Last month, Planned Parenthood was "grieved" by the Supreme Court's refusal to block an abortion ban in Texas, claiming it would "decimate abortion." Then, late last night a federal judge blocked it anyway at President Biden's request. Jay and the rest of the Sekulow team discuss this breaking development and more today on Sekulow .

Jay Sekulow breaking news, a federal judge blocked the Texas Army law keeping you informed and now this is been a strongly worded hundred and 13 page ruling, Judge Robert Pittman said the law was blatantly unconstitutional for the moment SBA went to affect women have been unlawfully prevented from exercising control over their lives in this court will not sanction one more day of this incident.

Deprivation of such an important right here from you, Sharon, the call one 863, 110 statement of my administration cautioned that the fight has only just begun. Texas, of course, will appeal and the Supreme Court is taking up that Mississippi abortion ban in December that is likely going to determine not only the fate of this law, and taxes. But other states as well. Now you circulate the broadcast revenues. That is the core charge in Texas carries golf letter issued an order hundred rebate order striking down the heartbeat bill that was put in place by the Texas legislature that protected people like don't be a more childlike know it's interesting that this case signed into law on May 19, 2021 and then we was immediately challenged will call on September 1.

Just a couple weeks ago the Supreme Court ignited a 524 application a stay of the injunctive relief and let it stay in effect.

So then what happened was Planned Parenthood went back to the US district court judge and said I basically we think this report addresses properly dressed properly and the addressing of it properly. In this particular case was this judge is Judge striking it down, but I think it would understand what this law actually does so our senior counsel CC heil by cocounsel.

Also, in our case where we represent the state of Montana case on informed consent for abortion is joining us and CC let let's explain quickly here what this law would import report. So in this law basically Texas stated that once a heartbeat is detected, it's unlawful for a doctor to perform an abortion so that that the catch is, it's not the state it's going to enforce it. It's going to be an individual that enforces it and that's what's because the problem is there's really no one to enjoin that they can join a state committed a enjoin and that's the problem. It stops abortions. Once a heartbeat is detected, but the enforcement puts that puts the enforcement in the hands of an individual which reports are problematic. I mean, the idea that this would happen, but it would buy things fascinating here is you got a series of pro-life cases that are coming into effect and when I say that's about the big case in December which could literally decide the fate of Roe versus Wade will decide the fate of horses were quite frankly bad that will have repercussions on all of the cases that were involved in all cross-border, including the one word were doing Montana is an informed consent case so you got me informed consent case, the fetal heart rate. Billy got the gobs case so may be abortion issue right now. I think Logan is fair to say, is front and center in the courts right now and the emergence and applaud justice obviously involved. Since we are handling the case for the state of Montana.

We need to discuss as we come back to the questions related to this give us a call. 164 30 with loud people, including myself question these laws go. How does this work when Rose still is in existence how to out all of these different things are management states that he was talking about we get back as well discuss further how these laws can impact life when you still have the overarching current Roe versus Wade opinion and I'm curious to come to break that down a few questions related to this likely gives call 1-800-684-3110.

That's what hundred 684-3110 also check out the work of the ACLJ of ACLJ.org Facebook encourage you to share as you know Facebook had quite the outage a few days ago and is still having some issues here and there. Challenges facing Americans for substantial time in our Valley freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades ACLJ has been on the front lines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress. In the public and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms and then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member.

Thank you. Not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is certainly protect. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission life will show you how you are personally pro-life support publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the end what Obama care means to the pro-life discover many ways.

Your membership is empowering the right to life question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/secular. We are taking your phone calls at 100 684 30 would to discussing the current breaking news that is coming out, which is that a judge, a federal judge has blocked the idea what's been talked about pretty controversially, the Texas heartbeat law in terms of abortions that has come out just as we are going on the air and a dads topic drives the I deeply involved in and you have to an interesting question Logan about his compatible states regulate abortion when Roe versus Wade is still technically the law of the land well will not give a free pass to abortion when it was not this idea where you could just have abortion on demand at any time to work. The court is recognized by slacks over the last 20 years were increasingly anyways. The fact this is a unique procedure that it's the life of an unborn child is being taken here. It severs the bond between the mother and that child permanently and that there's consequences to that. So Texas has very unique approach to it, as I said in South Dakota they want more of informed consent, so there's no coercion of abortion method where dealing with.

And then as the peaches indicated that we just play for. Those are watching our social media platforms. The fact is, and I think of me understand this. It's all really dependent really soon here on the decision of the gobs case because that will impact whether black Roe versus Wade is the law of the land well is the underpinnings of Roe have been challenged significantly and and the significance of that challenge against Roe versus Wade. I just think it's now a 50-year-old precedent, but it was based on what is admittedly now bad science.

You cannot really argue that the unborn child is not a human being. I know where Smith is here is a Col. United States Army but is also a chaplain, and I think that the struggle that women have with abortion. I mean I understand the emotions in all of this, but what were talking about two lives here, not just one. Absolutely this is what a 48 year battle over the sanctity of human life. In spite of the talking points of the pro-abortion industry. That is the real issue is not just about a woman's right to choose is not about a constitutional right that was actually contrived through some judicial acrobatics is not just about a woman's choice is about the life of another person and that is the person inside that woman's body that makes it a sacred issue is not just a legal issue. This is a moral issue. J abolish what I want banana, because the fact that a precedent on the books that mean that precedents right I can think about Plessy versus Ferguson separate but equal threats got black Americans were not a couple to be recognizable all American labor prefix for accounting purposes and for even four cents. It was these these are the secure matzoh where the Japanese-Americans weren't hurt to this idea that you know it's all in the courtyard inside of it. That's it is not constitutional history. No, that's correct. Denying the fact that there may be law currently outstanding graded by the courts doesn't mean that that law is correct.

I tend to agree entirely with Justice Thomas, who has said time and again find me in the Constitution of the United States, where it says someone has arrived when abortion will you're going to look in vain in the Constitution of the United States to find that because it doesn't exist and Justice Thomas has repeatedly stated that it has not existed and does not exist and states have the rights to fashion laws with respect to the creation of abortion procedures in their particular jurisdictions. But the fact that they that happens to be the live present doesn't mean that it's necessarily going to span precedents have been overturned, as you point Korematsu the internment of Japanese citizens. I mean Japanese-Americans Plessy versus Ferguson blatantly incorrect decided by the Supreme Court reversed years later.

So these are going to play out in the courts and we see that starting out with this manifesto by this tendentious judge in taxes, who has had an agenda, obviously, and is let out his victory all in 113 pages which I hope the Fifth Circuit reverses why I think what all of this is to depend on the outcome and be back in the ops case and cc when I go I take a look at that. I mean really even know what were doing in Montana, which is more important consent and the right to abortion because nothing in the Montana law that stops in abortion is just it just requires counseling but the DOS case is reset. As I should say at least two reset abortion jurisprudence in the United States.

We are the most liberal country on abortion anywhere in the world. The United States is set ops case is a great opportunity because to reset Roe V Wade because it directly against rev the way it talks about yes. The state has a compelling interest that we to protect the baby's life, but when we does that compelling interest at here and sell it talks about the case talks about the viability of the child and it really goes to the heart of Roe V Wade and and Ashley discussed if Roe V Wade gets overturned. It really then just goes to the states to decide when are we going to protect life at what time is that at 15 weeks is that at heartbeat in a Windows that babies live deserve protection. I keep reminding everyone that the underpinnings of Roe, which have been questioned by even pro-abortion scholars that the underpinnings of brothers coming out of the right to abortion. Coming on the penumbra of the of the due process clause of the Bill of Rights administers… This was made up jurisprudence and then the fact that eminence cleared anybody that the court the medicine is just changed and that ended in the process of the country and thought process of the country has changed here, but let me ask you this to the pan bent. We also at the same time have going on.

I think this is for people to start a Capitol Hill flight on the Heinemann so with a lot of abortion issue front and center all of the sites in the states. J really are set against the backdrop of the debate is taking place in Washington DC. There is an all out assault right now is what I would call it on the state efforts to not just regulate abortion J many cases like the one you were just talking about with cc many of these efforts are actually for the benefit of the mother who is seeking abortion, just making sure that she has the information about the procedure. Whether it's an ultrasound whether it's making sure that the facilities have certain safety standards or J maybe just assuring that if something goes wrong in the procedure they had the ability to admit that one into a hospital. Those are the types of laws that are taking place it in those in the state legislatures and Logan talked about how there'd of the states have different standards.

Well that's appropriate in this situation, but Washington DC is actually trying to stop that J, in addition to the Hyde amendment fight that you're talking about.

The House of Representatives has actually already passed a bill they call it the women's health protection act, but it's really the abortion on demand. I Jake what that bill would do if it were enacted, would say all of the state laws. Not just like the ones in Texas and Mississippi that were talking about but even the ones that say you have to show women certain information you have to be able to admit her to a hospital. J. It would wipe those laws off the books and it would say to every state across the country you can't instead enact any of those restrictions going forward so that sort of that the DC backdrop against which all the states are engaging and you don't think elections have consequences.

By the way, I will point this fact out have any comment on elections have consequences. This suit brought by Planned Parenthood guestrooms engagement now United States Department of Justice and election anything strange and 90 at the Justice Department, taking its resources to the fat as if Planned Parenthood does not enough resources against the bed itself affect yeah I find it ironic J that the United States Department of Justice under this administration under Biden has taken up exactly the opposite approach that the administration took up under Pres. Trump but has to help this to Planned Parenthood for Planned Parenthood. They don't have the resources they don't have the ability they don't have the lawyers to be able to do this nonsense. They have all that but now they go to the Department of Justice under Merrick Garland who God for bid was nominated by Pres. Obama to be on the Supreme Court. But Mitch McConnell put an end of that he is not heading up the Department of Justice and bringing these lawsuits basically on behalf of in the name of Planned Parenthood. Although it says United States of America and then elections do have consequences because the judge let's not forget the judge who authored this opinion, is an Obama appointee. He's got an agenda this re-I read this opinion this morning. It's 113 pages long and one of the things that disturb me very much in the opinion. As he says, other courts may disagree, but this Court will not sanction a woman's right not to have an abortion when she wants to.

Under these circumstances will I ask myself who are these other courts.

Perhaps your referring judge Pittman to the Supreme Court of the United States that denied a stay, don't you realize you are an inferior judicial tribunal. I don't think so well you play. I think we do this what Merrick Hartman said when enough loss of the act is clearly unconstitutional under long-standing Supreme Court precedent. Those precedents hold in the words of Planned Parenthood versus Casey `regardless of whether exceptions are made for particular circumstances, a state may not prohibit any woman from making the ultimate decision to terminate her pregnancy before viability and makes… This is where you're fighting the government absolutely would deftly a opinionated one-sided view of all of this, but that's okay with what you have, the work of the ACLJV Lycos are there to stand up for your thoughts and your freedoms you want to give us call 1-800-684-3110.

That's 100-684-3110 return calls.

We also just come up later on next segment we have Mike Pompeo joining us here on secularism, careful penalty plus Mike Pompeo that excitement driven only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable and is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition like it will show you how you are personally support the publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists. The ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership abuse eulogy is empowering the right question free copy of mission in life today online ACLJ/challenges facing Americans for substantial time and or value freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack is more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades ACLJ has been on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in courts in Congress to get in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms and then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life changing become a member today ACLJ secular.

We are now joined by one of our special councils here and senior counsel for global affairs of the ACLJ for real-time surgery. Mike Pompeo is joyously crowded that I let you take of him like you think you got a brand-new article of ACLJ got around 15 at the moment but we been talking about the situation in Texas on this abortion case where the Supreme Court denied a steady five to forget the judge I when the Department of Justice entered into the case issues 100 and 304 page opinion that basically says we don't. I don't care what other courts say this is unconstitutional and we got adopts case, of course, which is the Messiah, probably the fate of a person white with this issue of life that were representing the ACLJ representing governor known in the state of South Dakota in an informed consent case that's going to US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

All of this happening simultaneously in the fact that Rome may actually going to be some other framework put in place a pro does go but the abortion issue seems to still be front and center before the point I want to make it during your administration.

With the pro-life administration things got done for the pro-life cause.

That had never happened under any Republican President and just one change of an election. You've now got the administration abiding ministration suing to it to declare the slot. I don't think Planned Parenthood could do this by themselves they have to have United States enter these cases now J we we did everything we did believe that protecting every human like to get big with dignity they deserve because they are made in the amateur creator was important.

It was important as a domestic matter, to make sure we supported states or try to get their laws right you see that some jobs you see what Texas is doing what we did around the world to make sure that your taxpayer dollars American people's money didn't go to supported groups that work break abortion funding abortion and your point well taken. Within a few weeks of taking office abiding ministration. The thought that now is probably the most pro-abortion administration that we have seen in at least 30 or 40 years, certainly in the post road timeframe, and my second thought, that you recount with taking places we we watched this spending legislation three mastering dollars before the tribe take the Hyde amendment out something that was was sacrosanct in both political parties for so long with respect to how abortions could not be supported by US taxpayer money. This is a pretty radical set of ideas. I think the American people are parsing through this and the reason I think you think so much work to protect like take place in our courts today is because I think the American people by large can see the horrors of the course of the complete believes so the women who have the abortions from about mental standpoint and they can say that this is the right course of the right course of our nation.

Note no other country has as many late-term abortions that states that we share that we should work to eliminate that I appreciate and I agree hundred percent of our switch gears. You have an article on ACLJ got a concert called.

There's a crisis on the southern border and it's only getting worse. You bring about months ago that our border was overwhelmed at the breaking point.

Things do not seem to be getting any better. You swipe the reports are that up to Mike 12,000 migrants have just been released within the United States that runs on communities and let all the people that have been released shows just like I think either callous disregard for the humanity involved or just a lack of understanding the scope and nature of the issue that apply here. Get a feel good and you know you will do great work on these two issues we just talked about the protection of human life and out but protecting United States from the threat that comes from having wide open borders lit literally chaos at our southern border. I think the number far exceeds 12,000. I understand that there are still thousands and thousands of pages that are making their way to our southern border, there's no reason to believe that by the best fish do so much of the attempt more than maybe slow down for a few hours, the national security risk of written about the fact that now we have more fat Malcolm Agrippa support. This is going to be enormously destructive to small communities all across America, including in my home state of Kansas that neither of these are things that I never thought I would be happening at if it's because they reflect such a disregard for the American people talk to open those borders and not to secure American sovereignty presents a real real risk to families all across this country not just the border state, but all across the country. You know it's interesting. Mike also hate when you talk with what's going at the boarding at the vice President talk about the root causes and she listens a root cause for this migration crisis that were saying and then when calling a crisis that started global warming and climate change thinking to myself, do you think this if you took your talk all 12,000 people that honor border fragments are you leaving your country market because of climate change is not one person that you climate change things a really big deal for me. I want to leave but that they think that's a root cause there so committed to political correctness there ignoring the reality of what's going on the left there the left there that the greedy reality that is our border, and the work done to protect these border vice President death as an aside just for my brother, who nodded her head when a student said that the state of Israel as an apartheid country. This is the progressive left effort to undermine the central thesis of our founding our nation and what you think borders as a part of that they they simply reject the idea that America is an exceptional country founded on the set of very important ideas and they think no.

We have what were the problem, but just open our borders, because that we developed the folks into town for the past Mike. I found it astonishing, astonishing and troubling that when that student made those derogatory comments about the only democracy of the type in the Middle East that that even resembles a true democracy we got a lot allies in the Middle East not not not out of the country can add Jeffersonian democracy.

I get it, but Israel has been a Democratic state and use that in the proper term as part of the way the government is structured and is been our strongest ally can prevent the vice President of the United States to get a question like that. Nothing in the way to Israel protects lights more than anybody else in the region. Israel is our vital ally in national security issues, but she could not get herself to do it and what does that tell us that a record of the things she believes while she may have tried to call some of her supporters in the Jewish community in the aftermath of that event, which we doubt that in the moment she spoke the truth about what she really believe that that Israel's right to exist is fundamentally inconsistent with peace and stability, literally Jewish, and it somehow brought with the baggage that she brings to it instead of being a noble democracy in the Middle East where Arabs were for Muslims as Jews and Christians cannot practice their faith. J this is one nation there that has the capacity for religious freedom of the what democracy there an important security part of the United States and we had a student make a comment about Israel that was a terrible country and occupying nation apartheid country are vice President simply said well you you're entitled to your truth is that there was some truth to what the student said, except it's likely discuss what choice awards terrible terrible moment for American diplomacy on my Pompeo Senior Counsel global prayer for the American Center for Law and Justice also served as the director of the Central intelligence agency, Secretary of State member of Congress you know background and credentials.

Thankfully part of the team. Mike it really means a lot because I want to make our go to happen, but thank you for your insight here will be back with more secular if you get this on your local network loosely over the radio.

You can find his sense of events broadcasting live right now for the next half hour possible on Facebook search for Jay Sekulow ACLJ.org on YouTube of the ACLJ YouTube channel victory like subscribe do all that will be back with another half-hour secular take your call still hold for decades ACLJ has been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member thanking God's well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ keeping you informed anything. Now this is J secular half-hour guard for the birth of our we had a great discussion were not discussion a big paper the abortion issue because the district court judge in Texas declared the heartbeat bill unconstitutionally to write back to CC Holzinger counselor wanted to explain what's at issue in that case and maybe discuss some of the other cases we got anywhere now putting up were representing the state of South Dakota in a informed consent law on abortion that is going to do this work will from a right below the Supreme Court so that's a big big case of cc let's again talk about with his heartbeat bill does in Texas chest and fell in Texas basically band abortions after heartbeat is detected, and of course Planned Parenthood is up in arms against that because they fight against things even if you want sterile operating conditions. They fight against. That's of course the fight against banning abortions when heartbeat is detected on the issue is is a little bit different because instead of the state enforcing this law is Texas lot gave the enforcement arm to individuals said they can come against a doctor who performs abortion after heartbeat is detected or anybody who helps an agent and that abortion so that's that's where we landed. In this case and hit Killian on actually enjoying and this judge this District Judge.

I decided that he was going to hand down an injunction and he was going to enjoin actually the state courts and estate clerks from enforcing this law report in the notice reports and apocryphal decision not to enjoin enforcement of law. This Texas I forgot I have a going to call good ally to the Jamaal North Carolina here there are American values were Christian to look at the end of the Christian values, American values and mission lot. Sure a lot of people do, but he got made a big impact on my life.

I like to be terminated after heartbeat Wes Magruder.

Jamaal meet heartbeat is indicative that there is a human life. When a person's heart stopped beating.

They are declared dead. This heartbeat means there is life, and in there's a reason J that 30 states have fetal homicide laws on the books so that if a pregnant woman is killed the person who killed her can be charged with two counts of murder are two counts of manslaughter and there's a reason for that is an obvious reason and that is it is a living human being is not just a blob of tissue and I gotta say something also and loving messages fact in any other circumstance. If you have a heartbeat in approximate personal block was terminated on the curb emergency situations and then you have the incest rape issues.

All that the taking of human life. In fact, if there's a vehicle homicide and the woman is carrying a child, and they both die in the during the course of the accident. It is two counts Andy two counts I was going to say J I'm trying a lot of murder cases as an assistant district attorney, and the only way I look at this is plain and simple murder. You've got a heartbeat. What's the difference if he's walking outside the womb. Orwell walking in sour or stationary inside. You've got a heartbeat you got a human being and you're killing it to me. It's simply straightforward case of malice murder you want call we want to talk to you also hold right now we do have a few lines open if you want to be on there. This a great time to call 1-800-684-3110 questions on the comments related to this topic is very hot button topic and issue there is call 1-800-684-3110. That's 100-6431 10 to have your voice heard a broad the other side of this.

Would love to hear from you as well. It's okay to open this up to a foreman discussion in terms of this very important issue to the work the ACLJ again that ACLJ.org file the latest by that new blog from my Pompeo among many other great pieces of content will direct that the more secular challenges facing Americans are substantial time and are now free to sort constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to the American Center for Law and Justice for decades.

We are to take some phone calls.

This segment of the excuse, I would like to have our about the issue at hand abortion of life and all that comes with it. Whether controversial side of the current situation is, will talk about this that because it has been a change in the Texas heartbeat law became a national story a few weeks ago. Part of the national story was when the parent clinics took the case up to the spring for an emergency stay because that would be to try to get the law stop by Justice of the Supreme Court said no. The law goes into effect.

And then of course the Department of Justice enters into the lawsuit when after 12 and the judge issued a tall mistake and he called her this huge document with all of this you know indications that he knows courts are going different directions on this this all taking place at the same time that you got the docs case at the Supreme Court, which could well determine if the issue is not is Roe versus Wade. The law of the land and there should be me. I don't like predicting these things. And Lord knows I've been practicing before that's important for decades. I know the risk of predicting any of these things, but the fact is that mean there should be five conservative voices up there and say Bo was bad law.

Now this CC pointed out right back to CC on that that doesn't abortion in the United States of Roe versus Wade is overturned. CC Frank cell even though that's what Planned Parenthood likes to say that I left Revit versus Wade is overruled, overturned by the Supreme Court and that's it, abortion is banned back when it does is it lacks the states make this decision so you see states like Texas who wants to say, when a heartbeat is detected.

That's when we believe as a state we can protect life from being murdered on the docs case that is going on way back to 15 week band so it's not as limited as the six week by that date, the issue is liability and I know we talked about this a lot. The baby is viable at the point of conception. But what the court likes to talk about and rubbed it versus Wade is viability outside the mother's swim, which that's just that's not the case when there is life should be protected and that's what we will see in each state will be able determine when it's compelling to protect that baby's life span. A question here in Washington right now in Congress leaders: caucuses and even had Democrats and members. What is there a Democratic member of Congress left that is pro-life.

Well I guess it depends a little bit how you define a J but I mean virtually zero. You look in the House of Representatives, you have even maybe maybe it's for the last holdout you had Henry Cuellar and also Jim Langdon of Rhode Island. He just recently switched his public position to be in favor of ending the Hyde amendment J if you move to the United States Senate you're looking at Joe mansion and you mentioned mention just a couple segments ago J this challenge to the Hyde amendment, the reconciliation bill that's moving forward. They want to repeal the Hyde amendment in that bill, which just to explain to people who don't know, that would mean that funding in that $3.5 trillion bill when it's passed could be used in the United States directly to fund abortions that would be in violation of long-standing US law J.

Joe mansion is the only Democrat United States Senate who has said he will not go for that. So your leader talk about one, and literally the, the fate of that amendment.

In this bill hinges on his boat, but II would tell you days not is not just an accident is not just that there was members of Congress who started this trend.

Remember, it was now Pres. Biden on the campaign trail who reversed more than four decades of his position standing with the majority of the American people saying whether you're pro-life or pro-choice. I don't think your tax dollars should be used to fund something that you find morally objectionable.

A J. I really believe his reversal on that point is one of the one of the main things that that told members of his party. This is the position you gotta take to so to simply ask you to answer your question there.

Only a handful of Democrats who would say there pro-life and even among those if you start looking at their votes. It's just getting fewer and farther between Logan and I got called to get to Karen in his calling and organ online one whole neighborhood for a while.

We appreciate your percentage comes on the left.

She's there I will put on hold. Just make sure because I do feel for his revolver have in our case is calling California online to the K welcome you very much I appreciate today, go ahead point I want to bring up Eucerin things that you might not think about, but I think are important. I'm a born again Christian Christian for 30 years and I saw him in my 60s. And there's something I want everybody to know that you might not think about the long since will be late and that is that and I think the main reason why were even able to create lovely language because so many people were dying from illegal self abortion and this is a tough thing for people to understand self-determination is so important to all of us male or female that if you really cannot go through with the birds for whatever reason, people do try to seek abortion they do try to self-report what was this not only did you have a fetus dying. If you have it, possibly a child dying, 12, 13, 14 years old cannot bear to question the question to hear about. Here's the I think the fallacy without argument. First of all it's very rare that someone does this anymore, but there are a lot of things that if you did on your own could result in harm you got away in the value of the human life that's being taken not just the mother's risk of some of the self abortion is a horrible thing.

The back alley abortions that used to be called. I want people to think and I want to call her to think that were talking about little Wes on this about another human being.

This is not just one person involved in this is a human being with a heartbeat absolutely is in. That's what makes this issue so important and so at the core of what we believe both you, from a moral and religious point of view in a political point of view, a legal point of view in America that we value the sacredness of human life and is not just about the mother is about another actual viable human life inside of that woman.

We can't just make about one person and ignore the other person. This involved in this. So I think it which say think the whole point you made about that was really involved in this accident except to live here absolutely and that we need to focus on and the courts need to focus on their arterial lives and what the argument has been up until this point is well that baby's life.

When is it compelling when deleted to protect that baby and you know if I can row the way is overturned that the state gets to decide when is that compelling baby is alive. I believe from conception and should be protected from conception. But these practical implementations of when a heartbeat is detected something that you have to say there are two lives here and we need to protect both lives. One other thing must remain abortions because they don't feel like an option to sell. We do things like what South Dakota is doing with informed consent we may understand that there are options viable options where they don't have to murder their baby is crucial and does kind of on very much smart laws need to be in place.

Listen to the Atty. Gen. United States said this is a bite number 15 about this lawsuit.

This kind of scheme to nullify the Constitution of the United States is one that all Americans, whatever their politics or party should fear if it prevails, it may become a model for action in other areas by other states, and with respect to other constitutional rights and judicial precedents place this is that this kind of hyperbole to the Atty. Gen. United States and yet find really really troubling. Really troubling for that is troubling because he said all of this become a well what constitutionally protected right everywhere, Merrick Garland, you sat on the DC circuit. You are a candidate Barack Obama for the Supreme Court of the United States. Would you please tell me where in the Constitution. It provides a constitutional right to an abortion.

I don't see where that's in there.

I don't see that.

I believe that in reading a textual as I read the Constitution as it was written by the founders. I don't see that right there. I'm sorry. Do you if you do pointed out to me. I'm willing to read it right.

Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later, when Obama care means many ways your membership is empowering the right question for copy mission life today online/challenges facing Americans for substantial time and are now free to soar.

ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ secular to wrap up today show tickets of your phone calls. If you do, what about the year 1-800-684-3110, 1-800-684-3110 let's go to Jody who is calling an Alabama line 6 to start us off on the man and not allow one ruling that many people were stupid in the lower taken it away never allowed to begin with everything. I believe it would never leave you never know that you know never in my lap, I would think that it would pack. I think guess what a lot of pro-life Americans and, interestingly, state legislatures are using different approaches I want for our South Dakota situation problem when representing the governor and the people South Dakota. Now they don't have a bill like there are people like this in Texas, but they have as part of their legislation as they waive the viability of the protection of human life, including the unborn child life. They said that would require counseling and SEC said so perfectly the letter say it again it was to protect both the women and the child, but really focusing on the women cc that's part of what we call abortion distortion. Planned Parenthood always tries to act like a champion for women's rights care about women take care about abortion and murdering babies. I said earlier, if we have a lot it says you have to have sterile operating conditions and instruments.

Planned Parenthood would fight back if we have a law that says one needs to have informed consent before she goes and makes medical decision is going to affect her life, but is going to extinguish the life of the baby parent connection issue. There was a senior. But it was very very very well taken. Will you want take another call, less is when you will coming to be doing on Facebook.

You said I even protected animal species seem to protect even more and have been protected before the heartbeat stage. This is interesting, the way that's always handled Ramsey here that conversation in terms of even near your domesticated animals allows endangered species and yet there there are some of us really stop and think about this is hard to believe that in America were actually having a debate about whether or not it is legal to kill another human being, a human being who has done nothing made the death penalty is a controversial discussion that we have frequently but these are people who been convicted of major capital crimes were talking about killing someone who was totally innocent and that's what the debate is actually about to come from Scotland Facebook it's question Achilles ticket to the lawyers on the shelf and sees that if the Dobbs cases versus Road Dobbs case versus route do you think it will force the left to pack the courts are bringing in the topic of court packing a will that be of the straw that breaks the camels back will look is anything if this decision goes the way of support should go and Dobbs or somebody's other cases they'll do anything they can to pack the court and fan do you doubt provide just adding numbers legislatively to the ninth of 15 and then this ministry. Something gets in at 66 appointments. Yeah. So it will they use a politically what they already are crying about and what's the latest on the court packing plan in this commission that Joe Biden has set up yet. I'm in the effort to pack the court is Artie begun DD appointment from Pres. Trump of three justices to the Supreme Court really kick that off. I have no doubt Jay that if the Dobbs case were to go away that the abortion industry doesn't like they would absolutely pour more fuel in the court packing fire but look here's why.

I don't think that works for them. If you look around the country J at the states that are engaging in. In this type of legislation that life is winning and life is winning because the abortion industry is bent is basically being forced to take the posture that the stopping of a beating heart is something that there can a defender being forced to take the posture that taking the life of a child who feels pain is something that they're okay with there being forced to take the position that a baby who is viable, not inside the womb, but actually outside the womb. That is something that they're okay with J.

The American people aren't for that.

So it if the Dobbs decision were to come down the way that we think it should and the abortion industry would try to pack the court they would take that effort to the American people J. I think the American people would reject it.

So I have no doubt that it would pour fuel on that fire, but life is winning for exactly the reason that I don't think court packing will succeed.

The American people will oppose it. I think I think that's absolutely correct. I just even liberal justices Logan, the Supreme Court said no nines a good number.

So I find it hard to believe that all of a sudden now everybody can be enlightened, so to speak. We also have CCL reconnected to make sure she gets to a finisher points. She was making so I doubt you and there will be a FSA's and were talking about where all this goes anywhere when somehow in a technical not technical. As we have thought was talking about just informed consent letting a woman understand what this decision. She's going to make that affects her and the baby she's carrying it's terminating that life. She is much information about that decision as she can possibly have.

Anybody wants to stand in the way of life care about the life of the mother or the life of the baby so when they try to say and champions for women allowing they're not. They are champions for abortion their champions for the almighty dollar in their pocket killing babies and so I applied South Dakota for further just common sense laws that say if you're going to make this decision understand what decision you're making. There are medical procedures that Dr. perform that require the doctor for part of the hospital required to that.

You have to have third-party counselor before the procedure can take place in the course you know that doesn't even get into the whole second opinion issue that is so common and prevalent in all of this but I just want to kind of wrap this up by saying your American Center for Law and Justice. We are front and center on we filed three briefs in the Dobbs case, including the European Center for Law and Justice. I think you filed your file that would correct I did, I did indeed so we got the European Center for Law and Justice BAC.

A spot of rape and then there's the same time were representing on the merits, the state of South Dakota. In that case, it's easy just talk about with informed consent so look at all of these cases, but in center is where you find the American Center for Law and Justice, but that's only because of your support for the work.
