Breaking news today on Jay Sekulow live operation warp speed by Pres. Rob was very real as a 94.5% effective vaccine has been announced under operation work speed.

Talk about that election challenges and more today on Jay Sekulow live live from Washington DC. Phone lines are open for your questions right now called one 806 843-110-1800 68412, your host will Jay Sekulow Bible.

There is a lot documents you thought trumpet out something like operation, warp speed images using language to try and convince people that you do something warp speed. Well now we have another vaccine announce with a better effective rate than Pfizer's. This was a bodegas, which was part of operation warp speed directly funded by the Trump administrations operation warp speed it showing 95% effectiveness. 95% effectiveness your flu shot go anywhere from 25 to 40 on a good year is 40 this would be 95% effective. What this would effectively mean is what's this enough of this was produced and tested properly so that enough people could take it as you would you would cove it may exist in the air, but it but you won't get it and and that would be.

This is this is huge for the US economy, especially huge if if I say Joe Biden becomes President and try some nationwide mass mandate.

If we can get one of these vaccines in place earlier that so we don't have to have businesses as his advisors want the complete shutdown of the nation for 4 to 6 weeks.

We talked about that last week that would prevent this update was also encouraging about this is that the President utilizing a new approach to getting the approval process still keeping the safety measure so that's important. Obviously, to have a vaccine approved of this amount of time and have it available with this effect rather than 95%. The flu vaccine is 60%. I think this will be a game changer for the world… How much is not states but I do not like what some of the buying advisors been saying about having this go overseas first, I think it should start here. We have that is a vaccine that we developed and we put the money behind Isis, our taxpayer dollars to this so let's get that information back that vaccine out. I think it's very positive there's others. By the way there's other still in the pipeline that is not the only one then what's the sense of this in Washington now.

The Congress is coming back today preseason to two because intubation because Facebook is a fighting of the 94.5% effective, not 95 don't end up in the 94.5 say 90% you have equal to five.

History of two in the pipeline now that are 90% plus in the one funded by operation warp speed is 4.5% better when tested than the one that was not part of operation warp speed. $1 billion went to Madera for about 1.5 billion of research so the US government paid the, the majority share of that and yet you have Biden advisors who say we should only give enough to the United States. So where it's under control in the US, and that we should ship it out to the rest the world really even though we paid for all of this.

I think at the end that that's could be a huge debate in Washington DC. If the Biden administration moves into town with the White House will first of all, the reaction Washington DC operation warp speed is that it was a resounding success and meanness on the heels of Pfizer's announcement that there vaccine was 90% effective.

Jordan effectively in that range. Those are both darn near cures to the virus.

Now obviously they're not rolled out about looked at that the same people that are saying that the deemphasis of the deployment of the vaccine should be overseas Jordan. They were the same people saying that the only real problem in the world was the United States, inability to keep it under control.

He can't have it both ways. If you want to say that the problem is the biggest in the United States will then naturally invade the deployment of the vaccine to start in the United States a Jordan. No matter what. Which way you cut this though both modernity's announcement and Pfizer's announcement a great win for the American people and let me tell you as well. We are going to get into the election challenges as well as a very much still alive. Of course, your target to members of present Trump's legal team is on Newsmax this morning.

Talk about that. This is a very important week for those as well will take your calls and that is well 1-800-684-3110. Whether you're watching on Facebook periscope a YouTube or listening as most people are usually surveyed through radio or Sirius XM Fort Worth ACLJ matching challenge month.

ACLJ.org were involved in every the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad.

Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who are persecuted for their faith.

Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that.

We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way more limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge every dollar you donate $10 gift becomes 20 oh dollar gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ the work we do.

Simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in the protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms you forgive today online ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is certainly protecting. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally pro-life and publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the motion and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to life question for copy mission life today online ACLJ/Jay Sekulow lives on this Monday. There is plenty to talk about, as this is really a q. week right out of this before we go back to back the news will take as 163 when tested on Newsmax this their first morning show watch today is great to be part of that and I said yeah and then Mark Halpern was on after me not to conserve but agreed with everything I said, this is a q. week for the Trump campaign RCR team put the right legal challenges into the court for that to be different.

Different definitive yet, but it's gotta get past motions to dismiss and start moving this way so big one tomorrow and also about yesterday is a motion to dismiss is been filed against the claims in Pennsylvania and in that particular case that's a lot of the constitutional challenges for Pennsylvania so that case, if in fact we survived the motion to dismiss.

What will happen is we will then proceed to a trial rate for this on Thursday I was working with the lawyers over the weekend getting that ready. And if you lose the motion to dismiss your title to the final order I was on Andy Connell about this. A before and an air subject to appeal. Of course, to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Georgia. There is a looks like a series of suits can be entered into this week.

Mostly focusing on signature verification and some of the issues they are the recounts going on as we speak almost on. I think the next aspect are the next major item I think that you'll see is that action there's plan actions in Wisconsin but it's interesting Wisconsin minors. Usually, my understanding is that you have to wait until the 30th. Must be some kind of certification date before you can actually bring the legal challenge in court, but all of that is going on right now and there's talk about what the state legislature to do in the states that are being contested, especially those that are controlled by Republicans. That's an issue there is even talk about some states very upset that there voters there are people that voted in their states have had their boat diluted because other states had a process. It was not transparent, fair violated due process in which they could to another state meet all of that's possible, and were located at very quickly so that it is now equal protection challenge was nine and in the in the lawsuit complaint Georgia.

They also may be filing an equal protection contract because on the wall the way that your signature was verified was much more strict if you voted in person that if you voted by mail. If you voted by mail. They just compared to whatever signature you put in the first time in the mail and of course that could been that's that's right for fraud because anybody can sign anything and then do it again in person. You know it's your idea.

It's here.

This does it look the same.

So that's an equal protection issue. Also, because that means how many votes in a normal year that would have been tossed out because those the sutures just did not match and then if they're not tossed out this year. That means you have an equal protection claim because your vote got a actually canceled out by what would would or should be an illegal vote. That's right, and that the answers movement in Georgia, I spoke also to advance will to manage another sinful to members of the United States Senate.

There is some concern there as to what's happening in a, especially as it relates to the Georgia Senate races in this election process which is mailing these ballots without verifications is creating its proper problems well and it creates consequences down ballot to his well Jamie look across all states, even states that maybe we haven't talked about as much state legislatures, federal officials in those states had have definitely a vested interest in making sure that their election was run fairly and JII will tell you this to me not to say I've got great confidence in the legal team is looking at these challenges here. I'm confident they come the third week of November January that the rightful winter I will be sworn in. No matter what that is but I would just say this I mean I thought. I think voters across America. No matter your political persuasion should really take heart in the that the way that the rule of law is working here in the United States of America when there is a challenge to a close election, the candidate that is trailing has an opportunity put those arguments before court and that is what is happening, and no matter what side of the ledger you're on a JII think that that should give every voter confidence because that is the way we do things in the United States of America. We follow rule of law. We follow legal process to come the third week of January voters across the spectrum are going to have confidence in who the winner is you I think I will want to take your phone calls 164, 31 to but let me again, welcome you know we I've always welcome our Facebook audience.

I courage you lot of people watching today share this with your friends and family click that share but on Facebook on periscope through twitter as well share that on twitter share through places as well as parlor where were all on now as well. She can check out a few kind of converted over to parlor were thereto at Jordan secular at Jay Sekulow when we put the show there is well. We also did something of the that we've always had the feet up@aclj.org we think people are watching from ACLJ.org and my car app but we didn't.

We had a close YouTube video, which means it was broadcast through YouTube, but you couldn't find it. I like the official ACLJ YouTube page. Last week we we decide to open that up for a couple days to see if it was a different audience, and in fact there has been a different audience and want to thank those of you on YouTube. Who are some of donated edits to be top chatters Annetta on YouTube by giving a donation she want to say thanks ACLJ for your involvement all your hard work Maria on YouTube a super chatters to thank you all day lawyers and team praying for all of you. I so that is now open. There's over a thousand people already watching today on YouTube Friday that number got up to 10,000 that we know again the biggest thank you goes to of course our friends and family who are listening in support of the ACLJ on radio networks across the country over 1000 of those plus Sirius XM but I will. I do want to welcome that a YouTube audience.

We are monitoring it is why we will give those thank youse out and we got our team monitoring it.

We plan to keep it open, keep figuring out how to best utilize YouTube while we are alive every day on radio so welcome again to all of you watching on YouTube. The best way gets to share the YouTube you could share that link with your friends and family. I can chats and places like that.

If you want to send them directly to the YouTube feed for Jay Sekulow live out, let's go out right to the photos go to Dixie in Florida online three Haight Dixie welcome to Jay Sekulow live. Thank you for all you got back Georgia. I know everything going on right now and what what is going to help stop this. If by chance there have to be a January runoff election that we still don't have the same kind of problems going on again but look at this is a bit this is a big issue and may require. I think I may require that the general assembly comes back into session.

Because what happened was like the pandemic date may open up and modified the rules on how they were going to allow mailing ballots and there's really no check on this. So it's so easy to commit violations of law here. There is talk about a special session coming to close somebody's nipples now also in one of his signature loophole in the singular here is that there aren't male in ballots for the runoff. There are added and see ballots right then and that's the difference is there's not male in ballots. This is on January 5, so I mean you darting so you have to be putting these applications now absentee ballots do face a higher standard, but they are worried in Georgia that the signature standards aren't being met properly that aren't being used properly. Most people are either RR for the for these runoffs than I would imagine won't be requesting absentee ballots may rely on the fact they think they're getting a mail-in ballot. Most of the votes.

I would guess would come in on election day. You think that's correct or not, continue to be very concerned about the situation down in Georgia for a number of reasons and one of which I actually think the legislature might want to consider in a special session and that's that. One of the biggest reasons that the Secretary of State has only decided to review of the Presidential race in Jordan you and I've talked about this on this broadcast many times, but it would take far fewer votes switching to actually impact the runoff race that that that Sen. Purdue is now set for and by the way I want to distract anyone here that races set for a ray runoff. So if you're in Georgia and you care about this race. That's where all of your attention needs to be. But if your state legislature in Georgia and this recount comes back and turns up at me. There were a few votes which, but maybe it wasn't enough to imprint impact the Presidential election.

But Jordan. They have got to take a look at that because at that point. That's the only time that Sen. perdue would have an opportunity to request a runoff in his race and by then Jordan, I just don't think there would be enough time to accomplish that. So look, it's just another example of when you hear in this scenario. Every state has to look at their own situation. Uniquely, according to their own state laws. And I gotta tell you from the outside looking in.

I think George is right at the top of list. The states that has multiple problems they need to look at here. I think that have direct impact. Jordan went on about this on the Senate. I may note the Senate seat served RR often this is the control is a nice accent and negative divide becomes President. I see if will unite a people back in service requested present elective. But if if he becomes President. This would be the check. This would prevent the green new deal tax hikes. If one of these two centers is probably likely that if one wins the other when stupid. If at least one of them wins.

There's a check on the tax hikes check on that on the green new deal. There's a check on the most extreme legislation that Joe Biden would like to get to his desk because he won't get to his desk and that's key. There's also it would be a check on his most extreme nominees Weatherby to the circuit courts since a Supreme Court or cabinet level positions as well so it would be a check on those extreme nominees to so II think that is why I know so much, the country still face facing you. Looking at the Presidential election. But if you are outside of a few of the states that are still really admit to miss the battle and recount that you need to start looking at in Georgia and if any of my negative involved in any way volunteer on whatever side, if you want Joe Biden Avenal Democrat government, go right ahead sport that or support a divided Congress with prevent the most extreme measures by a potential Biden Harris administration work and discover fair Steve, of course, our legal team is all overall. These issues support our work.

November is a matching challenge month so important. Donated ACLJ.org and double the impact only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition life will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of weighing 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to life question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help any way for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge every dollar you donate $10 gift $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we do. Simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge today make a difference in the protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms you forgive today online ACLJ Jay Sekulow lively art. I take your phone calls 164th, 31 to the 2063 110. I will talk first because we we broke this news it is getting huge as I think it's very important because the trump administration should be getting the credit for an operation warp speed has led to Madera now announcing today. They have a covert 19 vaccine that is 94.5% effective. That is 4.5 more percent more effective than even the Pfizer vaccine that was announced at 90%. Both those numbers are extremely high for vaccines your flu vaccine shot. The event this year. We can go for me were from 20 to 40% effective, like a 40% effective rate would be a pretty good meeting sometime some years better some years worse when you get to 90 to 95%.

You basically have stop this disease if stopped over 19 if you can get a vaccine out that it takes it away from 90 almost 95% of the human population so why do we have this now operation warp speed who paid for it.

You and I $1 billion of the 1.5 billion.

And yet the Biden team who is advising them on covert, 19, do we have the sound. This is from Rahm Emanuel's brother or his or that they were given to the rest the world. We do have that little estate that we don't have that okay we will be have that sound I will. I'll make sure we play there for you as well be my son in America last yeah will you and then the idea again to that we still need to shut down because that's what Dr. we still have that Emmy, which is still insane.

Dr. Ahlstrom.

He's also on the Biden covert, 19 team he does want to shut down the US government is for six just for six weeks. That means shutting down everything the whole nation take was we can pay for a package right now to cover all of the wages lost wages for individual workers for losses to small companies to medium-size companies in your city states County governments we can do all that. If we did that, then we could lock down for 4 to 6 weeks and if we did that we could drive the numbers down yet whether you have it that the problem is it will also drive some other numbers down is called Mary on this for moment, we do care about something else to what the idea of closing down the economy.

For another, this time 6 to 8 weeks. What would be your loan economics profession will be the consequences of this well we would likely see a rise in suicides. We would likely see a rise in the instances of other illnesses. So for instance, people would delay examinations for cancer for heart disease is the economic impact of an ad, you would also see a rise in joblessness and if they are basically going to lock down the economy like many states have already done it would mean that we would disrupt schooling and this would be particularly disruptive for lower income families who does not have access to to the Internet so essentially what the Biden approach would do it would further disadvantage already disadvantaged Americans in the name of coming up with a cure. The cure that they offer is worse than the disease. You know the interesting aspect of that is there's a very serious constitutional question that is consuming present drug basis and that is 10 the President United States issuing nationwide economic lockdown that's voluntarily we did it we saw it happen in this last type but then I know that there is resistance in the United States Senate and frankly the house to to do this because of the economic impact and consequences of this 100 digit yeah and I would say two things. One of the first on the sound he displayed. They said we could pay for a package shut down the country for 4 to 6 weeks and you have to do that with money that was borrowed and much of would be barred from the same country. The virus came from the devotee. Maybe even bigger than that just demonstrates a lack of understanding where jobs come from where economic creation comes from. There seems to be this thought on the left that you can just throw a switch and you can put people out of work and then as soon as the switch is thrown back onto the jump right back into their job.

Jake and you know this better than anyone that is just not how the economy works. There is a lagging impact when you take people out of a job and they will just not come back online.

Look were learning to deal with the virus on the on the heels of this wonderful news that we got a vaccine that is this effective it would be the absolute worst time to reverse course and start shutting things down again. We need to move forward and we need to open smartly and Shirley and all of the signs J point that we can do just that. The folks Frank in Florida online one. Frank takes her home on your on the air like Paul, I was just going over to my mind about that Dr. Osterholt person and that 4 to 6. We checked out I find any working almost 2 years and have it back in June 20 18th package going to help out those that can't find any worker jobs you have no idea where he's even getting this number from the heat.

He says in the quote is really freegan. He says we could it for 4 to 6 weeks is not long-term but pretty long. We could pay for package right now to cover all the wages lost wages for individual workers for losses to small companies to medium-size companies for city states and county governments should be whether or not you you somehow tied your unemployment to the covert shutdowns in something like that are why you can't get a job you might get some of those resources. By the way, what about big companies who employ so many people that are not covered by this plan.

So I guess all the secretaries at the big banks they get they get no money of Dr. Oster home but he says if we would borrow that money now. Like, then said when you borrow that money you know the number one borrowers for the US China literally we would be giving China money back. To deal with the shutdown of the virus they created.

Let's read around the world which is which.

You know when that killing our condo yet because like I said all those big buildings you see downtown get nothing under his plan. They employ a lot of people.

It is so would really get to the lawsuits in the second half Arizona things up this economic issue. I think you know illimitable annuity ACLJ we have the expertise we got people like Christine Benner direct government affairs. Excellent direct deposit loan economics professor, others that have expertise in these areas we are going to be your voice to counter these measures where they don't make sense and what I don't understand. If you look at the the closing of Europe, which took place where Italy was closed for me for two months.

Other countries in Europe were closed for months at a time. As soon as they open back up the infection rate rates went up. So really the focus should be on getting the vaccine out now enclosing the economy which looks like it's not working absolutely. So I think it's clear beyond question. If you look at the European experience a whole lockdown approach in the long run backfires because once you reopen the economy.

Guess what, the infection rate sparks out and so I think the Europeans, the only European country that has had some success.

As I understand is sweetened, which never followed the lockdown strategy. Instead, they followed a targeted approach. In other words, they basically asked individuals who were over. Let's say the age of 62.

Stay at home, they allowed the schools elementary schools to operate and they have done much, much better than Italy and Spain in the United kingdom so the Biden people say let's follow the science there is very little science in support of Dr. Oster homes approach at remember this also is Nancy Pelosi the Blockton latest direct payments bill. She insisted on state bailouts, though now in the income back in January.

New Congress see what they do talk about we come back from the break. If you're leaving us that we encourage you to go over to Facebook or over to you to where you can catch the broadcast live ACLJ data support the work of the ACLJ as well as matching challenge campaign. As Jordan said court cases tomorrow ACLJ.org agreement you donate get a matching gift will encourage you do that again it ACLJ.ACLJ.org and again share this with your friends and family. If you watch the broadcast second half hour coming up to Tory Newton body at the American Center for law and justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge for every dollar you donate, it will be now $10 gift becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 could make a difference in the world who knew protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms are most important to you and your family. Give a gift today online DOJ live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow live in now secular back to Jay Sekulow live significant overcoming. We are going to be talking about two things. One operation warp speed has producers and unbelievable results we had for Pfizer, an announcement that they've got a vaccine that works at about 90% effective rate and now McDermott which was part of operation warp speed and what is that mean at present, from created that an made five federal dollars available to these companies to do something they've never mastered before to create a vaccine within a year and then get it deliverable up potentially but by the end of the year or early into 2021. The dharna has now announced a week after Pfizer that theirs is 94.5% effective October 19. This again would would be the these kind of vaccines if they go through the process there safe for most of us to be able taken you know you start out again. I think you do start out with the people are most vulnerable. You work your way down again but keep kids in school teachers kids older all people are more vulnerable and then I again you first take care of America. The issue is that if the Biden team gets in dead, that they have said it again and again, let me play the Sica manual.

He's also like Oster home he and this is Rahm Emanuel's brother. He's on the covert team for transition team for Joe Biden take a listen how he would like to take the billion dollars that you spent to get this vaccine and spread around the world before you get it by 35 vaccine nationalism.

It's called keeping the vaccine for my country is a natural response.

Governments are responsible for the freedom and well-being of their citizens. But there's a limit to what they should do and there's also some obligation to the world if the whole world is suffering your countries not to get better as New Zealand has shown us that everyone else has a lot of coconut it'll come back into your country so we have obligations beyond our borders to that's fine you can take care of the people that are your citizens because that's the first of the government. So this is exactly why weren't we were talking about.

You need the need of the ACLJ now more than ever, because this kind to begin with this policy going check Ruby were to be on top of this where you are as you can see, it means they're not even that didn't go by, and has even been selected by the electoral College, it were already monitoring the stuff by the way, the words of Mariah on a Facebook YouTube which is a new audience for us live asked about the super jets of their be monitored by the ACLJim answers yes I'm looking at right now. So the answer to that is absolutely yet let me II was said think you hit all the lies and team are praying for you, kid. We've had others that have written and is well so again we we are monitoring from our team is new for ascites or third day doing it will get Facebook questions to Andrea facer Creighton minis. Many of us have concerns about the vaccine.

I think again people here vaccine.

Right now they do get a little concerned. I know that there's a lot of people out there questions about how to affect them, especially one that was created so quickly. So what are your thoughts on the fact it's been created so quickly. Look, I mean that's up its most go through all these various checks that that the note none of that was shortcut it, but I get I get a mail that Dr. friends might say they would rather have vaccine 2.0 you let brother be not in the first run I think it depends on vulnerability age, underlying health conditions. All those are factors you make the record a mandate a vaccine like I did not consent. You must take it but for those that are of certain ages. I think that unlocking into medical opinions with vision, take or not that's beyond me and my God what will help you but but the there are factors you look at and at least the process. It's an option it's out I'm a quick we had a minute here. I want to go back on the shutdown thing for just a second when Harry, I'm not yet focus from. We avoided a housing crisis. My concern is that we got limited here.

If we have ace eight week shutdown when starting a housing crisis absolutely and runners are going to be expelled. In some cases just couldn't how to's are not going to be built and Sica manual is wrong wrong when he claims that we have an obligation beyond our borders. We do not have a constitutional obligation beyond our borders and so we should take care of Americans first folks we got a matching challenge right now ACLJ.org this is a great time to double the impact your donations with a group of donors. They say everything they succumbs to in the month of November. We will match that you gotta take the initial action. So if you donate $20. That's like $40 force. The ACLJ 35 that's like 1000, 200 were involved in all this from election integrity to the vaccine issue stock to the to the parent for the next Congress donated ACLJ.org have your donation of the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad.

Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those who are persecuted for their faith. Uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way for limited time you can participate in the seal James matching challenge every dollar you donate $10 gift $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ the work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge today make a difference in the protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms you forgive today online ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is protecting. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition like it will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ Jesus were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists. The ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership abuse you is empowering the right to life question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/Jay Sekulow like this is Jordan secular. We are to hear from closet 100 3110 is 164 3110.

Let me go to one of those phone calls because again were getting a lot of those questions you have these other legal avenues available. I mention one of the month news messages throughout their skull failed elections. You have a good and that is that there is a federal law on that but but people have questions about the 12th amendment to him in Indiana online to Tim welcome Jay Sekulow live. Thank you for taking my call. Yeah, you know I had read in reference to the Constitution at what we've done this twice in our history where the courts have failed the recounts failed well, then at that point, the amendment 12 comes into play where we get one vote per state and we have 37 Republicans therefore obviously at that point. President prompts going to be back in office. There's two gates to get to these scenarios including contest electors. There's a process to go through. It's interesting that the founders envisioned that this could happen that there could be situation where the regime have a general election vote. At that time, but the idea of our constitutional framework is if in fact there is not the ability for the electoral college to meet and confirm a nominee that there's a process there were the state legislatures go back and they may nominate so there there is a lot of issues and is Jordan called this a failed election working to get into that in the broadcast tomorrow but let me say something about tomorrow. Tomorrow there's a major challenge that that the Presidents team. Our team is made in Pennsylvania on the constitutionality of the election.

Harry you been looking at that I know anything be available tomorrow to talk about as well. This course. I filed a motion to dismiss normal to be a big day tomorrow in case absolutely so American people. American citizens deserve free and fair elections, and the right to vote is protected by more than the initial allocation of the franchise itself. Equal protection applies to the manner of the exercise of one's vote.

I think it's clear beyond question that the President's legal team has set forth a basis for concluding that there was an un-equal manner of exercise. In Pennsylvania, which has an indirect effect on each and every state in the United States, so what are we talking about. We are talking about the disparate ability to cure defective ballots in the state of Pennsylvania. So what happened was that in Democrat-controlled counties.

They allowed voters to cure mailman and absentee ballots blocked that is inconsistent with the statutory rules in the state of Pennsylvania in Republican-controlled counties. They actually followed the law so effectively we have disenfranchised voters in Republican counties and we have essentially in some cases perhaps double door at least increase by a factor of 20 or 30% of votes in Democrat-controlled counties. That's discrimination within the meaning of the corporate Kaiser-that's the litigation aspect of this there is Jordan Jude talked about the Nan Newsmax there is a nonlitigation approach to this to that's rights. There is at their say something it's very important in the law and its if it's part of the federal law, goes to article 1, section 2 about states using electors by the way, all electors had to be chosen by December 8. This option would have to be used pretty quickly, but in the federal and the federal law there.

There is provisions for a state legislature to declare the election in the state failed and interestingly the federal law doesn't define what failed means so if you hat and by the way Republicans control the state legislatures in the states at issue here. That would put presence of over the line electorally. If you thought that you had so much fraud so much abuse there were so many problems. There were some issues of the Malin Valley care. People voted twice or three times or how many votes legal votes were canceled out. You you as a legislature can vote and say this is a failed election and because of failed election we are choosing the electors. They could choose electors for Donald Trump. That is a strategy that that could be in place is completely legal to do. Now the state legislatures Republican-controlled aft that be willing to take the steps I and I think also that that were still waiting word from your present Trump to an end that to you as you go to decisions would have to be made as well.

At a very high level to start really pursuing those states to take that action B is gotta be done before December 8 milligrams electors are generated during a between now and the end of the month.

There can be a lot of legal issues addressed. This is and by the way people sing with the present as being stubborn. Now the presence exercising his authority rights in the Constitution. He's looking at what art is he wants to eat 71 million people voted for Donald Trump present United States. He has the obligation, in my view, to take this to its logical conclusion. Now if the courts and if the legislature ruled against him or decide not to go that way that that's one thing. And I think at that point you have to say look, I don't like the way the election when I don't think it was fair if he if he says I don't think was fair. I disagree with the court.

What I believe in the rule law so I'm to follow the court having tons of ice in this broadcast. I don't agree with their opinion. Look, that's the law of the land so look at the President.

Of course I believe would would follow that kind of rationale, but here if you look at the legal problem in thin first. Actually if you look at the legislative process. Electoral College meets across the street from us in just but less than a month yeah I'm in mountainous is the process is the process we go through Jay to ensure that the elections are run with integrity. To ensure that they were valid. This is not extraconstitutional. This is actually a check that the states have to make sure that the process was followed legitimately and look out. Think only state legislators would move forward unless there is evidence of fraud.

It's not a political tool. It's a check against fraud, but let you know J want one thing the Jordan I got into at some length a couple of days ago was the fact that you cannot reach a majority of 270 and left electoral college by more than just a 269 to 69 tie if there were multiple states were the problems rose to the level that they could not certify their totals.

It is entirely possible that neither candidate would even get that to 69 level.

So that's when the vote would go to the house for the President and the Senate for the vice President again that's like. Step four from where rat now, but it's a process it's been laid out since the beginning of our country became our country and an area it will move very quickly, absolutely and it should certainly the Americans however need and deserve a fair process as opposed to a two-tiered voting system and so these safeguards are in the Constitution. These are legal and constitutional procedures and the President is entitled to pursue them to the full extent of the rule of law, and he should let scheduling where the cauldron was critical against the stimulus go to first appeared in Washington state on line 3P welcome Jay Sekulow live vigilant. Thank you for so much that you are continuing to try to do basically for our country yesterday. Insulate earmarks in our government. He actually put out a mandate that we are back down, shut down completely. Were talking about the restaurants everything that exists out there. I went to Cosco yesterday and the line was extremely not jealous because people heard what was going on and fear basically overtook but being able to shut this down is his actual description was that we had considerable weight going through our country at this time it right here in Washington state and that he needed to shut it down and I just to me there should be some way of protecting the citizens because were going to lose.

Businesses were going to lose all that basically matters to us, our children are still locked down and it's just a really scary time for people and got to have this go on with that without actual numbers and things I just think that it's really sad that what were looking at is a gathering of data it has has a different agenda than what the people really desire this.

This is the way it works.

Though Harry is the states make these the say governors make these decisions, they do but they are subject to the United States, absolution, and I think in many cases they have engaged in overreach.

Jeff I think one of the quintessential issues here is power is intoxicating and many of these governors love wielding huge amounts of power without any checks and balances, and that's one of the things to keep in mind yes governors have emergency powers but they do not have in definite emergency powers. I studied all of that gets looked at and in that that context, I guy really do.

Yes, and I think that's again when you start looking at whether or not so rampant that none of this could get through the court system quickly enough.

This is not Bush versus Gore the county or to this is yellow filling. This is the state of Georgia how they did signatures and and of course if the voting machine issue that that dominion that keeps the tinny palace can look into the tech issues that cases can be made for the states they had a failed election and will go through this more tomorrow. The broadcast will really be expecting different then the Congress of the house choosing. That's it.

That's when you no one gets to 270 and in that that would be like if not election on the flexion were certified.

Which by the way, in all these lawsuits that that is requested to certified there's that issue to we can talk about on the tomorrow the broadcast that will be just hours of 1 o'clock is to be actually here and so will be starting about the time we finish live support our work matching challenge ACLJ.org only one. It's got a chat as well and I want to thank all of you who are watching through YouTube and it is a it's a different audience. It was watching on Facebook so any on YouTube you can make these the donations that your kind like get a highlighted comment and ride on YouTube. I made one of us. We thank him. He said we know fraud happen can enough fraud be proven in court to overturn estate selection will listen, this word that's that's not where the rubber meets the road. I think you said it's the put up or shut up moment and we we know some things and it happened we think are are very dangerous weather that will rise to the level of the courts in the stepfamily to find out.tomorrow the lease in Pennsylvania and there's other cases to so look, I mean I think the evidence is there, at least as to the monitoring, at least as to the security provisions were.

They weren't equally applied to that there's a lot of constitutional issues here to unpack, but I think we can find out soon enough. I mean Morgan organelle in the next few days where that's going I want to switch gears a little take a call let's take Shirley's call for more than a line for surely go ahead, you're there letting me call Washington and I think the point that think people in private gathering with only two household churches are shutting down to 25 and my question is what only deal can Pres. Tromp Beckett in order to change that mentor think have to shut down, particularly going to exit 6 law, the answer is the President cannot order state to not do a shutdown order if it's in the best if the governor thinks it's in the best interest of the state.

There are constitutional restraints, however, so that doesn't go unopposed. But look, I get the frustration I got wet Smith with us was the currently high-stakes Army but also chaplain and pastor I know it's been really tough on the churches is come back any sense of normalcy at no not at all, and in the course you know religious freedom is at stake here because you got governors in multiple states that are restricting religious gatherings J while not restricting other gather whether it be casinos in Nevada are grocery stores wherever and so you religious liberty is at stake here. Gov. Cuomo of New York just recently asked find an executive order getting ready to put it out there, no matter what, that the size of the church building in some churches seat up thousand 2000 people can have no more than 25 people in worship.

The governor does not have the authority to do that. The course or lawsuits that are there taking place. I think the Supreme Court is getting ready prepped here in emergency appeal on Gov. Cuomo's order, but people need to be very, very concerned that that the First Amendment rights that have been part of our country since its founding in force religious freedom. They were being violated routine and Justice Alito said this of the speech he gave heritage just like a couple of days ago and is very concerned about Albert taking her calls and comments here. Let's go ahead and take another phone call Jordan yes your right to the phones. I was screwed up mark in Missouri online one Haymarket welcome to Jay Sekulow live I think my my call and I have a comment you got him going work. My comment is with this outcome determinative logic is because cheating in the elections by counseling to learn how to cheat you know how to steal like younger student can ignite a lesser toaster go by just one thing is for the courts to intervene for the supreme, especially its reporting at stake, not in the not in the District Ct. in Pennsylvania okay date date they will they have to come to stop before the Supreme Court say were to take a case out of plumb to picking up.

For example, out of the Arizona but the President had been able to establish that he was successful at this point and Georgia and in Pennsylvania and Michigan, Wisconsin, to take one case that's not outcome determinative now. Collectively they could be outcome determinative in his lungs are being contested their outcome determinative but but that's why think the court by the way, left Justice Alito stay in place. We were able to obtain Leslie life still in place because you're waiting to see if any of this at the end becomes outcome determinative you believe like I do it this week is big. I think this is a very big hit him in the court yet.

I think you got some in the court that a maturing yet another which is to be filed and then some need to be filed and this is the way to do it because it's been your Thanksgiving and the week after that is what the week before the electors are selected and then a week later they they meet, and most are certified in most estate is not to certify that some the state done Georgia certified November 20. Yes, so you got some states are recertifying very quickly. So yeah, this is a very big week Carolyn on YouTube. Super chat said thank you ACLJ for giving us a voice in a way to fight back. We thank you Carolyn for being super chatter on YouTube and begin forcing us a new audience of retail YouTube results great as for the candy in Georgia online three hey candy welcome to Jay Sekulow live.

I was wondering cheating among senators because I personally feel they shouldn't be a runoff king involved runoff so it doesn't want her to. The recount does not cover the Senate. It's only the Presidential race and that's that's number two here number three no mail and note there are no mail abounds are absentee ballots in early voting day, but they gotta do both parties are going to run this. Here is what is essential you were just there with what's since I pay what is a very very divided times in Georgia and people are troubled there really are the American people need to have confidence in the fairness of their elections and J that's part of what is at stake here, not only in Georgia but across the nation. There is been so much confusion and and fraud and other things going on that the American people of both stripes politically are beginning to lose faith in our electoral system.

We simply cannot allow that to happen. What's your sense of incongruence between now and that negative thought that the government whereby we may come out the next couple weeks.

But what what we were you hearing generally right now in the Senate yet now I think most are taking a wait and see. And I think there's probably more familiarity in this town with how this process works and there's not a whole lot of surprise that it's taking some time. I think it's her on the track that most would expect. I think most here J were around in 2000, when it took you know something in the neighborhood of five weeks to resolve the Billy was 37 days I was exit working as a part of that process. I said I think most here understand That the case is being built. When the filings are made. That's when you look at the evidence and you see what's there. So now I think there's probably maybe frustrations and aunt Eunice across the country by thinking town. I think this is probably how they expected to proceed and I think I think that's exactly right yet is exactly what you sent give a little bit of the will you expect this week. I expect this week. I think you know Congress is back. So there are some real things that still need to be dealt with Covidien for instance, it needs to be dealt with regrading great news on the vaccine. The numbers are going up. I think most of us do the testing because hospitalizations on some places are not good for the most part have been in the death rate is not like going through the roof, but that's obviously a top concern is when do we get our economy and our nation back to some sense of normalcy and depending on where you are in the country could still be like a full lockdown how to shut down feeling mode. Other states if it had a quasi-open to other states are very open so I think that that's huge.

Of course, people are still on pins and needles that about the election, though they are. This will be at the for a first couple more weeks and then I can get a few the moves were to talk about tomorrow that are potentially in are ones that would send shockwaves nation yet, so let's see what develops tomorrow in court were to see what other actions might be filed both you see important terminations this week and you have potentially groundbreaking losses that may be filed this week we will know in the hours ahead.
