Jay Sekulow special studio John Spicer, White House press secretary for Pres. Trump would join us right here in the studio on Jay Sekulow live in our special advisor for national security and foreign policy record now on twitter and Facebook censorship have a government is now taking action will talk about that and more today on Jay Sekulow live live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow line phone lines are open for your questions right now called 1-800-684-3110 1-800-684-3110 and now your host below Jay Sekulow live your phone calls to 160, or 31 to obviously real three weeks, less than three weeks before the election. Early voting beginning all across the country drove and saw the lives of people doing early voting. It of course. In some states is mail-in voting there's issues with that. So that's I think is a great time to have a very special guest in the studio with us touches the joining is by phone but but right here the studio with me and that is Sean Spicer, the former White House Press Secretary as Sean has a new book out. It's called leaving America. Sean, thanks much for being here with us, and 36.

Glad to be here to press F5 if you have to come to the mothership to see it on and and that I understand how impressive this place is in and what you guys are doing so got shot usually begets each other through camera died looking through there and when them on your show on Newsmax which is great. This is your second book that we will get three but the sky.

The first, it will get into a more. The second segment, but tell people about why you chose her to write leading America present trumps commitment to people patriotism and capitalism.

It's out now. Yellow Amazon is that was our house on Spicer.com everywhere lead literally sign books yard in the Nashville area.

Sale every line but you know I wrote it because I think that people need to understand what were up against. We talk about a lot of conservatives when you look at big When you look at Hollywood. When you look at media when you look at academia and you understand the totality of how the left is persuasive pervaded through all these institutions and the level of indoctrination that exists in each one of them.

I look at people.

I so when you read this book, you can have several. Aha moment you can ago and now I get why journalist are the way they are you going to get why the media happens for everyone who wants that New York Post story this week happen and get you censored.

This explains why it explains the headwinds and everybody faces on the right, in big tack and in the media you exit the chapter in the book entire chapter book of this is someone who would know about. Obviously, because been dealing with the press of throughout his career in politics.

I called tech pirates versus Trump now we just seen it come to full fruition in the last few days you get when you go to publish a book. I know you've done it, but yet you never know what the environment is gonna look like when it actually had shells.

I couldn't of time. This better because what is happened in the last 96 hours has been unbelievable these two town halls last night watching once I get beach balls in the other side get thrown hardball the moderator debating trauma in a town hall but as you point out the censorship that exists the reaction of the media.

The fact checkers. All of this is covered in the book and the beauty of it is it if you sit back and I can't believe this is happening. It explains why Rita II think that with the news of his comments about C-SPAN Steve Scully. He was good moderate nonresidential debates on the new bit of evolved and that I've been involved in the prep for Presidential debates before for candidates. The fact that he was going to moderator presents a debate he was lying about his twitter account being hacked and trite headway respond to the present about the fact that I was a get an intern for Joe Biden. Seems like it may be about the right guy and he just incentives that he did send a tweet and maybe was appropriate. He lives he was hacked and now I felt him out of the way, I know I stood up from I don't Steve a long time yeah and and I think he when he said to me to my face. I'm sorry and what kind of person that when when I know you and you tell me something. I believe that I set up foreman. I'm disappointed in you. Just as even down to C-SPAN think it's it's it's just how absurd and how to persuade how pervasive it is just the problem of the book again folks it's leading America is out now Pres. Trump's commitment to people patriotism and capitalism again. Sean Spicer.com, Amazon.com will talk about this a lot more shall we come back better for another segment in the studio where the saw Jay Sekulow live question for Sean that 100 684 31 to about his new book, leading America, but let me encourage you to go out and get this book focuses were getting close to election day is time to understand, just everything you write back Jay Sekulow challenges facing Americans for some time and are no more freedoms or constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to the American Center for Law and Justice for decades on the front lines projecting your freedoms and rights in court in Congress to get in the public arena and exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ God where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold mission like it will show you how you personally. Publication includes all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists ramifications.

40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in what Obama care means many ways your membership is empowering the right question mission in life today online/broadcast of the week but usually we don't have guests out about books usually get right to the issues we have mom because her specialist, but there are certain individuals who both are have that knowledge to bring you, but also have written books that are very important for you, especially our audience and again if you're just joining us, Sean Spicer, a former White House Press Secretary in studio with us today so I'm not just joining us by phone or via Skype and Sean is pretest great actually I see it had to have you in here you've got a new book out.

I want to just tell people case they missed the first was the broadcast is your second book is called leading America Pres. Trump's commitment to people patriotism and capitalism. It's out now. People got you what you said you would by Barnes & Noble near our studios and sign books just before being here at signaled a place where the bookstores are open go bite at the bookstore if you will order it online.

Sean Spicer.com, Amazon, the normal places this your second book that it's it's interesting since leaving it is.

White House Press Secretary, you've got you dancing with the stars.

Chapter 2 said there that's there but you can't you can't ignore that. Certainly I think that by being white I will get this first by being present transfers. White House Press Secretary, the notoriety that came with that.

Just the fact that yes with weathered start live weather's nice weather to mean but it's just it, it had to be very unique because both of us have been in politics before your people inside the Beltway to who the Press Secretary is right, but as I spent the night side. The Beltway yeah, and maybe a few people really into it, but that's about it and NNU are forgotten right while you were doing your press. We things on C-SPAN one or two people knew who you are. If your political junkie and an it was fasting in you and your dad know this well because it's the same thing that the Trump world has put a whole new brand on people that surround the President and made them household names in a way that I never ever thought I joke with people Jordan when I I spent six years of yarns have probably did 500 television appearances and the closest I ever got to wreck it being recognized was in the sweater section of the Joseph a Banks, and Alexander like the guy was like a are you a Republican that happens that it happens all the time that that's the kind of normal people think about your own TV. Everybody was there to actually notice the person that have that capability bill spot them like that the people I was like a conflict. I know you do how do I know you stuff like that but things have had to change significantly for you and she got this new experience. Not only would dance with the stars but now you are back in studio hosting your own show on Newsmax now you're asking the questions a kind of directing the topics and I lobbied on the blog has a great show. I actually folks I think it is similar to our show gives time to actually get into the issues you care about is that of just three minute soundbites from two people yelling at each other debating so, you can if you're conservative it's a great place to go to get the extra info so you're more prepared and understand more but tell people about the books and to write a second book is it's a get to and after doing the first would you know what you're getting yourself into, but they drink a cove or two, but what will people learn in this book. It's a great question because I think it depends on what you care about. But as I said at the beginning. I think it in totality in under it gives you a sense of what headwinds conservatives are up against in all of the major institutions, NY, and the thing is, in each chapter and each part, I talk about a way in which conservatives are winning and so for example I talk about what's going on in both K-12 education which is eye-opening to say the least, and some of the courses topics and policies that are being pushed on little kids and I talk about college right and so I take an example turning point USA which Charlie Kirk is running and talk about how they're combating the liberal ideology does going on and exposing people to conservative since I go through Holly. What I go through journalism and talk about outlets that are giving rise to alternative voices like you're doing like I'm doing on Newsmax and sink. See there are ways that we can fight and win and get the word out because what liberals fear most.

I've come to realize is not concert it is being exposed to conservative values and policies and pencils because they know that their common sense and so what they try to do is cancel out shot out and shout down any element of conservative thought or discussion because they know the lose here.

This is the key point because we are literally living it right now. Such an energy such other sometimes you write a book and it hits right at that moment, I think yours did because we are literally have the Senate Judiciary Committee is planing to subpoena the CO twitter you know I appreciate Noel Ricker now his special visor test ACLJ he got blocking twitter last week over sharing his friends parents.

The live bouncer showed up to his first from parents who been deceased for 10 years and they blocked him saying he is some kind of voter fraud thing and he was trying to show that actually have. This is the problem of voter fraud eventually gets resolved, but he's Ricker now for a lot of people they're not Ricker Dell and director of national intelligence like something to go right and so so what can he get it fixed. After days and days going 1,000,205. This is to me it's just it's just it just came at the right time and now finally Jordan think what this they locked Kaylee McInerney's account for sharing a story's for publication. That is the largest longest-serving publication in America founded by Alexander Hamilton. They blocked her account for sharing a story, not for editorializing, not forgiving her opinion rank study for literally sharing something that, by the way, those same journalists for three years been talking about how we can't silence the press we've got to stand up for the media except for when that story doesn't benefit the left, right, and that is that the hypocrisy is unbelievable. Here you that's why said you have to get into the story true or not, that more research has to be done or faxing to come out but no one should be banned from any kind of outlet that allows people this kind of freedom to post as rules.

Of course, and laws.

I don't get deepened that effort that they will the sedition committee. But here's the people from from pop from posting a just a will a new source to be that friends either near New York Post suddenly becomes banned on twitter.

It's it that's what we come to but how ironic they were having this discussion with you here in a place that you guys fight for law on liberty and all these things and and yet the reason that twitter can do this is because a section of the federal decency act section 230, which treats public, which treats media organizations different. It gives these social media platforms. The ability to do this with immunity so they can attack you. They can block you.

They can shut you down and you can't do a thing worse if the Washington Post of the New York Times on out. Sort of came after you are set malicious or untrue things you could sue them right. You can't do that with them don't need to repeal that the FCC did announced yesterday that it is you pie that that the chairman there.

He said they are going to rewrite that site. They're going to do a better rewrite a review and an new interpretation. I think your primary pricing.

Further, but that's been the problem is we let these companies kind of start out. There was kinda no rules. No one and everybody enjoyed their some understanding and sense as to why was done. Now I just I think that the idea that were almost into four years of Pres. trumps we have an FCC a federal communications commission that he controls, and were still talking about what should be done is ridiculous. We need action. We need action now to join your book your people to learn all about this, but that's that. See the thing is is that you you obviously understand all this. This is what you guys fight here at the time, for a lot of people.

They sit there and say I don't get it why and the point is we need to understand to be equipped with the tools to fight and win in understanding the problem is half the battle. Understanding why a journalist acts the way they do when you read the chapter on journalism school and understand what they get taught by who they get taught in the material you get it you go. Now I understand why they act the way they do.

You talk about that this at this this key keys and onto everybody was his broadcast right now is chapter 8 is called the title grade schools as battlegrounds restless. I will start there because we got a lot of audience. Of course with with young kids.

We got a lot of grandparents listing right now, everybody's nervous about that because they're seeing a lot more about what their kids are being taught because of the zoom classes to certain they know their learning a lot more but missing even like the gradeschool level supervisor battlegrounds were talking second third fourth fifth grade and here's the thing ID to listen and I learned a lot writing this chapter there is a school not far from where I live in Virginia. They gives kids the day off to go protest to protest climate change. Okay now I write this in the book. I'm not here to argue about the causes, but take out climate change in insert a right to life Mark right would you feel the same if that was happening and I would argue that most liberals probably wouldn't. And Nate, but the ideas were falling behind in stem education and science and math and instead of teaching the kids and try to catch them up on reading and writing, arithmetic, foreign languages signs were sending them out to the world to sing, take a day off and go protest a cause that we at taxpayer financed school to tell you which causes are good and bad were closer. This is getting a higher education of the journalism school. So prepare a of parent scrapers of David's student is interested in that you need to learn is to get this book she understand what's specifically happening in these journalism schools as well because a ghetto you're getting this from someone who's lived it is Sean's lived it and and this is still living in your first chapter 1st chapter, we had a minute left with you today Sean in the studio. It's great to have you here is 2020. The battle for the soul of America. Often times it was a this election is the most important ever. But but a lot of us to see me. Maybe it's your Judge Barrett's confirmation three Supreme Court justices by Pres. trumps circuit courts that the wars that have been ended are coming to an end, but why do you believe that because if you look at what Harris Biden ministrations can do to this country. There's no way Biden can win and not take the Senate, and if you understand what two years unfettered liberal policies. We do this country that's that's that's everything for us and it took. We have been able to unwind Obama care. Can you imagine what two years of them passing all of these liberal Alexandria will cause your Cortez, Bernie Sanders policies. We do not Camille turn the clock back hearts of folks. The book leading America Pres. trumps commitment to people patriotism and capitalism. This is to get it Sean Spicer's brand-new book out this week get it Sean Spicer.com Amazon wherever books are sold. He was just siding across the street at Barnes & Noble will be right back. It's great admission, only one. A society can agree most vulnerable.

Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stay with the American Center for Law and Justice right to life. We've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition will show you how you were personally publication includes all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the history and what Obama care means to discover many ways your membership is empowering the right question for mission in life today online/challenges facing Americans is no freedom or constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress. In the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do your work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms.

In the event remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you for your thoughts. Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ God will where you can learn more about her life changing, member today being seen. Okay. Second, we are take your phone close to 160 3110 working on connecting with our special visor record now would great to have Sean Spicer in the studio where the spokes as you can tell his work getting close to election day were trying to bring you just the best coverage possible. Best guess possible best analysis possible on the issues that people that you care about whether it's what I like in Sean's book. You know, getting ready for for what we are already are seeing the avalanche coming at not just by the way, that just that the President, but all conservatives and conservative speech were seeing it happen all across the country. If you will give us a call to your thoughts on this year. Sean was talked about how important the selected site. This is ads and I think you would go back in history there there certain elections that are to be bellwethers about where the country goes to last election was more are you to continue with that of the Obama style of politics with Hillary Clinton you continue those credit policies in this election cycle.

I think it's it's a it's it's the opportunity where America has seen something very different yet to see a different leader who makes decisions in a different way and I think that have been overwhelmingly great, but for our economy dealing with a pandemic you're dealing with all those issues, but of course he's very divisive right now and edit and and it will all become more divisive because that's how politics unfortunately will is is our country right now but on second point, I do want to make is that I think when you go to the second level of issue. The second level issue with what Sean was talking about is that if we allow this to continue.

If we go back to the Obama days, we don't move forward using the make America great again movement to continue it really right back where we were to guess what twitter then I could be being called to testify, the Seo is to be subpoenaed there to continue to to love to shut down Concerta speech and record our special visor for national security and foreign policy is joining us right now on Jay Sekulow live, and Rick. I know you're traveling the country a seer you are here you are here you bit I think probably to other states posits that since you been here at I want to ask you this because you as as in you talked about before you are you are blocked from twitter over something I think even get it was so absurd it was just as absurd as someone being blocked for sharing a news article from a major news outlet. Look where were in a real dangerous situation or Jordan because what we have is a situation where big tech is during an election, literally playing politics. There's no other way to say it. This is only happening to conservatives. So if they really did have this community policing standard and they wanted to fact check everything. Why are they doing that with Joe Biden went they doing that with liberals. Why didn't they do it when the New York Times illegally got Donald Trump's taxes. There are whole bunch of issues here that show the hypocrisy of big tech and I think that's where the Republicans are having the biggest problem we we don't mind having standards that we disagree with. We don't always like it, but if there applied to be there applied equally to both parties that I think we can live with that but we really don't have that we tech has become part of the big media of Washington DC, which we know is totally biased, not absolute.

Let me see that Steve Scully I meet. The fact Rick, that is you are in the press room before you you you cut it.

It was a foreign policy world to but at the United Nations and the fact that someone who was going to moderate and we would've known at this point, all the from the South about a Presidential debate.

It's a C-SPAN guy you think of all the people he had to pry left-leaning but the kind of most dry engines can answer questions.

Whatever he's these weird tweets came out he was write your contacted people he scare much in this ahead of house. I responded Trump and we think that's because he he was he was, of course, like everybody in Washington media he interned for Joe Biden is a Democrat and so house I responded. Trump and then he said he was happy.

Now it's come out. He lied about all the times he said his twitter account was hacked. Rick and ended all the statements were his and he was a moderate that we would not have known that because Washington media stood up for him C-SPAN set up for him, so that debate could have gone on, but for the covert and this is a guy who was literally lying about his twitter account in the mainstream media bought it even though it sounded ridiculous and look great.

We we are lucky that we got this trip up from Scully because let's be honest, the debate commission came out and said we researched this issue. We've looked into it and are debate moderator is not biased. We had the debate commission tell us a falsity, first of all, they didn't check they didn't go through the research and they didn't try to to see if possible. It was like they just took his position and said we researched that he was hacked. So I would like the debate commission. Here's air something that we should pursue. We would. We should demand that the debate commission come clean and tell us what they did to go through the process to tell the country in the middle of a debate that there debate moderator was absolutely hacked and is not biased because that's what the chairman came out and told us, and so for me this is the problem of Washington DC you and I've talked about this before, we don't have a fight between Republicans and Democrats win a fight between the insiders in Washington DC which I would put the debate commission and Republicans and Democrats and a whole bunch of insiders versus the rest of America. Why is it that the New York Times didn't launch an immediate investigation of Scully's twitter habits while he was talking to you know only left-wingers why he was asking for advice from the left during the debate on how to deal with Tromp. All of these issues should have been on subjects that are media in Washington DC were interested in, except they were interested because they protect their insiders. Another example of the inside versus the rest of America and Rick, you know that really got about a minute half-life and it's even happening with that with this Hunter Biden story in your fax keep coming out about it and every euro everybody there's lot more that needs to be looked at. Usually the media they would also be doing that that but they all rushed to this conclusion that the this is, this can't be true. And even if there is a laptop that that's wrong. Even though these the guys while protecting confidential sources.

People leaked classified information they got no problem with that but but it again legacy media that mainstream world really doesn't care about all those rights when it's not benefiting there because again you want to know. I just have personal experience with this.

A group of reporters who are some of the worst are the national security reporters in Washington.

They many of them are just blatantly political reporters on Greg Miller from the Washington Post last night immediately comes out with this story saying that Rudy Giuliani and was compromised and in the intelligence community knows that and this is all Russian propaganda that is not true that is not true unverified intelligent is not something that you should be reporting on like that, we must only have verified intelligence and we get unverified in a wreck. It is extremely reckless to call people that to call things unverified around right after Rick was talking to ACLJ's been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side.

If you're already a member.

Thank you for your thoughts. Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.org or you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow and secular first half-hour you. There are not many broadcast can bring you live Sean Spicer the studio and their special advisor for – security and foreign policy. A record now former cabinet member present Trump's former US investor Germany back to back this close election. So is it in. That was just the first half-hour, the broadcast and now I will start here for you to 1-800-684-3110 is both shot you know we both Sean and Rick discussed the censorship this the media the way they are acting and and you don't Sean us, Sean Sammartino, Sean Spicer of the review have people here from Chandra submit the candidate, but this is Sean Spicer and Italy talk about 47 US code section 230 protection for private blocking and screening of offensive material and how the Internet and Internet.

Basically, these companies are exempt from the kind of rules that actually would govern normal any kind of normal outlets and so that kit since they get in trouble for censorship that me that would lose licensing fees like that because that's what the FCC does it's it's it's the idea that in this is from a G pipe that was the FCC commission chairman. He said social media companies have a First Amendment right to free speech, but they do not have a First Amendment right to a special immunity denied to other media outlets such as newspapers and broadcasters. So if they are in fact if now these social media companies innocence have become, should they be treated more like media outlets like newspapers and broadcasters and not just like social media because Riverwood started social media was like friends and family and you know is starting colleges like Facebook but twitter certainly that celebrities use it for other things but but twitter specifically in some of those others show social services, a social like a Facebook leave God's unity and there's always new words popping up but Facebook as well as pushing the Facebook pages, like other official taste ACLJ pays the official Jay Sekulow page where people are watching this broadcast right now.

It'll if you not list of the broadcast on radio pride want to get there so it is since that's become. It's different. It's not just all about.

I got your personal paste Facebook page or I'd buy twitter counties talk back and forth, my friends, we, though. I mean it's it's very much. Twitter is a breaking news source effect.

Twitter often times before you even get the notice on your phone that they're breaking news happened.

Twitter's got it there first bid certainly before website has it so if you worked watching the news.

At that moment where they may have it at the same time where they can orally report out to people that you could you actually could find it on Twitter. Often times faster than you might even get a notification. If you have though set up so the FCC is announced they are going to review how they interpret this section 230.

Specifically add and while the elected officials have to actually change the law, you can head the FCC could interpret and has the legal authority to enter interpret section 230 and they are going to do a new rulemaking to clarify its meeting. So this is very important that it has to be seen to see this through to get it done and I think that's very important to talk about is what hundred 64 3110. That's what hundred 684-3110 when we come back with ignore your phone calls on Jay Sekulow live I get into politics as well, but the censorship issue concerning about how concerned are you about it.

Twitter deciding what news people can carry over tuk-tuk you like random person's blog here. Talk about your post, make it big mainstream news outlets and again shutting it down, blocking you from your account blocking you from sharing. This is just news is often times is does not end up being the fact they report things that are alleged all the time you read that in news articles.

Most the time things are alleged to have been or may have happened or it appears that they use that language because it there.

Try to get you information and sorting through it at the same time will be right back Jay Sekulow challenges facing Americans or substantial time, with or without freedom or constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades on the frontline protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress. In the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. Here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms event remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you thoughts well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.where you can learn more about our life-changing, member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally publication includes all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later there would Obama care means to discover many ways your membership is empowering the right question for mission life today online/back to Jay Sekulow this Jordan secular got to get your phone calls. Now what hundred 64 3110 portion of the competing town halls last night that that alone is a it was is a lesson in just the fact that one town hall. It's night was time to Sean's Sean before of the air is a sunny but soft balls. It's literally beach balls and tossed softly to Joe Biden would still like a light little beach ball. Not even a softball which you it is actually you is easier to catch maybe, but I mean beach balls is what he use the term and here's what you had a former Obama administration speechwriter is one of the questioners at the APC town hall last night. You also had a a a speaker, a questioner who is tied to a Democratic politician in Pennsylvania. So one of the speaker questioners at the ABC event with Joe Biden was Nathan Osborne, a former speechwriter for the Obama White House. He worked for public into public affairs the Commerce Department is his profession.

ABC city was used in communications, but this was someone who got to question Joe Biden the town hall that was supposed be like undecided voters. People have decided was Lily someone who worked in the ministration. He was the vice President of that that's that was in it that another question the town hall was a got a Mike Hecht who ace the ABC presented as a physical therapist. Okay, this is interesting because you start looking through all this folks and you realize what everything were talking about. It's real is the he is the though the husband of our the wife as relates a high-profile Democrat Pennsylvania who ran a campaign in 2018.

Challenging the state majority leader.

I mean that this is like. It goes on and on. This is who got to question Joe Biden that you watched, you know, Savannah Guthrie, she's like screaming at present from that the present trip to the great job he is talking to the actual people but could you imagine that that NBC would've loaded up the questioners as people who formerly worked for Pres. Trump or or that the that were Republicans or that were trump supporters and they just gave him another title.

This is what were talking about folks that the media is is against is against us. We know that, but they are stooping to some new lows.

Now I need to some new lows without George step labs.

I will give them credit for this one question. He really pushed Biden on court packing and Biden finally really did give the answer, he doubt. He says now you will hear there that he will give an answer on whether not he supports it before election day course. He also keeps saying all the time people are devoting so this there shouldn't should be assessed record nominee going forward so it sits regarding voting Joe Joe why not just tell people now so they can know that as they go in. Maybe the early vote but anyways, take a listen to step out is really pushed about before the election. You are open to expanding the court.

I'm open to considering what happens.

From that point on he said so many times during the campaign alter the course of your career is important to level Georgia if I if I say no matter what answer I gave you if I say that's the headline won't be about what's going on now. The improper way to proceed but don't voters have a right to know what they do have a right to know and understand the right to know where I stand before they vote, with a clear position for election day.

Yes.

So he says he will come out with a clear position before election day on court packing, he says, people do deserve to know. This is because, of course, he was asked by a reporter he's trying to cut a pushed back a week plated or sometimes we said that the voters don't deserve to know the voter that was his response. They don't deserve note, the requester said don't voters does just deserve to know your position on this. He said no they don't. So the merit. But this was his time to kind of try to pull that back is it's become. But it's in political ads. Of course, across the country.

But then he cut it. Still, this is where I think he's saying basically let me interpret for you is the Jordan secular interpretation of rambling Joe Biden who just a week ago said they don't. Americans don't deserve to know so you see, he puts his finger in the wind. You are correct that had a politician just just think about fingering the one type which the people to like what I said there some to say the opposite. He says it's going to depend on how the Barrett nomination goes well let let me tell you folks something wild happens that you drafted. I came think of yet or ordered like some crazy they would just be making up hypotheticals. She's on track to be confirmed so he saying I think that if she gets on the Supreme Court, and he wins the election and he's been exposing us as before, but so it will be if she could talk to the Supreme Court. He would support court packing by Democrats by question to him back to that within B while at present trump wins and the student remains Republican and maybe the house gets a little closer and the baby gets a little little bit. Maybe the house goes Republican.

Totally this cycle may be goes next cycle still feel that way, the court packing because you're what, that you present trump to add three more for more five more you see where he's gotta be in trouble. His base wants him.

He's basically telling his base all supported. I guess because they're going to push through Barrett, but you see what the press and he said he is exactly what Harry Reid did when that numbers change you that need 60 votes anymore to get a confirmation through legislative yard it is again folks very telling that wonderful calls would hundred 64 a, 3110 let's go to Stephen Washington state on line 1 Steve Walker to Jay Sekulow live your on the air all follow the liberal talking points a lot that will unload that the device politician lollipop with people or bearer of the will provide people of politics has become extremely divisive. I think that's what shot Sean essays if it is, and you've got when you are on the conservative side.

It is not just an in recruiter was a time of this is not like Republicans versus Democrats this with her. Both try to get to Steve and they both have a ton of experience in the end. And like I have the arts. They've worked in the political side. The campaign side.

The decamping party side like a dart ceiling that impress aside that Ricky Ault make his way all the way to a cabinet position is that it's not so much now Republican versus Democrat. That's the big divisive thing. It's the insiders versus the outsiders and trumpets seen as the outsider. So they've the insiders and there is Rick said a lot of there are plenty Republicans in that group. Some Republicans, you might even support they might have policy positions you like, but they don't like these outsiders coming into Washington and shaking things up or quote draining the swamp.

I think that's what were getting to it they said that Pres. Trump himself got goes out the just to drive be divisive for divisive sake.

The media builds that narrative of the left builds that narrative, but let's all be honest, this is going to be a very divisive election. We all know that this is a big pretty tough pretty nasty and it's not just the candidates.

It's you see communities, families, debates going on about people. That's how you know it's it's really divisive. It should always be that way. But it's a Presidential election. We have to clear choices of very different paths to take the country down. What is to continue on the path of the present trump is as laid out the other is to really revert back to the Obama years and go further to the left. The Prez Obama was even able to do that because the choice people have ended. That's pretty different so what is that mean it means if you're on one of those sides and you really believe it in your on the other side you really believe it was pretty big division between there now.

There are a lot of voters who still try to figure all that out, because to eat that you gets so much division and they just want to know about like more belly houses going to affect me that your political talking points. That's the key group. I think in this election and that's a dwindling number of people is a dwindling number of people, but they still a very important role to play in these election cycles get to talk to solidarity our final segment covered up with Diane get you first will take more your phone calls at 164 3110 note that we have this tied IT to really start looking at because I think day-to-day. This could be more and more politics just Everett every day when you wake up here to see it when you go to sleep you to see it throughout the day. That's normal now are inundated with it. With so many different ways. But what are you picking up the off your early voting.

If you're if you're immortals battleground states like Diane is in the ninth North Carolina very there were to go to. I the next segment and at what I asked her what is it like on the ground there because that is what becomes key in these final few weeks are you seeing not just a candidate occasionally comes to one part of the state doesn't rally but are there volunteers out are there, are you seeing the people in early voting. If they're lower that your status or in person voting. Things like that.

What you think of friends from your family. Yet you know if like it's pellicle those questions.

If the election was right now we don't politics that we still have 18 days. That is like six months or year we had a Presidential election, but with early voting and mailing voting is a little bit different than the past because I like everybody's going to be voting on November 3 so I'd love to hear from you about what you think is happening on the ground, one 800 684 31 until this Friday to return to provide us info about what's happening on the ground. Only one. A society can agree most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

We are to your phone calls 100 X84 31 to 2 broadcaster Pat today. If you missed some of the broadcasting of friends and family for much of Facebook and periscope right now. You share the broadcasted today. Yet you shared at the end of the broadcast. Can we keep it up, and the people could see that we had your shot Spicer on in studio buddies. He was talking about will a lot of things, including the election, but also his new book, which is out this week. It's available now to leading America Pres. Trump's commitment to people patriotism and capitalism this again. Sean's brand-new book, you get a shot Spicer.com it was great to have him, not just on the show but in studio with us and that this is a book again. It's right up at election cycle is that the information that you need.

So I encourage you to check that out there we were joined by our special visor to national security for policy today ACLJ. Ricker, now former cabinet member on the censorship issue. I mean this is folks. It's coming loud and clear, and it's coming next week at we believe that with the twitter seal will be see a subpoenaed to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee so we cover that next next week as well.

Of course with all the election stuff. We rely could be a hate ignoring that certainly on Jay Sekulow live but I want to go to Diane from North Carolina online to Diane. Welcome to Jay Sekulow live your on the great thanks Diane currently now very democratic Lord, about what you were talking about earlier that they check during all impeachment now allowing people to come there protecting their own story to be all the news out about certain people. If it was leaked documents from whatever source, but it was hurting Pres. Trump Republican Republican in the Senate or the House for state position. They put it up. They put it up in it and if they know this was verified they would just say it's alleged her. These are believed to be emails is about.

We believe the believed to be the documents that are correct. I will try it were in the process of verified reverify to the extent we could possible and that you don't leave it up to than the person have to respond to. We don't be surprised that Woodley no what we have been a little shocked by, but we shouldn't be anymore. Is that what it's about the other side is not like the nonmainstream news just ignores the story they been doing that for years were used to that right.

They just don't even covered but now they're using Twitter and Facebook and social media platforms literally shut the story down so you can't get it anywhere, and that's what happened, and Twitter has announced this new policy that that they're knocking to do more labeling and not not take stories down a specifically but I don't think that's enough to stop their CEO for having to testify be subpoenaed and and it again.

That still them meddling in and the way they wrote the statement is like the edit when people say the label reports to come from hacks Hadley Henley know that they know if it's something is hacked versus leaked leaked documents that come out are the person leaked it committed a crime span that it may have him if there's like a government document purpose of his personal record like tax returns things like that. If it does get leaked.

The person leaked it committed a crime that the news outlet. It's some protections, but whose determining what is a leak versus a hacking had has Twitter Facebook that Lester someone says this was hacked.

They think about that and then our people claim they were hacked as that's what Steve Scully was doing C-SPAN and I like beating up on C-SPAN, but certainly that the presence of the pay commission needs, desires to beat up on and see Scully should've just been suspended. He should been fired moderate a Presidential debate and he was lying about his twitter account being hacked. We think about that that's that's the world we live in. Everyone rushed to defend him rushed to defend him, even though it's absurd. He's not 12 years old and what it was it that the hexed. It would make sense. Why would something that what he was writing they said was hacked was unlike something weird statement.

It wasn't like something that was obviously cursing or something that he would never say or it was at.

It was inappropriate questions to someone about how to handle one of the people who was going to be in the debate have to be. Of course present Trump but they said no no no he's telling the truth, not now, though now they actually got into his. I guess figured out that he was ever hacked at all the suspended so will he cut will he reappear in a year or two, and there is his back. Yeah I don't know. Let's go take more your phone calls Michael George this is this very interesting because I've seen long lines to for early voting hey Michael, luckily Jay Sekulow live well let me. I got there at 8 o'clock when it opened I was already like number 250 online vendor since 630. We took me six hours 50 minute where I was at why the boat 12 V and they closed six of because of the coronavirus stuff. I don't know the your you see in Douglas County, Georgia from Atlantis. I managed to retirement where you're from, but they have 12 you think Michael this is so that you stay seated because it need to see what's happening with early voting and imagine what is good happen election day and to and be prepared for. So if you got 12 working voting booths, figure out how to socially distancing correctly so your follow CDC guidelines everything it all that's good so that those 12 machines right.

Michael can be opened is having a lot of people think they could get young children at me.which I do like if I didn't really plan that day out that which is like an entire day they could just wait line people going out and buy lunch and bring it back everybody, this is just that one since I been I like to see people turning out to vote. I think that that's really cool. I think that it's cool that people will even wait line 6 hours to vote in the United States we should do a better job of that, though, I mean like if there's 12 voting machines like he's talking about. Figure out how to get all 12 open and I want to keep talking to people you throughout these next couple weeks where there's early voting about your experiences with that because that used to be the way to kind of get you out if Yorty had made up your mind, and end. Do we want to vote for and and nothing was going to kind of change that is early voting was was pretty's pretty simple and usually go there.

You might wait for five minutes early on. These people are calling about the early voting. This just opening up the last day or two.

If people are rushing to early vote. I maybe just to get it done because they don't they're worried that like telling you what if they don't what it all shuts down. The absence balance right or something like that like to get their vote in now and I encourage.

I actually drive by every day. If I see that got time stop and go in and vote to let you know by where the sticker the next time I do it talk to Jay Sekulow life ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.
