Without further ado this upon them. Welcome back to the line of fire gray tabby with us. Thank you brother having made back on this latest show amazing. Now, you just turned 70, which is a real miracle that you made it this far is in it. Yes, I should having died at the age of 10 or so.

So you were erasing untouchable and such situation. We can't relate to an American terms of the poverty in terms of just being despised outcast. You watch your mother died just because you couldn't get simple medication that would've kept anyone else alive 10 years old. Your your malnourished. You collapse on the side of the road. You should died there for the Canadian mission I found yes no do it today. Significance alarm a lot to have the Ford so that a number of dime sized to faint on the middle-of-the-road. But that day I was almost unconscious at Simpson on the Baptist missionary who is still alive. He lives in Nova Scotia Canada but he was passing by in his Jupiters family is somber like a dead boy in the middle-of-the-road came down to found out I was all I was breathing I was unconscious, but breathing that white man tight your dis-untouchable bore and then carried me and took me to the hospital would today establish That for two weeks and it's a big cause of that good.

Some, but idem I'm alive Dr. Mike today, but you did not fuse me did not turn to Jesus at that point, but at the age of 11, you were influenced to become a naxalite Maoist Communist was the appeal.

There, the time it was David to approach you to say that you don't have.

I like your suffering. If you join Ella how your clients with us.

We all shall be called as a calm brakes on.

We can fight for the right to get new like a human being your better specter than honored. That's the appealing thing to for me because I was treated like a horse than an animal in our people, great country, great people in the warship given that it was but they don't even touch and law will give him a ring like me.

So that was very appealing to me that I don't have to go to that that suffering, pain, heart dejection in the mode in my life that was really appealing to me. So you wanted to be a revolutionary, but without God exactly without the gospel.

So by the time your 20 years old you're an atheist, alcohol alcoholic, violent man young gang leader gang leader.

So even shedding blood yes and for the cause of communism exactly and how does God save you what happened. It was 1976 January 26.

I don't want one party in the noontime I had no clue I was sitting in the child looked towards the sky when he fought in the sky I saw the shape of a man hanging on the cross. I heard the story of Jesus I write even the stories about and as I was growing up my dad was that after find Kristin at bran format. You always toward me son. Jesus loves you.

He died for you.

You must slow him actually he gave me the name which means the point of Jesus is the desired was I must be walking in the streets of India proclaiming the glorious gospel, but I became a communist unbent every so I know the story I saw that then I thought to myself it could be Jesus but my commonest brain toward me know that she would imagination and as if somebody zoomed a lens Mike I saw the hand of a man yes clear as you see my car and I looked up five fingers on the nun nailing his hand.

Blood drop after drop coming down from the Navy phone hand of the Savior. Then I heard an audible wise friends as clearly as you see here.

My wife, yesterday I heard it so clearly in my language he did not call me an alcoholic ganglion, but you called me son. I did all this for you watch would you do for me.

Blackboard son broke my heart brought tears and that was the turning point. Dave allies the love of God that that's not just a story, but that's a real Jesus is alive. Jesus speaks Jesus shows himself alive on changes Centron from the lives of the people that pay my life was transformed for travel on them never look back.

What it trumps footbridge that's that's that's the power that's the power of the blood of Jesus that little or so since then God takes this former untouchable with not much education very lost man now radically save how how many churches is God used your ministry to plant, and in India by God's grace so far lower 10,000 churches about playing the powers himself amended church planters said the missionary center that raced up actually over 5000 children in our campus providing food at gobbler children like me doubting today's doctors that are everywhere around the world today. So these were children that you took in either without both parents one parent or extreme poverty in the took them in that they stay with you three meals a day school and all the slits that's 5000. Now there were 5000 a month of the children's father wow I'm in of CNN recovered okay, this is amazing and you care for the elderly. Yes, provided training for handicap vocational training. What about other countries. What what countries is God used your ministry to establish works well when the Lord actually spoke to me. If you should, with the globe.

An English road across the globe. Jesus casts allow and care came from Jesus's because God is low.

Jesus is low. I'm not hiring nations I saw underneath the hands USA, Canada, swayed in South Africa and West Germany. I thought God wanted me to put in front of those five nations.

Then I realized the Lord wanted me to grow them and then started opening up and I started getting invitation from other nations that I started thinking I wanted to sell 50 countries. Then God by his gaze said son did you see the globe on five countries.

I said I saw five globe forest under flick that no in Europe. Germany, Switzerland, Austria met the lens Romania about helping the refugees from Ukraine than America Canada but I got Oscar at Sierra Leone on the many nations around the world. South Korea baby Philip it's a big drag after they counted 60 nations.

I stopped counting in France and some of these countries were talking about a real major presence, and in doing work that's just staggering. I mean it literally impacting the nation of Madagascar through three Korean brother and his wife that were retrained to the ministry there with this apartment and have have gone out to the nations, and we'll talk to Monica in a moment in the next segment it in our studio. Now we can actually do live camera interviews but just one person at times were you bringing Monica and and then a surprise guest from India as well to bring it, but when we went the first time to India we we met your first wife, Putney, and she had died before he met her. Were you in the hospital when they pronounced her dead.

Yes, I was sitting by her bed is and she had so she had cancer years earlier than expected. She lived about 10 more years than got cancer again exactly and it's from brain spread through her spine which he crippled at that point she could not get up and walk because how spinal and brain was also effective. Alright so the doctors pronounced her dead and you were praising God for the years you had there was another brother by the bedside exactly what happened you know I was there but anyway everything I do influence on everything that said Dr. Kim Kim Ted. I'm sorry is for the renewal record knockout binder.

I was sitting that actually praising God for his faithfulness all these years you're supposed today in one month, but she lived for many years, though I was not complaining I was thanking God on-site Alicia Walken but had ice under a community to said did you see me going up America was shocked. I would what is going up what happened and she said I die I died.

I was going up on us going through the darkest, best entered into the place really just so bright under them.

Such a presence of the Lord.

I'd I wanted to see Jesus. I called a couple of times that I felt like I was coming down and then she got up from the bed. She got down the bed. She would just literally jumping up and down to the point… I'm the nicest sign.

This started coming to running towards. I could still hear her saying Dr. Jesus healed me, and she lived two more years yet so we met her young mentor.

After that, but you will be single. That's it. The brothers were coming to you and they were saying you should get married. It's better maybe there's a widow it's just better for the ministry and people won't be primary and all that but you are USA single. So we got about a minute and every Monica next to you, prayed a prayer. The memory yet Francis is an Indian print. For another, and what would you pray I pray the prayer thinking that I'm shutting the road for Ellen because I didn't want to but I said a lot about you. If you really want me to Mattie again.

She must be white skin, blonde hair, blue eyes, you should come and ask him this is that not many Indians with white skin, let alone white skin, blonde hair, blue eyes, and that it's totally contrary to the culture for a woman to come to the man and sent her so similar, so he knew in doing that he was shutting the door on marriage forever. But God has another plan we come back here about the rest of this plan with my friend Lisa, also want to tell you, you can invest in this ministry. One of the greatest spiritual investments you could make on the planet eternal bang for your buck. L and C ministries.org love and care L and C ministries.org with Micah the line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown get on the line of fire by calling 866343 here again is Dr. Michael Brown extrinsically joining us special edition of the quantifiers and speak with you my dearest friends on the planet and some of the truest Christians I know on the planet.

There were season we come to Indy with me when your maybe we could make that happen.

To find out about the ministry L and C is in loving care L and C ministries.org right so Nancy and I went on some of the early trip she went on through the four for scripts that I meet.

India would stay a few months.

It's long trips now on there for about four days. Just because schedule but I'm one of the trips are every year there would be folks from other countries that were there working at the children's home volunteering in other ways in the ministry to stop call to India. One other learn to evangelize serve the ministry serve the poor soul one trips I met a young lady from Canada may Monica is one of many folks who serve there is me kind of quiet and faithfully serving the Lord and this an interesting story that didn't stop there. So Monica, welcome back to the quantifier. Thanks for joining us.

Thank you, Mike.

It's good to be here right so when you went to India was adjusted, trip you are making or did you have prior calling in the yet when I was 12 years old. I told my mom I'm going to be a missionary.

Someday don't really know now how that all came about, but I just put on my heart. I see when I was seven when I got saved I right away said Lord I want to serve you with all my life and so yeah I was 27 when I went to Indiana I'd waited many years to know where God really wanted me long term did a lot of short-term mission trips and things but nothing seemed long term and when I went to India. It was so clear, God was calling me there clear than anything ever before, so I thought uncle for three years and I'll see what else God has for me after that. So what you think of the ministry.

When you got there I was so amazed with.

Actually, when I first met in a supine I'm in Canada and 96 and he shared about the visions got it given him how God spoke to him to do certain things. How he showed him the globe to handholding the globin how God spoke ice like wow am an II live person who hears from God and dies it. So when I went to Indy and saw the vision played out and buildings and all of that.

I was just amazed that this list happening not just in a book from you know people. We read about that have passed away, so I was really touched and all the more you think that is an untouchable and when he first came to America and saw an ATM machine. He thought there was a little person inside giving up the money is all completely foreign and usually have a minimum we first met just changing airline ticket and spending a few hundred dollars that you that was a massive step of faith to do so much that the common meet and spend time together.

So when you realize who God used in the scope of the work becomes all the more mind-boggling and Jesus glorify so Canadian spirituality in the church similar to American and in many ways what you think when you saw the kids in the children's home. The kids three, four, five years old getting up.

It worked for 35 in the morning to spend time in prayer and the word. How does that impact you deeply. I was so so impacted in every way spiritually and so challenged in my faith and my prayer life and that yeah just we feel like the children they are the backbone of the ministry here and they they carry it in the fruitfulness of the ministry has so much to do with the prayers of the children women get up 34 in the morning and pray for hours and so yeah very deeply impacted my life are. So then something interesting happens with this I we become 60 or close friends over the years and work together around the world tells the story of how God connection without to use upon so I got off the plane in Mumbai in January 97 and the middle of the night and I heard a still small voice here at home and I had been praying for six years where God wanted me to do, but also for my husband that God would show me very clearly who he wanted me to marry that he'd arrange my marriage and then I would have no doubts that I would know that I know that I know this is the person and when I went in. Yeah, I really gave that to the Lord and I said, Lord, even if I'm single.

The rest of my life.

It's okay so I went there ready to be single for Jesus got off the plane God spoke to me here at home and then went to the ministry and felt such a piece in such a grace to be there and after three weeks of being there. I see when I got there I found out Jason Pam's first wife had passed away.

He had two children, three weeks down the road where busy traveling doing crusades in evangelism and the feelings of failure. You've only been there for a few weeks that this is not there for years now, and there were few really okay and I we are traveling in and got buried in my heart.

Might my it was like I literally felt the burden that he carried as the leader the ministry. So for three days. I'm just praying for him and I even prayed for a wife for him and I was so strong and that on the third night we had a crusade meeting and the burden lifted and then it was the altar call timing a supine start calling people forward for prayer and he said to all of us 30 foreigners. That way they are Koreans, Americans one Canadian me to go and pray for the people. I walked out in the crowd looked back towards the stage and again that still small voice so clear he is your husband and this peace and joy filled me, and it was like my whole life made sense to that point I realized what God had been preparing me for all those years.

Note for those that are listening on radio or on podcast Monica has white skin.

Monica has blonde hair. Monica has blue eyes. Monica is also not the kind of person to just step out and do some, crazy radical will, God told me thing especially involves somebody else's life but what you feel God was telling the next morning it was just a divine sent by God is crying out to the Lord, to my talent and circulate not. We had a breakdown in our vehicle in the side of the road.

Him and I ended up there alone at the side of the road while the others fix the flat tire and I knew it was a set up from God. I didn't waste any time.

I said I need to tell you something last night. God spoke to me that you're my husband and when God showed you that you have this tremendous sense of peace and joy. What did your soup autumn look like when you told him I didn't see his face but he he took some time to reply and then he started telling a bit about his life, his wife passing away and then he told me about this crazy prayer. He prayed that he did not think God would answer and then it was very clear to both of us how God let us together and us to remember the call with a call to talk to Nancy and that's her brother brother what'll I do business.

God told that's when we found out the whole story, because I have only known about him thanking God for your said ministry and basically telling the brothers on Micah. Mariam distanced a single I'd known that part I did know about the prayer that he had prayed night to be sure he stayed single but but God knew that God heard God orchestrated all of the so how long have you two been married. Now it's almost 25 years almost 26 years in India. Amazing. Amazingly sought just how God bringing East and West together, especially for the expansion of the international part of the ministry really was God sent and in his admin sacrifices for you hundred and 10%. Everything is different. Of course you know leaving my family for that long and just being in such a different culture. The guy gave so much grace and knowing so clearly it was God. Every step of the way that I go there and that I marry him has kept me so clear clear it like this is God and I can't run no matter how hard it gets. And God is carried me through so much and so great and you get two amazing kids that are Oral Roberts University and Benjamin did so. Remember course to be married, kids being born washing all of this and then we got homeless after every dinner together.

Nancy said you know that ministry would not be what it is without Monica and God used in amazing ways. And as you sit with international expansion with the women's ministry there so many other things we just got about a minute and 1/2 before the break.

What would you say the others were considering a call to to the foreign field a few goats calling to missions but they want to can I do it.

Can I handle it will save well.

None of us can handle it.

That's not us.

It has to be God. But the most important thing is to know it's got because after that it doesn't matter anymore.

You know you're doing God's will and you just obey him, and he leads the way and gives the grace to go through it so it's not up to us.

It's not about us, so surviving dengue fever fever surviving the heat surviving the travel around the world who put all your kids are little in all that yes, death threats on your husband and all that in years past from some radical groups of worth it where you know it's God absolutely friends.
