Today on Jay Sekulow live. Looking ahead to the very real threat from Iran live from Washington DC line phone lines are open for your questions right now. That's one 800-6841 to your holes like this Jordan secular. We are taking your phone calls when let me just tell you that we are looking forward right now to the threat from Iran, especially posed by potential Biden administration, we are realistic. The ACLJ were attorneys and when you're realist.

And when you're attorneys you know you prepare for worst-case scenarios and were getting closer and closer to worst-case scenarios we don't yet know what will happen in the Georgia Senate races, but some of the foreign policy realm is really conducted outside of Congress and is focused on.

That's where the present in this report been clear on that Constitution is clear that the President has the most power ways acting in foreign policy and and that is why. Again, this Iranian threat that is emerging again which was really kept under wraps by a trump administration by these new peace deals by basically what isolating Iran present Trump was doing through these peace deals was building a coalition to isolate Iran and make it very difficult for Ron. We had Sally's giving it.

They've given the air rights for Israel to fly over commercial airliners and their doing so publicly does not say private behind-the-scenes's Intel work so they were building that coalition with the Biden team could come in and and just totally eviscerate that yeah and I think the reality is they probably will know we got everything Freddie not to even send the F 35's were part of the deal, right.

So this is what you got. So I would got in our course and our team at the ACLJ we have depth here without an office in Jerusalem.

Skip Ash is in charge of our international law group retired colonel from United States Army Wes Smith retired Col. from the United States Army also axing a military advisor to the ACLJAMA start with lesson, go to step in.

That is the threat from Iran now under incoming Biden administration is the present isolate of them. We all those peace agreement signed housing to look now, it looks pretty bad. It really does. Joe Biden has indicated he wants to reenter the JCP away even though it did nothing to stop Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon, it just elated by decade. Iran continues on their nuclear weapons program in unabated. They what is what is going to happen if we don't do something is the most dangerous weapon in the world will be in the hands of those dangerous country in the world already there violating the JCP away. The IAEA two weeks ago said that Iran is already enriched 12 times the amount of nuclear material allowed by the JCP away.

They'd increase the number of centrifuges and they buried them deep underground. They've also continued with her ballistic missile program. Iran is a threat. They are intent on acquiring a nuclear weapon and in the only only hope that not happening is for the world to unite and for the Biden administration not to change what present Trump is not the most dangerous weapon in the world with the most dangerous country in the world. Skip how to use it in Playboy's are the people in Iran are religions of premises who believe in apocalyptic vision of how the world should proceed.

They believe that they are the chosen people to bring this about, and the trump administration was very wise and getting out at agreement cutting off their funding.

So now there and not very bad place.

Economically, it looks like the incoming administration is the Biden administration is going to reverse that to give them back the money. Just like the Obama administration is to give them the money they need to support terrorism is for their missile and nuclear program and that's going to be a disaster not only for the Middle East, but for the rest of the world into this agreement because this is a threat to the United States, absolutely huge threat to the US but we got the team ready to keep you updated and ready to fight.

Remember December matching challenge month support the work ACLJ and ACLJ.org donate today ACLJ.org double the impact of your donation. It is so close because this is critical work that we are going to be doing in gauging all of our international offices as well to fight back against what could be Iran on the move once again the American Center for Law and were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom.

Protecting those uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this or that. We are grateful.

Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge every dollar you donate $10 gift $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ the work we simply would not occur without your generous heart wrenching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms online. Okay only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn. Like it will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later there would Obama care me in many ways your membership is empowering the right question mission life today online/Jay Sekulow like this idea, which unfortunately probably wouldn't have to be talking about if it wasn't somewhat likely that it was going to be the Biden administration coming in and we did to prepare for whether you like that or not to really redo what is been such a successful Middle East policy under the trump administration peace deals with Israel kind of ignoring this Palestinian issue is a wiki stomach piece of the Gulf states, which by the way isn't just about Israel and those Gulf states making peace. It's about building a coalition that isolates Iran further and also so they if there were the need for military attack. They had this coalition by recognizing and making these peace agreements with Israel business relations, travel, written tourism flights going back and forth now between these countries that the Iran would have a serious coalition that would be fully armed and ready to respond to any kind of Iranian aggression is that even their aggression through the proxies they use like Hezbollah and other groups, but we are going to have to be ready for for that attempt to dismantle that because I will tell you that those Gulf state leaders there to be very weary of. Now these agreements if they don't get what they were supposed to out of it and said that you know I 35's ultimately delivered at certain standpoint because they've got advisors on the Biden side single.

Maybe we shouldn't send this exactly and I want to go West you wrote a piece that's up on ACLJ.org called the existential threat posed by Iran's nuclear program. It keys off on the fact that just a couple weeks back at the top Iranian nuclear scientist military nuclear scientists was killed poorly by the Israelis right he was he with us the both the brains and the passion behind her nuclear weapons research and development program. He was in charge of the Ahmad program which interestingly enough, that was using the Iranian military of the research and development towards a nuclear bomb. And so that's why he was taken out and going forward.

You know what Iran is saying with the potential by demonstration coming in is that they will not even consider negotiations with the US unless we lift sanctions.

Meanwhile, the Biden transition spokesperson has said well we would be open to possibly lifting some sanctions and also and as a condition for that Iran. They don't have to go back to where they were before they started violating that log Iran nuclear deal.

They just need to stop where they are. Don't do anymore. Going forward, it it is it is crazy.

The Gulf states and the other Arab nations. They realize that Iran is a threat to their national security took to their existence. That's why they've been so open to to making peace with Israel and they are very very alarmed at a possible change going forward with a new Presidential a ministration. Jordan said never go to sleep – who has up our international law group is that there are certain understandings that the these countries had from United States what what our policies would be how we would help them kindly coalescing of of relations and arrangements that could well be out the window now and how does that impact the situation danger here because we have a way for the incoming administration looks like it's going to totally reject the successes of the trump administration just because they do not like the author of those policies. They don't they're not looking at the success for decades the situation the Middle East was a disaster under both Democratic and Republican administrations. Donald Trump came in and he turned things upside down. He got our embassy moved to Jerusalem where everybody so that would cause chaos throughout the Middle East. Nothing happened is proposed a settlement for the Palestinians. They done what they normally do that miss another opportunity to have their own state what that is done is that has opened up these other Gulf kingdoms and Emirates to consider Israel as a partner, especially in light of the Iranian threat. Remember, Iran is a hegemonic power. They look back that they were once the Persian Empire and they want to reestablish that as a Shiite Persian Empire throughout the Middle East and Sunni kingdoms in the Middle East are fearful of that.

And rightly so, and therefore they need to have both United States and the strongest country in the Middle East, which is Israel as allies.

By doing that they can check the threat of Iran throughout the Middle East and I think that is something that if this administration gives away it will move us back decades, the ACLJ.

Let me explain something to you.

We got offices in Jerusalem. We have UN status door European Center for Law and Justice that honestly was skipping and and west of that military expertise with the former director of national intelligence as a senior advisor to the ACLJam nationals. So we have depths here.

We've argued cases that the international criminal court back this time last year were in the attic so we done this, where there were active in this, but you're looking at a dramatic shift, the policy, a policy that is been working very well for the United States for the last four years and culminated his door and said in these four arrangements, but that is about to be shelved.

You know I'm portly that never came out during the campaign know what was at stake here. I think it again at some of this was the Biden team try to play it down and and honestly people are so focused on covert and domestic policies, and there's been such a calm this to our foreign-policy troop withdrawals in Iraq and Afghanistan. The destruction of ISIS in the caliphate there any attempt for them to come back was quickly being put down in places like North Africa, so I we had the bubonic rabbi daddy dead you had at the top Iranian head of the running loose a revolutionary guard dead by by by American forces so we had weakened our our enemies in the Middle East to a point where they were even at every building states there being hit with viruses in their in their nuclear programs.

They had no it, they were get sanctions again. But you see quickly. This can reverse and this is and this is a region of the world built on deals and if these deals.

At present, Trump made art made good as they continue on by the Biden administration really back to square one again you wrote Wes in your piece. It says Iran is unrepentant and even now proceeds unabated with its march toward acquiring a nuclear weapon. The threat of a nuclear armed Iran is real and bearing drastic action will take place at some point in the future, Iran's leaders are not rational and it's deploying even a single nuclear bomb at some point, is a very real existential threat to the region to Israel and possibly the United States absolutely is and more than likely based on their modus operandi ever ran, acquired a nuclear bomb. They like plausible deniability at the corner of race.

This menus recently and they would probably not detonate such a bomb if provoked or not provoked themselves, they would give a smaller version of this kind of weapon to one of their many crazed proxy groups and let that group actually detonate the weapon and those groups are completely irrational and would probably do it you look at the situation in Iran and the people in the laughter what they're advocating changing the policies that been working for the last four years. He reminds me what happened on on the nuclear on the Korean Peninsula.

We use negotiations and giving them vast amounts of aid trying to talk North Korea out of acquiring a nuclear weapon. It was an unmitigated disaster so that today. Our only recourse on the Korean Peninsula is to warn Kim Jong-Il and not to use it, and the hope that he does not do you really want that same kind of situation in the Middle East ran gets a nuclear weapon, then all options are gone except warning them not to use them, and there is no guarantee that they won't disc if I was thinking the same thing and the comparisons to Korea's interesting but the fact is that the powder keg of the Middle East to be drastically reshaped and about a moments notice. In the United States nation, we tend to be very short-term and are not long-term.

When you go over to Europe and you go over to the Middle East.

These people member flights that are centuries old and they're still holding grudges, so they look long-term and we look short-term. So we think we can make a deal, we got a deal and that's going to last.

They make it illegal within Islam can make a deal that's temporary, and when it no longer serves their purposes, they can break it because they have no obligation to be honest in dealing with non-Muslims and I think that's the critical thing that we need to keep in mind as we deal with some of these issues and the Iranians have already demonstrated irrationality by taking our embassy during the Carter. Let's not think about that again. I mean that's the kind of things you worry about with this kindness. Basically, let me say this also later the program close by Working at. We did a special documentary on this is the will we let met with some money and some of the key leaders of that that of the Iran experts in Israel and I was just telling our producers. We need a place on that audio and video for you so you can hear from them is very relevant again today because that is about to be a real real threat. I would take a break we come back will take more your calls was going to support the ACL's exports work ACLJ try matching challenge and ACLJ.org double the impact of your donation ACLJ.org. It's a critical time is here for battle.

Always the mixer for Law and Justice. That's it. ACLJ.org is how we grieve the broadcast is how we have offices all over the world policy analyst attorneys who are able to represent clients at no cost at all because of your financial support. The ACLJ or government affairs team in Washington DC. All because of you. Donate today part of her matching challenge double the impact your donation through the month of December and ACLJ.org only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn gold mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later: what Obama care means many ways. Your membership is empowering the right question mission in life today online/the American Center for Law and were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom.

Protecting those faith covering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress. ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge every dollar you donate $10 gift $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in her matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms online. Okay Jay Sekulow like this Jordan say kill you know are talking about, which is Iran. This threat from Iran, which can quickly reemerge and we were in a situation where Ron was still a threat. Obviously, with an Ayatollah in this religious-based regime of extreme ideology and proxies like Hezbollah operating the river. We had a crush down what was going on in Syria through the trust administration were building this coalition under the Trump administration working with Israel and Gulf states. But if two things happen if the Biden team comes in and doesn't make good on the deals that were made between the Trump administration those trilateral and bilateral deals with the Gulf states to be so so interested in kindest while that I can be prepared to recommend the F 35 to defend themselves and it will be bright back to the scenario of the US will only move on Middle East peace after dealing with the Palestinian situation and were to go back to giving Iran sanction relief as well as going back to a nuclear deal, which was a nuclear deal for Iran so that Iran could stay on a safe path to nuclear weapon was a nuclear deal because it was to give them nuclear weapon, so it wasn't as if this was some great giant surprise here, so was I was thinking about this, you got a piece of my mentioned earlier in the broadcast. The existential threat posed by Iran's nuclear program. How would you define that accidental threat. You know they they made it very clear. They are a sworn enemy of the United States and they have call for the destruction of Israel. The only thing that is stop them from destroying Israel is that they will have the capability to destroy Israel so no X essential. Mises threatens your existence and they are an existential threat to Israel.

They could be to us because as I mentioned earlier, you know, they might or might not deploy a nuclear weapon, it is unlikely they would have the capability or the inclination to deploy it in the United States but there's nothing to stop them from giving a nuclear weapon to a terrorist group which has no such reservations, no such rationality to do that them having a nuclear weapon.

The danger of that simply cannot be overstated.

One of the things we also needed to look at because it's it's not exactly related, but it's interesting that is spent time of the Korean Peninsula and that is the whole issue between the approach of Korea that the President Trump is engaging in what Joe Biden approach and it looks like before we get to that. I think it's important for people understand Jordan we at the ACLJ have unique experience here and an office in the Middle East.

That's right right in the heart of really where all these conflicts want to convert which is Rick Jerusalem and their. We've mostly been defending Israel you know if the international criminal court in the hay, but this will this if they go back to the snare will be also moving back this scenario assess situation where Israel's defense and survival will be at stake again so it won't be just defeating them in international courts at the ACLJ, it will be defending the state of Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state, and right to exist whether or as you know, and fight terrorism out of the Gaza Strip fight terrorism out of the West Bank and not get pressured into some horrendous deal or themselves become sanctioned.

Remember, the final act of the Obama administration was not was was to step back and allow the UN Security Council to condemn Israel dad that was the final act at the UN by the Obama ministration then vote yes they can to stop it is any any any permanent five-member cube until it they didn't but never the final actually be right back right where we left off yet eight years ago you had a four year reprieve from ridiculous. You go right back to ridiculous again and they and Wes. They were very dangerous about ministers in my view at the UN, or absolutely as a matter fact they they they they teamed up with some of our supposed allies to be an even bigger threat to Millie space and to the United States as well as to Israel, and of course, don't forget they gave Iran in this whole process billions of billions of dollars both in cash and releasing their financial assets in the international markets and so you know it's really crazy. Here's the thing about this J our European allies are not helping us on this President. Trump has almost stood alone in some cases they are the one to two months ago at the United Nations Security Council refused to extend the arms embargo on Iran. They are the ones that the signatories to the JC POA are still in the JC POA according to them, even though Iran is violating and that doesn't stop them from saying is still in effect and then, in addition to that you look at what her ear. European allies are doing. They have tried to circumvent the sanctions placed on Iran by the United States and so it's like there is an epidemic of naïveté on the part of the left on the part of the Biden team and on the part of some of our European allies shortages that were to be right back in the quagmire, yet you have to do is fight very hard very aggressively both in courts international.

As I was right to exhaust the right of the United the United Nations we have. We are again ACLJ uniquely position we have is a consultant status at the United Nations we are and recognize NGO we can go in there we have in the past on behalf of Israel would have to do that again because he listened ministration because he is appointing the same people as the same people. It's the same John Kerry types and junkers every part of this research study is climates are something that the same ideas that one we always have to have consensus Rick Grenell talked a lot about that on this broadcast so that is a bit a huge barrier to the US making progress in foreign policy that was knocked down in the Trump administration wasn't about consistency was about bilateral unilateral trilateral deals and instead incentive multi-consensus of the whole world and and also I think you know we now have even added to our team.

People like Rick who are the former ambassador Germany. Germany is one of those countries in in that if the other P5 plus one that always wants to circumvent the sanctions on Iran because they build stinking tunnels for their nuclear program. I mean II say that word because it just kind of ironic that the Germans are the ones building tunnels for Iran's nuclear program in Iran was destroyed the Jewish state of Israel with a nuclear weapon and end but they love the money that comes in and but Iran is been so isolated is been difficult for those countries to get around the sanctions if if the Biden team comes in and does what we expect them to do. We will be back to it will be back to this, I wouldn't doubt that this could be you know that Hezbollah then again gets reengaged either becomes issue more issues in Lebanon which have been occurring and have been getting as much attention as well.

It brought more rockets that are to be fired at Israel and said it's good to just take us back to the same bureaucratic jump State Department worthless bureaucrats can't get anything done unless they spend a bit I give it $1 billion. So in your Christian pastor gets picked up and is being held even by a NATO ally like Turkey during the night that I can worry about Joe Biden putting sanctions on them. Just wonder how how big of a big of a check and we get from the US government that's after we pound the table. By the way, for who knows how many years to get those types of pastors home.

I hope none of them get in that situation, but if they do we know it was like under the under the Obama administration. We were successful. My gosh, it took a whole lot more work than then get those pet passé have eating and going back to beating beating the table and rationally congressional hearings going on media and you know every resource we had versus the present thing on the phone get the personnel you know billions of dollars since so it's why support the work. ACLJ is ready to go.

Those battles are worked out ACLJ.org before the next challenge. Double your impact donation again to match every donation comes through December.

Today ACLJ.org the American Center for Law and just as were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ challenge for every dollar you donate, it will be now $10 gift becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 you can make a difference in the world protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you and your family. Give a gift today online okay live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow Jay Sekulow like this Jordan secular as you know we've been talking Iran and we've done a lot of work on the situation with Iran. We've also brought in a lot of experts and were always very new experts reason people over director of national intelligence, Rick Grenell's ACLJ team in obese strategic advisor throughout this what potential Biden administration what they may be doing this review was also the ambassador to Germany which was a kid, is a key player in the P5 plus one would becomes the nuclear deal we been working on this for a long time daddy working on it would help with that with Israeli officials as gals because of our office in Jerusalem. Interesting your most are foreign offices are European Center for Law and Justice Slavic Center for Law and Justice African Center for Law and Justice. They have their their specific to the region but in in Jerusalem is the ACLJ right Jerusalem because that American support is so key to the Jewish state.

So it's the American Center for Law and Justice Jerusalem because it's our office in Jerusalem now. A couple years back more than a couple now I got to sit down with the leading experts is that we will never get these interviews again. That was incredible about the threat of Iran. We did a documentary called the export but some of these interviews were real, not so of all of them really shed light on what we are dealing with in the Middle East. We got a reprieve for four years was. I called her up for your reprieve with a Middle East policy that made sense where you had new peace treaty signed were about to go back to the old days yeah is an overworked cliché, but you remember the cliché that says you know that the definition of insanity is to try to do the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result for four decades, the American strategy you know in that part of the world did not work for the last four years we made incredible progress. It has worked in yet they want to go back to the old strategy that obviously does not work and we got we got destroyed.

Isis destroyed their caliphate. We put a this whole group around a of nations around Iran and indie now within it, and by the way that that's the first time the Bush ministration and the Biden administration won't be that different on the neck. The Biden mistress would be more anti-Israel than a past Republican administration. But they still were willing to make the deals and think outside the box the way we talked about with the trumpet ministration first and foremost to keep us safe as Americans from the threat from Iran, but also our allies. The more peace deals. We can be part of the United States, the better it of interest in the region of the world that usually so on fire.

Every time you every time the peaceloving Democrats coming to office suddenly were bombing Libya.

We got ice that we got the caliphate on the rise. We got a A3 a three way conflict with Russia involved in Syria and and increase troops into Iraq and Afghanistan. The ones that they give the peaceloving ones and was a tendency to say what is our peace prize open yet, while he was getting us into conflicts in the money needed to get us into do something like when Sherry was doing testing the PO redline that redline see that the cross he does nothing, but I'm afraid that's for you to go back to. So that means that our team is worse, Biden said do not take out Osama bin Laden. Many of the advisor said on foreign policy Joe Biden was always had the worst perspective on that. So even worse than what we saw under the Obama years is Joe Biden. When it comes to foreign policy within the general said that he had the he was wrong in every decision is Robert Gates, the sector defense Woody Sagan said that in every strategic international decision. He was wrong when everyone of them there you go. So this is.

This could be worse than Obama I meet which is tough to imagine but Obama did make the call to take out Osama bin Laden present from me.

The call to take out Omar Val by daddy and get rid of Isis I get rid of us who embody the head of the running running revolutionary guards or violate the Biden ministry would have never done a move like that it was earning any response from Iran. Nothing any danger, because they been crippled, another about their their thinking they're getting it this whole new wave of cash for sanctions relief. That's why what were about to show you is so important because we could be right back facing the type of Iran that has cash money to spend in a nuclear program back on track. I support the work ACLJ ACLJ.org remember because you ACLJ Jerusalem, to see the rest of the show because of that court and ACLJ.org donate today the American Center for Law and were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those faith uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge every dollar you donate $10 gift $50 gift becomes 100.

This is a critical time for the ACLJ the work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in the protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms online ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when used with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn gold like it will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists.

The ramifications of 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the end what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for copy mission life today online ACL data/the fact of the matter is still is a threat and what this movie shows you is the nature and scope of that threat, and we got to be really clear that Iran is both a regional and geopolitical threat.

We cannot because just of their nuclear ambitions, but their desire to export terrorism around the globe. They view themselves as establishing the Islamic caliphate.

That's what this is all about.

At the end of the day and we have to be cognizant of that fact. That is what we're dealing with. We deal with Iran. Logically, they're not always thinking the same way we would militarily this striking on these vessels things like that when you deal with Iran you have to deal if you take out your Western mindset. Put that to the side and analyze how Iran has acted in the past. This is a great special for you to understand the nature and scope of what our country faces when RLI space we can create a modern international community that is respectful is secure, that is prosperous that there are not tensions, inevitable tensions between cultures, which I think is extraordinarily important that something that's very he really wanted to this to be a new beginning of the relationship between the United States and the Muslim world. He gave what is now become known as Obama's Cairo initiative perhaps foremost he wanted me to find a way to reach out to the Muslim and engage much more with dominantly Muslim nations.

We do not consider ourselves a nation or into a measuring Muslim nation ourselves a nation of citizens around today, thousands of demonstrators in various locations On the shop and is scheduled to return to Iran Friday after 15 years in exile today, a 78-year-old religiously uncompromising the chance today was bring back this man presently living in Paris, it was over 30 years ago that the Revolution Took Pl. in Iran, led by a cleric named the Ayatollah Khomeini would actually been exiled by rent under the Shah of Iran's previous regime. Now the song was put in place and while there were a number of abuses under his regime was stability in the region and radical Islamist did not have a foothold of control of the government that changed in 1979 when the Ayatollah Khomeini came into the Shah of Iran was removed from leadership a major change in shift took place in the region to region became radical and became radical in the context of his and that has shaped not only Iran but the Middle East and even in the United States today that what this movie is going to do is take a look at radical Islam's conquest its mentality for control and the various ways that it is engaging in infiltrating the West now what we've seen so far, you've heard about Geon l'affaire nuclear programs, and terrorism. Let's break it down.

What is Geon the holy. How do you engage in a holy war. Use the legal system is part of for you airplanes and turn them into bombs and run into buildings use suicide bombers try to take over government, but you also use the legal system domestic legal systems in the United States but international legal systems as well including the United Nations and then of course there's nuclear programs. The danger of a nuclear threat is significant becomes part of the terrorist ploy but is a ploy with tremendous consequences. The situation in Iran is not that much different than 32 years later, as we look at the situation in Egypt a lot of the issues that have developed over the last several months have revolved around what role with the Muslim brotherhood have a government in Egypt and the short answer to that is any role for the Muslim brotherhood starts looking awful lot like Ayatollah Khomeini revisited denied the chance to sit down with someone who's been to the region in the Middle East many many times as Lieut. Col. Oliver North. Let me ask you first. Your sense when you talk about radical Islam how significant is the conflict with radical Islam and its impact it's having on knowing the region but around the globe to its existential for us. Islam intends that all of us live under sharia law.

They are willing and not just willing intends and died to make it happen course is no greater honor than to kill an infidel in the process of getting killed himself. And so if you look at what we've been up against not really since 2001 actually going back to 1979 when the Ayatollah home Amy goes back to: from Paris and begins to organize, not the Iranian revolution.

But the Islamic revolution Ayatollah Khomeini left and moved to home, which is Iran's holy city where he shot him 15 years ago and they now wish he hadn't said as he went he would keep control of the country is 12 years he has left Ayatollah Khomeini returned Shaw's least favorite city religious opposition to the shop again everybody looked to confess to being part of the Reagan Administration 1981 onwards looked at it. It's just 10% of Islam. We don't have to worry about this was forced to leave 15 years ago after the Shah's troops killed hundreds of people in an unsuccessful many indicated he will maintain control and direction of because he believes there should be no separation of church and state, and Khomeini said he does not want democratic. He wants an Islamic commander-in-chief state chief executive who refuses to name the enemy. The enemy is radical is states goes to the University of Cairo.

He says that the America of others. A lot of Christians were not a Christian nation were not a Jewish nation. He says were nation of principal which is a non-statement then you look at the fact what you just said that in 1948, our leadership, the government and others in the world understood that there was this spiritual bond if you will. Now we have this complete shift in relationship you got an Iranian threat that most of us believe Israel but you've been there more than most people, you know, the people involving of the military you've reviewed the documents you've seen the evidence you been there firsthand how serious is the Iranian Islamic threat to world stability.

It will change the world as we know it today if the Iranians and I believe that there are headed in this direction put on the end of one of those North Korean provided missiles, anything that looks like a war in the Iranians are building not only the warheads to have the means of delivering and I'm telling a target number one is the Israelis cannot abide that it is truly an existential threat as a lawyer I like to deal with evidence and part of that evidence as to actually take you to the region where the conflict is developing, that is, is Oliver North just said X essential threat in the Middle East.

So we traveled to Israel were the opportunity to talk with members of the military members of the governments of the leading journalists in the area to get a firsthand look at how the threat of radical Islam and Iran impacts Israel, the region in the world a chance to sit down with one of the most noted journalists in the Middle East were not Bergman to get his impact and impressions as to what's happening in the region right now as relates to Iran and possible war and conflict with Iran. First, very basic and fundamental question.

Is there a war going on with Iran right now this is the longest ongoing going to Middle East, hasn't taken place since many took over Islamic Republic of surrounding 5 February 1979. It has been going on every day until this minute under the public strata. Nobody knows the full details of that, but from almost anyone Islamic Republic of Iran try to obtain nuclear weapon and try to exploit the revolutions of proxy jettison movement in the Middle East taking try to imitate the genius he and the revolution of many to other places in the same time the Secret Service is United States and Israel declared war on Iran and this is the clandestine war between these two things Iran was a free country.

One has to remember the shock there, you advise very Western very scientifically, very impressive stick in November. This regime of fundamentalism. McKnight came over Iran so differently. America stands and works for the event is he runs against the special road for his Iran uses rhetoric that we haven't had for decades and anything is is difficult to exist has the right to exist is I quote his accounts as to when the children removed. Please sit again and again. So when you see a country that says legitimate would not exist in the end of the game and be going okay and invoking terror like no other country to put it to that understatement is a cause for concern folks.

Okay, the fact of the matter is Iran still is a threat and what this movie shows you is the nature and scope of that threat, and we got to be really clear that Iran is both a regional and geopolitical threat. We cannot because just of their nuclear ambitions, but their desire to export terrorism around the globe. They view themselves as establishing the Islamic caliphate. That's what this is all about. At the end of the day and we have to be cognizant of that fact. That is what we're dealing with.

We deal with Iran. This is a great special. You understand the nature and scope of what our country faces when RLI space here since that the goal here of Iran is simply the desire to annihilate Israel. They talk about that openly they say want to wipe Israel off the face of the earth, but they really are looking much broader than that. Our timing Israel is kind of in the way for the rest of the conquest yacht domain reason, full way trying to achieve in the ability is there to be able to cope with his desire and need for the Saudis. Lynn, because once they wouldn't have. As such, a bone day waiting their face a very very huge temptation and I think that they might you think I don't want to be like connecting the lead, waiting to see the veil of the onions we usable once they have been all they were not. Nobody knows only speaking when this assumes that if somebody is a producing a weapon. They have the intention of using the nuclear field. It's different United States and Soviet Union produced weapons force because of his and there was mutual determined so whether Iran would want to use the weapon.

I do not know. I think they themselves and they certainly would like to have the option of having such a weapon is a saving on either team sentences next circumstances. All to use it as a threat to extort from countries in the region's concessions which they would like these countries to make the field. The strategic field on the economic field and on the Iranians have shown have demonstrated that truck not take an rational policy when the regime was under threat of annihilation. They know they Israel will strike them back with nuclear weapons. They know that is put them back to the Stone Age and from their point of view their survival in the regime and disrupt corrupted regime is the sole of the central therefore I don't think that they would use it only if the effect the however however you Israel that shook the with whatever they can to prevent Iran from being getting the nuclear capability because a with prevent any sort of retaliation against. Second, Iran will become completely broken and support the jihadist. And nuclear will race in the Middle East and you know something you'd always thought once tonight moderate countries like Egypt, Saudi Arabia with a quiet weapon.

This is going to be a very unpleasant place to live Jeff off the phone in a dynamic, new canal, some fine and Gina Diana. I mediated the end and it should be a thought that G comes finished off all elements political alienation of the economic camping economic sanctions list possible to the internal position in Academy been military option convincing Jim is no way to escape.

Get away was in the clouds and as common. I 2003 to suspend the nuclear option when he sold might be talked is a sad face of the American offensive after 9/11 is up and felt something amazing is that the game is this a war we went working with the world with this is the war that can win. We stubborn and not let the other side have the upper hand in the initiative. This is the will of the United States and is assistant can be one in order to win. This will the threats must be truly perceived, and I'm not sure that by all Americans and little repairs for that sake, the extent of the threat will perceive the first will you call the enemy what his son Sue who is the great military philosopher and theologian of ancient China.

If you don't know your enemy, you will boost your first of all you got the name and I hope that that that that the American people will indicate themselves want to show you what Islam is and what the purpose is United Nations is not going to stand up to radical Islam United States as the lead pro-Western democracies that Judeo-Christian foundation to what those democracies are all about and realize that's the future for all antigovernment protests in Iran growing more violent by the day with no signs of letting up. It's the biggest uprising in Iran since 2009 during Pres. Obama's first year in office breaking news on Iran – demonstrations that we've seen that with a number of people kills last few days. Demonstrations against the government, across a number of different towns and cities.

Pres. Trump turned to twitter to talk about the protest that we are seeing. Let's take a look at that Iran is failing at every level. Despite the terrible deal made with them by the Obama administration. The great Iranian people have been repressed for many years. They are hungry for food and for freedom along with human rights, the wealth of Iran is being looted time for change. We've seen protest springing up around the country and is the really key point about this process. It's not urban elite that are taking to the streets. It the regime's conservative base as well. The crackdown also appears to be intensifying Iranian state media reporting hundreds of people been arrested in at least 20 people killed. There is a real tension in Iran between the stagnant economy and the people there and they regime's ability to deliver on some of the economic promises that they have offered in the past, this regime tries desperately to so they will succeed with this regime finally falls one day will Iranians and Israelis will be great friends once again. I wish the radio people success in the noble quest for freedom ship history outrageous in pieces.
