As you are facing more orders, more US troops in human form.

Now, as part of this commitment and to be prepared for a range of contingencies, the United States will soon move additional forces to Romania, Poland and Germany want to hear from you, Sharon poster, call one 806 a for 3110 want to be very clear about something. These are not permanent moves.

They are moves designed to respond to the current security environment. Moreover, these forces are not going to fight in Ukraine they're going to ensure the robust defense of our NATO allies.

Now your health Jordan secular the rest of the world say let's stop asked him about his talk of doom in Ukraine. As negotiations continue with Russia between the US and other European countries. The bite administration continues to signal war as we talked about that phone call that was disputed between Pres. Biden. The present Ukraine last week. People said to release the transcript because they were talking about. You have being sacked that the country would be a basically not just invaded by Russia, but be taken over by Russia and now we have these moves doubt the sound at any time that US troops are deployed in a sense of potential combat or conflict is a better word to use it. It's concerning to Americans, especially when Afghanistan was a disaster. We lost additional US troops that withdraw by the way the rest of the world, when they report on Afghanistan. They consider it a loss in military loss for the United States we could talk about the what was done positively in Afghanistan ultimately tracking down bin Laden throughout his network, but that ultimately we lost that conflict so people are not really just rushing in to sin troops in for conflict. When the administration announces these kind of troop numbers but again doesn't really explain getting a pole and they get to go to Romania. Waddell is why why they going there. The comforts of the Ukraine. Just it were, with the greatest scare off Russian weather over 100,000 troops on the Ukrainian border with 8000 troops so you got the present is order 3000 US troops to Europe on top of the 8500 been there for about 11,500 troops roughly 2000 of those truth will come from Fort Bragg in North Carolina be sent to Poland and Germany. As Jordan said, these are NATO allies so the question that raises is that we really think that NATO needs this increased military presence and NATO itself. Col. Smith has not in fact activated their troops in Antrim for about 40,000 Rutgers of 40,000 multinational force, the NATO response force which is not been activated are troops that are being sent are being sent. Under US orders. NATO is not requested them. I think what he's trying to do is to show force is questionable to me whether or not is an appropriate time to have this kind of a show of force, but I think the other thing that's going on in the administration's minds. Germany is such a weak NATO ally and the countries in the eastern side of Europe that many of them used to be in the Soviet bloc. They are much more pro-US and very anti-Russia so I think you sending the troops to Romania and Poland in order to sort it create more unity with our Eastern NATO members trying to cover up and compensate for the fact that Germany is such an unreliable ally that you put in is not going to invade NATO country so having more troops there serves absolutely no purpose and is a military got my question is, you know, they state never pull a gun unless you're planning on shooting someone you don't send combat troops anywhere unless you intend to use them in a combat role and he's obviously not. I want to get really quick question for fan and that is I know there's been a lot of talk among bipartisan Republicans and Democrats about this.

What's the latest on that. I think the question that they're asking on both sides could be a mixed reaction. Overall, David. The question you're asking on both sides is why weren't really aggressive sanctions tried first before you put US boots on the ground in harm's way. This is this the question they had to because there is talk that there is bipartisan move here.

The ecstasies agreement, Congress on sections but one of those already stop to section so we come back and talk about that is why I would take a this is again US troops removed not in the direct harm's way were talking about the bill of 164, 31 to the challenges facing Americans or substantial time in our Valley freedom sort of constitutional rights are under attack is more important than ever to the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. You are already a member.

Thank you. Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the ministry. What Obama care means to the many ways your membership is powering the right question free copy of mission in life today online/this is what hundred 64. 31. That's what this explained the likely explanation that I think that all these moves and we cut war war war. Why 8000 wide additional 3000.

What is that really this acidic huge message to the hundred thousand troops on the border states and why can't we get NATO to come together because that does said the message that's what really scares at least that's the book he manages.

He uses NATO as the bogeyman weather that he's really afraid and NATO.

I think you look at NATO right now.

I don't think probably afraid of the cat come to agreement on direct him right so if you get NATO to come together. That would be a win.

By the time to buy. Though I think a diplomatic failure so far and identity fact that NATO is not together and we saw that division within NATO, even two weeks ago when it was discussed and he'd said that there were differing agreements and the fact that NATO has not moved up its trip, not what's the significant satellite intelligence is saying that's bit there's been blessed to move on military training grounds there now just 150 miles from Ukraine border units in early on that the and it also satellite images are showing the troop tents and shelters for personnel have been seen in virtually every deployment location in Belarus Crimea in Western Russia so either he is rattling a saber to scare everybody always good to do something. Here is meeting with Chairman Shea of the Chinese government.

The chairman of the Chinese Communist Party. All this is happening and what is the significance of that and is it winter enough for those trips to come in. He said the munitions to move over in the right and the armaments to move all that has been frozen right yet the grannies because he has heavy self-propelled artillery and tanks and troop carriers that are armored after frozen ground to move its winter there. The ground is is beginning to freeze over. I think this the matter in this ally.

Thank you, Mr. Pres., chief. As a matter of strategic timing and strategic cooperation. I still think there is a real possibility that after the Olympics are ever important. Going to the limit by the way. After that is over and a couple more weeks robot and the ground continues to freeze solid. I think there's a distinct possibility that we will see Taiwan invaded at the same time that Putin moves into Ukraine because they believed that that divided front and the twin crises will render NATO and the United States, incapable of reacting properly and fan that would be a gigantic foreign policy failure for the Biden administration that they were not to prevent able if that would happen if Wes is right. They were not to prevent either one be catastrophic jamming nature abhors a vacuum that authoritarian leaders love it.

Now would be an example of to then taking advantage of it and Jay goes back to the conversation about your you have a mixed reaction from Washington DC about whether or not US troops are the right move. The JI, I think there's can be a consistent threat of concern among them that you can't have US troops moving without NATO participation because speaks to all of those issues that Wes raised.

You gotta send a clear message to Vladimir important that the world speaks together on this right now that you got a mixed message from the United States, and it leads to that mixed message from the rest of the world. One of the phones one 800 684 31 to the viewer to talk to us on and that's 1-800-684-3110 Tim called from California online. 18 take my call.

My question what should Biden administration do to stop at the upcoming war. There is your something this very serious sanctions were talking and I want to point out because, as you point out that Democrats prevented sanctions under extreme to so we haven't sent the message to the world that were ready to cut off Russian gas that we have the power to do that is United States because it would it would put Jeremy in such a difficult economic spot that is to be buy-in on that by Congress. There are moves to the Congress can make two tribes to the message to the Biden team is what we want to do during this was a huge missile on behalf of the administration mean there were plenty of tools in their toolbelt already decoded and enforced a lot of sanctions.

Most of them economically based on the door in about two weeks ago the sanctions that you're talking about that had bipartisan support in the United States Senate. They were sponsored by Sen. Cruz but they had the support of a number of Democrats. Ultimately, they only got to 55 votes, but I can tell you Jordan.

Initially the support was somewhere in the 70s in the United States Senate. Now why did those sanctions not pass when they came to the floor of the Senate.

This is going to sound shocking, but this is just the truth.

They didn't pass because Vladimir Putin and Pres. Biden asked the Senate not to pass them.

That's the truth.

Pres. Zelinski was in favor of the sanctions they had support somewhere in the 70s in the United States Senate. But at the end of the day on the same day the Pres. Biden came to the hill to tell Democrats he wanted to do away with the filibuster he got more than 40 Democrats to filibuster a sanction villain or stream to ask you folks.

You agree this is Adm. Kirby is the department of defense posters this morning when he was announcing this troop deployment bite 19 I've saved you can agree with this thing was, these movements are unmistakable signals to the world that we stand ready to reassure our NATO allies and turned and in defense against any aggression. Everyone should our NATO allies be reassuring us right now. Why are we reassuring them when it's in their backyard and they are not. They have not yet caught up their forces. I think that the parts of NATO that were trying to reassure her of the Eastern parts, especially those for countries that used to be part of the Soviet Union like Romania and Poland were reassuring them because on the other side of NATO allies like Germany are weak and vacillating.

We can even get Germany to agree to not buy gas and oil from Russia so II think puddings go is to create disunity in NATO were trying to create unity but have a difficult time with that but Putin's goal is to create disunity and so far he's achieving that goal.

The other thing is yet to know that Vladimir Putin, he does want to invade Ukraine you most increase Russian borders, you must create a larger Russian sphere of influence, and the things I back you asked me about what these troop movements by Russia indicate I think the most significant part in addition to the fact that the troops are building up along the borders with Ukraine on three sides. We now know that he is putting field hospitals and his blood and plasma supplies near the same borders. You don't send a field hospital and blood and plasma.

If it's a training exercise you do that if you're expecting combat. I think he will invade Ukraine at some point so that the problem here for the United States and for the rest the world and for really for intently for Eastern Europe and all of your is this is can have devastating economic consequence.

So if the Russians invaded Ukraine and the Chinese invade Taiwan and they do this either simultaneously, which could happen okay were very close in proximity, it will will send a triggering effect of economic panic because you don't have a unified Europe on this. This happened early on in World War II where the when the French lost quickly were overrun by the Nazis and you had the United States having to get in the more basically because England was good. It felt fascinating to read Winston Churchill's five volumes that book dealing with World War II and MM in the third volume right now to tighten its his communications with with Roosevelt and its desperate mean in the problem you got now is the appetite for conflict is low, thus saber rattling. You gotta be very careful of what you're asking for here, so I think economic sanctions are one thing, but you know beyond economic sanctions work and would put American troops in harm's way in a conflict between Russia and Ukraine amine and impractical. I just don't see the country willing to do that. That will. It hasn't been explained to all these business hours or try to scare off line report how to how we do that with 3000 troops meet you we we move this country from I get I get that. Was there some message sitting here but without the threat of's of with what we talk about sanctions. No one is ever they keep saying if they most devastating station. History knows explain what those are lessening. We we don't even know what that means well and they need to be preemptive sanctions after he's invaded Ukraine and they control keep the capital is a little late for that. We as we saw in Crimea. We put sanctions after he invaded Crimea. He still there. There needs to be printer sanctions to get his attention.

We need to know that this will not stand but on the other hand, Jordan, he's not going to invade a NATO country nine I think since only having our troops there. It might be showing the flag. It is not a deterrent to letter me. And they don't like to send it wasn't called up its troops now change topics coming up in the next segment is a domestic case of the sprinkler United States involving schools, coaches and prayer, and Frank Kelly Shackelford from first liberties and beyond talk about that filing an amicus brief. His firm is not the case. We'll talk about that in the back half hour going to get into development with Whoopi Goldberg and NAB. See also the situation with that Amnesty International report even got strong condemnation from the bond administration and talk about that we come back from the bright blue encourages work.

The work the American Center for Law and Justice all these issues were talking about were engaged in because of your support of the ACLJ.

Let me encourage you go to ACLJ.org and support the work of the American Center for Law and Justice, and everybody should be engaging with our social media platforms as well.

That's right a lot of ways to engage with this and stay up to speed with all the work you were doing at the ACLJ that's ACLJ.org encouraging him to be active in her social media sharing this broadcast with your friends and family show every day different topics to focus with great analysis Ricky Nelson be joyous and second-half out-of-pocket statistic discuss and solicit pregnant recon discussed this.

This is troop movement move anything mean anything was still really about the pipeline. Russia has nourishing to that's not touched and they're not really willing to stop that. What one of the sections of even working our 3000 mean anything to rush. I never could know that as well support work ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable and is there any hope for that culture to survive. There is a case in US Supreme Court cases prayer for the football game. Football coach fired at a Washington state first liberty, which is first liberty.org to find out more about the case to see use of the story about the coach that's their first liberty that we were joined now, but had a first liberty, Kelly Shackelford, Sue Kelly, you know, I'm looking at the case and this is like déjà vu all over again is is the code the site we got a situation I think it's important to put the facts in context and I we did.

The prayer at the football game in Santa Fe, Texas, and the Supreme Court said well know it could be led by the student because they were using the PA system, but the students themselves wanted to say whatever prayer they wanted to say in unison, they could do that you had that that kind of fallout from that case tell us about the facts of this one is been around a long time and had were almost up to seven years of battle here really unique in that what happened to anything about the Marine Corps about 20 years and merely watch the movie before he went to coach his first game, and that facing the Giants about Christian coaching and it just convicted anything that applies to God that after every game he would go by himself to the center Fiona by talking and he would just go down to an April 15, 22nd and say a silent prayer thanking God for the privilege of God. Coaching these young men and that's what he did for seven years until the school came to him and said if you do that again working hard to hear Kelly because a case of a coach goes to the center of the football field gets on her nieces a 15 second prayer silent prayer not asking students to be involved did this himself. Okay, did somebody with her parents actually complaining or is this the village atheist coming and bringing the lawsuit parent. One of the parents went to the superintendent and said it's really cool what your coaches do anything what you mean and I opened an investigation. So the parent thing was a great thing that the school decides to investigate. That's exactly right, and that any of coach Kenny would like he knew if he goes to a knee. He's probably not getting it. He loved the kid that was really copper him to know.

I thought the Marines for our freedoms and what kind example in my if I if I back down.

It seems there's something to take away my freedoms and piety did so. He stood his ground and been through, you know he and Miller coach now for 6 1/2 years because of what they've done to these scabby people. They are just I want to go back is seven years, seven years of her silent prayer that will ultimately we got the US Supreme Court is taking the case, there will be a final decision on this just shows up people's lives to be out of his life is ruined I will go that far. You down but upside down over something that someone thought was good and the school districts which is very hot topic right now is the school districts that don't really reflect the parents will not.

Another thing that you need. Gabe is talking about will be put together a path that scream court.

The thing that really unique about this case which really makes it what was bad can turn out to be a great thing is that there's never been a case at the Supreme Court on the rights of coaches are teachers with regard to their faith in the Supreme Court. We never had that sort of free exercise case that precedent to help every teacher, every coach really everybody who works for the government because the argument in this case is if you work for the government and you do something religious that someone can see they can fire you because in Tinker, the famous Tinker versus Des Moines case, which is where this famous line that went my guilt and telling them probably cited a thousand times. It sets in really cited for students don't surrender the rights of freedom of speech of the schoolhouse gate, but this quote actually says neither students nor teachers underwrite the rights of freedom of speech of the first method at the schoolhouse gate.

Now the question is to be here. Kelly I mean he had 63 Majority Ct. on religion case. I feel really optimistic. The question will be, is the establishment clause lemon test that three-part test that still like a goal in the late-night artichoke hoarding like Justice Scalia keeps raising its head in these cases is that, front and center here is that part of this well it it's even worse there. There arguing that not only because of an establishment clause violation. There arguing that even their fear. If it's not true of an establishment clause violation justified them taking away somebody's religious freedom in their free speech again for the American people that's here that this is tell you how bad this is gotten you would think they would say okay you got a right to free speech, but if you violate it out of the closet somehow would allow that trump your free speech.

In this case they said the fact that were scared there might be an established cause violation. Even if it's not there is enough for us to justify taking away your religious freedom your free speech say so Kelly, let's talk about timing here so you can really filing amicus brief on your behalf at the American Center for Law and Justice. When you file your merits brief or found it this month is due by the end of this month were probably in a file. It a few days early so that we have a little time. This is so compressed is working to file the other side to get a file response and the concert in a file and then we better have a chance to file reply argument can be in April so it's barely making the term but it's gonna make it so it probably come down the energy and with all the other big case. So this is going to be quite a blockbuster turn up there. I think it's a huge case I think it's it's you know it chance to be precedent-setting and I think with the 63 Supreme Court election and consequences.

I feel you know I never count force done by feel very very good about it.

If you want to get information about Kelly's organization. We do a lot of work with first liberty over the incoming I been friends for probably 30 years with 10 cases together. This report, we encourage and support their work but also information first liberty is@1liberty.org Kelly Wirthlin first liberty.org they can even send a note to coach Kennedy encouraged you could do that that be great I will Kelly. We appreciate you coming on the broadcast. Thanks so much and will keep you in prayer velocity for working with the get mistreatment at the end of the month.

First liberty that would just be another case like God, like the abortion case to come out and early summer. This is a mere monumental term.

This is a a Supreme Court term that is just what I is whoever the nominee is for that.

The left is that you have some different questions this time around because when they go forward rights would likely be after X cases. Yeah, you get different questions about row different questions about religious liberty because this is a case that shifts everything a village liberty yes of the decisions that flit from employees like you said yet, the decisions that are coming to Dobson we have this because we represent govern him. So we we know that with the case met with the Eighth Circuit or maybe some of the legislation coming. So with all of those cases. In those cases we decided then the kind including the one involving coach Kennedy.

The question really becomes. And this is why I find this really interesting. The question becomes, at that point.

What does what did they ask the justices nominee. What is the nominee asked about that very question and about Roe versus Wade about all these things. I think that's worth me fascinating. Yet again this is all coming up in a matter of months, so this could be quite the term of watch. After I receive able to hear these cases not be present over the last two years because of the open protocols. The courts have live transmission cases we will have these decisions early this summer and FO's Riverfront of second half hour ABCs taking action on Whoopi Goldberg. The US is responded to this Amnesty International report a claim that Israel is an apartheid state calling itself Jewish state alone makes an apartheid state US covered by demonstrations responded to Ricker Nelson be joining us talk about this troops this matter to what would matter to Putin. Why are we the one saying it's a minute warm up the rest of the world is not all that second half hour, ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena on justice is on your side.

If you're already a member. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ keeping you informed and now, this is Jordan secular yesterday. This kind of move to always delegitimize Jews in world and so was Whoopi Goldberg the latest celebrity who was trying to say when the Holocaust was about race Jews, not a race somehow would say it's different than being black.

It's different than other other groups again. She then had a chance to go on late-night TV related way to explain it away and says she's she's all dressed up.

She double down while ABC is responded now and Steve on Tuesday night. The present ABC news Kim Godwin said that I Whoopi Goldberg is going to be suspended for two weeks for quote her wrong and hurtful comments. I then asked her to take time to reflect and learn about the impact of her comments the entire ABC news stands in solidarity with our Jewish colleagues, friends, family, communities at my questions.

I think the big question Whoopi Goldberg ever come back after something where she had two opportunities.

Once on her show what's on the show a few hours later to get educated and make the right right comment and refused to do so.

She refused to do so. I'm not into the cancel culture you're not either. But look, here's what happened. Please be with the financial contracts of people and watch them anymore, but that it made Leslie's amount in excess becomes that's becomes a business is and I think what ABC is doing quite frankly has been on all the networks been covering this now is evaluate the next two weeks and there to see was these statements so irresponsible so ignorant, so misinformed, so hurtful that her recovery and I broadcast it would not be well received and I think the problem is that Whoopi Goldberg and this is what I'd I it's just so hard for me to believe that she would double down on this we should lack of understanding of the horror of the Holocaust and then when Colbert was not exactly concerned by any stretch of imagination. Try to give her two opportunities to get out of it. She just couldn't do it and she went to it so I think there was no choice and I want to play fruit. Could we got time.

This is Stephen Colbert trying to get her to explain it away. Listen to this new and he'll come to understand that the Nazis thought they might not think they would say yes is a racialist blessing. This is what's interesting to me because the Nazis lied that Weston may be issues with ethnicity, not with ways because most of the Nazis were white people, and most of the people they were talking when white people sent to me I'm thinking, how can you say it's about race.

If you are fighting each other to produce the most ridiculous having this discussion, I mean I let me just say this.

You know what, if that's what you really think you don't deserve a platform like this because here's what you said you said it was a question of deafness to city. She said they had issues with Nets and methods ethnic differences not with race put the Jews and the Jews were viewed as a race by the Nazis. Okay, in the Nazis lied is her answer me this is this is this is so learning what is the better part of the bigger point is that we have groups now this.

The last segment broadcast national human rights watch and the modern Democratic Party think it's apartheid yes it's apartheid say when you say that so was apartheid state there like Nazis right in their declassified race oppressing people because of their race. Right. That's what apartheid government mean so you know, while byway we go celebrate the Olympics in China.

Whether committing actual genocide, the closest thing to the Holocaust that was you I would ever compare to his genocides, which is what that Holocaust was on a large huge mega scale.

The Chinese are engaged in the record celebrating Olympics twice that it will finally put will be there by vote that there's a signal we know what this would be there, but there's alliance forming between two mega powers as they come together, they are the supreme with a if they join up if they really are in agreement that that's a question, but because there they are each other's backyard subpoints. They do have mutual issues with North Korea. They have to deal with. Also combine those two in the fact that US businesses and even athletic skill, MBA, Disney is willing to sit through things and movies based on Chinese government would like to get interested. Is there major issues discussed with a backward, what is that me the challenges facing Americans is time in our Valley freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines projecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and exceptional track record of success. So they want to get Rick on the, let me play the soundbite for you again, this is Adm. Kirby the department for spokesperson announcing it this morning. Take a listen. As part of this commitment and to be prepared for a range of contingencies, the United States will soon move additional forces to Romania, Poland and Germany want to be very clear about something. These are not permanent moves. They are moves designed to respond to the current security environment. Moreover, these forces are not going to fight in Ukraine they're going to ensure the robust defense of our NATO ally specific I go right to this question and so did every reporter in that room but I like your response is every reporter asked why are we going white with NATO has not been set up yet and NATO has not yet so were doing this for NATO with 3000 troops right now is not a match for the hundred thousand the border so anything that I can fight Ukraine what is it what is this doing or is it just is it just some kind of action by the administration to look like they're doing something because they keep beating the wardrobe with the rest the world says stop moving through eastern Europe. Think about that we are pushing diplomacy aside, let me let me take one that the US ambassador and NATO is a State Department employee, the NATO team report to the State Department.

Yet they coordinate with, but it is a diplomatic hose.

It is used to further diplomacy. What I don't understand is why all of Washington is pushing aside the State Department and beating the drum towards truth on the ground were trapped into this whole process in Washington DC where he kind of the Christ that we put forward military Pentagon boots on the ground.

Option we have the State Department we allowed our diplomat very weak when that diplomat is strong and cough and you might feel they're not being undiplomatic and I would argue that our diplomat are what makes ensure that we don't have war you need to have diplomacy with muscle in order to get things done. I'll finish with that. Why in the world do we not have. Thanks end on the North into pipeline.

The pipeline is not up and running.

You want to change the Russian behavior. Thanks Ken their money pit and their influence, and that if the pipeline recommends this the other day we were in mentioned a couple times and that is Benjamin Disraeli became Prime Minister of Great Britain in dealing with Russia said that use the phrase diplomacy is more that acts of diplomacy with power behind it can in fact be war because it you're getting a desire to change the question here is, and this is what I'm trying to wrestle with. I know Col. Smith is having trouble wrong trying to wrestle with this is that there does not seem to be a plan in place and it seems like the rest of Europe is saying to the United States. What we don't want you to do this, why are you doing this NATO hasn't stood up its troops Germans as you said you were the ambassador, Germany.

They want any part of this in their biggest NATO partners.

So what's the point of what were doing here, call Joe Biden and the Washington crater where when the Christ that the only thing they can think of sending you a trip look at our you have done of the last 20 they'd literally been eating children. They have gone into school trying to win hearts and minds BD not the purpose of our military. However, what we done a quick shot diplomat, the fight we have a whole bunch of State Department career foreign service officers who don't know how to negotiate who are afraid to go into danger posed. I would say that what we need to do it literally redo the State Department tried to force change in Washington DC so that when there is a Christ that let's try all the forms of diplomacy Q trade Q commerce let you thanks end let you made out let you you land the land.

Not great, if not perfect, but when there is a US leadership, you might be able to get something done.

And so I think that that we blink and and Wendy Sherman at five because they obviously are super weak and and even Biden doesn't rely on in all we do is come up with more war option without preemptive sanctions before he indicates Ukraine without sanctioning the Nordstrom to pipeline in getting Germany to stand with the other European nations, which was to stand against Russia without those two things is there any deterrence for Putin to invade and take over Ukraine current is about strength and changing the behavior of the other side so the Russians clearly have a green light when they were given dart straight into pipeline the Germans are paying the NATO application they're stopping at Tony after bringing hardware and undermining NATO at every turn we allow them to do it. Joe Biden is trapped into thinking that the Germans are all of Europe. He can't think about Poland or Italy or other countries within the EU want to do something different at the European Parliament was again marching to and yet Joe Biden and up and said well I'm doing what you want what you want to put Germany what the current government in Germany want. I think that the reality is that every American needs. Understand that marching to pipeline is not up and running yet and yet there are no thanks and Donna and the Biden administration and the Democrats all work hard to make sure that thinking wouldn't be implement in our director of government affairs in Washington because then Rick's point is that the real sanctions have not been put in place the preemptive sanctions or what is the sense in Washington on the hill right now about this.

Rick's absolutely correct understanding.

There was a full toolbox for the ministration to engage in sanctions. But then they had another opportunity they could have said, look, we didn't want to engage in sanctions. But the United States Senate forced the snow sanctions that Rick is talking about we reference them several times, but the American people just have to understand what happened. They were on the floor of the Senate three weeks ago under the sponsorship of Ted Cruz and they had the support to pass.

They had bipartisan support to pass NJ the reason they didn't pass is because the White House President Biden and Pres. Putin team together to say teach Senate Democrats filibuster those sanctions that they don't pass because we don't want to have to deal with them. We don't have to sign and date. I actually don't think that that bill was probably necessary to begin the preemptive sanctions, but it certainly was a way for the United States Senate to sort of force the President's hand. They didn't do it.

They stood down and they stood down because of President Biden and Pres. Boudin about ways to prevent this, Rick.

The Biden Mr. specific. This is a done deal. This is happening. This invasion going on. It could happen at some point and every day there doing some other moved to signal that said not really talk at the diplomatic side is there still a way out of this and it seemed like Russia hasn't fully committed to hundred percent doing this and are still waiting to see but I still get very nervous that they're not explaining to the American people what the real purpose is arming and also that wide. NATO can't can't be stood up here if that's the real concern I utilized you don't need to drop back. We or your software you put America for you after Allied mark.

Now Joe Biden roster then you have America you know that the first option and not utilize made Outlook. Let's remember that when Joe Biden had a call with the link with Pres. Glenn Ukraine, the Bible, Joe Biden said specifically that Ukraine should not ask that any more sanctions on Russia, nor any more help with hardware military hardware. On the last rep they eat President the link if Ukraine responded to Joe Biden that this is a disaster pop.

The worst of both worlds is not going to not going to respond in less Russian dates so this over to me.

The truth is less military without preemptive sanctions before he invades we have nothing to put on the table to stopping three blessings. There is there in Romania and nobody knows of little help Romania for the Russians are going to probably. I hope this doesn't happen and going to Taiwan and I think close Olympic you know what even there. I wondered if there are some people to some discussions going on something. Things in Washington that this may all go on during the Olympics because you can't because it's very hot you know military actions that you got you got the entire world's athletes and art including American athletes. Everything about this that we are allowing a country host Olympics and telling are telling our athletes yet second time in the year that telling her athletes don't bring your actual cell phone given to everyone because it will be completely hacked all of your data will be hacked and utilized by the choice that alone you doing with their dental clothing for committing genocide Muslim population, which left is like talking payroll is affected also bring your cell phone. There is a still your data. Take to use that for the economic and industry countrywide host the second row instead of responsible for Cove altogether. Only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how. Personally, publication includes all major and sealed cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later, when Obama care me in many ways your membership is powering the right question mission in life today online/challenges facing Americans constitutional rights are under attack with the American center for Law and Justice on the front lines checking your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. You are already a member. Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ God where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACL broadcast the outrage expressed by J that the you had MC international issue Islam report that Israel since its founding as a refuge for Jewish people after the Holocaust is all ties together all these discussions are ongoing. Right now, how you view it would delegitimize Jews.

Basically it's if you say the Holocaust wasn't about the race was Whoopi Goldberg bye-bye Whoopi Goldberg will see if she ever comes back to ABC because the of these involve the contracts whether people want to watch that it's not about cancel culture. This is about just the people to tune in to hear her weighing in on anything which she is so ridiculous and absurd. It won't even make her own correction when given the opportunity, but these groups are huge organizations MC national they run like that you were themselves the Secretary-General's that people all over the world monetary and even Israel severely do all this good work.

That's it sometimes will actually work alongside with some of the reporting but there they cannot get over Israel know now the cloud reported because Israel was founded as a Jewish state. That alone makes an apartheid state so its founding as a refuge for Jews after the Holocaust.

In 1947. That makes it even before it was official that makes it apartheid state that what we saw was the two responses.

One quick response from our Biden US ambassador to Israel you on twitter. He responded to the report said come on this is absurd. This is not language that we have used and will not use him. It was that it was tepid response got absurd that the second part like so much, which is this not language issues we use are dealing with. Right then I have to say, the State Department spokesman said that the US does not generally come in a report by these outside groups, but this is this is good is good a good move.

It rejects the view that Israel's actions constitute apartheid that is very very important and that's what he says. I think that it's important as the world's only Jewish state that the Jewish people must not be denied the right to self-determination and we must ensure there isn't a double standard being applied.

That was from the State Department under the by ministration. They got that one right is net price. He was speaking to the press briefing to non-Turks, explained by 21, we reject the view that Israel's actions constitute apartheid, the department's own reports have never used such terminology.

We are committed to promoting respect for human rights in Israel.

The Mustang dust in the Gaza Strip. We have an enduring partnership with Israel and we discussed a wide wide range of issues with our Israeli counterparts, including those related to human rights and human rights in the Middle East exist in which they would just be honest I don't even I get that they're committed to promoting respect.

That's what Israel but even say and the West Bank and Gaza. That's not Israel's fault that Thomas's fault that the people there. They decided to to elect Thomas a terrorist group to rub okay so I don't have to feel bad for those people there individuals there you can assist with it, but the mass population still behind the terrorist group in the West Bank. They allow 88-year-old autocrats to steal all their resources, etiquette, and so they get paid off, to be martyrs that so should we even be having a discussion. No about Israel should not be included with the West Bank as rather the fact it's part of its reality geographically, but they are. These are bad actors in both read the of those territories and the partisan loss on one end of the other is is a get that they to steal, but you and I was interested in the Arab world has had enough said enough in the ghostly say we can do business with Israel. This the best economy in and I think that a real economy such as patient oil subspace of this resource. Technology novices and others flights back and forth their they said when I can abide to this John Kerry, State Department diplomat view that we can't move on if we don't solve the crisis that they like terraced beliefs right.

I appreciate that price thing that they want to ensure the United States want to assure that there is not a double standard applied with Israel but hello, how are they going to ensure that because there is one example. In this answer Amnesty International report. They glossed over the fact that Hamas is been firing thousands of rockets into Israel at civilians, but they went at great length in the same report to accuse Israel of criminal acts by their response to the rockets fired into Israel from Thomas. That's just one example of a double standard. We've been dealing with these reports standing with these groups for decades, and we have counted them when we think the wrong we counted them successfully at the United Nations but I want to make a back statement and get you to respond on the diplomatic side. The fact statement is there is not a more liberal democracy in the region in the Middle East region than the state. The Jewish state of Israel because every minority group there that you can conceive of his given constitutional lease stats for that we have a Constitution but there's that's for the laws but in the call basic law. The basic law protects everyone including representation in the Knesset, which is the parliament, including religious freedom try BAA Christian in Israel pretty pretty sick, straightforward, try to be a Christian in the Gaza Strip. Not so good. We have personal experience on that we represent a family that's husband who operated the Palestinian Bible study bookstore was killed in broad daylight, so we know what this is really about the Amnesty International conveniently ignores that reality. What is also not a better friend in the United States in the region in Israel and there's not a a country in the world is under more withering attack at the United Nations. And that's why look I agree with Wes. I agree with what you said J the statement from that price is a good response to this report coming out, look, I quite honestly J, I expect a lot more from our ambassador to Israel and our ambassador to the United Nations. We need to see a statement that says something like, okay, the statement from that price is good and here's our action items when the state of Israel comes under withering attack.

The next time at the United Nations high.

We, the United States will be first in line to defend her against those baseless accusations date.

There's not a more powerful country in the world and there's not a country that is more deserving of our support in Israel. The people that are tasks that have the duty of carrying out the US policy date they need to tell us what they're gonna do not just say the report is wrong. This again folks.

There is a response I like the factors are and what they considered to play the whole by right mouse is they actually said in this is a get to the special Israel long-term. It's a visual treat passing people that respect, dignity that is not the problem.

State Department said how the Israelis are treated is how their leaders treated and cured. You just call out a people group will like terraced so you know what maybe the nightly people. Maybe as a whole. This is not great people and I don't try to overthrow Hamas moved to do that at a mass scale.

There individuals that we don't like we've represented it before but on a mass scale. There's no move to overthrow Hamas. This widespread support for them is the air world said enough utilities terraced record to keep dealing with terrorist who are not good actors on the world stage when it comes the West Bank know… And muddy that he wants is all just go into the coffers of a few people why the people remain it's it's it's I give it five things the way of living doesn't improve, is because it'll get billions of dollars in siphoned off. It's also like corrupt bureaucrats also why we want just have an office in truth we can be fully engaged on these issues on a national network increase in one state that I would encourage others broadcast every day and waiver for this because of your support.
