What's Right What's Left
Pastor Ernie Sanders

You should launch as a medium steel bus laws now regret.

I don't regret something that we should investigate names of someone who frankly was a well respected British intelligence officer want to hear from you Sharon, call 1-800-684-3110. It is virtually impossible to get that information to a federal judge for secret surveillance warrant without the deputy director of the FBI, knowing, and I think all roads lead to any McCabe. His credibility is in question, not to mention that of Peter Shockley's page and indicate orchestrated the insurance policy to prevent Donald Trump from becoming President. That's their own text message shipped out so they show it's a defense after we've word all this information about the steel dossier. The folding steel.ca the fact that the main source of the dust is now been indicted by the FBI for lying to the FBI was making up this information with with the Clinton campaign's top allies include their top attorneys also been indicted by the FBI. This is again the idea that the chairman of the House intelligence committee is going on national television. All the big submissions and defending the use of a photo dossier instead of allowing law enforcement if it take it and dissected, but instead he got ahead of it and he was the water member saying he had the information proving that the truck campaign colluded with Russia and he would act like he had this smoking God, but he was just rely on what is now been completely debunked document effectively. We we keep calling Chris were still well respected.remember, the FBI fired the FBI fired him cease their relationship because he was leaking to the press and by the way, why would you still say well-respected when he didn't do any backup research on this dossier.

So that was all lies, all wise.

I would play few out of shift. She could hear it on the Sunday shows Jacobite up was put as chair of the House intelligence committee near regret giving some credibility to the steel dossier before anybody had been able to verify anything and that a lot of those clips were done before there was any good verification look there some news organizations that made the mistake of publishing this dossier without verifying it. That's a separate conversation with those news organizations which will help give a credibility regret. I don't regret saying that we should investigate claims of someone who frankly was a well respected British intelligence officer.

They were partisan claims paid for by the Clinton law firm and was opposition research. You had all these those very issues, but so right there.

It starts off with okay baby problem remaking this kind of accusation against the sitting President United States that he is a Russian agent claiming that you you know that he is a Russian agent and remember special counsel gets appointed.

Nothing comes of it.

Nothing comes of that.

Then Adam Schiff rushes to them to support impeachment of Pres. Trump over a phone call with 35 people on so of course he doesn't regret steel dossier. He doesn't care about whether not the impeachment was a justified or not. It is taking intelligence, taking the work of the CIA and the FBI of of the of the world which should be without politics and plague politics with it, which is the worst you could do is a government official is take information that may or may not be true, and then utilize it. Take that your political opponent, that is.

Adam Schiff is now the defense here because these news outlets are also on the defense written about that. What hundred 684 31 two. There's lots talk about today is abided. Meet with Pres. G from China. That's later on this evening to talk about that again.

We got to work on life. To update you on as well. The ACLJake.

Let me encourage you, as always.

After this month of November is a matching challenge month to get double the impact your donation@aclj.org that ACLJ.org double your impact will be right back on second the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who face covering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift comes 20 oh $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ the work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms give a gift today online ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you personally and publication includes a look at all major ACLJ fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in ministry and what Obama care means to the pro-life in many ways your membership is powering the right question for copy mission life today online ACLJ/since Schiff say he regrets about spreading allies not present United States plunge the country into this very partisan division. You look back. There's a very high-profile trial going on today. Check including its exact closing arguments today. You will look back it. A lot of the start of this is unrest in our country were we couldn't have a conversation with each other about so you sort on the other side of an issue that was since it was everything was literally coming to blows and cities were brought fire. It begins with the divisiveness of partisan actions by people like Adam Schiff whose work claiming that a person have to country wanted to be the President who won the election fraudulently. One was a Russian agent working with headed that all these horrendous, salacious and unverified things now. It's not that they're just unverified. There it was totally false. Made up, and we know this, but now that now that it's now the media is beginning to accept that they were also wrong and they're having to kind of figure out what to do, but I was going to write you because the one thing that Schiff goes on the shows to defend his actions and and what you you noted something you thought was even more most troubling about kind of is his behavior.

I mean even the Washington Post is acknowledging they made a mistake and they got it wrong and that day they are near their reaction to this was was not right. Adam Schiff not only did these things and he's the chairman of the intelligence committee in the house. He knew the truth.

The information he knew about the flaws the holes in skills dossier in the story, but when he is confronted the Sunday shout talk shows his behavior and what he did was at the very least, very, very wrong and he was very very mistaken at the worst he was conspiratorial but when confronted. This is more alarming than what he did. There's no shame. There is no apology.

There is no embarrassment he could take a cue from the Washington Post to say look, but I got it wrong. I goofed up and I'm sorry there is none of that is one thing to lying to exaggerate and to use flawed material like Schiff did, but what is more alarming is that when caught in confronted, he does not appear to feel any sense of regret or responsibility not only for what he did in and the influence ahead and wrecking people's lives. What he did to the American people.

It distracted and divided us for the bulk of Trump's presidency shift does not feel normal guilt and responsibility and and Jordan this almost psychotic limitation. We were at the piece of trial and adversities from which he led that team and it hyper partisan, very nasty. I this is again this wasn't about what was trying to do was press the country and in the day that was what was clear was in the actual fear.

It was a partisan divide is listen back to Adam Schiff this in 2017 and he talks about the dossier becoming public and other actions taken was when you look at just what has become public.

Some of the public information is very much in line with what is reported net dossier this year.

He goes back to the idea that he always acted like he had something else but whatever he said was in line with her that Satan was talking it was all a coordinated effort, and it was just smoke and mirrors. I think that's correct. And so if you look at Adam Schiff's behavior and if you look at his absence of regrets about hyping and about lying to the American people. I think it is clear that he and least in my opinion, engaged in deliberate misrepresentations, particularly with respect to the dubious dossier. Adam Schiff loves to make explosive charges because he inhabits the world of make-believe. He stubbornly refuses to back down.

In spite of numerous indictments by John Durham showing that the Russia collusion narrative is merely a tissue of lies grounded in fabrication but rather than surrender to the true rather than backing down like the Washington Post has. Adam Schiff continues to offer absurdities consistently with both parents. Great claim that pushing absurdities leads inevitably to atrocities and one of the most massive atrocities in American history has been the Clinton inspired Russia collusion hoax. No one has done more to feed this narrative than Adam Schiff and the FBI. So while Schiff claims he has no regrets and giving credibility to the steel dossier. He continues to insist that Christopher C. Steel is a well-respected British intelligence officer. It is clear I think beyond question that Christopher Steele is arguably only well-respected by preschoolers and toddlers.

I this is Schiff again I will play by five because this idea that while we didn't know there was to be a lie when everyone was we were all saying that instead of just taking a reasoned approach to it, thinking about the issue. I kept pushing and pushing and pushing to have special counsel that had nothing by five and we could've known of course years ago that we would hear learn years later that someone was a primary source lied to him. But what I just said in the clip you just playing the ends up being exactly right, which is still did reveal that the Russians were trying to help elect Donald Trump that turned out to be all too true. Okay this idea one fact is that that was not Adam Schiff's claim answers. Real claim was down Trump was working as an agent for the Russians in his apparatus. It did so infiltrated they had made some deal with the devil if you will two to become President and be a Russian actor. That is what he was selling the American people. Not that Russia metals and elections. I don't agree with him that heat that Russia was trying to help elect Donald Trump. I think what Russia loves is the fact that they could put out a Foley dossier out with some really nasty stuff in it and get a special counsel pointed and have the country on fire. I think that is where the Russians they need it. If anyone was bamboozled by the Russians and played right into their head of creating a uncertainty in our country and questions our country is Adam Schiff and I think what's important about Adam Schiff to note is that unlike many members of Congress is the chair of the house Intel committee. He he he could've got this receive this information instead of running out to MSNBC West. He could have said, we can investigate this week we have our investigative are. We have our staff, the intelligence community, but I can go public with this record because the public fight back and forth we could really see if this is this is the really serious allegations and some also some really nasty stuff. So let's let's actually do the job before we start this. That wasn't done.

He deserves all the blame and this was he put he was the one who was acting like a Russian agent anyways because he was doing their bidding. Yeah exactly arming what you just described would have been the responsible thing to do for the chair of the House intelligence committee, but he's not a responsible person apparently and what what got me in his interview with the Chuck Todd was whenever he was asked about this, his first response was well all I can tell you is the chink of the Russian you know if it is been indicted. He deserves to be indicted and I can also tell you that unlike Michael Flynn and Roger Stone. He will not be pardoned by this present. That has nothing to do with what happened. It has nothing to do with which the reporter asked him yet that has nothing to do with that question. And so when he did that I thought well, what a smokescreen. What a deflection and I think this is where the American people are absolutely fed up with the disingenuousness and the dishonesty of people like Adam Schiff is going to be reflected in our elections. Looking at their dirt out of the lies and the distortions and the reason the American people are tired of this is because normal people normal American people. They do not operate with this level of clever deception and the parsing of words in order to get around the truth. Politicians, some of them do operate that way. Adam Schiff is the poster boy for people who operate with that level of deception in the parsing of words and trying to deceive people in order your tutor to follow up a political objective in this exactly what he did he would have more integrity and more respect for the American people. If he was simply say you know I did wrong.

I shouldn't of done it.

I was mistaken some level of apology, but it is not forthcoming this question.

Did you believe Adam Schiff instead of saying it out. He doesn't regret that instead say I do regret because he said that he has to love Donald Trump of Republicans. But what it did what it plugs the country into which was never ending and still going on today by which this high-profile term did the these issues facing the nation on fire literally at all start because I get fast and loose with info intelligence and phony intelligence Julie that Adam Schiff's apologize 164 3110 call 1-800-684-3110] only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ.

The work we simply would not occur without your generous coordinator matching challenge can make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you beautiful gift today online ACLJ is now actually just shows you where we should be focused as a nation when it comes to threats or it or issues from either adversaries are those who are at least in competition with like the brightness racially say so. This is breaking from CNN, the US space command is aware of a debris generating events in outer space there actively working to characterize a debris field and will continue to ensure all spacefaring nations have the information necessary to maneuver satellites if impacted. They continue on the US is quote very concerned about a major Russian antisatellite weapons test if that's what would cause the debris generating event would have been Explosion or some kind of weapons firing over the weekend and the State Department is preparing a statement that's to US officials to CNN one. There you have real issues. I know some that your space could be feel abstract. For some of us because if you're not yet in that field to succeed pretty far away, but it is very active for all of us to our broadcasting are so much with it.

We rely on and our focus is a country should be on these kind of issues and threats posed.

The cost threats to our infrastructure in space and the fact is that it's to the way the scene and reported this is your the US space command as if that's just a given that was mocked was despite the branch of the military now and it being developed still in some ways may develop their Artie taking the lead on these matters and it was present.

Trump who decided we have to do this. This is beats over it's the military that's a serious taking this New frontier in the in the in the world of superpowers and he was mocked and yet the Russians taking real action or cause real problems but we were spreading over time. Auditory dossier issues like that, you know I were totally distracted with the things that are not only important to the American people the things that are vital to our national security. This is part of what we tried to avoid for for two generations and that is the weaponization of space and you're right of the Democrats roundly criticized on Trump for creating the space for it with the topic of marking by late-night comedians. You know all through that time. And yet this is a real serious issue a real serious threat.

Whatever the Russians did over the weekend. Apparently they did not count on on the debris field being a threat to other satellites did not even mention the international space station you know and hope in war you could cripple the nation by taking other satellites and not only crippled or military. But the civilian population as well.

I think the seriousness of this cannot be overstated and will wait and see what what is actually happening. Kathleen are you to route an odd Schiff Absher's boldface lie to Americans numerous times after each session of the impeachment media went right along with the media started to eat. There'll start to put out corrections even some outlets have corrected every story the way that they were reporting information as not debunked and that is almost fact, the way it was put out there and the quest it was like the question before the country was Nelly if it was true or not it was whether or not the present still be the President of it and and whether or not this is a something to remove the President of your past that, but I these these actors have no regrets for what they did it literally that their own words.

No regrets for what the plugs that the nation into and of course we fought back and you all know that Ed and the truth wins out.

Ultimately, but the damage it's done in the meantime that's not done that sense of the fixed euros a country we hear about all these things every single day. What what drives the still the national discussion of the most divisive issues in the most and and everything becomes partisan and I think a lot of this started there.

It wasn't so much issues. It wasn't like Adam Schiff was. They all doubt from such socially liberal enough of this and that it was it was they didn't like someone outside of their world coming into Washington DC and why that's a mostly partisan plus a bureaucracy which is pretty bipartisan as well so I get ready to update you on this. I do want to segue into another very important issue. Either will work out the ACLJ we come back second-half outcome up being a lot more but we are doing a joint status report in court today on our FOIA with the department Health and Human Services on the fetal tissue research. Those are unsupported babies that are then you utilized in government-funded research. What was interesting what we are try to figure out is is is the funding continuing what kind of moral considerations legal consideration going into that the creation of the humanized mice with with again using aborted children's tissue and while that's going on what what we did uncover it again this is just head of the information it doesn't always get highlighted was that of the last time we receive a lot of documents. October was clear is that the Trump administration and the officials were actually working to cancel the contracts for any of these body parts and experiments so right there. Again, you had the right thing being done by the Trump administration of the credit getting another if this issue should be so divisive I think to be Wes's house was gut check issues as a nation I scientific research I did. I know there's people both sides is issued. Some because they well it's being done it. So why do we utilize already, but if you truly believe that that this is human life and not just a blob, which, but I think this kind of proves to some extent because of you can use these aborted children to do all this research will that is, does that say that such a sub fetus, but that that this human life there or if these experiments would work, but I made it. It part of our our our approach on this is looking at the moral justifications for me. As we discussed on this initiative. Many, many times this is the moral issue of our time.

It truly is.

We actually are having debates and discussions about when it is acceptable to kill an innocent human being in this idea of taking the body parts from the human being. Once the human being is killed is unconscionable, it should be a shock to all Americans. There were even having the discussion and that there are people who are actually for this of this pretty amazing guy. So that is a get an update for you is important at you in this first half hour why these issues are so important to the quarter us at the ACLJ. This is something so important to our mission socially current versus last minute for the back for second half hour.

I just would underscore that your support for ACLJ is why were able to ingest this first half-hour be directly involved in all these it's not just were not reporting on information where we got firsthand knowledge were either doing the legal work in court.

We were even ill at the impeachment directly across from Adam Schiff fighting back on this. These are still very real issues and of course movie for all the issues that were shot at the ACLJ is a great time support working at W Patrick donation at ACLJ.work that's ACLJ.org W.

I would like your comments on what is very important that Pres. Biden will be meeting that's a virtual meeting but first with her. It's kind of what the car the first face-to-face with Pres. G in China and remember this is after he is been installed as this, a life log you forever leader that he's been in the Congress party in China has since given in this title. It's only now one other Chinese official. I now present you as is. He is not left China much at all to travel on solidifying his grip. There at the same time, we note there are so many issues with Chinese actions all over the world and we know that that administration's idea has been that is not to confront but it is to compete, so the mite might core issue that Harry will regularly supply chain issues and adds the kind of infrastructure, real infrastructure issues is that you cannot compete with someone who is breaking off it breaks all the rules. That's the rulebook that he compete be with someone who has rules to follow rules on intellectual property, they steal the technology we are kind of I think we are just starting to finally feel the effects of making these deals for cheap labor and then we don't have the production capability here to make the chips that we need to attempt to keep phones going cart new-car production in the list goes audit on the national security threats posted it Taiwan. This this meeting. I get what will will know more tomorrow after the meeting, but not for me. They will make a play down the stakes they had spent That this is about as high-stakes as it gets.

It is, and the stakes would even be higher if we had a President who was prepared to confront Chinese dominance in so many areas he's unwilling, in my opinion, to confront China's offensive moves against Taiwan is unwilling to confront China with respect to a copyright and intellectual property violations.

He's unwilling to confront China with respect to fair trade and keep in mind this is all taking place against the backdrop of a supply chain crisis and so I think at the end of the day the Biden administration's unannounced policy of being prepared to compete rather than confront basically paves the way for increasing dominance by China.

So what we need in the White House. What we need in Congress are government officials who are indeed prepared to confront to insurer, for instance, that the Chinese do not commit human rights violations, and if they continue to do so, we should declare that we are unwilling to import up parts and other items from China but as a predicate to that. I think the Biden administration. They need to get their act together in the United States so that we produce more pharmaceutical products in the United States.

So we are less dependent on China, but at the end of the day. I think the Biden administration is prepared to double down on its policy of prey of a craven surrender to China on so many fronts and I think that's a public goods. X-rays let me ask you this because Jim Saki said that here talk about a bright broad range of issues, but present by certainly not going to hold back on areas where he asked certain you believe that there are serious both you believe that he's good confront China 1-800-684-3110.

That's what hundred 684-3110 and by the way, genocides of its concerned about his assets of your questions about his State Department has confirmed the ongoing genocide of Muslims in China about that brothers Democrats out to play. This level of business and is muzzle to China, which we call it out. They acknowledge and I guess it's just concern. What hundred 64 3110 will.

The American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad.

Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who, through their faith, uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that.

We are grateful. As we cut it multi-topics in set up the week.

So, as the President prepares to meet virtually good, but his face-to-face meeting later on today with Pres. G in China that is the first I think that the civil had to phone calls since present by this been present United States.

He sometimes references past conversations at work is vice President. But as President only to phone calls this the first official I guess there caught Polly like a meeting and that you we have the covert issue we have the genocide issue of the Chinese aggression issue would Taiwan. We have the list goes on and on and on but one of the issues we also see is in in the Middle East and how this all ties together because this Chinese expansionism of their foreign policy, but also their military worker security work tried to undermine long-term US relationships, not just in the region of the world are they operate, but moving over to the Middle East out.

I want to say this. This is Tybalt ill on Omar is got a proposal to Congress to stop a $600 million funding bill to the salaries that we have we have bases in Saudi Arabia accepted to Saudi Arabia. It's a perfect and and get electrified perfect governments anywhere in the world, but certainly for our security for our interest as a nation, it plays a very strategic role they played a very strategic role. Also inbreed down the tensions and the the kind of if you will be the that the flame that could be lit quickly in the Middle East by again not not playing up concerns with Israel but instead, these smaller Gulf states were the one to move forward with peace agreements with Israel, those are not stated in the past been able take a lot of independent action if they thought that that would have ruined their relationship with Saudi Arabia so I think what is behind ill on Omar's proposal is what she doesn't like the Saudi kingdom shows like the royal family. There and she does like their actions in giving specifically where it's a failed state, and I'm sure there their bad actions on both sides, but you got a rod backing a rebel group they just took over our embassy. By the way, if she wants the Saudi's who are involved directly. This because the the Iranian backed rebels in Yemen who while while fighting the government that still exist to give it a space we become a city shield ward is and that's basically at. But you know they also file rockets in Saudi Arabia so we have bases somewhere you don't to Start Taking Your Funny Way, West UT talked to a Sec. Pompeo last week about how China was making a move in. I would display this for people's Flashback of our own show by 26 we see Saudi Arabia really engaging with China and backing away from the US and oh by the way, we removed our Patriot missile batteries from Saudi Arabia and were not resuspended. Some of our weapons contracts their own defense. And yet we wonder why there backing away from us, you see any in play between those issues are likely there are deeply connected and regularly report when I was one of the most important tool that I had diplomacy was American energy country that wanted American elegy. They didn't want to from the Russian they wanted from United States America.

Click accountable at another by the restriction has walked away from that, they walked away from our important partners at the Saudi bodies in the Middle East in ways that are unconscionable. This will put America at real risk. It will force them both countries to make really difficult to state that it reduces security for us right here.

She points to hear less and is that this week is to lead the work you we had the best you want to buy Soviet equipment. If you have to. If you had to rely on that. Maybe you did but but if you could if you could have US equipment that was the gold standard. It is still the gold standard. It is a way we are able to broker the part of Abraham accords through US military equipment defensive equipment. The idea that the Chinese equipment is I would say this is on par with where we are the United States, but it's it's not it's not Soviet era.

It's not. It's not something that you could just say what we would not have to worry about these countries or to look and see what you if you if you take it from us will look here at China's ready to to play that role. There absolutely are and what were doing. We are disenfranchising our allies like Saudi Arabia and pushing them towards the arms of the Chinese government may just very recently in the last two weeks, the crown prince of Saudi Arabia is the de facto leader had his first high level meeting with Chinese officials. Why, because of part of what might Pompeo and I were talking about. We removed our Patriot missile batteries and assorted those are defensive missiles designed to protect not only the Saudi military. But the civilian population centers. We pulled them out.

We have suspended arms sales to Saudi Arabia. Do we wonder why they are leaning now your towards China and interest to add insult to this crazy foreign policy injury just a couple weeks ago on the CNN town hall. Pres. Biden was talking about the high price of gasoline because he's been begging Saudi and the OPEC nations to increase production to bring the gasoline prices now because not only are the gasoline prices high. But this fueling global inflation in the course of studies thus far have refused to do that. Here's what Pres. Biden said there's a lot of Middle Eastern folks who want to talk to me, but I'm not sure I'm going to talk to them and it goes on and and makes is not so bill reference to his refusal to meet with Crown Prince moment he is actually refused to sit down with the Saudi crown prince and yet he is a wonder does he even wonder why the Saudi Arabians are now leaning towards China wide their very existence in the defense of their population centers depends on our weapons that we have suspended and removed get a Omar wants to to to convert or penalize Saudi Arabia's or any move by Omar or any of of the squad to penalize our grand for supplying the weapons there and in Yemen weapons that frequently are targeted on civilian population centers in Saudi Arabia.

It's like there's an epidemic of insanity is forced foreign policy goes around this White House and it impacts not only our national security. It impacts commerce trade inflation. Our finances, and yet it is sad to say but the ramifications that the second and third order effects of these policies by the Biden administration appear to be going right over their heads. They don't understand why are our former allies are still RLS, but our allies in the Middle East are hesitant about the United States and that there backing away from us and moving towards Russia and China. Three Harry went where we were that this whole everything went wrong with China is that it first.

It was well it's it's the economic battle. It's not it's not a military battle. It's not. They're not really spreading ideology and that was at least that was a category way that you could cut it since it they were really ready yet when they were initially I member the door. There were we were doing our work in Africa and they were doing work there and they would get it would kinda feel that way there really just doing it for the business wasn't much of an ideology coming behind or military side to it that there was there was anything too serious, but what they were doing the entire time was building up to that point there putting in the infrastructure keyword thereby likes document these days, but they were building the ports throughout the world.

They were putting it.

They were getting the technology using the forced labor and the innocents have started egg. I kind of turned a new leaf with exporting kind of weather not accept their their brand of communism. Is it what they eat with these countries loves that they still say were not really meddling in your how you want to do your business but turning a blind eye to everything and everyone and if you could start producing the kind of product materials or labor military weaponry that these countries desire, and it it it may be that that that's getting better and better. So it's a bore of competition with us at suddenly, you can become pretty attractive to these countries who can't really put a finger on or trust where the US policy is I think that's precisely correct. So if you look at the country of China.

China believes in the whole of concrete approach rather than simply a whole of government approach that apparently the Biden administration favors. So China has a unified goal.

Its objective is world domination.

In virtually every aspect of human life from the supply of electronics from the supply of chips from the supply of pharmaceuticals and now they're extending their dominance in Africa and Asia, and various other parts of the world.

Why, because the United States has basically given up influencing many areas of the world and so I think at the end of the day. We are without weapons in fighting the Chinese not because we don't have weapons, but because we lack the will to win.

We lack the will to put the United States first and that unfortunately is Biden's gift to the American people are forced by the site become it up there a lot to get into here and obviously a lot of the information we will be able to get at the readouts we know this is not a one-day issue is that a two-day issue. This is a multiyear approach the problem of real serious threat to our country of if you got questions about that conference I 164 3110 support our work in ACLJ that over the matching challenge the entire month of November will direct only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. Let me encourage this a critical type of ACLJ. It is get anywhere per approach the holiday season and an Thanksgiving not too far away on the horizon. So it's time for us where we are. November December it's it's not just up preparing for the future you we we were working and there's a lot going on forcefully.

We tell you as much as we can always probably do ACLJ apathy. A lot of work going on at that that we haven't yet.

Give can always announce right away. The work I do and then of course you know about all the work that we do not consciously putting information about whether it is today we focus a lot on foreign-policy. These foreign actors starting with Adam Schiff in the house Intel committee chair.

I think he has no regrets, no regrets about peddling the phone information the steel dossier we have the we talked about a child. We talked about Russia.

We talked about ill Omar this idea in Saudi Arabia and how this that have the Chinese at the meeting tonight with present Biden present G in China that in China virtually, but these issues that we are facing were working on all of the Stacy okay so not right when it comes you and say where we talk that these issue freebies for an hour each day. It's not something that were just spitting out the tenants on today.

This is significant work at the Mercer flaw justice weathers our legal work.

We talked but the case on life. That case dates back to March the or the initial yet he did it so I mean, the idea here in March 20, 2021 we cleared not only gives the bond issue is whether we are representing South Dakota and therefore should sit idle federal court. There whether the briefing in the case of having the Dobbs case out of Mississippi at the Supreme Court December 1 at you. The list goes on and on.

You can see the ACLJ.but I want to encourage you today. If you're someone who enjoys the broadcast joist that supports the work that we do with ACLJ. This is a great time to support our work and I want to talk to the people maybe haven't done this before. Look at what were actually doing through ACLJ.R, it's a it's a great resource to see the actual work ACLJ attorneys and team are doing every single day.

That's it.

ACLJ.org and if you support our work this month you doubly impact your donation. I always had to explain what this actually means, because while you not get charged twice. She had charge double. But if you make a $50 donation online right now ACLJ a dot or that triggers a group of donors who said that match the donations that come through the month of November will match that. So that's effectively like $100 for the work of the ACLJ. S. But you gotta take that initial accident toys that work as a triggering event because you got to have that action them to match donations. Let me just encourage debate listing or even following us in the work that we do and your thought about it before these the kind of months where it's a great time to do because you can really get double the impact of your financial contribution.

I shared it with your friends send out information to your your community and that is so important as well. That financial position to make a donation is the time to do the ACLJ a.org OS would go back to some of his issues. There were deal with with China that the idea that our own military and is is said that the pace the Chinese movie and study. I sort of break that out for people because this goes back to grouse about with Harry the how China was viewed just a decade ago was very differently. It was still kinda cheap labor that really good morally kind of vague to say the least, and gather doing things around the world that we don't love but they're not really a not a threat, militarily and economically. Maybe, maybe too much reliance we did, but then jump for 10 years later, some military threat they have the largest navy in the world. Now some of their weapons and their technology is not quite as sophisticated as ours, although they're moving rapidly towards that. But the largest navy in the world there there expanding their ICBMs or nuclear missiles and a general John heightened the vice chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff made that statement you just quoted the pace at which China is moving is stunning.

He said they recently as you know I tested their hypersonic nuclear capable missile and Jenna Mark Millie, the chairman of the joint Chiefs was asked about that that missile test which is designed to go into the atmosphere come back and so rapidly that our own defensive missiles cannot target it so they can hit anywhere that they choose to target. Millie said the Chinese military capabilities that the missile is just one concern that their capabilities generally says are much greater than that there expanding rapidly in cyberspace and in the traditional domains of land, sea and air. And the thing about China is that they not only are increasing their military capability, but they have the political will to be aggressive.

Whether it's in economics and trade in their violation of human rights, or in the military. They not only have increasing capabilities. They have a leader and the Communist Party.

They're willing to be aggressive regarding those capabilities and this is not a threat that we can look the other way around, and I hope that when Pres. Biden talks to present G today in this virtual conference that he is keenly aware of what is at stake here.

Harry, what you feel with with China is that there's still a huge opportunity for the United States in that is that we have created this this monster bought with economically it if if we decided to invest in. Again, not a partisan way, but to to be able to either take if if the beneficiary can't be done here invest an ally that invested it somewhere that you say the over.confronting, but we were to be competing because they still that the Chinese Communist Party East really in a unique way of the Chinese have his party is there because of us. They've got these resources because of the wealthiest nation in the world is so reliant on economically on their goods and their services. I think that's correct. And in addition, the wealthiest nation in the world is blinded by its own ideological abstractions.

So rather than focus directly on China and see which China and its government is a threat, but we prefer apparently to put our head in the sand and say we don't have to confront China.

We simply have to come Pete with China as if China is following the rules. China is not following the rules. In addition to that, of course, if you look to the infrastructure bill which just passed.

If a large fraction of that was devoted to enhancing our competitiveness with China. This would be a huge step forward.

Unfortunately, he refused to move down this truck parts of the track obviously is the meaning later on today and bring that information, encouraging him good ACLJ.org. Our work that's ACLJ that origin out November and appeared a financial position to support our work. I encourage you to do so.
