On this tries to blame border states crisis talk about that more today you informed and now this is always system children because of the callousness of those states that push them out. Want to hear from you Sharon, now your home soon you will love this. The New York City Mayor blaming Arizona and Texas for the migrant problem homeless crisis was this crisis to New York City. Of course Texas Gov. Abbott said his, yet were sitting migrants to Washington DC to make sure that the politicians in Washington including present by the understand what it's like to have thousands upon thousands of people dumped into the small towns in Texas that cities like New York, remember it's the federal government. Thus, the Biden administration that was doing those late-night flights, which at which could be continuing from probably know into places like Westchester County New York area right outside New York City. We got pictures of it right now on the project that is not Texas that a little better government bring them to the New York City area on top of that advocates for homeless. This is yet bad things of God in the city itself said that that the strategy blaming the spike on migrants is a distortion that the city's homeless crisis is much bigger than that. The thousands of migrant summary this is a significant taken thousands of people today. Not even notice of the city's homeless advocates, and homelessness is a huge problem. Huge. It is all over the country like to hear whatever more people because I think the sea and homelessness in cities and towns a bit and reimaging order for either 164, 31 to piercing the encampments in your community. It was arming we we were in a couple of cities over the last couple weeks and it's pronounced much differently, but now you got the homeless advocate saying hey look, Mayor could blame this on Texas and Arizona, which is not Texas and Arizona is the federal government putting Mike migrants coming into the United States into your city, but the fact of the matter is, the problem was there before and they're pushing back saying that's not an excuse for not getting services, but this is exactly what we were talking about when we said you had an open border policy which basically what we have when you don't have more security which is basically we don't have and then take another step. It doesn't just affect Texas and California and Arizona, or New Mexico affects every single city in the country and the traffickers remember will go up the expressway at the boat they will use the interstate system as the distribution point it would go back for the first break room into the numbers on this which is which is just outrageous.

What these criminal cartels are making I knew was a boom for the cartel, knowing we have financial reports really go through those numbers we come back from the break their shocking she going to miss that stay with this year. The broadcast were there for the family and give us a call if you're saying that because I think with the these mayors are doing and Mayor Adams has been frankly disappointment to a lot of us who ran is more of a mainstream candidate for the cleanup. The city is a police officer she had backed the police more and, instead, what we see this just unfortunately crime on the rise. Homelessness on the rise just one year. Crime is up over 37% in New York City alone. So whatever he's doing is not working right now and I think when you hear them talking. Try to blame Texas and Texas that not us by. Try to blame the callousness of Arizona techs who by the mayor have to do this every single day in numbers.

They never met 203,000 people in a month. 20,000 people a day in numbers and in New York City is blaming them for a few thousand below 250,000. The congressional phobia flights reshaping the houses to reshape ultimately but I don't have the numbers because who the account who counts for since this doesn't help her since you into the data use resources 164 3110. He was called secularity problem cities are dealing with. I bet there's communities that's going to hear from folks 164, 31, two BC more homeless people, and I think the homelessness issue is also not it's not tied directly just to illegal immigrants who were being sent around different parts the country. Certainly it's in New York. It is not Texas. Sending these migrants so the mayor there is trying to shift blame Mayor Adams ship going to Texas and Arizona when in fact is the Biden administration even inside the homeless advocate world, which is but which is a big operation New York there saying we rebuild is such record numbers at the them the illegal immigrants are just a small part of this much bigger problem that we have to deal with like crime in this in your city.

Let's also looking at were dealing with talk about the right before the break and redo the spokes so the coyote enterprise. That's the ability to move these people around.

They specialize in biblical logistics. To do this like it's a business, transportation, surveillance, stash houses and accounting. The revenue is now estimated to be $13 billion.

That's the revenue $13 billion.

So Annie your former prosecutor you had to deal with child trafficking and sex trafficking in human trafficking. This is not some local problem this a $13 billion problem that tried to hide this is a massive financial boon for the traffickers the child traffickers the sex traffickers. The traffickers and women and so forth across the border using the interstate system is to move people along and they are making an enormous amount of money about over and the President of the United States who said immigration policy lot. The besetting immigration policy is not doing anything to stem this and to curtail it instead of flying to the Middle East, which I'm not saying is a bad thing. He should be taking a two hour flight on Air Force One to the border to see exactly what his policies doing in real terms, it is not the border states that are generating these difficulties in New York. It's not anything other than the Biden administration and the cartels are making off fortune on the day this suit it's gone from the snake cost anywhere from $4000-$20,000 to pay when a Scout is to pay and how long your journey is so lower force if it's a smaller journey higher if it's a bigger journey, but again they went from it being about a $500 million year business in 2018.

Now fast forward to 2022 third team billion dollars a year in room, so they're making money off this likely would be drugs and other tenants of the round like this is useful in this.

I mean that's what is working and calls coming from all the country wanting hundred 684 $0.31. But the first color intake is actually from New York get Jimmy in New York online to a Jimmy day I die I would be on right. It I like Ike.

I lived in Brooklyn on that island and it a little and ate a drunk that night. In the meantime where people are coming from is different. We think we meet people seek southern for the Mexican.

This is not the thing that is off on this a little bit. I mean, maybe you know EC trying to identify a person who are the lines of Harrison but it it's like you just said it's not.

They're not Mexicans that's generally coming to the United States, which is why they were looking at the same list of the Mexico US problem in the sense that it's the border, yes, but they're coming from all over the northern triangle Latin America. I mean exit Middle East. Okay, so if you want to start looking at people's characteristics it's all over and including 56 creep brother Terry watchlist and allow them to go to New York because they know that's a place for people be able to understand the multiethnic they can speak by the family. There was some connection there and they can get some head of work in a sanctuary city, but I think it the truth is we as Americans are seeing these problems all over and I think the blame. I want you hear this, the blame that Mayor Adams tries to put on states are doing this it record numbers. Habit is sitting at mayor with socially sympathetic him and Lenore.

Yet law in order understand what the states are going to buy the none of the Emerson people tuned to New York. Only the only supply demonstrations does it these heat what he should be is a partyline Democrat. Unfortunately, take a list if there was everything all hands on deck moment. This is a this is it. Our system is was inundated with no those who were seeking shelter because of the callousness of those of the states that push them out. We hear we receive in them. And everyone is going to have to be on on board Andy Percival. He is factually wrong in any keeps doubling down on this. It's been very clear that this was not Texas, Arizona and New Mexico and California. This was the federal government during the relocation of illegal immigrants coming into the United States, but he made the statement, all hands on deck and doesn't all hands on deck have to start have to start at the source of the of the area and that is once they're in the United States is really very late in the game to try to fix it and try jamming. You've got to prevent the problem you prevented at the source of word occurred and that's at the borders. Wherever those borders may be, whether it's in the Southwest border in the southeast border of the influx of women of immigrants and migrants who are illegal into the United States is an issue that is left of the federal government and the President of the United States sets that policy.

He has said no policy is secretary says that the borders are secure nonsense. That's an absolute fabrication and a falsehood these days. Now there that are receiving these migrants coming in or not, will the ones shipping them to the sanctuary city. The federal government is doing that implying loads so you know when Mayor Adams who I agree with Jordan. He's a great disappointment. I thought it was a law enforcement officer that he would understand the problems having been in the police but he's a partyline Democrat in lockstep with the Democratic administration and is spouting the same words that you would expect from a Democrat but what he says is that were a sanctuary city, but he doesn't want to take on the burden of understanding that a sanctuary city. Mr. put his hands in his pockets with both hands and both pockets and come up with the money so he listed Joe Biden to Alpine Joe Biden is not going to help you in this year it's a it's a disaster.

From the beginning of the phones Whitney in Texas online. Three. He would pay the general barn that Mayor Adam, welcome to our world right he's complaining about multiclient country and that's what's happening here in Arizona in the border states, and frankly I welcome to comment that I feel like it was a wake-up call to the rest of the country outside of your program. I'm surprised how many people I know another state but don't hear about the border on a daily basis. It is our top story every single day which is interesting also because the cosmos during the break. The fact is you have to be not looking to seek tenacity. The product not looking and I can see the problem but if you're looking and I don't care what city are most cities right now dealing with this and it dealing with it because if you look at the sheer numbers become 1/4 million people a month you talk about 3 million people a year in two years at 6 million people you're going to notice that in every single community and that's what's happening. Actually, Jordan, and that's where the failure of the policy is the absolutely convinced this is a it is everywhere in the country. It is whether it's homelessness, which again is for folks sense this event at the migrants in the illegal immigrants are not the reason why we do have a homelessness crisis in New York City, so that's not true. It's also he truck he blame the wrong people try to blame Texas and Arizona who are the front lines of this it is color sediment. This is their top story of renowned local lives.

This is what's affecting them the most. Their communities crime overwhelmed schools everything that Mayor Adams document is something that in the red states have been dealing with yes and been ignored by the binder ministration. They have said our schools are overrun. What he say our schools are to be overrun of our healthcare system to be overrun are RK art we might infuse hotels to to start. I give these people some way to stay.

Guess where this is been happening for the last three or four year 343 years right there on the border. The trust administration was on a path towards getting this secure but it was not completed yet it was, but the numbers were nowhere near there were not even 1/2 itself and we got less than a minute here, but it's also taxing the legal systems both the criminal system. The regular general criminal system and also course, the legal immigration system will J the legal system cannot handle this kind of overload right.

Look at the immigration judges the law enforcement officers. The Sheriff's the police officers. I mean I've dealt with law enforcement, all my life as a prosecutor both on the state. I, level, and of course as a US attorney on the federal level and they can handle the overload that these migrants, these illegal aliens were coming in the United States are bringing in terms of keeping the law and order, securing the fees and doing the things that you've got to do the police in the normal sense. Now you've got this influx of immigrants on top of that in the local law enforcement in the federal law enforcement all the simply are overwhelmed and can't do it experiment to John skipping here the ACLJ and we really need your support very close to getting our lecture number two targeting ACLJ.org.

The amount you don't need a matching gift form encourage if you want to front desk or share with your friends. Also ACLJ.org back with more just a moment the migration efforts of his or not done come up. Second, if our two cars and Mike Walt's majority is about China.

Again, we could talk about these different issues, which I know we talked about Wawa yesterday on the cell towers and talked about some of the land more into the land. Both farmland, the border crisis inflation but but really focusing in on China with Carson Walt's who again was his first Green Beret elected to perhaps represent us in and so I get a lot of good insight from him on the security issues I will go to him in the segment of the broadcast Gov. Whitman initiated. She is one of the Democrats are looking to say well if you push Joe Biden now. Maybe I'll try to make a move in. She's taken some pretty extreme action.

She's been extreme throughout her time as governor.

This time around she's vetoing so alleged this past the legislature right in Michigan, $20 million in what's called this interesting has been called pro-life adoption funding. Really, it's adoption funding right and you would think in a state whether you are pro-abortion or pro-life.

You know you're dealing with a new world that with post jobs unit anymore adoption support, but because some of this funding was very good. Pro-life pregnancy centers what it Whitman say about those. Of course their fake C6 as he vetoes the bill which included $10 million for marketing program which was promoting adoption over abortion $3 million for organizations that promote childbirth and alternative abortions, pregnancy centers and hundred thousand dollars designated for legal defense of a man on other matters.

So here's the question you gotta really ask yourself legislature passes it. She vetoes it. She vetoes it, because as Jordan said she's making a political move. We had take some, but we got to her ACLJ lawyers right now in New York, Frank Manion, and I think it's also there and they are and why they're looking at the New York situation because in New York and are in addition to the violence you had at the pro-life pregnancy centers have a lot of starting them for a gain of removal basically.

So this situation is it's totally out of hand. At this point the attack. CC is really breathtaking. And as I I feel like here we go again. I mean that clinics theme the pregnancy resource centers are at the center of attack again with the governor what Mars basically saying I'm not give any money to these fake clinics and it's interesting.

Her spokesperson said that these clinics often use deceptive advertising to target young women and moment with low incomes and are seeking abortion care pending MS comprehensive licensed healthcare clinics that provide all options and then lie to women about medical facts and hears that this is always the spin that they use, but here's the thing. Their laws already on the books if they are holding themselves out as a medical clinic and they're not, they will get slammed with practicing medicine without a license if they are advertising falsely they will get slammed with false advertisement claims and so this is just a lot of spin and the people that are lying.

Actually it's Gov. Whitmire because it these pregnancy resource centers only provide an option that's not abortion. They actually give women options and that's not let the pro-abortion side wants they want. The only option to be abortion and if anybody comes against that they are going to be the center of the attack, but what is important for a better stand is American civil injustice and ACLJ action we're fighting this both legally and in the political side of the tube.

So legally that were looking to challenge the New York ball Arbor talk to clients today.

New York politically. There are states now involve Jordan. You talk about this before that you were not necessarily thought you had to be fighting it out in Kansas and Iowa to effort to fight a couple the first dates for each of those you in Kansas. You may start seeing ads run by ACLJ action online targeting a they may target you to get out the vote on August 2 for the value the both which is a state vote to basically override a Supreme Court state Supreme Court decision that found a right to abortion.

The state constitution made up just like row there what they have is the voters will actually decide there is some value in both the mother. The child if you override the decision right then you didn't. You will be able to legislate abortion restrictions. It's a bitter pill for lunch.

The ad campaign through a sale – because of so much money pouring into the pro-abortion movement and are able to start off in a state like Kansas and try to confuse people. What is a yes vote mean what you these get in these get tricky can be tricky so it's a yes vote that were supporting and we got Sec. Pompeo.

He's of course Kansas native he's out there in one of the ads that the web that people will seek to put it up@acljaction.org probably be today so people outside of Kansas can see what were doing just to get out the vote. This is about getting out the vote as its innovative political side of things that we get the legal side of it and Ed and Frank are in New York right now.

CC what are they working on right so that the New York lot again targets crisis pregnancy centers on and so they are up in New York talking to the crisis pregnancy centers.

Also talking to those that had been targeted and vandalized by the Jane Jane's revenge groups so they are just rallying the troops around the crisis pain centers, and then we also filed two amicus briefs in Michigan against Gov. Whitmire. He's trying to create a right to abortion through the courts, and, of course, that Michigan also has a ballot initiative coming up this fall I'm trying to once again create a right to abortion in Michigan, a very complex situation with the American Center for Law and Justice in a sealed reaction are totally prepared for all of the nuances that you can see coming our way on this. This is a big issue with a lot of complexities or defending life and now at the state level, which is when we sit look when we said row versus what was overturned was that all that means goes back to the states.

And guess what it has its gone back to the states yet. It's very grassroots so I again the vote in Kansas is exactly week from today actually monitor ad campaign. There I thank you to those initial ACLJ action donors making that possible. And again in some states review more more involved in this ad campaign. This is a very quickly right on the box were really involved in the lobby were involved in drafting or get in and your work in support of that work determines how much of it we can do and what what were saying as we talk is to be 50 state battles. It is an interactive 900 ACLJ.R. It's everything from in New York to its pro-life processes under attack in Kansas. It's we can actually win the bigger issue and overturn a bad court decision by vote and so and then start legislating good pro-life legislation so in some states, it's about in game in other states that survival of the pro-lifers he centers as an option in places are to be extremely hostile to the pro-life viewpoint.

If you go to ACLJ.org.

We have a we have a 50 state map map in United States that you can click on any individual state, and it will tell you exactly what were dealing with exactly what the laws are.

That's how comprehensive our approach CC is to this fight and we been sent. How long that one stops is decided, and it was rightfully so, that there is no constitutional right to abortion because back to the states and it's all 50 states and we can't assume that conservative states are gonna have an easy battle because sometimes like you've said many times they had a liberal court systemand was so even if you have conservative legislature then you have a court system that you have to deal with exactly that we are battling at all levels at that ballot initiatives at the inside the courts with legislation now not a area of this that the ACLJ is not totally engaged. Now here's what we are. When the last for five days of our matching challenge. We are close to last year of about 2 1/2 ugly number 2 & by we need your support. If you're able to donate.

It's a matching gift any money donate to the ACLJ we get a matching gift fortunes let you know the details with folks there was ever a time to get to the ACLJ that time is right now absolutely folks support our work. ACLJ.org be part of our matching challenge so that means donate. I know people are struggling. Don't do it. If the struggle but if you're able donate 20 bucks that second you hurt your bottom line that is like you dollars course availability 50 bucks. It's like $100. Donate today ACLJ that are executive power, cars might want to get more into China. The rights of the opposing right here at home is the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge constitutional and religious freedom is most important to you and your family.

You forgive today online keeping you informed and now is Jordan secular to secular cars might want story is the next regular broadcast on tie-dyed would take a couple calls talked about the situation. New York Mayor is been a complete disappointment totally losing grip on the city if the crime is up 37% in the last year so this is going to be the mayor who was in the back. The police get New York back under control. And now he's blaming homelessness issue on illegal immigrants that he singer being set up by callous red states like Arizona and Texas except for Gov. Abbott is been very clear and said no that we we've only send people to Washington DC to show the politicians there what it's like to have this kind of people. Many people dumped into your city one time only time effective to their browser talked about that in DC it said that it's been something that that is real, but where Adams is wrong is it's the by demonstration. Sitting to New York for the late night flights to Westchester, so I want to take off though because Abba New York, the Nevada mistresses well communicated. New York online to he can bail bond.

I will you open slot on about everything. I wonder how late you know what I what I like that you are saying in terms of not the fact that like it but it's accurate in terms of the lack of policy.

It is these people are doing their jobs. It will put it out there without doubt he sprinkles on it it's it's really just did not go under jobs that DA Alton Bragg is not doing his job.

He tried to convince somebody who's innocent of the charger of murder when he was just kind story of you are really that story right and you have the thing that you have these field trips that the mayor is going on is parading around the city not doing anything just just just complete dumpster fire to complete dumpster fire. Well, you're right there is seated in the right one and it is not words these toxicities when I start seeing that the real advocates for the homeless folks in New York City in the homeless advocate who they think you meant said that usually they would not they be relaxed of the liver, where an innocent. He's wrong is it the hoses is such a huge problem in the illegal immigrants are just a small part of that homelessness problem.

So stop trying to blame it on that answer technical problems is a Carol yeah Carol Massachusetts on line 3 For taking my call my client to do a quick put the border. Is there anything that can be done legally to actually close the border because of the health and security risk. That is where faith being faced with what we have disabilities under title 42 to expel immediately and so that's one to you in close ability. Study the trade. Initially, they receive a silly item to secure the border, but secure the border member or a path doing that we had wall being built where it was necessary we had remained in Mexico where the Mexican government did agree to waive kitchen release yet delayed kitchen. So yes, it's never going to be perfect a giant border so you can always have issues with it all. We were trying to trump years was how do you limited to where you got your where are your vulnerabilities then you focus their instead of the entire border being vulnerable and you see people going across the river and it it's it's put a put on law enforcement and border folks in such dangerous positions and get the biting mistress tries to play really came back on the guys around horses who were not with anybody in Québec neglect the that's who they're focusing on like you talk about in New York where the DA was going after finally pulled back the store owners who else and by front around the store, so some of the governors in the border states trying to take action were supporting what the legal issues are and their complex, but I just want you to know that were not just talking about the issue here were worked with members of Congress or any of them on the minimum so folks working on the congressional level working on the legal level. It's currently circuit we talk about this the other day differ come flex legal issues a complex political shift work the forefront of that support the work of the ACLJ matching challenge campaign and the amount you donate their lobby, watching right now ACLJ.org it's ACLJ data. We encourage you to do that today the focus is the time to do it because he get building $25 ACLJ that is like 50 bucks you can see how it amounted might not cause any kind of even notice be significant for the ACLJ donates a silted or we come back partial loss broadcaster for the ace DLJ Congressman Mike Walsh, rep. Nurses reported that for the six congressional district but it speaks out a lot issue first Green Beret elected to Congress as a top adviser to VP Cheney. I said this assumes that a lot of expertise was the China issue is so front and center in Carson you pick up on an issue even while working on at the ACLJ and and and through our C4 as well.

ACLJ action Carson wants and that's what's happening in places like North Dakota where a Chinese company is by our strengths in the process of trying to buy about 300 or so through 90 acres of land happens to be very close to a military base and that could be as a place really easily ossify a basically for a not a lot of money either bear the oath you hundred acres were seeing this across the country, including in your home state right there.

Not only doing it in North Dakota they're doing that across the country.

They just bought several thousand acres in Texas also right outside one of our more sensitive military bases their ability to move and do some of these more impoverished areas of the country and just by a few tracts of land is one issue that he has a pertain for spying on our military but I think the bigger issue is their investment into farmland and into the US food supply so that they can control it.

They have already bought the largest pork processing plant in the country. This attracted North Dakota. They plan to build a another grain processing plant and different part of China's what they call be made in China 2025, which is that not only bring their supply chains and terminal but to create global dependency so that they can choke the supply chains off and in the terms of any type of geopolitical, conflict, they've done it with our pharmaceuticals.

We no longer make penicillin in this country they can choke that we can't let them deduct our food supply, Congressman II do the situation with China buying the agricultural land in the distance like you sent to the intelligence gathering, which of course is dangerous enough as it is right admitted no question with the ability to control our food supply is, to me, a national security threat of the highest order, and absolutely and my question is what the bite administration doing about it.

They're looking at dropping Tara and and making it easier for Chinese investment account management, not just our food supply… Pharmaceutical care that progressive left is driving it to the way that green economy ideology for gaslight.

Yes, you make 90% of the world solar panels 70% of the world went her behind and control the global lithium supply per battery China China and China, so this is your right. This isn't just a job that you are even a human rights issue, it's an absolute national security issue. We need to wake up the countries of the parts that Carson wants that are even so troubling is it realizing I know the company that it's in North Dakota. The Chinese front companies is tied back to forced labor with the Uighur Muslims in Western China coming so they have that component is like if you're if you if you should human rights should oppose us if interested in national security should oppose us. It should not be a Republican or Democrat issue are used feeling that on Capitol Hill that went on because it feels like because you said some of the policies like degree new deal, but also our are Democrats waking up to just how serious this thread isn't it so many different levels right here at home. Short answer is no. Some of the older Democrat like any lawyer Lothian is a hawk, but the young progressive, absolutely not, and even the older Democrats all went quiet when Trump took such a hard man going on China. You suddenly hear anything trump that they have to run the opposite direction, even if that means anything up to our greatest adversary and not been incredibly disappoint unwanted China Court in the how close he pulled her members a week before we announced it because quote he didn't want to get Trump an excuse when this is in the middle of the coronavirus to pick up his family know you're right, it needs to be a bipartisan issue. But right now it cannot assist because when things like you as broadcasters offer hope to people, not just when I hear the problem solution. What are you all doing on Capitol Hill are proposing to curtail this issue. While number one event in that kind of passport to cover 10 committee on education and labor agricultural course armed services, Intel and when Republicans get the Congress back. You are going to see a much much tougher stand from Wall Street academia sports industry politics, you name it as a pertain for CPP influence. So I think that a key piece because it can be won or lost economically way before it is militarily and that's actually the Chinese theory of victory is that we just can't afford to compete anymore, much less have the pain complaints and chips to do so. So II think you're going to see a significant move compass faults slots it would lead look at these issues to use content food security text a secure unit with the military bracket also just a trip that Speaker Pelosi I thought was if she Tweet you scenarios so I saw as Sec. Pompeo up our team ACLJ did something similar which is you don't usually support Nancy Pelosi or Speaker Pelosi but she needs to take a stand here she wants to go to Taiwan go to Taiwan auto and absolutely that that Biden is kowtowing to Chinese bowl you.

We do not let the Chinese time that dictate what allies we visit and all they had to do with issue a statement and you have not only the Biden lighthouse at the Pentagon, backing away from front from that visit and this is how the Chinese operate and they will continue to encroach eat away to bully create dependencies until they achieve what chairman he has said he wants to achieve, which is global Chinese dominant as the sole superpower and replace the American dream with the China treatment meter telling us what worked and what they're planning on doing and work were playing right into their hands. So yeah I support are going.

She absolutely has to go in and what message does it send our allied Japan, South Korea, Australian others.

If we won't even visit how are we can actually stand up for freedom and defend UV rays that issue which I think is serious and I think we need perspective on this. Congressman served with distinction in the military serving as a member of Congress. I have work you know and enjoy has to we work with the executive branch. Obviously, in another context before close of the Congress people are starting to understand this Chinese threat is real and their very very I called the sinister aspect of this is the engagement that they will do like agriculture. He mentioned universities. This is been a huge problem of Chinese influence in not just major universities but state universities as well.

Across the country like they have every year or 400,000 Chinese student in our research center in the most sensitive technology center in our university and look at no problem with the Chinese people ensure they are amazing kid. But what we have to understand is they have no choice at their government tapped him on the shoulder and said access that supercomputer bring that technology all that material quantum computing they'll have a choice they have to do it. But guess what they are paying full freight and ended his academic institutions are completely addicted to it and then on top of that there the Chinese are pouring money into their endowment. One of the largest recipients of the University of Pennsylvania with that house with the Biden though it we are drunk on Chinese dollars in my message to everybody is we are funding our greatest adversary were funding their military build up in our soldiers enough to face one day and so when you see made in China put it down not get the job issue at the national security issue. We see some us doing a sagging consequences for the six congressional districts has been very outspoken on these issues. I appreciate so much. I his time and again use of how the lectures to enhance was the midterm elections where this China committee could do a lot more that they Carswell's document descended from food security to education security in its research and technology to the thought just as the education world and to our own national security because when they're doing making 90% of the microchips, which by the way yeah that's that it's for your phone your car. That's because there is some of the backlog cars but also in the F 35's and in tanks in a compressed abundant report they want to say off. That was scary with the fact that were allowing their technology to be such an important part of our new weapons, dentist our civilian cars and civilian phones. But our weaponry that I will put your food security wristed so they can say you know it. Working remotely right now doing my slightly more hog so let's give a shortage of food when my Pompeo said yesterday they only 70 audits when they quit me you know they did because you been down there when you flip a switch and on the center military things and operate that cyber warfare and a big scale.

Folks report you will hear talk to the Congressman's broadcasts alone. Your help and support, and of course also support the work of the ACLJ useful in the front center on all these issues coming up next. Chinese influence in the US Federal Reserve is working to talk about Israel is that you get Congressman throbbing put together center reported together on on how they're infiltrating the Federal Reserve manipulate their currency how to do it home.

Our currency here in the United States we write back and say see this happen in countries much smaller than ours. By the way, in the developing world where China will go and say you know just chemical retirement while way on the cell towers will do this for free. What is this for free, we view this loan.

If you don't pay back the loan.

By the way the few years we will take back the infrastructure so they own most of the infrastructure in many countries. Right after effective you will get warm water ports that the Chinese are some that are not submitted military so their actual military ports, but also so they're just civilian to move things like food and grain and and processes like that. Also, to get the rare earth minerals to build those chips which you need as well to go in and just like the doing of small and rural America right now.

In countries and cities and localities may be hurting.

By the way, the North Dakota has no unemployment for employment. I don't know employment problem yields a 300 acre small facility is not to be like 10,000 new jobs but they go with a serrated the pipeline the never really pipeline throughput. The saving of doing you know that pipeline will lead to thousand.

So, particularly cell and in and you know it, even to folks who might be thinking the right way they start thinking just about stop dollars and cents, which is how you could think about most partners of ours was an ally countries, but this is now.

I think that Carswell's right this we have to see every to actually take his adversary would interview with an adversarial lens that hears on that scary so Sen. Portman has issued a report detailing China's efforts to refer this to target influence and undermine the United States federal reserve. Let me say that again a report from Sen. Portman details China's efforts to target influence and undermine US Federal Reserve banks now let's start with the basic Prof. Hutchinson and that is the Federal Reserve. How significant is the Federal Reserve to the US economy and what exactly does it do this is a great question. The Federal Reserve system is essentially the central bank of the United States. It is likewise I public class I private institution that performs general functions in order to promote the effective operation of the United States economy to stabilize the economy to prevent inflation from destroying the economy. The Fed raises the rate so it it adjusts the interest rate that you and I pay on our mortgage strike and so it affects each and every consumer in terms of their day-to-day transactions and it will indeed affect the interests work rates that we pay. For instance, on our credit cards all RRR automobile loans, so it's very very important. Most Americans are not particular least familiar with the Federal Reserve. It has branches throughout the United States and us.

As I suggested earlier, it controls monetary policy it twice to stabilize the financial system. It provoked promotes the safety and soundness of individual financial institutions are some of us may have savings deposits I we have from essentially checking accounts and it also provides consumer protection and so we now have a situation in which the Chinese government are most important and are most threatening adversary has turned its attention to acquiring confidential nonpublic information designed at the end of the day to undermine the United States economy to undermine our stability and essentially allow China to win because China is engaged in a global war with all Western governments and so I think this report from Sen. Portman is a very very important one. Here is my concern. Jordan, where Emily and Eric.

We looked at the agricultural situation we looked at the military situation come from ultimates and penicillin but then you start messing with the Federal Reserve system and you brought up a very interesting point on you've been to countries and worked in countries where the Chinese influence on infrastructure and monetary policy is not only dramatic but they are basically satellites for the Chinese Communist Party. These governments become answer because you're so reliance on all of their but all the services they're providing. And then they're in charge of the weather sure wireless structure weather sure Internet provisions. Whether it's water, whether it's food. And again military equipment security equipment that we involuntarily got ourselves into this position because there's been this China policy that maybe that so badly with work with the but in the last few years we've seen a shift if if our legs and the speaker the house, Nancy Posey can't make a trip to Taiwan is worried about World War III breaking out with the Chinese it, it just tells you if a trip by a US leader is an and the by the ministration is trying to waiver off trying to get her not to go. So this tells you how serious about living in this report, so Harry in the report says the investigation of the US Federal Reserve shows that China used a variety of tactics to and reading from it.

Recruit US-based economist provide them with knowledge and intellectual capital exchange for monetary gain and other benefits. What that means in English is that the Chinese government was getting our economists to explain to them how to engage our system so that they would understand the system and basically bent influence and now influence direct that system. I think that's correct so it's simply more than influence its control. China aims to control the US economy from agriculture to semi conductors to lithium batteries and to US monetary policy. It's also important to keep in mind that China along with Russia has now created an alternative reserve country currency and they have enlisted the support of the so-called brick countries, which include India and Brazil.

So China is a worldwide competitor and a worldwide threat to the United States and to our economic future. Listen to this headline just the headline from the Wall Street Journal this just to have my folks were on this China situation because we know the seriousness of it. This is the headline, Wall Street Journal, China targeted Fed to build informant network access data is with the process and delivery that again.

Wall Street Journal China targeted Fed to build informant network and access data is that not tell you everything about what we're facing right now it is and what I think we have to acknowledge it for what it is. It is a C. It is a serious threat. They are the only other country in the world right now that poses a risk to our dominance in the world and where a force for the most part for good. It doesn't mean every decision, US policymakers and presence in Congress raises right certainly not, but in general we don't have forced labor were not involved in genocide they they are so do our country that engages in genocide against his own people.

Its Muslim minority population. Western China was in forced labor joint that same company owning your a feed factory in North Dakota was using slave labor. You want them. Particularly relied on them for food. We rely on them for your your your F 35 to work is the chip technology or your car to turn on the chip technology or the phone with axis of my emergency think about every aspect of our life. We've got to reclaim it from the Chinese Communist Party Fort Worth ACLJ River matching challenge this month.
