What does he do, he digs his heels in and then he goes and then and then think they get at a decision out of the Court of Appeals and he doesn't like it because it tells him to dismiss the case. What is he do this judge is so influential he appoints a special counsel for himself.

The judge is a defendant here and he goes to the now the entire DC circuit Court of Appeals, and as I said I have no idea where they're going to be. I'm not optimistic.
