Happening now is his press conference following the meeting with the United States and our President present by next Pres. Biden gives his press conference in Geneva now to help us break it all down for you today live from Washington DC line lines open for your questions right now. 1-800-684-3110 and now your hose breaks of the summit between United Russia between Pres. Biden and Pres. Putin has come to it in present put right now is holding a press conference like we have discussed throughout this weekend, and even last week. His trip was beginning no joint press conference. So instead Russia going first with the President Putin and then Pres. Biden will be second to get will cut into some of this for you.

Zero flavor object present. Putin is speaking of Russians and added some the questions are in Russian summit. Other languages so it's it's about sleeve God dubbed over it fit in translation, but we will go to that for you at the next leg of the project to get a little bit of the flavor that the all of it started off in a kind of chaotic way it in the sense that usually these are very predetermined preplanned events worry that chaos is not a word to use, even when you got strong disagreements between these two countries, and questions about why they are even holding this meeting right now a lot of a lot of critics say this is too early in his administration and lesser sum pressing problem to have these to sit down with an adversary before your staffs have been able to cut a hammer out one of the three main topics they should focus on where can we come to an agreement and basically be able to come out do a press conference and say hey we agree on this this this and this.

Instead, we see these separate press conferences.aside of agreement at all, but a side of a given I think it division but it started off chaotically with reporters. I tried to get in the room to just take the lead of the initial footage as they set them for their meteor some pictures of the set that for the meeting but what you ultimately had here is a situation where there was Russian security pushing back on the military US staff Biden staff State Department staff so you Can't push reporters that way and that that's how it started off then it wanted to about a four hour meeting or so.

The first meeting was about an hour and 1/2. That was very limited to the President of these two nations in there to the Secretary of State blanket and the Foreign Minister lab Rob from Russia.

They extended expanded out meeting with their advisors as well. So a significant amount of time. Big question is your we know the list of grievances. We know the hacks. We know there's Americans imprisoned abroad in Russia we know about the situate unit Ukraine out Russia's work with Iran, and the list goes audit on the questions. Did any of this get Dutchess even resolved, but even on a path to resolution what the right to out to what to what Smith was a good watches together this morning's work had to baby where to focus because you know what would this would start and end, and Putin came right out of this meeting right to the podium to speak to the press, which to me as signals that it at a minimum he didn't lose anything on the ops to wait for translations at all. This doesn't seem like Russia and the way that his and his top advisers were that their body language which Russian body language can be pretty hard to read and lesser laughing. Yes, which is a pretty interesting signal for the dissent is truly truly timings it is important as well as perceptions and I thought about both of those throughout that this meeting, timing, and perception and on the timing piece no critic to said it was too soon for present buying. To do this, probably so there were were not a lot of tangible deliverable things to be accomplished may be returning the ambassadors to the respective capitals because whenever Biden called a Putin.

The killer knew he would. They withdrew their investment from DC and weakly responded accordingly.

But the timing thought there was a whole lot to accomplish. I think the perception piece is going to be the most significant part how they come off perception wise with their domestic audit. Biden is a Putin told us even correspond.

There is no hostility under the meeting with find said it was constructive. They began the "consultations on cybersecurity that very back the challenges facing Americans are substantial time and or value or freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack is more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now ACLJ on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms and then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you Knott's well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life changing become a member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally pro-life support and publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the end what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to life question for copy mission life today online ACLJ/one area of agreement. Looks like so far is that there should be ambassadors should return to Moscow into Washington DC from respective countries. I just leave you since here. This is again translated into speaking now live. If you hear this broadcast live in Geneva. Following the set 4+ hour long meeting with the United States, including an hour and 1/2 with those two Presidents and their top five top diplomats, the Foreign Minister for Russian Secretary of State for the United States meticulous and bite 17 this is again pruned it with that with the translation.

Of course the two official ambassadors. We agreed should return to his therapist and take out their functions, it said. The technical question as to exactly when that will happen tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Whatever war and the consultations will begin on a whole raft of matching its use.

They got if if this was literally a meeting just to get our masters back you want okay that there was another four hours that he did talk about cyber security said that that will ultimately be discussed and agreed to discuss that you just heard there is agreement to discuss the that basically really just going through a litany of items to say okay will start without allowing our diplomatic staff to discuss this, that the important part of this will of course be hearing what present binds interpretation of this was.

There was some scuffle about, you know, was he nodding when he said that you know that that that that would rush as a great power that it is. This is goes audit but but I think it there was a lot he was cast. The beginning of the truth is, I will be inching to see if what Putin says is basically in line with what Biden says or are there any major differences and and you know what will this actually come down to you and I were herded by tight about Iran. I would talk it any talk about that talk about Ukraine Internet elections there, but that's how Putin is talking about it. That is certainly the ongoing conflict as well. He did acknowledge that their positions are. He called the weight was translated was his divergent which means I don't agree. So your meeting with adversary and they're coming at St. we have different positions taken us to get the put many of the joint positions divergent and fun. Nevertheless, I think that both sides manifested a determination to try and understand each other and trying to convert job positions and I think it was very constructive as far as cybersecurity is concerned, we agreed that we would think in the consultations on the issue and I believe that's extremely important and honestly both sides have to assume certain obligations that you not to to me that there's kind of that idea within Putin's words right where he says that both sides had to assume certain obligations of of equating the cyber attacks were sitting at a Russia and something that he saw talk that is coming at the United States. Nothing has been reported widely in the news about any Russian systems being being going down by hacking or anything like that silly that anything of the United States be responsible for the Russia is a state cut country that has major criminal elements that that have significant impact on how the state functions United States does not function that way but but again, this idea that cybersecurity which is major we find better pipelines and tight about the grids. It is all they've done is to agree that though begin discussing or suggesting a moral equivalency is in it. I mean I it's good to be very interesting to contrast that with what Pres. Biden says when he comes out.

I wonder if his posture is getting near a what his posture demeanor was inside the room's committee on awful ever know that Jordan, but that would be interesting to know. You know III would first echo your point but you don't need a face-to-face meeting between these two leaders to begin a staff level discussions and and that's something that's Artie happened with China. It certainly could have been ordered by by both leaders.

I was interested though your new related to this before the break, but Vladimir Putin is saying that there was no hostilities between our Pres. Biden and himself. So I guess he didn't take the killer approach.

I guess he took the worthy adversary approach inside the room, but I would just tell you Jordan, my ice rooftop line take away from this Vladimir Putin's Artie got what he wanted out of this. He wanted visibility and he wanted elevation on the world stage and as I sit here watching this press conference.

IBC can't hear it right now your plain sound from it. That's what is getting he's been elevated on the world stage. So I think in Putin's mind this is already a win getting so what's what it would exhibit that is the idea again we we spent all this time we spent years in the United States, elevating Vladimir Putin in the media has elevated Russia's role in their ability to interfere radio if it was it with their elections. They do that with a work unit with the camp you ought audit audit on all we've heard is Russia, and Russia, and now we haven't yet another Summit and Newport American President and puts Vladimir Putin right back on the world stage looking like you at AA leader you like. Like Biden said, like a worthy adversary at this is got to see we leave and commented on the difference in the way his advisors, their body language there.

There they age.

The experience level. These are our names that because of his his autocracy that the you. Those who follow the news closely and internationalism have come to know and like survey laugher out there have been the Foreign Minister for as long as I can remember when you get into these kind of high-level geopolitical note conferences and policies and strategies.

Perception is critically important, and in this part of what you're alluding to Vladimir Putin is reckless is a dictator. He has an unlimited term in power because he change the laws in Russia and make himself know the absolute supreme leader. If you if you will. But even if that were not the case. Even if you weren't a shrewd killer as the President called him and that's actually true even if you took that off the table. He still comes off as strong as does his team and his principles may be way off, but couldn't you know he sticks to his principal sticks to his guns. Words on the other hand, and I want our President to succeed.

I want him to be strong, but his demeanor and in his policies.

Pres. Biden at times appears hesitant and in week, for example. He telegraphed his move. Going into this meeting with Boudin by by lifting the sanctions you know connected to the Russian pipeline. Why would you do that. Where is he telegraphs what he's thinking put in place it very very close to the vest. There are number of things that Pres. Biden could've confronted him on.

Hopefully he did plug with cyber attacks Ukraine you know this pipeline is bypassing Ukraine by Russian designed to continue to isolate them resource their energy in their economy. You look at the 20 brand-new military units that Russia swarmed on the border with our NATO countries you look at energy you look at a RAM. There are number of things that that there Russia needs to be confronted him.

The question is, did Pres. Biden do that and I'm not sure this early in his administration that some of those things happen. Maybe we'll find out in one final thing concerning that the cyber attacks the other day when when Putin was asked about this in the news conference.

His response was not to deny any Russian knowledge or involvement in it is simply to say you have no proof that he said it in a very smug when it was he didn't say we didn't do it.

If you can't prove it but a cyber attack should be responded to with a counterattack. That's what you do.

Cyber war is another form of war and save Russia continues to do this. Hopefully Pres. Biden put them on notice that that cyber war is war and if we are attacked again. We will counterattack because that's certainly what needs to happen, don't ever talk to Rick Grenell about is this focus it's used by the Russians and will see if it's echoed by the Biden administration as well, but certainly this idea and only to I think data points directly to how difficult it was for them to plan out which is good. I think if it's adversary kind of what they would do because they think they could not predict trump they cannot read him as well. He could smile at you with the one hand, and at the same time I be planning something that would be UC's aggressive actually gives you a ticket because he had that ability to to work the media work the room and the situations a bit but putting heatsink stability stability stability, which to me is just we want to know where you're going to go the United States wanted of the lines we want to know what lines we can cross what lines we can cross. He was just talking at that with cyber security.

He said we didn't we. We talked about redlines. We did actually define what those red lines were his ultimate goal thing is to get to a place where they can predict the United States makes the job easier. While I think they would like the predictability of the Obama administration don't you any luck they knew were the Obama administration was in a land and if this can be the third term of the Obama administration they win and a look Jordan this is true in diplomacy. It's also true in warfare.

If your adversary cannot predict your next move. If they're not sure exactly where they're going to go. That's a good thing for you got you what you want to be predictable for your allies. That's the benefit of having allies they can trust you. You can trust them, but if there is an adversary Jordan I the last thing that you want them to know is what you're gonna do before you do it right. So we come back for her acting director of national intelligence and investor to Germany.

Rick Grenell will be joining us to talk about all this will continue to monitor forces press conferences as well.

Biden will follow Putin's will be no joint press conference here again but we will get to see our President's interpretation of the meeting to see if they are allied with Pres. Putin's as well be right back secular. Only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is certainly protect. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold mission life will show you how you are personally pro-life battle and the publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists. The ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the motion and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to life question for income mission life today online ACLJ/challenges facing Americans is time and are now free to sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stand with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now ACLJ on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress to get in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do her work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms and then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member thinking and not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ and in history. Rick Grenell you it in the translation. Rick, I just saw this part of the screens were about stock lab report using black lives matter the arrest of January 6 to deflect on his own human rights abuses in Central America. Mass arrested about a bunch of people and so I don't want to get into those details we don't want to have that happen in Russia and the question was just pulling the question was asked was if all your opponents are in jail or dead or outside the country. How can there be fair elections in your country, and he pivots very quickly, but I what your thoughts Rick just initially we were just learning kind of what was discussed what actually happened in the this four hour plus meeting but but you're just initial reactions on listening to two press conference right now and I think you're right. The language that he's using is clearly the talking points from the Democrats about systemic racism and that's troubling to me, and I think that this is a warning for the Democratic Party that all of the criticism of America and I would say unfounded criticism by saying you would use the systemic racism you mean that the entire system. The entire operation is built to be racist. That is not true. And yet they continue to say it, and now are our enemies and others are picking up this language and using it against us. We saw the Chinese use this in Alaska.

We see the Russians are using this I see Middle Eastern leaders from the NGO community beginning to use this language and it's very troubling Rick were good to keep that the Russians are pushing a lot of him and if she received. Your body uses any of that same language, but that this word stability keeps being used over and over again and I mean I think it sounds nice. Stability sounds great. If you have stability in world affairs stability between adversaries. If it all adds up. But it is at the Russian way of stability of just saying eight we know we basically we want you off our backs.

You know he even said in one of the translations was talked about redlines on cybersecurity.

We did ask you to fight. We didn't get any definitions of where those redlines would be a first of all on cybersecurity President just completely blamed United States, Canada, Great Britain and Latin American countries for cyber attacks. He said it does not come from Ross that which we know is typical speak he always tries to pretend like everything is fine and this gives that your question about stability. We have to be very clear that stability is not peace.

It can be peace but usually when leaders like you stability what they mean as you be quiet in fear. It's not peaceful. It's a stable situation for the government to that completely be correct and that's not peaceful and I think that that not using the word in a peaceful is is a real in a poignant moment Rick.

I'm curious as ultimately what do you think comes out of this. What what is was the achievement here what what happens after this, because at this point other than making food look strong and principled in his own perverse way, what else happens. But worst of all, President Bush is going to 60 G7 statements press statements from the White House, maybe even some remarks from from Biden and from the press and he will be very pleased because at the end of the day he's going home with a pipeline of influence and S for the next several decades. He is so pleased that this culminated with a Russian pipeline of leverage for 20+ years that he'll sit through any uncomfortable press moments or press statement comments and he's also decided I see the announcement that our ambassadors will be able to go back.

That's certainly a good thing, but I think this gets to Jordan's question about stability having our ambassadors go back plays into this idea that everything is stable and therefore fine, but I think that we have to be able to work and have transparency and look for keys rather than just this side of stability states comes out of this that there's a lot coming out to benefit Russia yeah I'll see you where we have gotten anything I think we have sacrificed a lot and we we can come up with anything other than our ambassador goes back but our embassy has been helping out others have been there.

Our ambassadors go back but that's such a diplomatic nicety. That's not really a gifted statesman.

He Rick fan here. I want to follow up on that real quick and we were all on team America here all of us have a vested interest in the American President no matter who he is doing well in situations like this in your demonstrating and articulating American leadership in the world.

I don't know how he pulls that off now. Quite frankly, after after the optics of seeing Vladimir Putin come out and insert take the lead in this press conference declining to appear alongside it and I'm just interested in in your perspective on this. Is there something that Pres. Biden could do. Following up on this press conference to keep Vladimir Putin from emerging. You know, with the upper hand in all this or urgent provide a report and Artie accomplish that.

It's a great question. I think Biden is looking week 270 there were moments in those videos that I thought my videos stopped because he was you know in meltdown mode and it didn't stop. It was Joe Biden kind of mind collapsing and so you see that seat the British leader putting his hand over to Joe Biden a couple of times to kind of shy salmon say you know we've already discussed that Joe Pres. Biden last seen almost be laughed at, but not realizing it's fumbling now he's not able to do a press conference with given up our art nor extreme to the policy by giving the pipeline to the Russians. I think he looks incredibly weak and we see not only Russia but China and others beginning to test their moving from since Ukraine. Now we see some action over near Hawaii military action from the Russians and so it's clear that they don't fear him, and they're just clapping and plotting him because he's so weak SMB. We will see by the first concert. My final question for the Rick and before you know we will get to that and all spigots of analysis there, but that was with everything that Putin is saying he is. I would go back to what you said he he is seizing these others before, but he is seizing on American domestic political divisions and and just ramming that home through every single question every single response in the fact that he invoked black lives matter that it was a direct translation was black lives matter and the protest in the streets of America, the unrest that January 6 but also what he was talking about was the arrest of Americans on January 6 and will you put down opposition so we are put in opposition at this to me again.

The way we talk about what's going on their own country. It just honestly about how important it is that political differences is at home and they can be very tough rhetoric and fight for what Pres. Biden did seven was really an NATO open does not play critiquing Republican not the rest of the world to critique the publican. He did not have a unified message receiving like that before you have leader international document mystic political parties. There is own country in their turmoil. He wishes the rhetoric is always great to have you fishing during this summit will be right back. Second half hour, Fonseca decades ACLJ has been on the frontlines protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side.

If you're already a member thinking. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about her life-changing work become a member today ACLJ live from Washington DC secular old-line and secular record out of the rushes their big word of the day, for there is stability. They want more stability in the relationship you want to get the rush of stability as yourself that the Russians to feel their government because of its current posture and how it's operating.

If cyber attacks response to believe this to be true.

You got that doing what their stability to be there.

The other one in put it just said one of the transition. Was I have no friendship with Pres. Biden to be friends and you have to.

I think it was a turtle relationship. Note 222. You represent your countries that that makes sense since so much of food. What is clear and not try to praise him as a leader, but but what he does and you could see this in in his preparation and this is throughout his career. When I think why he's been able to retain power in it. A tumultuous country post the faults the Soviet Union is that he is so well prepped so he doesn't shy away from taking the tough questions like about a Diwali and the poisonings of their own, of their own political opposition leaders, but he's prepped for an international audience to turn that question into things they talk about a lot like black lives matter protested unrest in the streets of what happened in January 6 and and and the prosecutions and flow from that of the instability that you try to put focus on the US and but I think what that shows you is this high level of preparation they take it very seriously if then you can always tell the difference between political leaders who are well prepped and not afraid to take the tough questions. Obviously without you know any notes referring to but obviously they know exactly where they're going to take that tough question Heather to respond to it in the course of these meetings we get the translations all that is because you know your response. You stick to that and you know it will resonate with your adversaries domestic audience like his invocations Artie have that that it shows a degree of political upper degree of preparation and and now will next. We'll see. Ultimately, whether Joe Biden I even tried to embark on the kind of preparation will and the ability to do that. Jordan is especially important when it comes to personal diplomacy from head to state at the highest level that had that ability has to happen. I would answer your question about do we want the Russians to be sent to be predictable doing to be predictive of the dancer that is no Jordan, I want them to be off balance. Here's the truth, though, in order to keep them off balance. You have to be very clear about with the American messages and quite honestly Jordan, I don't know what that is. I don't know if the message from the United States is that Vladimir Putin is a killer orifice that is a worthy adversary that we want to foster a relationship with.

There's a confusion there.

I actually thought that Sen. Blanc a couple of days ago in an interview he gave to CNN. I thought he presented the correct posture.

He said you really have to treat Russia like it's virtually a criminal enterprise. You know they harbor criminals. They don't appreciate the rule of law or any kind of level of personal freedom and I do think we have to push back Jordan, I think that kind of posture is what would keep Vladimir Putin off balance. But as I watched this press conference. I think he's as comfortable as can be.

Jordan this is this is again. He's continuing to question is not try to wrap this up.

He's taking questions that are that are that are tough. He's also now blame the United States is coming at a press conference for cyber attack on eight the Russian health system all play that for you.

We come back that something again. I think he's what he's using domestic issues in the United States that he knows the international media understand that we all understand even through translation. It resonates with us, not so much for his and homebodies is also the then he accuses the US of harboring hackers who took down the Russian health system that was ever heard about this happening before so I again being prepared note taking the adversarial questions that being afraid to do this week we got a White House that is likely to present to questions Fox News.

This is this is a Russian President put they put all the dirt on the table and the next is explaining away unto the world because of a meeting we asked for his United States. The challenges facing Americans or substantial time when our value of freedom and sort constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stand with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades ACLJ has been on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. Here's the bottom line we could not do her work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms and then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member thinking you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. Please have question is what you said 16 met with Sam tonight what you think is the reasons it has the he's anxiously limited as it was against and assumptions instantly. The mature, and you mention some initial skill to have more trust is able to do it because it's that situation more solidarity with the President and was encased during the show's talk about cybersecurity recommendations on training I was injured was in security we can create and layout the resident. Specifically, let's turn to the understanding is conditions in areas of our interaction since the try to scare people sit on the negotiating tables in order to establish niceness and intimidation has for the sanctions and sections on economies and policy is to consider the sums he faces are seen against the Russian development in some opponents of suicide missions. If after our meeting.

Some steps are taken, but no one is going to succeed you and what will that mean that one means lost energy clearances. Skis cannot one final question from your final questionnaire that was interesting. He ignored legally the idea of try to comment on the previous meeting with Pres. Trump and II think that's that's probably appropriate.

You don't have to go to detail about former Presidents and that's not what the deal with right now this is pretty left as he had an opportunity there to try and contrast. He wanted to but but again overall it it it just seems like this. This is a very happy Russian President, whether or not he's faking a sellout, and this is not what the meeting was like at all will get a sense of that for from present by next when he does his press conference but was that's not picking up what is is.

This is not a culture where interest batches cultural smiling is like normal laughing jokes especially for their leaders. But even from from people.

It's not just part cultural difference. He's joking, laughing is the is is making jokes to the Russian press corps. This is not he is not try to put himself off as the strongman dictator that that that the meeting usually makes about to be and that that we know based on fact is the case, he's confident Vladimir Putin is having a very good day and by all appearances, he's actually enjoying this press conference because he argues that he can he can fake it act like he's a normal world leader.

Even though we all know that that Russia is is while their nuclear power there really a second rate nation economically and militarily compare the United States and China either settled or aggressive their shrewd in their international relations and he he exhibits that he's very confident and I think it is super super ironic and and shocking. If you really ponder for very long that you have the President of Russia criticizing the American justice system are record on human rights all about cybersecurity when we all know in the world knows what goes on and in the nation of Russia itself.

How ironic is that and unfortunately the United States in the Biden administration has given him the opening the platform to do that very thing to come off as somehow legitimate when he indeed is a shrewd, ruthless man, release, and was thrilled to be a reliable place where everyone can flourish on this planet Fannie Mae.

That's a sound like something a US politician but again and that it is the translation made it be exhibit, but the idea again, reliable stability. Basically just tell us you know how angry you get to be with this. How are you really get to do anything if we do XYZ and he seems to be very pleased with how this is going for for his country and will first modern. I don't think that description would describe the life of tens of millions of Russians living in Russia currently today so that's number one. A never to actually the question that we cut in and listen to. This is a really good question from this report are not on a how easy it was to follow for people listening but the contrast that the reporter drew from what happened after I put in his meeting with Pres. Trump and then what is happening now is a very good one. Remember after the Trump meeting of Russia got sanctions so that you know we got tough with Russia after this meeting. The question is whether or not those sanctions will come off. Whether or not mine will cozy up to Vladimir Putin so that that's you know it's really interesting to see how this plays in Washington DC Jordan, but already Sen. Canas said that one of the things that he's grateful for is that we no longer have a President that's cozying up to Vladimir Putin why hope the senator was watching this press conference because the press corps there understands that the reaction is very different this time around, and it was the last time the presence of the two countries met they could save even the way that their present Trump was criticized in Helsinki truth of this as you just said that sanctions were slapped on rush almost immediately following those meetings that we don't know. Again, what how they want to come out to the world and say how meeting with us is what happened by the seat. It's why you know that now this is over with that with the Pres. Putin Pres. Biden should take state very soon and we have another statement coming up so we should be able to bring you a lot of that sick to state forms interstate I come here section of Fox's Gnostic listen step. I don't like cereal broadcast tomorrow America presents Dennis a way to minute. That's not right and confronting it only that somebody made the decision with the Bible going last make this all about Putin you just gave a killer, even though our President doesn't want to call him that secretary. The curious type of your thoughts on why that would be sent. Don't let this happen. You say it makes the current President look weak and that this is a failure you sent that going into it now. Maybe it's a little bit more clear. No American flag up there when these things are no American President no push back and you can imagine that by now secretary will be asked about what exactly what Putin just said everything he just cares.

It's the strangest thing that he was allowed to go up there and spout Russian propaganda to create the context for moral equivalence between the United States and Russia never in front whether it was talking about BLM or protesters for our judicial system writeup about his protest, but when we have a father that goes to court system. The constitutional foundation may have none of that free reign to go on for all the time and to the world spout this propaganda without two-point and American standing % on. That's not what we talked about. That's not right and making the case for American interest. It is that it was. I knew that this was the risk that was created. I hope the present. Biden is able to confront this, even if it is just as an afterthought to what Pres. Putin said just a few minutes ago sick to see my company and responding directly to this week. Everything just all of us watching carefully think with having record now with having my propel on our staff.

They seal J part of our team is also help focus how we watch these events to these keywords to look for the optics obviously but you we would do this for long time as well. We put that altogether he put on his brakes to get it. We are all everybody is coming to the same conclusion.

It's one thing if you get not not having the joint press conference allowed Putin to go on a domestic talking points list of things wrong in the United States of America domestically to even start that list with poverty. In Russia, lack of freedoms human rights issues of Russia and the list goes on and on but it's not what you would typically do an international level.

If you are trying to make progress on big picture items you see again every idyllic to be a headline Putin invoking black lives matter, Putin invoking January 6 arrest of American saying you in his words were quote they came to their capital and 400 of them are facing jail terms as long as 20 years.

So all of what's happening in our country. PT uses that deflect on anything that's happening in Russia doubt it's not get it just talks the skill prepared.

This also.

It's working the international press and how everyone will interpret this we come back present.

Biden should be taking the states to answer questions.

Life only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. It did for likely again this is his spirit on the meeting, but what he's saying is that he came at a meeting say I did for the US was pushing me or tried to pressure us into a position that he's saying all this knowing full well the present. Biden is going to have the opportunity to counter, but suit so I take a little bit more him at his word, at least on how this meeting went.

Now he perceived it and say to trust Putin trust his words but him. Knowing fan that he's got his you an adversary who's got it get to do cleanup on this if if they actually are able to to to rapidly respond not Biogen sake tweets, but via the President of the United States actually speaking to reporters, but it it I think by putting doing that he's be backed Joe Biden into 1/4 so they're going to be questions about how to black lives matter come up in in your discussion. How did the address on January 6, peer discussions, and it's good to divert away from all the big issues are actually facing about saying that art are important in side.

Our country, but the big issues between these two countries.

Yeah, this is my opinion Jordan but II think for present binds very likely to be on the defensive on all those things and I agree with you those is an important domestic matters that we need to deal with internally. But on the world stage we should be talking about what we expect from Russia way we should tummy talk about what we expect them to do was inferred the relationship with the Rondo snow should be the point of conversation, but I would imagine that the President will be responding to what Vladimir Putin said you know I Jordan I just don't I know it, he's present. Putin said that there was no hostility between Pres. Biden and I it is present.

Biden really going to disagree with that. When he steps to the lectern. I'll be I'll be really surprised if he doesn't I guess I would just say kind of top line this site. I genuinely hope I'm wrong on about on what I'm about to say. I genuinely do, but I think the narrative Jordan has Artie been written today. I think the narrative optically is going to be that this was a big win for black Vladimir Putin that he got visibility that he got elevated on the world stage. I hope I'm wrong with that but I just can't envision anything that Pres. Biden would say when he comes out now that would dissuade that if yes to talk about BLM. If yes to talk about January 6 Jordan those are the topics that Vladimir Putin wants to be talking about, yet here it is.

I believe it was pretty surprising when I was with us reading this as I'm talking all of you edited and we went right to recruit now audit.

I take a listen to the entire bite because it's how Putin was asked a question about his own oppression of political opponents. The question was simple.

It was if every political party you have is dead or imprisoned, or unable to return to Russia help you see you have free and fair elections.

This is how he responded with America recently had to deal with the terrible events off to the mementos of equivocating health issues and the African Americans with and Mike Smetzer and Sue and I don't want to make any judgment about that, but what week so mass violations of the Lawrence on the sofa. We sympathize with the Americans that we do not wish that this kind of thing could happen politics and we will do our utmost to prevent utmost to prevent any kind of freedom of speech or protest movements.

We talked about this a number times in our broadcast there's a difference between intentionally violent protests in peaceful protest that may be violating the law like it is civil disobedience and Putin taking that and I think actually trying to do what he's been accused of the past was just trying to get involved directly in domestic US politics and echo talking points that we might be talking about here in the United States were time at our country that he doesn't want those kinds of things to happen as he said on his territory. Will those kinds of things dialogues don't happen because the police and the secret police in Russia will lock you up forever or kill you or poison you.

If you do that. I think one of the lessons I did this in, it will not be learned. Jordan unfortunately and that is leaders in black lives matter. Some of the Democrats, the leftist elitists they need to know that the world is watching and listening and that their fellow Americans are not the enemy. The GOP is not their enemy Donald Trump is not their enemy as Americans we need to be unified. We need to have a measure of gratitude and grace and forgiveness for one another and for who we are as a country because when we don't do that and we haven't been doing that people like Vladimir Putin. They date. They take advantage of that and it makes America look week.

It makes them somehow look legitimate and strong and we know this not the case.

Every now fan. If you're Joe Biden and Megan were waiting to see if this press conference occurs before off the air, might it might not. It's a beautiful backdrops totally different backdrop. Outdoor's two big US flags you could see the lake. There so it's it's it's a very get at it it visually it looks good but you have to wonder if that team now and some of the delay here is basically going through that checklist. Vladimir Putin went through because he wasn't standing next to him and could not in real time rebut that I think actually adds that much more work for Joe Biden's team is a scramble now to to be ready to rebut what was just told to the world by Putin. Yeah, I mean they need to be doing network Jordan won't carry as much punch as if he responded in the moment that Pres. Biden needs to say I those comparisons are ridiculous to draw that moral equivalency between BLM in January 6 and people ending up dead in Russia when they disagree with you. Those are not the same things I'm in turn, I literally think those words should come out of his mouth. He should say those who dissent in Russia end up dead. He/she should that to be his response to this. Maybe that would turn the tables on the narrative and just maybe maybe echo something the West just a minute ago. This is something I remind people of a lot when they get upset about the political discourse in the United States. If you look around the world at the places that don't allow disagreement.

The don't allow public dissent. Jordan those are the very places where oppression reigns where were people like Vladimir Putin do have unchecked power.

Those are the places where freedom happens the lease, so we should be grateful for the discourse that we have in America. But when a leader like Vladimir Putin says those domestic disagreements that you have. That's the same as my political enemies disappearing Jordan. The American President. I don't care who it is the American President needs to stand on the world stage stage and say that is not true MEA date looks like I get really a minute half of the broadcast. Today, so losing will be in you will be analyzing if it works or by the way what your bite has to say. If it's a lot of blah records, but tomorrow broadcast on a lot of blah. But again the time so it wasn't like he just ran into stage immediately, so their idea. Obviously, the Biden team this last bit of the broadcast. This is just me working for this coming out of that world is okay you let that be the adversary talk first to give them the center stage and let them play all this out now it appears they're taking time to I probably go through the list of things they need to first correct because they were on stage and you do ask yourself to how much of that Vladimir Putin would not have said, standing next to a US Pres. whoever that US President was doing that in real time.

They could say up to be of you cut this off at the junk out. We know what happens in your own country so we will watch closely as a team here got people like Mike Pompeo and Rick were now ready to spot tomorrow but will watch to see how Pres. Biden handles what was a a very forceful press conference by the Russian President. We will talk you tomorrow on secular was always to ACLJ.org ACLJ's been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.
