It's entitled that this was written in May 2022 May of this year. It's entitled where Roe went wrong. A sweeping new abortion right built on a shaky legal foundation and he says this Roe versus Wade Supreme Court's best known decision of the last 50 years is also its most endangered precedent gave women nationwide the legal right to choose abortion, but the backlash reshape the country's politics, the landmark ruling may well be overturned by conservative justices appointed by Republican presidents to do just that. What went wrong with worldwide of the courts effort to resolve the abortion controversy 1973 lead instead to decades of division pieces, legal scholars and political scientists point to major missteps at the start that left the decision vulnerable in row the justice announced a broad new constitutional right to abortion.

We don't want to minimize that the horror of rape or incest may be less than 1% of all cases of abortion on one of minimize one of those right, but the vast majority of cases released in many cases, the couple can have the child sets where it starts right and you will have so many that need to be given up to adoption of the end up in the foster care system.
