Is Jay Sekulow an FBI agent writes again.

The PI ending generally from improved line of the case is been a travesty of justice from the get-go as the documents that are just come out to explain and make clear they were planning to set him up in some fashion. Try one thing after the other. First was the Russia hugs there was absolutely no evidence of that phone lines are open for your questions right now 160 file on the Russia hugs on Gen. Flynn. So then you're right. The next day was a meeting in the Oval Office with Obama, which happened the same day that Christopher Steele wipes out all his documents on his suppose it still dossier database just everybody will broadcast well, it's becoming rock told this dictation your was called crossfire. That was the name of the actual investigation that was engaged in crossfire. What happens well in that investigation there going after various targets. One of them happens to be Gen. Flynn.

We announce on the broadcast yesterday that bait was an entrapment case they sit him up from the very beginning.

Now we learned today that famed FBI counterintelligence agent.

The sanctimonious Peter struck found out that the FBI was closing the Flynn case because there was no violations of law. So the appropriate thing to do. That is what close the case.

But instead of closing the case he could keep sends an email to his colleagues in the FBI's adult close the case involving Adm. Flynn, Gen. Flynn, who they referred to as crossfire razor crossfire razor don't close that even though the FBI, Andy, moped, former US attorney already concluded that there was in fact no case for IVF data determined there was no derogatory information properly determine to get his man. He had focused and target on immunity and he was not about to let him go and he says an attack hey don't close that case, those in his language keep the razor blade open, because were going to cut his throat which course pretty much what they try to do here Jordan we have pointed out the irregularities of this for a long time but now it's just getting much more pronounced. That's right, every think about that. The same day the FBI January 4 concludes that the FBI is closing the investigation into Michael Flynn and his activities regarding crossfire razor because there was no wrongdoing, not a viable candidate as part of a larger crossfire hurricane umbrella case the exact same day Strauch instructed the FBI case manager handling crossfire razor to keep the investigation open. He said hey don't close crossfire razor any informed the FBI case manager. This is key that the FBI's we know about this for seventh floor was involved referred to the FBI leadership whose that leadership. That's like his boss pre-step is Jim Kobe that's Andy McKay and of course I James Baker and Lisa page Lisa page, then gets a 14 page research paper on the Logan act, which is many constitutional scholars have pointed out, has never been utilized to prosecute anyone in US history because it's completely unconstitutional I think was once applied in 1829 and that person was acquitted. That tells you the nature of what it is what is set up. Case closed out. Let's reopen it because were to try to get with a lot of release getting fired from the FBI and now the truth is coming out. You got an Atty. Gen. that's following the evidence where it leaks art will take because we come back in the break 1-800-684-3110 800-684-3110. Your reaction breaking statement for ACL gainers ACLJake donors over the top is the great response, especially yesterday, but the whole the whole month.

Thank you so much from all of us at the ACL date will be back at your called 800-6831 10 adjustable challenges facing Americans are substantial time and are now in our freedoms, our constitutional rights are under attack is more important than ever to stand with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now. ACLJ has been on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do her work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms than remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member.

Thank you. And if you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us@aclj.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable and voiceless desert contact. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally impacting life that supports the publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists.

The ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the motion and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to life question for copy of mission life today online ACLJ/investigation called crossfire hurricane Gerald Flynn was referred to as crossfire razor. The case was closed in pursuit of informational Flynn escorting me reports as crossfire hurricane team investigated from a variety of sources checking logical databases for any derogatory information by January 4 FBI report indicates that no derogatory information was identified in FBI holdings.

That's not enough though. Basically page bags Strauch makes to keep this open. Don't close it yet, but as a close that don't close it yet. We may have more information on crossfire razor that we want to bring in and we learn, of course, what happened your bandwidth reaction Washington well Jay I think the reaction Washington is along the lines what you heard from Jim Jordan during the break, that if this can happen to the President and his top officials.

It can happen to anyone in NJ when you have the power of this awesome the power to surveilled power to investigate a power to ruin arrest and a reputation. It is been otherwise sterling J it has to be soberly safeguarded and it was not in this case. Look, you're supposed to follow the evidence wherever it may lead. Apparently, unless you're Peter Strauch and James call me then if it doesn't match your narrative.

You throw the evidence out the window. You keep a case open without it.

J I am increasingly hearing, including from the Republican whip in the United States outs words like prosecution and serve time I think they are convinced that there were dirty investigators that there was a political narrative, NJ. I think we are long past the point where people on the hill organist at be satisfied unless specific people are held accountable for these actions. If that doesn't happen. J were bound to repeat it. That's got happen in this case. So here's what happens on January 4 in FBI memo concludes these words, the FBI is closing this investigation. If new information is identified and reported to the FBI regarding activities of crossfire razor that again is generally the FBI will consider reopening the investigation on the same day, January 4, 2017 Peter Strauch instructed the FBI case manager handling crossfire razor to keep investigate Jason. "Hey, don't close razor. He said, and he later said the seventh floor is involved and that meant the leadership of the FBI was involved that Tribeca Veterans Day award that is used seventh floor because that's where the leadership of the FBI located in the overbuilding and so that means that, he McKay the highest echelons of the FBI for a wire that there was no derogatory information against general plan, but they were determined to keep the case open because they had targeted him as a person that they were going to get. And that means the top of the FBI. That means the sanctimonious five James call me to make fun of the fact that he sent into agents despite White House counsel not being present to interview general plan and to get admissions or hopefully if they couldn't get admissions of the truth out of him to get into a lie so that they could prosecute.

This means that combing in the highest levels of the FBI were involved in targeting this man on Georgetown law correctly George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley called the revelations he said I've been a criminal defense lawyer for a long time for decades, then run importing I had seen abusive tactics. However, this one is one of the most thuggish records I've ever seen.

He said later there will and there was a time when networks like MSNBC and CNN argue for civil liberties and against such abuses. Abuses now because such principles would benefit the President. There is just a shrug with the common mantra. Everyone does it. This shows you the bias that exist but don't join the more important bias year is the bias of the leadership of the top of the FBI, which I think Miley is about to be held accountable. Listen, this is the headline from the Wall Street Journal yesterday.

Their opinion piece by Kimberly straw.

So posted last night. It's called the FBI's Flynn outrage I tweeted out, but the subtitle is new documents we think about this from the Wall Street Journal, shock the conscience and demonstrate the need for accountability and this ties into what Phan is Artie talking about. Remember, members of Congress have been held back on whether or not people like home will be structured face criminal prosecution. They haven't really commented on that and now were starting to hear that from people like Chuck Grassley, Sen. Grassley was very reserved when it comes that position sooner. Lindsay Graham, the leader Mitch McConnell and his edit is that Dan pointed out that Steve's police as well. The House majority whip you put all of those folks together. This is a hurricane coming straight at her top FBI leaders it's their time to face the hurricane and by the way, let's not forget I will always want to remind people every time we talked about this with these documents were turned over to Michael Flynn's legal team. They were stamped with SEL. It means it came from the office of the special counsel Bob Muller sat on this during his entire investigation did nothing with it, but I said a lesson on Sean Hannity's program about Muller did was an absolute outrage, lack of leadership that allow this to go on this thing was run by Andrew Weinstein and I will tell you something with these prosecutors that they should be embarrassed. I dealt with and it's despicable to conduct the engaged in the range of people house the people's homes that the targeting of general Flynn, the FBI director say no. I thought I could get away with it. The office of special counsel. Knowing this Brady material which is exculpatory material was available and does nothing about impact not only does nothing about a prosecute them. It doesn't give them the material that this tells you the nature of what was going on here, but listen to the Peter Strauch smugness in a hearing with Craig out right right well we had not do well yeah why don't I try to test to explain that the XO does the American people as I write that your testimony, the will stop it you were speaking on behalf of the American people that correct Mr. Gaddy what my testimony is and what I said during extensive asking this question and during my prior interview is I don't recall writing that text when I deny the text when I can tell you is that text in no way suggested that I buy the FBI would take any action to influence the candidates ADI genetic data that is enough fantastic answer to a question.

Nobody asked that the guy was a liar is a liar, anything, to be held accountable and brought to justice.

I think that's what happens in situations like that, it certainly which should happen in situations like this.

So the question next becomes Andy.

What is the process you got Durham under the leadership of the Atty. Gen. The onstage guy John Durham looking at this one is that me that means that there is a US attorney who is a well-known and well-respected in the district of Connecticut, who has been appointed by Atty. Gen. Barr to look into these matters. To convene a grand jury which he has done and to investigate these matters and I hope that somebody looks at the federal criminal civil rights statute under title 18, which makes it a crime to deprive someone of his constitutional and civil rights, and this is exactly what I want them to be looking in to make a determination of general Flynn's civil rights have been violated under title 18 prosecute them and see that someone goes to the penitentiary for these actions. The time has come. It is long past, and Robert Molly you are right J when you said the Robert Muller should be held accountable. Although Andrew Wiseman was running that investigation.

Robert was simply a front man yeah absent without leave me was like he was there Miley not doing anything. I will tell you this is the Lord that Jordan and Andy work on this with me very closely. We dealt with this for three years. This note nothing of this is a surprise. It's outrageous, but this is what we expected. What a waste of the taxpayer money. What a waste of taxpayer time. What a waste of our resources. What a despicable act by the leadership of the FBI, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, James Baker, precept page Strauch this is Susan, by the way, this is it. Let's get to the deep state. This is right at the top of the leadership, not the D very parts were to get to this now and what's interesting to me about this is that in light of the targeting of present trumpet his transition, but the President specifically what may ultimately bring these individuals to face justice. I criminal justice I is there treatment of Michael Flynn and the notes that were getting the information that was withheld for Michael Flynn at the Washington field office aid to close it. The 74 say don't close it. The logo that all of this you put it all together, putting forward your putting a lie in his head like telling him he was lying even when he wasn't telling me is violating laws threatening that they would go after his son. This is what could actually put some of these individuals high bars. It will not be what they necessarily did which was as horrible as it was to present trumpet but it could be what they did to Michael Flynn, I thought.

I think a lot of thought they were off the hook with the present trumpet issue and now they're right back on the hook and that they are now facing the hurricane of the Department of Justice. I would take it or call 1-800-684-3110. That's 800-684-3110 take your calls and comments on Facebook as well be one thought was 800-6843 one. Let's go think yesterday for your support of the ACLJ for March and April. Matt challenge records because of your generosity to the ACLJ we appreciated. They engage with us also on Facebook and Twitter coming up next. Gonzalez just got a great really let reporting on the story to work here.ACLJ.org call us at 800-684-3110 only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable and voiceless concerning contact. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life.

We've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally impacting pro-life support in the publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the end what Obama care means to the pro-life of the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to life question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/challenges facing Americans or substantial time when our value freedom sort constitutional rights are under attack is more important than ever to stand with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades ACLJ has been on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. Here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms than remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member.

Thank you.

If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life changing work, become a member today ACLJ not play correctly.

That's with her to say this is the story that would not and this was the story that would not leave.

And that's because reporters good reporters, investigative journalist stayed on it lawyer stayed on it but not able to lead the charge on this with John Solomon if John Solomon, he of course is the editor-in-chief of just the news of a pretty new new site. These coursework in the Washington Post, Fox news you see them all the time and a good friend of ours, and John you and I been talking about this for I don't know three years. We knew there were some 2017.

I remember there was a moment in the summer of 2017.

Where we were reached out to buy someone as seen in the FBI thing. I think what happened that my claim is not right and there was a dirty trick played and the FBI and captain and it took us three years to unravel that entire story about them. Thanks. Thankfully, we have an Atty. Gen. believes in transparency. Now were getting these documents out and we can see that what happened to my claim is not only travesty. It should scare anyone of us in America because if it could happen to him they could happen to any average Joe, an American that's a great concern here did happen.

Now what you find John in your view, the most troubling is that this Kraken page work and that their little email back at work or is it really the fact that the FBI close the file close the investigation on general Flynn and then and then Strauch says no, no, no, keep crossfire razor open yeah I think it's a sequence site, which is a clear people made the right decision. They investigated general Flynn found nothing needs that arise in asset. He's done nothing wrong and he didn't lie.

And so it closes down and then the seventh floor gets involved want to hear that word. The seventh floor. That means the director and deputy director of the FBI involved in there trying to overrule the career. People who know how to do their job and that it becomes political right we don't become political because no priest Handwritten notes that Form it out intelligently for the Guys handwritten note that I think were playing games and word playing games will hurt the institution and then he writes down what is our intention is to get the truth get an admission or is it to catch them in our lives so that we can prosecute them and get them fired.

Once you hear the word.

The FBI was debating whether to try to get a guy fired. They've long since exceeded their exceeded their their role… To get people find a job to solve crimes and move on that direct people to lie that's not their job job is to find the truth is not to get people to live with the set up your was clear from the moment it started. That's right, I think that I was and I think the clear people handle this right in December and January and I generate for payment and do the right thing and close it down and then James Tomey came on the seventh floor got involved and now it becomes a political operation and that's where the FBI went astray.

I keep saying that we're just seeing the beginning of this kind of the opening salvo if you will. This whole thing where you see this going. John Durham obviously so you litigation Bill Barr committed come committed to filing of following the evidence where it leads into get equal justice under law where you see this going yeah III 100% agree with you that this is the beginning the tip of the iceberg and that over the next four or five months were there to see a lot of dramatic events. One of the most important things I think we learn in these new documents which if these documents weren't found for months right and all of a sudden they been found. The most likely scenario is a reported It is a gallant time in your life know that's even better than I is that there's cooperating witnesses now that are highlighting evidence that the FBI has managed to stick under arrived in Hyde for a long time, or Barry under a mattress, those cooperating witnesses. I think of filling in the gaps on the story that the Atty. Gen. said a few months ago. Things didn't make sense to him.

While the beginning to make sense now to him entered the special prosecutor Dermot the special prosecutor in Flynn and the reason I'm making sense is that they now have cooperating witnesses that are filling in the blanks and I think now there are three think thoughts right there is the false testimony the people, and testified to Congress or withhold documents from Congress during the prior investigations that should be prosecuted to was there malfeasance in the investigation itself. The authoring of the document to hide Carter pages role the high withholding intentional of evidence if they intensely withheld evidence and the court that can be prosecutable and then the third part that I think could be the most intriguing and most surprising to all of us is what went on between December 2015 in July 2016 that this Merck murky.

Where we know the Mehsud and the helpers and other people contacting trump figures was at an earlier operation that we didn't know about and I'm getting strong signals that that is the case, and I think negating an article I earlier beginning to cross Americans what you're saying. That's right yeah and and what may be troubling about it. They may have been targeting Americans without a predicate, which is, as you know violates the law. So that's a very strong and I think one other area that comes to mind is the declassified footnotes make pretty darn clear that John Brandon's rest effort to get a an intelligence committee assessment done before Obama left office in the concluding that the Russians were clearly trying to help resident trump when and hurt Hillary Clinton that is now been debunked by the declassified evidence.

The Russians were feeding derogatory false information about Pres., just like they were on Clinton, and that means they were trying to help.

Either one when they were just trying to meddle in our election. There could be some criminal investigatory actions that are being focused on right there. I see some evidence of that over the last few weeks listed as John for people that want to get information about you what you're working on your projects. Where's the best place for them to go absolutely thank you for asking just the new.com is a two-month-old website.

We got about six, 7 million visitors this past month so people are starting to find that the greatest the full-scale website we have podcasts we have videos we have news and we do something that most news organizations don't do we and that are documents inside the stories of a tool called big and you click on it you don't have to take my word that my story is accurate. You can look at the documents yourself and make up your mind very thought of it. John Solomon congratulations about this in his bed like John some good friend Martin on this program many times is the energy progestin is that once I get the information John, thanks for me and I we appreciated. Thanks a much appreciated.Dan Bennett.we now have Sen. Grassley and Sen. Graham speaking out on this where you think this goes in the Senate. Yes, so much is so important now we John Solomon was talk about the reaction from Capitol Hill.

I do think this is been a game changer J that's why I referenced all the remarks from the Republican whip Steve Scalise usually said.

I mean you got FBI agents trying to plot against a candidate for President of the United States that should disturb everybody Republican and Democrat and independent like their dirty cops and they ought to be held accountable and go to jail. That's a lot tougher language J than we been hearing from Capitol Hill before just quickly I thought was also very important to John Solomon talked about potentially withholding information from Congress J you know this. We been honest this is why we want chairmanships transcript release because one of those transcripts. J was the FBI agents who interviewed Michael Flynn who found him to be truthful and Jan that's why they don't want to release them, Jordan, that is why they don't want to release them not, time is of the essence here.

They are playing a game of politics like John Solomon talked about in their game to play the dangerous one. But these guys at the FBI.

The former seventh floor. They been used to playing dangerous games so the game they're playing right now to try and run out the clock on John Durham there hoping that there's a shift in who gets elected President in November and that this investigation will be able to come to a conclusion with possible prosecutions by then and then you have a new person office may not pursue this. So elections are going to have serious consequences on where this goes because as John just pointed out, this is this goes bigger than Mike Flynn goes bigger than just what we already knew that that the thought dad crossfire hurricane began even earlier the job bring real estate information that the judges broke having all of this. Elections have consequences. The other side here, the bad actors to try to run out the clock shut all this down right winger for another 30 minutes really going to give our senior counsel Andy, that a lot lot a call to come. It wouldn't take those calls again, thank you :-) guilty for decades. The ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member thinking. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow and now chief counsel for the American center for Law and Justice Jay Sekulow everybody will like the progress want you to think about talking about just doing is a real little bit of a recap here. Just think about this for a moment, the case against Gen. Flynn was closed by the FBI January 4, 2017. After they did the closed they been checking out, they been looking at various databases. They said they had no derogatory information about Gen. Flynn. Nothing Peter Strauch sends an email. St. don't close out the investigation on crossfire razor that is the handle. If you will, the name they gave Gen. Flynn the seventh floor is now involved. Call me who is also is there McKay, who also is there Strauch that's usually page Lisa page is in that suite of offices who else is there, James Baker made on and on.

The list goes. What were they doing trying to concoct a case against Gen. Flynn.

That's what they were trying to do here and any kind of more senior counsel is with us. We saw the prodded yesterday were James come out to play that smug statement of James call me again for everybody to hear. Take a listen hard to imagine to nap in the same ramp. I sent them something we probably wouldn't have done or maybe gotten away with in a more organized investigation organized administration in the George W. Bush menstruation. For example, are the about an illustration that was processed and so the FBI wanted to send agents into the White House itself to interview senior official you would work through the White House counsel the discussions and approvals and who would be there and I thought it's early enough. Let's just send a couple guys over so they did and he said he thought he could get away with that. That's why he didn't. And you know that caulking that my fingers that Eric and his voice I just sent to guys over there because I took advantage of the disarray in the administration.

In other words, I decided that like like I decided that Hillary Clinton was innocent, not Loretta Lynn's the Atty. Gen., but I decided I James thanks call me decided that that there was nothing with the Hillary Clinton. I close the investigation. We have an Atty. Gen. Therefore, no reason whatsoever, so just now again he takes the role of the king, I decided that I was just going to slip a couple of agents in there and have them nail this man that I decided I didn't want and I decided that I was going to get rid of by either trapping them into 1001 lie wow it so that I could get him fired. I had made those decisions. This is the cockiness and the scary thing J is if it can happen to a general plan.

It can happen to you and me and any citizen in the United States.

This is an FBI seriously out of control seriously in the wrong, something that we've got to really be shaking in our boots we've got to really be scared about this.

This is not anything to laugh about that the audience did when Comey made that remark. This is something to cry about this. I think what James Comey did and the attitude he always had the sanctimonious attitude when he did to Gen. Flynn Jordan is a disgrace and it was disgrace perpetrated not just on general plan and against the President, but against the American people. That's right because, as we keep reminding you if this can happen to a 30 year decorated veteran can happen to the President of the United States by the seventh floor at the FBI can happen to anyone and they can target any of us and get away with it as able as Jim Comey said we do what we can get away with is that how we want our federal law enforcement officials operating well.

If we can get away with it will do it may not be following up by the book may not be following the procedures but had we get away with doing it simple to do it that way. This is outrageous. It shocks the conscience as the Wall Street Journal said today and people need to go to jail. I mean, I'm finally at that point work. People need to be behind bars for what was done to Michael Flynn we come back will take your phone calls, 1-800-684-3110 challenges facing Americans or substantial time and are now in our freedoms, our constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stand with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now.

ACLJ has been on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms than remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member thinking.

If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is certainly contact. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally impacting life support in the publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists.

The ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the end what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to life question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/table directive. I guess everyone ago writes about theological that are coming at 1-800-684-3110. That's 800-684-3110 Jordan, let's take your management holder for longtime strata colony from Washington DC online one with good questions join welcome to Jay Sekulow live by doing her only white average with outrage.

Who do we email only contact we can't do anything that you got to get some direction you some direction. I think personal go to fan on this the Senate in that house specifically dissented here need judiciary committees looking at this I think people can contact their senators and say we want this look at than what you think – I think there's plenty you continue can start by not forgetting you can start by following this information, remembering what happened and then insisting that your elected officials that by the way have oversight authority do their job, you can insist the chairmanship to has a responsibility to conduct oversights puts these FBI agents transcript out NJ you can insist that they connect the dots.

Why would somebody like Peter Strock have the hubris to think that he can overlying. This meant override this memo that I'm holding with the DC field office recommends the closure of the case why does he think he can do that J and I give you the answer. He thinks he can do that because that's what James Comey did all of the time, and James Comey was his boss so that your elected officials on Capitol Hill providing their constitutionally mandated over mandated oversight J they have to connect those dots and they have to insist that those people pay a price for Congressman skeets Steve Scully spoke exactly to what Van just said, but also you asked the question what can we do more thing. Contact Congress contest Senate Congressman Scully said my goodness when you got FBI agents on record. I mean you you seen some of the documents already. By the way, remembers it was Strock and page were going back and forth during the Presidential elections in May they were set up eight an insurance policy to stop Donald Trump from getting elected President. When you got FBI agents trying to plot against a candidate for President United States that should disturb everybody Republican and Democrat and independent like their dirty cops and they they are to be held accountable and go to jail. So the next question Jordan is the political accountability, or what happens right. Well, I mean I think when you hear people like Steve Scully's Chuck Grassley, Lindsay Graham, Mitch McConnell, the list goes on. So is not just the President calling them dirty cops anymore, which I now got these long term members of Congress who have just about. They have had enough with this whole group from the FBI who is no longer there but is still at work facing all these controversies and new revelations in there ready for them to face criminal justice.

That's the political reality because the FBI played politics with law enforcement and intelligence, and when you do that you should face criminal prosecution, though have a right to defend themselves. They should face criminal charges. This the first and I really do feel confident I do.

Our listeners of called about this so many times over the years that we because of the Flynn revelations that not just so much because of the trump revelations but the Flynn revelations that these individuals could be facing real criminal charges and being prosecuted for what they have done to the innocent man, and Michael Flynn and and again I do what_the because it is a joy to ask like what is it mean for the at either the average citizen elections do have consequences were not that far away from November and we could go to Andy on this because these type of prosecutions would take time and if a new administration comes in.

They can shut them down about the absolutely true Gordon you hello will bar the Atty. Gen. and the President prompted not reelected into a bar is no longer there. It's all over with because a new President is going to remove Bill and inventor putting his own person in there may not have the zeal may not have the enthusiasm, the knowledge and the skill that Bill Barr has to pursue this and accepted the Atty. Gen., you can count on a Democratic administration closing this down.

I think that Andy hit around the head. I think there are political ramifications to the shift understand that subsequent administration doesn't have to follow through. I was going to take another call here Jordan is next. Yet Terry's car for Michigan online.

Three. Terry, welcome to Jay Sekulow live in my name and pay Terry lived here in Lake City, Michigan, downtown working on make $10 an hour on these people that high-paying jobs are senators in all that we put into our past, which is that we have allowed these people to continue to be an offense and no attorney wrapped up in the Name to clumsy you hear these people and keeping you. Now the question Terry just asked the critical question. How much are they wrapped up into this and I want to start with that in shift and ship when he was a minority member of the intelligence committee voted to allow the transcript of this investigation that the house and conducting through the intelligence committee to be released and that would make sense then he becomes the chairman of the committee, and any doesn't want them released. That doesn't make sense. Well, it only makes sense if you believe that he his change of position is because it undercut his narrative, which is why I happen to believe J because there is exonerating information inside this transcript. He had a change of heart and I would go maybe one step further Gemini we been around this town a long time, and the idea that this memo from the Washington DC field office of the FBI has existed since January 2017 and no members of the intelligence committee in the house of the Senate had control of it and might have been able to get it out into the public in another fashion. JI don't believe that I am with the caller on this when I believe that several members of Congress inside the intelligence community oversight.

Had this information and it did not become public down with her. I want to know who had in my on Capitol Hill as well.

You know, and I thought about this in the last couple of days. You and I spent a considerable time with lawyers and the special counsel's office.you know these were lawyers from large law firms are career at the Department of Justice employees well respected in some cases, this was unbelievable what they allowed to take place under their watch people like Bob Muller and Jim Quarles and Andrew gulping what in the world were they looking at when they knew the stuff was Strock debate was going on and they did nothing. Zero to stop it until they eventually fire and then don't forget once they expire. Strock once they remove them up special counsel's office's phone and Lisa Page's phone, evidencing other words get wiped out under Bob Muller's walked under Jim Worldwatch under Andrew Wiseman's walked gets wiped out. If you did it or I did it to be in real trouble. Andy oh well, we would be we would be imperative with them. Anything like that but you see, you know you select somebody like Robert mother the George Washington of Washington DC, and you put them up there and you set them up. There is a pillar of integrity and meanwhile you got 18 prosecutors of got one thing in mind get the residence get the President and everybody who is allied with and who supports the President of the United States and that includes the man that he had the temerity to selective the national security advisor and let's not forget something else. Who didn't like Flynn J, Obama. Let's not forget Obama in this I am not a fan of Lynn. He said well the king spoke in the courtroom to listen to what the king had to say and they said the king doesn't like in the community organizer.

Our President doesn't like him. We've got to get rid of them and we've got to figure out a way to do it so they were taking orders from the top prior President from even taking office that the whole thing was corrupt was corrupt for me getting Internet and think about it now.

That time we spent. They wanted to interview the President of the United States. We didn't do that magic letting the President of the United States sit down with these clowns know their plan is that when a pro-life right there clowns their disgraced Department of Justice there disgrace to the United States of America. Their service is to is no longer I be to me.

I the idea. We got college college should they be disbarred with their attorneys you I think the bigger issue should be behind bars because what they did with the special counsel's office, sat on this.

We now know they're all implicated to slits not just talk about Peter Strock and Lisa page Jim Kelby Baker and pre-staff of the FBI team and advocate. Let's talk about everybody who worked for the special counsel because they should also be potentially facing criminal investigation as well for sitting on this since their stamp is what's on new revelations, but real really will come back to take your calls at one 800 684 30 with that I dealt with the lawyers for three years and I would tell you something. What a disgrace. They knew all this and didn't let it out.

They knew this information was there didn't give it to the opposing counsel Flynn's lawyers Brady material they like 12 bicycle they hid evidence they prosecuted general on a set up. Now it's all coming out will be back at work putting your calls in his blessing and broadcast one 800 684 31. Tensely the state to engage with us on Facebook periscope Twitter back with more only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you Knott's well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life changing work, become a member today ACLJ Facebook as the really question and that is this general this the Atty. Gen. and the US attorney bar Durham have these documents in other words, do they have these documents in the answer, and he is yes and that's why they're coming to light. Yes that's right they had the documents were over the document. During the 2 1/2 years that Muller was conducting his investigation. Where was or why was this document that has definite office of special counsel imprinted on it.

J it does all that language OSA so they knew about it. Why did they disclose the information. Why did they talk about it.why didn't they tell that we know that there are irregularities in the prosecution of these cases that relate to your client as well and could have been why did they disclose that the because they had an agenda and the agenda was, not to investigate crimes that create them, but they lost they lost and we will and we can win again. I let's go right back to the phone store in his next really going to order Daffy that hold Julie into the sea online for Julie well for the Jay Sekulow live I Julie I appreciate that you gave far as the private one question I can physically add that today's topic in many of these people have committed a possible crime care are lawyers standard for disbarment because that is a whole different thing.

The criminals are you going to issue insider go and finish and how do we know that name disbarred if they meet the criteria for Mac. Okay, so they are convicted of the crime. In this case, a family, they will be disbarred. Almost it's really automatic so I dyed Malone's not enough, such as an accusation, but if there convicted that is enough that they will be disbarred. That's how that process works. No it's not. Let's see how this plays out. But I think our license or on the line here and I would just echo what Angie just said you know there was all kind of exculpatory evidence that they knew why did they can continue Russia investigation when they knew very early on that there was nothing there. They knew it, and they kept going because they were trying to get the President on something else. In that case, Eric failed attempt at obstruction. That's what this was about Jordan's next yeah Virginia and Michigan online two and she's bringing up one of Andy's favorite said targets in Washington DC, Virginia, welcome to Jay Sekulow live I will guard your Cooper (without prior, no, I'm talking about how it went up to the cabin floor and all the don't come out about what is our goal to fire and contrived calculi. No draw your fall guy there taking orders from somebody higher, even call me and I'll go back to what Angie said Obama didn't want Flynn and he didn't like him and Sally late in the next in line. And that's one thing I have not heard anybody talk about where family gates as well. And because she was out to get Linda right from the beginning. I hundred percent. I like to know if she authorize I'm sure she's in the loop on it and Andy, I will Andy's the Sally.

It's expert here at the ACLJ solid Andy and is one of the presence lawyers. He was our Sally gates expert Andy Galligan Sally gates all day.

The Deputy Attorney General don't tell me she didn't know what was in that five affidavit and that five information that was presented to Judge conference to get the one against Carter page. She knew very well what was in there and Sally paid all and Sally gates is also smarter than the office of legal counsel because when the President foot. The travel ban into effect from those that in certain countries that that were supposedly there that Sally gates made the decision that the office of legal counsel was wrong and goes out as the acting Atty. Gen. and says don't enforce this and not only that she's smarter than the Supreme Court of the United States that said that the President was right in doing the travel ban so she's a very smart person. She is a very person. A person who do decide on her own what is right regardless of what the lives somebody needs to look at her because she was in the thick of it as the second in command of the Joseph department and don't let anybody tell you that that's not true.

Let's take Linda's call out of the Indian integrate call hey Linda, love you Jay Sekulow live your on the air and I appreciate your answer on conversations every day that I'm trying to relieve the pain. Finally like to think that this can be done immediately and I now know why we have to wait so long to get things down there probably trying to run the timeout now only time it takes a long time to bring the prosecution and so I appreciate it when you got to be patient on this.

It is coming out though. Now so is happening and then the Senate. Now the plan is looking at oversight hearings on this that will be serious, outlived its patience is a virtue, and this is one of the situations where you gotta have some pain actions because bringing a case is painstaking to make sure you don't just bring a case you want to be able to win the case plan yet.

Chairman Gramlich indicates the prosecution's building NJ often laughing. The most important goal of all of that is we have to have law enforcement agencies.

We can depend on and luck, I'll say it this way. I really honestly believe J there's only one way to save these institutions at this point and it's for the people who conducted these crimes. I will say for them to be held accountable and it does have to go all the way to the seventh floor director Connie Deputy Director into McCabe and certainly Peter Strock Jake if they're not held accountable, and likely save those institutions.

Diagram is economical yet. Let's go to Michael Virginia on line 6 Michael, welcome to Jay Sekulow live I greetings from my Virginia bake correctly. It takes a long time to bring a criminal case. It took 17 years to take down the John Walker spy family from right here in the Virginia Beach Norco area. I agree with Peter Strock when he said let's not in this case because it does take time, we have in office now the only President to have married to women born behind the Iron Curtain. What does that have to do with crazy conspiracies, but Michael has to do with this is that the weight in the broadcast. Nancy and I live on Nancy final call the day was interesting. I Nancy Harold, I'm so thrilled and talking and clicking the link transcript that Amgen had maybe subpoenaed by the Atty. Gen. Yet, this would set up a separation of powers issue. So then how do you think that would play out a minute you are to do this just a minute left ear than what you think.

Yeah, I don't know that a subpoena issue that I be that unannounced David here's what I do think would happen.

I think if the review process finish in the White House ways privilege. I think that you will eventually see those documents because guess what I did every shift is knocking the chairman of that committee forever and I do think a ranking member might have caused release at Sitka since that committee already voted unanimously to I think the amount and kind of an anticoagulant 43 of the 53 were already declassified by the executive branch. At the request of Adam Schiff so he turned them over 1.2, the director of national intelligence declassified 43 and 53 still holding on to. I that doesn't for the broadcast that I have a great weekend everybody against they say again, we appreciate your support for the ACLJ and ACLJ.org and we can for decades. ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side.
