When President Biden was performing a test drive for the new Ford electric truck, he was asked to comment on the situation in Israel. His response was that he'd only answer if the reporter got in front of the truck before he planned to "step on it." While Pres. Biden was "only teasing," the situation in Israel is no joking matter. Logan and the rest of the Sekulow team discuss the situation in Israel and the President's apparent apathy toward the ongoing terror attacks on America's ally.

Logan Sekulow Pres. Biden joked about the border simply asking about his real live Washington DC site below from right now one 800-6811 zero Israel and Hamas have entered their 10th day of fighting, though earlier this afternoon for rockets were fired into northern Israel from Lebanon by suspected Palestinian factions. There is a breaking development because the Israelis may be facing now a two front war. Now, your host, this is secular secular city that her brother by Willie ready and obviously we got a beer, we got that bit we got everybody joining us today.

You heard this in the open. There was a test drive for the new Ford electric before landlord like 150 lightning and Ford has been doing a big push in rollout for this. Actually, today they're going to unveil it. Yesterday was in like the auto camouflage.

They do when they're still in the testing phase is a vehicle, said Pres. Biden in the front seat showed him how it works.

You got it go 0 to 60 a few seconds.

Pretty impressive electric truck we see all all electric trucks, but as what happens with the President and general results a total present drop where there are was press around.

They always will throw in a question related to what's going on in the world. They do their job as they're supposed to do if they had a present right and maybe we can get a question and while he's here we have his attention. They're going to go for another notch.

Is there for a you press well bit of look at our new cool truck. Yes, people cheer.

It's fun to see you see them in the front seat drive. It's nice and fun, but someone said I got a bit with the President of a minute.

Second, with the present can I ask him simply just a question about what's going on Israel and before the reporter could get the question out yet here what happens so watchable you to see this through water Facebook or on YouTube. Enjoy. This is our President Joe Biden OFF the walls in our Reading and go ready drives goes driving up present machinery, but one quick question to ask about Israel in the essential answer was that lets you want to get in front of this truck right now.

When I hit 80, threatening joke it doubly was joking when you say I'm teasing him trees as if he had declared.

No, I am okay to tell. It upset that this happened, it would look if you are watching what's going on in the world right now you see what's happening in Israel. The US isn't going to be think were not involved. We are involved in this writ have on a secretary pub pay a little bit later talk about that that were directly waiting both maybe be a Palestinian in the Israelis and how that's all happy working to get into that little bit later in the show but when things like this picture still got a minute here with things like this happen and the world needs to respond because Washington is be held to task with yes. Was he out there for some fun to do, sure, but when asked a very just quick question to answer some equipment what's happening when it looks like the Middle East scribbling right now to be hit with the joke, not exactly. Most appropriate times was legitimate? It is a question that should have been asked was a question that should have been answered, look, every President has their own ways of defusing this.

Of these, sometimes we like those way. Sometimes we don't.

But here's what we should care about a terrorist organization is attacking one of our strongest allies in the world and the President of the United States Logan that is the person who can do the most from a US perspective to defuse that he should've answered, and quite frankly should have done a lot more over the last 10 days that's all we should all care about absolutely have you here to get 100 684 31 to that's what 100 684310 response. The commentary for entire team.

We get back I would hear from you, the listener, banks would do what you want to say what 100 684-3110 to watch my Facebook share YouTube hit the light kit thumbs up and subscribe.] For secular challenges facing Americans is no freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice on the front lines checking your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public and exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms and then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side.

You are already a member. Well, this is the perfect time to stand with ACLJ.where you can learn more about her life changing, member today. See only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable voice.

Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying the American Center for Law and Justice right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn will show you how you personally.

Publication includes all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists ramifications.

40 years later Planned Parenthood. What Obama care means many ways your membership is powering the right question mission in life today online/secular get this Logan Sekulow type of the current situation going on Israel and our President's lack of response, the administration's lack of response. It's doubly not a support of our ally and I hate the way this always could spot this happens with Israel explicitly happens. Honestly, when it's under democratic project for discovery on his strength.

This is just what happens. Somebody spent a lot of time there. All of us have spent three of us spent a lot of time there. Months probably could collectively we have spent time in years collectively that we bid in that country.

If you never experience that I think it's all really hard to commentate on it correctly. Specifically, if you're getting the spin that's coming out of Hamas, taking the span from hotbox baby, first take a look at where your sources okay then you look over the Israelite country that is vibrant, lively, diverse yell lots of different faiths about us is predominantly Jewish but a lot of different faiths, people of no faith. There is always your figure. States is Western as you can get the Middle East would still having its roots obviously and it ends biblical history and it's an amazing experience of ever got to get to go. I would highly encourage go so when someone like us see this. You see there's anger at us or we seem very upset because we see that we lived there. When you hear about these tales that are under attack from Hamas rockets you play the clip of the Braidwood so she counted 80 alerts just herself of alert to sirens going off is because we bid in those places we bit of those towns we been in the Palestinian territories well bid to the areas we can go to Bethlehem of those places we been there and we've worked there with help the people of that are Palestinians like Grover, here is the people is that of the people.

It's about the people who are in control again. You say Hamas is in control. I feel like the last 20 years since Hamas I feel like the cable word that everyone knew I feel like we are seeing a tragic rewriting of history and its deeply disturbing ending is really disturbing for people who have been to Israel.

You see Benjamin that Yahoo out there making these big speeches and you could see there's you can't believe the fact that these countries and these allies are turning on them when I get the punched first this specific instance. It's it's absurd. And again, I really does bother me well and people need to remember that Hamas is a designated foreign terrorist organization by the United States State Department. It's not like this is a new thing.

This is since 1997. So this isn't some new group that came out of nowhere, or a government that is launching rockets at the state of Israel.

This is been going on a long time and the fact that they are launching rockets. Hamas is saying hey we will maybe consider a cease-fire if Israel agrees to condition. So there.

There extorting the Israeli government to some degree by saying you have to do this and then will stop our our rocket attacks within the President on a phone call this morning with Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu said that he expected a significant de-escalation today on the path to a cease-fire now. It's one thing if if he's like we have put pressure on Hamas and we've turned off the aid to Hamas and we've we've stopped our talks with Iran to shut down the, the weaponry and the money they're funneling to Hamas and so that's why we expect a de-escalation but no it's putting pressure on the Israelis, who are the targets of a foreign terrorist organization who are just hitting the escalate the situation hit back hard, but I understand I get it. Look this ministration and Andy will talk about this is ministration they they felt awkward trust to the select segment there. Are you saying you were not doing anything.

The trumpet ministration did why because you had four years of relative quiet silence.

It's in city think they got it wrong you write me look at this event that really bothers me when I hear the Biden administration criticizing the trumpet ministration's approach to the Middle East.

You had relative peace.

More than that I did and I don't remember anything like this happening in the four years of the trumpet ministration.

I saw progress in the Middle East. I saw progress in the Abraham accords with the Gulf states. I saw a lessening of tension because the United States took a very strong position with respect to our ally Israel and made it very clear to the Palestinians. They will not gonna pay you the slight people in the Middle East and took the actions and I think were responsible and what is the leadership role that the United States needs and should take in the world. Now you've got a President cognitively disabled. In my opinion, who tells the Israeli Prime Minister. I am expecting a significant de-escalation today on the path to a cease-fire and my question is, what was the provocation that started this, there was no viable, logical, reasonable, palatable provocation on the part of Israel that commands can cause the Hamas run people and its caucus in the United States Congress to leave Ben Hur of followers and so far the Omar and so on to take the position that Israel took was to defend itself if that had happened to Washington or New York as it Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said we new quote I'm quoting damn well" that the United States would have retaliated and the same thing is happening. Israel is defending itself and has the right to do that I wouldn't de-escalate one minute of that said a lot.

I would hear from you about that now I feel like you got a lot of people who are now very fired up Andy about this. 100 684 30 what that is really upsetting. I think that's what we said this, you see us reacting this way, and also because we had the Abraham accords we saw progression for maybe the first time and a lot of are in our lifetime we saw progression we saw Israel being accepted by Middle Eastern countries. Other countries, we saw people going over to you.

Whether was the UAE or to do, by these places were finally having Hanukkah celebration.

They were doing about his interest felt like.

Finally, finally, these countries didn't understand that he be working with Israel and felt like America finally got up a baby when the big problems is that you are the people who are the leaders of the social media political side of this are people, he said, like the squad who have such power and influence and maybe conservatives need to step up and find people who can actually speak in like they can do to these issues.

Instead, it is harder. It is harder to get excited about people who are in no bid statesmen for 450 years out there when they say that some Democrats are our real pro-Israel are on the line yet. Chuck Schumer's those guys were traditionally boarded a Zionist in nature is not as exciting as when you have it out. A group of people in their 30s and 40s who are very passionate and very convincing. I think we see that that become a big issue that we need at least take a look at well and another problem is that you hear the rhetoric out of the administration and I think we should play by 24 from Jen sake because there is an issue here where they are trying to pursue the strategy of quiet diplomacy and saying let's not do this in the public sphere, but we know that Hamas has this intense propaganda machine that they are putting out. And we know that there are members of the foreign press and sometimes domestic press in the United States that will take their images and propaganda and reported as the truth, and as Israel is the bad guy when they're the ones that started this this situation. In this escalating into a war. But then, if the White House has this type of statement by 24.

Where do we go from here, are found in our strategy here is to work through intensive diplomacy, juju as you read like a self-help book like the best way like depleting a one horse thing. The best way to edit international conflict that arises every day if that's a conflict is to typically not to debate at public completely disagree. I think the public square is exactly where big complex international conflicts take place. That is, the Revolutionary war or whether that is, you know, the French Revolution revolution I.

While people discussing it in the streets. Let's talk about a behind-the-scenes know and try to figure it out let's okay you going to see the school. Chuck is like so many things have come up to be distractions from what's happening around the world that come up with a conflict. Even I would say this is what you look up thrilled the mass mandates are God. It didn't feel like very convenient timing to just say that things are probably take a backup. Otherwise no gas in the Southeast OL and now you know is running wild in the Israel it's fine robot using the F1 50 is kudos. Real electric is aware where you have to really take a hard look at what's going on at that DC spent is pretty much the name of the this quote from Jen sake.

Logan is sheer lunacy. But let me tell you the best way for a world superpower to intervene in an international conflict is to make sure the entire world of both parties in this current conflict and the rest of the world knows absolutely unequivocally clear where the United States stands, and by the way, if you cross the United States, or if you cross our allies what will happen to you. Logan that's the best way for the United States in this conflict absolutely hate so much of right now, one 800 684 30 went to bed. The next segments.

Make sure you keep watching her keep Leslie. However, it is you get to the show. Sec. Michael fails to be joining us for his interesting questions. His response to the Jen sake Chautauqua ballot will think really the front of the discretion to Middle East self go a different route will see how he feels about that that are more coming up on secular only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defend the right to life. We've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition like it will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the and what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is powering the right question for mission life today online ACLJ/challenges facing Americans for substantial time and are now free to sort constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now ACLJ on the front lines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms and then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member.

Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ God where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ secular city if my dad were joined by senior counsel for global affairs and former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo thanks for joining us today before we get to. I want all applicable clip real quick just to set up here the subject sake for breast goggle yesterday.

Every aspect. Let's take a listen.

This is aboard Air Force One to distill the sound.

This is a little rough and this is about their their current Biden strategy in the Middle East. Stick with, I would say that we are not following the same Of the prior administration. We reinstated humanitarian and security something that was back in 2018, and we felt was that not a constructive action by the prior administration. Aside from paying for a peace proposal that was dead on arrival. We don't think they did anything constructive relates to bring an end to the long-standing conflict in you. If there Sec. Vale. I just asked your response to that, nothing constructive, maybe coming out of the previous frustration in the Middle East well using the same tactics as a strategy doesn't exit.

They have a strategy. This is this is this is the silliness that she speaks of their Abraham accords quote from three central ideas. One was perfectly provided unequivocal support to the Israelis and stop exactly kind of rock and taxi are seeing today, thousands of his landing in Israel. Second, we make clear that the destabilizing force in the Middle East was the reigning regime. If that same rating regime.

The two things are happening right now. What the Americans are sitting with them and began trying to negotiate a deal to give them billions of dollars more second-tier ratings of taking the money that they have fun with Thomas and using it to fire rockets into Israel. This is crazy stuff. The third thing we did was convince Arab states that the Palestinian cause was important battered by pieces about the region were even more important. We delivered on that there was much good, became this happened under their watch.

They're going to own and she talked about restoring funding to the Palestinians where that money is gone well and I actually had a follow-up answer that question. She admits it's not just humanitarian assistance but also security assistance for the Palestinians and and we know where that goes. We know goes to pay the sleigh we know it goes. To further this violence against Israel coming is the Biden administration now complicit in what's going on currently one thing you learn very quickly. The national security role is that money is fungible where you think you may be setting, it may well be gone someplace else you can be sure the US taxpayer dollars are being used for corrupt purposes why we stopped at the very reason the fact that they are not holding the Hamas terrorist the correct Palestinian leadership in the West Bank accountable and then now I heard today Pres. Biden saying that he's expecting a decrease in violence. Why don't I get a decrease in violence really quickly have the Arabian stop underwriting Palestinian terror that Israelis have every right to defend themselves. I hope to get every bit of Hamas's infrastructure and mention something like this can happen again.

I hope the Americans across the political spectrum will make clear that as US policy is not enough.

It is not enough. Democrats say they are pro-Israel.

They need to call out Congressman like Rogue and AOC and were she delete who are acting in a way that is deeply anti-somatic that need to be clear about this. The need to articulate about it and they need to defend Israel's right to defend only that only the Jews but there defending with the Christians and Arabs and Muslims, people of every faith is that the country are being protected is the Palestinians and trying to kill those very same people we talked about this a little bit earlier. I think for those of us who spent time there has been times. Middle East time in Israel. Watching Abraham accords to unfold was a deeply emotional experience for a lot of us to see this progression happening for a country that we love and for people that we love get to multi-faith in Israel.

It's an amazing place to visit and to be so to see that progression is a way I'd sit there with tears in my eyes watching you.

The movement of the progression weather was citing deals with with all these different countries and the travel and and everything because this is what we want to.

There's always that thought process of you get make sure we waited Israel yet. Be careful with.

If they stamped her passport where he could go next to some countries will even allow you into the next place you have that turn to have this such an under year that six months to have the Middle East go back to how it was four years ago six years ago were just seems like there's chaos it's it's heartbreaking to watch it with a response is what we're doing this quietly behind the seat were not taken is a good sake said were going to go. Everyone knows diplomacy is quiet and we do quiet diplomacy. That's the most effective way when all of us know, it's exactly the opposite. That's right, the things that we did was really important as we spoke. We set it out loud. We did make claims that we were prepared to defend when we drew a line we invented.

We drew grasp your life in some cases, but we will get out walking to deliver really good outcomes and we said customs of the money is threatening Americans. We took off the map the same way this administration is to make very clear their commitment to allow Israel to do everything it needs, we need to continue to support Israel with military assistance. I saw some Democrat yesterday saying there stop military assistance to Israel because of the fact that there defending their own people I saw today is a crazy stuff from BLM. Every Democrat basics who has supported black lives matter movement needs to explain why there on the site of black lives matter was made clear that they are not, by informing common cause with these terrorists that have 20+ year designated terrorist from United States. There's a lot of explaining to do their love people who wanted to play the line and claim they were pro-is what would defend when it matters most. This is the time that it matters most. Moral clarity is absolutely the currency of the day, which have every expectation that every leader to speak loudly and clearly and succinctly promoting Israel and defending Israel's right to defend its own people. We know that Iran is funding in supplying its proxies like Hamas and Hezbollah.

We know that because the Hamas is boasted about it, they getting their resources from around, and they admitted it so you suspected, and we now know that they confessed to having done it. What I want to know is is the Biden administration willing to sacrifice our relationship with Israel which is of long-standing duration in order to get a new deal with Iran that they have been kibitzing with them in Vienna about not just Israel. Israel is at the center of it. I think that they're prepared to sacrifice just about anything.

I think this JC POA became an article of faith for the leftist foreign policy establishment. They think the best thing that is too much to sacrifice to get some crazy nuclear deal that guarantees a pathway for rent heaven and they are deeply wedded to this.

I see any indication that they're prepared to walk away from the table while what while they are sitting there discussing ending billions of dollars to the range this deal.

The Arabians are finally hundreds of millions of dollars to terrorist that is ahead scratcher of unimaginable proportions see any indication, they're prepared to walk away think they're prepared to sacrifice a lot to get that.

And sadly, the Europeans, the Chinese and the Russians are all on the same side of this JC POA craziness secretary pump and I really appreciate you coming on talking to us about the specific topic and I want to say this to you and to the people who are listening and watching because again you see passions run pretty hot during this last hour because we do really care about what happening in Israel. We really do care been a part of it for so long. It would be had for years of incredible movement is so heartbreaking to see such a back step happen and all I could do was say this is real people like Sen. Pompeo integrates the also pray pray for our leaders that their hearts will be changed because we've seen it. Honestly, had we seen a lot of policies that having to go okay when we go back to the truck ministrations running thinks maybe things were going okay. Hopefully that's what happens in the Middle East. I doubt it. But let's pray for hope we see progression happening another half-hour coming up on secular joint is on your local radio station rely right now on YouTube and on Facebook search ACLJay Sekulow where there were decades ACLJ's been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member thanking God's well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ live Washington DC secular low secular and secular great panel today.

Get will hate you video card with admitted you want to watch it. I was really great segment.

I will have it later on as soon as the show was over, it gets archived on YouTube.ACLJ.org is on our app. However, you get this show. You can find it archived much listening on the radio, then website find out they had to explain that to you but you all the steps to get there. Let's keep talking about what's going on in the Middle East and specifically will how the United States is responding and specifically maybe the Democratic leadership is responding when I say leadership. I also made the loudest voices of the room. So yesterday we talked about on the show that there was a an approved arms sale to Israel of 735 million, and this had been noticed by the Biden administration. There is a review. By Congress and what we saw were kind of breaking was that the chairman of the House foreign affairs committee was seeming to take pressure from the left about this deal in may be asking for a delay from the Biden administration of this sale now stand.

There is some update on the hill about where this stands as of today
