not only is it very very clear and the law is there also trying to get around every state law as well. Statewide mind that want to protect the life of every single child. They're basically putting out the welcome sign to say you can get an abortion in the state were to bring on the federal property and were in a due abortions here instead and also that this is again biting trying to increase the number of abortions in America is his obsession is and I got follow-up in that existing nightly said after the Dobbs decision that it was likely that the abortion industry was going to go into overdrive on the states that they have a partner here is not claim. I'm talking about the partner.

They have in their drive is actually the by demonstration.

As you said, they are so committed to this abortion issue that they're doing everything in their power to make abortion rights expanded as their reaction to Dobbs. An example that don't know say, pointing to the VA's I will say well this is about rape and incest or this is about health and life of the mother, but then they specifically stated that no police reports no questions on this. If you come in and demand. José hated this arete get you where I do any follow-up which can take your word on it right and continue to be able to move forward on it, and it's also health of the mothers that would be any reason at all that she gets a financial health of the mother or could be in what I'm just not comfortable at this stage of my in my life to be able to be there. Much of this can work.

All of those things will qualify for them to do abortions at any single stage even states that command that they were to limit abortion and we do late-term abortions, the VA is Artie saying the word in a due abortions at any stage at any time tickets with us in this post office world, but this is a reminder of what we told people is be ready for a battle.

Yes, it was worse obviously celebrating still celebrating overturning of Roe versus Wade. But now we have to take about what it will others. The battle of the states like your state. Oklahoma or the federal battle. It is, it is one that I think we need to do a lot of education for people lot issue advocacy for people so they understand because I think right now if you look at what's happening across the country.

There is an abortion movement can like a wave happening and it's time for us to counteract what we going to be bored. I would love and I would speak up for the value of every single child we know were encountering people that are called shell deniers.

They just will not admit that that's a child in the women, so they just deny the obvious scientific fact of the child being there and I say this is all about convenience. We are speaking out for the value of every single child and what I simply say to people if I understand this is a difficult challenge and all kinds of issues that are wrapped around us on the future but there's a child in the process. Here we go. To discuss this child and I don't think some children are valuable and some children are disposable.

I think every child is valuable and will begin the conversation by talking about that child then were beginning at the spot that I think we need to be that this is not about the convenience of adults, a parent myself.

Children are not always convenient but that the simple fact is children are valuable and important in their to be honored and so what are we going to do to build on the life and the value of every single child center link that I just now sent thank you for what you wrote in your letter about abortion is not and will never be healthcare healthcare protects life and I think that's an important point that you made in and were very grateful that you always did stand up for life. There's an important rental here that helped her protect life. Abortion takes life and so this is not about expanding healthcare options.

This is about protecting the life of every single individual, no matter how tall they are salubrious to the center consistently to question our entire audience and within a once in a social medias or TV or radio Manassas and that is what got this letter out.

What do you expect to happen what can happen here. What delirious doctors couplings will be a poor person out the policy they put it with an interim final rule they said were doing it and then after the fact. In the time were taken. Comments on so this is everyone filing comment and it's not just saying hey, I know an organization and father, and I believe that organization I'm encouraging individuals to file a comment on this. To say that let let let just let the VA know from all over the country.

Here's what we believe about knowledge following allotment of the value of every single child as well and so they got all those comments are there. We continue to be able to pray.

We make comments we speak out on these issues and I will will have legal challenges that I can happen on you guys have been accurate to this demand worked in legal challenges when you break the law you should have legal consequences for that, since it seemed like art are groups activated. We got technology set up. You know, through her ACL to actually count so people can submit their own comments and issues like this will get that ago your rating I wanted. I thank you for bringing attention to this because I want people to stay whether flouting the law and two were fighting back, and we've got a champion like you in Washington DC, a leading that charge for Sen. James Langford of Oklahoma. They should be with us appreciate is anything so much your dimension ACLJ action what what is the next step that we do here you have ethics for ACLJackson. Our team listen to the broadcast awoke the setting up will get the timeline make sure to set enough time but also timely and and we set up with others to comment. Before that, you'll be able have a system set up or yes will be a pre-drafted letter, but we actually encourage you every time they still Jackson likes her. Langford said, adding your own taxa when that's up and available. We will let you know this broadcast but it's great to hear from Sir Langford and I think friend by listening the importance of taking action like that and he said it it the ACLJ comment which will be very comprehensive is very important because it comes from experts, but but also comments from the American people are just as important when you were put them all together so we help you draft your comment but we want you always to make it personal when that's opened and they were rated go. We will let you know that's been long and interesting. Sen. Langford from Oklahoma where filing a brief with the record of Oklahoma on Monday, October 3 on behalf of Oklahoma legislatures were joining our brief defending Oklahoma law. We got calls coming in on this 800 684 31 to leadtime treatment before the breaker was going do it Richard Arizona online. What hey Richard, I think my car my court. Why is there so much money involved on making money off of all the abortion, Planned Parenthood is in the business of abortion. So you know they ceased to say that only a small percentage of their bid. Their operations were abortion based yet SCC is pointing out meanwhile they close the clinic's all over the United States obviously was not a small portion of their right Planned Parenthood and any abortion provider. They're the ones that make the money off of this and they're the ones that control all these politicians. They're the ones that fund their campaigns and and we see that if you even have a Democrat talked about this candidate have a Democrat who even says ham against parking at the partial-birth abortion chance they get clearly annihilated and money pulled so you have to be if you're a Democrat now you have to tell the Planned Parenthood line and be completely pro-abortion but they are running on this and this is it. This is going into the midterms. Democrats simply running on the stored yes well I think it's this little run economy that's for sure.

So I made and and and and and incident target treat they really they can't so they thought this issue was going to be that Bob middle kind of moderate vote.

That said, they've been more successful with the past couple of elections and that this would galvanize the problem is with the Bob's have trouble putting food on the table or lifting Mr. thinking about like even go to the next level of income Medicaid take the same vacation or you can't buy the new car or yield to issues like that court. Private school starts getting Smith like that the Roe versus Wade being overturned. First, while people are saying it's not the parade of horrible thing said states are working through this it's gonna take a lot of time. I think economy becomes number one issue think they want abortion to be the number one issue won't be because of inflation because of just general Ricciardelli broadcast people are hurting economically and they're wondering when is it actually ill-equipped to follow. Where's the fallout is that the physically hit that point and I know things aren't working. Take your calls to one 800 684 31 to leave a couple lines open 800-684-3110 secular brothers broadcast go to secular brothers.com it's the numbers of people listening and downloading are incredible hundred 684-3110.

That's what hundred six. What did turning artist to ACLJ filings in support of life as you know I since the overturning of Roe versus Wade. There is a ton of work to do across the country. Some of it is policy so that is issue advocacy sub is getting out the vote and others are going into court and that were Artie see that in Kentucky and Ed Ed about Oklahoma and that we were Artie see the actions all over the country. So I we will update you with the ACLJ is doing in these cases all across the country, so we only go to Jeff's reducing accounts for the ACLJ because we got a filing for Kentucky Supreme Court. Jeff tell us what's going on there on that particular one in 2019. The Kentucky legislature passed pro-life laws about the trigger man and abortion just by the Supreme Court overturned Roe V Wade, which of course it has done. It also passed the six week band banning abortion to six weeks of pregnancy with three days after the Supreme Court reversed Kate KC primarily KC and Roby wait to abortion clinics in Kentucky.

The only two abortion clinic theatrically filed a lawsuit saying that these two pro-life laws were unconstitutional under the state constitution.

After hearing glass that lasted about a week. They got a temporary injunction forbidding the state from enforcing those laws.

But after going up and down through the appellate system on these emergency motions. The Kentucky Supreme Court stated that injunction. In other words, it reversed that injunction.

So these two pro-life laws are in are enforceable as of right now. So what is the Kentucky Supreme Court look like as far as judicial philosophy, conservative, progressive living word is gonna fit. I would put it fairly conservative Supreme Court yet. Well it did stay the injunction so that was a good sign. The other good sign from the Kentucky Supreme Court is at its scheduled oral arguments in this case for November 15, one week after Kentucky voters, including myself, go to the polls to vote on amendment to to amend the Constitution to say that quote all products to protect human life. Nothing in this Constitution shall be construed to secure, protect a right to abortion or require the funding of abortion.

So I think the Kentucky Supreme Court.

It will be more than happy to move this case. If the Kentucky voters amend the Constitution to allow the legislature to make laws regarding abortion and abortion regulations and answer type interplay they see is actually the issue advocacy with voting taking place and how case of outlet liked what you have said. I think this is important. If the voters do the right thing in Kentucky.

If we get them out out out then you don't have to rely on judges that's it that's it.

I think that is important part of this entire strategy moving forward is will battle it out court. We need to, but that's the last place you would be know if you want it up to the voters. But you will voters making the decision recently saw a boarding at a Kansas which was I think it was too quick to fast, not have time for groups like EC objects.

We did get involved. But it was all I had to do a lot of issue advocacy this time around. These November ballot issues are very different because you have a lot more money in a good way getting spit on educating voters.

We also have a brief that were filing in the Supreme Court CC in Oklahoma, but I want to talk about that in a moment, but also folks understand what's happening here. We got this convergence of public policy for ACLJ action we got litigation through the ACLJ media advocacy were doing here we just just got an order out of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals on her case for its optical rep and Gov. Noam Morgan. We had a great victory there informed consent so postop, but we got another one that were filing at the Oklahoma screenwriting Monday yes sound like he said were constantly working and were working on the legislative side. The ACLJ action and were also working through our law firm and Andy's state courts, and so were filing one that Jeff just explained in Kentucky and then on Monday will file wine in Oklahoma basically saying that that the legislature and the people of Oklahoma. They're the ones that get to decide that enough that if an unborn human behind is worthy of protecting or not. That's for the people in the legislature decide not for the court to create a right to abortion suggest that when we retweeted a very specific tack here in this brief that we file with the Kentucky Supreme Court when we assert in Kentucky Supreme Court. Do you want to go down the same 15 year trajectory that the federal courts did after Roe V Wade with the ad hoc nullification machine dictating whether or not judicial doctrines well-settled judicial doctrine same stand or fall. In light of a potential finding by the Kentucky Supreme Court that there is an invite is a right to abortion, and it's what we've talked about many times. J gets the abortion distortion factor when the end when a judicial body makes a moral political judgment like one regarding abortion. It therefore sets risks. All other judicial doctrines that may interfere with that paramount right when they do as a paramount light and so what we're doing is giving basically giving a warning to the Kentucky Supreme Court look at the experience of 50 years of the federal judiciary wrestling with this issue. Do you want to do the same thing, the answer that question is no, somewhat cautiously optimistic about that once again is Jordan said you cut him up on the status of wheat we were working with that was that that the subsequent Atty. Gen. and how they were working there because when you first read it. A lot of these constitutional members people read the minutes it's very confusing and lighthearted was Claire were trying to bring clarity to make a decision.

It's one submitted by pro-abortion. Afghanistan will appear on the ballot and favors for people review and no vote in the Presidential election right so and then will only appeal the bouncing of signatures. This was just what would appear, and we just would like was to be clear in all all all and it was what's it it's at which the up the proponents of it can argue with. This creates a constitutional right to abortion in South Dakota labeling that initiates an enthusiast, so it that's good Jeff.

Overall, as you see Willie about a minute left here. How do you view the world going on the state front and we got a lot of activity. I know that a lot of activity and thought important activity and we all know when spring court ruled in Dobbs not going to be the portion of it was in many ways the beginning of a maybe even bigger round of litigation and advocacy that need to take place in these in the courts and in the legislatures and so part of what we need to do and what we are doing to our amicus brief is asking the court to allow the best people to decide these fundamental issues of moral importance.

In other words, the legislature, the elected representatives not in the case of Kentucky, a majority of seven lawyers who sit on the Supreme Court of Kentucky. Thanks yesterday senior counsel for the ACLJ folks. If you appreciate the work that were doing on the lipase.
