Very Christmas from frustration to gift another 299 now Sharon post, call one 800-6843 11/quickly you use things like video or Zelda which open up what types are on my big to sin is basic like what the pastor was like using cash if you knew if you were going to pay someone maybe a small fee, heavy man, or a tip or you were splitting the bill at dinner instead of handing over your four different credit cards. One person has of the credit card and then you been no rest of the money to the person who paid with a credit card so that it was this confusing of a transaction for the for the waiter and for the restaurant. This is something we all got used to a pretty much in our country. I think that certainly I mean that the idea of.

It's basically like having cash in a digital way. Wishing you could transfer quickly and you got to go through the same processes of a wire transaction. We got up and I was bank that on somebody you have all these different things and those still exist for larger transfers were talking about the small transfers.

The IRS is now issued a regulation to start allowing them access to those to those transactions at 600 aggregate dollars a year doubt the current that before this regulation is to put into perspective. It was $20,000 and not or and 200 transactions a year.

So you had to be taking it $20,000 or more and 200 and more or more transaction so that would be so who is really using for their business at a regular very regular and a likely should be reporting on the 1099 that income that that that was no problem.

No one had issues with $20,000 and 200 transaction you start dropping it to $600 aggregate. A year and there's no transaction number, so should talking about babysitters, handyman and the confusing situation where the burden is going to be on you if you are the nice guys announcement on my card. You guys been MOBI.

You gotta make sure I get to keep that receipt which has been something that I know, generations, wives were used to digital everything but you don't. If the place is an offer that you gotta keep that receipt because the IRS comes knocking.

You've done that a few times a year and they want to know him. Where's that receipt to prove that you were just getting paid by these people free cash from these people in the process of a reimbursement had that all the record-keeping because with the but it also allows the IRS] are not getting to your bank account yet.

They're getting very close know what they've done is and are doing this through remote makings. This is a law. This is a regulation I put in place so that's that's number one number two what it allows and this is what we have to be very concerned with is inputs like you just said join the owners now is on the taxpayer. If I we all go to lunch and I put on my credit card and you will pay me back in that this would be 1099's created and I got a show. No, no, no, that was an income that was just reimbursement of money.

I laid out just complicate this is not going to increase revenue of any significant proportion.

Yet the government gets in working to get into this what we can do about it at the same time we are on guard for the bill that has both a revocation of the learner role, which is the one that prohibits targeting of conservative organizations and also changes the election law scenario between state and federal control. That's can be picked up in January we just got word on that. We want to talk to at 1-800-684-3110.

Your comment on all of this elections, election integrity, the issue of the IRS and your business will talk about all that but also we don't want you to peruse a 1-800-684-3110 but don't forget to support the work of the American Center for Law and Justice. We are literally down to eight days in our matching challenges of the most important eight days of our year right now support a working ACLJ.or right of the homepage will see the donate by their matching talent to be part of it.

You can cite a one-time donation you can make it very donation will still be part of the match. Either way whether it's $10 $100 or $500 is also critical to the ACLJ's were grassroots funded organization donate today ACLJ.org be part of our matching challenge we write back on second the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who are persecuted for their faith. Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful.

Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift comes 20 oh $50 gift becomes 100.

This is a critical time for the ACLJ the work we do.

Simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge today make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you and your family. You forgive today online ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life.

We created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn. It's called mission like it will show you how you are personally and publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the abortion industry and what Obama care means to the pro-life in many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right question for economy mission life today online ACLJ/close to on this venture. There's a lot. What a question about how the impact them as a small businesses independent providers handyman services babysitters.daughters and granddaughters break into bite. Mow the lawn in the neighborhood if they hit their taking in any year over $600-$601 then they hit they will be subject to the iris will be able to look at those transactions and then add subject to like 1099s then you got people who are just using these services.

A lot of times we as reimbursement so that you don't have to beat some of that golf done with restaurants it where you all put it down, put on my car to someone else puts on their card is the cost of this bid value also you if you got. If your abuses tipping that, but you don't get small dollar transaction.

What the IRS is trying to do and that's claiming this is about revenue, but let's be honest, the revenue generated by this because how much work they have to do to really track it down is is not is about spying on you know me. Here's a thing and I'm go to any person here in Andy you. This is another ability of the federal government through rulemaking through regulation actually to put in place a regular now law and regulation resisting closing a loophole, but the reality is up. If someone's getting money from babysitting money they probably that's what they do for a living, not likely that even meet the federal income tax threshold, but now all this paperwork and IRS reporting is being generated that where this goes is not a good sign know it's a terrible time but what it is, as Jordan alluded to earlier, it's an attempt again by the IRS to snoop into the activities of even the smallest of us taxpayers on the planet in the United States of America, trying to look into our lives trying to make a determination of one money little inches and inches and times and dollars. They can probably possibly accumulate but it's an attempt to snoop through rulemaking and not congressional action but it is an attempt again. Interject themselves into our daily lives by giving us 1099s saying that's income to you and putting the burden on the taxpayer on the individual citizen on the person by Google. Jordan says he picked up the tab at the restaurant, but it gives money from the other people to just paying them off are all who have to show that that's not income that simply reimbursement but in the larger picture. It's the United States of America through the Internal Revenue Service, which is the great octopus of the federal government getting into our daily lives tax that may amount to what the year $18 $50 $100. That's what bothers me. People retired you really see right now who I can outside the regular tax system now because that you there.

It's Social Security retirement is set up this way. Now it's like that it's it's allowing the IRS to get into people's transactions that they really before had no bit had no reason to. So this wasn't enough wasn't enough for them to have revenue on. I think that the really what to try to go at is the retired and and people who are just scraping together at living who would not be subject to any federally have a magic appraisal bring up that right. That's what makes docility retired people are outside of that, the regular system as well so you not hear him try to figure out what the real impact of this is an apartment is on the taxpayer, which we all are. You be concerned about this absolutely so plain and simple.

This is simply another IRS espionage and its led by individuals who are related at least in part two James Comey the failed FBI directly. Philosophically, the IRS claims that this initiative is designed to bridge the tax gap of billions of dollars from a lack of taxpayer compliance and reporting that's an nonsensical claim because those who are specializing in hiding money from the IRS know how to escape IRS burdens and requirements they can hire tax accountants. They can hire lawyers they can engage in moving money overseas. So at the end of the day.

The burden of this new reporting requirement will be felt largely on the middle class, small business owners handyman and handy women, and so the lower middle class in the United States, and the middle class will now run the risk of doing what overpaying the IRS because the IRS will in some respects insist that they have made money when simply may have received reimbursement from their fellow's citizens. I think at the end of the day the Biden administration really does not care about raising funds. They care about increasing the burdens on the American people because at the end of the day it's all about control and it's all about a backdoor way of advancing, at least in small part the bill back better program through regulation as opposed to through statutory enactment. It's important to keep in mind. For instance, that there is a bill back better program in Canada.

There is a bill back better program in Haiti in the United Kingdom throughout the world. So at the end of the day. I think the American people should be very suspicious of this move by the IRS. It's only one part of a larger puzzle. Yet that baby.

Janet on Facebook. I feel like this disgrace a major headache for everyday Americans with a false assumption that the majority right. That is, the assumption is that you're not reporting your correct income in your using apps which track everything you do certain that that receipt is also ridiculous because it the other day at any time. If you are someone who is it going during the tax brackets you're paying income tax. These these are apps that have every present human if ever needed that they can get it they can get it and if you're someone who's a regular text. I feel like it is going after people who they can't go after under their current system because they're not very good.

They're not making the income threshold or the retired, that make the threshold that way. So on that front in its your kids also just people who are immigrants try to return to work and put some money together and I feel like what this will do once poor people figure this out. Is it just it just pushes back to a cash system which we moved away from because of its big it's. It was convenient but this actually becomes more intubated start Karen Cascio know. I think this is the 20 buckets of this entire problem and I think the call rehab really enlightens exactly what the problem is going to be yet.

Simon and Minnesota online what he Simon Logan Sekulow on their author and got me mad. We have the sign in the Army and we went to visit him over Thanksgiving and right after that he had it made to break on his car breakdown that we can then let him $1500 to get that repaired.

But then you get a ticket on a comment and that government back in thinking with that than a grandmother that backdate that the money I do.

I suppose I ate a salad and that that not income it money given the fact that work style. First of all, this is exactly the problem we got now to at least two reportable transactions, neither of which are actually taxable and would you first. What you could gifted the money to your son, and they can pay you back and is not really limited to any patient back to hereinafter show that it came in that you lent the money to your son you put It probably add that to your get the receipt get rose from your son missing and that's interesting this is. This is the point right here summer ticket assignment example why not wait receipt. It would be his sucks. Now you gotta go to his son to get the receipt to keepers records, but the sun is because he will be getting is any really quickly or this is Simon's question is exactly the problem J this law. This regulation is based upon the assumption that the people of the United States of America are themes, liars and cheats and you can't trust him and we have to supervise them and engage in espionage. That's the basic assumption here that have a dishonest population. This is Simon's call was was perfect because this is exactly what you don't want the federal government doing absolutely and and this is why you resist.

There is a way we've Artie looked at this, so your dysregulation go through. I don't think the current Congress that the makeup right now. The house closely, but we all know that is likely coming to it in regards outside the political drugs use massive wave of retirements and the Democrats of the aisle was at me when you can go it legislatively takes power away from the IRS so worded in that as we move forward with this.

You kind of keep track of these you put the study. Second, this is something that Republican Congress has gotta fight back against and they have to go shape if they come in a Republican cars event to negotiate with the bite of his 50s at the veto power for couple years but you can't legislatively fix these power grabs by the IRS to figure out ways they can get inside your accounts that they normally would not be able to do and to get its head of it since accusatory position that all Americans are somehow bad and not doing what they're supposed do it not following the law get this is a reason to support the work they see LJ we fought the IRS, we have no issue fighting IRS again. They are trying to change the rules on how to target conservative groups to get as well say that you can target for political this is a topic that supports a seal J our work is very critical to protecting your rights ACLJ.org be part of the matching child supposed of the year by late days donate today@aclj.org. Only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications of 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the worship ministry and what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for copy mission life today online seal/the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad.

Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those for their faith covering correction in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life reports it in Congress. Seal J would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift comes 20 oh $50 gift becomes 100.

This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you beautiful gift today online and see LJ numbers 100-6831 20, knows what hundred 68431106 Tracy@because of the failure of Bill back better.

Were starting to see the Biden ministry should a lot of pressure from the progressives and liberals to use executive authority to at least try and use executive authority in the regulatory process.

Implement some of those programs and one of those programs was an increase in the size of the IRS budget $80 billion and 87,000 new IRS enforcement agents so that didn't obviously didn't pass a bill back. That is what Joe mentioned then. So it's dead for now but now we see the IRS trying to up doorways to increase what they're saying is increase the revenue I think it's twofold they may want more money because it's it's it's an agency that is not well-run and does not really work in 2022 is worried about the reach of me and still run off like typewriters, but at the same time if it they are just there to be able to just get into everybody's accounts because then, though, so eroded that use it for three dollars to pay for something that at any farmers market. Don't worry if they did, and a lot of times of equal $600 you be in the line but I think most people who use these apps are your spirit are using more than six dollars year so we got that so were getting our teams to get on top of this and see what we can do legislatively to undo this first beer now HR1.

The Senate version now is Chuck Schumer saying he is going to move that right after the first of the year. He wants to scrap the legislative filibuster to do it.

He this will first eviscerates integrity of the election process because it takes out of the state control and put basically everything, centralizing the federal government that will include mail ballots. All residents banning state from implementing any voter ID measures and legalizing ballot harvesting which is always inviting front door and explain everybody what that is.

Setting ballot harvesting is you go into a nursing home and you basically utilize a law that allows you to if someone ask you then need help filling out the ballot. You can basic telling who to vote for. So you could say or or out for a population which may be new to voting so immigrants have just become US citizens who are not up to speed on our political process and the different parties and said that's what we harvesting the second wave harvesting is put in the back of the boxes out so there's there's actual in person harvesting where you are actually telling the people who to vote for and using a lot like what they asked for assistance and that is ripe for abuse. Think about the nursing home situation were people I get there there for a reason and they're being manipulated by people and I will just tell you what issue is that the left does this very well and conservatives that the kind of don't think it's the right thing to do, so they don't do it. The second is the drop boxes for the battle over it. They did what campers on the dropbox is one of if it really was that of fairly abroad is where you put your ballot in why were you so concerned about this being watched by camera because there was nothing good going on with this.

That's not how the process should work as valid now as it was absurd right at any because you would not Oregon. In every state. Oregon decided as a state we are going to use the system.

We have a population. We think this will work for us. They put all the safeguards it is like a cycle. It was Chino at any time you enough. You moved a couple times it's been more than 10 years or they haven't got rid of the voting rolls like a lot of blue states don't go to those processes multiple, as I called live ballots that live ballots, not a request for a ballot but an actual ballot, to choose the President stated that we know what campers on those boxes. It's just that they try to do it the sense of its voter intimidation, yet have voter integrity. I think that what you have to cut through. This is this is not about race is not about voter intimidation. It's about integrity. If you get a move to systems and modernize voting and allow for these kind of mail in a dry security must have the security and you can't buy it, put in the care of the boxes about racist.

Why, what are you doing that you don't want people to be able to see law enforcement to be able to read the ballot mean and you said these were lightly ballot harvesting places that the boxes were lined up on Like Peachtree St. in Atlanta yeah yeah there were lined up along Ponce De Leon Ave. in Atlanta which I've traversed for 47 years plus next to newspaper boxes everywhere you put a nickel in a got a newspaper route will next. It was a ballot harvesting by and there was no one there was no one there. There was no camera there. There was no one guarding it.

There was no one watching it you just went in and drop your ballot in your supposedly your ballot and then someone came in harvest of the ballot it in a manner that that Jordan not describe this is this is where there is no election integrity and we can finally break free to continue that we have an email going out on that today but Harry when you look at the situation of voter ID, something that basic, why would we centralize this in the federal government.

Well, we would centralize it in the federal government because the federal government wants to control it. Number one, number two, the Democrats want to make sure that they win every future election and so they would like to do as much as possible undercover and so they are opposed. For instance, to virtually every state voter integrity measure even though every single country, virtually in the world has, for instance voter ID but the Democrats are claiming somehow that voter ID when it happens in the United States is racist. I think at the end of the day the Democrats are consumed by their own incoherence. You all of this points to what your support of the ACLJ allows us to do around the globe, but here in the United States, and this gives you a sense of it. Not only this broadcaster comes to you every day, but all the work that we do around the globe.

We got an email that's out right now that's outlining exactly what were doing on things like election integrity and the IRS try to revoke the learner will which we won in federal court, and none of that happens without your support and wearing a matching challenge campaign were down to the last basically eight days here later.

Nine. Internet etiquette site so these are our biggest days is the biggest days of the year for us right now in years or ceiling is absolutely critical and George and let you know exactly how this matching challenge works but I want to encourage you if you've not yet donated to the ACLJ.

This would be the time to do it at ACLJ.org really important that you do it. Yes it's it's a simple matching challenge. We have a group of donors and they agree for these critical bots of the year to match the donations that come through so that means that you have to take the initial action for them to match. So while they'll match the $500 donation you met someone had to make that $500 donation to trigger that match the $20 donation of five dollars donation@andyoudotheaclj.org and when you're at ACLJWC around the top of page matching challenge donate button I get all life that you're come up in a break in a minute you would be able to do all that your donation well before we come back, that breakeven it is that only a minute break were about.

You could do it that quickly. You can also choose their and we get this question number times that the year you can. She was there to make a recurring donation. So if you want to make a $25 automatic donation monthly to the ACLJ put that box you will still be part of the matching challenge this month that $25 you donate today and you can separate recurring. You can also do a one time if you wanted baby while you have or currently would make a larger interview donation. You do that you could do that and still be part of the match. This is I get I just can't repeat enough how is for our work at the ACLJ we try to always explain notes for this broadcaster is bigger than the broadcast radio show at the those who support us financially do understand that and you can certainly see it at ACL trade artist matching challenge donate today ACLJ.or second hours at the American Center for Law and just as will engage in critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge for every dollar you donate, it will be managed $10 gift becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 you can make a difference in the world who knew protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms to you and your family. Give a gift today online ACLJ keeping you informed anything now is Jordan secular secular live broadcast to let you know live I record now, and Mike Pompeo are to be Geordie us some foreign policy issues as well as we finished out the year and what's well in a world which seems very dangerous, even outside of the covert issue a world where you see I Chinese aggression Taiwan Russian aggression in Ukraine and the threat of nuclear the use of nuclear weapons on Russian state TV, so I may pay for this. Again, it's not a was LAK a private News organization. This was it's it's Russian owner they're talking about this room talk about these issues as well and and how it affects us here at home. I know that Rick has got a piece up on energy independence and how we've given this energy independence away through these climate records and were also punishing many allies first edit your Poland, Vietnam, India, Japan barred from receiving US energy support under new regulations by the bide ministration and so I get that affects you to because those are countries that you would rely on to work with you if there were if there were any kind of conflicts. Also, supranational security purposes year round, and you suddenly cut them off from into the energy support, and they're in trouble. They're scrambling but they're also not as it's like these administration with their traders dismantle the US superpower and take us at and it's quickly happening we start seeing a China who can realistically say a country where most people are living in very rough conditions that we would consider the US but they can actually say that we see ourselves next superpower and in the girls in the not like 25 year future like in the few years that they will be the dominant power that allows the Russians. Also, don't miss it will be the dominant power but will be ignored by the church. The Chinese will let them go on on what they want to do in their region of the world to also take extraordinary actions, they would not do. If they really feared United States of America shall be getting that into the second half are broadcast. Yeah, this is a mean there's a lot going on here, but as we get ready to have Rick Grenell and then former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo course Rick was the director of national intelligence and investment Germany I wanted to just a moment here at and we are getting near the end of the year say we have people like Rick and people like Mike Pompeo Rick Grenell Mike on bail because of your score. The ACLJ and without it we don't get those kind of expert that kind of expertise which helps us around the globe and helps you around the globe and the fact of the matter is that I do want to share this the we did a campaign for 2021 called ACLJ now more than ever, and part of that now more than ever, was bringing on to members think about this everyone to members.

The President trumps cabinet work with the American Center for Law and Justice in the most senior positions to member of the President's cabinets are part of the team at the ACLJ zone. We are countering some of the initiatives of the current administration we are doing that with the expertise of a former director of national intelligence, and a former Secretary of State who also happen to be the former director of the Central intelligence agency as well. CIA and Secretary of State. So when you look at the background of who were dealing with and the kind of staffing team we been able to assemble without your support. It doesn't happen. And of course you hear our experts every day on this broadcaster would bring this broadcast every day of five days a week, 52 weeks a year. Your support of this organization makes that difference. I want to encourage you George and explain the matching challenge you do it right now if you haven't already done so, if you have thank you guys so here is what you did. We have a group of dollars they say vast donation this were you coming they don't match unless you make the initial donation so out there ready to match her $25, $30 donations or you double the impact this month of what you donate because you are triggering that match each time donation comes through@aclj.org your triggering that matching challenge so that matching donor is okay that $25 K member matching that that $50 $200 comes intervention.

That's $400 and these are critical months we set this up so whether you want to set up a recurring donation or you will make a one-time larger donation. This is the time to do it because you're doubling the impact of the donation is ACLJ.org donate today. The American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those for their faith. Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life reports and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful.

Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift comes 20 oh $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ the work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you.

You forgive today online ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ Jesus were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists ramifications. 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the abortion industry and what Obama care means to the prone life in many ways your membership is powering the right to question your free copy of mission life today online ACL data/we have Julius in Rick Grenell is available by phone. I Rick, of course, is our and we were time of this is the first half-hour cedar vies for national security for policy so it's not just because of the broadcast tequilas like that are contributor on a TV that you see. But as part of our team and is at peace up.

We have got you broadcast about the by demonstration abandoning America's energy independence but also how this is affecting our allies. A Rick I appreciate you joining us today just right off the bat. I think that your pieces if it starts with the idea of quote, we will oppose it puts our allies like Poland and Vietnam in the Japan barring them from receiving US energy support explained that people will really thought about this latest move from the Biden administration that they are upholding certain forms of energy independent and you know unbelievable when you think about telling other countries that they can't use coal, they can't use the oil and they can't use certain natural gas height now what what is really remarkable about remarkable about that that many countries have to have a mix of energy can't just have wind and solar. They need to have Colby cat that got plant that are you know using coal for 20 years. That got a source of cold so it sheet look we all get that we want to improve the environment and defend the environment but cutting energy and and energy projects from other countries simply because at the call project or at an oil project is really remarkable because they're gonna find themselves in the situation like California with a happy rolling blackout rolling energy called fees simply because the Biden administration of demanding that the debtor country do more wind and solar project of the light were not going to help them fund the project. Rick you also send your piece that the new policy not only impacts our foreign partners as we just talked about, but also penalizes US energy companies look one of the breakout of the last five, six, seven years in the United States in terms of the transformation of the of the energy industry is that we have become, for the first time ever in energy exporter with liquid natural gas not think about that.

We've been on Middle East oil for so long here in the United States that during the Trump administration. When we moved to explore natural gas which we have plenty of access to hand United States that transformed our economy and transform the industry and a lot of not hurt as much Middle East oil and let us grow that clean energy source which is natural gas, and it been an explosion for American job. We've had so many companies grow, and be able to begin to fell overseas. Certainly, we note temper energy. Frampton has a big huge American company out of California. They have a big operation in Mexico about creating jobs, both in the US and in this is an amazing opportunity for American companies but yet this latest move from the Biden administration is that we won't be able to fund projects overseas with our partners that have certain forms of liquid natural gas that are not clean enough and that's what the Biden administration labeling things if they're not clean and updated. They don't need a standard and were not even Find them. But you know what's really talking J is that just pick a country like Germany. Germany cocked the big a big game about clean energy and wanting to have you know a climate policy that is always geared toward clean energy but they have coal plant.

They use coal energy and fill in the front of the United States. So we have to be able to be smart about not cutting out the country cold turkey speak. I just simply because the energy source that they have available to them is not clean enough to find it elsewhere and I would assume Rick to be looking towards China's and the Russians of the world to find it.

And these are countries that want to necessarily be reliant or doing business at that level is Russia, China, but if you force them into doing it. They gotta keep the lights on the gotta keep the plants on what you said Jordan totally key because that not like when we tell them were that were not enough on call plan or oil plan that they're not going to stop using coal and oil.

They they have to use it in their energy mix and fill it default choice that the Biden is patient giving them because it's really not going to cause them to do anything but look to Russia and China for coal and oil and our products are much cleaner and me. There is a truth to cleaner coal that is that that is the truth that you use technology you can create cleaner coal and so I think that what we have to do it is take the countries where they are. What is their energy Max, how are they getting their energy source. Yes, we want to diversify them, but we need to understand that they are going to go for the cheapest energy source for the people in that Olympic energy attended just a just administration ago and it's amazing to me Rick that it's changed so rapidly and that impacts our national security as well. 100% and that's one of the reasons I love being with the ACLJ is that we we have holistic luck when it comes to energy or human right and and foreign policy and domestic policy and at 80, it's one of the thing that I'm most proud of being a headache the other day that we get to do all sorts of different policies that interact and intermingle. I can't imagine not being a part of ACLJ not being able to write pieces like what I just get up@aplj.org to be able to put some of the Biden administration policies and the perspective what that mean for our domestic audience. What is our foreign policy. How do these affect human right and the freedom that that I get to be able to write and speak out at ACLJ is just like no other place.

I'm really appreciative that we can bring together all these issues under one roof is for people to a time where it's easy to ignore the rest of the world because of COBIT and because of the situation to travel and people are moving around in the kinds dealing with Christ at the crisis, but it's it's to make sure they understand, Rick is it really all that that is happening is impacting you at home and I think that by bringing you on having part of team putting these kind of new perspectives on the articles at ACL data in order to bring on this can explain to everybody. Is it always it ties back to right at home that is so true because you look at the infant, in particular up by by demonstration band or not to help fund Warren country that don't have clean energy thought you might think I will let you bad for Bulgaria or Serbia because of our some other country, but it actually impacts because if you work for a company are you live in a state where energy job in energy production are part of your economy.

This directly impact you and your economy as we were getting ready to close out the segment Rick, I want to reiterate something you just said that is the unique role that we get to play at the American Center for Law and Justice, and all of these policies. I I'm really humbled to be able to be a part of the team and the only way that we get to be a part of the IMO to the big you know when I ran J you know that there's an added that help edit it to make sure that it correct.

There are a team of people that put it out there production people. This is not a cheap endeavor, but it if you're hearing our boy if you're reading the paper that ACLJ you know hopefully people understand that this is something that's expensive that we need to be able to continue funding because I it's invaluable to me to be able to have a play like ACLJ that allows us to bring perspective from foreign policy and domestic copy together earlier everybody in Rick. I really appreciate you saying that you know you got the former director of national intelligence was also ambassador during the 10 years of experience at the United Nations and we have the former Secretary of State who also happen to be the director of the CIA.

All of that happened this year. Rick Rick. We appreciate your input is important.

Your insight and your being a part of the team. But during this goes right back to why it's so important for people to stand with the ACLJ in these last days he ever said it from his perspective. He sees the team that works with him just on the piece, I got a place to write is for the right hyperlinks are there so that your understanding how this links back.maybe other pieces been written or other work that's been done so you can take that you can learn a lot but also you can share with prison family and that's not one person. It's not just Rick and it's not on the broadcasts it said weather watch the broadcast listing the broadcast making sure both those things are working the same rest of the time it really the production side, all the legal work and policy work. All the people involved there. It's because of your financial support ACLJ we are grassroots organizations based on grassroots level donation where you $25 donation of $35 donation.

This is time for the ACLJ the work we simply would not occur without your generous heart wrenching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you. You forgive today online okay our senior counsel for global affairs estate Mike Pompeo Geordie is now a puppy I would jump right into Beasley got crippling propaganda machines. The state owed news network services owed directly by rush doctors like affiliated not friendly but actually owned by Russia and the head of the station goes on to talk about the US and Ukraine and the quote translators were holding very strong cards in our hands are hypersonic weapons are guaranteed to produce a response that is so unpleasant for America to hear being reduced to radioactive ash yeah you could say it's bluster, but on the other hand, I'm this is a new era of using nuclear weapons as a threat to America and her allies are quite right that kind of language is relatively unprecedented from the show who is directly connected to a state that adds a nuclear capability. Scale and scope.

The Russians do the book Vladimir Putin controlled. While there's probably some bluster and it is probably probably something going on inside of Russia where that made him say that we should take seriously the threat of a credible threat that Russians are presenting not only hypersonic weapons to which he referred to write the incredible military buildup that they placed along Ukraine's eastern border. This is a serious challenge is the challenge to the by administration that they want to buy and give them the new start treaty treaty that we were holding out that we could find what happened at wrap it up to fix this with you but we need something for them by an administration gave it to them then give them the pipeline in exchange for nothing. They have seen this administration came time after time, and I think they're convinced that they can get the ministration you gave to the demands of Vladimir Putin is laid out again this matter to the American people. The central idea that border should be respected and sovereignty is important and democracy should be rewarded for something the American people understand impacts them everyday and I hope this administration doesn't allow the Putin the prudent team that you you quoted from there. Today this place central understanding is J Mike, supposedly the same media outlet in the same spokesperson is saying that Putin is put forward written agreements to NATO and which guarantee he wants guarantees that NATO never expands anytime in the future the same media hosted Jordan quoted said Russians prepared and handed over to the Americans.

It's written proposals on strategic stability, or more simply on the present rate, prevention of nuclear war. Since we are already at a critical point.

To be honest, it's simple. The US and NATO must rollback from our borders. Otherwise, we will figuratively speaking, rolled up to their borders and create symmetrical unacceptable risks if you put a gun to our head. We will respond in kind, that this is the language coming out of a state-controlled media in Moscow is almost certainly are reflecting what I don't that they control Israel later messages that Putin himself intends for Western audiences. I'll probably put it on the current internal audiences as well but remembered that he knows let me if I can invade Russia you know you knows that there is no threat to his homeland. This is what he has pop proffering when he talks about what we can't expand NATO. What serious and what matters most is that they are clear about the things that we have expectations for. We were working to try and find J they feel they talked about this before, a good arms treaty makes sense. We are working to find a place with him on the strategic weapon systems along with the Chinese in their new nuclear capable programs, but we couldn't get to a place which protected America I am.

I'm afraid that whether it's climate change that is driving it or something else that doesn't protect America security interest. This administration is probably hear those words and is prepared to say like were not prepared to do the right thing to protect things that matter to every every American. All across our country… He prepare for the American people is that it's like Putin is putting in place a possibility where he could blame his invasion of Ukraine. If they if they take those steps go further what they're already doing on the US and NATO and say I had to do this is because of of the United States and NATO, and I am people have to be pretty educated on this topic to understand why that's not true. Yet, I thought some reporting that suggested that the Russians were accusing United States, appointing chemical weapons the side of Ukraine to create a provocation that the government or the right thing. They deny that I'm I got while I'm not privy to all the actions I'm very confident that did not take place with classic KGB Russian Soviet disinformation designed to make them look like the victim, not the aggressor that they are to 2022. Just days ahead.

What you see is the most pressing national security issue. Organizations near the long-term challenge that will face right away is continuing to press the Chinese Communist Party answers about how we now had millions of people killed across the world from a virus that escaped from the country answer to either holding people in the western part of the province and using slave labor force for sterilizations upon this people lots of answers about Chinese, his party had me but what's Taking Pl. in Vienna and Tehran on these negotiations with the Iranians is also something that is very concerning. The administration is not thrown up their hands are turning to blame the trumpet ministration for the life that they found themselves in.

And it is them. It is the kind of place. This ministration is found itself before and has not demonstrated result, you can pick them off, perhaps starting first and foremost with Afghanistan and the way that they so poorly exited their cost. 13 Americans to be killed as secretary would been telling Lauren and talk with our donors around the country and those that listen to this broadcast watches on television. You had record out.

Not on for three minutes but 11 minutes discussion on issues which might not be again and the flashy enough to get on like to get on a cable news three minute segment but you got to understand because is that those of the real event they become the flashy issue real quick when you get a new nation of Russia and Ukraine by Russia or the invasion of Taiwan by the Chinese same time we were that were cutting off our allies and energy support and how we are really dismantling our own standing as a US superpower but were able to bring all this to get is because your financial support is last for the broadcast I told you I would explain why it's key right now.
