Jay Sekulow live here's a message you can get behind these Planned Parenthood not the police talk about today on Jay Sekulow lot live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow line lines are open for your questions right now called 1-800-684-3110 one 800-6841 10 and now your host. This message, we can all get behind, especially those who support the American Center for Law and Justice. I put it out of social media over the last couple days and thousands of you retweeted it and shared it and I saw the message first from former ambassador Bill Haggerty. He's running for U.S. Senate in Tennessee that are broadcast before and on other shows I've guessed hosted before he'll be joining us in the next segment because he posted the message defined Planned Parenthood not our police give Drew that one 800 684 31 two that's 1-800-684-3110 what we do know an ABC poll.

The vast majority of Americans. Surprise, surprise, do not support defunding the police got a good message for liberals or Democrats. Even though Joe Biden trying to run away from it. His base is going to try to push them towards it in some form of it, nearly 2/3 of Americans oppose calls for defunding police departments fan. I just want your initial reaction to that statistic alone when the media is pushing it on us. There say well it's about divesting from the police and not providing them as many resources and taking away their funding and Americans actually say we want better funded police better pay. Police better trained. The police Americans know better than many American people might want reform they might want equal justice as they should but they understand that the vast majority of law enforcement is there for their own benefit and they understand that doing away with law enforcement altogether will not only hurt everyone, Jordan, but it would disproportionately impact the most vulnerable among us.

I actually like the parallel hair with Planned Parenthood, we can get some of these numbers, you know, Planned Parenthood is in targeting minority communities. Those who would be most impacted by disbanding a dismantling of police departments would be those in minority communities. Jordan is not just white Americans that think that way is black Americans as well, but this is something the SIB has not come in Jordan is never going to come. It's interesting your Planned Parenthood's annual reports they put out on the deceptively claim that abortions are just a small part of what they do as a business is an organization, but they set a record for the most abortions committed in the single year. Their most recent report from 28 to 2019. Their yearly report. The latest report shows that abortions increased 12,915 to a staggering 345,672 abortions in a single year. That's up 3.9%. They try to note within abortion overall is down the United States but Planned Parenthood is up is purple is doing more abortions than ever before in history and you want to hear something interesting to, compared with 29 per 1000 for Hispanic women and 40 per 1000 for non-Hispanic black women that is.

In 2008 the abortion rate for non-Hispanic white women was 12 abortions per 1000 reproductive age women.

Let me put that more clearly for you straight from their own reporting service. Planned Parenthood had provides updates of the Guttmacher Institute and its abortion research Institute pro-abortion but they put the facts out. They said this in 2008 direct quote. This much is true in the United States.

The abortion rate for black women is almost 5 times that for white women think about in New York City. According to a city health department report released in May between 2012 and 2016 black mothers terminated 136,426 pregnancies and gave birth to 118,000 babies. That means more black babies were aborted in New York City.

The board, so it defined Planned Parenthood not our police taking your calls, one 800 684 31 two that's 100-684-3110 step speed with everything working, especially on the life issue@aclj.org we come back former master Bill Haggerty right for U.S. Senate in Tennessee will be joining us live challenges facing Americans or substantial time in our value, our freedoms, our constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stand with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades ACLJ has been on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress to get in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do or work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms event remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member. Thank you. And if you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about our life changing work, become a member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is protected.

Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally life support publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the end what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership in the ACLJ is empowering the right to question your free copy of mission life today online ACLJ/Jay Sekulow like this Jordan secular. You know I want to do this show because the candidate and following closely. Bill Haggerty is running for U.S. Senate in Tennessee's former ambassador to Japan was nominated and by Pres. Tromp is been endorsed by Pres. Trump, as well as many members of the Trump family and other well-known members of Congress. Good conservatives that you know as listeners that this broadcast and I saw he posted on his social media that you don't hate instead of this defund the police talk the oral hearing about which now we see that two thirds the country thinks that's just absurd. I means will find for me for the if the Democrats were run on that message. It seemed like Job. I try to run away from it or have it both ways. But again, instead of talk about that when we say this defund Planned Parenthood not our police and former ambassador Harry story is now built. Thanks for being with us you wrote this message on your social media and it had started talking about it with our team here. I started sharing it and I said I would do an entire broadcast on this because the numbers just don't lie when you actually look at that the number of children killed by abortion and specifically at time we were talking about police reform in a good way and that horrendous what happened to George Floyd in a good way and it seems like the rides are now over, but but Bill, it's also important to point out like I just told her audience and just so you here to that from the Guttmacher Institute, which is Planned Parenthood's research artificial arm.

They reported that in the United States. The abortion rate for black women is almost 5 times that for white women.

What you think about that nor did great to be back with you and embed before we get into it. I want to say how disturbed I've been by what we seen on TV every night with his wallet and when Pres. Trump endorsed United States that at the very first point he made his endorsement with Bill Haggerty is going to be strong on law enforcement and I've been to stand with them. The bass drum of artwork that our nation is based on the rule of law is lawlessness that we see not gold around the nation. Look at Seattle and what's going on there unimaginable that you got local Democratic leaders encouraging this type of chaos. It's unbelievable that we see this happening in the streets of America today and I stand with the President. We got bring this to an this is not the message that I think any voters in Tennessee want to want to see or care about. We need to bring back law in order to America and it is that it's just a tragedy what's going on and I was very pleased early this week. Tom got endorsed me. There is another member of the Sen. Senate that is very strong on law enforcement. I'm very pleased to have Tom got endorsement well I just taking the garlic, former national former deputy national security advisor just that weeded out the pork.just this morning I think what these folks are saying is that we need now more than ever a strong leader that got the strength and the courage and the commitment to stand up and call this what it is.

This is lawlessness.

I respected First Amendment right to protest, but I have zero tolerance for the type of behavior that were thing unfold on television. I have sent it a deep respect along with but you know my wife Christie Jordan. Her older brother is clear lot lot law-enforcement officer and I just talking with him and he puts on the uniform every day because nobody can come home at night.

We have to respect our our our friends or family members that the law enforcement officers that are protecting us everyday.

They are the only thing that stands between anarchy in our family and this talk about dismantling and defunding the police absolute of 30, I was shocked when you mentioned that there still 1/3 of America think that's a good idea. I think this is a 0% of Americans think that's a good idea is crazy I cannot even imagine what our cities and we all got a taste of it. We all got a taste of it ever talking to for master Bill Haggerty. We ask whose array for a US citizen to see if you are find out more about his campaign. It's team Haggerty H a GE RTY.com team Haggerty.com a run for U.S. Senate, former ambassador to Japan. He was nominated by Pres. Trump is been endorsed by Pres. Trump and I was shocked. I know you live in in Nashville and and it's not usually a city is think of love for riots and that night when the City Hall which I used is because the ceremonial a courthouse in City Hall City Hall was set on fire and I was talking to my wife and I said you know that the folks here may not know it but I've been watching national news long enough to realize who these anti-apartheid groups are there operating right now in Seattle and have their own note camp basically that they've taken over half the city and the presence talked about going in there removing that but that even Nashville started burning. I mean it was pretty shocking and I'm someone who's even we defended at the ACLJ Bill Weaver defended civil disobedience. That's not violence that's out you know if if you that's like I like civil rights, civil disobedience, very different than when you start writing and burning down but that sent shockwaves through through I think so many of us, regardless if you were in New York or Seattle or Nashville, Tennessee to date. They hijacked the birth commitment right to protest the criminal base bid anarchy and got many of the ineffable, the people that were arrested were from out of state.

The folks from Portland Oregon prevents Burke that there is an organized activity here that really has hijacked our birth commitment right that they don't care about that thinker about anarchy. That's what they're trying to deliver in this chads operates in Seattle again is just beyond comprehension. They are note that when they called the Capitol Hill anarchy zone so they stolen it in a cyclone fencing and it could have built the wall of their Democrats or get building along the border to secure their more than happy to accommodate these anarchic you want to build a wall around their block radius there and they are just get this done Levite back. I've heard that you had to come into the legislative closet Nashville tomorrow and this is a movement decided they never quite come since like we have these moments were quite static. First, from look for the most part, it may be happening a few cities here and there and then it comes back to your neighborhood.

Sen. you have a question for former investor Haggerty to you and that person just being with us so much that a two-part question for a personal I was wondering what your hearing directly from Tennessee residents on the issue of defining a please my family and I lived in suburban DC and when a very diverse neighborhood, both politically and racially as we had conversations across those lines on this issue were finding is that defining the police just does not have the support across those lines. I'm wondering if you're finding the same thing in Tennessee and then secondly, I wondered if you can comment about this connection to the life issues we have the conversation in the life issues and the disproportionate targeting of minority communities with those same friends and neighbors.

What we find is that they do know that the abortion industry is targeting the minority community and the disconnect between some of these proposals is pretty startlingly talkative.

Do you find that kind of understanding with the residents of Tennessee and had conversations I've been out every day having a conversation and do not want to say that that of anarchy.

They stand with our police and law enforcement in the notion of defunding the police is not well-received or excepted here anywhere in and as they had been in there that may be of your pocket. Some of the larger cities but again that's more of a movement more than anarchic type thing but across Tennessee uniformly what I'm hearing is support for our place and and frankly a greater concern that ever that we got that support and sustain our place the exact opposite of that of the scribes were hearing coming out of the Democrat stronghold that suggest we had a dismantling defendant had made it a point to go and meet with law enforcement officers just to make sure they know that I've got their back on the hundred 20% by 9 1/4 again back to the present endorsement of ADI states that the very first point he made.

It is confident that I will stand with them and stand strong on law enforcement that what Tennesseans believe and that's what Tennesseans walks and I was feeling that the vast majority of of the country. I feel the same way and I certainly would rather see defunding an organization like Planned Parenthood than they would defunding our police officers.

As I mentioned, they're the only ones that stand between anarchy and our family and the President is a endorsement I think means a great deal here in Tennessee because Tennesseans know I'm going to stand with them on our conservative principal values in life is one of those is very pleased to have received the Anthony list endorsement just last week, but my get there on the front lines fighting for life and they're going to have a strong ally in the United States Senate.

We've got to stand up for life as well and that, let me just say that about a minute left over to give you a elevated time just to close account as you were out.

You're talking the whole country, but also for people it and again, the U.S. Senate, it matters to everybody.

Even if you're outside a Tennessee business. If you are listening in Tennessee. I learned more about the bill Haggerty sets again.

Team Haggerty.com this idea as your traveling around Tennessee you know what would be your top priorities when when you get to the U.S. Senate so the people out there making their minds about who to support the primary here when there make your mind up what would your top top priorities. Be instant. And by the way finer time because we start right at type.

Thank you for being so bold in your statements like defund Planned Parenthood instead of the police bill. Thank you Gordon. People invented the one that the candidate they want to feed her neck. Sen. someone that understand the President from and I'm the only candidate that has present from the fact that the only perfect but on the Work to get our economy turnaround that the second most thing is getting our economy going again, the process we need to get back to work and want to fact work for everyone perfect and affected by the director that 30 3 PM the reader out of our job notes go to team.com. Thank you for joining us will be right back on Jay Sekulow line only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when you with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ Jesus fighting for the rights of pro-life activist the ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for you, mission life today online ACLJ/the challenges facing Americans for substantial time and are now free to sort constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stand with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now ACLJ on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ there to know is listen to the broadcast to the master Haggerty out before I not as it is role is running for Senate, but of course reading closer and closer to the campaign and working to make sure just because he's running in Tennessee that there were reaching out to the top candidates both parties is well if they want to be on Jay Sekulow live I don't have that same opportunity and outreach, but I want to have them on it because you had him on the pass before it is an expert on economics for investor. Japan's retirement will be retirement North Korea we've I've had a motto that I can. I guess toasted Sean Hannity's radio broadcast because of his expertise on so many areas, especially in foreign policy, and that is part of the Presidents as he said economic advisory Council that that's very important right now. When were trying to come out of overnight he would cut his head up and down stock market up in an they're concerned about this coming back of of Cova 19 so I just will let you know we don't endorse candidates on this broadcast and that we we make sure that when he gets closer to election times if we have someone who is running that we we make that offer available doesn't mean they'll deftly take the offer we make that offer available and will treat them with the same weight same respect and get out same information for them. But it was great to have bill Haggerty joining us and that's team Haggerty.com and really why we have this theme today as they saw him post it an innocent. This is a great message because it underscores so much of what we need to talk about and what it when it comes to these defunding issues in this defund the police will have but like you said and I quote put out its title to show daily and I encourage you to share this hashtag far and wide defund Planned Parenthood, not the police, and I wanted to write to Harry Hutchinson, Harry.

We went through some of the facts, just briefly with investor Haggerty with bill Haggerty when we're talking to stand with our audience.

Putting phone calls about 100-684-3110 with the fact that in New York City, Harry in New York City. According to the city health department between 2012 and 2016 black mothers terminated 136,000 pregnancies. They gave birth to 118,000 babies. By contrast, births far surpassed abortions amongst whites, Asians and Hispanics think about the fact that there are more black babies being aborted in New York City and there are born Harry so that one writer said it has never been a more dangerous time to be a black baby in America.

While overall rates of abortion have declined to their lowest level since 1974 the Guttmacher Institute reported in 2008.

There are an alarming increase in racial disparity between the rights of abortion quote black and white women. So if you analyze 30 years of data you will find that the right of abortion. Black women are now five times greater then likely, but this has unfortunately both history and a contemporary parallel that seeing last year in the state of Virginia.

Soon after what might be called the demonic celebration began over New York highly controversial decisions to make abortions more widely available Virginia Gov. Ralph Norman Northam commented on Virginia's proposed bill to go down the same sad pathway effectively. He supported euthanasia as a substitute for abortion by admitting that mom mother written labor. I can tell you exactly what would happen. The infant would be delivered. The infant would become comfortable in would be tainted that what them mother and family desired discussions wouldn't seem to essentially whether to allow the baby who is now alive and outside of the womb to remain alive. This is appalling, but it also ties back to Virginia's history. Eugenics hiked back to Margaret Sanger and it also ties back to the fact that 79% of Planned Parenthood facilities are placed within walking distance of minority communities cease about that. Think about that 75% of Planned Parenthood facilities.

By the way, you can drive around and see for yourself our place within walking distance.

We hear you think they're targeting a specific community when the CDC reports that non-Hispanic black women accounted for the largest percentage of all abortions at 38%, while non-Hispanic white women have the lowest abortion rate of 6.6 average abortions per 1000 women again. It is, it is just shocking how overt they are.

I mean, they still give out. Talk to CC. How about this in the next half-hour still give out Harry a Margaret Sanger award. She's a eugenics. She was a eugenicist used to go around the country speaking at KKK events and yet the same group who sang defund the police would be totally opposed to us defunding Planned Parenthood impossible to fully understand plan parenthood without understanding the story without understanding Margaret Sanger and her attempt to at least eliminate not exterminate black and perhaps brown people and I think the story is best Related in a Supreme Court case decided in the latter part of the 1920s births. Is that okay basically that case shows that the power of contempt issuing forth from the pursuit of human engineered perfectionism had definitely without that particular case the state of Virginia decided to take the reproductive capacity carry Bob away from her and then this move spread like wall wildfire to other states, including North Carolina and many other states in the United States. So the problem is believers in what might be called social Darwinism foresaw the future as an inevitable one determined by the laws of heredity on the other hand they worried whether this inevitable outcome of history that they saw could come about with their intervention and some Margaret Sanger Terry box story. What happened in the 1920s and 1930s in what is now happening today under the control of progressive politicians is aimed at one thing, ensuring that black lives matter unless they're on an abortion table so we got a lot of our committee had raised her take your phone calls to 1-800-684-3110 Harry Hutchinson will stay with us. Tim Bennett will stay with the CC.

How will be joining us as well.

Will be taking your phone calls and your comments. Get your calls and now 1-800-684-3110 and let me encourage every essays broadcast that huge victory and that state representative John Echols who said thank you ACLJ.

Without you we would not have that pro-life legislation in that pro-life victory in Oklahoma folks, I can say to you without you. ACLJ attorneys with a bit out Oklahoma doing that work for that pro-life victory because it's because of your financial support because of your donations to the ACLJ that were able to do the job that we do here in the US and around the world supporting America's Cephalon justice right now. If you can donate online@aclj.org that's ACLJ.org for decades. ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.

The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side. If you're already a member. Thank you. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow and secular Québec. Jay Sekulow this Jordan secular, so you just joining us, and by the way, if you watch on Facebook and periscope share this with your friends and family must be more people in this discussions not when there to be seen on TV right now they get here be here putting about defunding the police what did I can. Here's the juxtaposition of hate instead of defunding the police why don't we talk about defunding Planned Parenthood, not our police. In fact, present from his prepared executive order right now that I think should have a lot of widespread support amongst the African-American community and those who want to see police reform. It just won't be very popular.

People one absolutely abolish the police of this executive order is going to call for reforms in training, but I would Harry Hutchinson's first because here this interesting in this executive order.

The presence or decide which II think is is a sign that what happened to George Floyd and will be seen throughout these these horrendous incidents. What we called murder on our broadcast that there has to be new training for police and new resources and subtle and and probably and said defunding the police more resources to police, but of course you'll just throw money at the problem, you train them and within this executive order.

I thought it was interesting Harry that it's going to allow a pilot program in some communities to partner up social workers with police officers to develop better relationships with the community. I think out of what we've seen with this police brutality and the murder of George Floyd that is a great effort and at a great decision to make to try something like that. Not implemented nationwide, but as a pilot program Harry and see if it works. See, see if that helps. And then can spread out and that's really what I think the diligent protesters are looking for is real reform like that in new ideas and who's got a its present trump.

Surprise, surprise. Interesting enough, Harry why I look toward hauling incident carefully note. First and foremost Derek's children with a planar in police techniques in the Minneapolis police force.

Imagine that a guy that basically put a knee on an individual who almost 9 minutes. So it's important to note that there are new ideas out there. Camden New Jersey has begun to adopt them. I'm sure the President will adopt many of these ideas. They include de-escalation techniques. They also include close proper training that is essential if we want to move Bullard but defunding the police is precisely the long idea, and it puts essentially a target on the back of many African-American Americans and brown Americans in the United States so is precisely the long idea and Democrats are fond of claiming that they are on the right side of history.

I would submit that defunding the police placed them clearly on the long side as well.

So side Judge Sullivan in the Flynn case.

You know he's he's up the floor as legacy clients in the ISA Court of Appeals IDC the federal Court of Appeals in DC that the oral argument has concluded will play little bit for you later on in the broadcast rep for forgetting that either, but I would wait to my dad to be back with us and he'll be back with us on Monday to go through the entire oral argument in the case but will play some of that for you as well. Later in the broadcast cc how will be joining us.

We come back from this breaker and start taking your phone calls. Let me just encourage we talk about the pro-life victories we talked about it of the defunding of Planned Parenthood that was done via title X. We supported and helped push through with the trump administration. We talked about the victory yesterday in Oklahoma talk about these legal battles. Often it victory in Maryland because he went there and we testified they happen all in the federal courts they happen across the states as well, but for us to do this pro-life work for us to all of the constitutional law work we do and to bring you this broadcast as well. It takes your support, we can't do it without you we wouldn't be on the air without you we would have lawyers across the country. Without you, or government affairs team on Capitol Hill without you.

If you can right now support the work in the ACLJ's tax-deductible donation donate online@aclj.org challenges facing Americans for substantial time in our value our freedom sort constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stand with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades ACLJ has been on the frontline protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for copy mission life today online ACLJ/Jay Sekulow students. I feel we are to your phone calls 164 3110.

The theme of the show today were lives been defund Planned Parenthood, not the police. We talked a lot about the police refinance breaking news about the new Executive Order present trump to sign. We talked at that with Harry about some police reforms not defunding the police, but some reforms and some new pilot programs which I think art are great to do new have new ideas so there's not another George Floyd, who was murdered, murdered and and in so these pilot programs were social workers work with police in in specific communities and to see if that helps build better ties with the community and also new training for police officers to make sure the fees the these credit this kind of lethal force.

That should only be used again when when a police officer's life is in jeopardy having a it's just outrageous of the training manuals need to be redone to talk about that but I want to get back to the life issue to because it's so important because so many die because of abortion.

So many children so many black children. I just think about that post. It is just I ever got repeat it because it's so shocking in the United States. The abortion rate for black women who make up just about the black community makes up about 12% of the population 12.7, almost 13% of population in the US and that's the entire black population. US about almost 13% of US population but yet in the United States. The abortion rate for black women is almost 5 times that white women that was reported by Planned Parenthood's Guttmacher Institute, I want to go to the photos that want to get cc how brought into the conversation. Also, a senior attorney works a lot on the life issue is well with us.

Jerry calling for Michigan online one Jerry welcome Jay Sekulow live unborn will understand how over become funded with taxpayer money in the first place.

So I will start with cc because it was a little history here cc we did a little bit but you've really been an expert on this is about who Planned Parenthood isn't How sick it is that and I said this one. So to say it again. That the group who wants to define the police would oppose us for the most part in defunding Planned Parenthood even though they are responsible for many more hundreds of thousands of black children dying or or and and then the smaller numbers the black communities population, then any police brutality.

That's not to say that we shouldn't address police brutality should address both but but this idea goes way back to Margaret Sanger, cc, and even the KKK Planned Parenthood relate spell worship, our founder Margaret Connor because she got evil come and delete any Gen X which quickly… It can improve the quality of the population you left exterminate people and groups judged inferior course we know that she did that gagging based on current, people, skin color, their ethnic heritage.

Their financial condition or intellect, and she determined it was nine perfect couple that let her believe and be now thinking theory, which went back population increases faster than resources. Therefore, on that population has to be controlled by disease, contraception, infanticide and famine: how the flight for people of color people that she gained interior turn came to RE/MAX to absolutely get Minuteman and already in a five times the amount of black people get abortions over the white man in black Planned Parenthood targets the minority groups taking 79% at their abortion facilities within walking distance so we talk about black lives matter. Life is precious. Meet me totally believe that the late champ believe that claim parenthetically that they cannot just get back. Also, I this initial idea because there's been some deep federal defunding of Planned Parenthood. Through title X we can extend that to people what that is, by the trust administration. We supported that with massive petitions with comments but stealthy plumbing that they get hundreds of millions of dollars from our federal taxpayer dollars now almost $617 million tournament is a multibillion dollar industry and unfortunately the biggest donor to it is the American taxpayer that's happened even though the island and has been on the books for several decades during the height amendment prohibits on the discretionary side of the ledger does dollars being used directly for abortion. But, as you point out, Planned Parenthood has been very creative to get their hands on those dollars tens of millions of dollars until the top administration is come along and properly applying the statute as it was written in the night and this dollar Jordan.

Even so, on the mandatory side of the ledger through the Medicaid program. Planned Parenthood continues to get more than $400 million of reimbursements. That's a change that has to happen in just a Jerry point the caller points it.

It just goes to show the links to which Planned Parenthood in the abortion industry as a whole has gotten their tentacles into all aspects of the federal government. $2.2 billion industry that is targeting minority communities. The last thing that you should do. Jordan is get taxpayer dollars. Fortunately, this administration is now implementing the height amendment, and a title X program as Congress wrote it is time for Congress to come back to the table and defund them on the mandatory side letter. Jordan, our listeners probably remember they were one-vote prior it's time for them to come back and do the minority community right finishing that job with this service idea family-planning became a popular idea as soon as head of social planning in the Harry. This is how the funding got into the federal levels, and you would've thought that even at a time. After we defeated the Nazis and the way they systematically killed people because of their religion or race or ethnic ethnicity, sexuality, political beliefs list goes on committed genocide at a mass level that groups like Planned Parenthood would still be proud of the fact that they put 79% of their abortion clinics.

Harry in minority neighborhoods where they can be the people can walk to them and that that that that that in the minority community and specifically the African-American community that the five times more African-American babies are dying at the hands of abortionists, Planned Parenthood and white babies got hold government in the 1930s. Unfortunately, they have never left. They apply themselves very tightly to left-wing progressive, mostly Democratic politicians for very long time and this history of eugenics is very very appalling and it includes large numbers of academics. So in 1925 at the international birth control gathering in New York City speaker warned of the minutes posed by the black and yellow peril.

The man was not a Nazi or Klansman.

He was a doctor not a member of Margaret Sanger's American birth control lead which with other groups eventually form Planned Parenthood so you have Harvard graduate, you have professors you have academics at one point you even had Christian leaders talked about the scientific being humanitarian, purifying the human race purify America's greeting stock and purging America of bad strains.

Now it comes down to one thing though, and one thing only profits increasing return on investment and increasing the level of marketing, particularly in minority communities like Planned Parenthood and that's what Planned Parenthood rewards politicians who support government funding for abortion like getting them on campaign dollars so they can run again until the Democratic Party. By and large, is now being held captive by the Planned Parenthood company throughout the United States. And so when you think about Democrats.

Increasingly, you should think about this fact, Democrats are really an adjunct Planned Parenthood and their tentacles in terms of government and that policy Max I'm going to share with you yet another ACLJ victory.

We helped draft the Ohio heartbeat protection act and just like retirement in Oklahoma. We helped draft this I've got a blog up at ACL generally about that now we are going to be filing a brief in support of two state senators in Ohio because, of course, just like we predict that the Oklahoma law help draft and sign get signed by the governor, get into law the pro-life victory will be challenged in court. The Ohio law is already being child's reports were getting. We not only help draft a board asked also defending it in court and and so that's important. But this is what we haven't talked about yet on air really do that, we come back to the break crossing a place of sound from Mike Flynn's trial, which is really Judge Sullivan's trial. From Mike Flynn's attorney Cindy Powell has done an excellent job representing Mike Flynn throughout this mess of a legal issue support the work of the ACLJ donate online right now only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable invoice is, is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for copy mission life today online/challenges facing Americans for substantial time in our Valley freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. At 100 C4 3110 Cheryl and Judy will get to you first. But I do want to play because the oral argument is over in ways that really the Mike Flynn case but of course it is about my Flynn. It's his judge Sullivan who's who's up before the Court of Appeals in this writ of mandamus. The oral argument was today were to fully analyze it for you on Monday. The court is going to have to act pretty quickly in these kind of they do act pretty quickly in the sky.

This is the kind of instruct the judge about what to do next.

So is he going to be allowed to bring in a defense Of counsel.

This former retired judge that he wants to to basically come in as a special prosecutor to prosecute Mike Flynn as early as next week in judge Sullivan's District Court room so that was what was at issue today. Here's just a little bit of Mike Flynn's attorney as she's been doing a great job, Cindy Powell and just so that you can get a sense of it.

I'm sure you hear some about it over the weekend.

There were to fully analyze it with my dad when he's back in this in the studio with this on Monday here Cindy Powell today enact the Court of Appeals Washington DC by 13 judge Sullivan on this record, we would be entitled to mandamus right now and drag this out another six months and it won't just be a hearing on July 16. It'll go beyond that, I think it's clear from the amicus position now that they want to take general Flynn defendant thing is possible, and imposed upon him the maximum possible for and to make us go through that process when the ultimate result has to be the grant of the motion to dismiss the government just wasting resources out the walk-through pursuing for us to suggest that his peace means that instead of just getting to the decision here trying to delay delay delay get to sentencing a Flynn trying to delay it to another somewhere special prosecutor outside the court system gets brought in and Ed appointed by Judge Sullivan on July 16.

So just about a month away. So, this court will have to act pretty quickly on how they're going to instruct judge Sullivan to to respond in this case I really fully analyze it for you on Monday with my dad at Jay Sekulow.

Let's get right to the phones 164 3110 let's start with Judy from Wisconsin but hold on I Judy, thanks for home on your on the air into my only way."" By this court and constitutional have to be constitutional in the law by having having the house in the Senate.

This is just a part Roe versus Wade was about to go to CCN Harry on this at CC. It was about the federal right to abortion. It was not about selective Roe versus Wade was overturned tomorrow. It will be but if it was overturned tomorrow, abortion would not necessarily be illegal in the entire country. Some states would still make abortion legal and you have to have these battles at state level.

The idea here was.

Is there a federal right somewhere in our Constitution that they found there was this right to privacy that isn't expressly in the Constitution but is inherently there if you want to believe the reasoning and so that because of that there is basically this broad federal idea at CC that you have to allow abortion to an extent you can't regulate it differently in different states, but that's what it was about to tell highly criticized the pre-court has no doubt it was poorly written and literally created by fabricating a right to abortion which does not exist in the Constitution, you are correct that even if the Wade was overturned today that the state when Stella had their authority and say in that issue, and by not a lot. It was demonically decided case and meet Supreme Court actually takes that's backwards from that ready-made thinking when they started hanging out. You can have an employment contract, I am waiting period and that the state has definitely an interest in preserving life and even the life and unborn baby fell on Gigi's right. It's not a correct decision.

It is not a lot there and not a right to abortion in the Constitution is just judicially fabricated on. Hopefully we will see a correction like you cannot find the separation of church and state in the Constitution.

You will never find the rights to abortion in the Constitution or its amendments either.

There is also by the way, the insurer were to get your call it a minute ACLJ and Harry and fan this important target for an first of this because just like we talk I guess it with Oklahoma. We've also been working.

We worked with members. The other hot about the Ohio legislative legislature and two senators and spit it specifically on the Ohio heartbeat protection act. SB 23 and what this does it it it it pass. It's been cited to law and the ACLJ help drafted it.

That's a heads we have all this up at ACLJ the north. It bans abortions done after the, the detection of a heartbeat heartbeat. The baby created a civil remedy for postabortion women set up a joint legislative committee on adoption required abortionist report whether it abortions done for maternal health reasons or not established a fund for foster care and adoption initiatives and inlets near and dear to you, San, and required written informed consent for women told about their baby's heartbeat.

Of course Ohio abortion is sued in federal court. There was an injunction, but there is a X a bit of a confusion in that. I encourage people to check that out ACLJ that, or so we've actually decided in consultation with the legislative sponsors SSB 23 stand in its house companion bill that sub I need to alert the federal district court to its overreach. So on May 6. We filed on our behalf of two members, the Ohio House of Representatives that were sponsored of this bill to not only again did we help drafted doubt they were help helping to defendant in court. Absolutely your name is held at every single person should be able support and this is where I think state should be going. Imagine this darn young woman goes into an abortion clinic and does not realize that the baby is about to undergo an abortion has a heartbeat. What is that case that you could possibly make had not held that woman about that are at the core of this bill and Jordan, if an individual wants to call themselves pro-choice. There is just no rational reason to oppose a bill like this more state should be doing it and when they step up to do a torque or any right there to defendant text file called a serial Massachusetts shell really got about a minute left, I appreciate your hold and what to get you on their no problem I can cover the minute longtime listener. Love you guys what you guys.

I'm black.

I'm a woman I have regrettably had more than one abortion just wanted to say, the numbers are horrible, but I believe you've got a look at the context behind the numbers. If were going to fix this problem. First contact 33 quick facts first context is the black family has to be rebuilt.

Whenever you have two thirds of the black babies who are being born born out of wedlock. Is it any surprise that we have such a high abortion rate.

That's a disgrace.

But we we got to figure out how to rebuild the black family and that's on us in part. Second, you gotta provide enough economic opportunity I need I think is great just because real time, I would respond what you said you would 60 no plan parenthood reported this racism, poverty and lack of access to healthcare are the typical explanations for the disparities like more black women have abortions than white women, but black women have much higher abortion rates even after you control for income. Moreover, other low income women have much lower abortion rates. I think this play. It's targeting the ACLJ's been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.
