Secular new Supreme Court term begins today and the last attacks on the court continue to grow more today on sexual now walk to the league. His way set station Fred Cavanaugh, the attack on the court's report back again today and the left freaking out because some of the cases that the court decided to take up audit its docket starting today.

What involving the potentially decreasing the power of the EPA when it comes to private property.

Oedipus was specifically the Clean Water Act in this case there's someone who has a property at West others history the roads the property they like to build a hold on this property. They owed add the EPA through the Clean Water Act is trying to prevent them from building all the property I say you use rational since these are folks who built it bought the property because beautiful add usually want to ruin the street.

Do they want to ruin the wildlife.

Of course not. There likely their part of the cop conservationist movement had tried to prevent people's ability was private property the way they see fit. She got that what the two different voting cases will be up and disturb one on the voting rights act.

Specifically, what on elections and and who has that the ability to for oversight of election side to get there at the headlines at the ledger while you will look at the headlines. Washington Post says Supreme Court Dodge followed by questions of legitimacy ready to resume. The New York Times is new term. Start Supreme Court is poised to resume rightward push New York Times opinion.

The Supreme Court is broken. Where's Biden MPR, the Supreme Court will begin a new term with more contentious cases on its docket Washington Post deputy editorial page. You thought the sprinklers last term was bad, brace yourself, New York Times editorial board. The Supreme Court isn't listening and it's no secret why MSNBC Scotus is back in session is the next Dobbs on the docket. USA Today a guide today, but that was not as bad as as a guide to the Supreme Court momentous nine month term. The hill new spring quarter may be even more partisan, so no, it used to be that if you disagree with the kitten opinion of this recording, I'd say she would say you disagree that the court got it wrong. That would be the line you would say, but now the left at least is taking the position that if they disagree with the court's opinion or the court doesn't come out on the case. The way they like it to come out any now the course.

Not legitimate yet he attacked the legitimate legitimacy of the court and say that the court is an illegitimate institution as done of the really who was formerly the solicitor Gen. under Pres. Obama made a statement that really is summarizes it all from the point of view of the left. I hope the majority takes a step back and considers the risk that half the country may completely lose faith in the court of and as an institution wide because of the decisions they make no you say the court got it wrong. As Jay said, but you don't undermine the legitimacy of the court and the decisions that are made with the left is gearing up to do just that. I think that.and it will give Mexican organs about some the big cases coming up this from the statement and by the way. Add to that list and not glacé this way hasn't is not really. There's one religion case on there but there now to that, Lisa been docketed and that is the city of Ocala versus Rojas and Hale and we represent the city of Ocala.

This was a citywide prayer vigil. The NAACP was involved in the Provigil.

Other groups, but groups that were quote offended by the prayer vigil taking place while the lawsuit and the questions can be can these offended observers have standing to challenge a practice they disagree with in the United States of America and the court is toyed with this issue for 40 years. This gets it gives them a chance to get right so that case, the petition for writ of certiorari has been filed with the US Supreme Court somewhere docket is 22 – 78 so going into our decade of Supreme Court litigation. This case what you support the work of ACLJ and ACLJ.org that's ACLJ.org. If you've got cases questions about the upcoming cases during the Supreme Court turbulent now 100-684-3110 that's 1-800-684-3110 right back on second secular severity of action to get this type at Harvard and university with joy.

The question should race play a role in the admissions process in 2022, or are we passed that this bid issues actually affect the Asian students because they because they have been over performing in some schools are say what we can to be the Asian student so they are using affirmative action actually against a racial minority right which is I think why the court says that we need to take a look at this again is very demented but African-American students in the 1970s and 80s getting at these heights of the two schools involve Harvard University, University of North Carolina, the issue is going to be 10 days of race-based preferences be ended. This is gone up and back for the spring quarter the 20 been over the last 20 years multiple times. There's never been a clear rule in previous cases for mission in Texas.

The court reaffirmed the validity of considering applicants rates among many factors, but you got a court now that I think is looking at this 20 years later and saying you know it it's not working the way it's supposed to work and it should be merit-based, but again decently close decisions. These are 6354 in him. I'm not sure which side wins fight at a vision be very close. You absolutely ride today. This is particularly the Harvard University case that I have followed a very carefully along with my colleague Harry Hutchison will look to the briefs and the grief that was filed by the Asian students if you will, who are being discriminated against by Harvard and it's a very powerful brief. Let me say these the argument against Harvard University's racial discrimination policy is is really a case that is very, very strong in my estimation and I hark back to what Justice Roberts said in 2006 and the voting rights case. It is a sordid business this it divvying us up by race. The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race, right good statement is right on very valid point.

But these are contentious cases were just on what those two. And the fact is that justices are speaking out on these contentious cases and making very pronounced statement stored which are having. I think in a real way.

Having political ramifications of people try to cite it when commitment. Just as in this report now speaking on this. What is this actually mean you and I think I get sober as we work through these cases we locate in the next set I think the two most probably heated politically or when he devoted cases yet that we get electrolysis so there there's a voting rights case of the voting rights act. This is out of Alabama and after redistricting without a lot of registry half-dollar, but it did happen all across country deserves a synthesis that occurred answer we do is every 10 years and right at his Republican majorities in Alabama and there is it's not based of Republican and Democrat. This case but it's based off 27% of the states population is African-American. If there's only one congressional district that is majority African-American, and that the question is this is what unique does does that violate the voting rights act and will the court again go back to look and say you know what this is up to the states. This is that the bid gutting the voting rights act for the last few terms in Supreme Court when it because her sealants is out of date. There's an interesting aspect of this case out of Alabama and that's that. Even though, so Alabama has a just one of the state seven congressional district has a black majority. Even though this 27% of the states residents are our black, a three-judge panel of the US court of appeals for the 11th circuit which included two appointees of Pres. Trump agreed that the state should have to create a second district with a black majority but the Supreme Court stopped any changes And said it would hear the case. Again, very interesting, because that it's not only not into gerrymandering issues but does not translate you. I don't know how familiar people are be if you're from Alabama you the put his big black community. It is a status about to present one place so I think you have to have some pretty funky look at districts.

I don't know what the this one district looks like on paper probably will Birmingham focus.

I'm guessing but again, if you look at these others, you probably wouldn't like cut out like for Mobile to like up to ceiling other tech. I think that's where it gets difficult is just because it's a large majority doesn't mean it's not all in water to cities. It strapped state so it gets a little more complicated, which is white usually left up to the states yet because they got asked you look at your looking up a statewide population and you keep he really asked was redrawing congressional district based on the composite of the racial mixes of the country of the state notes was mostly geographically center the state dissident, but but there also. But let me their Republicans and Democrats both doneness, but it's good it's very, for he had two judges appointed by Donald Trump saying than Alabama when I don't like the way it looked within the spring quartz is not stop when I cannot enforce it. Let that word and hear the case in young chief was interesting today because it seems like with with row, the overturning of Roe in the Dobbs case. This Supreme Court is more inclined to look back to the states and to give the states or as they say, the people the right to make these determinations and not to impose federal or congressional oversight on these and to look at them with an eye toward giving the people and the state courts more oversight and more word and say so as to how districting is done how elections are being handled and so forth. It was clear in the Dobbs case. As Justice Alito said there is no federal constitutional right to abortion. It's a matter left to the states, and it seems to me that if the linolenic in a direction with respect to voting rights, including the Alabama case it's going to be to say that and 10, except for intentional discrimination on the basis of race, willing to let the states make those decisions you got the race-based admission voting rights case and menu that elections and elections case not involving the voting rights act. This is that boy that state issue.

So here you have a situation where North Carolina they redrew there there congressional lines at the state legislature. This article 1 section for this visit. Take the job of the state legislature says in the Constitution question. Here's the court came in and said they redrew they needed exactly equal. This type out about race this about partisan politics right seven Republican seven Democrat districts and the question for the court. I think conservatives on the court at least four I would say agree with the position that this it is not about judges and courts. This is a legislative duty to draw lines.

If the court is a problem with. I agree I go to should go back to legislators to redraw courts should not be the business of drawing legislative maps because they don't have the part of the Constitution is state legislature did say that state courts out so we had this actually the case that we had during the 2020 election at the Supreme Court one week where the state of Pennsylvania Supreme Court change the due date for various white ballots.

We actually got a stay from Justice Alito that those ballots had to be segregated because you know that's not what this state law says so, here's what you got.

The state GOP. The Republicans argue that state courts have no role to play zero in congressional elections, including redistricting, because the U.S. Constitution gives that power to the state legislature more conservative justices already express in openness. This idea what's called the independent state legislator. I will tell you those groups left of center hate this idea that the courts can't override the state legislature. But if we were looking at this on the federal constitutional base we would say this was separation of powers, the courts have a role their judiciary has a role, the executive branch has all but under the federal Constitution. The election laws of the state are determined by the state legislators. That's the way the Constitution is designed and that's the way it's supposed to be put in place that's exactly correct and we had this before. The idea that the time, place, manner and method of electing shall be left to the legislature of the state.

The Constitution United States says that, therefore, if this court is going to continue the strict constructionist attitude that is taken reading the text of the Constitution not glossing over it with liberal and policy theories that don't belong in the Constitution is going to follow along in my estimation with the idea that the legislatures take the preeminent role in the area of elections and that I think is what were going to see. And that's going to be a thorn in the side of the liberals, but so be it is also an immigration case that's going to be heard this term as well.

The else if she would because this is a the truck policy which was if your legal support by the administration wants to say if your criminal with a criminal background other than illegal immigration. So your violet that you should be the first people reported and so the question is it by researchers come back on this boat multiple times did you go with the hate they broke the law by getting here legally. That's it.

Your deport. I want to play quickly. Justice Kagan sound because this is a fascinating statement is making about two judges when the new justice adjustments warning, Zana Hansen new member seminar for an honest dynamics in the grand salon assigned in very fundamental principles of law are being overthrown are being I placed the right sale and hear what's going on and seemed very much unlike SCMs is now been only one center policy views and replacing an issue states this in the present, the authority to nominate and appoint justices judges to the Supreme Court that states on the lights and consent of Congress, and of course that may be different positions so we don't have Dred Scott anymore paramount.

You should be off the books Plessy versus Ferguson Roe versus Wade meeting go right down the list so when they make those statements. It's as they make his mother's new boy deep from the Supreme Court first date was today appointed by Pres. Biden for her vote not count towards accounts talking more secular the American civil justice we just filed amicus brief, the Oklahoma Supreme Court in defense of the states abortion ban. The brief was filed on behalf of ACLJ more than 127,000 ACLJ supporters, including 2200, Oklahoma, and 41 members of the Oklahoma City and house, including sponsors of the bill that we are defending one of those sponsored lead sponsors who was also assisted us in bringing those legislators to our brief is Geordie us now on the phone.

The majority floor leader of the Oklahoma State house John Echols, John.

We appreciate you. Be with us yet makes a leader and for being with us today. I want to start the conversation and appreciate your efforts on this note. Oklahoma has a history of saying that abortion is not in the current states Constitution, but that's the new attack of the pro-abortion groups to have it as part of the Constitution.

How do you see it playing out in and what are your constituent site. Thinking about this will be on life.

You said you were instrumental in defending the bill the vehicle legislature passed honor to be the primary health sponsor of the bill that was elected people represented said we are going to respect life at all eight of all ages, including that of low. I think the next step of the fight after we win the legal challenge.

With your help showing that is an issue that decided the state you can't come find you on the Constitution, but that will be the next bite will be coming and showing just as Rome was wrongly decided.

There is no right adapting to the Constitution and exist under the Oklahoma Constitution uses interesting leader Echols because in cc house with us as senior attorney for the ACLJ we have filed this brief is being filed how we have just filed in Kentucky and are about to fall into other states that this is a pattern is developing. We said this would go to the states is gone to the state land about nine states that we will leave filed and tela filing Timor this week and then we have I think five more that we will file said there's nine that we are watching and engaging on the so let me ask you this leader Echols and and in looking at your your support within that have your two bodies of of your legislature there in Oklahoma. How strong is this pro-abortion law because in Washington they are still look at me. The truth of the matter is, Planned Parenthood is huge and there still a huge force when you sing on the state level very very well on the state level like Oklahoma abortion lobby had kind of money used to attack legislators like myself and several others who were in metro areas that have a strong right to life stance. But here's what we're finding what we found is when you give the issue to the states, which is where it should have been from the very beginning when a federal system on purpose states are independent underneath the main sovereign of the United States, but this is initiated only to the left of the state for the state of Oklahoma are standing up to the big money and they're saying this is not what we want we want life protected. We want a culture of life in all areas but no mistake what you talk about Candace. What happened to that election for what you're talking right here in Oklahoma. The money in the abortion lobby and it is being spent everywhere. We talked about this week we have the C4 ACLJ action and what we've been trying to get out to the education process is there is a opportunity here post row wheat we knew if the state came in preparing for it and we were prepared for the possibility of it is that we have to do a massive education campaign that yes, there's the vote since the electoral side of it, the politics out of it a part of that is educating voters whether sees ballot amendments that were saying that it really brought in and written up in a way they're confusing we and what I do South Dakota where we we were able to help clarify that if it does make it to the ballot.

The first line is this will enshrine a right to abortion in our state constitution, but it takes educating folks I know at top people about that to just talking to your constituents talking to voters about what's true and what's propaganda about what the ACLJ you guys are doing with that way I talk to your organization several times you can help me with messaging you helped me with ideas you're involved in the state level. I know it Oklahoma majority floor leader. We had multiple conversations is speaking for and being able to go to our constituents and say here's what is really happening out there.

Here's the real facts and you guys been on the forefront of that and I'm a Christian. Even here, not just on the national level, but even here in Oklahoma because and we appreciate your leadership on this job because the fact of the matter is this is now returned to the states and educational at Georgia State is a big part of this negation is a big part of the deceased stockmen in the brace but we this is a real challenge for the United States and to see where we come down state-by-state on this and it's interesting that in Oklahoma when once again they're trying to say.

Working to create a right on by litigation not go through the constitutional and the process by trying to amend the Constitution through litigation. What's interesting to note is that your Oklahoma Supreme Court has specifically stated or found an abortion right in the Constitution lacked expense right, Planned Parenthood will fight and fight and fight.

Even when you have at their highest court saying there is no right and extensively so leader Echols how was your Supreme Court. There in Oklahoma recorded while the left of the majority of I will say I believe there to get this right okay so I believe with the help of the ACLJ organization. I believe they are going to get this right and also ported out PC that we have an initiative petition process in Oklahoma.

Citizens really thought this was popular. They could win it on the ballot. Lincoln circulated a dinner constitutional change are valid but they don't give a militant popular.

They know it's not in the spring, for they know it's not what the citizens want. And that's why they're trying to do judicially what they could never be for the political process that's overseeing across the country as their strategy changes state to state the substance states he looked at the CK we can with us about possibly the courts out when they have to rely on the courts to create the right that's there like last step we know that that's when there in the most trouble is, we have to go to court to say Rita right into a Constitution that sat there, but we also like you said you can't just take that as well. Courts are scattered through that we take very seriously as we do with ACLJ so I put together this brief with with your colleagues with our supporters and with Oklahomans.

Yet, John. We appreciate your leadership as a floor leader majority floor leader in Oklahoma and will have you back on his this case develops.

Thanks for your hard work on this unit. I just need to say right the acid here folks in Maine were engaging this literally state-by-state and your support in the ACLJ is critical. We got an email going out to get our email alerts or text messages sign-up form it@thewebsiteoraclj.org war or by any mirthless media platforms and we talk about the fact that we got. Basically, they believe that with is what we said they got that the Planned Parenthood in those groups have unleashed a blitzkrieg of lawsuits out trying to enshrine a right to abortion. The Constitution and then at the same time they are trying to damage the crisis pregnancy centers ability to even operate) on after eight to follow that wealth probably fivefold actually because they got through ballot initiatives. They go through litigation and then of course they attack that groups there on the front lines. The crisis pregnancy centers they're actually helping to save babies onset Planned Parenthood hasn't given up just because the Dobbs decision. Dave just reengaged and and they're doing more, actually. So it would encourage you to do a support for the American Center for Law and Justice review that it ACLJ.org. I encourage you if you're able to donate give us some support ACLJ.org that's ACLJ down. By the way today this afternoon a new podcast secular brothers is being released to find out and subscribe to the secular brothers podcast on our social media applications but also on podcast sites around the country is right secular brothers.com SEKLOW brothers.com back in the city of this new episode for decades.

ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member thinking. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work become a member today ACLJ you informed and now Jordan secular secular for this to life or just a filing report with the majority floor leader there Echols, John Echols. It was great to have him that he helped put together legislators, but at ACLJ action that title IX campaign. We watched because the bite administration proposed to title IX rule change to alter the definition of what sex discrimination is so they could discriminate so they would include discrimination based off pregnancy or related conditions that you cannot discriminate against or because they're pregnant but here's where it got a bizarre included the definition of pregnancy and terminate termination of pregnancy at placing abortion legally on par with being pregnant doubt. Remember you can't really hide being pregnant a certain point, but you don't tell anybody about abortion. There's a difference there already between United company say were to somehow we would hire young women today. He impregnated her work, but the abortion part is something people so would have to share but what it also really puts a play here is that if you can call that discrimination. This rule could prohibit or punish having a pro-life group being a pro-life organization, forcing schools like Christian schools to provide access to her support for abortion services that he could say what you provided for the printed pregnant students for who want to have their child is discrimination if you're providing abortion services.

You can see where this gets very tricky and and and is that I get a bad policy right from the start, but there's a comet. With this over 240,000 comments were provided on this proposal lets a new record by any rule change. Ever the federal government.

The previous record was set in 2018 is half that number but hundred 20,000 ACLJ ACLJ actually provided 12,000 comments made up 5% which is significant of the total comments that came in on the federal government's proposal was ACLJackson a varied organization that adds size were to think everybody we got up Upcoming ACLJ action campaign on the attempt to turn VA facilities into the abortion clinics so look out for that, but a big thank you to those you those 12,000 of you 12,100 of you who submitted your old comment on this proposed rule change and that could have significant impact that because they cannot ignore these comments federal government has to weigh the comet significantly hundred percent and Ami Mouton about 5% of the national comments and Kamen came into ACLJ action that's a very, very impressive number but the folks were having to handle these things in state courts, federal courts regulatory process so it's it it's a very different world than we started you know 40 years ago I would been at this and for decades I sent today within case we just follow the Supreme Court we had cases in the 80s, 90s 2000 2010 2020 finale decades. That is why five decades would be before this report of the United States and then you got the state court actions then you got these administrative procedures that were dealing with and you know so were highly engaged. Your support of the ACLJ makes you different, you can join ACLJackson once I get the $25 and become a member of the ACLJ action team but ACLJ action.org that's ACLJ action.org as I said Jordan Logan will be recording this afternoon and be releasing another secular brothers podcast go to secular brothers.com for that and coming up on the broadcast will be joined by our colleague Mike Pompeo on a whole host of issues that we got coming up now there's some scuffles report cases we didn't get to the docket for this term. What about bacon will definitely time for them. Secular. It involves bacon is the bacon case MLA program to have rent of a Kevin Bacon crispy bacon say that for the secular brother – they'll be a lot of fun see it's worth the work of the ACL tape you're watching the neighbors and community application right now. Encourage a venerable hip (not Facebook stare, if you're on YouTube. Thumbs up. That really helps keep these in active feeds retake the calls, 1-800-684-3110 last statement really talk about how disaster relief is to be distributed troubling words out of the vice President civil talk about that, 1-800-684-3110 a defensive stock these days and is after the North Carolina mistake mistake. I do know is anything in troubling these days hundred 684 31 sent back to normal.

The ayatollahs officials twitter counted it baby, which I get to it is back-and-forth out that this statement can be found there, as well as media outlets. The first time that the ayatollahs since the new protests have broken out. Iran has issued an official statement.

This is what the statement said today it was today.

Quote I see clearly that these riots in the insecurity engineered by America and occupying false Zydus regime as well as their paid agents with the help of some traders Iranians abroad. We have Sec. Mike Pompeo for Sec. say Geordie is now his partner ACLJ team six tape iPad to set. It's interesting to me that now the ayatollahs speaks out and is trying to make it not about Iranians.

This is really Israelis and Americans were behind this. What is your take at least one paying real attention. What is taking place there.

By jeopardizing their capacity to continue to maintain control. Second to his health has not been good and I think he was trying to reassure the Uranian law enforcement. The rating, but the RGC leadership around him that he is still well enough to be in charge and in control, and finally by the start of exactly what a lot of equipment that can kind of thing as somebody else started despite it was and it was the outsiders appealing to nationalism in a way that suggested a real frailty. The one Glenda know how this will, and it will almost certainly be very violent that these protests continue, they will stop at nothing to try and maintain control, but we know that there are always moment in time, inflection point, and this is what is interesting during the Mike O'Neil about administration when you had the million people in Tehran and her square protesting basically ministrations position was for them to stand down which was absurd when you think about now you got about a million throughout the country protesting the ayatollahs forced to make a public statement which he has saying that this vision of the Israelis and the American designers and you've got the and I want to see if we have this bite is one of the really human rights activists that been at the forefront of this saying you know the women of Iran are taking up the mantle here, but don't prop up the bad guys don't prop up this leadership by giving them money to the Iran deal. We had that sound working it working to get that sound and we got let me play in the get the comet to bring himself to say himself to stop all stop saving the murderers and when you give the money you're saving the murderers Sec., a man that is exactly right. We have multiple examples of how Americans respond in your ear right in the green revolution in 2009 the Obama focused. I want to stay away they were trying to get the deal done that when where protest during our time when I was Sec. stably immediately put update the rating people and all the while we were denying that people who were killing Iranians. The people are crediting a rating of the people who are threateningly denying them the resources to continue the care campaign and and sadly Kayla right back where we were in 2009 with this administration try to cut a deal not enforcing sanctions in making these. These terrible human beings that are denying these women their basic right at giving them money with which to continue. Never question the enormous mistake. It's not the case. The ayatollahs run.

This is not an American Arab-Israeli that a product at this is an Iranian People's movement. What we shouldn't do it tonight. Rating people the opportunity continue to express their free will discuss my next question is the right support was there from the world and A-Rod received was facing real crippling sanctions if they did feel like they were baby access. They were able to use their airline to fly across Europe. You think were at a point where one day we could see the people of Iraq not admit that, because Americans at a military exercise with the people.

The rod coming together to overthrow this. I received it. It goes back to A-Rod that by age group is pretty unfamiliar with. Other than seeing the imagery out of but A-Rod very different from this. These are religious radicals possible. We never know you can never predict a moment, but you do know that a pressure over time is what makes the different entities that were relieving the pressure is they were suggesting by providing the money as you suggested. By allowing the hot air and integrating airline to fly across the world. We are fueling the very repressive regime that threatened Israel threatened American officials and former officials threatened terror from Hezbollah, what were fueling that capacity for them to repress. There are people in a way that permits them to behave decisively seen since 1979 we should cut them off.

We should apply pressure through sanctions to all forms of capabilities that we have and when we do and when.

Then the rating people demand their freedom and their liberty and their basic right will return to Ron that the that that people of Iran will benefit from the last question on Iran and that is because that Iranians had the situation with Lisa during the green revolution.

If this movement continues can it successfully topple this regime. I think there's no doubt that it I think it's also important that all of us think about what that looks like the day after date that they will Impossible to predict that they will come near any regime will not last forever. We should pay for that by continued apply pressure but we all need to be prepared when that day comes to support the rating democracy movement, support the people who have driven this and make sure that as the days move on.

We need to give it regain the capacity to regroup rearm in and reinstall its power and provide the resources necessary for what an amazing people, Uranian people, highly educated, very capable, technologically devaluing people to have access to the law of markets in a way that will allow the country to reenter global global stage in the winter we operated it well is just a six times the piece off an ACLJ.org every like dyslexics are socially like sharing this to other social media. Consider visit family see it encouraged to do as it cites the title locus is a threat to our military bring up. Among other things, the Air Force Academy were cadets are being toyed and told to avoid committing what they're calling micro aggressions and these are now these micro aggressions just so people understand what the Air Force Academy is defining these as simple things such as quote say you guys and even the term terrorists with terms of "less offensive. Why is this the focus of the US military Academy voidable and were not in danger. He will not. They filled it or prod of making sure that our folks in uniform have the capacity to express their voices to protect liberty religious freedom meant by the military and frankly all across the country.

You all have been exemplars about court vigorously.

This is another chance for government to attempt to move away from tradition when you think about military and how to… Culture on heritage and on tradition and when you begin to walk away when you tell them you I think you did mention you don't talk about mom and dad just talk about apparent internal unit that this is the use of language which denies what we know to fundamentally betrayal and it loses that mission focus on our military to design for the singular purpose of deterring that guide the focus with diversity equity inclusion in this way. It's a dangerous part one of our America's core institutions at military use of events like the contents, making them use language that is natural is not natural and all rights have you have to really reprogram yourself to even start speaking that way and it's it's unreal to appreciate Mr. Sec., as always, thank you for your insight and input and it's great to call you calling a friend.

Thanks for being on the broadcast say folks when in.

I was just thinking about this. I'm looking at me, look at the ACLJ in the scope and nature. You know that we have two members in the presentations cabinet on our team right now we have another colleague that doesn't come on air much but you will remember the former Atty. Gen. United States John Ashcroft works with our our teaching armor Law and Justice Institute and your support of the ACLJ makes all this possible.

And II say that not the matching challenge month but you just need to know what your gifts and support do for the ACLJ when you get an email from us today that has in it. All these brief for filing of things he said nine when the next week or so on all the state Supreme Court's and then of course our latest case at the US Supreme Court defending prayer at the US Supreme Court which could if they take this case it will be a landmark case on who can bring the suit and who can't they just can't be offended by something and and and get it removed a heckler's veto basically and this case would set square, front and center. So I'm telling you folks, your support of the ACLJ makes a huge difference then you talk about this broadcast Ron hundreds of thousands raising radio stations Sirius XM satellite radio were on Facebook rumble YouTube through social twitter all the social media applications and and platforms were using and then Jordan Logan just launched a brand-new podcast which by the way last headed over 100,000 unique listeners since we have the release three a week is not 35,000 each episode that skill can find a place like rubble pineapple podcast modify you through Facebook but again it's it's a big launch graph history for few weeks is a very different show. I also encourage you if you're not a typical podcast as to whatever we want to focus on is the the subscribe on Apple podcast personified as a constant thing the subscribe and encourage you do that that will really help out secular rosebud attention, talk about its politicizing a whisper, specifically timeout after the hurricane, or any kind of natural disaster, politicizing it with these new terms that work is that new words usually when you think about hate. We need to get aid out is to get where we need it. Who needs it, who get two pairs of how this kid is the financial back register hoodies what to make sure the water is rotted electricity back on. And of Course Huge Side Tire Pl. in Florida, we saw that imagery would finally get to see the imagery wiped out which we were very careful about last week. He said don't allow these little you know that the cameras that are set up in the middle of the store because that's not show you exactly what occurred most is when off-line yet entire beach communities totally wiped out. This is still a very long process still try to figure out.

Happy people may have lost her life and did they heed the warnings and and leave some beach music. They made every rebuilt just because Ed is Annabelle and a couple of those small island it happen with their words and saying on those that uninhabitable for the vice President made a statement about how the age should be distributed. We play them. Please take a listen to this in a way that is about giving resources based on equity. Understanding that we fight for equality but we also need to fight for equity understanding that everyone starts out at the same place and if we want people to be in any place sometimes have to take into account those disparities on an end to that. I would think this would be below the most inappropriate time to stop talk about equity and equitable solution is when people's homes, no matter what their race is, no matter what the religion is or becomes a this you it doesn't matter how rich you are. You don't have the money to rebuild the infrastructure. This takes out correct of its entire communities and entire towns have been wiped out. I get to write a check of his back. I will turn the water back on a bridge note that does not work. What bridge you don't have that much that you know anybody you can get approval for so everybody should reach you get communities back doesn't need a lot of times the commute to get hit the hardest art are ones that don't have the best structures in place.

Sheila trailer parks, places like that so they do with race and it's your sister with okay how to help those folks at the RDP helped with this is what is so outrageous about turning a crisis a a a literal weather incident that had hacked because an act of the elements of the insurance comes call it, whether related catastrophic disaster in the state and turning it into a race baiting moment.

I hate to say that, but our director policy is here. Prof. Harry Hutchison and Harry. I would've thought if your community is out of power with your black or white, whatever your religion is whatever your sexual orientation, male-female, whatever doesn't know this matters matters. What matters is get the lights on restored gas. Make sure there's not buyers that's what I thought when the matter. Well, I think you're right. But let me tell you something. Your problem is you are being logical, you are being reasonable you are focused on the facts.

Keep in mind that the left in the United States is not focused on the facts that are not focused on the data they are focused on etiological abstractions and first and foremost for these ideologues is the obsession with race, so the first question we need to ask ourselves is, how do we define equity. How do we define equality. These terms are in reality, abstractions, first off, we should note that no one is completely equal to anyone else.

I will not be able to be Tiger Woods Wendy's on one leg playing golf. I just don't have that ability.

Secondly, what does equality mean equality means we are equal before the law pursuant to the Constitution.

If we look at equity in the United States. We need to answer several questions why do Syrian Americans Korean Americans Taiwanese Americans Filipino Americans enjoy longer life expectancies, lower incarceration rates higher standardized test scores on standardized tests. Then white Americans. And so if we tie this back to the whole affirmative action debate. It turns out that one of the groups that if we're going to be obsessed with race and ethnicity that needs affirmative action based on the activities of hard-working immigrants, white Americans would need affirmative action. I think at the end of the day, Harris and her they are consumed with an allusion and the American people want to reject it is the last place you would be talking about this kind of equity when you got communities wiped out. It's like what Jordan said when you want to restore the roadways get running water. Make sure that whatever buildings might be left are stable or not dangerous.

I would think that's how you knew would make that kind of assessment not willed this one is this one and this what is this race and this was this at the Thessaly no danger. Where is the greatest danger with the greatest need. Not based on anything else other than fact yet, electricity, water, roads, doesn't benefits and what community goes through everybody's using subjects it to some extent, but also the point here's noticed she did have trouble getting this itself. So what she actually cares about an issue and its political issue.

Politician Harris kicks in, and suddenly she sounds confident and tough edges, but at the Abbotts at agree with any of it, but she could get equity versus equality out.

She just can't get north-south rewrite because I did what we see from heard outboard more.

Watched abstract develop a vision is if she doesn't care about issue which is again you should care about a lot of things of your vice President.

Everything that affects that the country, but she ignores it doesn't prep that she comes across as so would it Doesn't care about what she's talking about on this would no problem. Throw this out there with date.

They also try to pressure on a clarification on the statement and here's what happened. Can you clarify what you meant about equity for hurricane relief and Harry. The answer was no answer, absolutely. And that is par for the course. This is an individual who is I'm told our border czar yes and she really hasn't visited the border.

This is an individual that has majored in her ability to issue forth word solids as opposed to substantive analysis, but I think at the end of the day.

Kemal Harris and the Democrats they are consumed with a so-called bias narrative.

They believe everything is determined by ethnicity.

There's an alternative narrative out there and it's called the development, narrative, and the development narrative is favored by hard-working legal immigrants who come to this country. They protect their families. They encourage their kids to study hard and they do well in the United States that I think is a testament to the freedom and liberty available to each and every American and Kemal Harris to be ashamed to her so I think you're absolutely right. I thought we would encourage you to do something right now if we can.
