Vice President Kamala Harris finally visited the border. The timing of the visit raises questions - coming on the heels of President Trump's planned visit. The location of the visit - El Paso - also raises questions. By no means is El Paso at the heart of the crisis VP Harris has been tasked with fixing. During interactions with the press, VP Harris struck a decidedly defensive tone. Jordan and the rest of the Sekulow team - including ACLJ Senior Counsel for Global Affairs, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo - discuss the VP's trip, her interactions with the media, and the state of the crisis at the border. All this and more today on Sekulow .

VP Harris gets highly defensive during her long awaited border. Visit the DOJ files a lawsuit against Georgia voting and the new law, there are also to be joined by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo live from Washington DC lines open for your questions right now: 1-800-684-3110 and and now, your host is located should to put it in the words of a former Obama official. It's a much more secure location of the Brownsville area or some parts of the Arizona area so if you tried to show that the borders secure much more likely to go to El Paso. Also the former President present drug plans to join a number of members of Congress as well as the Texas Gov. Greg Abbott next week next Wednesday on the border with Ted Texas with Mexico.

So you saw this, I think quick change in plans because they realize this could quickly be utilized because Republicans are going to show the real problems where the real humanitarian crises are and so now VP Harris is widely at a border facility.

But as we been told by all the experts she starts really where the problem is about a thousand miles away still from where the real problem is a sitter recorded so this came about 100 days late 92 days exactly to be exact in a thousand miles apart too far away and that's because where she is, is not the hotbed, and in fact it's much more under control and it it has been.

This is not been the problem so sorry to talk about that today, a secretary for secretary state by Pompeo will be joining us in this first half, the broadcast second half-hour dead riot.

He's got a new book out called the Ed adversaries story of Boston and Bunker Hill. It's a historical fiction that's great for the broadcast of the conservative movement will be joining us like to talk about his new book as well, but I do want just everyone to understand that with everything going on right now really talk to about that. The lawsuit announced by DOJ just right for wood on air against the Georgia law that the first about 17 states that tried to follow the 2020 election put in place voter integrity measures at the state level with their labs during the Constitution and now the DOJ essay. While there to start with Georgia are looking to section 2 of the voting rights act so you think these were actions done to implicitly prevent people from being able to vote, so we will again as ever to be able to analyze that even further next week is we actually start to see the lawsuits that are filed but that is been announced by the Department of Justice of those you would Georgia in the 16 other states who passed laws to try to build up your lecture integrity. Following 2020. So we don't see a repeat of that. Be aware of the. The activist DOJ Albert Carlin got a lot of pressure for the left to start taking more activist role as Atty. Gen. is coming after your states, and he started with Georgia, but he's also doubling the staff of the civil rights division of the DOJ and they are looking to sue.

They're looking to prevent your states who have the constitutional authority to make these rules change the rules in both the legislative process what they all bid but they can still be challenged by the federal government. That is what were see made species whether that be a bigger pattern here let me focus back to give us a call at one 800 684 31 two is VP Harris is trying to save elicited new trip. This is just a continuation of my big plan except for if it was you could've told us about this trip right into that the company 48 hours notice of adjustment right now you have to go to the place, thereby says, oh, that's a check the box visit.

So what you do in your VP big check the box visit go to places where the real problems are right back at secular share this broadcast with your friends and family for watching online challenges facing Americans is a time when our value or freedom sort constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now DOJ on the front lines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side.

You are already a member. Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life changing become a member today ACLJ only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the end what Obama care means to the pro-life in many ways your membership is empowering the right to question your free copy of mission in life today online/the first five because VP Harris's which she landed she said out of always good. I was always plenty to come here.

This is always the plan. She's kinda defensive because of the question that was asking here with this all put together because for present trumpets coming next week. This is her answer take Alyssa by 26 now right I says this is a new plan said back in March. This is how she said it back in March that if you list this closely to see this is something that I could play this out this is put on the calendar somewhere. Maybe a moving target, but the plants take Alyssa to say this always been the play. They said that Bart's was that I'm not going today and I'm sure I will again be that's out that is open ended as it gets with Andy. We will see today that the vice President would not be pushed. You are just about hey why are you here now.

Actually there for two hours with Leonard. This is this about that as they said the safest place to go. The place to check the box the places most security could eat.

You can show the imagery.

This Kettlewell rod, that's great. By the way, I think it be great to compare a facility that's got it under control because they have a lower bound of the people. Andy with a facility that's being overrun like in the Rio Grande Valley because there you can also see some root causes and effects that are different depending on where you're talking about crossing the border. Well, that's exactly right. Your nominee know you go to the scene of the of the you know where everything is serene and wonderful and taken care of if in fact it is in El Paso or Brownsville.

I'm not sure that it is, but it's probably better than otherwise than other areas. But let me give you a statistic that that really stands out in my mind in May at the El Paso border where she is going for all of 20 hours today hundred and 20 minutes in May and El Paso there were 22,219 encounters in May the same month okay at the Rio Grande border where she should be going today.

There were 50,793 encounters over to the one why are you going to the place that is more placid that is more under control. If you're the borders are because that's what she really is. Then go to the place where that where there is the crisis 800 miles away. She cannot answer that question Jordan having Harry this idea again that this was all the plants, just reeks of more politic plates play politics with the issue to do or two hours there. That's a significant trip to the border. Spend a lot more time in the door. The tribe a lot more time just with the Mexican leaders, but so but with her old Americans team the border patrol agents, ice ages, those who run these facilities even if she's in a place that is doesn't see as much action so she's 22,000 crossings meet so that there's actually there you just reeks of of a political decision that she never really want to go there, but all by Donald Trump's going there. He's over there.

The Texas governor and Texas Republicans so that's happy. Next week we better get ahead of this soldier sit her down for couple hours and have these Blog meetings, absolutely. So I think the Biden administration just like the Obama administration before insist on leading from behind, as illustrated by VP Harris's press gaggle this morning, the Biden administration has been crystal clear on one thing they have no idea what they are doing in terms of dealing seriously with the US border crisis first and foremost, they continue to show they're not serious about virtually anything unless it expands the powerbase of left-wingers who continue to dominate the Biden administration policies chops.

Second, the Biden administration the Biden administration continues to focus on so-called root causes while ignoring clear and unmistakable evidence that it is their own unintelligent incoherent policies that have caused a flood ability to search across the southern border with illegal crossings up this past May to a 20 year record of 180,000, and I think it's important to put this in context, the President that Pres. Biden's immigration policy failures are in ants by incoherence which was recently put on display by what the Biden administration's decision to offer admission to the United States of Afghan A's who helped you as troops in Afghanistan. I think we might applaud right. But guess what, the Biden administration is doing. They are sending the Afghan A's to third countries so that they can apply legally for visa. Wouldn't it be more efficient to simply fly them to Mexico and then escort them to the US border and allow them to walk across the US Porter just like terrorists have been free to walk across the US border for months. So again the Biden administration policy is incoherent. It's unintelligent and it's not working what's this idea that if it's great to follow the rules when they canceled like the interpreters of the third part third state file the claim there with the embassy and I'll take care of you. So will follow the normal rules of asylum seeking their but yet when it comes to this mass influx of what they hope for new new Democrat voters.

They've always hope that they they can get to sub way.

Were these people will be legalized and able to vote is treated as Harry pointed out just very differently if you're immigrating anywhere else in the world got to go through the log immigration process or take your silo claim and have it adjudicated coming up to the southern border and she's at a processing center but again it that many places on that border, never have to go through the process, etc. you get across. You make your way to America to look toward everybody knows the asylum process is being abused.

Nobody in Washington DC including the President and the vice President actually think that is being used legitimately and luck with that. It on this broadcast a lot. The people that hurts the most.

Jordan are the legitimate asylum-seekers.

These are people that we have helped during the course of the last several decades. On many occasions during those are the ones that are being left out in this lack of a strategy I would tell you maybe two things from sort of a macro Washington DC perspective. First of all on the timing of this literally nobody believes that this is not a response to Pres. Trump and Gov. Abbott announcing their trip. Everyone knows that it's a response to that and then second Jordan. You played probably three or four bytes now where Pres. Harris has essentially said the same thing. She said some version of luck. This was always the plant.

I was always going to go to Mexico and Guatemala first and then I was going to come to the United States look toward the problem with that is, it's backwards. I mean, of course, the problems in Mexico and Guatemala are a part of this but it is the job of the American administration to start with the American interest in then work the problem from that perspective. They're doing it exactly backwards. And so of course you can get the results of all time highs of encounters until they turn that around. Jordan the problem to continue what you share this broadcast with your friends and family so she can watch on Facebook, YouTube, a data periscope because were about to be joined by our Savior, counsel, former Secretary of State for state director Mike Pompeo to talk about this at this it at the idea of just a lack of plan fan is well just doesn't seem to be it at one of the congressional side but also on the administration side. Their plan was to coveted and undo the that the eye, the policies that were working that the trumpet ministration put in place of the executive level as policymakers at they have not try to put forward anything comprehensive. So far the dose those that reversals of those initial plans have led to this massive search that caused the problem.

Your 90 look.

There was a there were policies in place that were working at the end of the last administration and let me just say this is actually why we are in active litigation against the administration right now.

As a result of our FOIA request I will initiate and mention all of the issues Jordan, but I look there was no reason to suspend the migrant protection protocols that were working to remain in Mexico program, and yet they did it. There was no reason to suspend the operation talent a program that was seeking down sex criminals illegally present in the United States and yet they did it.

There is no reason to not be testing the DNA of of parents are of adults that come across with minors, and yet they did all of that at the Jordan we are in a lawsuit were in litigation right now to find out what that hat what what is happening and why those decisions were made in one of the questions we want answered is if you are taking down press releases when known terrorist crossed the border.

What happens when the next one crosses the border.

Jordan, I mean literally today if a known terrorist someone the United States knows is a terrorist crosses the southern border. Are we apprehending them. I'm not sure it's clear it's not clear because the word that we get last Sec. Pompeo about this as well. This word encounters that hasn't legally defined to be it set it just means it does everything it took to under some kind of control ended release that was there some cut was again are they in your custody are they out of your custody is different for every person.

What does that mean when they say they have 180,000 counters are most of the people just let out through Ivy that that's the question we still don't have answers to.

I don't think we get it from VP Harris today but I we can certainly ask Sec. Pompeo about it in these terms that are used up to. I think try to distract us with a safe hundred 80,000 counters at 70 stop hundred 80,000 people. I don't believe that's the case with toxic. Pompeo next only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally and publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists.

The ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to life question free copy mission life today online ACLJ/challenges facing Americans or substantial time in our Valley freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now ACLJ on the frontlines projecting your freedoms defending your rights in courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us.

ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life changing become a member today ACLJ we are joined by ACLJ, senior counsel for global affairs over Secretary of State for CIA director Mike Pompeo, Sec. Pompeo, BSU first visit Shockey everybody this morning because VP Harris is highly at the southern border. Right now there's a lot of question about the location that was chosen is kind of a place that checked the box because it's a much more have a processing center much more secure. It's not like what's going on the Rio Grande, where we see, but the numbers continue to rise of where the hundred 80,020 year highs for just about the bay since they come in the office is over 700,000 encounters. I will ask about that.

Admitted but but first wanted to two hour visit Sec. Pompeo to one spot so she's not going to multiple spots to see the differences and see how one area may be handling at the other areas kind of now feels like they they got not enough staff that of resources do you honestly think that anything will come out of this visit or resist a we better check this box before present trumpets down. I imagine that tomorrow will be fewer people come across them today and will be fewer people, often decadent result of our trip down to the border. It doesn't appear to be a particularly. Separately looks like she's going down there just a completed task that's been on her to do list for an awfully long time. She got black for handling this poorly, but sadly weekly, we focus so much on her travel… Unhappy if she doesn't travel down there if she could actually address the questions that are set up or think actually took that their actions actually delivered in the way that we get the foyer to the top of my stress right. It took us a little while to get it right, but we have this we had the issue in a place will we understood it was coming across the border. We had clarity about what was going to happen and I think people all across Central America and Mexico and the world knew that our southern border was closed was lawful immigration but if you try to get here legally. We were going to stop you. We would need to get you relief when playing silly games.

If you apply for asylum your gift in Mexico those of the things that matter and for VP Harris to go down there and have some video taken apart a processing center today.

I can't imagine anyone thinking about coming across the border illegally to change the plan's policies and that's really the focus is Sec. Pompeo was at their policies in place with the trumpet ministration came in. Things were not good at the border that was acknowledged by the present while he ran for office and his first campaign, and he talked about the border lot securing the border, building the wall.

The fact that you would which is no pass of the could see portions of that wall with with a fluid you can see where where was finished it wide. Maybe this is a Kolber location, but the idea is that you, with all the policy changes made.

Do you think it matters really who is test this administration. With this duty. If they won't get realistic with about about the actual policies that work and stop playing politics with policy and are up in the end it did Pres. Biden's responsibility is the commander-in-chief. He has the responsibility secure our southern border. Statutory data get legal believe that the right thing to do and so you can fill them out there would always talk about the package you can delegate authority but not responsibility. In the end, the thought called on Pres. Biden's gotta get it right. I hear them talk to Jordan about how our policies were bad.

Look at what's happening these people they're trying to make the request look at the doors that are being inflicted upon them by these cartels and the coyote truly a humanitarian crisis holy apartment separate from the crisis to present our southern border. This word a lot.

Sec. company's strategic questions.

With this term encounters is used a lot it so we heard that you know there's 180,000 border patrol encounters in the bouts of day. How should we all interpret that because every is that just need the people were taken and released exhibit and we did. It certainly does imply that they were all turned back and read. So it's interesting like a word that specially chosen by the 22 so that it's vague enough we can actually define what it means even when you were able to stop someone exactly right. When the Bible uses the term encounters means that they come across someone we know when we came in the office that there was a policy of catch and release take the name take the number column. Godspeed. I actually think this ministration is handling it even worse than this.

I think when they're having Actually taking the medicament, then moving them throughout the country giving them the capacitive beater and remain married and an ambiguous status.

We know that many of you folks will ultimately come to live there long term about this on the way that was inconsistent with US law thought.

My guess is Jordan your fears are your concerns about them using the word encounter are entirely justified to your attention for just a minute to the JC POA under Benjamin Netanyahu, the former Israeli Prime Minister Israel refused to engage with abandon ministration over the Iran nuclear deal, except to strongly oppose it, but the new prime minister Naftali Bennett is taking a somewhat different approach by at least appearing to be working with Pres. Biden behind closed doors. Netanyahu has said that Bennett isn't strong enough to stand up to Biden over the JC POA. What are your thoughts about that. Well don't want to quibble with the new prime minister about his tactics.

In the end, the United States acted everything they can to ensure that the rain never chemical weapon and got back into the is just crazy. I hope it is what Mr. Bennett is telling present by the hopefully a thing if there talking is additional risk Israel security situation, it will rest stability in the region will create the chance other countries in the region will decide they need nuclear weapons and the prime minister should be things very clearly. We will never let around have a nuclear weapon.

It's too dangerous for the Jewish homeland in your putting us in the difficult position that one day we may have to do the most difficult thing Israel could do which is to go be a position where to go take out Iranian nuclear program. We ought not put the Israelis in that position.

We have the capacity to prevent that, and sadly, this is muscle memory for present by nesting the same people who created instability in the Middle East by sidling up to the rank and giving them tens of billions of dollars in cash appear to be headed down that same dangerous back again requested for 60 company as well. That is, new piece up@aclj.org yeah.

Mr. Sec. wanted to ask you about your latest blog@aclj.org. It's called in Europe trip Biden puts America last and and I would tell you, Mr. Sec. actually feel kind of the same way about the vice President's trip first to Guatemala and Mexico in into the United States border just seems like she got that backwards, but on Europe specifically and and on what you wrote what you call this a wasted trip. You think there was absolutely no progress made.

There was just a waste altogether.

Nothing that put America at the perimeter of this trip. Whether what he was handing over a pipeline to the Russians. The Germans are saying that it's great to be back in the club. I think those Crohn's words was so much about optic so much about saying that were back on the team below back rather than thing that this is what matters to America. This is delegate to keep America secure. We want to be your friend, the part of your great allies you gotta do your part to make sure we get this right.

It was that was a lost opportunity because of Pres. Biden got made clear that he has missions that was unambiguous to secure American freedom and to build out a set of alliances that could protect us against the Chinese commerce party and the flexible rod draft from the north grave if he had done that those things had a chance to do some real good and he just gave up on that but the ability to stand in front of a group of people are also America's greatest national security risk climate change. Check out the piece by ACLJ.org. It's titled in Europe trip Biden puts America Lasix. As always great to have you on the ACLJake team will be right back. Second, secular ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member thinking. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work become a member today ACLJ live from Washington DC to secular and again I think just to hear those words or sec. pub. This is these trips both the bride's trip to Europe and he could see any concrete anything that was gay for the United States anything worthwhile for the state and were seeing the same kind of trip today I would vice President trip to the southern border, which I think would be much more effective if she was willing to go to the place where it was rough. See see how bad it gets.

Maybe that spurns her then to take some action back to Washington DC to say you know what this is a red this is humanitarian crisis, but instead so far what I see this her visiting what they dubbed the new Ellis Island were the processing center F you've Artie kind of gone through all of all of the. The tough stuff and I your and I at a government processing facility. She's only there for a couple hours I know she still there areas that much longer and I get it will be the empty trip will likely not lead to any new policies maybe lead to more policy reversals. It'll make the situation at the border even that much worse. But when I heard Andy from Sec. Pompeo that with that term of account what that term encounters really leads to the federal government.

It is scary is all the fears he taught this word encounter does not meet stopped. No it doesn't it doesn't mean that it means just a confrontation with someone it doesn't do anything of the sort that that was happening before. One of the things in the Trump administration. One of the things that I really interested me was Sergio Gonzalez, Executive Director of immigration. The hobbit was former aide to VP Harris said that this is a great opportunity for the vice President to be able to talk about the ways in which this administration meeting Biden has undone the damage of the previous administration, and I asked myself what damage that we build a wall that this operation talent was put in the fact that we wanted to do the DNA testing that we wanted to have the remaining policy.

Mexico policy put into place. What was the damage.

Please articulate that I'd like to know. I don't see what the damage was that that was being done instead of addressing those issues and saying trying to politicize the President from did as being damage they center today to El Paso to an antiseptic as you say close. You know, entry zone, where everybody has been cleansed and clean in everyone's all fresh and right right and good. Wanted to go down to the Rio Grande Valley to see with the babies are being thrown across the border wanted to go down to see where these mules and the coyotes are coming through wanted to go to the real cause center of the crime and look at that.

You don't want to see it. That's why having here that's what it just appears to me is that they think they wanted the photo op.

It looks so far what we see from your visit you very kind of lost settings, government processing center, meeting with nonprofit charities so not spending hours with border patrol agents at different officers not visit different zones to come to get the full impact of she did that to aid in that Central America shoot to different places to get a feel for what were the reasons why people were coming, but what she didn't do on the border is, is it doing today's that which is going to different parts the border see why why why are they having trouble here. Why is it different here than there absolutely so I think in addition to the parade of portables that Andy so eloquently analyzed, it's important to note that VP Harris fails to acknowledge the Biden administration's missteps with respect to immigration, so they very first Trump era policy such as catch and release remain in Mexico expanding the border wall.

All of these policies were working. So at the end of the day the Biden administration refuses to take responsibility for its own failure support own missteps. That is the primary cause of the search in illegals coming across our border right folks, we come back and right is good to be joining us live dead roads.

American majority which the great organization grassroots conservative activism organization tradespeople again. I gets people treats candidates. Please got a new book out as well. Called the adversaries a story of Boston and Bunker Hill. Check that out as well that a majority Setauket is developing a back challenges facing Americans or substantial time in our Valley freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now ACLJ on the front lines projecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms and then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member thinking not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.where you can learn more about our life-changing become a member today ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable and voiceless.

Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission will show you how you are personally and the publication includes all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later, planned parenthood's role in the Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for mission life today online/secular were joined by good friend of the broadcast good for the ACLJ that Ryan and Ned, of course, in his role outside of the author is the founder and director of American majority which a great organization.

The trades I conservative leaders, which is so important, not just grassroots but to run as candidates you will segment the importance of all those different positions in government, and so American majority does a lot of great work there. I can follow on Twitter at Ned Ryan are why you in but that you got a brand-new book out as well and is available at Amazon.

It's called the adversaries a story of Boston and Bunker Hill.

First let me just ask you what was your inspiration to write this book.

Tell people about the book because I believe it's a cut like a historical fiction right is now you appreciate me and all you Jordan, that will inspiration for me is the life of Dr. Joseph Warren somebody that I think has been forgotten by many people, who was one of the main political organizers in the days leading into the battle of Bunker Hill those last nine or 10 months before that battle. Jordan are incredible to me what was taking place on the side of the Atlantic and the other side of the Atlantic.

What Dr. Joseph Warren eventually became the present provincial Congress. He became a major general in the new army and then on the day of Bunker Hill as a young 34-year-old Harvard educated Dr. decided he's going to go fight on Bunker Hill.

Anyway, this is like like olfaction 90% of its real are no fictional characters are all historical. A lot of the events actually took place.

I try to re-create a lot of the dialogue based off diaries and speeches and letters to really give people a feel for what I think are some of the most important months on end in the cause of freedom in which Sam Adams and Joseph Warren and Paul Revere and John Hancock and and many others.

Obviously, in Boston, Massachusetts said now you're not going to use our rights anymore. I cannot find a compromise in this area were going to actually fight the idea to see you. You were inspired to write the book you want to put together.

It's interesting approach because you also talk about the idea that this was Englishman shooting at English video. Some of you forget to enter history, but 85% of Massachusetts that time was that people were direct English. Lydia decided this was people who were again fellow citizens the same country at the time who decided to take up arms and and you get into the reasons why they decide to do that yet know that's a really good point for numbing.

This is 85% of Massachusetts is direct English lineage.

They're not Scottish they're not Irish. There there from England and also you have these Englishmen on on either side of the Atlantic, looking at each other going. We don't agree on some fundamentals of what is rule of law who governs who makes the laws and what are the themes that I tried to explore a little bit in this book is that those coming over from England to colonize the American shores brought with them very English ideas written out black-and-white that have been passed by Parliament and assented to by English kings Magna Carta 1628 petition of right, the 1689 Bill of Rights and they have a charter of Massachusetts, which had been signed by King William III that stated very clearly outside of a British governor Royal Gov. they had the right to elect and appoint all the other officials they had the right to democracy and self-government, and I think what happens in those last nine or 10 months before Bunker Hill. It obviously been building in the 60s, 1760s but really became very forefront of the debate of wording who governs why you get the government and who gives rights and I this is one of the things I discuss in my first book restoring the Republic. The founders of the free American Republic felt that we had transcendent natural rights that have been given to us by our Creator and because they been given to us by our Creator. No temporal, earthly power, had the right to revoke them. So Parliament and the king's ministers can take away those rights and Parliament. The king's ministers looked at those ideas and said that more of a series of suggestions in the here and now were the power and if you don't comply will send more troops than warships, more cannons and the American colonists that well would have to fight and decide who actually gets to govern these colonies because you wrote it in a way to get important narrative form so that we would people pick up this book and encourage them check it out is a place you want to go. Amazon dead, by the way that we I do Jordan I will and I did that for a reason. Of course I got real questions about some of the tech comedies, but I want to conservative author this and my first surge of PR went to number 83 on all books at Amazon.

It's a deeply patriotic book is a deeply historical book and I want people to go bided Amazon to prove the people.

Yet, conservative authors, we can do really well on Amazon. Certainly it is is a changing world out there is an author as well with conservative books, and even get back to my last publisher probably would not publish that book today honestly be dishonest assessment of where things are in that world. I suggest be able to get these books together, but a patriotic book like this. What would what that the reading experience be like then I know you are audience that there up to speed on the issues the day I think you're talking to a group that would be really interested pick up a copy of your book at Amazon. It's a call to get the adversaries a story of Boston and Bunker Hill.

Such a output in the adversaries there with your search on Amazon. We got we've been putting up the book cover up on the screen here so people could see what kind of what will the reading experience be like you inspire me.

This is the one thing I was appointed to the 1776, commissioned by Pres. Trombley obviously want to go in the public schools and and really confronts on these insidious fictions of the 6019 project and and critical race theory, but I hope that people will pick up a book will be inspired and understand again must be realistic or imperfect human beings in an imperfect world, but the founders of the free American Republic and an active principal defiance in the face of this overwhelming overpowering authoritarianism said no. We believe we have rights when willing to fight for them and were quite frankly is morning show to demonstrate on bunker will willing to even die for them and so I hope in the opening note in the authors note Jordan. I say this history done well is like the wind at our backs.

It should inspire us. It should move us to action.

And that's one of the reason we need to go back and look at the founding of the of the American Republic. It should inspire us, but also should motivate us to action in today in 21st-century America because that's how you actually achieve change. Jordan is not reading, just simply reading or having great ideas is going into action to actually implement those ideas to cause change to happen. The book is the adversaries story of Boston and Bunker Hill by Ned Ryan who is a great grassroots leader of the conservative movement but is also written this a great I do.

Patriotism also parts with that you might not have have gotten in school know that today get to some of the stories in the initial beginnings of how we got to ultimately declaring independence and the Revolutionary war. These actions leading up to that these people who are very brave who knew that they were risking their life.

So get the book. The adversaries check it out on Amazon's by Ned Ryan and of course the organization. He leads American majority are doing great work as well.

Doubt, VP Harris, I just wrapped up a meeting with Faith leaders officially moving through this trip very quickly, as she hold eight. She held a press conference, but that what was interesting in the press conference that she took no questions. So she just made a statement, I guess, worse, or they allow the news cameras it to cover some of her meeting with Faith leaders. She wrapped the meeting by asking to be okay for quoting Scripture she said do justice of love, mercy, walk humbly with your God that top that's all you get this all wonderful and your meeting with those Faith leaders at the same time though you what you have to say are you doing justice to those individuals who are being told one thing by coyotes. Harry ended your spending their life savings to get here and by not making it clear the gist of speech in Guatemala say don't come which was heavily criticized by Democrats or say it out and get it.

I just think that it's fine to quote Scripture. It's fine to do all this. If you're putting policies in place that actually do justice, and that provide mercy. You're absolutely correct to doing justice requires some complex analysis and that is absolutely what is missing with respect to the Biden administration's policy with respect to the border doing justice includes doing justice to the emigrants to the individuals who wish to come to the United States illegally doing justice also means doing justice for the individuals in the United States who are being inundated with illegals and then they have to share in the cost of taking care of those illegals. It's important to keep in mind that the Biden administration is flying illegals by night into interior cities and basically straining the resources and many of those cities so doing justice means more than what Biden administration is currently doing final segments, fewer talk to us on air with your thoughts on VP Harris trip to the border to call if that is a quick visit, so it feels like to be very quick visit the temples totally complete. Will there be actual press conference at the election. Bill asked questions what happened there will happened back in Washington we don't know how we did a final segment off. We can take your calls, your comments you have call you like to get anything beyond the show was called out one 800 684 31 two that's 1-800-684-3110, 364 30 within make sure go pick up copy of dead rides new book the adversaries story of Boston and Bunker Hill.

Only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in emotion ministry and what Obama care means to discover many ways your membership in the ACLJ is powering the right question for economy mission life today online ACLJ/challenges facing Americans for substantial time and are now free to sort constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever with the American Center for Law and Justice ACLJ on the front lines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you.

Not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life changing become a member today ACLJ back to secular. We are tearful close to what hundred 684 31 to be out in California online.

He's a great question about where these go with her, put out blades to be okay Mike you attended exactly are going to read primarily or. Please state trying to load up with illegals in order for what I think we know it's all over.

The spread out all over the country including the interior parts the country and we know about Chattanooga has been talked about so that would be into a red state like Tennessee you not read cities, but certainly red states and so with you when you are with this is why we target the border is not the issues at the border don't stop near or around the border border states, it affects all of us because of the way these Democrat administrations redistribute people throughout the country.

That's right. Sen. Blackman from Tennessee. I think that it very well the other day when she said there are. We are all border states it's not just the Arizona New Mexico California taxes and so forth on the southwestern border, but we are all border states in that the that that these people who are coming in illegally into the United States through these porous borders through the actions of the Biden administration reversing the salutary policies of the Trump administration.

They're not settling in those spin states that I just mentioned necessarily their leaving in the United States is facilitating the transportation of those by the way, your expense and taking them to other places and putting them there as Jordan said there was one large shipment of LV illegals to Chattanooga Tennessee which is about as red state is you're going to get in Tennessee and so they're moving them around in the movie the problems that they face all over the place but I wouldn't be surprised if you look at it. Statistically there probably putting in places where they become ultimately Democratic voters and do what the Democrats do best and that's grab power because that's what thereafter let's go back to the phone so that in New York I would like to Haley that taking my call and my I agree. Before that there really anything that I went to camp Healy on going to tell and I'm really interested in what should we anticipate that a very different you have present a former President, Trump will have givers of Congress. You have the governor of Texas and I think they will be going to places where there are real problems as best they can.

If they not just tried stopped by the by deep who may try to prevent them from going to sub locations, but again I I I have hopes that it will shed light on what VP Harris is not shedding light on which is that this is a this is a crisis is a humanitarian crisis. It's one that we need to get a handle of its more than just a problem.

It's it's it's not business as usual. Right now the numbers are 20 year highs. We need to deal with this seriously set that's what I hope I don't think she accomplished blocking out the importance of that trip next week about his visit today, which just looked so tape that looks like wood. Ted Cruz went down there. Did look like with other senators and members of Congress of God down there and really see what's going on. It just didn't have that imagery recently to grandmother in the in the in the bush. You don't see a copy across people illegally crossing it to border I Rosa has a spiritual scholar from Texas online want heroes. It are when I am in the middle of nowhere. Why IT people walking on the ranch.

The department help coming people I know everything down here you little Q like 20 to 30 get lined up on the road and it people walking out the ranch and this is this is what you create a crisis situation.

Absolutely. So let's be honest, we have an absolutely open border and the Biden administration refuses to acknowledge any responsibility for it. Biden administration is not comprised I believe of individuals who are interested in solving problems.

They are interested in photo ops.

They are interested in optics. They are in interested in poll numbers and the reality, of course, is that the people who are located along the border as well as the people in Chattanooga and elsewhere in the United States. They have to clean up the mess which was caused by the Biden administration. I think at the end of the day the American people increasingly see what the Biden administration is doing and they recognize it as nothing less then a failure city scholar from North Carolina online for a city welcome to secular euro. There border eyebrow route we stopped and played with border patrol agent and alternate altimeter stop delete elevator in a complaint like what's happening just not happening. When they have to get thrown into a river like letters on down the Lake and swim across the tracks, but they have to respond with drowning child not to be across from the crawl space and indelibly aware how much a right outside that charity and how mechanic and a glass of water and yet the facility tapping it out right in the backyard in a big field behind apartment complex homeowner property tax for their house to gain market my crank this from VP Harris today at the border. Take a listen and forming the city.

If you're still with this it's it's a belief that help is on the way and begin using those terms, root causes, but that that the hope is it on. Is it actually coming yet it's on the way. At some point I get this generic statement from VP Harris. Listen folks, this issue is not going away were in court over this, but the border issues that for President. That's good to be against a lot of attention next week as well. When he makes his trip on with members of Congress of the Texas governor at see what's really happening at the border of his me tell you if you watch VP Harris today and by the way the media is mechanic how to get out of it because it has been much interesting to show efficacy not saying anything of substance that announcing any new policies said no major announcement so far.

Again, our show is at 55 seconds so if I'm wrong on that a broader that but so far no major announcements.

No major policies, changes or are policies announced either that what we did get is a major announcement out of the Department of Justice, the Atty. Gen., bear, garlic that a lawsuit will be filed by the department of justice against the state of Georgia today that they're looking at the other 16 states who change their voting laws. Following 2020. To add more voter integrity to the system doubt they got the DOJ covey after state of Georgia and I'm sure those other 16 states. Our next you know will be talking about next week, secular getting into that lawsuit Northwood over the weekend so we can get all that information to you on Monday is even if your state has done the right thing.

Now it's got to fit doing the right thing to DO to get politicizing voter integrity will touch on Mondays always good ACLJ.ACLJ is been on the front lines of protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.
