As for Paul saying in Philippians 3 that he was blameless, according to the law, which is what it says about Zechariah and Elizabeth in the first chapter of Luke and and what the psalmist could say about himself at times that he was blameless as as far as obedience to the Torah system you could do that and if you fall short which everyone does on a certain level, there was the atonement system sacrifices offering so you you could live a life that would be exemplary on that level. You still need forgiveness and mercy.
