Jay Sekulow lime Atty. Gen. Bill Bartel's Fox news cast of characters you know.

Familiar names in the FBI scandal are under investigation by US attorney dear live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow publicly made clear that this is not involve looking at Pres. Obama and VP Biden. I think the people that are not level and I think some lines are open for your questions right now. Call 1-800-684-3110 as I've also said this isn't being driven to see the report we are trying to get to a point we can hold accountable anyone who crossed the line and committed a criminal violation, and now your home Jay Sekulow lives. Yesterday there was more interview with Atty. Gen. barred more. There was think about this for a moment, familiar names, the cast of characters you know I think you could name them off the top your head if your regular listeners broadcast are among those that the Department of Justice US attorney, John Durham is investigating and Atty. Gen. bar has called the findings so far very troubling math course he's careful about saying that there's criminal charges in minutes because he as he always reminds those outside the legal profession, the wheels of justice do turn slowly. There are rules of of probable cause there's a lot to go through but I want to go right to aid the economy, who is bought on both sides, but prosecutor a defense attorney, Andy, to me this was the most telling statement yet by Atty. Gen. bar that the main actors that we talked about so often on the show are right in the cross crosshairs of US attorney Durham and let's remind people US attorneys don't just they don't they're not Inspector generals.

They don't just look at if you violated department policy. They look Andy at whether you committed a crime that cried during the purpose and function of the office of the US attorney is to prosecute criminal offenses to take the evidence before the grand jury and to seek to establish before the grand jury probable cause to indict someone for the commission of a criminal offense. We don't issue reports we don't give statements.

We issue indictments through the function of the grand jury against people who have committed violations of federal law.

So when Atty. Gen. bar says that we are moving slowly. It's true, the wheels of justice do grind slowly, but this is a way of them protecting the innocent and calling the guilty to account and I think that John Durham is doing an excellent job keeping it quiet keeping it going forward, pressing forward, but the ultimate result here is going to be either an indictment or not an indictment. It's not going to be a statement like an Inspector General does and he is saying here the defects are the problems of the things that need correcting know it's going to be your accountable criminally and you could go to prison.

That sound soon from its original bar will we were just talking about exist. I want to get to understands reactions.

This don't set the stage for this.

Take a listen. Here's the thing for the first time in American history.

Police organizations and the national security organizations were used to spy on a campaign is no basis for media largely drove all kinds of sensational claims will be affected the election and then later on in his administration. There were actions taken that really efforts to sabotage his campaign has to be looked at to say because I am looking at those potential abuses of power. So we that's the job of the Atty. Gen. about that then efforts by the previous administration to sabotage the campaign of Donald Trump strong words from Atty. Gen. bar remarkable words from the Atty. Gen., Jordan, he's correct he would not be doing his job if he would not be looking at this, I was heartened that he's not looking to arrive at report Jordan, he specifically said he is looking to hold people accountable. You talk about name to get to this later. I got a few names folks really continue asserting your phone calls.

My hundred 684-3110. Is this a bit more encouraging to about US attorney Durham's investigation challenges facing Americans or substantial time with our Valley freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.

But here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you and not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing become a member today ACLJ only one.

A society can agree that the most vulnerable and voiceless. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activists.

The ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the end what Obama care means to the pro-life in many ways your membership is empowering the right question free copy of mission life today online/listen, to be read these words and he heard the sound by the let me read them for you. So it's a little bit slower and just you kind of fully comprehend what it Atty. Gen. bar was telling Greg bear, and here's the thing is Atty. Gen. bar for the first time in American history.

Police organizations and the national security organizations were used to spy on a campaign and there was no basis for it in the media largely drove that in all kinds of sensational claims are being made about the President that could have affected the election and then later on in his administration. There were actions taken that really appear to be efforts to sabotage his campaign and that has to be looked at and if the people want to say that I'm political because I'm looking at those potential abuses of power. So be it. But that's the job of the Atty. Gen. is so great United States to have Atty. Gen. Bill bar. What an excellent decision to appoint him Atty. Gen. by Pres. Trump. He does not care about the media noise he cares about getting to justice and truth. But I think about. I read through those statements. It kinda sends shivers down my spine and any gets asked. You know well is this about Obama or VP Biden and he wants to make clear that that's not where his focus is his focus, so is going to be on the names you now take a listen bite 1665 publicly made clear that this is not involve looking at Pres. Obama for VP Biden. I think the people that were looking not level and I think names some of okay and right there. We Artie knew that about Obama and Biden.

That's a lot of that is because the difficulty of going after you post time what you know about a bite of course, by this VPS is now a candidate for President that would even look like more politicking, which is what we don't want to happen like we saw by Jim Toby. But he says clearly this worker to know these names. So for me I mean I could kinda make a list of some of these names.

I'm looking thinking about Peter Strauch think about pre-staff who altered the email and the am thinking about Lisa page Andy McKay, potentially, Jim Kelby and probably many others that we've gone through on this broadcast. That's also unimpressive for the Atty. Gen. to tell the American people.

You're going to be familiar with these names you've heard these names a lot during that period. The US attorney or the Atty. Gen. of Boston not disclose the identities of anybody who might be involved in the in being indicted in the criminal investigation. But he could sorta give us a glimpse but he did it very carefully as Bill bar if he didn't disclose any names of anybody, because ultimately the decision is that of the grand jury. It's up to the grand jury to decide who should be charged, but anybody tantalized us enough to know that it's people like those you mention our good friend James Comey and so pious and self-righteous. Rod Rosenstein I think is a candidate. This is just my opinion, Sally Gates, who passed upon the affidavit for search warrant of the Pfizer court. Others like that were in the higher echelons of government. This guy Kleinsmith who failed to give a exculpatory information to the Pfizer court. People like that. I think there's a whole panoply of players that are to be involved in the Atty. Gen. very prudently and correctly did not identify them by name, but said you'll know most of them. Not surprising. Your reaction because your reaction to from Capitol Hill about these statements from Atty. Gen. bar and I think that it's so important that people understand with these US attorneys look effortless place, this is Doug Collins Carson Collins from Georgia, take a listen bite 18, Darrell.

I'm looking forward to seeing what he comes out with loud labeling people. Amy held a calendar that are not held accountable for what keeps future people who have a political agenda at Mayo directly from doing this to somebody else or to you or me, you don't. That's the key thing is we saw with the IRS and we had to basically as the Washington Post said got the IRS so that this would happen to Americans again this political targeting. Same goes for the FBI in the intelligence community they need to have a serious enough consequences so that any other agents there who even think these evil thoughts of targeting people politically will face serious consequences, and not only that will tarnish for a very long time. The reputation of such an important agency during a huge reason these bureaucrats get away with abuse of power so frequently is because the American people does not become familiar with their names and let the Atty. Gen. didn't issue any names he was appropriate. Jordan, we have been one of the leading organizations in making sure that people were aware of the people who were involved and what they did and Jordan that putting a face with an action is why think the Department of Justice is in a place where they actually can hold people accountable want to say a couple of things quickly. I was so relieved to hear him specifically say my name is not driving toward a report. There may be a report but my aim is to drive it holding people accountable and you and Andy had mentioned a lot of names in turn, I think you could go dozens and dozens D, but I start with four names for names that I don't know how these individuals get away with it when you talk about direct evidence. It starts with James Comey who bragged about intentionally leaking sensitive information for political purpose, and then bragged about abusing his power by sending a couple of agents around and skirting the White House counsel I think about Peter Strauch who put his political persuasion ahead of his sacred oath. I think about Andy McKay who carried out the instructions of Jim Comey as he was ordered remembers the insurance plan that was discussed in his office and then I think probably open and shut. I think about Kevin Kleinschmidt and Andy mentioned him Jordan. He falsified an email that was presented to the FISA court as evidence.

How can any of those four individuals being a comfortable place today. I don't think they should be. I think those are some of the names the Atty. Gen. talking about folks almost 10,000 you are watching 9000 right on Facebook alone and thousands more on periscope click share now bring more people to this conversation. It's not getting the kind of attention it deserves so much going on in the world and in our country understand that, but we will use our hour that we have with you on Jay Sekulow live to update you on everything else is going on. We got ACLJ cases to update you on I today I I just encourage you to share this broadcast with your friends and family guys to bring the bike from yesterday about the exculpatory evidence would in my flight was bite five yesterday. Let me know when we have next door to play that for folks to attend puts it all together because the same interview Bill bar gay Fox News split it up.

This is how we started the interview with with Brett there and take a listen now that you know what he's said. Additionally by five patient if ignored all the exculpatory evidence that was building up and continue pell-mell to push it forward. It's very hard to understand why they continued to push and even make public testimony that they had an investigation going when it was becoming painfully obvious or should have been obvious to anyone that there was nothing there painfully obvious or obvious to anyone that there was nothing there.

Andy again now when I put this in line with what you said about the fact that you know there's going to be names that people know they're part of who who that US attorney Durham is investigating that these are names people, especially people watch a listen and watch our broadcast now and people follow this close to places like Fox News and one American news conservative news outlets and even some from the liberal world. These are names now like Jim Comey they're not so happy with him either. When you put those two together what what we heard yesterday from Bill bar and now the full interview. What you take away from the way that some people are gonna be fighting prison sentences because of their conduct and that the Atty. Gen. is determined to get to the bottom of this criminally because that's what he does criminal prosecutions, and using grand jury indictments to call people to account and it ended seems to me that we finally have an Atty. Gen. with God's to get a US attorney with the experience to ferret out the criminal actions that have been taken, and to call those accountable who should be that what I take away from it is that the American justice system doesn't work if you've got good people in there because as he said for the first time in American history. Police organizations that the FBI and national security organizations. That's the CIA were used to spy on a campaign that is not acceptable that his criminal conduct. They lied to courts that is contempt of court, at least, and probably perjury at worst, and people are going to be held accounting accountable for those before a jury and a judge. I am pleased that we've got William Barr as the Atty. Gen. That's what I take away from this sucks, I will hear from you and hear your thoughts on what Atty. Gen. Barrs had to say your comments your questions for us. We got a couple we had some phone lines open some calls coming in now give us a call one 800 684 31 to explain this for you. If if we need to go deeper for you or if we need to maybe take it up to 10,000 feet so you understand what were getting at. Give us a call were here to answer your questions and to hear your comments. 1-800-684-3110 that's 1-800-684-3110 by the way ACLJ hard work go to ACLJ.org we come back talk about some of that work only when a society can agree that the most vulnerable.

Is there any hope for that culture to survive.

And that's exactly what you are saying when the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn gold mission will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later there and what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question mission life today online/challenges facing Americans is no freedom to sort constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice on the frontlines protecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us.

ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ Jay Sekulow like this Jordan secular. Let me again. I set the stage for what Atty. Gen. bar said in the second part of his interview with Brett Baer on Fox News and then I went into a little bit ACLJ. Knutson start taking your calls about what Atty. Gen. bar said so I just want to start off with what I think was the most important which is this bite eight. It is shocking to hear this from the US Atty. Gen. of the United States by number eight. Here's the thing for the first time in American history. Police organizations and the national security organizations were used to spy on a campaign is no basis for media largely drove all kinds of sensational claims will be affected the election and then later on in his administration. There were actions taken that really efforts to sabotage his campaign has to be looked at to say that our political because I am looking at those potential abuses of power. So be that's the job of the Atty. Gen. is just it's shocking. I want to go and if they will more time on this in certain because I want to do some of ACLJ news to because ACLJ has been hard at work and a lot of the other issues to cover in our one hour broadcast affecting the nation. But I do want to get back to some of the work we do at the ACLJ which there's plenty of it. Courts continue and if you follow sit ACLJ.org on our website, you will know that that work continues. If you're on our email list. You know our work continues. If you follow us on social media, you know, our work continues.

But we try to use this hour, for the most important issues, but we do want to give an ACLJ update but but I just want to get one more reaction to that comment, at least from both from both Andy and then fan I just their own interpretation of what they just heard from Bill bar and the first woman interpretation and got an Atty. Gen. is going to hold someone accountable not to recuse himself from specious cause or reason he is going to take his office seriously and by that he had done exactly what he is should do. He is appointed a United States attorney in Connecticut John drama career prosecutor and he says go in there and find out what went on with the spine on the Trump campaign. The attempt to sabotage that campaign. The misuse of power that the line the line to a federal district judge who at the time was in the Pfizer court. The foreign intelligence surveillance Court and look at those things and see if any of those actions that were taken.

The sending of confidential memos out the newspapers. Ultimately, through your home, his contacts with his Columbia professor, all those things is that obstruction of justice. Is it perjury if it contempt if it reason yes I say the word because it could be. Tell us what those events might come to constitute in a criminal context and do it in the proper fashion and that is privately through the use of the secrecy of the grand jury and subpoenas you have and are doing give press conferences you have in her dorm make statements doing at the way the US attorney does quietly, methodically, and in the secrecy of the grand jury as the federal rules of criminal procedure require proud of them. I'm glad he is doing and it makes me feel that we are vindicating our judicial system just to reaction them into a statement like this you can on Capitol Hill, long time in Washington DC a long time we seen a lot of bizarre things with Jim tell me with McCabe whenever the Clinton fiasco.

There member broadcasting their coming. I think I was out of the office came right back to the office when he says in a real put it in the woods inches right before the election.

In this dossier all the stuff your reaction when you finally hear this from the Atty. Gen. It's breathtaking and quite frankly Gordon is relieving him and I guess I will give you maybe a high level response and then maybe one that zoomed in a little bit from a high-level perspective on I'm relieved that the Atty. Gen. recognizes that it would be abdicating his duty to not look at this and look I don't care if it's Republican, Democrat, independent, when the when the gears of government are used to abuse American citizens and violate their rights in this way, it is the duty of the federal law enforcement agencies to look into that and hold those accountable. I think that would be true no matter who the administration was, no matter who won the election.

I was glad for the Atty. Gen. to recognize that and then zooming in just a little bit. Jordan went with when the Atty. Gen. transition from, you know, this could have affected the election to say and then later on in his administration.

Jordan I thought that was very key.

People of heard me say this, a number of times but to me that told me that he was looking in that transition when there was this decision inside the FBI to close down crossfire razor and then the very next day you had the meeting in the when the White House between Pres. Obama, VP Biden Jim Comey Sally Yates and Susan Rice and just a couple of weeks later Jordan on January 24 as the new administration was already answered.

There you had the transition and what the Atty. Gen. was talking about James, the director of the FBI sent Peter Strock and Joseph Bianca over to continue the interrogation of Gen. Flynn and they went around the White House counsel to do it. Jordan to me.

I know this is getting a little bit specific but that was the Atty. Gen. St. were looking at both of that were looking at the actions that were trying to influence the election and then were trying to look at the abuse of power that was trying to undermine the new administration after it had Artie been seated care of Facebook wrote in what happened to Judge Sullivan. Well, he'll be in court Friday. So in a couple days, the Court of Appeals being represented by counsel, but Atty. Gen. bar. He address this as well by 12 mention Flynn case here in the process of trying to dismiss the charge charges yet that Joshua Sullivan continues on has now a shadow prosecutor making a case that should continue the is that it's always been understood that decisions whether pursue individuals to the prosecution process holding family accountable is vested in the executive branch and not us. And he is essentially himself alternative prosecutor get what were reaction from Andy and then it will start taking phone calls. Andy decided he wants to be an alternative prosecutor what anyone wants to me wants to be the US attorney and he wants to have counsel to help them pay 100 US attorneys that we give John Gleason to be his law clerk and former federal judge and then he gives Wilkinson the other lawyer to be his assistant US attorney. So we've got a federal district judge who is both the judge and is a prosecutor to and it got a couple helpers, law clerks and lawyers helping them prosecute Michael Flynn and he has the audacity to claim that I can really make a true neutral judgment regarding whether or not lands of plea should be allowed to be vacated. That is nonsense you have taken the position of US Attorney you're a District Judge which do you want to be which you can't be both. But he wants to be both, and I am really curious to see how the DC circuit is going to unravel this Gordian knot that trial I case begins on Friday will be covering that's let me remind you to just one of the ACLJ issues were working on the ACLJ filed amicus brief last week defending conscious rights of healthcare workers is up@aclj.org. We follow brief with the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit defending the Department of Health and Human Services quote protecting statutory conscience rights in healthcare. We previously filed formal legal comments in support of the new rule, the date for the oral argument has not been set will be filing briefs and following that closely as well. We got more ACLJ news to report as well. Will we come back ever to take your phone calls. What 100 684-3110 Harry Hutchins is also getting joints 1-800-684-3110 watch on Facebook and periscope shared ACLJ is been on the frontline protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side.

If you're already a member. If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us, ACLJ.org, where you can learn more about our life-changing work, member today ACLJ live from Washington DC Jay Sekulow and now you right back to dues with Atty. Gen. bar the Durbin investigation. But I have to update you on some ACLJ work we force that's the base of what we do with the mixer floor just as I briefly mentioned forward to the breaks of the ACLJ is filed amicus brief last week defending conscious rights of healthcare workers.

ACLJ filed that brief with the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit here and this is the brief and holding in my hands. For those you watch on Facebook and periscope you can see it online. ACLJ.org significant brief their file. What is this about. It is different is defending the Department of Health and Human Services. So a great move by the trust administration. New rule quote protecting the statutory conscience rights in healthcare for healthcare workers and medical workers.

We previously filed formal legal comments in support of the new rule. Now it's being challenged in court is not yet a date for the oral argument that the briefing has been filed will befall you closely that here's the action item.

Here's what you can do we have a petition up online to stop forcing doctors and nurses to perform abortions. And here's the goal here if this case were to make it in cases like this often do to the US Supreme Court. Right now we have 175,000 people.

That petition@aclj.org to get its stop forcing doctors and nurses to perform abortions or fight it right on the homepage@aclj.org, may we can put the link in the Facebook chat. The periscope chat. Here's our goal, we want to make sure we have at least over 200,000 people signed onto that petition. If this case does in fact make its way to the Supreme Court, so let's make sure I know this 25,000 or more out of you out there who can sign on to this petition and haven't done so already, so let me give you an action item today.

Prepare for battle help us prepare for battle. We we need at least 25,000 more people that petition. Start a huge petition. We want to prepare. If this goes the Supreme Court to protect the conscience rights of medical professionals without some great videos about this about the written distance of nurses being forced perform abortions even though they side document saying I object under my conscience rights before release, and their absolutely lied to Doug what's next videos about those have done what web videos about those in the get more and more outrageous the more that come to us as we put those videos out we hear from more medical professionals and more nurses to help us get to 200,000 stand with us in this fight for our medical professionals and conscience rights conscious rights are very important for people of faith are very important to protect and finally the trump administration fan put teeth to conscience rights. They didn't it. They were just a rule at a law that was out there. They now have teeth, and there there worth defending in court.

There worth asserting, and we can get to 200,000 that would send a big message to the Supreme Court. If this case could self that far. It's already as I said made its way, here's our brief to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals right here just say a word George about how important it really is for people to stand with this.

This is an issue, as you know that we been working on for decades and one of the key amendments your immunity statute.

It's called the church amendment it's been on the book for decades by Jordan this administration when they came in they were the first administration. It's been willing to put these enforcement tools behind the statutory language I was a very controversial rule and they put it up even though it shouldn't of been because it tracked with the statute Jordan we call on ACLJ members to file comments in support of that rule very helpful in making sure that that rule went final and now that it's being enforced and we have to go to court to defend the application of that rule is federal law. Jordan it's it it shouldn't be patient be required that we had to defend it, but we do we need ACLJ members to continue standing with us is one that predates the administration, but this phase of the fight Jordan. It's only possible because we finally have a department of Health and Human Services that is willing to put the rule in the action. Now we have to get there back, you know. We also work with a lot of state legislators well and that governors we got a great pro-life victory to announce there was state legislation that passed it was signed by the governor will talk about that later in the broadcast day just for that ACLJ work.

I don't want you to forget that were working hard ACL, J.P. Morgan, take your calls and questions on the Durbin investigation on Bilbo Atty. Gen. bar's comments Harry Hutchinson will be joining us. Help us get to 200,000. That petition got a couple minutes here during the break. Sign the petition and ACLJ.org challenges facing Americans for substantial time and are now in our freedoms, our constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades now on the front lines projecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. Here's the bottom line we could not do our work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you for your thoughts.

Well, this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable in voice.

Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice defend the rights of life, we've created a free and powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn, called mission will show you how you personally. Publication includes a look at all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later, planned parenthood's role in the what Obama care means many ways your membership is empowering the right to question your free copy of mission in life today online/Jay Sekulow like this.

Jordan said here let me encourage you.

You got time today he takes it less than a minute. Help us get to 200,000 that petition to protect the conscience rights of healthcare professionals, they aren't forced perform abortions.

This is not just an idea is not just a petition for petition sake. This is a federal court case that we file did Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Here's the brief the truck the date for oral argument is not been set. Our goal is to make sure that we got we got hundred and 75,000+ people on the petition now and that's huge we want to get to over 200,000, especially if this heads to the US Supreme Court. In cases like this often do so. Go to ACLJ.org. We've gotten action item for you did today doesn't cost you a thing takes a very little bit of time and you can make a difference here because for the first time about this, like, then said the first time the trump administration gave teeth to these conscience protections. They been on the books that the church amendment that it's been on the books, the conscience protections but had no teeth from the federal government.

No enforcement mechanism. We put in the comments.

Now it does. Those were challenged and were fighting in court.

Let's get to over 200,000 that's not such a huge number to get to because are already at over hundred and 75,000 go to ACLJ.org sign the petition today, Harry Hutchinson, attorney with the ACLJ senior counsel joining us now. I want to get his reactions that were you write your phone calls on some of what Bill Barr had to say in this interview with Brett bear. I take a listen bite number nine if you had characterized term report.

As you know what is going to be eye-opening for Americans as a blip on the road to I'm very troubled by what has been called to my attention. So far, but I'm not characterizing. I get these I could get into the details, but the fact Harry that he said he is very troubled by what he has seen so far to be with what he's talking about is seeing a US attorney's criminal investigation and if he's very troubled by what he seen so far, he's talking about potential criminal acts. That's how I interpret Harry Bacon, Jordan single bicycle ward application called page part of the qualifier hurricane investigation contained upgrade of errors which defy any attempt to call misconduct and innocent mistake. Anyone who makes such a claim.

In my view, is simply a simple second. I hope that many of the actors who participated in this sham called qualifier hurricane are spending lots of time to people there lawyer and their Taylor who was prepared to make custom-made Christian clothing so they can be stylish and present certificates of phone calls to hold on. I appreciate that we had a lot to get to get a little bit more to get to two of ACLJ will do that in the next segment want to take more because let's go to Mike in Illinois. Mike welcome to Jay Sekulow live. Thanks for hold on your on the air and morning guide appreciate you fighting for justice and freedom in America hear the question of God is the son is held by the Republicans and obviously missing the truth come out. What happens in November. If the Senate changes hands does all this stuff to put in the back burner and burned off and become a sham like the VM impeachment did in the House of Representatives just taken a nifty fast track somehow to get this out there before all the we hate to see this Change Pl. in November 18 criminal investigations political but that but we live in a political world in Washington DC. I absolutely expect this to come to the conclusion before there's a potential change in the guards because people like Darwin probably no longer be in their position.

So he's got an impetus to get his job done to. I agree with that door and I think there are two layers to this and like I don't think a Senate Judiciary Committee that that was under the leadership of a leader, Schumer would probably be pursuing this investigation. That's why think these these depositions. These documents need to be attained before then. The second layer though Jordan goes to why was so hard to see the Atty. Gen. make comments about how when this kind of political abuse happens is the duty of the Department of Justice to pursue it. Now I'm not so naïve to think that if the Department of Justice changed hands at that investigation would continue but Jordan, I think it's important for us to say it wouldn't be the departed the duty of the Department of Justice.

No matter who the new President of the new department Atty. Gen. was to pursue evidence that the Senate Judiciary Committee uncovers but Jordan, I mean luck let's be real. There are political realities and personnel affect policy. So if you want to see the investigation continue.

You probably need to trust the people who are pursuing it. Currently, let let's go back to Fellows Nancy and Massachusetts online to Nancy.

Welcome to Jay Sekulow live your on the air.

Michael thanks again for all you do. I just want to comment on never called in before, but I was very encouraged by Atty. Gen. interviews and now not having a law degree and I'm just so dependent on the communication that comes from you guys or from interviews like that because like the whole rest of the country were all wondering, is it really going to be justice for these people that perpetrated these crimes and down I just want to ask a question about the Senate hearings with Juan Rosenstein in relation to all of this. I watched a bit of it and I have to say I agree with Sen. Josh Holly I don't know if you have the clip but I thought his line of questioning was so profound and and he basically said I I'm pretty sure that the times that he was he was excellent and that that hearing, we phrased Sen. Holly is a great guy, US Sen., he's a bulldog if you will, in those questions but go ahead Nancy, what you guys do you think that going to work a deal with Juan Rosenstein look the way Sen. Holly implied that they can find a way to find him not complicit in all of this. I think there's all different kinds of complicit in summing there is complicit in this like you violated department policy and there's criminal wrongdoing.

We don't yet know from what Rod rose he said yet that he's been accused of perjury by Andrew became very but but first for the bigger picture. I think Nancy wants to know is she Has this hope that Rex again to see justice here, you feel more and more confident that we will when you hear these kind of statements from Bill Barr. I know it's still early and I know he still very careful of his words and criminal prosecutions don't just come about at an out of nowhere. Well, I think the question all in all I think it's very very important to note. First and foremost that live close and spine may or may not have been an instigator number one number two. We do have evidence, possibly direct misconduct by actors such as PM, Peter Strauch and other individuals and malfeasance. I would argue, by Andrew McKay and James Coleman so I think for log Rosenstein faces criminal inquiry more likely than not. Some of those actors will face the music and so I think the American people was wondering when will criminal charges be forthcoming and number two, they are also wondering why didn't the Justice Department under former Atty. Gen. sessions and log Rosenstein, why didn't they cross the Justice Department to uncover criminal misconduct previously misconduct that includes an improperly predicated spine campaigning against a candidate for the United States. So I think there are many many questions. And lastly, I would point out one question is who was the original authority for the FBI's attempt to sabotage both the pump campaign and the density that occurred. I would argue, well before Pres. Trump took office. This is good news for you Harry take you back to your law professor days March in Texas online three marks welcome to Jay Sekulow life. I've taken some nice all that bar brings target or the grantor who makes up the grand jury and can it be democratic, so we typically grand jury is comes from a cross-section of people from the community or district and division of where the where this kind of they wrongdoing eliminated from, but that but just explain because people probably are worried like this is all in Washington DC and DC is primarily Democrat how much tougher does that make it to get any indictments at the grand jury. So, are there ways to prevent that, Harry.

When the judge us helps go through that 23 person selection process though I think go important to note that the caller question some of my concerns and fully God had attempt to explore that the grand jury is made up of partial individual and secondly department can consider feeding the grand jury outside of Washington DC, savory, simply good pointless if your Hillary Clinton supporter from Washington DC give no love lost for Jim Kelly and these guys who she blame for her lecture loss believe that or not but he certainly interfered with her election to the interfered on both sides. That's a good point. Then we come back and take your calls 100-684-3110 another ACLJ victory to report and your calls will be right back. Only when a society can agree most vulnerable. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life. We've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn gold light will show you how you are personally publication includes a look at all major ACLJ cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question mission in life today online/challenges facing Americans is now free to start constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice on the front lines protecting your freedoms defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member. Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.where you can learn more about her life changing work, member today ACLJ say this to today usually be on the air would be playing embarrassing have face. He's not on the air today.

Let me take because the air does not mean it is not working in factories will be talking some of the more powerful people in the world. If you get my drift. But it is my dad's birthday so happy birthday dad and if you want to express come to you happy birthday. I'm sure you can do it through social media's Facebook page, Twitter, places like that. It's also my parents anniversary. Yes, they got married on my dad's birthday so happy anniversary to my mom and dad and happy birthday dad. I just want you to know. While it may seem I have a stake in a day for his birthday and that seems nice is not he's working hard east Texas are on the air.

He survived info. He's just not able be on the broadcast. Today I want to write before I go back to the calls were to go to the this law out of Oklahoma that Vince is the Walter Weber really helped the Oklahoma legislature that State Sen. David Bullard and the governor Kevin Stitt's still to ultimately assign this into law, it will be challenged, but it but it was a great victory. I will get to that in in just a minute. Let me encourage I just want take another call on Judge Sullivan because we got Harry way this Maryellen scholar from Italy Illinois. Judge Sullivan will be in court on Friday. So in a couple days.

Maryellen welcome to Jay Sekulow live happy anniversary and birthday. Dad is not relevant trying to set up lichen like you are talking early about an alternative prosecutor but like a whole different and additional justice system that doesn't really exist to play the sound from the bar he made. CP discussed exactly what you kind of cheated on Maryellen about Judge Sullivan trying to become the prosecutor take a listen mentioned Flynn case here in the process of trying to dismiss charge charges yet the Joshua Sullivan continues on has now a shadow prosecutor making a case that continues the is that it's always been understood that decisions whether pursue individual to the prosecution process holding them accountable is vested in the executive branch and not us. And he is essentially arguing trying to set himself. So again I want Harry Hutchison to answer this question. Kenneth response what Bill Barr said because this case that Harry will be Friday and that Court of Appeals in DC as Marilyn said, he states like the judges try to create or operate with some new system of justice doing away with the normal scope of our actual justice system will only write Sullivan back prosecutor and the chairperson of the jury. He is an article for a job. He is not prosecutor. He is not part of the prosecutor's office.

Essentially what he is doing that he is engaging in a backdoor effort to create a special prosecutor given Judge Sullivan obvious bias.

I am surprised in a way that he has not bought in Robert Muller or Andrew Wiseman or for that matter.

James Comey's special investigator. I think his body is apparent that this judge needs to be told by the DC Court of Appeals to simply drop the charges against general plan. Gary thank you for joining us, adding more of your legal insight and expertise to these questions a lot of questions about this and I hope these broadcasts were answering this question, let me shift gears a little bit in the final part of the show today because the ACLJ has been hard at work. We talked about the court case at the second circuit Court of Appeals. Here's the brief. We filed check out ACLJ that are protecting the rights of conscience for medical professionals. Stan talked about how finally, these conscious protections at the federal level have teeth because of the trump administration think the trump administration rate will actually go to court and the law has teeth so we got about 175,000 people on that petition. We want to get it to 200,000 because this is the kind a case that could. It's not definite but could get all the way to the US Supreme Court because you never know how the Second Circuit is going to come down to go to ACLJ.org you got the time it takes a minute or less to sign the petition and ACLJ that are standing the conscience rights of those healthcare professionals so they are not forced to perform abortions and remember federal law is not only on their side. The federal law has teeth that let me update you on something else is the big deal and thin. This is always big were able to work with state legislators and state legislatures and governors. We were working. It was businesses need Walter Weber, Senior illegal members ACLJ.

Walter, one of our most senior attorneys working with Vince's knee at our Washington DC office, Oklahoma has passed a bill that allows lawsuits against coercive abortions. We have it up and ACLJ.org what is this mean the Oklahoma City. We helped draft this with members of the state Senate there in the legislature with State Sen. David Bullard leading the charge, governor, stilt siding this into law the Oklahoma Senate voted 37 29 fan in the state House voted 76 to 18 in favor of Senate Bill 1728, the unborn person wrongful death act, which allows for parents and grandparents to file lawsuits against abortions performed fraudulent or coerced abortions, and seeks damages for mental pain and anguish as well as monetary damages as a result of the wrongful death. This, again, the bill defined circumstances under which a wrongful death suit may be filed, including if a doctor performs an abortion on a minor without parental consent.

The we were acknowledged by the majority. The floor leader there. The house majority floor leader John Ethel's who said without the support listen this with his quote without he sits on the floor of Missouri State House, Oklahoma State house quote without the support of the ACLJ. This bill would not have become law. Their team led by Vince is the Walter Weber work diligently with both myself and other legislators to make sure we were able to pass this law to protect Oklahoma's on board fan. It's just another example of the kind of work we do, not just at the federal level at the state level implementing the same kind of policies same kind of work we do.

Working with legislators summed you mostly with federal, but are some of our team at the state level to put in place good pro-life laws and then as we know the legal battle will come ready to defend your and so much of our most impactful work on this issue really does occur at the state level in this bill is particularly important because we know we know as a matter of fact Jordan at Planned Parenthood and others in the abortion industry have a business model that assures anybody that walks through those doors pregnant. The vast majority get abortion the more than 330,000 abortions a year journaling about 5000 carried to term.

That is a business model that is rooted in coercive actions.

This bill would allow for recourse for the family. It's very important.

I'm glad our team was able to work on and Jordan. I'm with you.

I am sure this is going to be defended, and it will be our honor to make sure that we defend this bill in court is as it is a ghost in the process coach. We haven't done this often during the pandemic and enduring various issues.

The countries been facing. But if you're financially able. This is a great time to support the work of the ACLJ just the work I just mentioned two different cases work you support the work.

The ACLJ let me think Oklahoma Gov. Dr. Stitt.

Let me think State Senator Blvd. as well.

ACLJ is been on the frontlines protecting your freedom is defending your rights in court in Congress and in the public arena. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side.
