DHS Sec. testifies to Congress. "The border is no less secure as migrants wanting six keeping you informed and now this is magnitude just you and all your plan is ill-conceived and is wandering the nation into a Christ no want to hear from you. Sharon posted comments. Call 1-800-684-3110 is the board secure now found was that it is no less secure than it was a secular right why second. That's not been stated for anybody write me when your new administration. You want your new policies are supposed to be working your elective new policies. The standardbearers that let's know it's no worse than it was before. Which by the way's outright lies. The numbers of people.

A shocking number just right off the bat between 2017 and 2020 is that three year period. 1.3 million people were encountered at the border illegally sets up a number of people that CBP and were able to actually's encounter stopped somehow either they were deported or they got time to show up in court.

We don't break up the numbers. Just think about that. That's 1.3 maybe is a lot of people three years. This year alone, which is not over its 2021 over 1.5 million were surpassing the previous combined three years and the wall was stopped when others been less enforcement at the border less border patrol who are at weights in Texas and and others border states are trying to do it they can just put this image of the screen, because there's no wall in del Rio Texas at the Texas governor ordered the departments attempt Department of Public Safety to use their cars as the deterrent we look at that thousands of vehicles right now dealing with a crisis that really isn't truly explained to any of us. So right now it's thousands of Haitians and we talked about the border this week let's let's get that number of of what were being told at least by the by demonstration so you know this is worse than the last three years combined. So it is not just as safe as it was before.

Under the previous ministry since an outright lie.

Just based on statistics but second dealing with these different waves of people with different backgrounds for different reasons there. Here, for instance, I've seen these flight they show between Haiti and the people been deported are most of these people do. Do we really think that 10,000 people from Haiti bought plane tickets and fled that that that doesn't make sense either, so the story of how did all these individuals get what what groups are putting them there to cause these issues on top of the arty huge probably of this is when you look at the monthly numbers small percent below 200,000+ encounters a month right now this is a small percent is getting a lot of attention because the imagery is horrible. The conditions that the people are in horrible way there. Try to blame our border patrol also horrible misusing photos people there on horseback for reason.

This is not a pleasant, peaceful protest of their dealing with dealing with the aim of people who were risking their lives to try to train it get out of a river and yet try to maintain some kind of some kind of order for this administration. They love to blame the images on Donald Trump we get back in that blaming by administration. This isn't their problem. This is Donald Trump's problem except for as I just said under their watch.

Zeke's equivalent to three years of present trumps leadership at the border with Qubec and secular to your phone calls 100-684-3110. What do you think should be done at the border at the federal level or at the state level. I just did this and are you feeling it in your unit. I want to hear from people who had these relocations made in their cities and towns to let us know what impacts been like 1-800-684-3110 join us on the challenges facing Americans are substantial time and are now in our freedoms or constitutional rights are under attack is more important than ever to stand with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now ACLJ is going on the front lines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member.

Thank you. Not well this is the perfect time to stand with us.

ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life changing become a member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice as tech. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission life will show you how you are personally pro-life support and publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists. The ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in emotion and what Obama care means to the pro-life of the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to life question free copy mission life today online ACLJ/back to secular.

We are to your photos to 164, 31 to so short here. This was situation because it really does depend on where you live but it's atmosphere you have to live on the near the border. Certainly, you feel a much better impact if you do, but you can be a place in and there to be a thousand of people from Haiti in your city or from these other countries. You have these waves. First, it was central Americans river that was a central American ways now escape from an island nation is experiencing a lot of trouble. Obviously the recent earthquakes. The assassination of the President. It's been a trouble spot, but to think about the journey someone is putting these individuals on from Haiti who central America up through Mexico to del Rio.

This is again in the numbers you thousands of people living in a tent city now right across from the US border. In the midst of a pandemic.

Let's not forget that we don't let Canadian citizens write our northern border is still the most part closed and yet our southern border.

This administration afraid to call the crisis afraid to even label it in less there blaming the Trump administration and this is this is key. I would play Maxine Waters blaming the Trump demonstration.

It's a very shocking statement that she makes about what these images are like doing. We have a sample of huge actually take was that what happened is because of the prompt relic of title 22 and the demonizing of immigrants throughout Gov. Gov. Abbott was looking toward the next election. We can't seem to really know how to handle this search. I think the Biden administration is very eager to adhere to that we are land of immigrants in a land of laws. If overlay the voluntary incident occurs on Fox show and its state was just enforcing the existing laws would be the first step. If you if you enforce the laws are already on the books you could do with a lot of this problem. It's not all about having to come up with new laws and amnesty and dreamers. This is if you enforce existing law.yes, it would be tough, but this could be handled. You're absolutely correct.

Instead of enforcing existing law. However, the Biden administration has embraced lawless's so would Jordan. I think what we are witnessing with the Biden administration is simply the Requiem for a once great superpower we have in place defeat in Afghanistan. We have surrendered our border to the open society. Open border activist and we have even surrendered our border to terrorists and basically the Biden administration continues to claim with out a shred of evidence that the border is closed. This is a fabrication of the first order. Many people ask, why have we opened the border. Why do we have people living under a bridge in 170 temperatures. Why do we have more than 1.5 million illegals who have crossed the border so far this year the answer I think is that the Biden border policy is simply intentional.

They may see failure at the border as success as Chuck Schumer has said the goal of the Biden administration. The goal of the Democrats is to radically transform America and one of the best ways of transforming America is by bringing in new voters who are highly dependent on the Democrats to change both the political and perhaps racial landscape of the nation.

So I think at the end of the day what we have is an absolute failure by the Biden administration and I see no end in sight to its acceptance of defeat.

So we Wheatley her to give her Sheila Jackson Lee than Maxine Waters and which gets to put fuel on the fire instead of any solutions and still blaming the previous administration. Nine months in. She said this to reporters about happy with administration.

We are following the truck policy arrive if their father for policy numbers would be back to what we saw between 2017 2020.

Still a lot of people know it was dying was a crisis and a problem but that it was one big address but that she went on to say what we witness is worse than what we witnessed in slavery cowboys with the Ray Raines whipping black people Haitians into the water, the facts, that's not true know it was whipped by a horse that the photo I think it was unfortunate angle that the defendant these guys are dealing with a very tough situation on that they're not perfect and they are not. They are not divine and they're dealing with with the a disaster on their head with a mass influx of people. While these members of Congress hide by mask on Capitol Hill insistence on a deflection in that statement for Maxine Waters during any luck we started on this broadcast so many times in order to have an effective border policy that works for everyone. Both American citizens and people trying to come to American America to make a new life, you need two things Jordan you need a effective control of the border.

That means you can have people rushing over willy-nilly. You have to have a process and then second, you have to have an intentional legal framework that people who are seeking a better life keenly can use Jordan and if you don't have the first thing if you don't have operational control you cannot afford of the second thing so active during the break. He played some sound from Sen. Blumenthal, I believe it was where he said this is a heartbreaking situation turn. I could not agree with him more now is propose solutions probably aren't the same ones that that are ours Arbor Jordan, the United States of America cannot have a situation where thousands and thousands of people are rushing over our borders, because they believe that there will be a better life for them and Jordan. Then there met with this kind of condition we have to have a secure border set of people want to come here. There is a process by which they can use in Jordan, one other thing that I just really alarmed me work where we saw Sec. Marcus come to Capitol Hill and he hasn't either has no idea or he won't tell us how many people are aware, I mean that this morning department, told Fox News that there were a 15,000 people at the camp on Saturday in there somewhere around 4000 now and that 1700. About 1700 had been expelled back to Haiti and there's some question whether or not there had been a first tranche of 3006.

Either way, Jordan, that means there are somewhere between six and 10,000 people that are unaccounted for and the Sec. of Homeland security during he won't tell Congress where they are notes today zero gets asked if Senate house different committees different members of Congress and that this is the second time a day later the same information. This is your DHS Sec. of the Biden administration. I don't either.

They will put some trump they're not there then having control over this they did nine months of the search all happened. Biden to close, people are unable are being detained and how many people have been dispersed. I would be pleased to provide you with specific data subsequent to this hearing today or at exactly the same question again exactly the same answer. You think the repair I work 18 hours a day.

Okay so when I return from yesterday's hearing. I actually focused on mission for so little outlier disguise that thousands of people working for him. He gets ushered around by security. He has tons of staff support staff entire communications team an entire data team. Thousands of people out the field. He is the head of a department of the government, and Harry. He acts like it's it's him going through and pulling the numbers and doing the data crunching absolutely, so I'd like to see some of his econometric regression analysis. If you is prepared to share that with the American people and he could perhaps once and for all lay to rest the fact that he perhaps lacks the personality to become a statistician. In reality what we have is a DHS secretary who is simply missed missing in action. He is unprepared for testimony before Congress. He doesn't know what he is doing and he keeps claiming that the border is indeed close, notwithstanding open and obvious evidence to the contrary.

So one of the first things Sec. my orchestra should do for the American people is simply stop lying and I think that as you said it's offensive and insulting these statements is making the members of Congress. It's infuriating Jordan.

I mean look at anybody who's done any work on Capitol Hill. Quite frankly any American citizen watching this hearing knows that the secretary is not the one doing the data input here. I mean that the idea that he's gonna go back to the office and crunch the numbers be a statistician himself in order to get that answer to Congress. Jordan it's ridiculous. I'm here to tell you the person sitting behind him. In that hearing probably has that number in a binder. They just don't want to give it to Congress. They don't want to give it to the American people because it doesn't fit their narrative by sound a little upset Jordan, I am because that is an outright lie. He is not the static to statistician. He is not the person that does the data input but he is the person with a fiduciary responsibility to give Congress that number and he failed to do it right folks, we come back, I insert add to your phone call to Heidi in Texas is the next. But if you're dealing with this.

You know your own community, 1-800-684-3110 to talk to us on the air. That's 100-6431 10 volume.

I have our lawsuit in time really peer back from the court because of course the government.

Biden administration doesn't want to respond to our FOIA on why the shift to the policies what happened what happened policy wise, where we went from 1.3 million over three years to 1.5 million in nine months only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice as is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the worship ministry and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover many ways your membership is empowering the right to question your free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/the challenges facing Americans for substantial time and are now free to sort constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stand with the American Center for Law and Justice ACLJ on the front lines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ back to secular listen to your phone calls, one 800 684 31 two if you would join us on the air. That's 1-800-684-3110.

I really would hear from people what you think the immediate response should be also if you're dealing with this in your communities the mass about people. It's not just that this group of Haitians but it's it's been one group after another after another just doing some research and because this is a lot harder to wrap your head around right then. Central American migrants looking for a better life for people Mexico looking for better economic situation or fling drug cartels. These are individuals.

For the most part, who Artie fled Haiti so they were in the winter's reporting in the news to major cities, and in South America one So Paulo Brazil, but that the majority were in that chiller and that they didn't start making this move. This idea you could go from 80 to South America and then make a move to get the US was not done until the Biden administration came into office so that I think that this is very important to point out why receiving these kind of waves of immigrants, or people trying to immigrate illegally cross think they'll just get in and then be forgotten and be part of the shadow community in the United States. People never have real legal status and that but again you stretch into this is not this is not essential. American is not Mexico. This is this is not either 90 that South Americans either. They put they were already in one different spot. We don't know how long. But we do know is it is it is a serious Chrysler puts so much strain on law enforcement. The federal and the state and local level. Let's go to Heidi in Texas online. Three.

Hey Heidi Walker secularly on the hunt for Matthew 25 for helping the poor, holding them on a temporary basis. The church should be ministering to them, but also telling them to do it the right way to write ways to go back okay is solution in my opinion, I live here in Texas. I've been an activist for 29 years is a mandatory E-Verify coupled with probably a 15 to 20 year moratorium once you shut off the incentive. The job magnets they won't be coming LD self deporting.

I feel for these people from Haiti because her on an island.

The others that come in here and apply for asylum. 97% of them modify leave economic migrants and diluting the system. That's gotta stop in Lima, and soon. If you look at it from several levels, you find that corporate interests are not aligned with the American interest.

So for instance if you look at the agricultural industry in that particular industry. They love migrants. They love cheap labor, but it goes beyond that it goes to the tech world goes to Silicon Valley. It goes to New York City because they are looking for a relatively cheap supply of nannies and caretakers and housekeepers, and the list goes on and so I think at the end of the day. Part of the problem is that the interest of elites in the United States are not aligned with American interests. The elites they look for a global economy a global world where labor can come in fairly cheaply relieve them of the burden of taking care of their own children while they go out and make millions of dollars so I think at the end of the day. One of the things that we need to do in addition to E-Verify is we need to impose penalties not only on corporations but on individual employers who violate the law. I know that seems harsh, but I think at the end of the day. That is probably the way to go because that would this incentivize many of these illegals. The last point I would make is that we also need to come up with a rational system for dispensing with social services so that simply by appearing at our border, we perhaps need to determine whether or not someone is eligible to receive social assistance and in my opinion long term.

We probably should give them emergency system assistance but then we should deport them quite quickly. We have these moments, like I anytime I hear his moments where we see the humanitarian crisis but we want to get tough enough to prevent future humanitarian crisis was how this policy would be too tough that we see the images again and we talked about again because way to canoe group of people suddenly his sperm. This new interest, but as our producer will point out this is this is like that even 1/10 of the amount of illegal border crossing going on so they do it with maybe 15,000 right here fan but a month. The dealer 200,000. This is still very slow. That's a very small part of what our law enforcement. Our border patrol is trying to deal with on a monthly basis or daily basis.

This mass influx of people and to think that an and in their being the once criticized their be compared to slaveowners and Nazis. You got all the ingredients you're in for more of these cans to pop up across America and I really don't think this is gonna be the last situation and look I so appreciated the perspective of the last caller. Matthew 25 is a passage that I try to live my life by tuba door and I think it's really important for people listening this at this or to separate the duties of you know, maybe someone following their faith in a follower of Christ and what I need to do to follow Christ and what the role of the federal government is Jordan and I would say if any of these refugees were there from Afghanistan or Haiti or anywhere else if they show up in my community.

Jordan I should serve them as a follower of Christ I should serve them. That's a little bit different than the role of the federal government. The role of the federal government is actually to put policies in place that allow America to get to continue to be a safe haven for those who are seeking a better life, and in order to do that. Jordan, you have to have control of your border and as Harry pointed out, you have to have economic policies that actually allow for the growth and for the attraction to still come to look after the callers point. Each of these people is made in the image of God and we should serve and meet their needs but Jordan were not going to be able to offer a better life for those who are seeking it. If we don't have policies that allow us to control our border and to continue to be economically attractive. They both had our air are appropriate here Jordan, but you have to separate the role of an individual in the proper role of government would I want to your phone calls to one 800 684 31 to the 2000 684-3110. How are you seeing this in your own communities, whether or not it's your border in the border state or not, because Nelson of extensive thousands of these people have been moved to the United States indefinitely deliver this audio language barrier here, but he allows border patrol agents. Their bilingual but that they not speaking French patient so that this communication bears their huge migrant issues are huge and the images do look horrible that no one is denying that everyone can feel for these people. But when the administration we come back acts as if they've got something in place and that this is being dealt with it. We know that's not true to claim blaming from by the way, under trip better so they try to make that the bad image because the rhetoric was tough, tough rhetoric, scared people try to make these horrendous trips to illegally enter our country. These tough rhetoric to say what you not be welcome here is actually a friendly place to come and people don't put their lives at risk trying get here by breaking the law, the right back to Our second ACLJ has been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member thanking God's well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ keeping you informed anything now is Jordan secular, back to secularity her focus to 100-684-3110 Ciardi had this Department Homeland security Sec. America's yet telling off members of Congress at a time to get you the numbers because I'm busy got we haven't the entire department. We have no excuse not be able to provide this your people. This is the only job is to work is to figure out the statistics of having people at the border have mere legal haven't been released back into the country and our country with court dates. Having people were deported and this is this is there are entire divisions at DHS. This is all they would do these again. He just says to members of Congress.

I worked too hard to get that number that's not so excuse this is that it is not doing this all by himself. Though the person is a joke. These are that these the heads of departments. All they have to do is ask what time they get whatever information they want, but there's obviously reasons why they don't want Congress to have this data they don't want the numbers because every month. The numbers are horrendous. They did with the real-time numbers getting out there.

I want to go to the phones. I came in Idaho on my one can welcome secularly on their my call in one statement on my one question it. I don't think I've seen or heard from her and all of my question in my statement to the American people. We the people don't seem to have a problem protesting protecting that the cause or reticulum situations unique policy situation with this. Is this what you have governments while you make that contract as an individual. So to give a public some liberty, have security because this is not you and I week unique department Homeland security need to yield customs and border patrol. You need all these different government mechanisms.

I will tell you they will not unleash in a positive since the fall weight of what the United States is capable of, because they will not allow states to take direct action while Gov. Abbott is an and the get border state governors are consciously trying new ideas and new programs every time they do that to get challenge in court and courts have for a long time now have said this is a federal issue. The federal government can allow states to take action and to kind of deputize the state law enforcement but you can't force the federal government to do. It doesn't matter how bad it is. You elect these people you get to you have to live with their policies to consider this because you brought a vice President Harris this is a Democrat Congressman Cuellar. He's asked about CNN and vice President's trip.

Take a list in the wake of vice President Harris's trip to Latin America. What impact anything changed without the respect, no nothing. So it's that the vice President's office. Harry, the Democrats are not that the honest Democrats here who might not have the same policy solution ideas, but at least there pay artist by saying they see no change in the event it's gotten worse. We all know it's gotten worse. That's what's in the news right now as we speak. The White House try to do damage control on.

I think your precisely correct.

I would also offer a cautionary note with respect to Kemal Harris know that if she was involved in the border situation undoubtably things would be much, much worse than that's hard to believe. Of course, but I think at the end of the day what we should keep in mind is that both Pres. Biden and VP Kemal Harris are missing in action. In other words, they have authorized a huge influx of illegals to become a massive super spreader of Cuyahoga throughout the United States there dispersing them on planes.

They're not checking them for coded infection status or for instance, whether or not they are vaccinated. So I think at the end of the day. This is a deliberate failure by the Biden Harris discretion FOC comebacker to take your phone calls, 1-800-684-3110 your questions and I love to get comments from people who are living on the border or living in cities and towns were people off touchscreen dropped off toy shop.

This court date don't speak the language don't have jobs don't listen if you connect to the community and then disappear into the shadows of America we write back the challenges facing Americans or substantial time in our Valley freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades. ACLJ on the frontline protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. Here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. A society can agree that the most vulnerable and voiceless. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life.

We created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the worship ministry and what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is powering the right question for copy mission life today online ACLJ/the one single thing that's changed the most. If you're one of these individuals deciding whether that's what risks are worth risking your entire life. Children's life to make this trip. The main single difference between making that decision. A year ago make that decision today is who's in charge. The federal government. The tone that there setting. So unfortunately, while this illustration is deporting people to they they not focusing on that issue. They're focusing in on humanitarian concerns and still blaming executive branch actors behavior on up administration from year ago, but they set the new tote in the new tone. People thought all right time to come. Time to go and receive wave after wave shock aftershock we have to stop being shocked every time your figure okay, what was the unique here is that the people happen to be from Haiti so it's not just contiguous land that that again is it said it shows you what we could be dealing with. That happened on a bigger scale. What is more people in these isolated countries that are facing tough times think this is the right time to put all the life savings in and try to make this perilous trip, or the fact that in the news you not really getting the distinction between people who fled Haiti post the assassination of the President and the last earthquake and people who fled Haiti may be from the hurt the earthquake before or for some other reason ever living for a decade in South America. You can't make asylum claims that you do that, that it's the case is closed.

You cannot go from one country to another, have a life there and then decide all the sudden your leave and then make asylum claims. These are just immigrate this basic immigration and it doesn't mean that we we have to be have lacked compassion, but I think creating these situations is the worst because your encouraging people to make this trip instead of incurring a set of discouraging them with tough talk and language this is not to be a welcome experience. You could tie you could be separated out from your family. You might be you might get sent to some city in America. Were you you you can't speak the language you have no connections or jobs. This this these kind of situations and yet yet when the administration is asked specifically if if you why won't Biden go why what what should we do that I want you to close to Congresswoman Presley this is shocking because because this is what the why the left has folded so much hurt.

The law has changed. Think about that.

There's no change in law from when Donald Trump was present to Joe Biden, has been present so he does have less power.

There's there's no new hamstrings.

This is the idea. This is the internally what he's facing in the Democrat party take a listen.

What we must do better in the ministration must deportation flight allowed folks to make a legal claim, which by the way, right legal. This is it's not legal in effect. If the reporting is true in most these people were in 1/3 party state already for years. You can't make the asylum claim. Or you can make. You can apply for immigrate and wait your turn. You cannot claim asylum. Even if you are in a tough situation. You are to escape that absolutely consider one of the great things about Ayana Presley and the other members of the AOC group is that they fail to understand basic law. They failed to understand basic human rights law, the individuals primarily under the bridge in Texas Indo del Rio are coming from Chile and from South America. This means they've already left Haiti. So even if their lives were at risk. Living in Haiti because of some type of oppression they cannot now claim that their coming to the United States to escape oppression that they've already escaped from. So her claim makes no sense.

And so one of the important lessons that the American people should take from her statement and statements. Like many others, is that you don't have to understand the law, you don't have to understand the Constitution in order to become a US congressperson and so many of these congresspeople are simply now informed but in some respects it's even worse than that. They are deliberately and maliciously misstating the law Galileo to Christine in Texas online for actually welcome to secular on their call.

What legally governor here because of her hot other governors say limit head, but here in Texas. We want the National Guard out you know to stop this madness out here and that basically my question. My comment is basically I just feel like they're just keeping all this going to be able to see their agenda principle for their actions. The governors could take the government Texas taken something so that imager with the brackets we put up again, these are Texas Department of the other vehicles that's a federal governess and CBT who are in effect creating a wall with vehicles to set in del Rio to deal with this current's to try doing this current search so will say they are the contrived novel approach.

That is, that certainly novels well putting using vehicles that way the federal court precedent area which is pretty recent. It's not like 50 years old, is that in less the federal government comes in and really deputize these officials at the actual border, there's not so much they can do. I think that is true. Think they'll get to deal with immigration court and ended in some instances I they got it mutely passes people off. They apprehended me. I think that is true, but I also think Gov. Abbott and the other border governors they can do some things at the margin. For instance, they can enforce.

For instance, and title loitering laws or other laws that might inhibit illegal immigration.

To some extent they can make sure that the laws are indeed enforced at the board. Texas laws are enforced at the border. They can deploy perhaps more National Guard troops at the border again to ensure law in order in border communities, but I think you are essentially correct Jordan that Gov. Abbott cannot impair the processing of immigrants into the United States. They have the legal right to do so. I also understand that Gov. Abbott is creatively thinking about or at least proposing to him build a fence on private property. So long as all land owners will agree to that and I think that will then perhaps limit access to the United States but at the end of the day it's the Biden administration. It's their failures that have produced this situation used a great word earlier Jordan about creating of the Biden administration has simply created the incentives and the conditions for a crisis at the border. Now that the crisis has become the Biden administration has basically thrown up its hands and said oh it's President prompts Walt, this is childish behavior but increasingly I think the American people have come to expect that gunplay because you're hearing different fish of the debt different. I was the one Democrat says get rid of the border that don't have any more deportations whatsoever, but at Carson Quail Art was a Democrat but up border. He represents a border district list now embraces them because it's very important, as I think most people see this. It's a little bit of edge venture. How are this many people from 80 at the spot the border at the same time meticulous what I understand there is at least another 30,000 patients in Mexico right now. There's also another 30,000 in Columbia also. I understand there is about 15,000 patients in Panama so discharge of patients is not to stop at a time to doubt. Are they coming directly from Haiti know they finance from Chile and see another fact-based yes there you go in and then we can discuss it.

We come back this break because it is very important that that that we know and if a Democrat member Congress is stating the facts as we can hopefully agree on the facts is that these individuals what I would like to know was how long they spent in Chile or Brazil where these flights are going into you from Haiti into his recent have they been there for years. Why are we suddenly expressing this search from a specific place specific people, but it wasn't because of the most recent events.

There that were so disastrous, so about it. We will Get to that to a Qubec break. If you want to be on the air with us, you still have time.

What 100 684 31 to to talk to us on the air. That's 100-684-3110 we write back only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life changing become a member today ACLJ secular directive phone so William Alabama I live on a William Logan Sekulow you're there is in the migrants you are coming here you are requesting or silent when a country when you're playing a country so you might wind when you are all existing, you're right your understand.

I love our audience because you could tell they are educated and it's not something you would guess that if you were an immigration attorney.

These are things that again you have to cut you have to learn to understand how the law work in international laws because this involves course the discussion with the law of nations that we do all this refugee working and that's why posted that in the last segment. The timing is very important near the Carson Quail are quick clearly said without any kind of issues they figured out. This is mostly coming out of Brazil and Chile and that's where these flights are coming to get people up to near our border with you the numbers the pre-stagger was to talk about 75,000+ people from this one movement of of of a specific group of people from Haiti are still out there somewhere in Central America but that the basics of a set of of the law of asylum is that if you seek if you are if you're fleeing because of this danger to your life in the specific reasons and I mean it unless you were just this. If you got the aircraft you have the ability to make the assumption that still may be at the airport at the William is right and none of these none of these individuals that have would have a claim asylum claim.

Be it would even if you had a reason because you got someplace else.

The whole idea of asylum. Is it so bad for you individually, people to kill you because of who you are that because you're part of a group of a country that has bad economics so that if they touched down there for any period of six significant amount of time which doesn't take much.

That's where the claim should be made.

Those countries might not be as friendly but they that is where they came first and that's what we need to know how long our days on the ground what's up what is this look like on the ground in Brazil and Chile. We should be able to figure that out. Maybe VP Harris at a point in checking the conditions in those locations.

She went talk about the original causes. Maybe this is the original cause she should look at a but by the way Jordan I mean is, you will know this is silent on this is not just unique to the United States.

This is true around the world. If you are genuinely on the run for your life seeking asylum from another country you are to make that claim in the first safe country. You enter into Jordan, the vast majority of these Haitian migrant soda, so to speak, are not eligible for an asylum claim. So Congressman Presley can say they need to be allowed to make this the asylum claim adorned. They're not legitimate asylum claimant and I would I would tell you that it's not just being coldhearted. If we are getting use our resources to process applications for people who now are not genuinely on the run for their lives. What is that doing Jordan is detracting those resources from where they should be applied which is to legitimate asylum claim he is and we we've worked on this for many decades. Jordan, you've done many of these cases. Personally we care about the asylum process and if you're gonna pull resources away from it from people who do not have a legitimate claim to asylum that is doing a dramatic wrong too many people involved is due to dramatic run to United States citizen is doing a dramatic wrong to these Haitian migrant you might be eligible under another program, and Jordan.

Maybe most egregiously, it's doing a violent wrong to someone who is legitimately running for their lives and ought to have the attention of the United States officials who are supposed to be processing asylum claims this is about the size these numbers of the cars with talk about that is still 75,000 people out there. This does go back that if it was tongue-in-cheek, a little bit with the exhibit.

Our vice President did go to these other countries and it feels like they were prepared for this at all. So why are we working with Brazil. What working with Chile to to know that these individuals is a mass amounts of people for them to to understand sort.

Is it because they always act like a shocked everyone is always acting shocked and surprised by what's going on at the border as if they have no way of knowing mass influx of people are making their way there, you raise a very good point and what we have on our hands is another massive intelligence failure is just like we failed to predict the collapse of Afghanistan. We failed to predict of the arrival of Haitian immigrants from South America and since some of these individuals apparently are traversing 3 to 4000 miles per Foot through Many Other Intermediate Countries and yet the DHS Secretary Claims That He Was He Surprised They Just Showed up Out Of Thin Air. They Didn't Fly in from Haiti. Most of These Individuals Have Been Out Of Haiti for Years and yet This DHS Secretary Who Lacks an Understanding of Statistics Also Lacks an Understanding of Incentives We Have Incentivize This Influx We Have Incentivize.

We Have Created This Disaster and I Think the Sooner the American People Recognize This, the Sooner the American People Take Action.

The Sooner We Can Solve This Crisis but I Don't Expect the Biden Administration to Take Really Any Affirmative Steps to Solve the Crisis.

We Continue to Hear That Kemal Harris Is Working on Root Cause It's Perhaps She Can Link the People underneath the Bridge to the Root Cause of Climate Change, or Some Other Fictional Claim, but I Think at the End of the Day the Kemal Harris Vice, but Sorry Vice President Kemal Harrison, Pres. Biden Don't Know What They're Doing. This Is This so Ill We Just Poses What You Have You Not Figure This out and so May Our Kids Are Art, Art, Homeland Security Sector.

He Saying They They Do Watch It Is Just Too Fast.

They Close by 35. We Watch the on the Flow of Individuals Seeking to Migrate Irregularly through Mexico from the Northern Triangle Countries and Further South We Do Indeed Track It, and Nevertheless I Congressman, As I Previously Articulated Speed with Which This Materialized Is Unprecedented.

Shantytown Created on the Border This Is That Does Not Happen Overnight. These Individuals If We Know They're Coming in from Very Far Away. It's Not like Your Ear, It's an Easy Walk from So Paulo to the Border so That's I Have Your Moving That You Move This by Aircraft so This Should Not Be Too Difficult for the Federal Government.

This Is Usually a Lastly the Broadcasters the Problem One Thing We Haven't Talked about This Show Today at All Is Is There New Legislation That You Can Utilize to Help Give the Federal Government More Power Five Children States Is the Issue. The Congress Is so Divided Is Those Issues That inside the Democrat Party. There's Tons of Division on I Want You to Remember the Present Truck Was Willing to Provided That Cortical Dreamers with a past Way to See a Pathway to Citizenship If We Secure the Border. The Democrats Had No and Now the Borders Unsecured As Wave after Wave after Wave and a Humanitarian Crisis of Our Doing That We Created.

This Is Our Fault Because of the New Totally Set in the Laws We Stopped Forcing but We Can't Look to Congress Right Now. Try to Fix This President Has A Lot Of Power Here Lot Executive Power and Is Acting like They Are in the Dark Touch of Secular ACLJ on the Frontlines Protecting Your Freedom Is Defending Your Rights in Court in Congress and in the Public Arena.
