Breaking news from India on the new stimulus package from Washington DC Jay Sekulow lines are open for your questions right now called one 800-6843 1-101-800-6841 two and the chief counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice Jay Sekulow breaking news is a great way to very happy report reviewed and jailed aboriginal unity of them would release but there still will not leave the country, has now been released and returned to the United States contract and maybe getting up quite a just moment, or maybe it be with so this is a really big day for our legal team cc I'll beat the team deals with the persecuted church and they did. If she did intervene.

Just an incredible job. Also safety administration.

I did a great MI think the President and Secretary of State think other people dwelling administration paid on this case.since the beginning, but a special thank you also ought to say keep a really hard-working for you to understand something when you're dealing with a case like this time difference maybe 12 hours so you were looking at during the day at work. She's having to do admin 90 1F. Like my believe me I know because I've received email from talking about late abilities cases is kind of the nature of the way.

Having said all that, let me again express how important it is. Even if you got all these other issues, we understand that working Americans and blunt justice continues to go on on the really critical issues in the critically persecuted here was an American. Sometimes it's not personification in China to other patients as well.

Of course in Africa our offices around the globe continue to work remotely, but are you continuing to work and got continuing to get results were also there to talk about the stimulus package and I wanted to rent a van Bennett of Washington DC and tell me what looking like what I'm seeing a lot of money not search for the great. Now it's not jamming this new package. The house passed last week on Friday at the price tag is estimated at $3 trillion. I have been through the entire 1800 page bill not read every word. J it's too long for that. Just time consuming but I've gone through all of this top line summaries and I will tell you I think $3 trillion is an underestimate of how much this will cost.

It is basically a veritable a wish list from the left we can get into some of the more egregious amounts. It's going to be billed J as a coronavirus stimulus response.

It is not that it is a greater dependency on the federal government wish list from James Clybourn and Speaker Pelosi. There are two bright spots though and that that comes in the form of Pres. Trump and leader McConnell already saying they will not take this out but I will tell you, Jamie. You know how this works. The house moving on a package like that at this actually makes the negotiations over a stimulus that might be needed even more difficult. So as we get into some of the the line items in this bill. I think people are to be shocked at what is in it. It narrowly passed the house. It now sits in the Senate leader. McConnell says he will not take it up but that's where we stand on fun. Phase 5 I guess you will call it of the covered stimulus stimulus and and will go through the details of this problem out of it and let back Out of the broadcast will be joined by a Prof. Harry Hutchison, but if you're just joining us, we got really great news out of the FCC. How with this yet.

I think we have her after the break, but we do FCC let's ACC first really got a minute here I did give me your initial reaction when you got the word and we'll talk more about it after the break miracle. All the courts are closed and this is just such a big miracle anchor pastor to be back, on US soil is just amazing them throughout sorely great job on your for you a great job for your team.

I know you had. We had a lot of help in the ministration to were to get into all that we come back to start the broadcast for sure no doubt about that when you take a break we come back and take your calls on this on the stimulus 1800-684-3110 800-684-3110 will take your calls and don't forget support the work of the American Center for Law and Justice ACLJ.org that's ACLJ.org to support the ongoing work of the American Center for Law and Justice to stay engaged with us on twitter and on Facebook.

We encourage you to stay involved in social media. If you're watching on Facebook Jeremy different, more in a moment challenges facing Americans or substantial time in our Valley freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do her work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you.

If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission like it will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership in his empowering the right to life question free copy of mission in life today online ACLJ/very very excited. Tell you what is happening that is pastor Nairn is ready and we have the pastor on the phone with his right and was just contrasting messages… The plate point about the pastor. We had about 200 looking at right now 200,000 people signed the petition for release praying for you quickly see how working tirelessly on your effort to explain to people what happening you over there doing mission work. I explained everybody what happened.

I think hearing from you would be great thank you to locate below about the people present at Miller McMillan Dr. almost everybody can elect seven-month were dark times, when she bailed me out and talk me through it all the prayers and everything everybody did. October 3, left Nashville going to India on the way to Nepal. A friend of mine in India was receiving party in our ward for 25 years of children's service pump banker in the 30 day mental default been gone for 20 years. I went to the airport and custom one in the morning during their festival. Very few people working there implant calculated the security agent Leon check in with him declared the money talk of four different people about the amount of money that limit, they cleared me to go to back Dr. was with another airport when a rich black daughter that were waiting for right outside the plane tickets in the custody and the original problem and original concern I had in belly.

What are you Christian are you going for Christmas and I think the law but I was arrested and I don't think Dave and Andy in prison because I was coming to make Christians in India and America turned into this whole thing about the money but in the beginning it was Christians may be a critical factor: mate with the court but don't talk on the stories and legal think about. I was there. It was get taken by Mike money was there, might build an orphanage and many many many different details one God made it simple to understand.

If it would have been ordered by the central government to crack Christianity. You Americans for bringing money here and eliminate Christianity and wanted to cc gas easily handle a lot of these cases over the decades really, and even in the last couple years and there's always it's always about the faith was that Christianity and then the turnaround is certainly the case here was that they try to turn it into some kind of criminal action question mark around Lincoln on the charges that they brought against pastor Mandler complete sham and he could be guilty of what they had charged him with the very beginning work just so blessed because like you said J on administration and the President deserves our thanks for sharing. Because priority on that idea as well.

National Security Council, senior director for international registry concern making Sen. Marsha Blackburn and Sen. James Langford and their staff worked with Leslie in the mornings and early morning light nights, weekends on holidays question and answer catheter Compton Gen. Parker Sen. Alexander representing HLA representative Heise represented in green. They were all champions, but that's because this is this is a cause to be a champion for an and pastor. What was your reaction when finally on that Friday, the judge came in and you got the order we were able to get the order toward the counseling and counsel that was hired was your reaction optimistic. I had been not been the court found over six months and was supposed be released to come home every time to bring up another charge, another twit, and that in the last few days were that way I was supposed to make judge on Monday didn't show up late in the general to the customs people to show up and down on the third day they all came together, and didn't have the right documents that had to go back to court on Friday and that and when I did release me. I felt a little bit. Another trick or twit electric me and hurt me and hurt me and Rob may have robbed me and found the relief I'm still waiting for a couple of minutes that it takes a little while to say again that it's the ordeals actually done, but you may strongly appreciate that.

We appreciate your calling and again it was our privilege and honor to represent you in this unbelievable situation that unfortunately is happening… It's like yes, it is also Best Buy. What's the situation for the mention that they immigration customs people saying our job is not across Christianity Christianity. What is the situation on the ground for Christians in India. We have an office in Pakistan Lahore. We don't have an office in India so we know what's going on in Pakistan for person. What about India being persecuted regularly when the President from within. In the other cloth to move about the Muslim after that happened in that it plainly can hundred Christian pastors were killed hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of Christian pastors and their wives were taken out of the house to tree in the front yard while President current with her and would be advised similar how the bartender. The church is there, telling them that they're doing everything the campground about a country it's a very, very hostile very very complicated place to be a Christian pastor were glad that you minister there and were really glad that you're back on with your family.

I thank you for your ministry.

We appreciate so much. Thanks for being with us pastor.

Thank you for everything out that it integrated. Thank you CC I tell you something from all of us. I know how hard you work on these cases and I got you on early when I said the hours seem like every one of these. We get the difference and I know this was a lot of late nights and a lot of hopes and then dashes ended in a sense it was as complicated as any we've done this, I'm thinking about saying these case out of Iran pastor Bronson out of Turkey all have their unique aspect when it was the unique one here.

Here was another one where we had a US ally during Michael. Michael mentioned that charges that were actually brought against factually said to be getting to explain thousand dollars. Here we were talking about $3000.

Our last according to the straight language of their own law he could not have been arrested and put in jail could not have his passport taken away our seven month but we never got a chance to pray for our side, way, way, and we were able to present it wasn't taking her it was just that we were never able to bring that there is no way that he could.

This was right was the most striking thing and I'm likely in all these cases without having pain. Clark then and the next will be a compliment, a couple months and capturing on next court date shall bear yeah he would have been over there for almost a full year without her being able to present his defense, which was a perfect defense to say this again. I want to quickly go to waiting hundred 684-3110, 1-800-684-3110 and will talk about this, the stimulus I had to be joining us in the back half hour talk about this for another segment as well that will get into more detail coming up and would take a call. We come back in the breakpoint. Talk about the work that you coordinated was easy for Nate on Capitol Hill. That's very important component to this yet are always two very important components of these cases J1 courses the participation of ACLJ members 200,000 of them were participants in this case, but sometimes the publicity of these cases will be more or less depending on what is needed in a given situation J but what you always need is the unified voice of the United States government and you heard CC allude to this. This administration has done this better than any previously and it starts at the very top President Trump is made this a priority. He has instructed the vice President to make it a priority is instructed investor Brownback to make it a priority.

So really, all levels of the US government. J know that this is something the United States can put an emphasis on even when it means no economic talks or other things might take a a back burner, so to speak, they are going to focus on bringing American citizens and wrongfully held prisoners home and that was the case in this situation. I agree with Cece having Pastor Nairn's family come to the United States Senate and meet up.

The Senators put a face in front of the story in front of a person in front of decision-maker. IJ makes all the difference in the world.

Finally, there's any question that they like you for your hard work to thank you CC RAM. Another thing like a golf 800-684-3110. If you ever thought about supporting the work of the American Center for Law and Justice is be a really good day to do it.

These are the kind of cases that we are handling literally every single day there's we've got plenty of getting good results you got have patient Cece certainly has developed a good team and some incredible job at the office of government affairs bring about. So sometimes we have a European Center for Law and Justice involved in these cases as well. So we utilize all of our resources support the work of ACLJ could do that ACLJ.org will be back with more including your phone calls ACL 100-684-3110 only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice.

Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later, when Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for you, mission life today online/challenges facing Americans is a time when our freedoms are constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member.

Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ joining us. We got great news pastor Nairn had been returned to the United States asked you a few minutes ago. We just had a great piece that played her friends on you is on Facebook and periscope that are immediately put together is a really strong piece sort of played out at the end of this segment are near the end of the same account gives you an overview the case very quickly. And everybody's voice and interesting read. If you got an interesting question. Thanks are actually appraised. Thanks be to God for pastor Nairn freedom. Thank you Jane ACLJ for working so hard to bring them home while I have to turn around and say thank you to CC holiday benefit working so hard to bring the pastor back home and to their teams worked diligently on this issue to get this pastor released and again to use. Thank you. We talked about the impact this is having let me take a call, were taking your calls at 1-800-684-3110. By the way in the back 30 minutes working to talk about another issue and that is another stimulus package on there's a lot of talk about on that will get to that in the back half hour could you want talk about that don't have questions about calls also at 800 684 30 went to listen to Robert he's calling for Marilyn I Robert hi I want to ask you thought you could give even more in depth in the little update on the work to be ACLJ is doing for persecuted Christians worldwide.

It's great news about Pastor Nairn. I think he was released in the back home in the United States of America. Side note for you answer Jake's Indians goal to become a can-do nation. That's why we are working diligently to stamp out in a radically Christian, completely glittery Christianity altogether from India I think in less than three years. According to the UFA open doors report, they went from either 21st 18 to worldwide persecution for 11 about four years. That's how severe the attention of the class actually gone up to number yeah so it's a number to write CC this is a really significant problem in India. Let's talk about the global aspect of and I want to start with Cece for something like that and talk about as well. We've been working on persecuted church issues for persecuted people of faith for a very long time.

Cece said this is not new to the ACLJ we been doing this for a long time but talk about the scope of cases literally all over the globe are working to two distinct areas one where we actually have clients like where we can take ranking in Pakistan.

We can take clients like Pastor Branson or Pastor Nairn on which is great but we also constantly a general practice on where we work with the United Nations. We are in MGM after our European Center for line just to think that we are constantly doing research and drafting reports of specific atrocities that are happening before these international bodies and pushing her action we take action directly. Even with from the that that governments, we will send letters and updates on that we constantly monitor and track. We update our State Department, we update it ministration as we get information on countries like Nigeria and all the devastation that's going on bare and likely a share of bail and I just ensuring you and all over Africa and Middle East wherever it is that we are bringing attention to it and trying to demand justice and protection for these religious liberty attitudes are director of governmental affairs or designated representative United Nations. We thought long and hard to get that recognition at the UN. I will tell you that I worked on that with the team for three years and multiple appearances before the UN Gen. assembly.

We got it. We persisted and we knew this would be one of the reasons why we needed it, but then I want to hear from you on this because you been to the UN with Cece and others how you look at both congressionally domestically and internationally. Your portfolio includes both Congress and the United Nations in the attic see those two places looks very different jamming I will tell you our designation at the United Nations has been critically important on these issues, but only just. Describe each of them a little bit at the United Nations. Your typically pushing the rock uphill and I think Cece described it very well when you're not talking about a specific case here you're talking about advocacy on a macro level at the United Nations many times J you're just trying to get them to not do the wrong thing to not applaud the human rights abuses that are happening we file work on UPR universal periodic reviews of countries on a regular basis and point out where countries are doing the wrong thing and try to get the United Nations to focus on those areas here domestically.

Joe JR advocacy is really changed under this administration, it was very difficult previously to get administrations to be willing to set either economic considerations or maybe trade considerations not to the side, but also to inject human rights concerns and specifically Christian persecution into the mix because they didn't want to upset the apple cart on those other issues J that has turned 180° and this administration has actually wanted to come to us and to others and insert those issues into a set United Nations you're sort of pushing the rock uphill now J in the United States when you're advocating domestically, it's just making sure that they have the information they need, because quite frankly, they are eager to focus on these issues when they go overseas and it's a very welcome change from our perspective hundred percent. At that again you really appreciate your efforts on this video that we played for our friends on Facebook and per subject that the sound on support to really give you a sense of the importance of this victory pastor Brian Nair, who has a ministry that is, aside from his church that's been working in India and all for 17 years without issue training Sunday school teachers was traveling to India on a recent trip in October. Actually gets detained because of your support at the American Center for Law and Justice were able to bring Pastor Nairn's wife to Washington DC to meet with the two leading US centers in Tennessee. Marsha Blackburn, Lamar Alexander, as well as Oklahoma sinner and a real champion of religious liberty around the globe. James Langford because of your support and were quickly able to mobilize the pastor's wife, their family member sitting down with the Senators with the State Department totally changes personal India. Unfortunately, the list of countries persecuted number 10 and some of the list, track the countries that do persecuted for doing enough to stop local and state regional is my privilege and honor to let you know today. Pastor Nairn has been released to say thank you for all family prayers for you is only healthy.

Your support makes a critical difference of thank you for joining with this. Thank you for standing with this as we seek to proclaim freedom and liberty here in the United States and around the globe. What a great result and a great way to start the day here at the American Center for Law and Justice support the work of the ACLJ case like this that make all the difference. Go to ACLJ.org and donate online. Stay engaged with us on Facebook and periscope on all over social media platforms.

We encourage you to do this, but what a great day of victory next to completely switch topics next half hour new stimulus package like a good idea but is it to have Harry Hutchison joining us and Bennett were to give you real analysis what's in this singular venue was. Practice being proposed itself. A lot of talk about their but again I'm glad pastor man's home.

Thank you for all of our ACLJ members over 20,000 defining that petition for his release. We appreciate all the work talking ACLJ's been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow and counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice Jay Sekulow about NARA now back in the United States return for freedom, which is great news Cece Holland worked at that Bennett did a fantastic job in representing him and his family and he is home public them on earlier from the United States of that case is now one that we can put in our close column and for those that are part of a beaver project. Another great victory here for the persecuted church and we are thrilled that the pastor's home.

Pray for persons in India. He gave you the situation Cece plan talk about very difficult over there right now I want to move topics so the stimulus $3 trillion stimulus proposal has been introduced, then let's get into the specifics, let's talk about the process is now past the house. But what was the process going into it.

People we think this is still even more economic stimulus which I understand, but this was very different well and if you look back at the previous efforts to provide that stimulus J negotiations that always involve three parts that involved the administration usually secretary munition, but someone inside the administration involve the United States Senate United States house and your ride in a package that maybe wasn't perfect but everyone could pass and they can get enacted in relief could get to the American people to the small businesses that needed that did not happen in this case J and I will tell you just on process just that simple fact alone makes what the house did last week. More of a political document in anything they are going to call it coronavirus stimulus but J in order for it to be stimulus it has to be able to get enacted into law, and this has exactly 0 chance of getting enacted to lots of people might ask. Okay, why don't you just ignore it. You don't ignore it. J for two reasons. Number one. This print presents a significant impediment to getting the real stimulus that is needed and number two it is a political document that will show you where the left and Washington DC. Specifically, Speaker Pelosi wants to go.

If they are the ones that are able to write legislation that can get enacted so J you can't afford to ignore the stuff you gotta go through it and point out what Senate now this is a $3 trillion proposal make me say that again a $3 trillion proposal passed on pretty much a partyline vote for one Republican voting for. Yeah, that's right.

The final vote was 200 899 one Republican Peter King from New York voted for it. Interestingly enough, the giant J-14 Democrats did vote against it. There were sort of a mix of rationale there some from the far left. He thought, believe it or not, that the price tag was not high enough, and then others who recognize that much of it was unrelated to the coronavirus below me just me to stay this and are you going to get some of the specifics, but let me just give you one teaser. One of the things that they found so pressing to do in this piece of legislation was make sure that Planned Parenthood with their 16,000 employees could get access to that paycheck protection program that is being depleted support money away for small businesses and give to Planned Parenthood. That's in the belt yeah and they did that because Planned Parenthood is such a large organization.

It really did not qualify for now to try to break it up into affiliate. Having said that, there is the portion in their the fan that talks about bonds for individuals again another stimulus check units writing inside this package. J there would be another round of direct checks to Americans, to the tune of $1200 per individual and actually at children. A child inside a family would also get the $1200 up to a maximum of $6000 per family.

Here's what I would tell you on the right.

Yet, but I but I think that kind of idea that concept, there might be some changing in the numbers but I think that would be received. Inside the administration, United States Senate for negotiation. If that were the centerpiece JI think we could have progress. That is nowhere near the center piece that is a drop in the bucket compared to the $3 trillion of WishList items that overwhelm it inside this bill I were to get into this at length, Harry Hutchison, our garage wrecker policies can be joining us for taking your calls you feel about his neck stimulus package got a portion for American citizens got in others that's in there bigger than the last one. But there's also a lot of other stuff we want to hear what you have to say. But how would you like an animal. Our phone lines and a wide-open 41 800-684-3110 800-684-3110. Want to know your view on this and questions you may have on I will work again. 800-684-3110 back with more include Prof. in just a moment, the challenges facing Americans is a time when our value freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms and rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do our work support. We remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you for your thoughts. Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable in voice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally Tatian includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later, planned parenthood's role in the worship ministry what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question free copy of mission in life today online/welcome back a $3 trillion facebooking periscope encouraged to share this with your friends. This is chock-full of information go to Harry Hutchison for just first Harry taking a lot of calls coming in again. 800-684-3110 overview of what you what you see here a new house Democrat Bell last Tuesday last week had very little to do with the coronavirus and much to do with the Democrat tyrannical pursuit of power in their attempt to micromanage the lives of Americans that defendants and to put the illegal immigrants had of American citizens, one for a minute but Harry just said that priority now this bill is 1819, pages $3 trillion. The summary is 90 pages. My goodness are summary was long was very good by the way our team.

Excellent job putting together a much more abbreviated version of the summary but you can imagine what this is like within its nine 1850 pages yes it's really impossible to summarize jamming you you mention it, but he is 90 pages what it took. The Democrat Appropriations Committee staff to summarize the bill so it's almost impossible to go through and pull out what I would call the worst parts of it and let me let me describe worse. J. Some of these ideas might be ones that you you are our listeners would agree with but what you said is the important point here. If you're gonna spend a dollar on something, it means you're not spending it on something else we don't have an infinite amount of dollars and in the middle of this crisis. I think it's pretty apparent where dollars are needed. It would be to assist the American people and to assist those businesses that have been forced to close their doors for a period of time as we fight this pandemic. So if, by the way, you're just going to pull $71 million out and give it to the Fish and Wildlife Service. In a poll of $410 million out and give it to the Census Bureau J that is $71 million and $410 million that you are not giving to the American people and you're not giving to small businesses that have had to shutter their door so your point is the correct one.

The prioritization in this bill is the most offensive part of it.

J they are putting government entities and centralization of government power ahead of addressing the needs of this pandemic to go ahead and take a phone call ones calling from Washington DC.

When will the broadcast, you're on the call you are outraged to come from somewhere. I don't know why people are realizing just coming from the taxpayers later in future work and I don't know why the politicians aren't real life is going. This is part of this is politics part of this is there sleep, but the need is not.

This is not the coffee here is a clever name and its end and we fracture a lot of heroes including our front-line medical workers, but this is a lot more than a heroes and I want to be clear on this. I want to listen to what Nancy Pelosi actually said about this she knows those numbers are big and pointing out everything everything that we have in the state and local column. The last thing the Republicans put in their tax came to give 83, so really this is Harry and attack on tax cuts. Sounds like to me so long of income redistribution. So as Nancy Pelosi attempts to bail out largely bankrupt states like California and Illinois who have not been able to manage their pension fund also introduced a provision whereby there would be a tax cut largely for upper-middle-class and wealthy citizens in California, New York, New Jersey and Illinois whereby they would be able to do it.their property taxes against their income. So on the one hand, she basically, has put illegal immigrants ahead of American spot on the other hand, she's also putting rich Americans had of working class Americans who need jobs.

Consider this J under the bill as I understand that even though a significant number of Americans in the healthcare industry have been laid off.

Nancy Pelosi would declare it illegal immigrants is sinful workers and they would be able to take those jobs under her particular proposal. This makes no sense, and in addition to all of that, of course she's expanding the ability of the abortion industry to gain federal funds and expanding the market share for marijuana. So again at the end of the day. This does not make any sense at know we got a great blessing came in from from my tween on Facebook give us the thing I'm reading it says is this just another attempt by Pelosi using taxpayer dollars for abortion. They briefly discuss that in the first thing that I think can it's worth to take a look at what we talking about here yet I be honest with you J it's actually pretty breathtaking. As I went through the bill and others on Capitol Hill went through the bill to try to find all of the accounts in which current taxpayer protections for funding of abortion were either removed or new accounts were added without protections like the Hyde amendment, which protect taxpayers from providing money for abortion as I went through all of them. We tried to compile all of the accounts where those protections were lacking. J.

Other more than $1 trillion to more than 1/3 of this bill and probably more than half if you're able to do an exhaustive search include funding that are not protected by a provisions like the Hyde amendment so that means Planned Parenthood and others would be able to access these funds means the US taxpayer dollars to the tune of at least $1 trillion could be accessed by the abortion industry and NJ just to kind of put that in perspective that is against status quo status quo is that US taxpayers do not spend for abortion so you know again they're gonna call this coronavirus stimulus or coronavirus response. I think it's very fair to say it's a massive bailout of the abortion industry and we seen it before. Basically every major bill that Speaker Pelosi puts out J it has this kind of accounting gimmickry gimmicky unit to favor the abortion industry.

Let's go to Janet's calling from New Jersey if you got questions, 1-800-684-3110.

There is another stimulus check in their in the next segment working to get into that in greater detail.

One 800 684 30 would be a really good idea exit is buried in an otherwise $3 trillion program which I'm still trying to figure that one out but doubt let's go ahead and take Janet's guy Janet call worker and I've been away for March March 20 when my business and everybody was home. Workers are supposed dollars a week from you island employment.

My that that check. I just thought lastly in my question calendar start slacking about more English shacks when no one following sure people are getting the money I will tell you this, and I didn't know you had a delay, but they will tell you this. This was a undertaking that our federal government had to engage in in a very short period of time and they did a great job.

I think overall plan in getting this is a very complicated matter and their two layers to this.

First of all, the $600 that she's talking on any unemployment insurance that's a state-based process that she said she's from New Jersey either have been some states that have struggled to process them on time.

You know New Jersey needs to get their act together because quite frankly, if the federal government can provide that $600 per employee art that is filing for the state needs to come through that. I agree with you on the processing of the stimulus day.

I mean like there was a massive undertaking.

For instance, the small business administration usually gives $30 million of loans out the year was only doing 10 times that. All told, J. Were there some pickups yes but honestly it went way more seamless than I expected it to only come back from the break. I want to get Harry's view on this. Other additional stimulus will lay that out for you and what it means. But Harry only got 30 seconds here. There are a lot of people we know this that are really hurting unemployment high so personal stimulus. In that regard may not be a bad idea as long as is not buried in $3 trillion of other things that are not necessary. You're absolutely correct and I think the way to move forward to make sure the funds go to the American people who are hurting, but what about that because I know that's a big concern for a lot of people that are listed as broadcast and we want to give your suggestions on how we can move some of that work. Thank you for your thoughts. Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ together a comprehensive list of what you just went through and read for you a couple of the highlights are $500 billion for state governments, $375 billion for local governments, $20 billion for tribal relief. $20 billion for relief or turquoise 3.6 billion for contingency planning on elections, watch that one hundred 75 billion for housing and food supplementation. I understand that 1.5 billion for broadband hotspot 10 billion for SBA assistance to 25 billion for the Postal Service hundred and 75 billion for public health and social service emergency fund, 5 million for the house to get laptops to get up to speed $410 million for the census bureau which is right now.

I can imagine that. That's gotta be the census is a constantly mandated but maybe electronically might be a way to do it standing, people knocking on doors is hundred $25 million for national science program $50 million for the legal services Corporation what exactly have no idea 755 million from Washington DC because of the impact decoded 40 million for the US geological survey, 900 million for the Bureau of Indian affairs, the indirect the Indian territories and had really gotten hit hard with this is me Harry. There's a list and it ended up personal side in the moment but hopefully we can have a block up on this is not renewed. More information about this and we will stay on top of it, but Harry economics expert your lawn economics professor.

What do you think needs to be done in light of the situation that we have right now in the country will we believe that we probably need additional stimulus bought all the majority of the additional funds should be focused on going to the American people, particularly American workers who are part that the most efficient way of improving the economic Outlook going full important to note that if we strengthen these funds in some of the funds in the heroes act would be going to state this simply means that you are propping up and already bloated bureaucracy. In many cases not demanding any efficiencies and so I believe firmly that the American people are best positioned to decide for themselves where they want to spend the money rather than having it go through many of these states. So again, if you look at one of the prior stimulus bill, which basically sent $1200 on two individuals who earn less than with $150,000 and this might result in benefits of 5 to 7004 hard-working American middle Americans, and then you would exclude Langston soft from this stimulus program. Those individuals who indeed are wealthy or are continuing to earn above average incomes, but the whole notion of Bunting, for instance, abortions basically allowing prisoners to go Scott free.

Bailing out states, particularly poorly managed pension funds, many of these things have no direct relationship to the corona virus or and they don't have anything directly to do with the economic fallout that come from the pandemic. This is simply Democratic Party WishList and the American Capital should not bail out the Democratic Party play some sounds and of how Nancy Pelosi is pitching this report understand what that what the with the pictures here, take a listen number 27 timing standpoint we had lost time and again setting aside time here. We cannot take upon us. They may think it's okay because people are hungry across America take upon us. People are jobless because it doesn't take a pay they ran across the country. We have to address this with humanity. So they might like to say that I like to know if we can do the analysis in this maybe. Maybe we can I'd like to know how this is for stimulus. Taxpayers in America people that lost their jobs or people that need supplements and there are a lot of those.

How much of the money is really for that to explain what the supplement will be for individuals and this is groundwork for some of us were to go forward.

Yes, if this were to be enacted as written J the portion that would be stimulus directly to the American people.

It is to the tune of $1200 per adult and $1200 per child up to a maximum of $6000 per family. So look, here's my main problem around this discussion. J if that had been proposed, there would have been a discussion ensued because both the administration and the Senate has said something like that might be in the works, and we might be closer to enacting it to Jake. This immediately reminds me of the last time stimulus was passed for the American people in this bill that I happen to still have in the studio desk care which is thousands of pages long, is what Speaker Pelosi put out. What was the impact of that J I know you remember this, it meant that those paychecks to the American people were delayed for two weeks so what's going to be the impact of this WishList bill that comes out, it means that that discussion that you and I just had about whether or not the American people need another check J's can be delayed.

That debate will be delayed because this WishList from the left gets in front of it. So the important debate the issue that might be needed. It just gets pushed back so Speaker Pelosi's comment they just paid there about timing is relevant, but she's got it backwards well into native respondent displayed a relevant and we got a crisis, it's relevant right now in real but Harry I look really got two minutes here and give me about a minute happier.

I want to get I want us to analyze this going forward and pull out what we think would be vital and that is making sure that Americans are getting some form of stimulus to keep going through a very difficult. Right now. I think that the House and Senate can move forward in a body part of Mammon. But I think the huge obstacle to doing that thing on lightly points out is Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic leadership.

They essentially have decided that they are not going to allow this crisis to go to wait. Instead, they are going to use this crisis as a foundation for creating a quantified socialist state. They are going to use this crisis to prop up the abortion industry and so I think we need to focus on the basics and the basics mean helping the American people who have lost their jobs.

Those that have been laid off. Those are the individuals that we need to focus and yes, we may need to add some more money for hospitals with respect to their care for coronavirus patients, but we do not need to add all of this extraneous stuff and I think it's important to keep in mind that many Democrats in the house at least 13 of them voted against this bill and I think you follow their example.
