Breaking news is that in a major development in Washington DC questions right now called 1-800-684-3110 100 68412 and the chief counsel for the Center for Law and Justice Jay Sekulow breaking news on the report in order affecting three counties where they were going to reset their election machines prior to the contesting complete what event happens that is put in place a demand recorder that says this, but you cannot reset those machines, but they have to stay in place. Set parameters that they were set up the night of the electric outlets because there are a series of election challenges both Georgia and Michigan of Wisconsin, Nevada and others there maybe another one coming. There's one up on the record reveals the 11th circuit is an update on information because the reality is, litigation is still ongoing back of the matter is I'm sorry I did learn that we know that we are expecting that looks like the electrostatic on December 8 significant situation in Georgia. Specifically, where a judge has halted the machine should be clear everything to be reset it into three major counties to major counties that favored Gilbride that's what Ed Kelly Cobb County does about the suburbs right outside of the perimeter of the Atlanta and Ethel Ed outside of folk-you got Gwinnett Cobb is it a Republican.

I cannot even favored President from Cherokee County so all three of those judges issued order say do not reset the machine do not do not clear the data admitted he is issued at a peak credibility for this is what's interesting here. The Republican governor and Republican Secretary of State to the dye access to investigators to actually assert what was going on with these machines. We know that they had problems we don't even in full County over the weekend. They had to shut down the debated voting machines because of that third recap they went through their full County daily got about 80% done in the machine shut down so they got a probably full County. They got a legal order in Cobb I would at a charity County and likely a legal battle that will be expedited over whether or not independent investigators should go with and examine what was going on with these debated voting machines that this is a big development and again this is a series of lawsuits that a been initiated so Argosy over the next period of days absent another the big day coming up that system rights and that is when you have collectors selected.

They don't vote yet. That's when the electors are selected famous laser getting Washington on the yeah I think similarly, Jordan cinematic anybody.

This following the seriously J thinks that this is the appropriate ruling aiming like you're gonna see apparatus in Washington DC start to move toward transition, but the claims of fraud. Obviously have to be adjudicated. Jane, the only way they can be adjudicated is if the evidence is preserved. So the freezing of these machines in these three counties. As Jordan mentioned to major counties that went towards Joe Biden one smaller County then went towards Donald Trump a JII don't think anyone.

I think everyone that serious about this thinks that this is the right move. Because the claims of fraud have to be investigated in order to investigate them. You have to have access to machines the idea they be reset at this age the process date. Nobody thinks that serious about coming up in the broadcast is a major development around to where the last day of our matching challenge for the month of November and I wanted you spank you all of you that supported the work the ACL.

Thank you for those of you that haven't were inclined to give another gift we miss the last day for this month, matching challenge, And we encourage you ACLJ.org that DLJ.org and any amount you donate to the ACLJ we get a match again that ACLJ.org Jay Sekulow band concert this evening with some new tunes as well. We once taken, but I think at 8 o'clock Eastern time is my understanding about get that exact form of the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom to those persecuted for their faith.

Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life reports and in commerce ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way more limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge every dollar you donate $10 gift gift becomes 100.

This is a critical time for the ACLJ the work we do. Simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms give a gift today online LJ only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the end what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership in the is empowering the right to question your free copy mission life today online/that basically band concert tonight to new tunes added to some the best of it. So it is actually probably for six songs you haven't seen before we haven't seen in a while for the verge of June at 8 o'clock Eastern time here on Facebook, so we encourage you to do that appeal to up on the car a tune as well as a new young to enjoy that. Tonight as we celebrate the last day of our matching challenge is joining us right now and Rick of course served as the acting director of national intelligence.

He was also the ambassador to Germany. He is a senior advisor to the American Center for Law and Justice as part of our team.

Rick, I want to go right to the situation in Iran. It's interesting let's give it a little bit of an analysis of what exactly happened. Without getting into any Intel which will be difficult for me to talk about the subject with background but let's just be clear that the left but generally Iran is number one state sponsor of terror and terror financing and what that really means that this is an Iranian regime. The current government, which is supporting parents in Europe supporting character in the Middle East may find Hezbollah, which is causing all the problems in Europe and in Lebanon and so they got a long history of secretly supporting terrorists and using that money to develop weapons programs which we know through the great information that the Israelis have been able to uncover that the Iranian regime allied to the previous Obama Biden administration.

The Obama Biden team believed the Iranian regime and what they were saying that the number of centrifuges and the depth of the program and what we found to the Israeli information that the Iranian regime was lying to us.

So part of the reason that the United States decided to re-impose sanctions on Iranian regime is to cut off that funding and that money that keeps going to further weapons programs certain individual who is a scientist who is one of the key people in Iran that has helped develop the nuclear weapons program, and he was killed this past week and all of his work spearheading these terrible programs which are constructive and geared towards terrorism clearly taken here as well and felt a very good thing that this individual is no longer walking the earth. Let's be very clear about that and the reason why it is because he had used his scientific skill to help support the terrorist regime.

That is, the Iranian regime that has been killing innocent people around the world and targeting is really an American ally. I know you got a question I got a call of regulatory to go headfirst right at any rate, you picked up on a tweet from someone who had your position before job graded sent out an immediate tweet say this is a criminal act in a highly reckless it with risk lethal retaliation in a new round of regional conflict, but this is the key point you picked up on Iranian leaders would be wise to wait for the return of responsible American leadership on the global stage and to resist the urge to respond against perceived culprits, and a lot of people picked up and said, isn't that the same kind of like, or maybe more loaded act violation that you know now that of course would take your bike athletic Parted, but still aspect of dollars in legal fees, unfair courts. I've conducted you have put together by Obama Biden.

Yet they got there for acting. Did I say hey wait for your response. While the truck goes straight to that office. Yeah it really outrageous that people should go look at the exact transcript from Michael Flynn which the Democrat that was treated athletic problematic transcript was very clear. Michael Flynn said exactly what we would want someone to say in common. By the think about what you're doing. Don't escalate. And remember that there is just one administration at a time. Now John Brennan went completely further in his analysis and that the Iranian you should wait. You should only deal with with the incoming administration is not the current administration because it's going to be more rational now that that is explosive. That is one of the things that leave no time Brennan has been supporting only only come down on the side of the Iranian regime and we have to ask, why is that the John Brennan every time there is a moment when the Iranian regime should be under more pressure we can always count on John Brennan to relieve that pressure and give them aid and comfort in the international state.

This also is a very alarming message to the European who want to do business with the Iranian regime… Take a country like Germany that I know well the reality is that the Germany had a Germany first economic model they want to be friends with everybody and tell everybody every product and service that they can, and that includes China that include Iran." There are concerned that the Europeans are going to utilize all meant and immediately engage with Iran and try again. Once again, this strategy of engagement where we believe that if we just would sell products to around a lot, but somehow see the light and begin their walk toward democracy and the rule of law. I will just add one thing we tried that 20+ years ago when we had the Chinese and hurt the WTO. We believe that engagement would work.

We believe that if we engage the Chinese somehow they would they would start to move toward the rule of law and democracy and capitalism that failed the engagement strategy with China have failed. They should not be in the WTO and I don't believe that you can have a long-term engagement strategy with out a very good benchmark of constantly evaluating every six months every year on whether or not your engagement strategy is working.

If it doesn't work back off.

You know it's interesting to me because I follow the situation to Rick with with John Brennan and quickly about this and Bruce completed a lot of work in Israel because I did a job. Brennan is now again closing up to the Iranians, which was with John Kerry's whole approach to engagement with the Iranians.

The President is been very tough on Iran.

Iran is economically and the most recent actions taking out the bomb designer graded havoc both in the Middle East and remember US individual soldiers were killed by this guy because Iranians use other regimes as proxies and the idea now that we got John Brennan about this like the ghost of Christmas past coming back here and now, spewing his his policy views.

This is exactly why folks at the ACLJ we are doubling our efforts now more than ever to combat this, we are going to be your voice with people like Pastor Rick Burnell, former director of national intelligence and others that we can speak out on this writ one like a junior one last question correct Rick and I think this is just kind of a preview of what to expect if you legal challenges is not yet over.

But if that by administration gifted it a preview of what to expect you to talk about the idea, provide health compromise with America last and physical racing towards that kind of forward policy.

If by gifted yet.

There's no question that when you look at then Road tweet lately and he is now completely openly mocking the motivation for the Abraham court and for trying to have peace with Israel, neighbor, thinning it openly discussed being rhetoric that somehow Jared Kushner is getting paid off by the Saudi's and by others for what the work will work he's done this is I think the danger of an Obama Biden return Biden Harris return, because what were going to see is our people who are toward Israel, and who want to govern the world by consensus, meaning that the United States policy must be watered down by others in order to have it out good. Which is how we got this week Iran policy from the last ministration and pallet the password were given to the Iranian regime, which as you know is brutal but denies human rights pushes gay people off building denies Christians their fundamental right it so that the parable Regina should not be funded. You're absolutely right, Rick.

You mentioned that the horrific nature of the human rights violation and as you know firsthand we represented. We represent a couple families that have had of Christian pastors in Iran being treated by those regimes. So this is up.

That's why were fighting back, folks, and that's why you listen is broadcast taken action with us and support the work of the ACLJ in the last ever.

Matthew Jones for this month ACLJ.org. Only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later there would Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is powering the right question for you, mission life today online/American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. This is a critical time for the ACLJ the work we simply would not occur without your generous heart wrenching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms give a gift today online ACLJ. Don't forget the folks at 8 PM right here on Facebook. For those that are watching on Facebook were going to have a Jay Sekulow band concert a bunch of songs that we just did. We did report remote with the coated pandemic that's going on, but you will see that everybody was in the spirit we all came in separately lay down our truck traffic to really enjoy tonight encourage you let your friends know that as we celebrate the last day last night of our matching challenge campaign now just doing as we had Rick when I want talk about the situation. Iran restarted the program talking about the what's going on and some of the key election battleground litigation matters including George.

I would take some phone calls were taken your call at 1-800-684-3110 800-684-3110 go to Robert and Marilyn Robert what the broadcaster on their yeah hi Jordan how do you want to ask both of you. One of the judge to allow the resetting of the voting machines in the Queen.

Georgia counties were talking about a thinkable cop in Cherokee and good article more depth details about what are some of the involvement of the of loss you can think of Georgia and some of the battleground states.

For example, like Pennsylvania, Michigan yet so there's a Robert there are a series of litigation that's going on. Not all of which are most of which is not actually brought by the campaign, but it's individual voters. Sometimes it's state representatives. I know that the situation in Pennsylvania and Georgia that they were going to recalibrate the machines because there's a runoff election and God January 5 in Georgia, and the judge said no recalibrating anything while there's litigation pending on if there was any improprieties with these machines so those are part of the allegations that are in court right now.

Then there is a Supreme Court issues that you know about incident a couple of different state Supreme Court Pennsylvania Supreme Court Third Circuit a dismissal lawsuit that was brought by the campaign and Pennsylvania so the litigation window is narrowing, which is typical in these cases, and then you find yourself in a situation where legally, politically, legally, you often skip small so that's when the spring court may or may not come into play. That's what happened was versus more as the litigation proceeded.

We don't know that it is still early for that. That is something that could happen so we will keep our eyes on that to keep you posted on that. There's litigation. As you mentioned in Nevada litigation in Wisconsin is litigation in in one Pennsylvania so that will continue for a period of time and then what can happen if the electors are selected December 8 and then band a boat December 14 that kind of locks it and I would lock it in. If one of the candidates we get 270 of those electoral votes. Obviously, if neither one did. That's when some of the other scenarios we talked about coming to play were the House of Representatives would have it, had about your budget here. Here's what I think is so important for people to understand two things. One, everybody on every side should want confidence that the rightful outcome of this election is arrived upon and how do you do that you take a look at all of the allegations that are out there that's what's happening in court right now really proud of our system J that that is playing out. They should of course have the opportunity to make these claims, but you can't make the claim without the evidence which wiping that the machines would wipe the evidence away. So this is an absolutely appropriate decision. NJ one of the other things that people in Washington DC have asked what what what is the remedy if it happens. What J, as you well know, there is a constitutional remedy if evidence of air to surface legislatures could intervene now, you can ask in the legislature to do that if you don't allow the allegations to be put forward so this is a process that is proceeding as it should. There is time for the play out and by the way, J January 5 is a long way away, that they will have plenty of time to recalibrate in advance of that electric weight is also legal challenges that have nothing to do with evidence per se when I say evidence per se is not able to view the voting process for the observers there's other legal issues that are significant. Scrape constitutional issues under the electors clause under due process under equal protection under the law, those are all also implied that we get the current what Smith involved in the conversation. I want focus on Georgia for a moment was Carl Smith, is from an I wanted to get your sense in talking to people in Georgia you got it set let take Tony's comfortable going to West Tony's calling from Virginia Line 6 hi Tony are you doing to my question was what you think about the upcoming election, Georgia in the what's being done to assure that that will happen in the Presidential election isn't going to happen again in this Senate election to West Smith and get kind of a sense of what you say. Just got back from Atlanta. Outside of the line of what you say West people are concerned and I think rightfully so because there is a sense that this was not completely aboveboard that there were irregularities, if not outright fraud. Many people believe outright fraud, but they also feel at this point, there is little recourse.

There's not a lot they can do to change your what happens excessive sense of most my friends that I talk to down there. The real emphasis among Republicans that I know the state of Georgia and where I live, is going towards the Senate ration in January. They do not want trump supporters to become so discouraged by what happened that they don't show up on January 5 for this next letter.

It is critical to me that is the most critical things being talked about. Back home, and that is the Republicans.

In order for there to be some checks and balances they have to hold the Senate and that seems to be where most of the passion lies along with disappointment as to how things have turned out thus far for President trump, wiping that right and I let let me underscore something about the importance of voting. January 5 that made our government provides for that doesn't always happen. Sometimes one party controls everything, but does provide for checks and balances in the checks and balances in this context would mean that if you had Republican legislators are certain things that can be done certain things that can't be done. Yet the more consensusbuilding which I think is a personally think that's appropriate now, having said that, we also have to understand is, although people are disappointed in Georgia.

Your fundamental obligation to vote not to write about your obligation to vote Republican, Democrat, independent, whatever you are is important when you got a runoff that literally is a national election because what's happening in Georgia is a national election because the fate of the United States Senate is at stake. So for friends listening in Georgia and we have a big listenership Georgia understand your Senate races, not just for you is going to impact the rest of the country is truly truly a national race plan and and you work the Senate every day up there in Washington and that's what people need to understand this is exactly that this is a situation where you have a national race J really can't overstate how true that is really on two levels.

First of all, the amount of money in the amount of resources.

It is important to the state of Georgia. It is going to be a national race, both sides have Artie conceded that all eyes are to be on Georgia because if there is a Biden administration to vote to wins in the state of Georgia would give them unified government control. I think that's probably something that most Americans are not for but then secondly JI would apply this to the other topic were talking about today know where J is the United States Senate more important when it comes to the issue of foreign affairs because while the executive, the President of the United States does have wider latitude in foreign affairs than it does in other places, the main check that the Constitution affords on a President is the United States Senate. Let's apply directly to the Iran situation were talking about it was the United States Senate that had a role in providing a check on Pres. Obama on that deal, and I don't like how it went. J is a Biden administration would maybe try to return to the Iranian deal. What would be the check. It would be a Republican U.S. Senate that's on the ballot on January 5 say something again Torres LJ member versus broadcast watching on her many social media platforms or television. Your support of the ACLJ could be more critical than it is today when the last ever MetroGel for November November December. The biggest two months prior year terms, our budget UCD issues were able to address whether it is the issue of election integrity or the affairs of Iran with people at work right now, former director of national intelligence, former ambassador to Germany and other work. BAC LJ now more than ever go to AC LJ that will everybody donate we get a couple of the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad time you can participate in the ACLJ challenge for every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 can make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms to you and your family. Give a gift today online LJ live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow and now chief counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice Jay Sekulow everybody will broadcast if you're just going to let me go give a quick update, but also, let me tell you tonight at 8:00 PM, you're going to hear the Jay Sekulow family duties concert the last night MetroGel is a bunch of new songs that we did. We did remotely, but you will see we were all in the studio, just not at the same time, there are some shots we'll see one of the guys playing guitar, Mark Townsend or Dr. Mark maybe playing guitar and we look at a junket identity and then you see God's will play the drums and I'm the only person but much more. Looks like the old studios another step closer right side saying get back to normal so we could watch that tonight and support the work of AC LJ when you do that AC LJ.or great tunes I had, including a Paul McCartney classic. Maybe I'm amazed. Also Neil Young's old man great new tunes that we did just got shot last couple weeks, so complicated tunes I might add, both for the band for the drummers but we did a griping hematocrit bugs that we did a good job. The preceptors of money, but I think it's really good to enjoy it also. Let me say this, I we want to give you updates and take your calls at 800-684-3110. I want to know your opinion on how your viewing this incoming administration, and how your viewing the litigation. As the Presidential race is still contested. Although the window for that closes as this gets closer to the separate date want to poke holes 800-684-3110, a judge in Georgia, a US District Court judge in Georgia has issued an order telling several three counties that they cannot reset the Dominion machine voting machines that were utilized during this last election. While litigation was pending at the temporary order that's because although this litigation is not brought by the President. For instance, the fact is that you have a situation and this is important for people understand you have a situation where there is ongoing litigation brought by people that are voters. Sometimes electors in those states. And that's what's going on right now President was authorized some claims that are going as well and maybe others. I will take your calls at one 800 684 31 Timothy take Rhonda calling from Ohio has a very interesting question Rhonda, go ahead and you guys I want to say thank you all so very much for what you do… You. I'm praying for you and I has been a long time supporter. My question is twofold. There is multiple court cases and when it appears even more coming December 8. The states choose electors need court case is not settled on December 14. If it isn't settled and we still have the court cases just like any child is a big one. There may be more search like a champ. So what is December 8 is when the electors are selected states will select the electors. Then on December 14 and those electors will meet and they will cast their vote and then the question will be gathering up electors to get one of the candidates to 270 that's right.

One of the candidates has to get to 270 to be the next President of the United States. If there was a situation where either there was a tie was 260 9269 or for a variety of reasons, J and all of the states that you're talking about could be applicable in this case. Maybe there was a state or two or three or four that was not able to certify its elections and select electors to then no candidate was able to get to 270 J, it wouldn't matter who was ahead.

At that point.

That is when the election would go to United States house to be determined. There, look at the window. Litigation is very, very quickly at me I'm I'm a realist gambler and it's narrowing quickly. Another may be some last-minute significant matters bring brought to court. Other may not be working to know that will know that shortly I will say that window is top and the dominoes have to like it's got it's looking for the President to have a legal victory here. I would be miraculous thought to be blunt, but doesn't it can happen. It doesn't mean everything will line up but it's gonna take that effort. So I was make the joke. If the if that were to go in the President's favor. Thank God for the victory if it goes the other way to blame the lawyers. Everybody does anyway. I mean, that is a joke. Of course all the Lord, by the way across the border doing a very good job working very hard I try to make sure election integrity is protected recently. Do that at the American Center for Law and Justice coming up to be joined by outfit addition was met by the where Harry Hutchison forgot about a Supreme Court victory on religious freedom court new majorities, new day, so get lasting legacy of the present report selections and that's for sure AC LJ.org back with portable American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad.

Whether it's defending religious freedom.

Protecting those faith covering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress AC LJ would not be able to do any of this or that. We are grateful.

Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way limited time you can participate in the AC LJ's matching challenge every dollar you donate $10 gift $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the AC LJ the work we simply would not occur without your generous heart wrenching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms you forgive today online LJ only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later, planned parenthood's role in what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is powering the right question for you, mission life today online/buyout court said that it is with Harry Hutchison, a Greco policy and was missing a military advisor area something because they actually take Mary's helper as relates to our Georgia residence. Let's get that marriage is online. One very glad you're on their resident got his ballot for care about mailing for the general election. Find anything to get the ballot for this special okay he can get an absentee ballot in Georgie just need to contact his discounting and they will send it to them.

They do have an absentee ballot program in Georgia for the run up so you should be fine, but we can grab it online. It just goes online to the election office in the county where he resides. Even though he's deployed right now in California is that you should help in that situation, Harry.

We had an interesting you got got several the religious freedom cases it with the light of a covert pandemic would be what I call unnecessary or overly restrictive and certainly by legal protection, with restrictions on churches I we have one in California headed up the spring just ruling the Supreme Court a very significant and it was the first religious liberty case plainly bearing on board absolutely and it was a perfect case for her to participate in because she was dealing with a clear-cut case of Coney and overregulation of religious institutions, churches and synagogues. Essentially the state of New York will allow unlimited attendance at department stores but then limits synagogues and churches to a maximum of 25 and some zones and a maximum of 10 people in other zones and there's some evidence that those zones were gerrymandered so as to minimize attendance at religious institutions. And so I think what Gov. Cuomo is likely to lose on the merits. When and if we get a full hearing on this case it's so it's pending with respect to a right of stress, URI, and the District Court has basically suggested, or at least the evidence accumulated at the District Court level suggests that the plaintiffs in this case a Catholic diocese and a Jewish synagogue will prevail on the merits going forward, but also significant on this area is the fact that you have a situation where just a few weeks ago.

The court was divided for forward John Roberts going with more liberal members of the court of the semiskilled but with the more liberal members of the court but you had course which Alito Thomas Cavanaugh, and Barrett is clearly a conservative majority on the Supreme Court to whatever happens in the election as a litigation plays out in the next several days. I think it really days here back to the matter is this is important for everybody to realize the fact of the matter is a lasting legacy. The President is also Supreme Court selects the President got three great Supreme Court justices in place so that's that that's a big way and I also want to touch back and and go to Wes on this on the situation with Iran. But let's reset up everybody for what happened and will go to the John Brennan situation, but what happened with Iran.

Iran's chief nuclear scientist which is a man name for Greece today. He is not only the brains behind Iran's pursuit of a nuclear weapon. He's the passion behind it is a matter fact in 2015 the Norton New York Times referred to him as the J. Robert Oppenheimer of a Rand of course he was the chief scientist award to that help the United States develop the atom bomb and so he was assassinated killed by apparently a satellite controlled remote machine gun and some explosives. And of course Iran is vowing revenge, but this guy has a very, very dark dark past.

In the Iranian nuclear weapons program and was killed by by operatives. We don't know exactly who they're blaming Israel. Israel is very moot on this point we do know is force how this might've happened that the US and Israel have operatives from time to time and ran there been special ops teams that can very quickly enter and exit a ramp, but there's also a group and an Iranian exile group called Richard to Hina Alcock our MEK.

They have operatives throughout the country ever ran, because that's where most of them live. They oppose the Iranian regime and they have helped in such operations in the past but what we know is that he was killed. That is a good thing you people say well yoga John Brennan of course came out and called it criminal and reckless and yet at the same time, we have very very few options available to us at this point to stop Iran's pursuit of nuclear weapons short of all-out war. But we do have options and one of those options is to take out their Sanchez as well as sabotaging some of their computers and their nuclear facilities and so this was something that I think needed to be done. It was done it was not criminal. It was not reckless assassinating an individual is preferable to all-out war and is definitely preferable to Iran acquiring a nuclear weapon, and he was pushing towards that in 2018. If you remember Jay two years ago when Israeli commandos raided a warehouse and came away with a treasure trove of documents that the Ahmad program. Iran's nuclear weapons program. In spite of what they said had not stopped under the JCP away. They were still pursuing nuclear weapons and Teresa Dick name was all over that material and that's when Prime Minister visual Benjamin not Netanyahu said two years ago.

Remember this name because he is like a like a said, not just the brains, he is the passion behind Iran's pursuit of a nuclear weapon and is the blood of American soldiers on his hands. Every week we have a clear about that.

He has the blood of American soldiers on the hands because they use Syria use Lebanon.

They use these regions to engage in proxy war where Iran is really the party in interest, but they're using the others department. So this so-called science is not like using that phrase actually has the blood of American soldier on his hands and Harry.

We bring books on this topic about the proxy war with Iran and again I want to stress to our members and listeners and viewers watching the solicit business radio. This is the uniqueness of the American Center for Law and Justice.

That was not just court cases which we do plenty of is not just international court case. We do lots of those not Supreme Court it's impacting policy globally including in the Middle East where we have experts that testify before the United Nations that submit documents to these various international tribunals and we are your voice in Washington DC on these issues. Let me go to fan on this that I think is really important for members to understand we just heard from former director of the acting director of national intelligence, Rick Grenell, a part of this program for former Atty. Gen. John Ashcroft. We we are and believe me we are altering our team. We know what probably lies ahead. And even if it doesn't were bolstering their team. But we are bolstering our team because in Washington fanned the fight on these principles first principles are going to be critical and escalate Jane like there's a policy cited this there's a political side. It is both domestically and internationally. Let me just quickly address both of them. First of all on the policy side people of God to remember who were talking about here in i.e. any just had a conversation with Wes but look this is an Iranian regime that if you zoom out. They call Israel.

The little Satan. They call the United States.

The great state Satan. They suppress their own people in ways that are too numerous to count. And they they call for Israel to be pushed into the sea and for Jews to be exterminated in motion a flock residing at the that was one of the people that they used to accomplish those goals. J so that's on the policy side but on the political side, we just got to be real with folks doing this escalation that were seen Jay. This was always going to happen if Iran was allowed to pursue a nuclear weapon and other say this if you put the same people in charge that brought us to this point. People like Jake Sullivan and Ben Rhodes day were heading down that road again. How I meet you… Yogi Berra famously said it's déjà vu all over again and Irene course the great the great that Catherine and Yankees manager there was right Harry that this is worsening the same team. I get the same failed team is coming back up to do round to absolutely we do not remember our history we are doomed to repeat it and it is clear beyond question that many globalists and Washington insiders.

They are so in love with their own failed intellect that they are prepared to go down the same road that they've gone down previously.

They are prepared to allow Iran to continue to push against an open door, and the ACLJ and others. We need to mobilize to fight against those groups were doing it was the ACLJ now more than ever and you know exactly why will it be without you know exactly what were dealing with really taken more your calls at 1-800-684-3110 of the last segment broadcast can ask us anything from watching a Facebook, YouTube, on personal brevity might be connected broadcast radio report, 1-800-684-3110. Today online ACLJ 31 to blessing the program to go around and talk to each of our experts are torn on this in the car to see her getting very close to the December rate day coming only nine days away here when the electors will be selected in December 14 we got a you know we are prepared either way. But you have to be right you know dad that there are ongoing to the area today.

Potential legal challenges to start over obvious in southern Georgia today where to begin loading issue an issue with the (Cooper would say that there well-adjusted agreement that agreed that that make sure not to wipe any of those machines for three very critical counties in Georgia to favor Joe Biden when it counted, Cobb County, one in favor Donald Trump didn't have enough trouble wherever there were issues there did it over count by both and I wouldn't, so the big fight they're having next to the appeals court on the 11th circuit Judge authorized the FPO FastTrack appeal so that this will be the weird part.

I know it's upsetting the present truck because you got the Georgia Republican governor who is trying to play this both ways and the secretary of state, just like so weak and George had been like crying on TV like I can't believe that people are considered more conservative agree with the litigation like this. The big next step.

There will be independent investigators going to those machines appropriately and see if they were conducting the election the way they should be counting the votes the way they should be. That is going to be a real legal battle because there's a lot of different issues that take their demented will be fighting this. This is what upset me so much. The Georgia governor and Georgia Secretary of State who Republican are fighting this they're fighting this move, rather than warding more transparency in the voting machine they just signed God directly for the selection you imagine the Democratic governors in the Democratic AG Democratic losses and they would sing on the side with the Republicans never that's that's the irony of all this. We also know that by the way were taught about this religious liberty issue that we have which is rolling churches, what I call the over censorship during the pandemic on all arguments took place in our case on November 6 we not gotten a decision yet that's been almost 3 nap weeks, but the state will be supplementing its record today and then we have seven days to file the response of our team is working on that as we speak. I'll let me go to Harry Hutchison and kinda get his kind of closing thoughts here.

We got the election issue. We got the Supreme Court. We talk about let's talk about the Supreme Court ship how significant of a ship is this with Amy Barrett. I think it is very very significant in part because we now know that John Roberts appears to be an unreliable vote with respect to conservative issues.

So it was absolutely essential for Pres. Trump to nominate and and then confirm Amy Cody Barrick to the court. I think she's going to make a fine justice on the United States Supreme Court, and certainly her first major decision with respect to what's going on in New York with respect to religious liberty I think is very favorable to all Americans who believe in the rule of law is interesting, said about the product that we have a stable place from the band's case that we argued the Supreme Court involving the attempt to get the President's tax returns.

We saw that no court order requiring the sandals over so that's they stayed in place through the election as a very avid John Roberts in on individual cases on this is specially Corona virus issues have been a very unpredictable and some of the decisions on the election because I still can't figure out the bed again like us in the states are still in place with such talk briefly about Iran in the situation there to give everybody, finally. Now this is this is significant, it really is. This man was the fifth nuclear scientist that's been killed since 2010 and ran what the world the civilized world is trying to do is put some check there so that Iran does not get a nuclear weapon on the IAEA International Atomic Energy Agency ministration reported recently that even with all of the stuff going on with the flawed JCP away that Pres. Trump withdrew us from that.

I ran and as of this moment has enriched 15 times the amount of uranium they were supposed to enrich under that crazy Iran nuclear deal is is called an IRA enriching it at a deeper level. They are on the path to a nuclear weapon, which is why it's very very important going forward that the Senate be there to provide a check to a potential Biden administration who continues to want to placate Iran and all that will do was allow them to get a nuclear weapon. The JCP away said no weapon in 10 years or so, they will get a weapon much sooner than that in less we continue to take a firm stance against Iran. They are terrorist group. There are terrorist nation and they are in pursuit of nuclear weapons. The seriousness of that cannot be overstated.

So let me go to talk about the Senate we got two races in Georgia and as I said earlier, the broadcast that these are not by any stretch of imagination.

These are not local races. This will affect a branch of government that cannot not localize races in all these are national races. Both sides are treating them as such. Tens of millions of dollars will pour into than J hundred 10 that in the hundreds of millions that might be correct.

I am lucky if the if it is a Biden administration will determine whether or not there's unified control of the government and into areas that we've talked about Jake that is is so monumental. First of all in foreign affairs, will there be a check on a present of Biden in the United States Senate and then secondly, J. Look, let's say it again judges matter and justice is sure matter.

This opinion at a New York day.

It was a 5 to 4 decision, and if you want quotes in opinions like this one. Injustices matter. Here's just a short quote from that opinion. Even in a pandemic. The Constitution cannot be put away and forgotten. J. Those are the kind of opinions that you need out of injustice and were getting them out of this court by the pandemic Constitution can't be got away with that includes on election integrity to the same principle that applied in that religious freedom case applies in election integrity cases as well.
