Disorder denial dysfunction will talk about that with Secretary of State live from Washington DC sexual line you have any plans to visit the border at some point we are going to the particle events in the border so this whole whole thing about the boy that we've been to the border.

We've been to the part and I haven't been to Europe. Phone lines are open for your questions right now. Call 1-800-684-3110. I felt that I don't understand the point that you're making. I'm not discounting the importance of the board and now your host Jordan secular that was just a clip. By the way that Fox News included Lester Holt from ABC. Not exactly with a hardball question. This was a question that if you were VP Harris on a trip in your Guatemala you're about to go to Mexico City she's in Mexico City right now as we speak, that you know you're getting at the question, even from more friendly news outlets. How do you respond to the fact that you have a God to the border neither has it the President you were in charge of this and and and this is now sparked and I think unfortunately for the bite administration is refocus people's attention on what's going on at the border. I want you to hear the steps real quick because I think it it's it's easy to see that you know if you if you're so what if you do if you if you listen are broadcasting follow the news fall was happening around the world, but you're not euro journalist. So if you're not all the border you don't realize you know when we did it was kind of covers it a lot. They had to move on to something else. Here's the numbers so right would buy becomes its office 78,000 people were were apprehended. I tried to cross the Southwest that the southern border illegally. February goes up to hundred 1000 March jumps up to 173,000 is a huge jumps April so just last month the last month of recorded doctors because it amazed numbers yet hundred and 78,000 so just because the news may not be show you the kids in cages right now.

Every time you turn on the news like it does. Sometimes the numbers are doubly that they are they have doubled in less than four months there. The path to Tripoli. Is it part of her speech Guatemala which will play also was don't come because were to start enforcing the laws, but all they have really been doing is rolling back loss, no related Mexico policy again basically gutting the ability for ice to do their job. Take a listen.

This quickly. She's using rhetoric which by the way, I will give AOC this credit, she called out because this was a kind writer that if Donald Trump said it, or VP Pitt said it or so in the administration said it they would be out of this is her read this I And they said here's his vice President has take a listen. This this is something that that Donald Trump a bit by bit would've said on the campaign trail did stay on the campaign trail to differentiate themselves from the by to take us do not, do not come in the United States will continue to enforce dialogue and secure our border, what 78,000 in January hundred and 70,000 so 100,000 additional people apprehended.

Those are people who they're able to stop is only the people are able to stop by the way, those people aren't necessarily being sent back. Nobody get to that in the next segment because they're not only not being sent back with Amy being sent your own down yet… Or slightly arrested. Also MSN for MS 13 gang members to migrants convicted of child sexual assault more than $6 million this in a couple of days six main dollars worth of marijuana. $2 million with the cocaine event. No undercover a smuggling attempt that led to 63 arrested also are concisely rescuing scores of immigrants in the desert who need life-saving attention in order to live. This is what's going on down there now Wes Smith has called it disorder on the border delusion denial and dysfunction would get into all of this in your questions and comments is when we come back. We encourage you to stay. If you have any because it was called 100 684-3110, 100-684-3110. Follow us on Facebook off on Twitter at Jay Sekulow@Jordan secular at ACLJ back challenges facing Americans for substantial time and are now free to start constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stand with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now ACLJ on the front lines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.

Here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms event remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you.

If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice.

Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice defend the rights of life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission life will show you how you are personally pro-life and publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the end what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question free copy of mission life today online/particular to this because some of this is from the speech vice President Harris the big newsmaker this morning was because NBC news. I would keep repeating that is NBC news and Lester Holt who released the clip of vice President Harris doubly around why she had been to the border yet which again is like the most obvious question that that anyone is going to ask including a friendly friendly news outlet because it's a he gave it up as a softball in such an easy answer should give their answers like wheat we have. I would be a distraction right now because there is a serious situation that if I go it's about security at the photo op. It's not. It's not like were not doing was that it was in a department that was very near their but we know why they don't want to go down there. They got it done. I don't want the imaging and they don't want to own this. So the best way to do this is what Wes Smith wrote in his piece. It's at ACLJ disorder.

The reason there's disorder on the border is because it's delusion denial and dysfunction west of the delusion. Part of it is they really apparently don't understand the why of what is going on.

There's no situational awareness how that reversing policies has led to this crisis in the course. The denial is they say it's not a crisis border security sets the borders close why is everyone so upset her response to Lester Holt was.

I don't understand the point you're making that is that is extreme denial and course the dysfunction's mayors and governors are so panic they're trying to step in as best they can, that the border patrol's hands are tied. Jordan mentioned how high the illegal crossings that we confronted last month, work, and yet deportations last month were at an all-time low, less than 3000 people deported last month and yet she has continued to stay as is the administration that if you come you will be turned back. In fact reality is they're not being turned back by and large it's it's a big achievement criticized the left, I'd say you know how can we say that you can't AOC see tree that there's this disappointing this is in relation to the assigned collie going in the US is all this she's blaming the US for destabilization of Latin American regimes and that this is go back the other thing about power teaching history in our country try to rewrite history in our country. The truth is, the numbers speak for themselves.

The kids are back in cages. The people are being it is a humanitarian crisis. We don't have the funding for the officials need to be there and it was of their own doing, they created a humanitarian crisis where people are willing to sell off their children to you. I think that we talked about.

They violate the they use them over and over and over again to get across the border. That being said though we did we see images of your water to group stigmas that hundred and 78,000 human beings are RB or stop that many people go through. I bet there's 170,000+ abated probably easily and walked right across because you can't add that is like dealing with it. It is called encounters. By the way does mean arrest the grantors now. What's interesting in all of that and he is we've been saying this for months on this year on the more than a year on this broadcast we call a crisis at the border, but it's a crisis for the country because it affects we talk about the sex traffickers using the interstate highway system, but now are finding our own government is taking these now displaced persons and dropping them off. The most recent example is in Chattanooga, Tennessee that Friday we have now learned that the government, the central government.

Our federal government transported for plane loads of unaccompanied alien minors unaccompanied alien children, unknown to the governor of Tennessee unknown to the two United States Senators of Tennessee and of the Congressman from Tennessee for that district and drop them off in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and then loading them on buses and disbursement to them to various as yet unidentified cities throughout the southeastern United States. What that does is put an incredible burden upon schools, hospitals, law enforcement, public health agencies, and other, and these in southeastern cities in the United States to deal with these children because they just said coordinated with us the governments of the state and local authorities said. And the government central government.

The United States, the Biden administration is disregarded that and sever conduit in the data night at Wilson air Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Drop them off and let them there put on buses and dispersed them to unknown locations. That's not the way you coordinate the proper disposition and coordination of children unaccompanied who have fled from the southern border.

This is very very tired issue.

Is that why we try to make this all about the southern border and that is where the problem is that because the root cause is not climate change in Guatemala root cause is a change policies that worked and brought on.

This is a self-induced crisis if they would've just kept the policies in place are working it is always to be people try to cross the border illegally, and criminal elements doing that and note it would be at that truck. The truck numbers were always around. This is fair like in the 20,000 encounters 30,000 salicylate.

No one was trying, but work at target from 20 to 30 to the first month I did off his elbows. 80 now hundred 80,000 so that self-induced you had it at admit that 20,000+ people in a month is manageable. That's eventual problems in a crisis. It's an issue you have to consciously deal with. They were building the wall that help deal with that they were tackling the problems putting good policies in place working with these garbage you think would be tough to work with on this because a lot of times the people who are who are leaving our birds on these much poor countries economically. So if their peep the people in those countries who use the most social services who lack the ability to care and self-care are the ones leaving their member Mexico a few of the Bobby uses writing guides about how to do it right were almost back to that almost up for most of these governments were used, to a previous administration that that had put them into the quarter say, no doubt, you gotta work with us. Keep the people in Mexico, whether we like their style very all these issues, he said, people thought it would work. It worked because if you really were to seek asylum may be worth waiting Mexico. If you had a phony clay which most is that you is hundred 80,000 people with asylum claims, and in South America right now you work in a white Mexico know so you know when you look you said this earlier and you're absolutely correct. If it barely was a focus on the root cause of the problem. The root cause of the problem is what's happening on the border. The date impact of that problem is felt in the rest of the country. Now what the Biden administration is adopted as a as a policy Harry to meet with things like is working to go to these countries. A margin and word, a focus on those countries make things better down there may be. Now that sounds very altruistic and it sounds like a great idea, except a not going to happen in any time in this administration, or the next one is not enough money in to do that we we don't control those governments. So the policy is misplaced from the outset.

I salute cause issue absolutely Sarah, I think the Biden policy is highly aspirational and highly ineffective and so instead of re-instituting trump era policies that actually work.

The Biden administration has allowed the border to be basically open wide to anyone who wishes to cross. So the situation at the southern border is bad and getting worse.

Virtually each and every day. On the other hand, the immigration policies of the Biden Harris administration are not only bad, they are terrifying. So each and every day new delusions are exposed blade bear right before our own eyes, and yet the Biden administration continues to do what to engage in a series of robotic responses reporter is close the border is closed. The border is close trump administration is to blame the trump administration is to blame and the band plays on.

While midnight flights are coming from the smoke southern border to Lewiston Maine to Chattanooga Tennessee riding individuals off in the night time and not notifying local follow-up authorities. So what the Biden administration is doing as part of its affirmative policy is trying to spread the problem throughout the United States and this is part and parcel of a deliberate policy to change and transform America at the end of the day. In the end her she know she's getting the question of why she's not going to be there. Why haven't you visited the border and the answer adorns a could be too much distraction were sending our people down that were at the border every day with our people, but instead it's almost like plausible deniability is and it appears and hopefully appearances are wrong but I don't think they are.

It appears that she's being dismissive to Americans who are truly concerned about this crisis. Sex trafficking drugs, the national security and she's almost like she's laughing it off enough so she mentioned that she hasn't been to Europe, either. There is no US border crisis in Europe, there is one here right yet, but I sent for suggested by competitively joining us next to the tirades issue because he is an avid she's going around meeting with these four leaders issuing these statements to their own people, which the rhetoric is one thing of the policies that they don't match up. And of course this response back to Lester Holt.

I don't understand your point that was to Lester Holt about the question you were that up is no softball or the softball of the go to ABC News as a Democrat right back only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable and voiceless concern. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition life will show you how you are personally support the publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ Harris. She thinks her first trip to Guatemala and Mexico on the border. This is big has to be the lead for the Biden ministration on the border crisis.

He flew over the border and not yet visited the border to go to these meetings for suggested by Pompeo story is now senior counsel for the ACLJ and his secretary Poppy I just wanted answers Kabbalah Harris survey for the house. He said do not come do not come to people Guatemala when she was speaking there with their present. She said the United States will continue to enforce our laws and secure our border. Sounds like language maybe from the previous administration that you serve did, except for the fact that we know the secretary Pompeo those laws she's talking about are being guided day by day by the Biden ministration mounted they look up the words are great. You could cut and paste some of those words, the language that would not work. Action that we took it off, but the closer southern border that secured it in a way that protected American property. The American people for most of our border policy down in Guatemala, but we've got people coming in from 100+ countries all around the world. At the end, the requirement is that we do the right thing that I border the remaining Mexico policy that fact we did not finally stay here till her claim was adjudicated all of those things building the wall physical security component all of the things trove of policy that was rational. Goodness is that what we have problems around the world. This was a man-made crisis policy driven administration could stop this search at the border in a heartbeat by simply reporting to a particular place on January 20 this year.

The data support that and I think Americans are going to demand it. Is Mike deep one of the things that we be talking about the last thing the broadcast, which is unfortunate reality is a border crisis and that the entry point of the crisis is at our southern border.

But the fact is this is impacting the rest of the country. We talked about the sex trafficking using the Internet state system, prostitution, drugs, and so forth.

We also now know that the administration without coordinating with state and local officials has been Dropping off plane loads of. Sometimes minors, sometimes minors with others into cities like Chattanooga, Tennessee, and just depositing these kids there into various facilities with no coordination with local government or state government. So I asked myself.

Now we created the border crisis is now a national crisis right in water community in many states all across America that acclimated way that happened that bad things will flow permit that things will happen to the illegal immigrants themselves that is valid that update traffic door wars will have increased crime in those places because these people will turn to that particular way through it and then we've got an administration that doesn't tell governors and mayors and county commissioners, and this is what we do and this is why were doing it all the while bringing in tens of thousands of people allowing them to transcend our border and that essentially released all across the country. This is a nationwide problem. It's worse in Arizona, California and Texas but it's a problem everywhere in the United States today because the moving these people all across the country, senior counsel is a question about this and then he was with the US attorney and a district attorney so just an estate attorney general's office, so he has experience in this, but he's got a question because that's when things were concerned about here. Secretary Pompeo is the fact that it appears that there is nothing being enforced actually go ahead any secretary, VP Harris said. I believe if you come to our border, you will be turned back as the administration got anything in your estimation, which gives you confidence that that statement is true and it will be enforced.

Nothing Andy really nothing indeed. I always think the best evidence of how effective one's border policies are at the number of people that you are encountering were now in the hundred thousand plus every month are multiples increased when we were a year ago today that fact is that these people know that they can come to the southern border that now they could make their way through.

They doubt the doctor to be returned to Mexico. They are likely to be pushed out somewhere and study that states for them that's that's a good thing that the good outcome for them, for American sovereignty in protecting our citizens of American workers all across the country. It's not a good thing. I don't think there's any evidence to support what you just told me that Mike Harris said another question for the sick.

You know the answer is, it seems in an as is been tried before to send billions of taxpayer dollars to the northern triangle countries to try you know and bill some things their jobs and security. What have you to help them out. My concern about that is in the past when we have set billions of dollars to these countries are frequently siphoned off by corrupt leaders out.

What's your thought about that in your experience, it is that a real problem that we send the money which is what a Biden Harris is recommending that we do will it really go to help the root causes as they, as I call it the week we looked at the look that everyone can appreciate that they are difficult economic circumstances in Ecuador and El Salvador and Honduras weekly we feel for these people's economic plight, but everything we look at and the history of spending and the billions of dollars of American taxpayer money be Demonstrated that it won't work it doesn't work for a whole handful of money difficult. Where you think it's going to go siphoned off for corrupt leaders and up with it or that you therefore will perform to get spread around her, that at the demand that actors all across their own countries identify you can approach the root cause of the fight to stop these people from coming across the border. It is foolish, it simply won't work.

We thought we sweetly contemplated doing the same thing concluded, it makes sense that we could get value for what we could get the mission accomplished, which was preserving American sovereignty delete back. There were times we use that money in a way that actually delivered the very outcome of the very border security to present corrupt aim to achieve this. Answer to AIC the what the trumpeter say she was able to do taking a totally different approach these countries. I figure we talk a lot of times about that. The embassy in Jerusalem, and the idea was this happens to block the world. The idea that we can go to Mexico would say you know what to put it up a policy people get to stay here until until you said until there there there if they're time for for the adjudication of their's of SI asylum claim.

It was all flew in the face of what they what the these same individuals of the Obama years were back being you retread it again but but it's a think they will not accept any of the successes that were negotiated out through Art diplomatic efforts of the will of the last four years. The numbers are staggering under the under under the trumpeter ministries that we saw 20 and 30,000 it's it's a problem was a problem with the border being addressed and a jump from set to 78,000 in the last month we have numbers on April it's 178,000 people at GC.

Ultimately the reason why the President and vice President Harris there no good answer for why they won't go, but we I think we all know who were involved in politics.

Sec. Pompeo is that this is got to be the photo. They don't want the photo yeah I think that's certainly true, but remembered in the debate they were asked about whether we should provide free healthcare to those who come across our borders illegally. I think nearly everyone of them) and they have different view of our border.

They think it should be much more open, much more fluid. There certainly getting that and the crisis that has evolved from that set of policy. All across America masses who was who would stick with this election was they all said free free healthcare to anybody across his legal and not never see you play out. It is not just Texas is also in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I said that sensors reaching the entire country fixing to Pompeii will be back thinking about for decades, ACLJ has been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member thinking. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ live from Washington DC and this is interesting because retirement root cause issues with it and it was it's from this administration we allow the politics reduced to its it's climate change its eights.

We all know what it is, it supports what Sec. Pompeo just set it's economics. These are countries that you could keep throwing money at them for any matter years, billions of dollars of most of that's going on the Hansa pocket of a few elites run the country or bad elements within Mexico is dealing with a lot of there just Mexico alone and take out the these smaller northern triangle countries at the shoot of these cartels that are running full on paramilitary groups fighting each other, taking out a review run for office. There think it's like you're citing your own death wish, and in that's it doesn't matter what party you are. What side you're on your law enforcement.

Judge police officer tried to do the right thing, but all of this is been negotiated out that literally. This could be something they took in if they wanted to make improvements with facilities, whatever things like that. What it go, go right ahead.

But they did have a crisis know and it was a problem was it was a crisis of the Obama years, there was a problem it was being handled.

The policies were working the numbers were coming way down the way down another hundred thousand hundred 50,000+ more people human beings that that ice and CBP is having to deal with on their own pace of the talking about McNair catchphrase is root causes.

That's the term that they're using in all of this root causes. So in Guatemala the President got Guatemala sets forth what is one of the causes I want you to listen to endeavor to discuss it when I'm not thinking about the talk that they were going to allow family reunification made the coyotes. I think a lot of children towards the border of the United States, there you have it, a policy of reunification Harry that was being touted by the administration and the Guatemala Pres. It's right on the head. So of course to try to do it absolutely he understands that it's foreseeable that it is indeed predictable that the crisis at the American border will worsen that more Guatemalans Ecuadorians El Salvador and will cross into Mexico and then into the United States.

United States has failed to enforce international law it's failed to enforce our own laws and basically we have printed a huge welcome mat please come one wild Joe Biden vice President Harris are saying what don't come so I think people respond to the facts on the ground not to. This statement smiles by politicians at the drop of a microphone. Harry said you got one hand, don't come on the other hand were encouraging nowhere land of opportunity. Pretty much as what were saying and the root cause issue is a problem, no question. But the problem is on the border itself and he said he can get all the record because of how they got there. I think that the President Guatemala.

That pretty well actually. But the fact of the matter is until you go down there and actually see what's going on and corrected is not going to change now she will and vice President have will absolutely not answer a direct question from NBC news Lester Holt on are you going to the border. She just keeps cackling and laughing and saying we band of the border. We've been to the border you haven't been to the border you didn't go down there. She said lighting go to Europe and I thought what a ridiculous remark, that is what is what. What is your have to do with the South Western border. The United States and you have been anodic in either there's no problem there.

You need to go where the problem exists.

You need to go with the difficulties are. You need to go where the classes are taking place between our border patrol.

Nice people and these immigrants coming from the southern Avenue from Central America basically only people able to travel to do this work is a government officials and so is not where the chairs of the new year is a pandemic going on.

That's not really that some part of her folio. Her main portfolio for 60 we got test with visit border crisis. They were come crisis from the border and it still flies over making trips and none of us can make right now, but will not will not go see the people who are coming challenges facing Americans or substantial time in our valley freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now ACLJ on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. Thank you so much for taking my call and thank you for the work you do expect I was wondering why we couldn't get a federal judge to issue an order stopping these policies was from court cases unanimous came out just a couple days ago. Yesterday it bought about 400,000 people come here illegally and they were granted, greeting cards, and the Supreme Court said in unanimous and slivers exerts it said note in less you change the law Congress might do a Congress has the ability to order the Constitution, you can't give a green card to someone who started the process illegally and then get keep giving them temporary legal status here so that about 40,000 people there.

There are ways to go to court so that that that that should it, but it took all the way to the US Supreme Court to get a resolution to get resolution and now there's a difference between what the law is and how the law is enforced yet so ever have the bike Obama years. They said were to de-prioritize certain things that it was marijuana as well as issues written stop me when I did a lot of oil distress right over to put up other things you harder draw they can do and that's how they do they get around with the court ruling or the law is. Yes I say what we can focus on at the Department of Justice on a number of states have also tried to buy border states Arizona to Texas and try to bring suits also federal lawsuit and one of the things and events happen with these federal lawsuits is that the courts have said no, wait a minute. These policies are set by the federal government migration into the United States is set by the federal government save limited, I can send this a lot of questions about that.

Why can't the states and work their limited under federalism.

That's right, there's a doctrine of supremacy and where the federal government has the right to interfere or interface or to set policy states cannot suppress go above that and supersede that and take along to their own hands. The Constitution sets tears of authority.

So were the government, the central government. The federal government is already spoken for just treaties, migration, immigration, things of that that magnitude and of that nature. The states cannot do anything now prohibited by the Constitution. The Supreme Court has said that they are prohibited by the Constitution from interfering in those times of international policies. This this again we see the court cases time and time again when states have tried to do anything that shut down and it is safe. The court saying listen again.

The federal government can deputize you. You can't deputize yourself to forces basically came down to meet with them. We should explain that Summit means the federal government is a word allow the states. No answer. Next, because we don't have the resources to coordinate with state and local officials, but the states cannot do it on their own now and I think also what you see is that you you any text but have is people are getting. It's not just an issue of some of southern border to have the borders. The border the Southwest border, but also's medium small town America. Medium-sized cities in America and what they're working on primarily remember most. Most cities are still run by Democrats anywhere. The southeast even the most red states of the country. The minute the cities yet read and edit mode get most of the cities are into that inner city councils are so dairy line with this, even though it's totally out that it doesn't line up with the suburbs of the cities and that the general the state you might see the effects our art.

I think when you start having a fear the hundred 80,000 people that Allstate in Texas either write that be possible of those towns on the border could not hold that there are literally putting people on planes and in deciding where they go now that be one thing if they were people that were immigrating legally you look at cities across the country need an influx of workers in need people to work and lives. That's a lot of cities right now but if you don't speak English. If you have been vaccinated, you know, we talked about that, by the way, the these these got is this love the bass love, the social distancing them of the shutdown mustard illegal immigrant and in your flying on an airplane and be dropped off at a state that no one else is doing that no one else ever this travel so I get that if they do believe in the health dangers of this hundred 80,000 people who could be carrying a hybrid of the covert virus a month coming into the country illegally that we can track is a serious problem, look at the numbers. The numbers increase. This is coming from the chief of US border patrol at the del Rio sector.

Austin scarecrow listen to what he said or numbers here. So for this fiscal year sitting around 125,000 so that's compared to 24,000 or so last year so were looking at over 500% increase in the number of apprehensions just in the sector alone. You had a 500% increase in one sector, so don't you ask yourself you were a Col. United States Army.

Obviously what we're doing now is not working. You would think that would be the commonsense logical way to to to react to that.

But they're not doing anything but common sense is not so common with this ministration we keep talking about root causes J the northern triangle can't risk the DHS stats are there. I looked them up last week 44% of the people that are caught crossing the border illegally or from the northern triangle all the rest of that. That's less than half the rest of them either from Mexico. They been caught as far away as the Middle East, Romania. They're coming in from other parts of the world. Less than half the problem is related to northern triangle and yet the only root cause the Biden administration is addressing is the northern triangle countries and again dislike you were to say it doesn't make sense. We play another bite from again. This is from the chief of the US border patrol del Rio sector. This is number three where the same people from wasting a lot of Venezuelans a lot of Cubans a lot of Haitians it's not just the nationalities from the northern triangle are there many different countries we've Rented folks for 75 different country so far this year.

75 different countries. Harry this year in the del Rio sector absolutely Biden administration continues to ignore the sources of the problem right. It is a worldwide problem and it potentially could in the future unleash terrorism in the United States. It is currently unleash drug trafficking, sex trafficking, and other problems in the United States and the Biden administration refuses to acknowledge what is obvious to virtually every rational person they have created this problem, but they refuse to own the problem. One sector that you know it's it's not just Mexican Venezuelans but think about this Cubans patients. These are people live in islands right who are deciding somehow they're getting from an island thing about this is somewhere in the in and Central America. So whatever boat journey Airdrie or whatever the dangers that there then going up to the Sabres, we display them. It would not play the pipe at 75 different countries this year is been only a few months to this year CE a year, 75 different places. His own was not secular. It's not just Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Justin hit a message so here's the problem so the vice President Harry goes down to one sector and goes down to the northern triangle countries and doesn't look at the fact that is Georgia said Cuba hate Haiti who 75 countries that go to significance in the 7500 root causes you can get in.

That's the problem absolutely shows VP Harris to concentrate on one thing and one thing only stopping the influx of immigrants right at our own border. So one of the things that VP Harrison the Biden administration need to do expeditiously is to renew their commitment to enforcing you ass law, not simply saying don't come. Why don't you simply enforce the law.

Empower border agents to apply the law and to basically incentivize future immigrants to the United States illegal immigrants not to come because we simply will not allow them to enter. And it's because Andy she says in her interview. I believe if you come to our borders will be turned back. She doesn't not say you will be turned back. If you come to our borders yesterday just as he had the belief that that will happen at a Sec. Pompeo said that the Biden administration has done nothing to give confidence in the accuracy or truth of that belief because they don't enforce it and they won't enforcement. They're not allowing Prof. Hodges and said customs and border officials to do their duties to do their jobs to exercise the functions that exist under law. Therefore, warning that by their policies by remote review tracking resident from figuring to Mexico policy and align these on a parallel instances of encounters from 75 countries through the southern border there making our borders poorest and I think undermining the United States every week a faculty warrior because what hundred 684-3110. Talk to us on Eric at this house is now 164 30 within your comments as well and Facebook, YouTube, periscope, and again, as always, I this issue.

Those of the border, but also for those across cities, I want to hear from you if your living for the cities we know these individuals were that you carefully don't like to be dropped off and busted it up. I'd love to hear from you work inside the governor work inside that it is nearly within your business. What hundred 60 or 30 with only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ where Ursula put together to see understand the scope of 75 countries. One sector of the border. Okay, so if you just look at a map, teleport out after the broadcast. If your for the card out there right now.

You did a Google maps, you can zoom out all the way, you will see that they're not 75 countries lighting up between Central America and South America mother. If you want to lump in the Caribbean.

There as well talk about 47 countries. That is 26 of those are Caribbean islands. Symbols are larger rights of those are very small but think about that you love to get island nations and talking about what this is all because the landing of the latest connector but it's not. So they are taking second and third and fourth steps to to get into the United States all about economics. For the most part real asylum cases. You have to have evidence if that that documentation music have news reports stories you have to have had a real person. Real kind of persecution from either the government itself or elevates the government can control an entity targeting you and your family. So it catches me. You know, cartels are bad and I live in Mexico so I don't be hearing more intensely the cartels are good after you for specific reasons, The economic that you did get to go through that list.

Make that case out and again this is, but what were saying is that we get distracted by Mexico. The northern triangle and then saw a little bit and in South America. You realize that if you could take all those countries is another 30 countries people are coming from in one sector on the border and we see from the Middle East.

We saw terrorist received traffickers see Eastern European central Europeans anybody thinks is a good time to try break the law.

Get to the country and then what they're hoping for long-term is another blanket amnesty when the President of Guatemala said that the policy of the Biden frustration and that certainly was abominable as the family unit reunification so that when you do the breakdown this what's interest in 14 countries from South America 26 Kerby countries like Jordan said seven settlement countries, which is 47 countries there. That means 20 countries are represented that aren't in South America, Central America or the Caribbean give the root cause of 47 countries that are just out of those 47 with the root cause. Each one.

It's a little different.

It may be largely economic broad speaking okay but you could say that about almost every controversy United States we are the best place to be if you want to start a business. If you want to start work hard and move your way up better than countries that are also well advanced countries were better than Europe were much easier than European countries.

Not easy. Become familiar that easy to become wealthy, you were kind of stuck in whatever position you reported. I still so, but that what those countries are in art again. They better social service programs that are economies, but what we see is everything.

The difference is what you're dealing with in Haiti is different than what you dealing with the Guatemala, unless you just want to broadly say by the way that climate change.

It's just pure dollars and since that that is always been the issue and that is why we have a distinction between people want to immigrate here and we have a we have categories and it's easier to immigrate if you got special skills that we need at the certain time you get temporary work visits. If you have if you're willing to work in the farming industry think that that we can cover. The time legally.

And then of course there is.

This is always different kinds of visas that we allow. There is a silo which is would you be targeted and that there's just basic immigration I yeah I have a friend here who is his wife went to US law school there ought to have their first child adds she still she still applies to the process of taking the Canadian yes a 2+ years of itself just to go through the process legally here and again having to constantly renew the visa.

She's working as it is a US trade attorney at a US company that's people who do things legally. It's it is upsetting is infuriating to people when they see that then you know if you just crossover deli to get all the government benefits but it's a government benefits plus if you break the law right you getting better benefits that are hardest, toughest communities in the United States then then you are. If I and who are American citizens in the poorest places in our country as this to Whitney on line 3 in Texas he would be welcomed secularly on the really frustrating thing here and Harris talk to her. Root cause rhetoric and a female tentacle and tan and really responsible to analogize that level of responsibility except a doctor who had was bleeding profusely. The doctor said I refuse to apply a tourniquet to the root to the one to state that the cleaning until I find out the cost for the week that the patient would not and could complete the analogy, I think Harris is nothing short of political and I think it's the realities they they have decided to come up with this concept of this construct of root causes.

They're going to get to move because of so she's going to take the high road. The vice President that's out now. The administrator and rippling the scum from the present to. That's how they can handle it. Working a deal with the root causes and and basically say well what's happening at the borders happening. But if we can get to the root cause behind that bleeding to use your technology. Maybe we can stop more a bit later except your right. The patient then bleeds out. So here's here's the problem with this whole approach that there taken with root causes.

The Guatemala President said you are saying family reunification. You are saying by when he was running were letting them cut you no one I wanted him a good guy and all of this perception. And so now any day.

Expect you could say it was like you say, with one and don't come don't come. That's the line don't come don't come but yet the policies don't fulfill that no there's not.

There is guys connected… This is the dissonance in the dichotomy.

In fact, a contradiction. You can say, and Gann then don't come.

At the same time. I'm a good guy want immigrant migration to comp United States.

I want the technical skills of these people. We want our nation of immigrants and so forth. Then you turn around and say but don't, meant to find the right root causes of why you're being propelled from your homeland. It's like I said don't prosecute the murder. Instead, let's talk about why people murder is exactly same exterior gives vice President errors on work number 31. We priority will discourage illegal migration and I believe if you come to our border, you will be turned back just does not sound convincing Wes. It does not sound convincing well in the same statement. She said that that we are going to enforce your border security and at another place she did say I believe you will be turned back. She said we will continue to turn your way. You can't continue to do something that you're not doing right. They are not turning people away. They're not securing the border since they were to continue to skirt makes no sense. So here it is a disconnect between anything. The bottom line of this broadcast is there's a disconnect between rhetoric and policy. Absolutely.

So after got a nice the remaining Mexico policy.

They stop building the wall now vice President Harris is struck with her own delusions. She has basically infected by her own delusions that simply by saying don't come people will remain in Mexico that is nonsense I foci for ACLJ.org. Wes has a preceptor disorder on the border delusions dysfunction so that information talked about is there as she can share with your friends and family@aclj.org. We also always encourage if you can support our work financially. Do that online safely and securely donate online ACLJ.org.
