Radio chaos erupts in Washington DC present from pledges a peaceful transition of power talk about everything that happened and what's next day Jay Sekulow will live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow phone lines are open for your questions right now called 1-800-684-3110 one 800-6841 10 and now your host secular secular radio.

This Jordan secular as well grab a call. As you can imagine, as we said chaos erupted in Washington DC ultimately led to a much later electoral college certification process. It played out pretty much the way we expected. There were some challenges church but but only to it was to Arizona which was the first challenge objection made and and then once that kind of started I was actually live on Newsmax it was. Not long after Iran radio ads and then these the writing began. And there's a difference between you know we we defended the ACL shape and for a long history of civil disobedience. Some of this abuse would be like if those protesters block the doors block the entrances block the streets.

It's illegal you get arrested but it's it's it's kind of like something that you do, but it's not vandalism. Self-destruction is not threatening lives and by the way for everybody out there who thinks that was intifada. I mean, I'm sure there are some some elements of actors. It may not of been just there to support Pres. Trump but but come on. Look at the pictures look at who was there. That's what NT for looks like an and it's been nice to see well-known people have been a lot of Trump rallies that were identified by websites because they're looking Orestes people and what was so unfortunate is that because of of instead of doing civil disobedience or just a normal Washington protest, a veteran who served our country is dead, shot dead in the capital and this is still details about that.

But let me tell you something out with office in Washington DC. They referenced it yesterday. We were in the end I was in the office in DC and in my office and we knew that there was this woman driving around DC. She tried to write ran the White House entrance gates try to stop her there with nonlethal force, they could tell us was someone who was probably disturbed, not someone who had explosive device they didn't know and she backed up and started racing through Washington DC will write on the corner of our office and the Hart building this reports over there is a little a police station where they do security permits very small and she ranted I'm a full speed so you heard that noise in the machine gun fire. The fire immediately. They don't take chances around Washington DC are nations capital because of because it is the seat of our federal government.

And of course when our vice President is there in the building and all members of Congress about the house and the Senate. Though their duty is to protect them public capital police yes you look back in history are engaged in melodic lot of combat and have been killed and have had that use deadly force. More often than you hear from most police departments around the country and and so you know, again, they were swarmed they do obviously that the people were able to go through those those torso instead of civil disobedience we blocking the streets blocking the doors you get arrested. It's a small fine, but you know this was not this was past trespassing because they were they were. They were trying to again move into. You can't just walk onto the floor. The Senate gives walk onto the floor. The house you can visit and you can get passes and you can go through the normal process.

Note this also does it's at Stanford for me to have young kids who were my daughter who loves watching the company but we were doing the impeachment skit watching the balcony, but I don't know if the wind that will be allowed to get many of you know and more shall be more restrictions because of bad actors who thought they were doing something good this utmost from supporters but but again, do not blame this on anybody but people who thought they were doing something the present with me that that is the case I don't think again that's not most people voted for presence of 74 million getting us a letter condemning bargaining take a break and Facebook and a periscope and YouTube and all of our other by the way, after everything this last night as America got right back work and went right back. Pres. Trump pledged a peaceful transition of power challenges facing Americans are substantial time and order value or freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack is more important than ever to stand with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now. ACLJ has been on the front lines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do her work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms and then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member.

Thank you Knott's well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is certainly contact. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition like it will show you how you are personally pro-life battle supports and the publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the motion and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership abuse you is empowering the right to life question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/something on-air that I just was telling her audience on Facebook and YouTube.

I need to say this because I'm very disheartened by what I saw when I saw terrorists inside the nation's capital inside the Senate chamber. The house they were sitting in the chairs that are used by the speaker or the President of the Senate, I found that outrageous someone who spent three weeks in that building and remember what I was doing there. For those of you that are criticizing us, which is not most of you that are watching this or listening to us.

When Robert Muller's investigation began within months I became the lead outside counsel defending the present on behalf of the present do that to a successful conclusion when impeachment proceeding began totally bogus as well. I like the outside legal team in conjunction with the White House counsel to defend the President of United States Donald Trump went to congressional committees and the district attorney of New York were trying to get records in the way we built that was an appropriate. I put those three cases together this recording on stage with my colleagues, how dare some of you criticize what we have done defending the President because I said on this broadcast that the vice President of the United States doesn't have the constitutional authority to select electors which he doesn't and Mike pence was right in the way he handled. That's all. In an essay about it because we got Rick Grenell here as well. I will talk to Rick about this. I know you do to Jordan and he's here and we'll talk about this guy, Ricky, you were very strong in your statement condemning the attacks as yes it both liberals, conservatives, Americas most Americans were better than this, and if the world I think saw how quickly we we are better than this because we wow that all that chaos was going on and you can imagine that could have continued later into the evening. The various security force, the Cayman Rick Weathers, police, National Guard, state troopers, federal forces and cleared the capital and we they were able to go back to business. That's what makes America America even when we space those kind of weather, was a a kind of a bizarre coup attempt or just trying to squat on the capital they got back to business and and finish the job. I think we need to go back to last summer when a lot of the violence in Portland and Seattle.

You know, we were told it was peaceful protesting that we can see with our own eyes that was losing and that it was a distraction and violence, and they started attacking parks and statues and really going after small businesses and when this happened, there was an unequivocal call from the conservatives that violence is not the answer and that we should call out black lives matter and antique for not being clear enough with their people in the protesting that were immediately moving from protesting into violent and we did not see that call from the laugh you go back in, Harris was trying to raise money in order to get people out of prison that had just been looting in doing these things, she said it would continue Joe Biden was not clear about antique and the black lives matter moments where individuals within those protests immediately started living. Now I get that not every single person should be painted with such a wide brush and say all BLM was a mass movement of the looting we get back, protesting, and I see all over my my hometowns in California protesting and standing up. Change policy is as American as it, it's what we do in a democracy, but I was proud yesterday to see unequivocally all of the conservatives immediately rushed to say violence is never the answer was a very sad day to watch that we can never resort to violence protesting is appropriate and when people are upset about the election they get the protest they get to petition the court they get the petition to the constitutional right. I would like to do inside the capital when barriers are broken by individuals. That's unacceptable. I did not see the left to be consistent. I saw them immediately scream yesterday about probably Trump protesters and some who broke into the capital and did terrible things and we all condemned that and I saw the lefty that yesterday but I did not think the left lit last summer. Conservatives didn't blow didn't last summer and they didn't when the Trump protesters broke through and whether they were. Now let's also talk about who these individuals are. I am all for using cameras and video footage to identify each individual who broke into the capital illegally committed violence or squatting or whatever they did when they break through the capital that breaking the law and I think that they should all be identified. Transparency should be paramount and that every single individual should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This is what we do in a democracy, and correct. You know you and I have defended the disobedience of upper pro-life protesters in not defending the bombing of an abortion clinic is a distinction and one is civil protest even civil disputes, which is a violation of law, but it's trespassing and usingit was it was like lunch counter sentence of people in front of the doors to the abortion clinic. This was violence by terrorists, domestic terrorists might be that were dangerous really dangerous. That's true J you know the fact that we have a democracy today does not give the person the right to resort to violent acts acts that are terrible and awful then to undermine really the processes of government. That's not right. I would say no for all of you have seen it right aside all last night of this is just NT 5 know know it was mostly was people came to rally for present Trump and some of those people committed as Rick said acts of violence.

That's not the majority people voted for present Trump for support present Trump's policies but said that it sure was nothing there aren't other instigators of him rally Rick to get identify, but there were already people being identified in the photos from present Trump's rallies so the fact you Euros you try to blame this on other other groups. You don't have to take the blame it it's not your fault if you didn't do with these acts is not your fault because you voted for present Trump and support his policies, but don't try to shift the blame in adult agent just to say violence is wrong. It doesn't matter who it was, you know, the problem was people call us traders last night for condemning violence that that that's pretty sick because he ought this violence meant we didn't get that real debate the real objections so that American people to watch it happened late at night. I'm glad they were able to get the job done. Get the capital secure, but we didn't get to see those objections and there were senators writing made the right decision. Like Marsha Blackburn, Bill Haggerty, Kelly Loeffler felt like they were a lot of comfortable making those objections anymore after their lives were at risk. There were a couple of sinners who still thought it was Arizona had already begun.

It was in the middle of the objection to Arizona. There was only one other state objected to that was Pennsylvania and only six senators, six SI, not tears of the seven to Pennsylvania. There was initially a group of 13 and remember this, we told you state that vote was never going to succeed was just going to be a good debate for America to see but you could have that debate. After that violence is not going to like pet the person with a Mike pence Rick I thought was outrageous by the people that were making comments he teeth chickened out the management of loyal at first light in the right length of the present into the country, but people understand that when you when I retake Osa's lawyer to take an oath to defend the Constitution is a friend of mine is a great guy and a great patriot linkages go back on the protesting thing is a really good important point for our listeners. You know when I have some friends here in California who are not laughter. They're not right.

They're not actually that political debate took their case to five matter rally because they were sent to wanting to make sure that black lives did matter and not so much the movement but then the small black lives matter BLM small case on anything you know anything about the actual official movement, but they felt like black lives do matter and more needed to be done so they took their children there. When they saw the signs and they saw the violence they actually walked back and they said this is not for us working to educate our children on the larger issue.

The general issue, but this movement is too scary for us in it and we don't embrace everything about it and I feel the same way about Tom supporters who will overwhelmingly of course went to Washington to protest and do what is legally and constitutionally right and to make their voices heard.

It should be celebrated. What they actually did in Washington. You people take an immediately go to the next level. I have to be condemn not a part of the movement an acceptable part of the movement and we need to move to say that unacceptable. Whether it's on the left or the right. We resort to violence limitation. We come back will read the full statement present from you. Released after the electoral college votes were certified was late in the evening so I will make sure we read that for all of you. We come back Jay Sekulow life. Only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice defend the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition life will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the worship ministry and what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question free copy of mission in life today online ACLJ/challenges facing Americans are substantial time and are now stored constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress.

In the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms then remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you.

Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ God where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ affect Jay Sekulow like this is Jordan. Secularly I thought was will how long was that that remark by VP Pitts. I thought it was important for everyone to hear.

And then I will read to you the statement for the present became merely following the certification of the electoral college.

So for all of you who think he's out there still denying that you know that this fight continues is actually he said the fight is now over, and in the statement, and so I want to play, because this is bigger. The idea about what this means for country and as I was watching this video. Second night in a row, but basically not sleep but I saw VP Pitts and set these remarks, I just they caught my ear. And lately, maybe feel pretty good actually.

At that moment after after just after seeing so much chaos and destruction that in and of course, loss of life. We have four people killed and that that one veteran shot and let's play it for my servant. That's thanks to the swift efforts of US Capitol police federal, state and local law enforcement violence was quelled.

The capital is secured in the people's work continues.

We condemn the violence that took place here in the strongest possible terms we grieve the loss of life in these hallowed halls as well as the injuries suffered by those who defended our capital today and we will always be grateful to the men and women who stated their posts to defend this historic place to those who wreak havoc in our capital today. You did not win violence never wins freedom wins in this is still the people's house and as we reconvene in this chamber world will again witness the resilience and strength of our democracy. For even in the wake of unprecedented violence and vandalism that this capital the elected representatives of the people of the United States have assembled again on the very same day to support and defend the Constitution of the United States so may God bless the loss. The injured and heroes forged on this day. May God bless all who serve here and those who protect this place and may God bless the United States of America.

Let's get back to work and I thought about Rick, you said yesterday that you know God's in control this and that's correct which Mike was clearly referencing for praying for God's continued blessing on America, which I believe that that's exactly right thing to say but it was interesting. Also enclosed with let's get back to work.

This was important because you also serve as a RR highest diplomat in Germany. The seven country. This was important for the world to see that even with this unbelievable disruption, and chaos that by the end of the night. Early into the morning.

The matters will result absolutely and incredibly important point because we we are just like every other country where we have citizens that are frustrated and that don't agree with government difference is that we have a process with the legal process and we know how to immediately come down online order side follow the rules follow the law follow the Constitution and get back to work. That is the hallmarks of an amazing democracy and for the vice President.

After that terrible day yesterday to immediately say were fixing this problem does who breached will be prosecuted at this is terrible but now we as responsible members of the body that governing the greatest country in the history of the world are going to get back to business and so I think we need to also talk a little bit about the media. This is really been. I think a long time in coming on I saw for the first time yesterday and I tweeted it out.

USA Today paper has issued a statement to the reporters that they cannot get political and social media that they cannot be compensating on individual politicians or individual actions that the distinctive journalism. I will plot because I think it's very rare and way late, but very good and I think other outlets need to do that and we need to enforce that because what's happening to our media is journalism is dead and all of the outlets have become slaves to the business model and that means clicks and allow black-and-white opinions nuances are gone to great areas, not because people don't click on it it doesn't sound and so they're racing to the extreme and radical positions and their hiring people just give opinion rather than do the hard work of journalists.

Now I know that doesn't mean everything a person journalism does that. But I do have to say that an overwhelming number of outlets have shamefully left their standard is down. This causes many problems it causes frustrations certainly unconservative on the conservative side and back in there as well that what they're doing by silencing voices is not helping the situation there making the frustration more pronounced and I would say the the situation worse is interest you to superset said that is a lifelong conservative black man. I have endured more than most conservative tabs we have suffered a big defeat that does not mean we abandon our conviction and act like undisciplined children is a very good statement. I agree very Rick said that that's right you know that we were time at this that the pot the policies the. The way the government was beginning to function again, like the VA, I think a better foreign policy or domestic policy with Mystic over the can the economy taking that that the rights of the. The unborn is this administration that you know and for some of this will be overshadowed but long-term.

Think about that. The three Supreme Court nominees think about justice.

Eight.

Amy Baird I think about horses think about Cavanaugh those battles and and again, while there will be people who say will this entire incident will be, you know that because the of this cloud to hangover Pres. Trump in the Facebook bands and the Twitter bands. The truth is it is.

This is a sad day in a sense, because as he said I'll read the statement because those policies were so great that we were finally starting to drain the swamp. We had shifted the way this this before policy Rick talk about it we could change the way we did our domestic policy economy was booming even got going through covert project warp speed vaccine created record time that everybody told Pres. Trump never happened.

He was lying to everybody. And yet it happened.

So I usually don't want to forget any of that. We also ignore this. This is what the President said right after the Congress certified electoral votes, even though I totally disagree with the outcome of the election. The facts bear me out.

Nevertheless, there will be an orderly transition on January 20. I've always said we would. 10 you are fight to ensure that only legal votes were counted. While this represents the end of the greatest first-term Presidential history is only the beginning of our fight to make their rate so it again. There is this the present statement, not ours present United States back second half hour, a secular life in ACLJ.org to learn on Facebook, YouTube, periscope share this family for decades. ACLJ is been on the frontlines protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member thinking.

If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow live in a secular future that is you know there's there's that Chuck Schumer is called for VP Pitts to initiate the 25th amendment.

I that's with the Majority of the counted votes to remove the President at a Chuck Schumer calling for that, but he didn't leave it there. He said if not, we should start impeachment proceedings immediately so he said this called for this publicly. Now that some of you may be thinking that we've forced to fit the present impeachment. It is, it's not me days left here Ivy retirement 13 days and so could that happen that quickly could do it in 48 hours they could II don't think so. I don't see this happening.

Not just because of Republican opposition, but because to tune it would be to visit for the country.

It would take something some action by the present to encourage violence and I think that you know if you if you if that happened I could maybe who knows what happened.

I don't know him but if things if he does what he says in statement, which is the peaceful transition of power. Things kind of go quietly and it just kinda finished at the business. The work focus on getting the vaccine out finishing up your job as President and in moving past this and maybe make a speech about this ultimately is things kind of settled that like to see him say that kind of on camera. Yeah, I think that would help the country but would like it was the judges, the statement that no heat. He, like a lot of Americans, like a lot of us there was a lot of wrong in this election, and the like.

There was never have to let another lecture like this were to allow a pandemic to two overpower are the laws of the Constitution state laws. I also think that it's important for everybody to understand. You call it like a Sen. trader who spends one present from full-time or even as vice President and members of his cabinet us who have definitive US Supreme Court beat Moeller and his his team who were going after present hard and then impeachment by Democrats without shift for lot impeachment and trial.

The state legislatures in the states that that were the six states in question. I don't lease for those that are controlled by Republican. I think in all six they are and with none of them acted. They were the only ones with the by like that so that the clients they have the constitutional authority correct to put in a new slate of electors, not because a court decision because they believed as Republican majorities in the state.

They election was run illegally and wrong. So Pennsylvania could of done it they did need the vice President to tell them that Michigan Georgia Georgia Arizona Arizona made we can keep going down the list.

It would've been Wisconsin.

They didn't do it and that is what's important. Larger frustration at the branches.

The it can't do it when you're fresh and so you're targeting the US capital instead of again would people were just letting the state legislators get away with doing nothing yet and course of the understand something, even it is these horrible protests bless you talk about this during the break that these terrible protests are going on in Portland right now, and in some of these and was and in other parts of the country and their horrible on the destructive and the destroying property, what the this is going into the house of government, the people's house and sitting yourself in the seat of the chair of the Senate President or the speaker of the house as if what this was some kind of false coup attempt if that's what it looks like to the world like like nonsense, but it's a felony. It's federal, in my mind about therefore dead Americans think about that in those states that wanted to act would've acted and that's what the Constitution sets the Constitution rested with the states. Not with Mike pence met with his lawyers was synergy not even what you put your representatives votes were in the house. They never go to the house Democrats had the majority in this. It was tight to so they did have votes yes we did state legislature. I didn't see any of you probe those color triggers massive protest out there to not call for you do not do not do violence pleaded protest from a month out there. They had six weeks to do this, they had the votes needed at the back of it wanted some to tell them to do what that's how it works. They had that they had the constitutional authority of the devil you challenges facing Americans or substantial time in our Valley freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now ACLJ on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms than remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side.

You are already a member thinking not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life-changing work become a member today ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the worship ministry and what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is powering the right question free copy mission life today online ACLJ/yes everyone you know I want to say something first. My friend Mike pence was present who did exactly what he was authorized doing against its Constitution got a lot of flak for, but he was right. I want you to think about this for those of you that are posting things are so such nonsense.

Would you think about it you really think the presiding officer of the United States Senate should have the authority on his own to select the next President of the United States is going to be simply by saying I'd reject these particular electors would think about that for a minute. Let's think about first principles were a constitutional republic, but Ben Franklin famously said when asked was asked after the drafting of the Declaration of Independence and then and ultimately bend course at the big the drafting the Constitution was asked what we have Dr. Franklin and he said a Republican madam. If you can keep it.

Now the good news is we did keep it all of the violence yesterday inside the house, the capital as vice President said let's get back to work they did. But you know what your retard.

Currently I states Army but also a retired chaplain and then a priest. You said something during the break.

I think important for audience to hear. And that is basically returned to some first principles and understandably got our culture, we have we have actually gone about somehow tacitly approving cruelty and violence and in bad language and name-calling and and you the media and those lift up until yesterday have actually tacitly approved some of the demonstrations that cost people's lives that burned down pleat priests lease presents that destroyed property and yesterday I was so shocked and in in teary-eyed watching this, but it should be a call to America to wake up and to repent and for everyone to stop the mean-spirited and this in the cruelty on both sides on all sides, because it has got to stop that's not America but here's the thing. J it's happening in America and and I and as citizens as individuals. As party leaders. Whatever our position is we've got to stand up and say enough is enough on all forms of violence and cruelty and the things like we saw yesterday but not just what we saw yesterday the things we've been witnessing since last spring in America, there is never any justification for violence for the structure property for attacking law enforcement officers. It is absolutely uncalled for and I really really hope that this is a wake-up call that that as a nation we will repent and come back together. In other scary part of the something for all those that watch this and participate in the body politic as it was a total breakdown and if the rule of law amended the rule of law means we are a nation of laws we have rules and regulations and laws. If you don't follow the media prosecute tried to rule of law is the most important thing we are a country of laws and not of just men and women who take along to their own hands. I think would impress me more than anything else, is the fact that after this blatantly horrible attack on the Citadel of democracy we got back to work. We immediately quelled the insurrection if you will love violence the hatred the bigotry the evil that was shown and I saw people taking shields of police officers and breaking the windows to get into the capital. As you mentioned earlier I saw somebody sitting in the chair with the Chief Justice of the United States that and presided over an impeachment trial with his feet up on the desk but after that mob was cleansed and cleared from the capital from the house and from the Senate. What impressed me more than anything else is we put it immediately behind us and got back to work.

Got back to the process of counting electoral votes of hearing objections of voting in the finally certified with you to agree with the election or not, the process of the Constitution took effect, certifying the new President and the vice President and that's what impressed.

Not a week later.

Not a month later, but on the same day that this happened we got back to work and concluded what the Constitution told us we had to do that impressed me very much and I have to also agree with you. I was impressed with Mike pence the, the man is a patriot. He is a leader the way he spoke the way he called for an end to violence saying that never. It doesn't ever win that freedom wins that this is the people's house the resilience and strength of our democracy showed itself. We are not a lost cause. We've got to put this violence in his car behind us.

But what impressed me again I say again, we've got back to work and concluded the business of certifying the election immediately. I thought you against something so unfortunate forced loss of life. Most unfortunate second was that we didn't really get to see that debate in the objections right and I think that was important for America to see because a lot of that debate is been on liberal kind of leaning cable news are conservative leaning cable news are shows like ours and radio and television and and and Facebook and but we at any courts where you know there really only got two procedural matters in long briefs and documents, but to be able to CF it was good to be an opportunity to see him during the day of a lot of people still hung over than is like that that they could tune in on both sides of the aisle and see why sinners were objecting to White House numbers were objecting in their work that still two states that were objected to.

That would've changed the if the outcome of the election. There were not electoral enough electoral votes there. So think about that.

Even if you want to point out the six reset six and then seven sinners who I did object in Arizona. It was Ted Cruz, Holly was the first room for even the violence began as as sinners hide Smith, Marshall, Kennedy and Turberville. They were the only other objection came with Pennsylvania and the only additional person was Sen. Rick Scott is of those senators did not put forward any other objections in objective unit Wisconsin they did object of Michigan they did object to Georgia and they could've so you really sweet. We didn't get to have that debate. And even those who were going to object to enough would've been outcome determinative. Even if we knew the vote was not either decided not to. So your call then not traders, but in fact they they could in the cities they realized they were unable to really have the debate anymore. That said, to because we don't want another election like this where laws are followed and signatures aren't required to request balance of these get mailed to every body and others. There's no verification in and people that have faith in the process and we did get to have that debate and because it would've been a civil debate but it would've been one the people to really get to see it on both sides about why they're making those objections and that that that's that. That is something that is also disheartening from this and that. I again I just put you back to where if you really felt as many of us do. This election was wrong. There were a lot of things done wrong in the election mate something. Illegal conduct, I don't you.

Some people throughout threadlike fraud. I think you just focus on what was that it illegally because there were state laws changed by courts, not the legislatures in those states that were the swing states, the legislatures where that happen they happen to her. The courts change the rules a Republican. They had the right, power, constitutional and under their state laws to put into electors present from could be the second term.

If they if they had the backbone to do that. They had six weeks to do it didn't need a court to tell him to Annette for evidence. They could've just said, we see that everything was because you change the rules again.

That's it.

And they didn't do it and then you put, you know you're good at your credit force Mike pence do something very secret, knew he could get rid of Alexa incentive is much as he could possibly do is maybe make ask the state to recertify edit the part of what affect happened yesterday is to get either states, which by the way, already did have the backbone to do it for her. After that violence can it somehow shifted and give no so it's self-defeating you just not looking at the right places and night. We were trying to tell you the entire time that the states but you kept focusing on thinking that you're the present loan to do or the vice President to do it or send it alone to do it or eight house could do it controlled by Nancy Pelosi and and you focused on the wrong place the wrong people kept telling state legislatures. They could do it and it didn't but I think just that overshadow over the eighth. It would help a lot of Americans probably what we need to see now is it is a speech, the President had up with the soft arrest and he could say that I disagree with a lot of what was done, the election, that's fun. A lot of Americans due to that does the also can condemn violence, but he needs to condemn the vitamin.

We had a video yesterday, but I think condemning the violence. I think saying that he disagreed with the election results honestly did a lot of the butt and he challenged it as many court cases as he could do and those cases were not successful.

Even though he disagrees with the outcome of those decisions need to respect the rule of law thoughts. There will be a transfer of peaceful transfer of power which he said there will be, but it was horrific that we had to go through this yesterday for Americans are dead in our nation's capital next to our office in Washington DC to little personal regret only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold mission like it will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the abortion industry and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/challenges facing Americans are substantial time and are now free to sort constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now ACLJ on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. I would again read because this happened very late at night present yours been blocked from.

You can argue about that being wrong or right. But these block from at least Facebook and Instagram until after his presidency is also twitter still blocked as well is that laughter spends the also will is at just for right out indefinitely but he said Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Savino very late. Early hours actually of morning. I happen to still be up forces watching all of this happened and said it was doing in the house and the statement he reported the statement out that when this when the electoral college votes were certified from present from because the present condition from his own twitter account anymore was on Facebook account quote even though I totally disagree with the outcome of the election and the facts bear me out. Nevertheless, there will be an orderly transition on January 20. I've always said we will continue our fight to ensure that only legal counts, legal votes were counted. While this represents the end of the greatest first term in Presidential history. It's only the beginning of our fight to make America great again so you know I have a lot of issues and thinking that statement, I think that he it was it was a great turbid policy wise if you're conservative it was it was excellent, especially if you're more like a libertarian leaning I can serve a populist and even with covert fighting back uses restriction three Supreme Court nominees so many is court appeals. Every filling this Court of Appeals, conservatives and district courts to get winding down wars keeping America safe. We have massive terrorism or industry from Ford Ford.

Tears of Islamic terrorism piece deals in the Middle East as of even about you yesterday, before all that was happening. Piece deals are being made to isolate Iran so I think it's because now the present is not to have these other platforms speak.

He can still dress today said he probably should happen tonight and it should just be addressed it like it said we said we would fight to the end that legal votes were counted.

We've said that to edit, but there was in point and the endpoint is when the Congress certifies and that happened in the present dollars and that I didn't want to take his last mesenchyme everybody get their perspective on how they see him start with and it will go to West now closing up well in a pic of the scene. The Jordan said I think we had as conservatives very good first term is the presidency under Donald Trump of the taxes decreased the especially J. The shaping of the Middle East and the peace that I've seen between Israel and those who would see Israel devastated and destroyed.

I think those were important factors of the fact that we put conservative justices Constitution lists originalist people read the Constitution on the district courts and on the appellate courts.

That is something that we can overlook the fact that he put America first, that he that we made that America is a priority in our thoughts and in our minds I think those are very important things that you have to give the President credit for for having done. I hate to see it having been marred by this last outbreak of violence that was a terrible thing but again, I repeat, we got back to work immediately after that, went back into session and the Congress went back into the House of Representatives and the chamber was filled and then regret is right they have the right, Jordan said that we were unable to see the debate because as part of the process. But nonetheless, it was concluded in a constitutional matter. You really a lot of comments like this and I you have the vision SVC others present understood. Some people just mad about the election results I get that we are to about what railroad you guys are making me sick. Where is your loyalty to the Constitution and the American patriots me just make this really clear to everybody. The people that broken the capital didn't break in the Y was, not in business while they were in session and just block the doors in civil disobedience. There they had no fidelity to the Constitution. You know why they were breaking in on a constitutional function of Congress of the American government. So if you believe the Constitution you would be supporting people breaking in to stop constitutional process that includes the ability to object to electors and to throw out electoral votes they had that ability and have votes to do it. We knew that going in, but if you are the people who are I guess supporting going in and trampling or trying to prevent a duty constitutional duty of our executive branch. The vice President acting as legislative role, of course, Congress legislative branch that is not conservatism talks conservatism conservatives fight that set out your libertarians fight we went with our ideas. We fight back and courts. The court of public opinion, and we bring people to our side. We don't trample on the Constitution. We don't try to prevent constitutional acts like the certification election which allow for changes to electors and objections to be made, but those objections only to abate, not even enough to change the outcome of the election is because of the violence is because of what you're saying was, was the make you sick for not supporting it know it sick that you even think that that was right.

It is people are dead young woman who serve her country and I don't know exactly what she did for a where she was running through what barricade but but was a veteran's debt and for a moment there reminded me of what it looks like in Tehran because you see this protesters storm and now they're doing it in the streets.

That's okay we don't we allow that America but but you realize then quickly were not Tehran, and the vice President was back in his chair and the. The debate went on, there were objections again later on the night to Pennsylvania's electoral college votes in two hours more debate and and that was late in the evening and it was finished. Votes were certified and the President made his statement to West. You're exactly right. Jordan what happened yesterday was the antithesis of patriotism.

The Constitution is the supreme law of land. What happened was a legal was unconscionable.

It was undemocratic back to what Handy was saying that I think Pres. Trump's policies. This administration's policies have done wonderful things. Things like this have been done since the presidency of Ronald Reagan, you mentioned the Middle East, the economy, foreign policy, the military, it will be a shame if this is how his legacy and to what what this administration will be remembered for.

Because up until this it was pretty remarkable_close with this. I wanted, I'm thankful to the Lord that we have a Constitution that prevailed yesterday and while I don't like the outcome of the election.

I like the outcome of the process.

The process actually prevailed in that my pants was able to get back in a chair and do the people's business and that our senators Republicans and Democrats and Independents are there went on and allowed votes and made objections and it didn't help because of the objections to have this so self-defeating but dumb. I just want to urge those that are watching and listening to pray for our country. Pray for our leaders, pray for the present Pres. Trump pray for the vice President pray for you not to like this, President-elect of the high-stakes process of the Constitution says we are instructed by Scripture to pray for those in authority that would include President-elect United States Joe Biden in the vice President, Harris process with the Scriptures command talk to decades ACLJ has been on the frontlines of protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.
