Jay Sekulow live election 2021 happens next.

Talk about that more today Jay Sekulow live from Washington DC lines are open for your questions right now called one 806 843-110-1800 68412 your holes are welcome to Jay Sekulow why we are to your phone calls 164, 31, two, that is what happens next.

You're looking at basically five states. North Carolina were present from his leading. Looks like you will hold onto North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Joe Biden now is a slightly, there were 8000 votes permitting hundreds were thousand to be counted.

Georgia Joe Biden with a very small either as outstanding of votes that could come in today from overseas. This is the deadline for the military doesn't mean they will commit.

There's about 8000 of those total sub military subject people who live overseas.

This is the deadline for the committee get those are not guaranteed, that they are to come in, or that they were even cast member, you have to vote when you get those bells overseas. So there's but a very slightly. There they will have a recount I'll think George would be the state is not to be the state right now. That puts Joe Biden over earlier it's really to look at is Arizona and Nevada are there passport Donald Trump either of those now hee hee because you have to still carry Georgia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania and one of those two. So in Arizona you have a big chunk of votes to keep coming in for Maricopa County. Hundreds of thousands at present, Trump is doing better therapies. Gotta make up a step 43,779 votes there right now and then, of course, in Nevada he's down 20,000 so that the child's are you look at there's a lot of irregularities in Pennsylvania we got. We know that and I there's gotta be legal challenges.

There are probably more filed today. Another 1003 DS state that the head of the state legislatures going to come out of doubts a number of things potentially that went wrong that could lead to more legal action as well, but it still points to the what other do things hold other states or approve for present Trump so in Pennsylvania this morning, we fault not weighed with the folks in Pennsylvania, filed an emergency stay with application state with Justice Alito and that is focusing on this issue of the irregularities in Pennsylvania and the fact that we limit of the votes were segregated because now we find out that some allegedly, some counties did not segregate the vulnerable was not an order that they do so.

Be clear on that. It was it was guidance I should've segregated up, but it was not an Andy.the opinion by Justice Alito was only for three members of the court and they just said in their brief that that is what their guidance was today don't have the authority to tell the individual election districts what they have to do it right the Pennsylvania authorities had said and made the representation other than within the segregate the disputed balance of the balance of gay men that were allegedly illegal and then Justice Alito alluded to that when he when he spoke, but there was not an order of the Supreme Court directing the state to segregate anything, I am Pennsylvania so the thing is you're looking at right now from your perspective, what were you saying I want to go through at the next Emerald details are yeah sure she several states that are close enough that you'd expect these challenges to continue some of them will end up in recount and some of them will be legal challenges and Jay went in any election in any state. Is this close no matter who's ahead who's behind that's what you would expect I would just don't want one sort of thought on that. I think all of us benefit from that. Because our Republic really depends on confidence in elections and and I did see a few things on election night that quite frankly a concerning. I think everybody of every political stripe benefits from these challenges being played through from the process being played out, and from the ultimate victor having legitimacy and the American people thinking it's a legitimate outcome will be determined in Jordan and you know this is working on this is hard. These challenges outcome determine right is the Pennsylvania challenge outcome determinative or is Arizona end up being a win for Joe biters Nevada in the meeting with Joe Binder, Georgia George would take much longer for Joe Biden build the claim so it located Nevada and Arizona. That would be the way for Joe Biden to try declare victory.

No, even by today. Arizona maybe too many votes still out there coming in their favoring crop but are they favoring the adoption but you look to the bad. What's left there and could that be the state that pushes the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad. Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those faith uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy fighting to protect life and the courts and in Congress. ACLJ would not be able to do any of this without your support for that. We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge every dollar you donate $10 gift $50 gift becomes 100. This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms gift today online okay only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when used with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you personally. Publication includes look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later: what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question copy mission in life today online/Jay Sekulow) take your call. Share this with your friends and family are getting reports from the members of the President's legal team to get that anywhere else under these other broadcast for a full hours we break it down truthfully for you to give you honest.

In fact, what we know now we try not to speculate too much, but we do try to base these are numbers that were saying.

So again were looking at five states right now.

Not all five have to be one by present Trump for him to win. I just would make that clear. But I he's got to win Pennsylvania. He needs to wed North Carolina where it looks like you will please data Pennsylvania are now 10 to about 2000 votes and Nevada and Arizona, or like Nevada in Georgia or Arizona in Georgia and and you look at Nevada and Arizona to be are actually the two that worried me the most that because Pennsylvania I know that we would have the legal challenges there. We have had origami yet more company, but that's only going to work in court if they are outcome determinative. Explain to people what that felt. Here's what is the Supreme Court's in the generally be very reluctant to engage in a particular case. If that is not a determination that that the numbers impacted by that case would make the election outcome determinative. In other words, if the present were to hold onto Georgia and Holland Arizona will or attempt to retake Arizona and to retake Georgia.

I guess at this point, then the question is what would a wood Pennsylvania be outcome determinative in the answer to that how it comes out, let's say, even it binds up 30,000 votes yeah probably is outcome determinative. If it Biden was off 250,000 votes or 300,000 votes or if the President did not take Georgia right or or Arizona laws, yeah that is not the numbers to get to 70 don't exist. So what you have to do right now is look at you focus your attention on the vulnerable states. I think there was any Pennsylvania clearly is and that we filed I filed your motion to intervene in an existing case that's up there. The other side responded yesterday we filed a response this morning and then we'll find out forget to intervene. I'm sure if there's a real casing conference were getting enemy. There may well be another case filed today in Pennsylvania don't know the details of it yet. Working through that with the lawyers there on the ground that may be filed today shot 22 irregularities in the voting process. If that lawsuits filed I think we filed, as long as this case is always a viable, the question still becomes. Is there a pathway to get their work because any the courts are reluctant sprinklers reluctant to get in to an election unless like Bush versus Gore where it was outcome determinative. That's exactly right. Today, the Supreme Court is very reluctant to say for example disabled in the stock accounting.

It wouldn't do that and I can get involved in matters of elections unless ultimately it may make the determination of who wins or loses the case, but generally they stay there hand on those things and do not intervene as the states proceed to counterbalance or not counterbalance depending upon what state law and under the Constitution the legislature is supposed to make the law does. Also, I think Jonathan Turley said this very well and that is that something's going on reported in Pennsylvania, not allowing the monitors and wonders most of it. All of these are legitimate reasons to follow lawsuit violations of equal protection potentially tickles Lisette legitimate objections to how monitors and observers are training Pennsylvania. I am still at a loss to understand the high ground of these electoral officials in trying to prevent monitors and observers it has fueled these these views of many that there is something untoward happening. So here's to think the biggest, the best case here for present Trump at this point would be that he is still a path to victory it. Pennsylvania is determinative and that the fraud that ends up being alleged in court is so bad that they may even have have a revote that is a possibility if you were allowing for instance are some reports again will see the evidence that in districts that went heavily towards VP Biden that they were allowing balance to be cured of those rights became a valid fixed in in districts that were nodding towards Pres. Trump not Eyman seen the evidence of the people of Pennsylvania will, is not my job to do that that the gathering that Evans and in Pennsylvania and the ones that were leaning for present buying. They were not allowed to cure if that in fact is the case, that's the kind of equal protection violation that would be very serious and I believe would get the Supreme Court to intervene if it's outcome determinative. If this is nonetheless it has to be outcome determinative but that is a classic example of equal protection violation under the 14th amendment would pique the interest of the con of the Supreme Court of United States to get involved in the election and I think that is it's got to rise to the level of that kind of a serious constitutional infringement or violation for the Supreme Court to get involved or not to just get involved over things that do not matter in the end that's exactly correct.

Let me ask again, I want your view of the store in advance and panel start with you. I spoke to some centers this morning. One particular and not to try to get their sense of it what you hearing from the I really hurt. Roy Blunt said this morning with hardwood others of said show the case for where there's irregularities. Yeah, absolutely.

I cry quite frankly think it ended today. That's were Senators of either party should be because no matter who wins the outcome of the DD present in the United States, whether it's a reelected President or a new President needs the competence of the American people to show that it was legitimate. I will tell you this other are a lot of people in Washington DC who think that the biggest problem here are arguments to the CCing of vote counting that did happen in several locations. That night, and here's why J because all of the disputes that you're talking about now whether or not observers are let in where their lead and where they can stand. Those aren't nearly as big of an issue on election night. If the ballots are being counted then because both campaigns have prepared for the set up that exist on election night and by a margin.

These jurisdictions they have people there already. If the if the vote counting stops and then it restarts another day. There's almost a new negotiation that has to happen and that's where the problems arise. I think that's the thing I'm hearing the most from people who have been through this many many times whether their elected officials or staffers. It's when that process stopped on election night. That's where the confidence starts to a road that's where the problems start to happen.

So I think that's where most of the focus is here moving forward looking drone like right now to brief that you and I are signing up to the Supreme Court on the motion interventionist reply. The Democratic Party in Pennsylvania consented to it. But the state Atty. Gen. that shockingly right did not write it so I again this is just to get into the case right at two we have in this in then then you would possibly try to get there on the merits. Now on the merits again outcome determinative and need.

Probably these other state court filings to occur today in Pennsylvania that are the supposed allegations are coming with evidence from the leaders of the of the Republican Party. The legislature there very soon. Probably wrap this broadcast those illegally followed by lawsuits and in this event that happened quickly, but remember it's Pennsylvania plus 4C Gabby it's Pennsylvania +3 you got Pennsylvania plus North Carolina Nevada or Georgia or Pennsylvania plus North Carolina, Georgia and Arizona.

You gotta have Pennsylvania. It looks like you got North Carolina but but where else where the other two. They are fighting so George is very close and Arizona still is a lot of votes out and so does Nevada SOM eight again I feel like work. It felt a couple of times. Even this morning like they were on the edge of what he did declare Job I put the check next to his name. This there is a reason why every network metal things all just ratings his ratings go start dropping on this or is let you know pupils will hear pontification which is what is happening right now. It's that way they all are concerned about calling the baddie with the 20,000 vote lead provide or Arizona, which they did call the Senate race. The Democrat Mark Kelly, but they haven't called for Biden.

He's got a 43,000 vote lead because there's so many votes of sitting in Maricopa that it is possible present Trump picks up there. So again I I'm not sure we'll know tonight. It really depends on when body states. He said it could take them through the weekend to The rest. These votes, but you either Friday votes show you USPS the Postal Service that found 2000 more valves in Pennsylvania in the Philadelphia area, thousand, the Philadelphia area and 300 Pittsburgh rabbit so the finding balance that some of that's legit.

So that is not legit but that all groups that outcome determinative that we look at these other states as well you to deal with reality what is going to be the reality we get the final vote total in Arizona in Georgia and Nevada. I think that's very important.

I think I think that North Carolina will hold. But what about Arizona, Georgia and Nevada because you gotta have two of those Pennsylvania distilled matter is that I'm really brief right now that were looking at filing in response to the state become with Virginia.

Pennsylvania's objection to our motion in limine not on anticipates that an ending that as we speak. And then we get back from the break. I want to get into what this all actually looks like there's questions coming about military about balance will talk about all of that encourage people right now it's working.

The American Center for Law and Jessica seen happy people watch this broadcast over the last week of hundreds of thousands of every day. But more than that, these last week.

Your support of the ACLJ which is double this month before the matching challenge campaign goes a long way to allow one must not only do cases all over the world right here in the United States, but also bring you this broadcast so many other special projects.

That's ACLJ Donald matching challenge campaign ACLJ.org only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

We are grateful. Now there's an opportunity for you to help me way limited time you can participate in the ACLJ's matching challenge every dollar you donate $10 gift gift becomes 100.

This is a critical time for the ACLJ. The work we do. Simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge today make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms you forgive today online ACLJ Jay Sekulow 60 restricting your phone calls answered a few questions of 100 684 31 to the 2000 684-3110 is a lot of information about Georgian military votes over to Jerry's call in Rhode Island because we got a little bit more information about that.

Hey Jerry, welcome the broadcast.

Thank you for their work, but will help you get back to the polls close. There's thousands of military's only active duty not counted and on the outcome determinative question what it some of those questions are active-duty service. There votes are not in account because that not all come to terms on that election is my two questions 8900, military and overseas balance that is not yet been received. That does not mean that instead that does not mean they will be received or that they were even sent by the individual. The deadline do you to receive is today, so that's number one number two. The ones that have come in apparently have been counted so, but this all these rumors going on just about six or 8000 military ballots, not not counted yet. That was what was sent out that did not come back so doesn't mean that they will be impacting on me. I think the President to win Georgia needs to win Georgia which means he needs to pick up 1500 right now 1585 seats, maybe 3006 or 4000 sees whatever it ends up being Chatham County's involved in this door that's not an easy scanning for him. No no no not only not heavily Democratic Savannah so I meet. I think again you you look at militant you look at what ballots show up today. We don't know. We know there's about 8000 outstanding or so that could come in today that have to be in today that about half those of military ballots.

They might come in they might not. So that could be very important.

Obviously, even if half of those came into could swing where Georgia is right now back into the trunk, because if they were military ballots, particularly Orsino, but that is a big if big if that Georgia is so close. I don't, you can ever put out right now you have to build a fight, you know, figure out how to find €1500 plus votes to take it back. It's what else is remaining. We know recount is coming in are in a state like that were 98% reporting and the vote margin is always 1500. That is where recount can matter. Okay, that's it. That's a small enough number where recount can matter and it could change the outcome. But, again, again, you, you look at the map all of this must include all these paths include waiting Pennsylvania and to stay on the legal challenge path in Pennsylvania, you've got to keep all of these uncalled basically where there is no chance that you can call the race at this point in the Pennsylvania ultimately you gotta get to a point. I think where the Supreme Court sees it as the determinative state for who wins the election that was that was the Bush versus Gore as it was one state that there was equal protection challenges range of river there was multiple aspects to birth Bush versus Gore you had the Miami-Dade aspect of the county that was one case, all those kind emerge up as the cases go up to what you would see in Pennsylvania there was a lawsuit filed yesterday. Those were denied their this is a possibly the lawsuit today based on evidence is being gathered at that evidence proves to be correct.

There may well be a lawsuit today or tomorrow that lays out protection issues that are relevant to this and then if Georgia holds that orb is regained by the President if Arizona goes to the President, then Pennsylvania is outcome determinative right right right every bit you think there's a lot there. I mean, so there's a lot of uncontacted and it can either happen this could in any moment. Rhett rapidly unfold one way or the other. I still think they were probably looking at a look at the numbers and the reason why I say it Arizona. Even with bide with the 43,000, the lead is it there so there's hundreds of thousand votes outstanding. There and every time they come in its their benefiting Donald Trump is way more of those posted by so the question is.do as they come into enough committed that benefit President Trump to overtake a 43,000 vote lead Nevada same kind of thing with a 20,000 delete and then again you go back to holding North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

I 164 3110 were taken of the money calls.

Let's go to Michelle in Florida Michelle which Florida did not end up becoming one that was even question it was a clear Republican win for Donald Trump and other Republicans.

Hey Michelle Walker Jay Sekulow live.

They are rated my anxiety listening to every day, and a bunch of different faith groups walkway movement had over 500,000 people in their and everyone clamoring in the various scripts that I am down and saying what we do what we do how can we help you 60 70 million people that are like what can we do to help this… Great question. They typically Michelle's first of all tell you what we have to do, which means that your part of the ACLJ unit with a look at the evidence we have to put together that evidence. Jordan knows as we were looking at briefs until what time finally sent a needed sleep.

Whatever that wasn't right around 1 o'clock in the mornings and so were looking at what the legal gotta do this. Very clinically.

I will say this, not that you're not keyed up in emotional and we got our job is like the surgeon in it about the surgery you beat clinical about this so were wide-eyed looking at the real issues narrowing the scope of those issues so that we have a cognizable case that can then go to court so I can't be.

I heard from my cousin a felt tip pen was usually an account the felt tip pen. It has to be a real issue and were hearing but in Pennsylvania that real evidence is being leased.

That's what were being told, being put together that would be a basis upon which the lawyers in Pennsylvania, not Jay and Jordan anti-lawyers in Pennsylvania would bring an action in state court challenging, that which we moved rapidly to the other courts in the state Supreme Court and, ultimately, the sprinkler guy states reporting on states that it's in our bailiwick and what we have to look at all this, of course, in the lower courts as well. Make sure everything is being done properly, but what we have to do at that point is and say okay here's the case secure the issues I talked to my colleagues bring up all of the sprinkler advocates that a great team of world-class team of lawyers, but you gotta make sure is outcome determinative and all these other things come in a place like Jordan said if state of Georgia falls away and there's not a check out there's a recount right okay that were still in the hunt, and then he still is still that of cognizable recognizable outcome determine claim if Arizona comes in.

The President takes it over within your even more in the end in the thick of it because that boy Pennsylvania really Georgia for that matter are really outcome determinative right exactly right. Even if you analyze it correctly. James it's the outcome determinative nature of the carrier getting evidence that's very important. You got to go into court with evidence you got to have affidavits you got to have proof you got to have anything of a lot more than simply allegations of misconduct go judges are not going to be impressed or moved by simply contentions there want to see hard evidence of something fraudulent or wrong or contrary to law, having happened right folks second power coming up will be take your phone calls 164, 31, said just got word that Joe Biden will be is expected to address the nation again tonight to do that pretty regularly, but will he try to make some claim to victory. That's the question hasn't done that yet say that a path like you will with visit declared victory yet. I some people wonder what will that happen tonight is does it go in the evening that something you just break 164 30 wanted support the work ACLJ matching challenge ACLJ.org the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge for every dollar you donate, it will be now $10 gift becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 you can make a difference in the world who knew protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most important to you and your family. Give a gift today online LJ live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow and now secular Jay Sekulow live what we can provide up there right now share this broadcast with your friends and family for watch on Facebook or scripts. They have the latest of dishes well from present Trump's attorney's because a lot of this is looking like legal challenges could be outcome determinative essay could be outcome determinative.

So in Pennsylvania right now it happened earlier lately. Last night I Joe Biden took the lead by about 10,000 votes.

As of right now little under 2000 votes in North Carolina present Trump's does a comfortable, almost 80,000 vote lead Nevada Biden with a 20,000 vote lead in Georgia. Joe Biden has now taken the lead only with 1584 votes box up with more outstanding there from places that may not favor present Trump as much and there's also this mailing issue there.

Where there's about 8000 overseas ballots that have not yet been received. Some of those, about half at least our military that they need. They have to be received today to be counted in Georgia and remember people people have to send back your balance so it's not like there's a guaranteed 8000 ballots coming that's kind of Georgia and then Arizona I Joe Biden with his most sizable lead in any of the states that are really important for him to get to 70 is in Arizona with 43,000 but still a lot of votes out Maricopa County. He plays to address the nation tonight. There's a lot of voting going to be none of none of these states have got to pour. They said there 100%. The lot accounting going into the mass than a question here and thank you note, you got contest election right now. That's when there's not been called yet. That's another thing.

We talked briefly about that. Where do we where does the Senate look like it's good to be at the end of this in the house as far as how that's shaping up. Yes, when the Senate J if people look at a map from the networks there probably seen a 48 to 48 split, but in all likelihood that's really a 50 Republican to 48 Democrats split because the race in Alaska is currently a 30 point edge for the Republican and in the 50th race would be Tom Tillis is in North Carolina, which also looks like it's got a hold of the two outstanding races there – we've talked about are the two races in Georgia and this actually directly impact with Jordan was just talking about those overseas ballots there actually don't need to be as many of them that would come in they could be outcome determinative in the Presidential race for them to get counted because David Perdue needs just a very narrow narrow edge among them to push him over the 50% threshold to avoid a runoff. If he could do that J that would be the 51st seat for Republicans in the United States Senate.

If he can't do that. There are going to be to run off races in the United States Senate in Georgia on January 5 that if if Joe Biden is elected to the White House could be could control the balance of power in the United States Senate. That's it. That's a big if, at this point in the house. J. Actually, this is this is pretty big news.

It's kinda getting pushed aside.

Republicans are going again. Probably somewhere between seven and 10 seats in the United States house including a whole slew of pro-life are Republican women so very good night actually in the United States house for Republicans, Democrats are very likely to continue to maintain control, Republicans won't get all the way there but it looks like somewhere seven rail behind 10 pickup if you got time to cut it with a different survey. Yet the drip a Democrat would be somewhere around 225 two 227 right in that range and the need to 18 for the majority, so you know, seven, eight, nine, above.

When a 2018. Cut loose control house in the Presidential election remained fairly familiar, but that's the historically in the midterm. The present tense to do if it is present. Biden with no base of right yet but they tend to lose seats absolutely and if a Biden gets inaugurated, his party is likely to lose seats in part because he will be pulled even further to the left so the Republicans might stand a great chance of retaking the House of Representatives issue that you and 2022 from because if you look at this long-term ballgame. You look at it after the break was a look at that yeah long-term is is interesting here me, especially with they did not make the house case they wanted to.

The Democrats there did not appear to look like it will take back the Senate all either so it's been a bad move by them.

So you got Schumer closely taking a lot of blame right now we know that's happening party is very upset with them and their leadership would be that they will go asleep that that question still remains, we will take your call 2064 3110. Remember that you challenge an ACL today.the American Center for Law and Justice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad.

Whether it's defending religious freedom. Protecting those uncovering corruption in the Washington bureaucracy and fighting to protect life in the courts and in Congress.

The work we simply would not occur without your generous take part in our matching challenge make a difference in protecting the constitutional and religious freedoms you forgive today online okay only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice.

Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when used with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question free copy mission life today online ACLJ/Jay Sekulow live this out and Washington Post reporter Erica Warner was on this time at a conference call with House Democrats that they all had about the 2020 election why they go anywhere near so they expected in Virginia Congresswoman Abigail Spangenberg who is barely had her race to be reelected in Virginia is angry. She said on their dim Democrats caucus call. We lost races we should've lost defined police almost cost rewrite my race because of the attack at don't say socialism ever again. We need to get back to basics that she was yelling during this so they they realize it well. The White House we don't know who will be the next President. Yet that Democrats did not benefit even from where Joe Biden was benefiting by flipping states back to blue like Wisconsin and Michigan being your waiting Virginia big Solberg around the table with Harry Harry, first let me.

I think that says a lot that you've got Democrats that upset even when loose.

I think that the because the even with the White House. They know now they're not likely to be will accomplish a lot of their goals, so long as what it looks like the Republicans could flip it back in two years the house and Republicans are maintaining control the Senate because of this anti-police action defund the police and of course that this kind of talk of socialism renew deals fracking tax advantage fracking banning oil and Ed and of course at that hiking taxes didn't work at a local level you are precisely correct. So the Democrats were missed loud by their most vociferous members and those were the radical left wing years. The individuals with supported Medicare for all the green new deal. The black life matter movement. They had sympathy for the rioters and NT file. Those things do not play well in middle America, where the districts are located.

So, for instance, the Democrats could pile up. Let's a huge bridge majorities in Manhattan and Washington DC and other large urban areas thought they could lose the districts where average middle-class Americans are located middle-class Americans don't support socialism, they don't support a tax increase but don't support the green new deal and other unintelligent ideas that are pushed by AOC and the squad and so I think that's why the Democrats suffered some setbacks in house races, yet they still got called by those favors race were there so 4% of what I stating she's only up by 5500 votes of that they get they can lose more seats that that which is which is what is so interesting.

I mean, again, I want to go to fan because they are looking at Congress. This was a huge failure. Put aside the Presidential race right now. They obviously were not in sync very well and because of that. Maybe they were just a little too much.

They thought they just had in the bag because of all the polls which show that was such big leads Presidentially that all we do is beyond Biden's coattails that I was the case they lost seats in the house and will and we thought you present truck could weighted they could retake the Senate. It looks like that may be the opposite, potentially, yet focusing on the house door nominees or heavy losses in the house. If you look at most of the national pundits they expected Democrats to pick up seat. Some of them as many as 10 seats and then in all actuality it's can be something more like Republicans picking up 10 seats that's a swing from what was expected of about 20 seats and we just drill down on one thing in the house, torn because if you remember two years ago. Speaker Pelosi even with that huge majority had a difficulty holding onto the speakership. There is dissension in her rank and she had difficulty getting to the 218 number to hold onto that speakership Jordan. If the numbers end up where it looks like they're going to adjust eight or 10 Democrats from either of the AOC crowd or from the center's crowd either wing or some combination of the two Jordan could deny her the speaker's gavel. So these 10 losses.

I mean II do think Democrats are going to hang onto the house, but I think it's an open question. Actually, Jordan, whether or not Speaker Pelosi is going to be able to retain that gavel.

She had said that this would be her last cycle around.

Maybe she can cut some sort of deal on that belike. I think if the numbers land where there were there likely to one of the stories were to be looking at next month is whether or not she can cobble together the votes inside her caucus to continue to be speaker that's just how bad the night was for them with the I think about that. Herod, as it was that bad of a night that will will Nancy Pelosi.

If Joe Biden is on a path right now you know how to potentially be present that it could be Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer who fall absolutely.

I think it's clear beyond question that Nancy Pelosi her name. Her background and her policies are essentially a dead weight on the backs of many Democrats in outlying districts who could forget for instance, Nancy Pelosi getting her hair done and I don't know if that plays well in central Virginia or Central Pennsylvania or Central Michigan. I doubted and so I think the Democrats have work to do and I think Nancy Pelosi also was a victim of her own arrogance are able to take some your phone calls. We hundred 64 3110.

That's what 100 684-3110 affect the phones we go Alice go to Justin Virginia on line 6 Justin welcome Jay Sekulow Lodge on the air you America equipped with politically going on days I think admitting a marker mockery of our one constitute a valid ballot is my question seems like we have no concrete answer to allow monitor the development, monitor recount is conducted that to overcome the bully down to the first question, Debbie. Every state has different standards that the Constitution is more complicated. We get into the five states he could be determined yes so Harry Constitution vest in the state legislature. The determination on actually held the election itself takes place. If there's violation of federal law course and offered some constitutional issues equal protection that's different, but the states have their own unique ways of handling it absolutely, and the states have continued to change the rules essentially in midstream, but I think the caller's point should be well taken, the New York Post, for instance, wrote an article in August, well before this election, in which they interviewed an individual who have participated in active mail fraud. It's also important for everyone to remember that during the June primary in the state of New York over 84,000 New Yorkers had their male votes thrown out for incorrect filing and so sometimes the rules are very very arbitrary and it is difficult for voters to fully understand those rules.

Plus you also have the potential for outright fraud dictate is also Jordan.

You know this and wanted to hear your comment on this and get is to start with you. Look, the whole problem with this situation. In some states was this universal mail-in ballot for the state. Yes, without request, without verification with a check. So when the President says no.

This was Reagan or this was election fraud. The states that allowed this set themselves up for allowing these things to take place. Yes, so the President said I don't like that. I want people to vote in person. That's what it's supposed to be an there's always been absentee balloting and and military ballots coming by mail this universally was not where it did not work in it.

I was warning about this the whole time you test this in midterm elections in off year elections in states that have done it so that you don't states that are used to it by the Lakewood Oregon there is no issues that it was a battleground state, but that they are used to doing it there, they could testing it for a number of election cycles.

The problem is when you get in the states it already could barely Ballots on election day in absentee ballots like Pennsylvania like metro Atlanta. They always have issues adding this to it in a in a pretty unreliable U.S. Postal Service regardless of what you want about the fundraising habits were money went through the Postal Service. It was good to be disaster. It has been a disaster is been a disaster of tremendous proportions and it may cost one of the candidates the white the White House because just because of the manner in which the states were so unprepared that we are literally on Friday and they cannot finish counting votes in major cities that have giant staff heavily can't azide lie step yes I it's disgusting is it's ridiculous when you look at the leaders you hear from the leaders you know what side there ought yes they make no mistake, this since they outfox the reality boxed, like taking covert they were outfox Republican vote by mailing about every body and then getting internal higher because people left do anything to fill out a mail-in ballot that in many of these blue states they would go back and tell it how to correct the code. Can I say this though we were looking all the subsequent telling depth and that this event, the ACLJ for America for putting our side hats. Regards. This is a falling out.

Here, but this President came to these hostages was incredible has been incredible. The previous ministration we have to beg to get attention and join you were doing a lot of that was cc I'll get a bag to get attention with this administration. The President felt like it was his obligation as the present United States to get a citizen so absolutely right absolutely right, and he did and he followed through with that by even you putting sanctions on Turkish executive cabinet members and singers was owned by the next day.

Be on the entire economy, and so this present get three Supreme Court justices three solid conservatives, including one very recently. There's a lot to be proud of you got more done in these first four years, even under attack by the Russia hoax by Muller by impeachment and again the the just nonstop attack by the media dividends at Democrats to undermine his presidency will have long-lasting effects and if the Senate remains a Republican hands.

The tax hike the tax cuts that he made are not going anywhere and that will be good for the economy itself. You do have to start looking at that shoe because I wire why are we still fighting wire you all still fighting and engaged.

That's why because you know it's worth doing everything possible if there could be a way to get to another four years of this present begin charge it's worth fighting for. Until the last fight. You can make it credible legal arguments. You have to be made and our job here and in looking at this is is to see the credible legal challenges and advise on those that's exactly what were doing as well were not looking to make arguments that do not bear credibility and do not have a foundation in the law, they've got to be based on sound legal principles sound evidentiary principles. They have to be based on the Constitution and the statutes we've got going to go to court.

We've got to do it in the proper way that we have always litigated cases at the ACLJ and that is respect for the statutes, the Constitution, the originalists and textiles, meaning you don't go in half cocked and try to do things in a way that's not appropriate you do it based upon what the Constitution mandates and you do it based on the sound legal strategy will skip the fellows 164 3110 you get the mayor of Philadelphia. Save the present is as big boy pants on and now spec is lost a while there still counting votes in Philadelphia. This is my take real credible statements and values that import right exactly. So I mean this is getting a sub swatch of the breaking news Pelosi coming under Logitech right now. She said Jordan thing is that because she did so poorly. The real exhaust states that way when it looks like the White House we flip and and especially in blue states that they should have won more seats they lost seats in the house and in the Senate. They were expected to pick it up even of Donald Trump one.

There was a thought that they could still pick up the Senate and now with the race so tight with Joe Biden winning a flipping allow those formerly blue states back to blue. There still good and probably not get the city control you and George exactly correct that Indiana House of Representatives Democrats are expected to run ahead of VP Biden and they ran dramatically behind and I mean I think honestly just think you could ask just about any national pond and if you would've told them of the Republicans were to pick up 10 seats in the house.

I think they would have told you that Speaker Pelosi, I would not be the speaker for the next turn on not predicting that now. But make no mistake about it was a very, very bad night for Speaker Pelosi local 164 3110 is good. Dennis could hold on Oregon and a little carried, except that he did this while taking my call. The question I understand that Wisconsin might still be under a recount and I'm not sure about that but on the other states that are the continent truly is and it would happily go to trial.

How does that there will be electoral votes of electors electors that Wisconsin is ahead by by J bike 20,000 votes and they deftly confirm that there will be recount request what it looks like you either same kind of situation like that, of course, if they flips. Electors go to the present estimate it's it's a recount is a lot of there's always a shift in votes, but it's not usually that that be a big one and cannot say it's impossible.

Nothing is is why they they put it at that margin they put those percentages and for reason but it's that way if you happen recount a state like Georgia let Sadie got a 2000 point lead by somebody that's a much more likely to see it maybe may be a flip then to stay where he valued at 20,000+ point lead for lead topless combatants carry Missouri could hold on a cable for the Jay Sekulow live I think it probably so not like the hundred thousand that appeared in multiple dates overnight. That first night when we all went to bed. I they separated out of a mix with their wrath being all of those carry our being there looked at. There's a lot of speculation on that. But, but hairier a Michigan guy and there are representatives of each campaign in these rooms were these are counted. So if there was a credible report among sailors not of 100,000 votes mysteriously.

That would be significant but again you would go to court to enforce that if you have to absolutely and the city of Detroit has always had let Satan a difficult reputation with respect to its capacity to count votes accurately and so based on this historical record.

I think there are suspicions about Michigan and those suspicions are justified. But the question becomes, can you come up with a sufficient amount of inducible facts to challenge the result in court. Is anybody or surprise a Pennsylvania is in the middle of this because of the mess in Philadelphia another place in Pennsylvania what you've campaign in Pennsylvania recently got ready would with this is this is Prince of the classic Pennsylvania when you've got a close race having a 12,000 vote margin. This is Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, specifically that not capable of carrying out a fair election. Honestly my opinion when it's this close.

So when it's down to them. They're just not capable.

It's not it it it's still find this world there's only about 12,004 about right and and were relying on an incompetent, corrupt local government to decide what will be the pivotal state deposit looked at it has to be one of the pivotal state and and again you're putting your faith in Democrat operatives who are elected officials who know how to steal elections and have been doing it for long time so the only way to win their I think where to outright and you got to go to court is how present from the last time it was so big they could not stay with caught them off guard.

Remember they said were not to be caught off guard again.

This time they know how to make sure there's enough balance in harvested whatever you recall, it some of that may bid. I think illegal so that may have just been the document caught off guard again.

They got they got a gift with mail-in ballot things and I do think that my thing was in the probably not you examine value for going to. I don't think so because of the numbers and I get what's outstanding still in the other states that the broadcast.
