This is circular 19 vaccine rollout seems to put prisoners in her grandparents, my Jay Sekulow one 800 God praise and trailblazing radio show. It's the Logan Sekulow reprogram takeover of Jay Sekulow live will look back here today twice as nice dog tomorrow. That's a weird way to put it was true and accurate as of our last takeover for the week, happier joining us. We have some really interesting news is a few topics really get to today, but we wanted to kick off the show with a report that just came out today.

Last 24 hours will be about the priority system for the coronavirus vaccine that we've heard this morning the UK comes the first nation first place to approve it with their version of the FDA has approved the vaccine lies are backed by directly right will start being distributed next week in the UK which is a big huge news, but here in the US.

Some doctors came out to Michigan during the priority list of who will get this vaccine first and one of the big surprise is that prisoners because of their confined living space will actually outrank if you will.

Those who are 65 and over with your medical overbuilding even to 65 now and others that also have it. So I understand yes is obsolete there. There's going to be rollout. We always knew there would be a rollout where you thought well the people are the most vulnerable will get it first you you'll see that the nursing homes get it see people who are in their it really I thought. Then the next step is people who are 65+, especially those who have other medical conditions, but it seemed like there's actually quite a list of other people who will get it. But before that, in certain states and some of that includes our prisons that are getting at first right so what were seeing is, states are starting to release their plans of how they are going to distribute the vaccine because they will be working with the companies adding a priority list or sing within two weeks in the United States. You could start rolling out and and since it's Artie been approved in the UK you can only assume that we will be soon to see an FDA approval hear what's going on is that of the Colorado plan actually is what spikes this in the news is that they have, you know that the phase 1. Our front-line workers, doctors, nurses, healthcare workers and high risk residents and patients and like assisted living or long-term care, nursing home that all makes sense okay for doctors and nurses one because you don't want them spreading it to other people, but also because you need them to help care for the. The infected then also the long-term care, nursing home facilities. We know that is been one of the hardest hit communities. Absolutely, especially in the Northeast. You seen how many people's lives have been lost to this virus in those demographics, but then you get down in Colorado's phase 2 a. It's people who live in congregate housing, including those who are in prisons and essential workers will receive the vaccine I get for that in their essential workers totally missing as doctors, nurses, people who are coming Glenn's asses.

This is specifically in a communal living type situation. So, if it's maybe a work essential work.

This infrastructure where they have barracks or something or maybe even like firefighters. That may be in a community living because they stay there the fire house overnight but then after two way you get adults that are 65 or older or those with heart disease, active cancer or other health underlying health condition so you know, the first battle in shipping is not large, but I know that can take months ago. Same for everyone who wants it to get it to be. By the summer which is still remarkably fast, but the fact that these first batches are going to people who are really the second most vulnerable.

In this situation and it's really bizarre is a really bizarre thing with frosting on top of that I also wanted to thank you all gave yesterday to the ACLJail giving Tuesday. The record date again really appreciate that getting a check other work still that you children ACLJ.org talk about Supreme Court the will of the Kentucky religious schools that were shut down by that and more coming up reprogram takeover Jay Sekulow the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad.

Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those faith uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ.

The work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms you forgive today online ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition like it will show you how you are personally publication includes all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in what Obama care means many ways your membership is powering the right question for mission life today online ACLJ/Logan Sekulow reprint and take over the Jay Sekulow life is but a soundbite that comes with the district attorney of Colorado that was lead with Jim this is that we will intense warning other than cellular before we aerate you were talking about glass.

I would not affect the Colorado's other states have rolled out their plans for the COBIT 19 vaccine distribution hoops to get at first, we always thought. Obviously, people who were front-line workers were exposed to it all the time. Next step, maybe good people in nursing homes and then people over 65 who have specific to their issues in the UK did unveil the airplane will talk about that after you. This is coming.

Given the district attorney of Colorado just said this on Fox news. The governor had said cajoled people before Thanksgiving and said if you have an extended family Thanksgiving is like putting a loaded gun to grandma's head. Ironically, his health departments plan would give the vaccine to the guy puts the loaded gun to grandma's head before he gives it to grandma. That makes no sense that folks course Kentucky has been really interesting little time.

I love Kentucky allowed people of Kentucky. Your governor the governors got some criticism, not a favorite favorite governor, not about top 49, maybe. But you know you rank your favorite guy narratives at the way you guy would rake the governors do I think so.5 top five.

You rank them and put me on yeah number will I know the got to Bill Lee yeah Tennessee is a good strong strong like when play show top three somewhere in there.Santos in Florida like to insist yeah I like you know IV.

I will I know whenever I know the guy in New York.

Cuomo is he alive but I know his name recognition. I know his name so that gets a pretty high up there like I was doing a fantasy draft. I got wind of the name right you got a decent maybe the kicker yeah really Golden Tate, but I don't know that we give the sky one 800 684 31 tell your thoughts on this, but also not only was going there but UK is a big move first country again to authorize the vaccination is that their version of the FDA said good to go.

Let's start start next week that will they rolled out their play for distribution and it's I don't know.

More logical, if you will write what was there as well. So in they obviously have a centralized system as opposed to ours were state has their own health department and a lot less people I saw that I like out of UK gets it first house at work what they approved at first, but yet to your talking to the difference of hundreds of millions more people and also they the vaccine makers have Artie started shipping vaccines within the United States. So it there to be mobilizing for it to be ready as soon as it as it is approved to start giving out the doses as as are prioritized, but in the UK. Here is their system which makes a lot of sense when you think about this whole time we been hearing follow the science need-based you know help those that need it the most, and intake those kind of precautions, but their rollout starts with people in nursing home and then it's followed by those 80 and over, and front-line health and social workers. So actually the nursing home is their top priority get in there and then they're going to go to the people who are most at risk based off their age and the front-line health and social workers then it filters down to the general public by age with the older groups coming first so they are strictly doing it as the at risk populations. It seems like you'd expect, over just groups of will. They live together. So let's go ahead and do that now. I get the.

The concept because I was like spreading this whole time. The scientists and those that have been telling us how to manage this are to take care of the at risk populations in the at risk populations are those that have more age and maybe a comorbidity and that's why just doesn't make sense when you look at the Colorado gives a call one 800 684 31 said our phone screen or you know a nice time took him a hard time and you tell gets people up there so touchy subject for some people. I understand the situation here. Look what I want to hear what your thoughts are on the vaccine on the concept of this rollout and also really be moving into talking about what's going on. Also in the state of Kentucky will that's right so in Kentucky you reference the governor there.

Andy Bashir and Gov. Bashir has. He's taken a lot of very aggressive lockdown type measures throughout this entire pandemic. It will admonish attorney who complained a lot about where singing some of them are very arbitrary, like hotels and restaurants are open to specific things, but like coffee shops are shut down. So there like delineating between specific types of businesses and things like that.

However, what the governor of Kentucky.

He had shut down in person classes in the state and Christian schools had filed a lawsuit saying that the basically that wasn't the authority of the governor that that's a violation of the First Amendment ability and they have filed a lawsuit and it started as lawsuits doing the District Court they slept. They won there and then the circuit court overturned that decision. Now the Atty. Gen. of Kentucky is getting involved and he's become kind of a rock star in the conservative communities. He's a Republican as opposed their Democrat governor, and he actually spoke at the RNC so this is the Daniel Cameron is there. Atty. Gen. there. Try to take the Supreme Court and get the supremely orders that you can't shut down the Christians we saw how they voted with churches that situation in New York last week wrote you, there isn't. There's a case to be made here for sure.

I think a lot of the situation you go well is this just some grandstanding loving in this specific instance. Maybe not in there could be a a interesting ruling now is our timeline for this. Do you know any details about what does a schools obviously back summer back. Some are not. Some people are virtual right now. Well the word are from the governor that included the shutdown of all schools for in-person learning was November 18. So this is moved fairly quickly going to the District Court every day next survey got a stay there. The District Court of the order in then that's when the circuit court overruled it. I could see it being an emergency situation at the Supreme Court like the one in New York with that related to worship in person worship. I got down churches for in-person worship and in any way down to the District Court to hear arguments or something but leaving a stay in nice. We'll see what happens that a lot of people are commenting to get some your comments of your calls coming up but then again what to say thank you to everyone who donated yesterday during giving Tuesday was really a big day for the ACLJI was I was monitoring all day. However, I think it's also important is to be that light in the darkness in places where maybe unified people from all walks of life who are turning in to conservative radio.

You never know with unified and that's what we did evil bald Eagle I said you weed we got offers to put on exclusively on streaming services that are catered towards families are in there that we still expand to those I want to make sure the content the core content is there for free for kids and where they are, that's on YouTube so dumb that the bulb Eagle are doing that ACLJI Virginia Logan Sekulow reprogram.

A lot of people have called Morgan try to answer this question in southern Colorado as well. We got some callers love Colorado so I let's go ahead and go to Colorado with Joyce on line 2 in Colorado by Joyce euro.

There, thank you for Colorado out there because we haven't got lender that what he said with the people from Gail.

We also have yeah well I think at the time you want to say is that we can go ahead and we can then had been paying the people in jail are only there for 17 days later. So you know that's interesting. That's an interesting fact, like a bonus like well I really will get this vaccine early so that we are not suggesting anyone do that now it's just that's just it, statement it ties with Colorado gunrunner, not one of our bronchus and staring at me right now. I saw the Broncos win the Super Bowl in person. I was not going for that but you know when I was there Joyce. It is crazy. I'm glad you are making this big news is this big story for you guys in Colorado.

Is this like that that the number one had like a receipt serve casually throughout the news here will will will you guys on people like you not know where he given that's the other is it's two weeks or 21 days depending on the vaccine after your first dose you up to get the second dose so I don't feel like a lot of people that may be where it is, as Joyce is pointing out they were in jail getting the first dozen, then they're gonna go back to their residence and go back to this prison to get. I already got it I got it could do another minute and is always at that point, then it's wobbly wasted dose and so it could be a large population receiving a wasted dose erratically out of this thing out of their estates recall and remove on some of the calls we appreciate you give us a call and I'm sick of love to us and to Sean Hannity which I'm a brawl for Sean's another show before they were good buddies. So that's good. Will you want to move on to another call yet. Let's go to Steve, also from Colorado on line 6 Steve you're on the right.

I live in Colorado.

Unfortunately, anyway I am noticing home and it seems like one the people that are in the nursing home or the staff that tested every other day and they test positive for the virus they go out for two weeks and when they come back to work. All they say is they had a headache symptoms where Steve you rich. Be required to take this vaccine is a business us to the just, like some of the people ton of mass mandates a lot a lot of this. Regardless if you had a mandate or not.

Where we live. It's like this wedding under mandate are not a lot of the businesses stores, restaurants are requiring it, so I feel like that's probably good to be what is to make their point, but I don't hate for certain schools and noted that certain vaccines are required right anywhere.

That's the ticket boxer or some of other vaccines you get when your kids are little, so though this is a new vaccine they could say hey yeah mean you have to get it but you also don't have to shop it my business. Your planner airline ticket Master we know is put out sort of a what their thing is to prove that you have the vaccine lobbied by the issues with that, but there are good to be those private businesses look on BigHand to private businesses be able to do whatever they want terms of rules and obviously there are well. If you have any frontline worker that sensei and assisted living for you honey or a nursing home) idealizing you the the business saying listen as a business were making a decision because our our customer base our clientele that we serve our all at risk. And when you see the what happened in New York when you see what happened and many other place in the country. The hardest hit community is the assisted living and nursing home community because of the congregant living situation and all at risk demographic of people people to have comorbidities and the age factor working against them. With this virus and so I could see now.

I don't think that's gonna be a maybe a state mandate.

In some states it could wear governors like if you're working at this place then you have to get that and I think that could also bring up legal challenges of dictating how the hiring practices work, but I could see most businesses in that instance say if you're working with citations that are at risk at your probably got it. You have some sort of reason not to write a medical reason.

I let's quickly take Janice Illinois I think it's important call gels of the Illinois online for just a couple minutes left, but I want to get your comment here and I just wanted to comment on the present might get on it been presented very young age it comes to pet the cat been there for a year he got a couple more to go. They are locked in their style for 23 hours a day with another person had enough of them both to stand up at the same time he'd gained a lot of weight. We haven't been able to visit him.

He gets out for one hour a day to take a shower and make a 20 minute phone call like I think Janice I understand your comment that he needs vaccine to that's not saying that they there. They're trying to not have people interact. I guess to use limit the spread with what I think we need to clarify Janice. I think your points are valid. I'm not belittling that send out good people who are imprisoned or made a mistake in our that's why there there there there somewhat atoning for if you will be prison reform.

The situations absolutely.

I'm very much for that but also Janice when I look at your situation and I do have to go go say does that person I get the vaccine before the people who are at most risk when it becomes this which are a people who are over the age of 65, specifically those with medical risk that in endnote. I appreciate the fact that you think that this should be the way it is a look, I understand will get there.

It should get there. It should get the presence I'm not saying the prisoner should be that I hundred that's insane thing that I more safer to start listing on who gets it first. Those who are in prison should be in the top first to get this this is the people who are who really need it and then we'll work our way there right a limit the spread in the at-risk communities and save lives. In those communities before then.

Just picking and choosing populations that may have a spread risk but not Messerli.

A life risk. If you want to say hey prisoners who are over this that the that's at least another caveat across the board, you're going age age of 65 in your prisoner you will I think that's that's a different situation is a totally different situation. They were headed to the second half hour Jay Sekulow. I will talk more about this this situation going on whether it's the Kentucky schools go to Supreme Court to try to reopen religious schools where that is the vaccine go to prisoners foregoes to grandparents, or maybe your parents live close to my parents age thing that's important topics talk about.

Also talk a little bit about what's going on. The political world. Well going on some coming up from a Atty. Gen. Not coming over the next half hour really talk to that and more. You give us a call would hear your thoughts. What 100 684-3110 ACLJ NACLJade I don't subscribe to our jails. YouTube.com look up ACLJ precise LJ channel describe their subscribe to Logan Sekulow channel and appreciate YouTube.com/Logan Sekulow reprogram our Jay Sekulow live the American; just as critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ challenge for every dollar you donate, it will be now $10 gift becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 you can make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most to you and your family. Give a gift today online ACLJ my C Jay Sekulow and secular flag-waving God praise a trailblazer radio show. It's the Logan Sekulow reprogram takeover Jay Sekulow for the day.

Thank you for listening while phone calls are coming in were talking about a host of different topics were talking about Kentucky religious schools take it to the Supreme Court. See if they can reopen were talking about the UK, the United Kingdom get the vaccine are starting to have it next week and look like they proved it at that. Their version of the FDA approved it a big step forward for medicine, whether it like I see your comments understand some people are forts and people are against it regardless that is a big support for world getting back to opening up in full specially in those countries and were looking at maybe 10, 15 days until the vaccine starts to be delivered to people with in America and that's the big question who's get a first why they're getting it survived. We talked about now in Colorado you're seeing in certain states of Kentucky, you're seeing people get lined up to where before your grandmother can get it for your mother.

Even most likely before you can get it if you're listening that's over 55 years old. It's going to go to the prison systems first, revealing that other confined living situations to EMC think that's ridiculous. Were talking about that I really going through a lot of this will I let let's touch a little bit on what's going on it out but Atty. Gen. Bill Barth is make a news a lot. But hey, this is an interesting piece of news about the Russia hoax. It's right and how how things would be protected. Coming forward, so we've all been anxiously awaiting anything coming out of the US Attorney John Durham's office as he's been looking into these matters regarding the Russia hoax and the potential crimes that were perpetrated against the trunk campaign back during the 2016 election.

Now we arty know that his office got a plea from an individual that had doctored the emails we been over that exhaustively on the show of how that is kind of a signal that there's probably more to come as well.

Well, back in October, the Atty. Gen. sent a letter to Lindsay Graham Diane Feinstein Jerry Nadler and Jim Jordan, the respective judiciary committees in the House and Senate notifying them that he elevated John Durham from just an assignment of the US attorney tasked with looking into this. He appointed him with the powers and authority of a special counsel so you're not writing a lot the same. Here's the same part of our law of the codefendant federal regulations to elevate him to the same level as what Bob Muller was during that special counsel in the nation and that the key here is that a lot of people may have been afraid that this is just in a wrap up that were knocking to see justice to people that have broken the law and no accountability. But this gives protection regardless of who is the President in January to this office that it can't. You can't just remove him from this assignment.

He special counsel looking into this and would only be for misconduct or some higher because of the Atty. Gen. in January could remove him from that end.

So it looks like that's now special counsel. Durham is good to be able to continue that work so that's big news guys you listed. I think you'll really enjoy that as we see the continuation of what feels to be the endless rush of notes but that's it is what it is. 19 and the the virus and pandemic did push back a lot of the in person work that investigators need variable due this year and that that is been cited by the labor? What are your favorite people out of Sheffield's upset about this. He didn't exactly hear that by 11 is consistent with the language of the statute is relying on by and can be rescinded I think by the next Atty. Gen. I would presume the next Atty. Gen. look to see whether there is any merit to the work that John Durham is to make it a rational decision about whether they should continue at any level shift always seems to have his facts wrong when yeah it it it was fine when there was a special counsel that that under that law. Under that statute. Bob Muller could not be even looked at her question why we are at our chat with bites is represented and shift Republican California.

I think that's it is typo Gagne I know these are public. I haven't looked into it specifically, but I think I have a I blame the call screener. I've heard of Adam shift before and I see this point of view, and unless he's around the like will be right back with more the reprogram takeover of the American Center for Law and were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom.

Protecting those faith uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful.

We have a lot of calls come in and let's go ahead actually take his calls come from Indian that's right Diane from Indian online. Five. Welcome to the show all now I know that there there is a very healthy that there been any talk of the military that getting military.

Obviously they all live together in the barracks and now ships and what not sure is addressed will so it is interesting because I almost wonder if the Department of Defense maybe has a different set of rollout plans or something that are outside of the state plans, but there are Diane brings up.

There are multiple military bases in Colorado so specifically in this plan.

It doesn't say military but it does say workers living in congregate settings and it says etc. by that so it doesn't delineate every single person in that but at seems like it would fall into that kind of the same category as the students living in college dorms or other concrete housing or the incarcerated is all it was a there, it's that to a congregate housing essential workers category. A comet came in and calling out my name is on YouTube visible grandma can just stay home and isolate yourself.

Prisoners are crammed up against each other in the protection.

I feel like that is precisely the problem here, here saying those who are elderly can just stay all we need.

It revealed that at some point were going to have to reopen everything has to reopen to move forward or save the people that are most vulnerable and probably the most that are having issues with the fact you're being stuck at home again. If you're 35 and stuck, you know I've been a little less bad for you that if you're in your later years spinning your last years on earth crammed up it out at home, but having them see your family. If those people can get the vaccine first. That's what should be similar 65 and over to get a vaccine burst. That's who it should be about people who, yes, you understand what about St. prison shouldn't get is saying look, if you look at what the first batch is literally coming out next few weeks you're not talking about millions upon millions upon millions of 20 milli-batches you're talking about enough for certain people. Over the time we get this into the summer W to the point where everyone will how to understand. By that point. Sure lets you view what I usually get, however, that concept that sorry grandma you stay home because you know you be just like us. I hope you like you never told anyone who is of that agent dealt with the situation that had they need help and you can't help them to know if you have assist. This is absurd. This is absurd.

I feel those of the Bush get a first. Hopefully we will see that hopefully will be such an outcry from the states that are that are authorizing this, you'll see that right in into your point were just talking about priority. The priority system within rolling this out. That doesn't mean that people down the priority list will never get it is that they are transducing dancers were talking about as soon as possible as it's out there get it to the at risk that that should be the key to this. It's at risk to save most to save the lives and we how is it 35 are you will get it until likely next summer right. There's a reason why that we have a priority list here and it makes sense.

It's insane. I'm sorry you should say stuff like that. That's the that's ridiculous. And it is not because you're old enough to stay home. Good it you're good at doing that we protect these people and a lot of people need special special care since I give us a call one 800 684 30 went to get some phone lines open a 1-800-684-3110 will take calls a lot of the topics specially come up the next time were taken calls on the vaccine was on call.uk Abbeville UK get it good for them for pushing it through.

I do think that their version.

The FDA give your time a lot less people but urging the FDA did push it through and got approved this the first in the world to approve the Pfizer vaccine right well that's right.

And they do assume that our FDA is going to very soon, very soon, and anything you like good sign that the UK has approved it because I feel like the more eyes you have.

Looking at data and everything is gonna be a good signing. The dates they were thinking from the US like ninth to the 11th somewhere in that range is. Maybe when they may approve it in the a lot of places arty have right exactly because they been producing at the US government is a part of operation work speed ordered a certain number of batches from these companies in advance. Assuming like an airplane is already in the like is going think certain hospitals arty have it that is waiting legitimately for the FDA to just which they should obviously look into it.

Make sure it's safe to say, okay approved that boom it hits the mark, which is quite an impressive feat when you look at. First of all, it's the quickest time in history that a vaccine has gotten to market and the fact that the logistics of multiple companies that have similar vaccines at or before the FDA but they're all mobilizing and getting ready to an end already moving batches producing it.

They are are standing by the data they have in the trials they've done. They're getting it moving into place mobilizing it and then it's almost like a light switch will turn on when the FDA green lights. It that they have these distribution centers and a lot will start in hospital settings and things like that where there are people at risk that need to get it. But, as well.

I have seen that like local pharmacies. They've Artie started to set up the distribution channels and have the storage containers that can some of these need to be well below zero stored at for these mRNA vaccines very cold. Yeah so it they have to have these things in place.

It is not just like it okay. It's approved now you gotta get a freezer and now you got it in a plantlike date they had to get these the supply chain set against it's remarkable to think about yeah they really got it done quick I fell. Lights are completely full right now, they will open up what you: I did exit route to take as many calls as we can call it be nice for phone screen really taking on certain subjects you probably watching your probably commenting maybe on Facebook and on YouTube and your like there and talk about this specific link that's us that one of our topics for today.

The call in on one of our topics related today so I'll give you semiconductor timeout was going on out with the Russia hosted the Atty. Gen. bar and in Durham, that can talk about the vaccine weather but were actually list out what either UK getting the approval and in what that looks like old Ford or we could talk about prisoners getting it before your parents, grandparents or yourself potentially if you're over 65 watching which you know a large portion of our basis or what else was there will be some of the Kentucky religious schools lawsuit… Much that is going on this week That little bit in Kentucky. A it's going to fugitive Supreme Court say whether you can shut down religious schools. We know what happened a couple weeks ago but I know this is happening a lot of places where there is the sort of confusion of what's allowed what's not allowed. The stores open with the speeders not this school is with the movie theaters open here.

You can't do this more than 50 people.

There's a lot of those laws happening in Kentucky it and honestly we seen such a little outbreak in schools well and I was wearing a play despite because this is from the director of the CDC, Robert Redfield and this was just before Thanksgiving is actually in Robert Redfield with the not not Robert red Ford Redfield interest and this is that he was giving an update and this was right before thanks giving.

When New York announced all their closures that they have actually gone back on, but this is by 24 and it's really interesting in light of the, the order that came out from Gov. Bashir on November 18.

Let's hear what Dr. Redfield had to say the truth is for kids K-12.

One of the safest place they can be from our perspective is to remain in school and it's really important that the following the data making sure we don't make emotional decisions about what to close and what not to close and I'm here to say clearly the data strongly supports K-12 schools as well as institutes of higher learning really are not where were having our challenges. Look, it's not like the toilet paper shortage. You know you like that go live.

But why that happens emotional response right to get you feel you have to be able to control something so whether things will work and control your school system, even if the data is not showing this looking is now breaking her school absolutely shut it down and will lock it down but if you're talking about the above a lot of schools. Most schools are just not sitting in. The difference here is that it is the Atty. Gen. of the state isn't actually going to the Supreme Court getting the governor to open the public schools.

I think he understands that's within the purview of the executive emergency powers of the governor in his state, even if it's ill-advised based off of the CDC's guidelines it and what the director. The CDC was just saying there, but this is specifically for the religious schools that are remaining open and he saying this is a violation of their First Amendment rights. It's a part of their worship even to educate children in silos and churches. When you start limiting religious goals. Then you start really controlling a lot and we gotta make sure that you were there, at least to help as we do at the ACLJ we help you. It's healthy and artwork good medicine well speak a good medicine that I see the comment about passing judgment good nor bad by the Lotta people commenting you're talking about vaccine. You should be up to talk and tell you the news a talking story today is that the United Kingdom has approved it may be the number two or three story is also the prisoners get a first those are things that are happening in the world. People tell you what was happening to shelter our eyes from what's going on is a big deal. And honestly I don't really have a I think it could be interesting to see how things roll out do we see you know to receive mass immunization. Do people actually take it.

You know what call I'm sorry that your fault; from some form of a Skype VPN know that's our phone system I would drop. It's very let you know that phone call was dropped. I would like it to be a more aggressive noise. I would like in the old school here that outline a line off the you you'll hear those noises. Usually those are noises of our childhood right grew up on the phone off the hook. No answer. Like you is just a silly and all of a sudden you hear in your room like because the phone got knocked off the hook out. Now, how you doing there's not a place to hang up the phone and press a button that's like when you're fire alarm needs new battery for the worst time, why does it always do it at two in the morning with the why can't that I decided to go and 10 AM guided install is at 2 o'clock in the morning right but I guess good people say let's go to Sylvia now online. Six.

Sylvia taken, it was go ahead okay thank you thank you for taking my call that would like to be, but I would like to say that I'm 62 years old my mind my mind.

If, in fact, I actually live in a nursing home. I'm in my second year going on my third year and we are our civil rights violated just around elective total lockdown on it and that it's just it's just that certain first somebody like that that person that you you read somebody's comment when you can. Just a home on extra steps to adding more insult to injury, it basically you know I'm not even a second-class citizen anymore on the third or fourth class citizen. I don't matter, Sylvia. I think that's a comment that was impressed to me that's really, some going through and I see a lot of your complaints and allow your comments. The good the bad that was stuck out to me this is what he said well you know what go to the prisoners they live in confined spaces aware of the whole people, they can say no I really am deeply troubled that may be some of the rhetoric that comes separately from your more liberal leaning friends, the sort of get out here that week we we live in a world where for five years ago we would have the medical professionals that the Joe Biden is putting up their second baby should live past 75 years.

Thank you Zeke Emanuel. Those are real things that are happening in. That's the problem when you start to prioritize criminals over arm are Bewley George of the most needed. It really is a time that's why we do have to make sure that your freedoms are trampled. We make sure that you are protected. If you want this vaccine in your at the you are at that point, priority should be that the high-priority read talk about that retirement work stuff like that coming up and Sylvia did bring up the fact that she feels like civil rights have been trampled during this time and I I know many states, especially more left-leaning states.

I think that is been a very big concern from people. I mean, that's why we fought their landing in California we've we filed the even waiting to hear an outcome from the court and some of those cases still but yes, even Justice Alito gave a speech and civil rights have been affected. Realize you're saying that the two Presidential candidates this year either of them would qualify to get me yes I was a they would be the President that they probably could get it, but if they weren't just straight based off of the Ajay there, nearly I got trouble. As I said, Joe Biden was 8078, I'm sorry I rounded up, delay Logan you need any more specific. He was 78 around the blood of Phyllis really quick and you are to be very important call Phyllis you're there goal for I have asked that they will have been instrumental in keeping the school close that away from them and I don't have data like I think Phyllis we I appreciate that she got a call saying you want to protect the kids go in and protect the students but Cummins from COBIT.

I'm dying to protect them even mentally that's an interesting thing. Well I know teachers kind of delay fall into that sort of front line. I don't think they do.

And I think that will be an interesting point of view. We have had the teachers vaccinated. We know that kids are much less likely to contract or to have severe issues from it, limited schools, but soon they actually would be in that congregate housing or essential workers category which is the same as the prisons category because it is its essential workers that have direct interaction with the public in such teachers, childcare even even they put grocery store workers, which makes sense because there seems spread success without using so many because it's so much interaction with 10 kids every day. It's her 20 kids. It's missing a thousand people a day that I understand correctly. All right, thank you for listening for tolerant Logan Sekulow reprogram takeover that I want more come from us.
