Jay Sekulow the Palestinians respond to stored Middle East peace tax on the state of Israel talk about that and more on Jay Sekulow will live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow line is that ceremony was taking right and the UAE militants inside Gaza fired two rockets towards the Israeli town of Asheville where we are today. One of them intercepted by Israel's missile defense system.

They are don't the other one landing here – note injuring six people phone lines are open for your questions right now called 100-6431 10, then with airstrikes inside the Gaza Strip overnight, at which point militants fired more rockets. 13. In total from a second route into southern Israel is reported from that second round attention does remain controlled Gaza Fox news that there will be no peace or stability to the needs of the Palestinians are met and now your host is Palestinian spotted two historic piece deals announced yesterday between Israel and Bahrain. Israel and the UAE and the present United States saying last seven ABC, not five, but additional nine countries from the Muslim world and we said the Muslim world. Not all the Gulf states with countries in North Africa have been discussed or been retied by countries even from the former Soviet blocks like Kosovo recognizing Israel for the first time in their history predominantly a Muslim former Soviet bloc country in their economic deal that they made was Serbia, which was historic as well.

A couple weeks ago so what is the response from Palestinians well 13 rockets fired Israel two people were injured in Israel. The iron dome intercepted eight of those missiles in the IDF responded with two ways of airstrikes.

I guarantee you a lot more damage was done on the Gaza Strip, which is typical the Palestinians to what they do. These these groups do is you get lunch 13 rockets at Israel. Minor damage done to people injured is not nothing in the course that means something, but most of those rockets get intercepted and then you get a wave of airstrikes on your people. That's what comes back at you and this is how the Palestinian leadership and he has decided to respond to the goal states beginning to line up and even more rumors. Rumors were reports that Saudi Arabia is very much considering you know this recognition of Israel officially in establishing formal diplomatic ties.

There would be no one left to fund the palisades except for some Iranian money to Hamas and even that gets complicated right. This is a reprehensible response to a historically steel that has been broken by Pres. Trump and I think that's very important that we recognize that it is through the, the impetus and through the work that has been done by Donald Trump. The birds of the art of the dealer extraordinaire, who is put together the Israelis, the Bahrainis and those in the United Arab Emirates and to have as a response to that rocket attacks from the Gaza Strip into peaceful Israeli territory is a reprehensible act of cowardice on the part of the Palestinians and their Israelis responded in kind, as they should have done to protect themselves. The IDF is there to protect it is not an offensive force that is a defense of force for reason but I think that the fact that the overtures for peace, the opening of these negotiations was met with nothing but violence on the part of Palestinians is a reprehensible show of display of evil really on the part of the leadership of the Palestinians in Gaza and elsewhere, yet also measures. Is this the end of that boycott, divestment, and sanctions movement that we been fighting so aggressively here in the United States and across the world.

When you have these major Islamic powers, states, nations say they want to work cooperatively economically with Israel.

Seneca support, boycott, divestment and sanctions to be funding those groups anymore unless they middle talk about that as well because basically down to a couple groups. The United Nations wears that funding you can get a be coming from think a lot of this can be drying up for Hamas law. This can be drying up for those anti-Israel whether they were militant groups or militant movements like boycott, divestment, sanction of Israel. We take your calls to 1-800-684-3110 at 2000 684-3110 really into politics as well.

Where do you think this race states the election were held today, who would win.

I want your thoughts on the challenges facing Americans or substantial time in our value freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now ACLJ on the front lines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. Thank you.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership in the is empowering the right to life question free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/Jay Sekulow this Jordan secular take your phone calls 164, 31 to because we spent yesterday's broadcasts on those historic piece deals were signed at the White House yesterday. The trilateral deal between Bahrain, UAE in Israel and that the you that that the bilateral deals between Israel and Bahrain in Israel and the UAE.

The flight's are allowed to fly over Saudi Arabia for the first time Saudi Arabia's given blanket authority for Israeli commercial aircraft to fly over Saudi airspace which you have to do to fly to the UAE and that for it to be quick flights to Bahrain and those like Europe were already starting to happen because these deals were already starting to go into effect yesterday were formalized and what how did the Palestinians respond they respond to the oh this is going to help us move towards peace because Israel's good have you some pressure points on economic cooperation with Bahrain in the UAE and there you want to solve our problems, but recall that we have a soundbite from Jerry Kushner that we just played the break but but will get it for you about everything. It's already been put on the table for the Palestinians by the Trump administration, Israel, that they rejected already over these last few years and you think about so how did they respond to for the sirens to player the rocket supply but they were sounded they responded with a barrage of 13 rockets fired at Israel that started the moment these signings were done for the moment it's just been fired at a Gaza Strip into Israel. Eight of them were of course intercepted by the iron dome sold some did hit most in kind of no man's land. The couple did injure people on the ground in Israel. So how did Israel respond why we see the devastation. Yet in the Gaza Strip, but with two waves of airstrikes now this is the problem with the Palestinians.

One of the problems it with their reactions. They fire rockets and you start your thrown rocks like that but then you get hit with a airstrikes and airstrikes are more targeted, but the damage they cause is much more significant, not just loss of life, but the infrastructure typically what Israel targets is terrorist infrastructure there.

Sometimes power plants sometimes get ways to basically shut down the activity so that no more rockets are fired on their civilians, so they of course target good module targets billionaires Econo Lodge. These indiscriminately at towns and cities. Israel strikes back with actual targeted attacks and wheat we usually have to ask the question now, which I think is serious.

Who's left in this Palestinian movement when these countries.

These countries in the Gulf are dousing our allies, Israel within you talk about this yesterday at the United Nations. We tugged at the boycott, divestment, sanctions movement, which is also always been popular on US college campuses.

Now that these that the countries that were funding this a lot of time near the crown prince that would send $1 million check to fund one of these movements is now in a country where he's economically benefiting from a relationship with Israel that will dry up quickly ended that the politics or play there and eat you even believe that the UN you taken a significant block of anti-Israel votes out of those suture votes that happen at the Gen. assembly, no question about it Jordan, I mean I would I would address it on two levels. First on the BDS level. It's a huge blow to the BDS effort if not a fatal blow because of the economic interests but then Jordan at United Nations. The reason that centers at the Gen. assembly, and even more aggressive actions at the Security Council. The reason they have traction is because the economic clout and the economic threat really that the organization of the Islamic cooperation has over these countries. Jordan, if you're in a in not only a peace deal, but an economic agreement with the state of Israel. Are you can go to the floor of the Gen. assembly and vote for a center I don't think so. So I think the next time one of those issues comes up at the United Nations. There can be a whole line of countries and I think that list is going to grow. Jordan who are not in a play along the neck in a play that game and I think back to something that Rick Grenell told us last week.

Geordie said why why should Americans care about. This is because when we provide economic opportunity, it drives hope it drives peace and that keeps Americans safer Jordan. I really think that's at the bottom line. The Palestinians have shown there not a worthy piece partner, but the present United States has found worthy peace partners and at the end of the day that makes Americans safer.

I think what what what is important what you list what Jerry fasciitis and PBS. Recent you went through the opportunity. The Palestinians have had, but the think they just stand in the way of it by 38 it's a big opportunity for the Palestinians and they have a perfect track record of blowing every opportunity they've had in their past, but perhaps maybe their leadership will read the details of that stop posturing and do what's best to try to make the Palestinian people's lives better with teaching me and he is him what Gartner says is true. They've known every opportunity. They've had their past ESA Io and literally blow it up if you want to use the writers whether sitting in suicide, homicide bombers or they are sitting in again rockets and now they've announced that Hamas and Fontana who hate each other and through each other off the tops of buildings. My question is just how long and Lester something more core with the Palestinian people and is is how long is it until they rise up and throw those leaders off the top civilians and say you know what week they're offering us a state we could have an airport we can have sovereignty we could be running things.

This is happening.

It was happened in places that were much more difficult to do that like in Sudan were more of a shared much much worse stronghold than than any of the spots how leaders are Hamas leaders would think of the Palestinian people would rise up and overthrow their leadership who is consistently at the xenogenic Kushner said blown every opportunity to come in terms of peace with Israelis and with those around them, but that I just don't see the Palestinian people coming and coalescing together there allowing this corrupt leadership that is been in power since the days of Arafat since before then to pick to keep in in their heart. This hatred for Israel. This is universal long-standing despising of Israel. No matter what happens and what the other Arab nations do.

They cannot get over that they refused to get over that their response to pieces wore their response to overtures for it economic investment for social services for health services for technology advancement for all the things that would make life good for the Palestinian people has been to rejected categorically. Time and time again. You would think wouldn't you Jordan that the Palestinian people would finally rise up and say we've had enough of this, the leadership can go to you know where we need to come to terms as the Israelis have with the Bahrainis of the United Arab Emirates with soon Saudi Arabia and other countries but I don't. I just don't predict that happening in the short term. I don't get which is which result just be further isolated from the world and for the world stage with less allies at the UN. There is actually article New York Times interestingly enough about how ineffective the UN has become is the New York Times writing about how draw their scandals they've had economically. If you look at actually where the world is with with with peace. It's mostly done unilateral bilateral moves like by the United States handling it, or other countries handling it, and the UN has played this very secondary role is becoming very, especially with Tobit within not having the meetings at the used to having these kind of group meetings is becoming almost irrelevant the sake of course they had their peacekeeping missions. That's probably the most relevant that they have is that they should put troops on the ground and 13 different local Locales, but other than that, that there there there entities all the different organs of the UN have become almost irrelevant.

I'm telling you the reason why is because of who are present United States is what they do doesn't make news anymore.

Do you ever hear like the UN did this in the UN did that no because it doesn't matter, they can figure out what side to take. In Syria they don't know what to do about the old, but that they keep elevating China. Like other international organizations even though they have these grave human rights abuses. There were they've got concentration camps for Muslims in inland China and get there on the human rights Council. I mean, it is again. I think overseeing go back to headline this is a headline in Israeli newspaper Haaretz in 2017 January 2017 John Kerry Trump moving the US embassy to Jerusalem would lead to a Mideast explosion you want to go back to those people being in charge through talk politics second after the broadcast asking a question I want to call any and if you thought the election were held today. Who do you think would win.

Who would care enough electoral votes to win the election because the polls in the states, are all within the margin of error which I think benefits present Trump because usually he under polls and so he's in the margin of error in places that they didn't think were in play like New Hampshire just came out. He ordered psych 3.5 believe that's margin of error. Those were not even states that were considered with it on the map for for present Trump and now you the whole map has shifted its bid shifting since 2015, actually before he was elected but if it was held today.

Where do you believe would happen.

I will get your phone calls on that could start calling now 1-800-684-3110 Jeff Balla bodies can be joining us in the next segment the broadcast. He was there yesterday and that he is an ACLJ senior counsel as well on on these international issues and government affairs will be joining us to get his perspective on the events as he saw them yesterday and and kind of as it moves along is also variable involved in politics by the it's it's time today is begins at second Avenue are the broadcast to get into the politics of the present to the ABC town hall last night while Joe Biden is still stumbling through how to work in iPhone. The President is answering real questions from someone used to work for Hillary Clinton can easily say no to George Stephanopoulos anything easily say there was a Republican sake, nonnetwork Press Secretary, a Democrat present in the modern time connected to his town hall or snap with somebody else that is not afraid that is not afraid to talk about Joe Biden Heights to take because we come back only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable and is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition like it will show you how you are personally support publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of weighing 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for you, mission life today online ACLJ/challenges facing Americans for substantial time and or value freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades ACLJ has been on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. Thank you. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing work, member today ACLJ is an ACLJ senior counsel for international government affairs he's joining is now. He was actually at the White House yesterday attended the events of this historic Asian with Israel privacy than Yahoo their course present Trump representatives top representatives from you've got course Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, Oman was in attendance overhearing that that's a country that could be next on the list converting work from 5 to 9 additional predominately Muslim countries that will be signing these, not just peace agreements with Israel but economic agreements, tourist agreements, the flying back and forth so you got full again full diplomatic relations if you will not as tense as the relationships with with the Egypt and even with Jordan. These are much more again open relationships that are being developed out of these agreements, Jeff Balla.

Bob was there. He's joining us down the broadcast again. I want to get your phone calls and now 1-800-684-3110 is a new Rasmussen poll just cannot.

Just to tease this if our second half hour for the first time actually showing present Trump in the lead in the national poll and grassroots is been pretty pretty accurate is been the closest one to build a figure what present they were all under pulled Trump in the past, but they did show that trend coming in the last election in those final few days we start document that already almost 4 years ago that you can start seeing a trend now that the I would go to Jeff Bob Albano because Jeff was there. Jeff Kelly bites can explain to everybody what it was like because of she had representatives in the United States from that the Jewish community. Israeli officials there. Also, officials from these other countries that are usually not attending events may be at the UN, but not certainly not in celebration of one another from Bahrain and the UAE what it was like to be in that audience will tell you it was you were to start a lot. This was historic in every sense of the word felted.

The atmosphere was electric at everyone in the word most often was a miracle which is miraculous. It was you as you said just now Jordan and we think it is altogether. Many times it's not hold dearly tolerating each other, relationship is the feeling of a genuine desire to move ahead to get past the old enmity to move into a new world, and it's all because of the brand-new direction of bold tremendously different direction that this President and his team if taken in terms of supporting Israel not pretending that the problem is not attending the probably Jews living in Jerusalem but signal is older ally Israel wants peace stand with Israel will stand with you as it was so interesting just was so meaningful was that now Muslim tourist from UA and from you get from Bahrain and it would be open to others. Just like there are Jewish Jewish religious tourist groups to go. You're from the United States and all over the world to visit holy sites Christian groups that they go to Israel now. You've got because of these diplomatic ties.

You'll be able to have religious tourism for these Muslims they'll be able to visit their holiest sites to in a peaceful way.

I think it to me. That was extremely moving moment because that's when you really get towards peace when you have tourist. I think you know it's not just about money is not just about economics but is also about the exchange of people just visiting that it always extended with liberty and, in a land that is so holy to so many different streams of faith, not just major faith is always kept the door open for people to come in and pray and really the problem is been dug into old enmities and old narratives and old stories and some just blew them all away and he opened the door and yet that was it was very, very moving. We could see the appreciation after the after the official that was over it was also interesting to watch their work myself in a number of people who just joined together for impromptu afternoon I Jewish religious services on the South lawn and a lot of people came over. Kristin came over the country came over to ask the question to talk about. That's really the date we can bring people together and dividing us all along as it was his back before really, these intifada started by the Palestinians and you visit Israel. I remember you can visit the dome of the rock pretty easily as a diversity go through a checkpoint, not not difficult and it wasn't like it animosity towards it was just it was a you if you had the respect you can visit double rock you the respect you to visit the Western Wall. Of course, these are holy sites within a certain amount of respect you have to have as a tourist is just like visiting any other place like that, that hasn't been the case. More recently, but I think this will be opening the door to that because it will not be as quite as tense because the leadership behind who controls really those those holy sites is interesting when you look at is it really a Saudi kind of governing Council becomes the dome of the rock, and now you look at the fact that Yorty have each of Jordan, the UAE and Bahrain.

With these ties, it looks like Oman, Saudi Arabia, Morocco and Sudan are coming quickly as well. Jeff that I know we got a lot would boycott, divestment, sanctions and the and and this is if she was put by UN watch with a group that opposes the course the boycott, divestment, and sanctions movement and anti-they secure the last two groups or just comments on this as well. The last two main advocates of the. The Arab boycott of Israel are US-based groups or UK-based groups is either is Amnesty International and human rights watch that that I think is a reprehensible fact that the people who are advocating this absurd BDS movement are no longer the Arab countries. Now that have been Israel's enemies.

Groups that are based in the United Kingdom and in the United States, but I'd like to ask Jeff. Jeff, you were there and you saw and felt the electric as you described it atmosphere would you say that this historic and I mean historic biblically historic event could have taken place without the enzyme being provided and the impetus being provided by Pres. Trump.

There is no mandate that this President's willingness to look past old mythologies and old narratives and ignore what everyone saying this is the only way the expertise and looking at this with fresh eyes mean he's already delivered it already delivered in his Jordan pointed at them anymore lining up more real potential future peace integration through integration and friendship and everything reported Ashley Donald Trump. There is no one else known of Philip has done it peace he delivered and with what I find fascinating. It's not surprising to any of us here that Israel would leap at this and would you know what you put up on the old city wall beautiful images. The flag of the different countries flying together. What's fascinating is that that's never been reciprocated. On the other side coming up from within, but if you look at social media now what you see is all these videos coming out of children singing shalom from Arab countries individual thing confidently been waiting so long to get you what you know that we've never seen the kind of search from regular decent people singing the fighting enough that there why can we all just get along, and it took Donald Trump to open that door to get this this was historic Jeff and we know this is not in the music that's what's really cool about this is that if we present Trump Israel like to retire this the second half hour, but even before that there are more countries we have 30 seconds left Jeff. There are more countries lining up that I mean it would send even bigger message because it expands out of the Gulf states even in the north Africa I and and we can be very important going forward. Think about this is so great that Jeff Albano ACLJ, senior counsel was there yesterday, the White House Sudan.

It was the home of some is now likely one of the next recognizing segment power coming up with Jay Sekulow life for decades. ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member thinking. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow and secular Jay Sekulow life. Victor drew his first second half hour. The broadcasters switching to politics your beauty is important as you talk about the Middle East peace in these different approaches we talked about yesterday with our special visor record now at that this is someone who's came to Washington to shake up Washington present from not do things is normal.

Of course he's had to pay for that in a sense that we were we live that the special counsel impeachment because he's not doing things is normally saying you know it when I can go through the Palestinians to reach Bahrain regular go through the Palestinians to reach UAE rigor directly to the UAE and say you know we have good relationship with you. Why are you not working with more directly. Why can't you do this in a public way. Recognize and have economic ties and tourism at a time when when the world needs each other economically through coated and in a very important time symbolic time for that as well and were starting to see these countries line up is present. Trump was bringing peace in the Middle East.

It's not exploding that's what John Kerry said would happen because of where we put our embassy. That was the old way of thinking.

I think Andy Washington DC where our building was was suddenly start a world war and the truth is know it shows we have strength. Had to deal with us.

This way, work, and that's what that this part of the world kingdoms that are represented by kings and monarchs. A rep that they do they recognize strength and they respond to strength, not weakness. This is so true.

Historically Jordan that this is not only true in the Middle East, but it is particularly true in the Middle East.

There is one thing that the middle is Eastern kingdoms and and principalities and countries understand and that is strength in the use of force in the fact that I remember and then image of Pres. Obama going.

I think he was meeting the President of Saudi Arabia and bowing before him.

Do you think that that conveyed a sign of reverence or something on the part of the Saudi King know you don't bow like you don't bow the Queen does not bow her head to anybody. The United States does not bow his head to anybody. We show through strength and force, and leadership. What we are and that is a force for good, for peace and for sanity in the world and the present United States has shown that there are no nations in the Middle East do not respect them best. The Grinnell city channel charmed Angela Merkel. He has that kind of a person he has that kind of a personality and I think he is the enzyme in the catalyst.

So with that I was looking for the catalyst behind what we see happening in the Middle East and I think that that's very very important and I think that that is recognized by the vast majority the American people who don't speak up and keep their mouth shut, but on election day are going to show where their sympathies lie is not to say I got my Trump signs yesterday. I yelled last time around it was it was… Little bit nerve-racking this time around, put the bumper sticker on the car in the streets after Labor Day. Now the bumper stickers going on the car yard signs going up. I got neighbors whether there other sites that you would live in a free country. No more.

This being a for I think there is a silent majority back. I got it will type without looking forward come back. I got to play this soundbite out because you have to remember do you want to go back to the guys as Joe Biden said who want to root redo and put us back into a deal with the Iranians on a nuclear program is. This is what John Kerry thought would happen is what he predicted all of Donald Trump. Does this this is what we'll see here he is on CBS 2017 Carrie is also concerned about the Middle East, where he spent nine months trying to secure peace between Israelis and Palestinians. He said the President-elect campaign pledge to move the US tendency to the disputed city of Jerusalem would inflame the Arab world was an absolute explosion in the region. Then there was no explosion in the region. Any politically.

This must be Secretary of State John cares in Congress a long time, the U.S. Senate, he just all very similar to Joe Biden background spent all these years. Washington DC it just shows their theories are absolutely wrong.

They have been wrong for 4850 years and finally we change that. I got willing what I can go back to that in which Jordan, I think the only explosion you had in the region was an explosion of peace deals. And by the way I read this that you leave here I absolutely agree there several more lining up John Kerry couldn't of been more wrong on this. We cut back or talk strata politics that was get into election were held today with there is the scene like this silent majority.

Also, the site is part of the Republican Party's even these of these boat parades and all these other events will talk about that we come back to the challenges facing Americans or substantial time in our value our freedom and our constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do her work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member.

Thank you.

Not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ God where you can learn more about her life changing work, member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later: the one Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for mission life today online ACLJ/New Hampshire within the margin of error. Not even a state that was on the map is being considered in play for the Trump campaign or the Republican. Republicans in general Minnesota within the margin of error.

Michigan, within the margin of error. I mean it. You go through the state by states if if if Joe Biden is leading. It is like by three points of those are that statistically zero so he's doesn't have in any of those battleground states he has no lead.

That's insurmountable is no and even even it was New York Times note.

Nothing sing no significant leads anywhere which is got the Democrats very nervous, but they've also been making a lot of mistakes for asserting your phone calls and seconds of your talk to us on the or 1-800-684-3110. Do you think this race is talking to all of you is more important than even these polls. What I know is these polls. They oversample Democrats. They under sample Republicans even Rasmussen date in their latest poll, which is showing for the first time Trump leading nationally.

Trump is that she got the national poll lead which is less important than the staples I will say, but is still significant, oversample Democrats by about 5% in that poll and I'll also a lot independent there's not as many independents as is this poll showed that actually come out and vote and so but it still showed Trump in the lead. This is with coated is with you know that natural disasters that are happening but also with peace deals with incredible economy, even through covert incredible economic rebound occurring as a people say have wiki. I'd rather keep us on track.

I don't want to Nestlé go to these old guys who thought that you know moving embassy was because war were now are dealing with were making peace deals have never been done and and I don't want to go back and make a deal with Iran again and give them $7 billion to to come in some deal that we can even actually check on their nuclear program, but they got even a little worse yesterday for the Biden campaign because what we saw was Kemal Harris. You can say it was a slip of the tongue, but not really because slip of the tongue is not saying what she said I'm I do not give her a pass on this. She's a professional politician and I think honestly she's been in her worst. Kemal Harris was so much more impressive as a senator and a candidate that she has been as the VP nominee and she just has I don't know if it's the virtual campaigning, but now she's actually going to some campaigns of events and it seems like she suspended her worst. And maybe that's what happens when you associate with with people like the Biden campaign, who seem like they just can't figure it out. Take a listen to what she had to say and it gets even worse with Joe by meticulous this this is Kemal Harris on the campaign trail yesterday by 21 to make sure you have a President in the White House who actually pulls you understand your needs to understand the dignity of your work and who has your back Harris ministration together with Joe Biden as the President of the United States. The Biden Harris ministration will have access provide access to $100 billion in low-interest loans and investments for minority business matter what she said after that he stepped out of vice this Harris administration together with Joe Bynum. She talked about areas. If, again, Joe Biden just kind of there.

He's like it and that we would talk about. He's just a vessel to get these those who are more on the far left in power and that he's TCE like a Trojan horse is not to be making any of the decisions he says, he literally is like the guy who read the Teleprompter. That's about it. I think you're precisely correct. Kemal Harris is consumed by herself and by progressive and left-wing policies while the nation is increasingly being torn apart by riots and identity politics that put the lives of police officers in danger. And while while the rule of law is being torn apart largely in progressive cities that have been crumbling for decades under left this leadership to pertinent questions assumes center stage Ist coming nation currently cowering in the face of threats connected to a virus which originated in China recapture sufficient courage to stand up to walk authorities and woke corporations, affluent rioters dressed as ninjas and hub cities and privilege celebrities who Hector Ross with empty slogans second combination, heal its searing dimensions and recapture a governance framework which the founders envisioned, and which work before rather than answer such questions, and rather than face the American people directly as President Propp has done on countless occasions and rather than celebrating a new dawn for Middle East peace and rather than reaching out to police officers who had been ambushed in the line of duty Joe Biden as his distinguished effort to advance the Kemal Harris administration when he's not talking to his own Teleprompter spends copious times doing for things. First, he allows himself to be literally interviewed by the wheat in the wheatfields of Delaware. Second, he attempts to subdivision rather than offer specific proposals to heal the nation and put America and working-class Americans ahead of global elites and the Chinese government.

Third, he opened his outreach to Latino voters yesterday by playing the song. The Spanish language song D'Esposito grinning and swaying to the beat as he did so he doesn't seem to understand that D'Esposito means slowly in Spanish. This means his craven attempt to pander to Spanish-speaking Americans what's cringe worthy and suggest that he is indeed slow Joe fourth, Joe Biden prefers to kowtow to the woefully mismanaged World Health Organization and didn't.and to deny his own record of failing to Coke takeover bid 19 seriously. This record includes his criticism of Pres. prompt decision to close the borders to China so Joe Biden is not leading a campaign to restore the lives of the American people. Instead he really wants to shut down the entire economy based on ideologically driven understandings of science and climate change is anything left to say.

I feel like we just click click that we do clip Harry today. We put that out social media so everyone can see that in here that will more time just as walk-through of the problem with with this.

What Biden is trying to sell the American people got worse yesterday because you think it Kemal Harris. She makes the gaffe.

I think it's more than a gaffe. I think it's kind of what they actually think which is working be running things because this guys like knowing how we can make coherent sentences when he's deadlocked like if you want to meet you. What he looks like this is a little off the camera a little off.

It is he staring at is like holding on like like to think because read the Teleprompter so carefully not to make gaffe is when he does speak, you would think you'd be a little bit more cautious about this is what happened earlier in the day with Kemal Harris but no, here's a gaffe he doubles down on Joe Biden take a listen. By 20 hours. Biden is facing a relaunch that effort and keep pushing further and make it easier for military spouses inventor is putting himself than in second second fiddle and he's the one were electing. Supposedly he's on the ballot.

He will be on the ballot. He is deftly on the ballot as is who to choose for commander-in-chief, not Kemal Harris will look I connection understand how Sen. Harris redo this journey. Think about your own name first if you're on the taking or how in the world can the nominee put his name set there's there's just there's just no explanation or no excuse torn board and look, I know we can get a good chuckle out of it. I actually think it's damaging.

For this reason, the biggest knock on Joe Biden from the very beginning was that he was gonna be a placeholder. They were just cannot keep the seat warmers only run one term there and put someone else up. That was the biggest knock before he ever made the gaffe so that makes this mistake more problematic than it otherwise would have been adjourned if he had a different persona. If he if you knew he was going to run for reelection. If there wasn't that worry probably no big deal, but the pet the fact that it speaks to his biggest vulnerability even before he made it darn I actually think it makes a big deal now so I don't think the vice President salami skid vetted as much by the American people. That's not who they choose. Usually, on how to vote. I mean think they play very significant roles not playing that down the office of VP, but it's the person on the top of the ticket to get the people out to vote. And so, Kemal Harris, it should be a lot more vetted, which you won't be yet she's really good to be the one running things. She should just have to do one debate with Mike pence she shafted her three debates. Donald Trump.

Imagine that. I don't think she be standing afterwards because of her record.

I don't think she's ready for that primetime effect. Democrats said in their own primary. She's not ready for that primetime spot to be commander-in-chief yet by choosing Joe by Lisa, but we do like politically where she is in Job I will just go along with it and just listen again heats, he said it by 20 hours.

Biden is facing a relaunch Harris's keep pushing Biden administration. We come back we start your phone calls 164 3110.

This is why think it would covert and enter the blame. They try to put on present Trump and he's supposed to be divisive and he supposed be the cause of all of the divisiveness in the protestant. He's the reason why he's the problem because the wildfires not bad force management where they won't burn.

Brush. But the present Trump because while fire he causes her case but yet he's not responsible for the economic recovery is not responsible economic moves not responsible for Middle East peace so they can have that both ways. The problem, and messages is not coherent.

We did you do anybody care. Today's going device about climate change your dealing with the issues were all facing as individuals right now. We got kids in school try to figure out score figuring out your business when you have a business person leading his head is in the right place and the guys talking about taxing you more acclimated. Think about that will take your call to come back Jay Sekulow live only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when used with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn Gold edition life will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later, planned parenthood's role in the what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question free copy of mission life today online/challenges facing Americans for substantial time and are now free to insert constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stand with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ God where you can learn more about her life changing work, member today ACLJ doing it with me. Judy books signed as well. Maybe the next red wave. Judy is calling from Oregon on line 3.

Judy, first let me just ask you how you doing with those wildfires. Another I've got family and Mike my wife's family that is from Oregon and also from LA on the West Coast with Jeff and organizing their photos. It's pretty, pretty horrific at to see even just the they're not to say near the fire for just that the smoke and how it affected the environment. So how are you doing well, Carly, about nine hours from about smoking contained we have friends that are not home yet now mom and soundly absolute biggest beat. The second question two and half redo his people do people really think that is the President's fault. I mean that I don't care who the President is but that is the President's fault for these like wildfires and some they been started by people, others that you know could be a lot.

We called havoc in the legal world out acts of God, that you are not there outside the control of man so that I know here and I are now why, why would they ever think that with all the while fire or anything out.

Not not hear a lot of that court out there either church or receipt.

Yet we know it's armies out there by the mainstream media by Joe by NIST is telling PPO tis it's the present, starting these fires and is the reason why you're facing what you're facing. But the GDP also bring up these important to that you put in places like Oregon and I think this is kind of nationwide last time it was pretty extreme. If you had put a drumstick on your car and it is got more and more extreme to put up any kind of political messages on your vehicle outside your house, use not be that big of a deal. So you make maybe in some places but but in or you talk about stilted. There is that silent majority, whether that's get a carry or get enough of the present is is is is not necessarily the case but in a lot of states across the country where people just lack in advertising this early by wearing a T-shirt or I or Maggie had around or putting the sign in their yard. Though some of us have chaise able to affect change my mind on that to that we it. It's good to be more public about it, but there's still that silent majority as well that on our car in our yard. Now I don't need to say so I think they are. I mean now coming burn it down take care of what they'll do to your home to your vehicle care about you. I mean if you give God into the rural areas down the Trump flight and it will be where you can be on the property.

In the assignment and I'll be well Academy protected property on the same position I live in the neighborhood.

Mostly, where most of the signs are candidates on the left now got a Republican Senate candidate sign in my yard and had for two months and had issues with that yet, but it says on the in very small print on that he was ill endorsed by Trump that was Bill Haggard's nose broadcast before he's now the nominees gone through the primaries that that controversial doubt where I live because it's not much of a set of very it's a pretty red state still that way. That being said, in my neighborhood. I will probably be not just at the sign I get the signed plat of the holder Friday might be the only one I see until I cross over the road to the other neighborhood where there's a few more but like the only one within a few blocks of our house, so I get how you're feeling Judy to it. It's not just in your status on site where you live in a state you could live in a red state, but in a liberal area or an area that's got you no more college professors and people like that living in it and drive down the road. I think that that is still significant but also I can listen this is the group that will get to Rose's call is been in the news as well, though there is the silent group like like she was Titus is that the signs get the bumper sticker is not actually on their cars and actually in for their house but there is also this group that is this unknown at the is why they don't hold that is, they are about Trump and Trump is become an identity as well. A brand which is what he was before. It's not surprising that's what we see these bespoke events happening on lakes.

We see that the merchandising even that's not official merchandising and people is become a brand and a lifestyle. So there's a silent majority, but there's also I think it what the Wall Street Journal or near time with a cup is a screaming out majority as well. It is Jordan. There is this silent majority was something that we heard in the Nixon administration and the Nixon years and as I recall, I was a young child. Of course at that time. Recall that they said watch out for the silent majority coming on and that's what it is, those of us who were for the President for his ideals for the lapses of government in our lives for four good foreign relations between Israel and the Arab countries have done the things that he advocates and has advocated for him as well do not tend to advertise with who we stand for and a lot of it is simply because we don't want anyone to know.

That's with theirs in fear and apprehension in many ways on our part as to what the retaliation may be so we don't say anything, but let me tell you what we go in that voting booth and it's just me and that computer or that voting sign.

I know what I'm going to do and the people who are around me in my neighborhood I live in Atlanta Georgia in a very liberal neighborhood near Emory University, but I know the Georgia is a red state and some of these polls that I see talking about Georgia being in play and all that.

That's nonsense. That's not the case Georgia is not Atlanta and Atlanta is not Georgia. And I think a lot of us feel that way with respect to the President.

It was interesting because here you can have the academic world to I feel like I get a lot of pressure there and put a you put easily outside on your you at your office with their law school somebody inside right now are some other kind of protest sign was antitrust, but if you put some people Trump you may like be brought upon review as if you're promoting somehow hate speech or something.

Who knows the students would come after you are that the school may come after you. So it's very real that there is a group that just feels like they can't speak out about it, but like I can use it when they when they didn't actually vote they do their get a vote present Trump.

I think that's precisely correct. So we live in an era where a cancel cultural lanes and saying anything that is considered to be offensive draws criticism at Baylor University eight and allegedly conservative Baptist school of the University placed a warning label on pictures of Republican students who were showing flags in support of the 911 Memorial imagine that 2000 America 3000 Americans die and at Baylor University. They are now woke and so I think the President from if you look at the polls firsters under polling of Republican second Trump supporters are refusing to answer poultry questions. And third, the surging level of division in the United States works in favor of the President would take Rose's call if I recall the day in Connecticut rose online for welcome to Jay Sekulow, I think hold on Rose preretirement annex, a red wave.

I will make sure we send you a copy of a book. The next red wave, which I take it we get to write these books out, advance their big-time hearts rose where I felt like you know maybe maybe my predictions were right. Maybe we were maybe ideal read over it with overdone it. But you what rose start to feel a little bit different right now. What about you (your Dick everywhere in every walk of life universities to country clubs to ACLJ is been on the frontlines protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.
