Kingdom pursuits where you hear from ordinary people instilled with an extraordinary passion together we explore the stories of men and women who take what they love and let God turn their passion into the kingdom pursuits now live from the truth.

Your host Robbie Gilmore wanted adventure and the mean. The word of adventure. We are headed off today on kingdom pursuits because we have witnessed Alan Casey and Josh here and there with tray life USA Troop 942 right here in Winston-Salem and we have several other young men with this better on that adventure and I owe my hand in a scouting played such a huge role in my life and I'm so excited to see that you guys are taking up a new mantle that Alan and Trey life USA as a way to go.

Thank you for having us yet.

It sucked its branches for a few years, but we like to think at line 42. We carry on the tradition of scouting no till I fit 942's been around since 1950, and so were just for yourself but we completely get discounting world and we just have a little different perspective more faith-based, but it's a great opportunity so thanks for having us yeah it's it's fascinating to me how God you know. I guess like the ultimate heavenly father is constantly orchestrating our lives and as the Boy Scouts decided to go whatever way they decided to go he prodded in trail life USA for people that would struggle with some of the decisions that Boy Scouts of America made so you know we want to share with you some the opportunities that are out there now a trail life, USA, and even though you may be in Raleigh today.

Maybe in Richmond, you may be in South Carolina somewhere.

We watch the no Charlotte, I should say Charlotte because it some… And Charlotte, you have a trip in your areas trail life USA and of course we got links there at Christian card I got, next up we have.

I'm so excited about this.

I really am Janelle seat seeds and I know I messed up right when the moment it seems. And then she is with all things new and which is a retreat coming to York, South Carolina. This is no ordinary woman's retreat by anybody stretch the imagination.

This is longer than normal right you take three days and they take you through the same thing that captivating does at ransom heart there in Colorado. Similar to mescaline journeys boot camps that regular boot camp that we put on here in our area, so she came from Minnesota where you put on those events and now you're gonna try to renew my contract. You can do it in North Carolina coming October 25 through the 28th right yes I moved to my family and I were led to move to the Winston-Salem area four years ago and at that time had to ask myself what can happen to all things new.

Since we had found in that in Minnesota in 2009 and 28927 leadership changes and I feel like we've been strengthened and now is the time to I been traveling to Minnesota. It's their turn to come and see how beautiful North Carolina is an offer it to the women here and I'm really excited to hear about your team and what's going on with Adam excited about what's going on with trip 942 but you know this all things new retreat is actually an event so speaking of event if you knew this is a new Olympic event for men who are thin on top. This is specifically important for Josquin's last name is called, you may be familiar with the balderdash and also speaking of events, early stone tools that many problems that eventually got a notice that the word event is inward. Eventually, but eventually the stone tools they worked out they ironed themselves out, ironed out eventually. Eventually, I can't. I couldn't quite remember how to throw a boomerang. But eventually it came back to me.

I hear either of these, I cannot reveal my now arguments about the weather will eventually blow over on dystonia and someone with contact lenses if their problems are those contact lenses eventually go find a solution lunch and I mean I if you got it. It's all right to laugh really loud out there in the studio audience have all these young men out there. We actually have a very I'm really excited about this riddle I have for today so if you can actually knew the end of the shenanigans, I would have if you can riddle you can win a prize. But here's the riddle today which kings son so the sky was in some of the king, which kings son wrote a book in the Bible with all three event wisecracks numbers you won't find the word event in the King James version of the Bible except in this book and all three event wisecracks might be another hint as to the author of the book was just saying all three event wisecracks are in it. 866-34-TRUTH 87884 is a number to call in and when 866-34-TRUTH 87884 and if you can tell us which book the Bible has all three of these event wisecracks and it Keith, filling in a trip and half off they are they going to half off all things new retreat coming your South Carolina.

In other words, give me about this all day on so if you call in with this answer to which kings son half off, which is hundred and $25.40 value really dollars for $49 and you get have all off $249. This is his first time producing kingdom pursuits, which comes with this little trick that you got about this book originally Keith, I have to tell you my producer was Johnny, so I would love to say and Johnny tell them what they want. You can imagine.

I remember that I which kings son wrote a book in the Bible with all three event wisecracks and at 866-348-7884 so you guys Artie had events coming up your are you still trying to get boys to come in what's going on. Well, it's a perfect timing.

Actually our first meeting is this coming Monday on the 10th. The older boys meet throughout the year but but the younger boys which you are a Cub Scouts Woodlands trails.

We call actually starts is a Cub Scouts are called Woodland Woodlands trails sites. It's kindergarten through fifth grade we start 7 o'clock. Basically 815 8 o'clock and as you can sit there thinking, should I get my involvement Cub Scouts you got an alternative right and you can find out all about your life USA and it just happens to me to Calvary Baptist Church the same and thereon country club Road and if you're in Winston-Salem.

But again, if you're in Charlotte. If you're in Richmond today.

If you're in Raleigh. I guarantee it. If there's a troop and there is a Woodland once it Woodlands trails Woodlands trails meeting in your area so we'll find out more. Well we we have Josh here and I have to ask Josh, you know. So how and how long have you been involved with, which I find this is my if you only say fourth-year fourth-year and so my understanding is, you're the first officer yes or so, does that mean after a little pointy ears wear a blue shirt with a Mr. Spock I know where the trail if you form and then I just oversee the meetings I received meetings I run them and I get everything really ticked off for the night. Answer.

So, what wonderful leadership training I got right there women you know that's really cool is that. So I've got lots of questions for you here in a minute but I was to go to Janell and she understands little bit about what don't you think it's cool how God gives boys awaited yes to go after some adventure in their lives and have older men shall in no way to write an so much of what you you guys are going to be doing at this retreat is chasing after who's got his father Reitan. It's right and so many of us have a perhaps distorted image of God the father's heart towards us because our experience with our father or even just lifeless throws we start wondering where he is and we make our own agreements and start living life on our own, actually. And when we really need the father's protection in his adventure and his so one of the coolest things I can tell you about this. All things new retreat as they have what is called the covenant of some sort of find out what is a covenant of silence you need to know this job we come back so much more to call. Come on now, this is hard which kings son what the rise right Ellen Casey and Josh here with real life USA troop 942 right here in Winston-Salem as well as Janell sized seed season with the all things new retreat like I'm so excited about that is coming up in York South Carolina October 25 through the 28th so you got a long ways to go to their website and register you go to kingdom pursuits.com and register, or you can find out more about life USA if you want to find out what their mission statement. All their core values as you guys got like you know I'm and unremembered my Boy Scout. What was it called no honor not covet all that stuff. What was yet our growth is okay in my brains that work is yet well we have our treatment WB not your life.

942.com and if you're not in Winston-Salem. It's your life, USA.com and find a troop you will find a map, you just click on the button and it will seem you to all the troops we have 700 troops nationwide 26,000 members.

There's a troop in almost every single state in the country so and so Josh here comes the hard question.

Speaking of the Boy Scouts.

It started to come to me as I started the old mines kicked in, and so the question is are you also brave, clean and reverent. With the emphasis on the clean as I remember my mother no getting same stuff right and said you guys have some along those lines that you memorized.

We knew it's every night we recited every Monday night, whenever you are on my honor I will do my best to serve God and my country to respect authority to be good state of creation, and treat others.

I want to be treated while in Allen's unit given the high five Chris emailed it and that's always good when you're in an so hard when you're on the radio to think of stuff leave me and so I asked again, I think it's amazing and there's something inside every man I believe that wants to know you have what it takes and that you can come through in a pinch, and so I can remember as a scout not a drill I put a scout.

We had to do this thing called Eskimo patrol and yet the camp out and 32° below zero effect on the upper Peninsula of Michigan. So you from Minnesota you can relate to this with snow so deep you can walk in no and and when you've gone through that as a boy you know you come out of that event with a whole. This unit was this idea of yeah God did make me to come through God did make me to have what it takes in all those kind of things are really really critical, but to a young lady. They have a core question to do Steve's seemingly dear delighted me and I think we women wander around doing identity lay tell me who I am when God is all that made us uniquely and he wants to reveal that we have a beauty that can change the world we would let him do really really do. And so that's one of the things which you're calling out there at this because so many ladies struggle right there with that whole idea of beauty and you know, do you see me and him and I love this.

The little girl picture but you could share with us.

I love are there no I mean when the outage or I'm I once heard that when you have a granddaughter yeah how they they dance around in front of you then dress up as is natural. Although my boys are known for their dress up to in their younger scene if they had their warrior spirit in them.

I saw that, I think we women in the world is telling us what beauty is and it's on a magazine and it's really in our heart. It's highly deal with people. It's just the creative flow that we might have.

You can tell when you walk into a home with a woman living there, not based on just alarm or feel. I would say I don't know if that's biased, but we create an environment that allows people to thrive and so the Navy or ministry is not coincidental. I'm sure of all things new and I'm kinda guessing that you had gone to one of these events yourself and you probably went to covenant silence in God will do something that you share with our listeners what happened. Yes, I made the journey out to Colorado and spent the three nights there.

The first night I wasn't sure what to happen anyways. Not sure about that covenant a silent sound so intimidating that you find that your heart is probed by the session and you hear these testimonies of God coming for women's hearts speaking truth that set them free year's reveals the veil off of you see yourself more clearly how God sees you through his eyes of love and his just his cherished possession and so for me it was the first time I was able to shed some tears over some really devastating events that happened in my life. My father died when I was 16 and God just really embraced me with his love and it was a such an intimate encounter. I knew it wasn't just a Bible verse. It wasn't just had knowledge, which is how I have been pursuing him for so many years and that's good because the truth is solid but now when he comes for your heart and disconnects with a really really relationship we all say God is about relationship, but that's cultivated over time with encounter and so that's where those covenants is silent. That's why this I feel like these events are set apart from like a woman's retreat or an women's event. We go to hear the headline speaker.

I sent a team meeting before I came here resending a lot with those covenants a silence headline speaker is Jesus. I and I was even out and that a woman few years after we had an event and I went up in a recognized there and introduce myself at how you doing and she said do I know you I said yesterday, and we were and I remember meeting you at all things new. And she set over you. There is only one of the main speakers but okay and she said you know I don't remember seeing you all remember is what God told me, and how that changed my life and so I feel like that's what sets this event apart is why we have great worship we have good speakers we have great testimony is that alone time with the Lord and we give them heart probing questions to ask him and encouraging them to journal so that they can they can go home and cherish it at home so what the covenant silence is everybody after the recession is told what you did is usually an hour. You have to go find a place of seclusion and and take those questions to God and listen for him and the fruit that we see those of us were in those taking part in those kinds of events with less concerning you with. It's amazing because God ends up the hero of the story, God ends up the one speaking at and so I'm curious Alan that in order for you to get this going with this to God you have an encounter with God, lead you to wow I need to do something with young young men of what it whatever you want to work well actually it's it's it's weird how God put you on a journey for many years at Calvary I worked with men and understanding what is it mean to be a man right and that's what where Becky asked average guy was mean to be a man they go. I don't know inside been doing it for a long time and lo and behold there comes to life. My boys were in scope scouts and and at the time when I saw what trellis brought to the table.

It talks all how we say.

One of the great things. Nothing is Boy Scouts is how the discipleship of true life is different than Boy Scouts and we just don't say. Be a man and watch me which is good.

You know mentoring but we also intentionally have discipleship program specific and ironically, one of them is to understand how to be a man is you have to understand you're not a woman and we talk about that when we talk about our Manta definition. So one boy reaches adolescence. He actually learns you know, and Boy Scouts.

It was the era of light we call it temperament, and we teach a young man with his dad what it means to be a man gives a safe.

Yes the boys in our treatment and that was me. Be a man going to go reject passivity accept responsibility courageously expect God's reward, and they have things they have to do with that so that's kind of the passion for me that transitioned me over to trail life.

In addition to all the noise that's going on in our culture, but it really is a great tool to help a father and a son disciple.

Their main disciple or third their son and we really encouraged as to come alongside their sons and to be able to speak the language and what is the Bible have to say about manhood. Well, we try to give that intentionally so that's that's part of it.

So Josh, you went through that with your dad know and I did that ink when I was in Boy Scouts, which was a long time ago and so I never got to go through with his trails and I never did the timberline which was in its it's kind of the same as Arab Arab light, but it's much more faith-based than the airflight license. I never had a duty reject passivity or any lack of the same way so but we still do talk about what what is mediaman like we have two get certain ranks we have to go through faith.

Faith requirements so this past year I did. The main journey and we go through the steps of like what is it mean to be a man, a man serves first a leader serves first and that's really what we do as adventures which are Boy Scouts pretty much so is your prayer involved in that process. Discipleship in like deeming like a a will like what you I'm just trying to understand and learn. Do you teach prayer how to do or how to spend time listening to God or those kind of things we do it. It depends on which faith component were doing him to the manager new wheat we talk about what it means to be amendment and we go through how to be a godly man how to, you know, serve others, and that's depending on what were doing. We have different components so that eventually we might do something like how to pray and how to really find God in a manly and them anyway and alright so I'm someone we hear back Josh tell us about that experience because I really, that's where things really changed my I can do a lot of stuff but when God shows up in all the sudden working ever since coming up.

I cannot believe y'all got rid of this little which King Saud wrote a book of the Bible with all the event wisecracks 866-34-TRUTH your passion and uses it to build the kingdom. They were so blessed to have with Alan Casey and John shared the trail life USA turbine 42 in Winston-Salem and Janelle sized conceived seeps in rewrite this.

My note so that I say it right next time seeps in and she is with this.

All things new, which were so excited about retreat is coming to York, South Carolina October 25 to the 28th and you can find out about that as well as trail life USA kingdom pursuits.com you can register for her retreat. We want to say again that while you could get half off the church that there listening to her and you think you know I could really use that I'm telling you God changes everything and and to hear from God to be put in the environment like that where your loan said a lot and and you got a time to sit there and listen questions very specifically about your femininity about your beauty about those kind of things here you go.

You can get half off. It would be $249 but all you have to do is call in with what I think is one of the easiest riddles I've ever written, which King's son to King sons in the Bible even wrote a book, just think about that whole lot of them to say which King son wrote a book in the Bible you have to do is name a guy in all three event wisecracks. There is no right there are in his actually that would be in his third know it's the second he wrote three of 866-34-TRUTH 87884 866-34-TRUTH and you get half off of this amazing event, I would take the range that on the same 866-34-TRUTH so when we left our hero Josh.

I am very curious, very curious to go to Calvary Nasser wheat we we go to two cities that this was done to bring the church to cities Nasser or how I see River River calling him but so have you had that encounter where you went, all while I really experience God in prayer, like I really connected with them. Like I really felt that and was that something that happened with trail life or just tells the story I have and you know we came from Calvary Baptist and we we transition churches and when we transitioned. I really felt the way our pastor was get giving us the message it it clicked with me so much more and I felt like you speaking right me and now when I pray that I would. I would have such a better connection with with God, and I would really know who I'm praying to him what I'm praying about and yes that's I think that's what I thought trail. It deftly helps because three different faith compounds I've done.

I've began to understand and learn what prayer is and and how to really have a relationship with so how cool is that. And then God is allowed you in this leadership role there trail life, which is a significant part of master journey actually unit to be given past like that to stretch you out of your comfort zone and and so if other boys seen that in you and come up and said hey Josh, you know what is this mean you know how are you experiencing. I think a lot of the boys they're afraid they don't know how to ask Vince never had that quite experience yeah and some boys. They do look up to me and asked me what to do when we go on trips and stuff and so I give them I'm there later in the I'm there, go to guy to say help me with this and say yes I guess in that way I'll give you a hint that with guys. It always helps to believe first yes yeah that and I got that from Darren Kuhn and Mike Ike. I think it's so true that if you share a story where you struggle, whatever that may be in on my case. Pornography all have to do is stand up on the stage and so you know at one point in time in my life. I struggle with pornography, you will not believe how many men will come up after afterwards and want to talk to me along is not if you struggle in with prayer right you say man I used to struggle with prayer until I have this connection you know when you shared with the guys, especially in a group. When you bleed. First, whatever that may be in you make God the hero. I did not know until God came into this habit. You know it, then all the sudden you've opened up that gateway to where now what you know they can't relate to John again. You know that guy you stand up there looks like he has act together. He's got it all going on. You know, I can relate to that because on the messed up, get down here that still struggling with doing my homework or whatever it is that they struggle with so but they can relate to the broken Josh and since I've often thought that's one of the reasons God put me in the role they have is I am so broken that a lot of robberies really messed up and so you know, I can think you know that these are the kind of things that go on what we are so excited because we have several regulars we have Kinison, Halifax, North Carolina Ken Iran kingdom pursuits and by the way, before you give the answer can. I want to tell anybody else is holding on all leave you're still going to win the prize. But even if Ken mentions this person's name from think it isn't too hard, especially for you can because I know you're going to have the mail this but you might surprise me that somebody else's name but anyway hang on because we want to get your price out Ken who you think will you change the history of the Bible, but David Solomon in the Ecclesiastes and garage trial ordered soldiers of the great report chapter 9 dimensions of the vessel chapter) set out like bad knees out. I got you later your phone somebody you are given more else. Marana Mariah is in college in Alabama. I will call you love my granddaughter is nine so I don't know what we will pass this on somebody we we have what I wanted to make the Christian car guy will know is not in the right align again. Not because of because God showed up in that show right Ken you know I built one month of the network my heart for long enough. Figured people would stop quite like ugly scholar target, that you can see pursuits: all right. We have Paula Davis is in Greensboro North Carolina probably is its component. Are you with me. Paula I can. I hear the radio in the background I Paula how are you today I am doing great thank you so do not do you know which wiseguy am talking about King Solomon. You know that book Ecclesiastes right is phenomenal and I love it. But the book after that that he wrote is actually my most favorite book in the Bible is called song of songs and yeah when I learned two weeks ago that the Jewish people consider that book the holy of holies the most holy book in the Bible and they recited at the end of the neck. I think the canal set, but I'm not. You know I'm not good at and and and the reason that they they do is from their point of view that is the relationship between Israel and God. As we think of that song is a relationship of God and his church. But what I did years ago and I really just I just plum that book constantly whenever I'm feeling low is I think that I'm Jesus's favorite and I'm the Sheila might woman is coming after me. And so it went. When I realize that he's standing behind the what you call it behind the backyard and the where the flowers go up on the call that is like a hedge. But it's got lattice he steer. He's looking to the Gladys Mullet stuff.

He's trying to get a look at me.

He's been chasing after me my whole life and he loves me just like that book describes. And so I think of all Solomon's wisdom in all of his songs and all.

There's a reason that once called song of songs because it's just precious to me.

Paula and I know you got way more than you expected to appreciate that. I didn't realize people you know that a river on program now they they there's a Jewish guy, like the Matthew Henry of rabbis that wrote in the first centuries. They pronounce it Iasi Y ASH I and he wrote a commentary on which nowadays because of the Internet we can read the stuff in English but he wrote a commentary on the song of Solomon that reads like a Matthew Henry commentary where he will show you every single word in this and what it relates to every other piece of the Bible and why.

Specifically, you know they they made all those connections and it's absolutely phenomenal. You know what the most phenomenal part is, for me, Paula my nonlimiting chasing squirrels here, but it's okay.

There is like the third or fourth line in the first verse it says your name is a perfume poured out well if you know what Christ means it means anointed means perfume poured out. That's what that's what it is right it is peace. Like Solomon, but is saying that this and and you should see how the Jews go into all this.

But how that means anointed them all the stuff they know, but they never connected the dots to go okay Jesus Christ you know you know the crystals that whole thing. I mean, there you go. It's beautiful. It's in its amazing pictures so well. Thank you for calling and you made my day.

You have a hope that you will enjoy this event will look forward to meeting in October. Yes, it's October 25 through the 2010 registration includes lodging, meals, sessions, everything has got bless you where you get all that information.

All yeah Your Honor list that you there. We're looking forward to it. Thank you Paula. All right we got so much more coming up for life. I know I have ramble on Josh.

We got Janel, they'd have with us Alan Casey and Josh here with real-life USA.

There are true. 942 in Winston-Salem and Janel season seeps and seeds and I can't release the got to see right seeps in with all things new and their amazing retreat. That's coming up October 25 to the 28th which were really hoping Paula Davis is good to go to but Paula we really need to call back if you don't mind it. 866-34-TRUTH 87884 Paula Davis, we fail to get your information, which is very saddening to us. We really want make sure we get you the information and get you registered. It is 866-34-TRUTH 87884 so call back please and we want to get your information out there listening so we want to get back to there's an event coming up. Besides the event that set it. October 25 through the 28th all things new.

You guys have an effect right.

The local chapter national wildlife turkey Federation. They're doing an annual Jake style man-hours and moments. This could of been really just fodder for some amazing people to gobble up these jokes. It's coming out 922. That was 22 September was, well, national well after cursing Jake's day which is an outdoor event for hunters and and in its free T-shirts free meal for all kids in a you know how many young men out there have heard of the word air solved. Most have have a Airsoft of the reboot and everybody loves that I grown men love to shoot well. We will shoot each other.

But we do our troops can have a Airsoft shooting and and so you can shoot turkeys with Airsoft, you know, that's a good idea and thought of that but yet we probably could but were going to be there so if you want. If you can't make it out on the 10th on Monday the 10th this coming come out on the 22nd to Saturday tended to the folks but on a big time event. There's enough stuff in this there's fishing stuffed stuff you mention stuffed you might get stuff particularly provide meal but we got a lot of slaughter free stuff a lot of activities going on so it's can be a great time and we're going to be there to big booths of all kinds of Airsoft guns and we do actually have a Airsoft trail badge will be teaching from it's all right you pilgrims make sure you know about it. 922 22 September.

It's Jake's day Jake's day which you may know, did you notice you have a Jake badge.

Josh, you know what objectives I'd like the bird, it's a bird bird kind of turkey. What makes a Jake Beard. I think what they have one on the turkey on the goblin yeah well that Jake is actually a young gobbler little boy I remember, it is now. It's the trail life of of the wetland relevance. It's a wetlands trail version of attorney catching IDE still isn't quite you know want to shoot but the nice thing about Jake's dystonia is that if you call turkeys they look Jake's will come really fast. They don't don't know with all that he didn't like the old wise gobbler in all the Jake's will come running so that's mousy all the stuff you learned binding on the radio and so I'm assuming if you been on the radio before Josh, I am not and so what a courageous thing you did to David, honestly and and and be able answer honest questions about prayer. We want to get back to Janel and the courageous things she's done which God's taking on this adventure and I'm really curious about is the other members of your team well I have a friend locally. PJ Lancaster and she attended our event and then this said, this is different than anything I've ever been part of the night REI dress that she be great for our team self. We require them to go through an event first and then I have my husband actually is a founding member of our team like she gets a lot of flak for being a man on a woman's team that we appreciate his tiny fundraiser for a prayer and love hereunder. AV and then gives me sane.

And then I have three team members in Minnesota, Helen Davidson and Lori to her and and Deb Jellinek and I'll be flying in from Minnesota for this event in I just appreciate everybody taken the PTO time and investing paying the salaries that their talks can you cut a Telesis doing which talk we don't give away our time that had a tire sessions I need to know basis and that they will hit things like well women's cookware desires will hit things like things that come against your heart wounds are lies in believing and be set free to identity beauty to unveil the father's love how he pursues you how to find I find God's heart and his love pursuing you instead of alleys was reading the Bible and it's like well that's in your head and how to find it just sometimes is being opening Isaiah heart to be looking and receiving and all of a sudden there's little dots all throughout your life will breadcrumbs a faith in to talk about hiding hiding well how women hi Holly are uncertain that we have something operator how we can dominate. Maybe because out of fear. It becomes out of money distally. It's out of the insecure place and as we can become secure in Christ we blossom and then that is if I can control things that I can hide you what's behind that are not not volunteering, not offering to stay hidden, not showing up. But either way, but that's to be hidden in Christ. It really is and I'm so thrilled beyond thrilled that your offering this kind of event here in North Carolina people filed Colorado although that's always worth it, but everybody can afford that that you're looking at a nearly thousand dollars expenditure to go to captivating up here it ran some heart where here you can do the all things new. If you read the book captivating. It's all about that or becoming myself which I like even better. Stacy's newest newer book she's coming out with an even newer line, understand, and you even mention can we find a closer line then you are but I have my team finance. I needed to find a retreat center that's close for them to fly into PJ has friends in Myrtle Beach. There, hopefully going to be driving in as well and I just encourage women if you would go on our website. Can I share let's say it's ATN like all things new short ATN alive.com there's more information. There you can see our team lead and we just want to encourage women to come.

The lid is limited though because it only certain number of beds so I would encourage people to register early and there's a group discount to the end of the month.

If you invite for your friends groups of five. Get $30 each off wonderful, wonderful, wonderful people got half off.

So Josh, if there's young guys out there listening right now. What would you tell them with that might excite him that you think what really makes you want to come back to life every week. I would say the camping trips that that's one part of it is such a great time with all the boys we despond together in fellowship together.

It's great all let me tell you it's it's wonderful. We used to eat so much dirt because you get to cook your own food. All my goodness yes only drop the chicken in the dirt know this just part of the experience absolutely and and s'mores and in out I tell you stories. Let me tell you stories of all those camping trips.

You know what that meant and this is amazing stuff yet is and then there sometimes when guy who buys food forgets to bring it you don't have food which makes it even more of a story we were in Michigan. As you might know up were smelt dipping unless you UAB smell dipped up there in Minnesota so and they forgot to bring the food and all we had was a can of jelly one can of jelly for our entire patrol which was so we have a will and and and so we came up with a brilliant idea that we could add to our jelly by adding the sand off the beach so that we would have more to eat.

You know that would fill your stomach like you know rather than this can flagellate you add a spoonful of sand with your spring flagella and you got twice as much to eat, and so while true story know you haven't done anything that Experian is the person Saying working to catch smelt so we we spent this entire week. It is raining like crazy never caught the latent smelt by the lawyer little bitty fish. We never caught one little smell, not one. It was jelly all weekend and send it was we called the jelly sandwich that was commended by Alan. What would you say to encourage people to take part in your and your event. There are coming to secret life.

Well you know and just just comes to mind.

I've been talking one of things it's not surprise me and you about is we have a lot of single moms out there. Talk to a mom just recently that her husband passed away and I gotta tell you she was super excited having her son to come to our group. I always say that one of the things. Nothing encourages me so much about your life is.

I love the idea of taking my son and put them in from another man that I respect.

We got a lot of great man so and it hey, it's fun with where we're not so much about achieving those who are his experience let those boys just be boys and that's that's a hard thing in our culture these days. The idea being a boys is is little controversial in Haiti talk to and we let him have fun and enjoy it. You know and yeah it's it's a great great thing.

It's is such a great half-time they do yeah I have one in life is like.

That's right, but they don't have a knife they'll make a night out sand. It's great fun. It's great fun. We may possess.

There you go, and it's been fun. We all listened since I'm so grateful for those who came to join us today by listening, it's you that make all the difference is God comes and ensures with us every week you have something you would like to come on my website, email me so much truth to match on the Truth Network journey starts here now at 12 o'clock followed by
